0:00You, so I think you showed me you're getting like 10 million views on Instagram with completely an AI avatar of yourself, and I couldn't tell that it was AI, and you're not touching your videos. You have a team you who's writing the scripts, who's making the videos, who's doing the edits, who's posting everything. You are not involved at all. You don't even have to think about it, but it looks like you, and I thought it was you until you told me

0:25that it was AI. Right. You've gotten to to to 900 to 296,000 followers. You're You are getting legit view counts. One of like here's one with 232,000 views. Here's one with 993,000 views. Here's one with 2.5 million views. And it's your face. It's AI. I thought it was you. And yeah, 296,000 followers is

0:55I'm very impressed. Yes, and and we started back in around September last year, and just for the context, I have not recorded even a single video on that Instagram channel. So, not even a single video has been recorded my by me. Everything is AI. Every Every video that you see has been recorded by AI. The voiceover is AI. So, uh yeah, the all the 296,000 followers there on that profile follow an AI version of Service, which is fine by me as long as I'm not putting in any work because I have an agency to run. I have a team to manage. So, the the credit goes to the team for putting in uh hard

1:37work there. But yes, it's That's That's what the reality is. I'd love to take all the credit, but uh the it's it's the AI doing all the hard work. Yeah, so we're going to share how you do how you've done how your team has done this. And this is going to be relevant for anybody who has clients who don't want to make videos. It's very common that people have clients, and just like you should be putting a video, and the clients don't want to put a video. Or it's just yourself, and you're shy, you're a shy on camera, you don't want to put up videos yourself. Or maybe you

2:07just want an automated system where you don't really have to think about things, and it's just going to run on autopilot and put up videos for you. And you've done it, and you've done Not only have you done it, you've done it to insane degrees. 10 million views a month is crazy. 300,000 followers is crazy. The

2:24view counts you're getting are crazy. So. And at the same time, what we did Yeah, we What we did was we also started putting the same content onto YouTube on a channel called Marketing with Service. And even that So, it we were just doing only shorts content then, and that channel has also grown to almost 36,000

2:45subscribers if if it's visible here. So. Wow. That YouTube channel also has blown up. We have We have not really been getting the time to put that content anymore on that YouTube channel. It's been been a while, maybe a couple of weeks, but that channel has also grown to 36,000 subscribers with 172 videos. So, so it's

3:06a byproduct. I actually have a question about that. So, so YouTube rolled out this new like AI label. I don't know if you heard about it, where it They're like anything that's that's AI heavy gets labeled AI. Are your videos getting labeled AI? I have not come across it yet. Though, I I've heard of it that they are going to label it, but even just scrolling through everything, I've I've never really come across it yet. Have you Have you come across

3:32anything as as of it yet? No. maybe they haven't I mean, they said they're rolling it out, maybe they haven't rolled it out. Maybe they have haven't rolled it out. Or your content is just I mean, it fooled me. It actually You sent me I didn't know until you told me. I did not

3:46know that it was AI until you told me. Right. So, now the next step to it that we are going after is is actually going after long-form videos of it. So, short-form we have I I'd like to say we have cracked we have that where we are able to do good good short-form videos using just AI. So, now we are trying to crack longer-form videos where we can just do full 8 to 10-minute longer-form videos where again I'm just not involved at all. Neither I'm recording nor nor there is a voiceover of me. Everything is just do done through tools and then my editor just compiles all of that together and does I

4:27mean editing magic is not done right now through AI. It is a human doing the editing so that's that part is still has to be automated and I I honestly don't see it to be automated very soon enough. But, yeah, apart from that everything at least for me the goal was to eliminate myself from the process because if for real if if I was not uh eliminated out of the process, I would never been able to go from zero to like 296 300,000 followers. It would never have been possible running a business and you know for a fact when you run a business it's you're not a

5:04content creator first, right? You are a business operator first and then content takes a backseat which is why I I think we are having this conversation today because a lot of your audience will be having the same problem. That they they feel like, "Okay, I need to do content." But, then it takes a backseat that "Okay, tomorrow. I will start from tomorrow." and that tomorrow never comes. Which is what used to happen with me as well. I just took a bet. I decided the tools are there, might as well try it. When I started yeah, the avatars were not that good. So, we had to mask

5:39it using editing. And now with time those those softwares have become so good that even without editing sometimes I cannot even imagine like is this not me? Have Have I not said that? Is this not Is this not me? So So that's how it good it has become already. This method of marketing is so effective I had to make sure it wasn't against

6:02Google's rules before I kept doing it. It's a form of SEO I call compact keywords. Whereas most SEO focuses on putting up articles to answer questions how, what, when, compact keywords focuses on putting up dozens of pages that sell to searchers who are actually looking to buy. These pages rank on Google and convert so much better than normal that when I discovered this years

6:24ago I couldn't believe this was allowed. It's less work, too. The average compact keywords page is only 415 words. Compact keywords is a 13-hour deep course on getting sales with SEO. A customer recently said, "Each lesson is dense with information. You're giving years worth of experience boiled down into 15 to 30-minute lessons with no filler or fluff. I feel like I'm gaining a new superpower." Compact keywords is about setting up an SEO funnel that brings you sales for years and years and years. It works with AI, it's less work than traditional SEO, and it makes way more money. You can get it now at

7:05compactkeywords.com. Back to the podcast. How long ago did you did you start trying to clone yourself? Uh So it's it's going to be close closer to a year when I discovered that something like this can be done. Uh when I started I saw couple of channels in the AI space they were starting to do this. So I was one of the few channels but but they were not doing it very successfully. So I saw the the bare bones of it what they were trying to do and then uh the the AI nerd or the marketing nerd that's that's within us I saw an opportunity there that I saw

7:48okay if I do maybe a slightly better job at it if I get better editors and if I'm able to mask this better I don't think people would be able to understand because if this is AI because common people they just care about what the information is rather than how the information is is being given is it through AI or not through AI. So even now even to to today's date 95% of my

8:17audience they do not know it's AI. That's that's the power of if you edit it well if you mask it well enough I I have very very rarely see it in my comments that it's AI or they they they don't even care it's AI. And in fact now that I talk more about AI on on all of these channels I take it as a as a pride comment that if someone is saying I talk about AI and and if I'm using AI I'm I'm I'm smart that's what I take it as I I take it as a compliment that I'm using AI and I'm teaching AI I'm walking the the talk

8:55that I'm I'm doing. It's not that I'm just teaching you and I'm not utilizing it. I am good enough to use that AI to make all of these videos using AI without even being involved in it. So so it's it's not a bad bad deal for me. How how big is your team who's making these videos who's writing the scripts who's figuring out the ideas who like do you is it just one person is it several

9:20people? No it's a four people team that has skilled Four people you said? Right yeah. So it's two editors one script writer one overall strategist and and the fifth is me including everything that is done. I like you do anything? Wait, do you Is there a Is there anything that you do for this? I'm the final approval guy. So, everything kind of goes through I thought you didn't need Do you watch

9:50all the videos? Yes. So, the shots I do, the longer ones I kind of skim through them. So, I'll I'll watch the first couple couple of minutes and and then I I just ensure But with time, the team has also become good in at understanding what would pass and what wouldn't. So, so that makes my job

10:11easier there. Also, at at the Instagram, we used to do a lot more business ideas content before. And and now we have switched more towards just talking about SEO and marketing everywhere. So, that change also took a a while on the Instagram for the team to understand. And we are still actually understanding and integrating

10:31there. Which is what I mentioned to you that we are now running a test there as well. We want to completely switch from just doing any business content to talking about SEO everywhere, which is what I talk about everywhere. So, so for them to actually understand SEO better, coming up with scripts, those ideas, that took a while because business ideas in general is an easier concept for them to understand than like SEO in particular or or cloud and SEO or AI and SEO because SEO is a very niche thing. And so, if you do not have the experience, it becomes slightly challenging because you can get the surface-level topics easily

11:13even with the help of AI. But to actually get topics that are niche but real topics or maybe case study topics and and crafting the content around it, that is where my initial involvement was just slightly bit more when we were switching. So, now that switch has happened and they are also understanding the topics or or how to craft the

11:35overall scripts and everything better. So I am just again pulling myself back from from that operations. But yes, you have to I mean you have to sometimes just get involved a bit more and just pull yourself back. That's how it's going right now. The four-person team, you have two editors and and both editors are doing the shorts or one is doing long-form and

11:56one is doing shorts. Yeah, so we have decided divided one So one person for shorts and one for the long form. Okay, and then you have a script writer and that person's only job is making the scripts. Right. So So yes, utilizing AI to come up with the scripts and one person is there whose job is to do the research work because the research work is also very very important coming up with the topic ideas. And these are not exclusive. So the the two people that are there for scripting and everything, they're not exclusive just for the videos. They also help me with my Twitter content and my and LinkedIn

12:30content. So So they're they're multi-purpose people for that matter within the organization. So that helps that they're not just there for Instagram. They're helping me with multiple things. And then what does the strategist do? The strategist is the research person. So research person would They would do They would look for what kind of topics are working on on Instagram or other platforms that we can replicate kind of on on Instagram from different niches, what kind of folks are working, all of that. So their job is to do all of the research. And both of the script writer and the strategist, they work hand in hand to ensure Okay, this is the topic

13:08and and they would decide on the topics and then the script writer's job is to come up with the scripts. And then it goes back to the strategies and they decide together on So the iteration happens on the scripts. And then it's the strategist's job to to come up with the the avatar, the the voiceover from 11 labs and all of that and then it goes then it is passed along

13:32to editors. And I have kept so the the strategist and script writer both of them it's their responsibility to ensure that the edited video comes out if there is back and forth that needs to be done with the editor. So they they ensure that that back and forth is done beforehand it comes to me and that is how we So it's it's a team process that I put together so that we are able to do it and I want to do it more and more so that we are able to I am able to replace myself out of the equation. I'm still involved. I wish I was

14:06I can completely remove myself out of it but you cannot you can never really do it if because if it's a personal brand you there's a reason why it's called personal brand because you are you have to be personally involved in it in some form or the other and there in all the groups and you have to you should keep an eye on what is going out there at with your name attached to it. So that's what I do. I keep a check on what is going out and eventually whether they show and and wherever I need to weigh in and see okay these topics I don't

14:37think these topics should go or this is this is how the hook should be. And I feel like I have now a better grasp on especially because I've been doing acts for so such a long time the hooks how they should be the kind of grasp that that I have over hooks. I cannot expect the same with from my team to have right. I'm sure that is something that you would you would see as well because you've been doing YouTube so for such a long time the kind of of command that you have over hooks or you cannot expect the same from your team. So that is where I weigh in also I

15:14look at okay is this hook good enough and and they also help me with my other content Twitter LinkedIn as well. So it's more of a social media team than just Instagram or YouTube team. But, yes. And they also help me with my posting. They have the access to the YouTube and all of that. So, they help me with my posting and all of that. So, that's how I I'm trying to keep the system. Ultimately, my goal is by the end of this year I just remove myself completely from the equation and the machine will just run on it by itself. But, let's see how how close I

15:46am able to reach. Your your team is in is also in India, where you are. Right. Yes, every Everyone is here in India. I built a team in around Are you posting Are you posting the videos with a VPN or something else or you're just posting them normally? I'm just posting them normally. So, with VPN there's always a risk of the account getting banned. That is what I've seen. Uh Meta is very defensive and very like very uh attacking about if you're doing things with VPN. So, they'll they'll be very very harsh with account banning and all of that. And one more thing that used to work very

16:26well before was auto DMs and they became very harsh with that as well. So, with auto DM post there they were banning accounts left, right, and center, which used to work well before. But, now they they just decided and it's it's I think with social media and all social media there is phases that you have to just ride out. So, sometimes something would work really well and and and there'll be phase of 3 6 months where that the same thing would just not work. So, like auto DM post don't just work right. I mean, Meta is very very I'm sure you'll have come across that on Instagram that those

17:00those posts are getting banned left, right, and center. So, so, yeah. To answer your question, yes, VPN we we don't use VPN. Yes, that hampers our reach. A lot of our reach is there across the Asian region. But, I don't want to take this risk. You said you said that your reach you told me this in private. You said your reach is more within India, but that's because your content is about like was about like Indian businessman and it was actually more geared towards things that people

17:31in India would find interesting. And you know, you have an Indian you have an Indian accent and like you look Indian and you're talking about Indian people. So, of course it's going to resonate more in that region. Right. And now that we're switching towards more of a more of SEO content and everything, so it is starting to improve towards going to to because we talk about more more about SEO more for local SEO people and in the US. So, it's starting to improve, but it's going to be a while before it the demographic

18:00completely shifts. Yes, especially cuz you're not changing you're not changing accounts, right? You're using it with your Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, it's the same account. So, it's going to take a while. So, we are mentally prepared for that that initial the initial phase over it would be where it would take some time for the account switch to happen and and we'll have to just kind of go through that journey to ensure but yes, that's that's how it is. The demographic switch would take a while

18:30for for us to reach there. Right. So, walk us through all the technology that you're using and the workflows for the technology. If there's any specific settings like you know, you since you're not all involved, you probably don't know everything, but anything that you can share for people at home to do this themselves.

18:48Yeah. Actually, so I I know every bit of it because I have done it myself first and then handed over to the team. So, so I can I can give the every juicy detail of it. So, first thing is that couple parts of of a video. First part is scripting, second is the the avatar part of it like the

19:10the who's going to speak in the video. Uh uh third part is the person the audio of the video, like the person who's going to speak his voice over. And the fourth is the B-rolls that are that you're going to use in the video. These are the three four aspects of it. Now, the the person who's going to speak in the video, the video and their voice over, that can be generated using a software called HeyGen, h e y g e n. That's the software

19:41that we use it for. Uh it's a paid software. All of these would be paid softwares that we use. Uh the HeyGen and they they have few different versions, version three, four, and five. The version three has unlimited usage uh that you can generate how however many uh things that you want to but uh

20:03version three is uh is pretty good. The audio uh that that you generate with it is not that good. So, you have to pre-generate the audio using the script, whatever script that you have generated, using a software called Eleven Labs. Uh and Eleven Labs is great for the audio. So, you take your script, whatever script that you have created for that video, you put that in Eleven

20:25Labs. That gives you an MP3 file. You put that MP3 file into HeyGen, and HeyGen gives you the output for the avatar. That's that's the sequence. Now, you give that video. So, it would then then that basically that becomes very similar to like as if you have turned on your camera and you have recorded the video

20:44yourself. As simple as that. And you give that video file to your editor and you say as good as you as as if you have recorded that video, and now it's their job to edit that those videos. Now, they need to collect those B-rolls, and the that is where I'm not the best person to comment because editors collect B-rolls from various different

21:05sources, free and paid. Uh uh they can collect. So, B-rolls are the things that basically whatever they need to show on the video relevant to you. In our case, we use a lot of screen recordings and everything to showcase relevant parts of the video. So, that These are the few things. So, the most important part which is which is solved by AI is you don't have to record those videos. That recording is being done by Eleven Labs work by HeyGen. But, to get that recording, you have to first give HeyGen a 3-minute video of yourself sitting and talking to the camera. Just

21:46looking at the camera and talking. That's it. A 3-minute recording of that. That is the input material that HeyGen uses and it uh uses that as the avatar, as it calls it, for all of your videos. And once you give it to that, it will will use their algorithm to process that. And then you can pretty much give it any script and it will just say that script for you. That is the magic of of using HeyGen. And Eleven Labs with Eleven Labs, you have to give it, I think, probably a minute of of you just talking anything that you want to talk. And it will just take that audio. And then you

22:26can give it any written script and it will just uh use your tone to give you the output. So, that is what we are using. And that's the base of it. It's it's simple. But, at the same time, it's it's very magical. It can it can give you the output that you need. Now, there will be For example, the output that comes out from HeyGen, there will be some places where the lip sync may be off. Or it it would just become obvious that it's AI. That is where your editor has to come in and mask it through B-rolls, through screen recordings, just playing onto the onto

23:03the screen. So, which is what you said, Edward, at the start, that at some points you'll have to hide yourself and show something else on the screen. And where it matches perfectly, you'll have to show some show yourself and and hide the B-rolls. So, that is where the editor comes into picture, which is why I said editor editing is going to be more important. Uh that because you're not recording it, it you know it's not a a real human, so the editing becomes more important that wherever it's not uh you can feel and you can see that this is not real, just hide that and add more B-rolls and and

23:43all of that. Uh one thing is that with ElevenLabs, the audio does get very close to good. So, so that's also good thing. And if you want it to be like ultra ultra uh realistic-looking, just use your real voiceover. If you can use your real voiceover and not generate it using ElevenLabs, that gives it even further closest to the to a real uh audio because most people if if you do the editing right, you'd only come on screen maybe like not that much onto the screen, but the audio would be absolutely real because you you did the voiceover yourself. It would just be be it would be very difficult for an

24:25average person uh to to tell that it was not you. That is how we look at it. Uh it also depends on who your ICP is. Right? So, if your ICP is is a very technical person, they may be able to tell. If your ICP is, for example, for for me, uh I I create content for local

24:46business owners in the US. They are not technically savvy. So, for them it's they don't care I mean, they're in their truck, they have their uh earpiece plugged in, and they're just using this as a podcast. So in most cases they're not even looking at their screen or if they're looking at it I'm just coming and going on their

25:06screen. They don't care. So but at the same time if you're going if you are in the SaaS space and if someone like Edward is your ICP Dude, you sent me your podcast. I No, I didn't tell you sent me your you sent me your podcast and you're like, "What do you think about this?" And I and I watched it while I was walking. I was walking and it was sunny. But like I didn't So I was busy. I was I was I guess I the guy in the truck. And I was I was walking I was watching it and I was giving you feedback on the content. And

25:38then you're like, "Could you tell that it was AI?" And then I'm like, "What? It was It was AI? No." [clears throat] So yeah, I mean dude you you got me and you got me with the IG stuff, too. So that's that's what it is. And so like you like you said, you're you you your face isn't actually on screen for very long cuz you're always go you're always cutting away to the B-roll. And and then you have the this convincing voiceover with 11 Labs. Shout out to 11 Labs cuz people they are fans of mine and I worked in 2020 they're a post company in 2024 I worked at their

26:17offices in Warsaw. Oh nice. Nice. But yeah, they're they're great. Um okay, so you're So you you How do you come up with the script? So script is is one of the most important parts of this because A this is because this is an AI generated video your script has to be very tight. So for me in my case what I do is I also record videos. So I also do Loom style tutorial videos. And what I do is maybe I'll do a one hour style one hour long uh tutorial videos. And that 1 hour long tutorial video, I just take its transcript and I'll put that into

26:56Claude. And I'll ask it to give suggest me five different uh video titles from this uh 1 hour long uh transcript. And it will give me five different options, and it will then also create five different scripts for me from that 1 hour long. So, that's one thing that I'm doing that is really helping me uh because then it is the script that gen- that is generated using me is what I am saying. It's not random scripts that are being generated where I have to proofread every line because if I have spoken for an hour long Loom video, every line that is there in the

27:33transcript is what I said. So, that is something that we are doing right now that is helping me a lot. But, the prob- the only problem with that is I have to first record Looms, and and that is 1 hour long Looms or all Looms fro- from which the script is being uh being converted. That's one. Second, what I'm doing right now is because I

27:54have so much content on my Twitter. I'm taking that content and I'm putting it back into Claude. I'm saying, "Create video scripts from this content." So, if there's a thread and that thread and I can just take that thread and put it into Claude and I can say, "Create a video script from this uh a 5 minute or 6 minute long video script from this." So, I have I have a set project set up. I have a different chat set up for this for just for YouTube videos. And as more and more scripts are generated using that particular uh project, it learns that okay, this is

28:27the kind of videos uh video script that we have to generate. And then I can give it a thread, and it it comes out with a nice script. Uh I'm not the best. I'm I'm still learning. I mean, uh you can comment on on scripts and all of that much better than me. I'm I'm just starting with YouTube and doing all of that. But, yeah, so I uh it comes out with a 5-6-7 minute script, really nice scripts. And then from there I give it to my team and I say, "Okay, they just uh improve upon that script and generate the AI of that videos and 11 labs and

28:59all of that. And that is then taken care of from there. So, these are the few things because I don't go just the random way where uh I'm just taking up any topic and and randomly generating because that is very generic advice. This advice and these scripts that I'm currently following uh is very personalized advice that I've already given on the internet. So, the Loom videos, the Twitter threads, the Twitter posts, uh these are the advice that I have already written myself and or I have approved myself. So, then what happens is the the script that comes out, it is very very personalized. Every line in that those scripts have when I

29:38read I feel like I it this is me saying it again because and typically from the Looms I've already said all of those lines. So, even the examples are so relevant that that Claude sites in those scripts is is that's how I we are generating. And then from the same thing, so for example, I took took the Loom uh video of 1 hour, that the transcript, and I can uh pull out the script for 10 different

30:02shots. I can say, "Give me 10 short ideas from this as well." And then it will give me 10 different shots and it will also write the script for 10 different shots. And we can select which ones have good hooks and which one should So, first we'll go for the hooks and then the hooks that we like will ask it, "Okay, now write me the script for these these hooks." So, uh the Looms and the the Twitter threads, so basically the past content that I've done is becoming the source for the scripts right now. And that is how we are going towards writing the

30:32scripts. And what uh software are you using to edit the videos, especially the shorts? And and then how do you put in captions? Do you have a specific uh method for for captions where you're trying different styles and also sound effects cuz you're using sound effects as well. And you you yeah, you talked about where you're getting B-roll. We use a lot of B-roll in the podcast. We just get it natively from Dscript and we make it ourselves using

30:58Google's video. And yeah, or actually Grok can also make pretty good AI video. But but Dscript has a lot of native B-roll in it. So yeah, what are what are you using to edit and to do captions and for sound effects? This is where I would be the worst person to comment because I the only thing that I know from my editor is that he uses After Effects and that's that's it. I I just know from their output

31:28whether the output looks what I need. I can say for people I can say for people listening if you want an easy piece of software to do this in, I would recommend Dscript. Really really easy, has a lot of B-roll built in and you can do cool captions and yeah, it'll make it really and and has sound effects as well. It has that all built in. So people want to try this themselves and they don't know what what editing software to use because like you said, all you're doing is you're doing these cutaways to mask the fact that it's an

31:56AI video of yourself. Great, yeah. And and HeyGen also has an inbuilt editor that can help you edit it. It's not that good. It it may not be as good as as Dscript I'm assuming, but yeah, it can do a basic editing for you. So it's it's there. It's there in the software. So just give it a shot and and and see if

32:17if that works out, but yeah, it's there. Have you found that your videos are ranking on Google? Yes, the YouTube video Instagram videos not so much, but the YouTube videos rank really well. I have seen that Google has in the recent times also increasingly started to give more and more weightage to YouTube. Uh And naturally because it's their platform and they will want to promote it everywhere, even in AI search and everywhere. They want to promote it, but yeah, I have seen these videos have started to rank more and more. I'm sure this is something that you would be seeing across as well with with so much

32:53content that you put out. Yeah, I'm dominating. That We were talking David Klaid and I were talking about that yesterday. He's like I He's like Edward is crazy. Anything that I search in SEO, your face just shows up everywhere. And uh Right. That's brilliant. Are you Do you have a a strategy for captions, for like the descriptions for each video? Are you do writing super long descriptions or just Is it very

33:15minimal? It's It's minimal. I mean, it's it's a moderate length and and what I've done is is I've just trained a Claude Claude thing for We just take the script and put it into it and it gives us Good. Good. Good. uh like a Yeah, like a 100-word caption for every have a keyword. You got You got to have a keyword that goes in the first

33:34sentence of that description. Right. you if you can make it related to a keyword and you put that in the first sentence of the description, what I do, I'll tell you exactly what I do, is I I Normally, I just take the transcript for my video and I use that as the description for each social video. Uh but if there is a very relevant keyword that is related to it, I will fit that keyword into the first sentence of the description. And then I'll use the

34:00transcript. Okay. So, so for example, something like For example, this is Chat GPT versus Claude. So, you'd want to have that within the within the first sentence. I would literally just start the first sentence with Chat GPT versus Claude. Got you. Okay. Okay. So, that's that's grateful. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. And then And then the video's going to be highly highly relevant to that. And then Yeah, videos rank like I talk about that this nonstop on the on the podcast. Videos rank so well. It's an influence AI and it is

34:31mind-blowing. When When you When you did this, did you use your your official IG or did you like open a new one? Did you use your own IG for this or you're like, "Well, I'm going to be messing around with all this AI video. I'm going to start Did you Yeah, what did you do? This was This was a new one. So, the one that I have is is a private one and that's just for friends and family and I just opened a new one where I decided How How long did it How long did it take you to to get it warmed up? Did you do

34:58like a method to warm up the account or did you not really think about it? I didn't really think about it but uh and and luckily the first the third video itself went viral, so it went 1 million plus, so it just went it it just warmed up very quickly. Do you have a strategy with uh with

35:18sound effects in your videos? About how you use them, when you use them? The one thing that we do and that I've told my editors is not particularly for sound effect, but every 3 seconds there should be something new on the screen. That is something that we take seriously because uh to retain attention on the screen, especially for shorts, we do that every three three seconds there should be something new coming onto the

35:44screen. So, that is what we try and do. Whether it be it through the captions, be it through through audio, be through the visuals or me on the screen, just just ensure there is something that that we are doing every 3 seconds that just captures the attention there. But one thing we have also realized is there is it's a different ball game for business content and there's slightly different ball game for SEO content. People uh consuming So, we are learning as we are doing more and more and more SEO content and maybe in the next part that we do I'll be able to tell you more about SEO

36:18content in general on on shorts. Uh but yeah, uh 3 second rule is what we try to to stick by. Or Do you have a strategy for music? Are you using the same pieces of music all the time? You're switching it or you're switching it up? Where are you getting your music? Are you putting your music in after like once you upload and letting the platforms recommend music or

36:40Yeah, what how are you doing music? So, from what I know, and this is mostly my editor, we put in all musics and everything beforehand into the video and all of the effects uh into the video baked in and so we are not doing anything while at the time of uploading uh the video. It's it's everything that's baked in within the

36:59editing process itself. I'm not 100% sure how and where they're getting the the music from. Maybe I should look into it a bit more to understand how they're getting This is this part the editing part I kind of just leave on the expert editors that we have because I'm not the best at it, so I just don't want to interfere in their process. What I look at generally is the how the output is is it how whether I like it or not from uh like a viewer perspective because if I like it from a viewer perspective, chances are the viewers will also like it. So, that is

37:31how I look at it from an editing perspective, but yeah, uh uh we don't add anything after editing. Everything is baked in within the editing process itself. What I can say is uh so one Dscript for people who want to do this themself, Dscript has a a really good music library of just music you can use, but if you actually take the video without music and upload it to TikTok, TikTok's AI is very good at recommending trending music that fits the vibe of the video. I'm constantly I don't I I found actually for myself that like not having music does better. So, I don't really use music as much anymore, but I used to

38:11use music in every video and TikTok's AI will recommend really appropriate trending music. And and then what you then what I do is as the video, I download it from TikTok without the watermark, and I upload it everywhere else. When I do use music, that's how I do it. Yeah, I use a tool called reusevideo.com. It uploads all of my videos from TikTok automatically to Google Drive without me having to think about it. And then I take it from Google Drive, and I upload it everywhere

38:40everywhere else. Um we've talked about a lot. Do you think that there is anything for people who want to do this themselves? Is there anything that we haven't talked about that could trip people up who are who are like, "I'm going to do this myself. I'm going to do this right now." Is there anything that we haven't addressed that could like mess people up who are trying this, where they could be really

39:00confused? Not really, but but one thing that can really hype them up is I had just between September and June, we have grown so much on Instagram. We literally went from zero to almost 300,000. Now we have just this period. I'm maybe getting 2 3 million views a month. So everything is realistically possible if you do it right. You don't need need and now is the opportunity to do it even for

39:35people who are camera shy. How How often are you putting out videos? Like yeah, what's your frequency? So the goal is to do one to two videos a day. That's that's that's what we are trying to achieve for now. Now that we're switching into SEO and we have to slow down a little bit in the last few days to reconcile and create a bank for ourselves. But yeah, we we want to be doing one to two videos a day. That is what our goal is. And yeah, and to to go get back to the topic the this is the golden opportunity because so by till this point, if you were camera shy,

40:13there was just no option for you. You can never You can You can never just be a camera person if you're camera shy, but now you can record one avatar and you can go and and you can do a lot more behind the scenes and still grow an an Insta presence or a or a social media presence. So, what I would say is don't leave this opportunity. It's such a huge opportunity for for you. And so, give this this a shot. There's nothing that you would you would basically lose out from from doing this. So, that is what I would I'd say to hype up people because I am very

40:48hyped up and I'm very thankful I took the action then. And this is what I would say, just take the action and you'll be thankful to yourself maybe 6 months down the line and probably to to this podcast and to Edward as well too that you saw this one and you took the action. You think that could be You know what? I guess I could see like if I'm thinking about this critically, I guess I could see like let's say that you are a local business and you're like, "Yeah, I'm going to do this for my local business." and your followers like trust you and know your face and know

41:16you and you have this like community rep reputation. And then like I could see that actually hurting you and being really inauthentic. So, I think the move if you're trying this is to do it with a new account before you like it cuz especially if you don't know what you're doing, you don't want to pump out a lot of like AI videos to like an audience who really

41:36loves you. Probably is the move to do it Yeah, probably would be the move to do it with a new account. What do you think? Yeah, it's not a bad idea. I mean, just just start with a new account and anyways, maybe some something on like on your personal account uh if if if you're creating content, let's say on SEO, uh you'd want to have an account where

41:59it's just about SEO. And and people because when someone consumes one of your content and they want to consume a few more of your content pieces. So, you would do want them to land on to a profile where they are also going through your personal a lot of your personal stuff and then and then they're deciding if whether should I consume this post or should I consume this post. It should be okay that I I saw this content then I should see this content then I should see this content. So it's it's always a good idea to have everything in one place where it should just be sequence

42:35of content they consume because that's when they click on the follow button. It would be very rare that they would just consume one piece of content and they'd click the follow button. So make it as easy for them as possible. And another reason also is if you if you don't do not feel comfortable in in creating AI content with all of your audience seeing it that's also that's also a good thing to just start a new account and there's nothing for you to lose. Right? It's it's a win-win situation whatever

43:04audience that you're getting from there. The only downside is yes with a new account there'd be a warm-up period so you'll not get that initial reach that with an older existing account that you will get. So that's there but sometimes with Instagram and with all social media we also see that newer accounts sometimes get a good reach. So I'm sure you'll have come across that Kumar CA post. Have you seen Have

43:28you seen that post or no? Which post is it? Kumar? So so Right so there's a CA and he's just gone viral on the internet. So they did a reel and I'll send that over to you. They did a very different kind of intro style a mafia style intro reel for that person and it just went viral. They did one post on that account the first post and it went so viral ultra viral. So maybe new accounts sometimes also get that kind of advantage. So it it's there's no no harm in in trying out with a new

44:04account as well. Are you using any software to post or you just uploading manually? Just manually through through the Instagram. I recommend I recommend that too for for pretty much every platform. For LinkedIn, for YouTube, for Instagram. And then actually, I don't know if you're doing this, but Instagram has a native cross-post to Facebook feature.

44:26Right. And you want to use that native cross-post to Facebook. That works really well. Upload manually to TikTok. Yeah. Right. Yeah. And then And then what's cool about about YouTube Shorts is with every YouTube Short that you upload, you can recommend a different video for people to to click on like the next video.

44:45one. Yeah. Right. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. And I I do that. I do that too. Sarvesh, thank you so much for coming on the show and sharing all of this. Um yeah, this is awesome. People People have clients who don't want to make their own videos. People are camera-shy. They want They don't want to make videos themselves or people just want an automated system that they don't have to think about. And that's what you have done and you've done it very very successfully. And so I'm grateful to have you always coming on the show and sharing all the awesome things that you

45:14are doing. Likewise, Edward. This is This is like a family to me and that is why whatever I do, I just come here and share very freely.
