This is the full transcript of I Turned All of Hormozi’s Books Into My AI Business Advisor (Free Tool), published on YouTube by Jordan Rafealov. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00I have read every single one of Alex Hormozi's books multiple times and I took all of my notes and loaded them into Opus 5.5 to create the ultimate AI business advisor tool that you can ask all of your questions to and get answers as if you were speaking to Alex Hormozi himself. So here you can see the tool. We have Alex Hormozi who governs everything and he is the host of the tool and we have loaded in notes around 100 million dollar offers, 100 million dollar leases, money models, as well as his playbooks, as well as the closer handbook and a bunch of affiliate stuff that
0:38was very difficult to get my hands on. I have studied all of it and put all of my notes into the tool. And so there are some prompts down here and I'm just going to go through and give you an idea of how this works. So I have clicked on should I raise my prices? Now we can obviously also type in here just like we
0:56would with any sort of chatbot, right? And then it's going to go through all of the notes on the books and it's going to pull out which book is going to be the most relevant. And so in this case you can see that it is the pricing playbook and the closing playbook and it's going
1:13to ask me some questions to get clarity. Of the people you quoted a thousand dollars a month, how many of the 10 say yes? So it's assuming a couple of things here because I was giving it some data before. So let's say three. When did the When did you last raise your price and do your contracts say the price can go up each year? I last raised my prices two years ago and the contracts do not say that I can
1:39raise my price whenever I want. And so the closing playbook now is asking me a question. You can see here. And so the governing AI, i.e. the Hormozi chair, is taking key points down the side here. And so the closing playbook is asking me, "How do you run your sales calls today?" I have a script, but I very rarely review it. I
2:03have no script, so let's say that. Before the call, do you check the person's situation, timing, who decides? Yes, all four. Okay, got it. Each book is writing its answer on its own. Watch the table. So, you can see that they are thinking here. They are thinking, and then they're going to come back with some feedback. So, the pricing playbook has said, "Do not raise your price yet. You have no script, and seven in 10 say no, mostly on price. In my book, price too high means low value. Write one one script
2:36and use validate, isolate, and loop." And then, the pricing playbook to closing playbook is saying, uh "A 16 to 70% prepaid discount is still a cut offering." Okay, so it's going backwards and forwards, and it's debating with each other, you can see here. So, I wanted to build this in a way where it was like it doesn't just give you an answer, but it gives you multiple point of views, and then they sort of debate things backwards and forwards, and then the ultimate governing AI is the chair here who makes the decision, and he's the host, i.e., Hormozi AI. So, you can see that it's saying, uh
3:12"Hormozi has decided, do not raise your price, write one call script, use it on every call, and track your close rates on qualified calls." So, it has found that I am doing something incorrect, and it's come back with a verdict, and then it's even given me the ability to download a PDF here. And so, this is the summary based on the feedback from the
3:34notes from those books and Hormozi AI. Do not raise your price, write one call script, use it on the call. Who won the argument? The closing playbook. Your leads pass all four checks, so the weak point is the call. The $100 million closing playbook plan clears that. Here are the next seven days, and then watch this number. What I told the board here is a bunch of things that I said. And then essentially here is just some backwards and forwards and the debate until we got to a conclusion. And then obviously this is the conclusion. Pretty cool. So, as well as that, you can also see past sessions here. You can see the
4:10library that I can navigate here. And then also the how it works section here. And then I can just type in any question I want. So, I can say I run a marketing agency. I'm currently at $5,000 a month. How do I scale to $30,000 a month uh as quickly as possible. Okay, and then we press enter here. And so, the chair is reading our question. And then it is finding the one thing holding the business back and which book owns it and which advice it might be able to give us. And then it's going to pull up one or multiple of these books and it's going to look
4:49through the notes. Okay, so we've got the closing playbook, the $100 million leads playbook, and the pricing playbook here. And the closing playbook is asking us when a prospect says no or goes quiet after you quote a thousand bucks a month, what happens next? I follow up once or twice. We will say how many
5:06sales calls you run in a normal week? Let's say three. How many new people did you contact or reach per day last month and for how many days in a row? I run cold email, so probably anywhere between a thousand to two thousand people are contacted per day, five days a week. So, I'm saying here I run cold email, so probably between a thousand and two
5:28thousand. Who do you reach today? Uh strangers one by one. So, through cold email. Got it. Each book is writing its answer on its own. Watch the table. So, it's going through and creating its opening moves. And so, I wonder what happens if I click on these. Pretty cool. Um and so it's going through and inferring things. So the $100 million lead says you do not have a volume problem. You
5:54send 1,000 to 2,000 cold emails a day. You did not tell me how replies. So track the number engaged leads per 100 email sent. Good advice. Closing playbook is saying you can't you only run three calls a week and three in 10 say yes. You have no script. Pricing playbook says do not cut your $1,000. Test higher quotes on your next 10 to 20 calls. And now it's debating,
6:16you see. So they are going backwards and forwards with each other and they are debating whether or not it should be this or it should be that based on some of the notes. And now the chair is deciding weighing which feedback makes the most sense to take action on and how to put together the plan. Okay, so here is the board's answer. Hold your email volume and fix the email itself. So more of more of the strangers you reach turn into booked calls. So it's basically telling me if [snorts] I want to get to $30,000 a month, I need more sales calls, right? And I am only doing a
6:55small amount of sales calls based on the amount of volume I'm doing. So it has decided that the bottleneck is the email itself because not enough people must be replying. So very clever. So it's saying $100 million leads one, your own numbers show huge email volume but only three calls a week. The leak sits before the
7:15call. So the email gets fixed first. Very smart here. Uh next 7 days. So count last month's emails sent, replies, and booked calls. Work out engaged leads per 100 emails. Change one thing in the email, the personal first line, end every call by booking the next one. And day seven, if it rose, keep it and test one more. I'm going to see, can you write the script email copy for me? So I'm doing this just to basically test if it has the memory and if has the cap the capability to be able to write copy. Okay, so it is. It's right It's now it's using the
7:53Hooks Playbook and it has a question for me. Paste the first line of the cold email that got you the most replies in the first line of the one that got the fewest. Okay, so my reply is I put the best one and then the worst one here. 100 million dollar leads has a question
8:10for me. So, out of 1 week of cold emails, how many replies do you get? How many turn into booked calls? And how many of those calls become customers? So, it's getting really granular here. And so, I'm saying I get, you know, a 5% reply rate and then 7 to 10 of them turn into potential calls. When you read your cold email as a stranger, would you which part of the offer is the weakest? This is a really good question here and so, I'm going to say it sounds like too much effort for
8:36them. Got it. Each book is writing its answer on its own. Watch the table. So, the Hooks Playbook is giving some feedback. I will not write one email yet. Your best opener works because What does it say? Because it is about about them a podcast guest spot is a gift. Very cool. Write 10 openings.
9:00Uh-huh. Uh-huh. 100 million dollar offers says you write the offer first, but you have 40 to 50 replies. And then the Hooks Playbook is saying 10 new openings will not fix it. Okay, so it's it's You can see they are debating again backwards and forwards. This is really interesting. I've never seen uh like AI agents do this.
9:19Basically, going backwards and forwards. And so, 100 million dollar offers comes in and it's speaking to 100 million dollar leads and it's sort of telling it its point of view. And now the uh chair Homazi AI is deciding which is the best direction to go. So, 100 million dollar leads has come back and has said, "Put one free fast gift in the first line of the cold email, so replying
9:45takes almost no effort." And again, we can open up a PDF copy of all of the transcript and all of the feedback and then the next 7 days um but essentially write what you can give in under for free and under 5 minutes. Also, count booked calls, closes, and full cost per customer send both to the board. Draft the new email, keep the weekly send volume, log replies, keep the version with more booked calls. So, like really really
10:15good advice. I have used ACQ AI and I think it's giving kind of similar advice, which I'm very impressed around. So, we have started a brand new session and let's see how it handles this question cuz I know many of you are going to have this question in your mind. Okay, so I'm asking it, I'm brand new, how do I build an offer, what should I sell? Basically, all the questions that I get multiple
10:40times inside my private school group. Interesting, so you can see it says, "Our notes show you already run a marketing agency at 5 grand a month." So, discard that information and give it to me as if I was brand new, just starting out with no experience. Okay, so 100-million-dollar offers is asking me in one sentence, "What result does your buyer want from a marketing agency and how fast they want it?" I
11:06don't know the answer to that question. I am open to any sort of offer as long as it's easy to sell, easy to deliver on, and it has a demand right now. What is your guarantee today? None. How do you bill your clients today? Monthly. Got it. Each book is writing its answer on its own. Watch the table. So, I'm interested to see what it says in return because it hasn't really asked me uh
11:31what I am good at or anything like that. Which by the way, I created all of these skills that you can plug and play already into Claude. And I'm also going to leave this skill inside my free dopamine digital school group by the way, which I'm going to link below. But essentially, if you want it, you can join 8,300 other members and every single day I drop incredible skills, I drop Claude mods, I drop systems that you can plug and play all completely for free. So, this is the skill that I was talking about. You can download this for free, plug it into Claude. It will walk
12:06you through 27 questions to find your unique talents and your unique essence and how you can wrap that in an offer and you can sell it. If you pair this with the ultimate AI business advisor that I just showed you, you will crush it and get to $10,000 a month in under 100 days. So, I'm going to drop the AI business advisor skill inside this free group. So, if you want that, check out the first link in the description and I'll see you inside. Right, coming back to the AI business advisor here, you can
12:38see that it's come back with an answer. Now, the answer is to message 100 warm contacts a day, ask what they struggle with and use the answers plus four market tests to pick your niche. This is such brilliant advice. Like these are the things that I teach the people who are my students as well when they don't know what to sell. I say go and ask the market instead of cramming something down their throat, go and ask them what they want, see how you can help them and then create the solution and deliver it to them. Crazy idea. So, here are the next seven days. Day one, list 100
13:12people from your phone, email, social, message each one asking what problem in their work or life they struggle with. Day two, send 100 more messages. Days three to four, keep sending 100 a day. So, it's following the Hormozi's rule of 100 here, which I love, and it's also using his first client framework principles, which are reaching out to warm network and trying to get their I trying to trying to ask them, "Hey, what problems do you have? What can I help you solve? And do you know anybody that I can solve that for?" Which takes all of this pressure off you, right? Days 5 to 6, pick one niche that passes all
13:48four tests, write one sentence offer for its top problem with an all what guarantee. And day 7, offer the first five people a free job for feedback and a review. Count replies per 100 and jobs agreed. So, really fantastic advice here. I This is exactly what I would say to a brand new person who was looking to sell something online and escape the rat
14:13race, but they didn't know what to do. All right, so we got time for one more question here. I just can't get enough, so I'm going to say, "People book calls, but do not buy." Which uh I know a lot of you maybe struggle with, right? If you want help with your closing percentage, then I highly recommend you check out my private school community, the AI systems society. We're running a special right now for the next couple days, where you can save quite a bit of money. And all of my AI systems exist in here that I went from zero to $16,000 plus a month in 84 days with a brand new offer just
14:46to test that these systems actually work, and they crushed it. And so, one of the things that I give you is my AI sales rep here, which lets you do crazy stuff like this. It joins your call, and then it listens to what they say, it listens to what you say, and then it feeds you the things that you should ask the prospect on a sales call to close them quicker and for more money. And so, this is just a quick
15:15demo of what this tool actually does. Let me just show you really quickly. So, you can see that it is listening to all the things that the prospect is saying and then it is giving me questions and feeding me the things that I need to be saying and asking to the prospect to identify the gaps in their business and how I can solve their problems. It's giving me the close probability. It's telling me how well I have identified their current state and their current problem and then it's even giving me these questions that I can say it's I've asked it or I can copy it. So I can go,
15:46yes, I've asked that question and now it's no longer on the board. So pretty crazy and even if this helps you increase your close rate by 5 or 10% that could mean thousands of extra dollars for you every single month. And so you can get this plus 34 other systems inside the AI system society as well as 100 days of exactly what to do to get to $10,000 a month as well as the content systems, launch systems, and payday systems that have generated more than $7 million in revenue. So if you're interested in that, I'll leave that link below as well. So coming back now to the
16:21AI business advisor board here, it's asking us in one sentence, what result does the person on your call want? So I'm going to say they want more leads. Which of these does your market fail? So they don't necessarily have money to buy. How do you bill a customer today? Uh monthly. Got it. Each book is writing an answer
16:43on its own. Watch the table. All right. So let's see what it comes back with now. The 100 million dollar playbook the the closing playbook is being asked, the 100 million dollar offer book is being asked, and now the 100 million dollar pricing book is being asked and they are going to debate and then the chair is going to give us a decision at the end like always. All right. So our Hormozi AI is making a decision here. You can see again the debates that have been going backwards and forwards between offers to the pricing, from pricing to the closing, from closing to the pricing book. Pretty
17:16cool stuff. And so, we're going to get an answer in just a second here on how we can increase our close rate. Ask every caller what would make $1,000 a month feel worth it. Add the top answer to the offer and keep the price. So, our numbers show three in 10 already buy, so the call is the weak lane. The $100 million pricing playbook test is cheap and fast. Switching markets is slow and unproven. Yes. All right, so then here is a 7-day plan. Count last month's booked calls. Write one question for your calls. Run calls with that
17:49question. Add the most common answer. Keep running calls until you reach 10 to 20 quotes, then count how many say yes. So, fairly good feedback, guys. So, I think that's pretty darn impressive. You can ask it any business questions that you have and it's going to give you the answers as if it was Alex Hormozi with all his wealth of knowledge and all the
18:09notes from all the books he has written. So, if that's interesting at all, I'm going to leave that link down below completely for free for you guys inside the Dopamine Digital School group. So, make sure you check that out. You can install it on your own machine and you can play with it however you want. Now, make sure you subscribe because I make one of these videos every single day and
18:29I'm doing this for the next 100 days. I'm following Hormozi's rule of 100 and I suggest you join in. That's all for me, guys. See you in the next one. Peace.
