0:00Every YouTube girl out there is going to tell you that to succeed right now, you need to hustle non-stop, burn millions of tokens, and make insane higheffort faceless videos just to fight for every single second of watch time. But there's actually an entire corner of [music] YouTube that completely breaks the algorithm, and it's sleep videos. Instead of fighting for a 4-minute view, you get viewers who are just going to click play, turn off the lights, and let your video run all night. Now, take a look at this video. It's got over 540 million views. And even if we count it as low as possible at just $1.50 for

0:38every,000 views, it's made at least $810,000. [music] Now, to put that into perspective, that is literally a middle manager salary for 10 entire years sitting inside of one single video file. And it's still printing money to date. Right now, it's pulling in around 7,000ish views every hour, which is 1050 an hour, 250 a day, or over $7,500 in a single month, while the creator is literally asleep in their bed. Now, down in the corner of the screen, I'm going to keep a live revenue counter running, tracking just for this one single channel called Soothing Relaxation, so that you can see and understand exactly how much passive cash it's pulling in

1:19while you're watching this breakdown. Now, in this video, I'm going to walk you through the entire [music] process from choosing the right niche to getting a finished video uploaded to your channel. And to be honest, the process is actually way easier than it looks because we're not going to be bouncing between five different expensive subscriptions. We're simply going to do the entire thing right [music] in one single place. And by the way, as always, all of the links to the tools and the exact prompts that I use today are down in the description below. So, make sure to check that out and hit the subscribe button so that you don't miss the next

1:52breakdown. So, let's start our path to the highest AVD and the easiest monetization of your entire life. Now, the very first thing we need to do is to pick our niche. But before you go off and type anything into a search bar, remember this. The biggest search term is almost always a trap. Now, most beginners are going to go straight for that highest volume keyword. What you actually want are those sweet spots where search volume is massive, but competition is relatively near the bottom. So, let's look at these two scales. Monthly searches on the left and competition rated from 0 to 100 on the right. And here's what's completely

2:32overheated. White noise gets 2.34 million searches a month, but competition is at 65. Rain sounds gets 1.63 63 million searches with a [music] competition of 56. And Relaxing Jazz sits at 334K searches with a competition score of 66. And this is where legacy giants live. Channels like relaxing white noise with [music] 4.5 million subscribers. And even in a great niche, those generic keywords are pretty much already locked down by other competitors. Now, at the same time, you can't [music] just blindly chase low competition. For example, Spaceship Ambiance has low competition, but only 17K searches a month, and search

3:14interest just completely dropped by 71%. Medieval Tavern Ambiance has a super low competition score of 18, but only 18K monthly searches and an interest rate that's down 39%. Low competition in and of itself is useless. You need three things working together. High search volume, low competition, and positive historical growth. Now, here's three actual winning niches that I think you should target. Niche number one, rain plus fireplace. Fireplace ambiance gets 307,000 searches with a competition score of just 19, and it's actually up 31% over the last month. Rain Sounds for Sleeping No Ads [music] gets 242K searches with a competition score of just 24. And Autumn Ambiance pulls

4:03436,000 searches at a competition score of 23. Just look at this channel, Cozy Dream Window. Now, they only have 3,900 subscribers, and one of their videos is already sitting at 83,000 views. In this specific niche, Pure Audio atmosphere does all of the selling. Niche number two, Cozy Jazz. Cozy Jazz pulls 514,000 searches with a competition score of 25,

4:30up [music] 30%. And here's the proof. Tiny Cafe Jazz. With only 4K subscribers, their video Cozy Rain Autumn Cafe has hit 1.1 million views. And here, the warm instrumental music sells the click. And your third niche, fantasy worlds. Fantasy music gets 371,000 searches with a competition score of 35 and [music] 19% growth. Now,

4:56let's look at Fantasy Medieval Journey. This channel was created recently and it's already got 4.85 million views with their highest night village video hitting 92,000 views. This niche sells what I call pure escapism, worlds that only AI can create. And pay super close attention to seasonality as well. Searches for things like fireplaces are up 26%. Fireplace ambiance is up 31% and cozy jazz is up 30% in just the last 30 days. [music] Clearly fall and winter are at the peak season for cozy content and it's only

5:34just starting. Now, let's build our first video. The entire workflow breaks down into four simple generations, and we're going to be doing all of them directly inside of Higfield. So, generation one, [music] the scene. To create your core visual, we're going to open Higsfield, set our aspect ratio to 16x9, and use either Nano Banana 2.1 with resolution set to 4K or [music] use the sole location model. Now, there's going [snorts] to be three golden rules for this scene. First is the window rule. The inside needs to be warm and safe, while the outside needs to have raw weather. The search query rain or window gets 338,000

6:15searches on its own because that contrast triggers deep comfort. Second, we need a singlestory anchor. So, we'll include one object that adds life to the room. Something like a sleeping cat, an open book or a blanket, or a steaming ceramic mug. And third is zero people. It's going to be an empty room that lets the viewer project themselves into the space. And here's the exact prompt that I used. So, feel free to pause and screenshot. Now, generate two or three variations and then pick the one that

6:47looks best. And look at the result. We've got warm lighting, defined raindrops on the glass, and these deep shadows that are visually attractive. That visual is actually your product because viewers buy it with their eyes. Generation two is the live loop. So [music] next we need to bring this image to life in a seamless fashion. We want to stay right inside of Hicksfield and switch the Cance 2.5 [music] video model. Now out of the 40 models available, this is the one of very few models that can generate up to 30 secondond videos with frame looping and audio generation all at once. We're going to place our generated image into

7:25the first frame and last frame slots. We'll set the length to 30 seconds. Again, a 16x9 ratio. And we'll make sure that the audio toggle is turned on. Now, here's a quick tip to save credits. You're going to use the draft mode to run a cheap 480p preview first. And you're going to check the seam between the end and the beginning. When it looks smooth, you're not just going to be generating a new 1080p prompt or creating a completely different video that breaks that seamless loop and cost you more credits. Now, because the camera is locked in place and only micro elements are moving, so things like

7:59raindrops trickling down the glass, fire flickering in the fireplace, the last frame is going to connect back to the first frame with zero visible cuts. It's going to end up looping [music] forever. Now, generation three, the sound stack. So, now for audio, we're going to need a high retention track, which uses two layers. First is going to be the organic ambient sound that Cedance 2.5 generated directly with the video. It's going to be natural rain on glass and the soft fireplace crackling. [music] And second is the relaxing music. You don't need any expensive audio tools or subscriptions here. All the code to generate and loop your relaxing music is

8:38simply generated in Claude with a super simple prompt. You just ask Claude to write the soft piano track, run it, and it outputs a beautiful continuous melody that perfectly matches to your vibe. Rain paired with gentle piano is one of the most proven combinations on YouTube. Actually powering viral hits with 600, 300, and 240,000 views. Now listen to

9:02the rain alone.

9:08And now listen with a soft piano layered underneath.

9:18It instantly transforms into that deep sleep atmosphere that we're aiming for. Generation 4 [music] is the thumbnail. For your thumbnail, you're going to go back to Higfield's image generation. Using your scene image as a reference, we want to crank up the warmth, make the fireplace grow richer, and sharpen the rain on the window. We'll add two to four words of clean text like fall asleep fast and put it side by side with the top ranking videos. Run a test and compare across three variations and pick

9:47the one that pops out to you the most. Now, assembly and for example, look at recent viral hits. For example, that 803K video is actually only 1 hour and 31 minutes long. Other top performers are around 3 hours. Take your two to three minute loop and your audio track into literally any editor, Cap Cut, Premiere, or you can even actually ask Claude to run a simple command and duplicate them across the timeline until you hit two to 3 hours. [music] At 1080p, an 11 GB file exports fast and

10:20isn't going to overload your machine. Now, the next step is packaging and uploading. We're going to follow this exact formula for all three niches. So for your title, we're going to do promise plus no mid roll ads plus scene plus purpose. So for example, that might sound something like fall asleep in 5 minutes parenthesis no midroll ads with cozy bedroom rain and a fireplace glow for deep sleep and relaxation. [music] In the description, we'll pack the top

10:49lines with your keyword cluster. Fireplace ambiance, rain on window, and sleep sounds. For things like ad monetization, we're going to leave pre-rolls turned on, but we'll turn mineral ads completely off. If you claim no ads and viewers get hit with an ad before the video, then they're going to feel super misled. So, no midroll ads is exactly 100% honest, and viewers are still going to love you for not blasting them awake at 3:00 a.m. In YouTube Studio, we'll make sure to check yes under AI [music] content. And remember the monetization math. You need a,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours. That single video with 803,000 views, even at

11:31a modest 10-minute average view duration, generated over 130,000 watch hours. In other words, that clears the YouTube partner program threshold more than 30 times over from just [music] one video. Now, let me show you how this exact same four-step pipeline applies to the other two niches and how this entire [music] thing takes literally under 2 minutes. So, niche 2, going back to it, is cozy jazz. 514,000 searches up 30% and Tiny Cafe Jazz did 1.1 million views. Step one is going to be the scene. Imagine a night cafe in the rain, warm street lamps outside the window, steaming coffee, maybe a vinyl record player, and a corner fireplace. Step two is the

12:21loop. Incense 2.5, steam drifting, the vinyl record spinning, raindrops sliding down the window, and step three, the music. All the code is going to be generated in Claude with a super simple prompt. We're just going to ask for the code to get that smooth jazz, soft piano, and brush drums vibe. And step four, again, the packaging. We'll title it rainy autumn cafe, warm jazz, and fireplace glow for study, sleep, and

12:49relaxation. Niche 3, fantasy worlds. 371,000 searches, up 19%, and fantasy medieval journey did 4.85 [music] million views. Step one, again, the scene. Imagine a medieval village, deep at night, glowing lanterns, morning mist, and warm light spilling from tavern windows. Step two is the loop. In Cance 2.5, again, we'll have lanterns flickering, chimney smoke rising, fireflies drifting through the air, and light snow falling. Step three is the music. All the code once again is generated inside Clawude. And step four is the package. Let's title it the quiet night in a medieval village. relaxing fantasy music for sleep and study. And literally just like that, the whole video is finished. It's the exact same

13:38four steps that I repeated every single time. And what you're doing is actually actively tapping into a half a million monthly searches that are actively blowing up right now. [music] And the entire thing took under 2 minutes to put together. [music] Look at the revenue counter on the screen right now. Just in the time that you spent watching this video, this single channel has racked up roughly $15

14:04in passive income right in front of you. It's $61 in one hour and $1,460 in a single day. And none of that went into your pocket simply because your video has yet to be uploaded. So take a screenshot of this formula right [music] now. Three niches, rain plus fireplace, cozy jazz, and fantasy worlds. Four generations scene live loop with Cance 2.5. Thumbnail all done directly inside Hickfield and sound is generated inside Claude. Video length should be 1.5 hours to 3 hours with packaging that follows a promise. No midroll ads scene and purpose structure. We'll have midroll ads off, pre-roll ads on, and the AI content toggle checked. The cozy

14:50Halloween cafe video did 478,000 views in under [music] a month. A channel that started in August pulled in nearly half a million views and the cozy season conveniently is at its peak right now. [music] And it's not going to wait for you to be ready. So everything that we used in Higsfield and all of the prompts

15:09are linked in the description below. Pick just one of these three niches, run your first four generations, and get your video live on YouTube today. So, as always, hit subscribe, drop a like if this breakdown helped you, and I'll see you [music] guys in the next one.
