This is the full transcript of $4.1M Shopify Ai Dropshipping Automation With Claude & Chatgpt (Just Copy Me), published on YouTube by Austin Rabin. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00The newest updates with Claude and Chad GBT make starting an AI drop shipping business not only easy, but fully automated. We've been using these exact tools to scale our brand Haven Golf Company to over $4 million in just over a year and a half. And by the end of this video, you're going to have a fully built custom Shopify website built by AI, a highquality supplier, ad research automated for you, image ads generated and also automated, and even your fulfillment of your products will be automated with AI as well. So, log in, follow along, and let's get your automated AI drop shipping store up and
0:34running today. All right, so the first thing that we're going to be doing is building out our Shopify store using this AI software. It's completely free, by the way. It's also built on the exact same theme that we used to scale over $4 million at Haven Golf Company in just over a year and a half, which is pretty crazy. The theme itself has a great setup. The speeds are extremely quick. The conversion rates are really high. It's
0:54fully customizable and it's fully yours. So, we're going to build it out together and then we're also going to be building a product page. We're literally going to copy the exact same Haven format. The first thing that we want to do is go on this website and I'll actually link this down below in the description and I can pin it in a comment down below as well so you guys can follow along. From here, we got to pick the niche that we're going to be selling in. There's clothing, pets, tech, sports, or home or need inspiration. Now, it doesn't really matter which niche that you pick right
1:17now because it's again 100% yours. You can change the niche, the products, the images, everything. So, for this example, I'm going to click pets and we got to sign up with our first name and your email address. And so, the email address that you're using here cannot be associated with another Shopify account. This software is a partnership with me and Shopify. So, if you have a Shopify account already linked to that email, then you can't actually upload this custom theme. So just use a different Shopify email. All right. So I'm going
1:41to use this email I just made up here. And then we're going to click on claim your store. Okay. So now we get to pick our color. So this is the color base of our theme. We can do green, orange, blue, or red. I'm going to go with orange for this one. Again, none of this really really matters because it's all
1:56customizable, so not a big issue here. And then we're going to pick our header image, which we can change later on if we want. I'm going to go with this one. Now the AI is building the store on the back end, creating the custom theme for you guys, and then getting everything kind of set up and ready to roll. All right, so our store is ready. We're going to click on claim my store. We need to create our Shopify account so we can upload that store custom theme that you chose onto it for you. Click on create my Shopify account. And then it's going to already have your email
2:21populated in here. Just click on next. Now just create a password for your Shopify account. Uh make up anything that you need or want there. Click on create account. Now it takes you to the Shopify trial page. So, it's a free 3-day trial on Shopify and then we have the special offer with the partnership. So, it's only a dollar per month for the first 3 months. So, you're getting access to Shopify for over 3 months for just $3 to actually start up your store and start selling, which is a crazy deal. To upload custom themes and actually start selling onto your Shopify store, you do have to have this
2:51activated. Otherwise, you literally cannot start selling. All right, so I'm just putting in my credit card information here and then I'm clicking subscribe for $1. Again, it's 3 days for free. You can cancel it before that if you want. [music] Um, but in 3 days you'll be charged $1 and it's a dollar per month for 3 months. All right. Now, we have to choose our plan. So, we've got basic, grow, and advanced. We don't need anything besides basic. Grow and advance are for when you're like really scaling up your store and you have a ton of orders coming in. [music] So, just go with the basic one. We don't need to do
3:17anything fancy here. We also don't need to upgrade uh to inerson sales unless you own like a brick-andmortar store, but I highly doubt that. So, we'll click on not now. Now, there's going to be like this little survey here, but we can just click skip. Uh, it's just for Shopify's back end. Now, we are on the Shopify [music] homepage. So, our store is activated essentially. We do have to actually go back onto the store building
3:37software to upload the theme, though. Now, I'll cover all this stuff on the left side a little bit later because we're actually going to go back in and build out the product page that scaled Haven to $4 million. Now that we've got our account created, we're going to click back onto the software where we're creating our Shopify account. So, we just did this and we started our trial, so we're good to go. We'll hit next. we need to link our Shopify store onto the software. So, all that we need to do to do that is click on access the URL. So, it's going to take you back to the
4:02homepage again, but at the top in the URL section, we're going to copy that. Then, you go back to the software tab here. We paste it in, click away, and then click save. Now, it's linked [music] on there, and we're going to hit next. Now, we need to add our winning products. So, Zenrop adds the winning products onto the store for you in the niche that you picked. Again, [music] you can change them all you want. And it also will be the app uploading the custom Shopify theme. So, we just click on add winning products and it's going to take us to our Shopify app store
4:31landing page. We should already still be logged in in the account that we just created. So, just double check that on the right. It'll probably say MS for my store since we don't have a name for it yet. And now we're just going to go over to the left and hit install. It takes us back to the Shopify, you know, back end here in the settings. And we need to install the Zenrop app. So, we click install. Now it's asking to finish up your store to start selling. Choose how you'd like to activate Zenrop. Uh you click on approve on Shopify. Now I get a lot of questions about the cost of
4:57Zenrop and so it says you can get charged up to a maximum of $79 per 30 days. This is all usage based and also about how many products that you have on your Shopify site. So 0 to 10 products. It's completely free. You don't get charged a single dollar. Zero bucks. Once you start scaling, fulfilling orders, and selling, that's when you get the Zenrop charges. So, I wouldn't worry about this at all. You're going to get charged $0 for it until you actually start sealing up your store and they're doing all the fulfillment for you. Now, you just go ahead and click approve here. Then, there's going to be a little
5:27upsell offer for Zenrop. You can accept it if you want to or you don't have to. Then, we click on onboarding or continue onboarding. It's going to bring us back onto the store build uh website here. And our our website's going to be linked. The app is already going to be ready to go. So, we'll just click on
5:40receive store. All right. Final step. We're almost here. We've conquered the hardest part. Now, we click on go live. And now AI is going to publish the store onto our Shopify uh back end for us. So the custom theme uh the niche that you chose, the header, the colors, all the products as well. All right, so that only takes about 30 seconds or so, but now we're done. So final step, we're almost there. It's uploaded. Just click on next. Your store is ready. We need to
6:03remove the password onto the store. Click on that. I also get questions about this. Um it's not removing the password to your like back end of your store. It's the front end of your store. So when someone types in your URL, they can actually go onto your website. has nothing to do with the back end. That's your Shopify account. That's completely separate. So, you can see here to let anyone access your online store. You need to add your store address and then remove your password. So, we have to add our address. Um, you don't have to use like a business address or anything like that. You can use um just your home
6:31address. It's not going to show up on like the invoices or anything like that to customers. It's just so Shopify, I guess, can collect your information for [music] tax purposes. I'm assuming you can put your home address here essentially if you don't have a business address or like a virtual mailing PO box or anything like that. All right. Once you save your business address, it's going to come back to that preferences page that we were just on in private mode. It displays a landing page that requires a password to enter your store, which I was just talking about. So, they can't access your store and purchase
6:59from you if you have this on. So, all I have to do now is just turn it off and then hit save. All right. So, we've done that. Our store is now live and we can actually click into it and see our store right now. So cover that in a second, but now it's live and people can go on access it on the internet. All right, coming back to uh the software build here. We can just click on make my first sale since we're done. Our store is fully ready now, by the way. Um but there's an offer here for Zenrop Plus if you want to take it uh for $200 in order
7:26credits um at $197 a year. So your first 200 orders that you have to fulfill are covered. This is totally up to you. You don't have to do this. Uh it's just a really good [music] offer if you are wanting to save money on fulfilling your products. Now, I've got a free ad spy tool, which I'm actually going to cover later on this video. That's going to help us automate a lot of stuff. So, you can join here and or you can just wait until a little bit later on this video and I show you exactly how to use it and how powerful it is. But other than that,
7:49we are completely done. Our store is ready. So, just taking a look at our store real quick. U again, everything that we chose, we chose this image. We have our catalog of products. I'll show you how to change these if you want to as well. So, now our store is actually set up and all the backend stuff is ready to go. And now we'll move on to building out a product landing page that is the exact replica as Haven. That way you guys don't have to think about what kind of layout is going to actually convert customers. We've kind of already done all that experimentation for you
8:17guys. So I'll share it with you. When you're in the back end of Shopify now and your new store and you click on the online store section on the left, this is where you're going to be able to edit your entire theme. So you can change basically everything that is on the forefront when someone goes on your website. What you want to do now is click on edit theme because I'm going to show you the layout of our product page that converts very well. Once you click into edit theme, it's going to look like this, but it's going to be your version of the theme, right? So, if you click on
8:43yours, depending on what niche you picked, this is what's going to be the layout. Now, what we're going to do is go into the product page and edit that because more people are going to be visiting your product page rather than your homepage. You definitely should change up your homepage a little bit, but it's way more important to get your product page fully optimized essentially because that's where we're going to be sending traffic from our ads. It's going to go directly to the product page. So to do that, we're going to click on the top here and click into products and then you're going to have one that says
9:08default product. Click into that. This is the example here at the top right. We can click into mobile view. So most of the traffic, probably 90 to 95% is going to be on a phone. So this is really what you want to optimize rather than [music] desktop. Now, you don't have to copy every single thing that we have on our product page. Uh especially you don't need like necessarily the SKS or the swatches here because it depends on what product that you're selling. This makes a lot of sense for clothing um to switch through different ones. But if you're selling one item, you don't have to do
9:37this section specifically. And this is the layout that has been converting very, very well. It's basically the hero images with little panels underneath, the title, a little tagline, the reviews, price, a sale tag if you have one or need one. um swatches if you need those as well. Sizes if you need that on your product or you can replace this if you don't need sizes or swatches cuz you're not selling clothing. Then you can replace them with upsells such as like buy to save $30 and things [music] like that. Now to edit all of this stuff on the left side is where you're going to see all of the sections and on the
10:11right side is where you can edit those sections. So if we're under product information, this is where our title is located. We can pull that title down. So, I can move that actually below that text. And you can mess around and play with these and put them wherever you want. I mean, you can put the buy button at the very top. Don't recommend doing that. But the full thing on the left side here is the customized layout. Now, you want to add these sections in this particular order. You're not going to need the sizing chart and stuff like that. But the main text, titles, and price of where you want them. So, adjust
10:38those around how you see them here. And then if you see things like collapsible row that we have down here, so that's these things. So, it's the description. And when you click into it, it opens up. This is pretty standard. Um, if you don't see them on the left right now under one of your products, you just click this button right here and click
10:53add. Then you click on collapsible row. There's shipping estimators, icons with text that you see up here. This is where you're going to have all those customizations in this custom theme to be able to manipulate the sections how exactly you want them to look. So, I'm not going to go into too crazy of detail here. You can literally just take a screenshot of this and do this later if you want to, but this is the layout that I like to have underneath each of the product sections. It converts really
11:18really well. I think it's super clean. Obviously, when we have sales going on, stuff like that. It looks a little messier, but we we do have a sale going on right now. But I'd highly recommend copying this exact layout that we have here. We've tested a bunch of different ones, and this one converts really really well. Again, you can do this right now and get this all set up or just take a screenshot or come back to this [music] later and then look at this layout and copy it for yourself. It's pretty easy to do. So, now that we have our website up and our product page is
11:42looking in the same format as this, we're actually going to find our highquality supplier. So, you can actually find your competitor suppliers completely for free, figure out where they're getting their products from, and then just reach out to those suppliers. I'll show you exactly how to do this. And this is super important because if you don't have highquality products, you might get more returns. You know, if it's just a cheap AliExpress item or something like that, it's going to lead to a lot of chargebacks, returns, uh, complaints, and we don't want that. We want high quality products that we drop ship to actually build out a exitable
12:10brand. So this website is called import yeti.com. This is where we're going to find our supplier. Depending on what niche that you want, um, you're going to have to look up your competitors, but for this example, I always use recess pickle ball. I don't know why, I just do. And on this website, you can search for that company's name, and they're located in Austin, Texas. So we can see their companies right here, United States. We click into it, and then we're going to scroll down, and it'll show you the shipments that they're getting from overseas. So, this company right here is providing their pickle ball, paddle,
12:38core halves, uh, grip tape, and some other things. What's really cool about this website is it's free for one, and also it shows you exactly where they're getting it from and what they're ordering and what they're shipping into the United States. So, they're getting their pickle ball halves from this company, and they're putting them together in Austin, Texas, I'm assuming, and then that's their final product. But what that means is this company is a multi multi-million dollar company, and
13:00their products are really high quality. we can now take their supplier and use it for our own brand. So, a lot of them have Alibaba profiles that we can directly reach out to. And if they don't have one, then all you have to do is rightclick it, search for it on Google, then you can find their website or if they've got an Alibaba profile, and
13:18look, here's where they are right now. And they're obviously the pickle ball pile company. You can tell this makes it super super easy to find a custom product if you need one. If you want to go just with a drop shipping product, that's different. Zenrop can provide that. But if you want to build out a custom branded store or a certain quality of product that you need or want from a competitor that you like, this is the easiest way to do it. Now, all you have to do is create an account if you don't have one on Alibaba or sign into your account and then chat or contact
13:44the supplier. Then all you have to say is, "Hey, I see that you provide a lot of shipments to Recess Pickle Ball. Can I get the same exact quality of paddle that they get? Um, I want some custom prints on them." Maybe you do, maybe you don't. What is your pricing? What's your minimum order quantity? Can you drop ship this product if you don't want to warehouse the inventory? All you have to do is ask them all those questions. And let's say that they don't do that. Let's say they only do custom and they want you to order a thousand pieces and you don't want to do that and warehouse the
14:09inventory. All you have to do is look up a different competitor and then ask their supplier and you're going to find someone that is down to drop ship the product to you. Most of them actually do, so it shouldn't be too hard. But all you have to do is just contact them and ask them this. And then what they're going to do once they give you like the specs and the product and the price and you're okay with it, they're going to create you a custom AliExpress link. And that link is going to be like kind of hidden and it's only your own. And I'll show you guys later on how to link that
14:33to Zenrop to do automatic fulfillment from them. But that's how you're going to find a custom supplier if you want. And again, if you want just a regular drop shipping product that you have in mind that you want to test, I'll talk about that a little bit later on in the video as well. By this point, we've got our website, our product landing page, and potentially our supplier already ready to go. Now, what we want to do is kind of more of the hard part, which is marketing. [music] We need to get people onto our website and actually purchasing from us. With the new chat and clawed
14:57updates that we can use with MCPS, which I'll explain later, it makes it super super easy not only to find them, but also automate this entire process of AI image generation for ads and also actual ad research to figure out what's winning and what's [music] not winning from your competitors and literally copy their
15:14styles. All right, so here's where the automation section gets really cool and it makes your life so much easier, especially if you're like a soloreneur and you're running this all by yourself. One of the hardest things that I've realized over the last 7 years of doing e-commerce in general is coming up with ad creatives that actually convert. So we created this website called ad library.io. It is free to use, so you can browse the entire meta ad library from any of your competitor's campaigns that are currently running, filter by their winners, and also look at their past. If you upgrade to the pro version, you can use the MCP, which we'll talk
15:46about, the competitor, spy, boards, and saved. So, you can save some ads. You can add them to boards, which will actually automate later on, which is going to be really cool cuz it's going to be talking to multiple AIs and creating these ads for us. There's also the competitor spy where you can track all the brands that you are competing against or you're inspired by. And it tells you their launch velocity, what's their longest running ads, a ton of different details on what angles they're using, their entire feed, their formats, their run tier length, their winners, their new, their testing, all everything. Like you get so much detail
16:16about your competitors, [music] help you, I guess, give you inspiration for ad creation. And also when you click into ads, it gives you a ton of cool information like the ad copy, when they launched it, where they're running it, u the destination or their landing page, more from them and more like it. You can download them, add to board, save, do all that stuff from there, too. So, it's a ton of great information, but what we really want to do is automate all of this. We don't want to even think about having to do ad research and creating [music] advertisements. We want AI to do it all for us. It's super super easy and
16:45it's actually kind of crazy. So, what you want to do once you sign up for your account, we're going to connect [music] the MCP. And an MCP, if you don't know, is it stands for something. What does MCP stand for? A model context protocol is what it stands for. Sorry, I should have known that. I just say MCP, but it's basically a connector. Okay, so it connects claude or chat to the database layer in ad [music] library where we've been collecting a ton of data on every single ad on the Facebook ad library and analyzing them. And so what you can do with that is when you connect it to
17:15Claude or chat, which I'll show you guys exactly how to [music] do and how to use it, you can ask it questions like, well, what are the best running ads in the golf space right now? Which are the top five winners? Who's spending the most money on these ads? What's the longest run time? [music] You can just ask that directly into Claude. It'll talk to our database layer and give you back all
17:32that information. [music] It's crazy. Let me show you exactly how to use this and set it up. It's very simple. So if you go into the connect MCP section, we can do claude and chat. So, both is going to be the exact same connection link. What we want to do is copy this connection link. So, we just click on copy right here. Now, we're going to go into Claude and what you do here on your Claude account is you [music] go into your settings, which is down at the
17:53bottom left, and then click on settings. Now, in your settings, you click on customize, and then you're going to go to connectors. When you're in your connectors section, you're just going to click on [music] add. Now, we're going to name this ad library. We're going to paste that same exact connection link, the API link, MCP, uh, into this [music] connection list. And we're just going to click on add. It's going to ask you to
18:12connect it. And you say yes, yes, yes. And then for the permissions, if it asks you what it can and can't do, this is totally up to you, but there's no like financial information or anything like that. It's just to access our database layer on ad library. So, I just allow all of them. Um, so it can search ads, do brand reports, brand.ca, um, get one ad, add ads to your board, create a board, share board, all that stuff. So Claude can actually now handle this when you ask it the question like, "Hey, add [music] this ad to my board." And it'll do it without even you having to touch
18:40ad library later. Now that we've got that connected, we can actually start playing around with it. Back on the homepage [music] screen of Claude here, we're going to have it do some research for us. And then we're also going to set up an automation to have it run every single week or as frequently as you want to do this research. And it's going to tie into chat with image generation, which is going to be super cool. So, every single day or week or whenever you run it, you're going to have these ad
19:03creatives just done research-wise. They're going to look up and analyze everything what's working right now. And then it's going to generate versions for your store and just drop it off into a Google Drive if you want. The first step in doing this is clicking on the plus. Then, we're going to go connectors, ad
19:15library, and make sure it's toggled. Now, we're going to ask it the question. You can ask it anything that you want, but let's say, can you pull up bad birdies winning ads from ad library and show me the top five performers? Then you just submit it. Now, what Cloud's going to do is talk to our database layer and pull this information and then present it to you. It does take, you know, 30 seconds to a minute depending on what your request is and how many things you're requesting, but we'll just wait until this loads. All right, so Claude got confused by the actual brand
19:46name. So, it's called Bad Birdie. Anyway, it ran and it found under Bad Birdie. They're running 140 live ads right now and the top five by runtime are all tied at 74 days and all labeled winner in all video. But the more important thing is actually what it put together. So, if we click into the file it created for us based on our data layer through the MCP of ad library, it
20:05came up with the top five winning ads. So, these are their top five winning ads right now. So, what you can do here is a couple different things. is you can click view the ad and you'll actually open it up in your ad library account and they'll show you that ad that they're talking about, how long it's been running, all the information about it, uh, more like it. You can download, save, add to board from here. Or if you don't even want to touch it, what's really cool is now you can say, can you add all five of those ads [music] into my ads to test board? Submit that to
20:33Claude. So I actually had one of these ads already in here. Um, so it added the other four and so it added the four ads into add to test since this one was already here. The board now has nine totals. Now if I go back in my boards, you can see that they added them in here and now they're under ads to test. You can also ask it obviously a ton of other questions like out of these five ads or out of all the ads that Bad Birdie is currently running. Take a look at my website and which ones do you think I should try based on my product and also
20:58ask you questions like maybe which marketing angle should I use with those ads? And it'll again pull from our data lace bayer, assess your brand and your products, match it with Bad Birdies ads and what's been working the best. You can also ask it things like, "Hey, take a look at my brand. Pull Bad Birdiey's top five winning ads, relate it to my brand and my products, and come up with five ads that would work well for me based on what's winning for them. And also come up with five new marketing angles that represent my brand and my product more specifically to use with those ads." So, you can do all of that
21:28just by talking to Claude. So you can do it from your phone if you're out of town or you're out and about. Makes it super easy to still be working and doing research and setting up your business and scaling it while just on the go. Now, another really cool thing is if you don't even want to manually do this, you can schedule this task. You can have this run every day, every 5 days, you can create any scheduled task that you want to pull this information and just deliver it to you by email, put it into
21:50Google Drive. It's totally up to you. You can type this into Claude right now and say, "Hey, scheduled this task. I like this report every single week. Can you pull any new ads that Bad Birdie created? Show them to me, put them in a Google Drive or add them to my boards, and it'll do [music] it every single
22:05week. You can just schedule this task. It's going to show up on the left side under your scheduled over here, which is going to automate this entire process. You can automate anything as well. So, you can say, "Do product research in the golf niche. Come up with five different brands that I haven't seen yet that are similar to my brand. Deliver them to me in an email once a week." It's this really cool automation of ad research and what's working in the market based on the niche that you're in. Using our ad library database and [music] then having Claude, you know, navigate it for you and analyze it and then send it
22:31directly to wherever you want it to be delivered. It makes all the ad research so much easier instead of trying to scroll on TikTok, maybe buy it or whatever [music] for ad ideas. Now that we've done all of our ad research and have that automated, we can actually move on to chat now and connect it to ad libraries MCP to generate our images for us. So, we can also have this delivered every single week or as frequent as you want. So, let me show you exactly how to do this to make your life so much easier. All right, so let's take an ad from Bad Birdie cuz we're going to
22:58continue on with this example. So, we can find one that we like. All right, so let's say we like this one right here. And this is one of the ads that we're supposed to be testing this week. So, what we're going to do is download the ad and then we're going to save it and we're going to upload it onto chat. So, we've got the ad reference that we're want to use for inspiration. Now, we're going to use this to generate a our own version of this ad. So, I uploaded an
23:16image of one of our products at Haven. And I uploaded that ad that we just downloaded. Now, I'm just going to type out a simple prompt like this. You can actually have chat help you create an even better prompt if you want something very specific, but I'm just going to keep this really simple. So, it's please take this polo and generate a new ad using the reference of the photo shoot ad. We'll correct this and say, "Please change the scene uh angle slightly and avatar. [music] Also, do not include any text." This is a little cheat code because we can actually finish this in Canva and then you don't get flagged for
23:45AI on uh Facebook when you're running ads [music] if you export it to somewhere else. So, we'll just do this and hit submit and let it generate [music] the image for us. All right, so chat generated this image. There's no text like I said, different avatar, different scene, everything looks pretty dang solid. Now, connecting ad library to chat is going to be important in this process as well. And the reason that we want to do this is because we want claw to do all of the analysis of what ads are performing. Put that onto our boards and ad library and then from ad library once it's connected to chat now have
24:16chat schedule a run every single week and pull the new ads that are in the ads to test board and generate images for us and then put them in a Google drive. So basically automating one of the hardest if not the hardest part of running an ecom brand which is ad creation. to connect the MCP from ad library to chat.
24:33It's pretty much the exact same thing. You do have to go down to your settings in security and login and then developer mode. So, we have to turn on developer mode. Elevated risk. I'm not really sure why. You can read that if you want, but I feel like everyone uses it. And then you're going to go into plugins. I already have mine connected, but we'll go to browse plugins. And then you click on add at the top. And then you again type in the same thing. So, you say add library. Uh you can have a description if you want. That's just for you. And then you paste that same MCP link that
24:57we've got on ad library. So, this one right here, you just copy it, paste it back into chat, and then uh the authentication is no, and then hit create, and it's [music] going to connect. And so, let me show you how easy it is to do this. So, let's say Claude, we have it scheduled running for every Sunday night at 7:30 p.m. to run the reports that you want and then find these winning ads that you think will perform well for your brand and put it
25:22into a board on your ad library account. So, now, let's say around 8:00 p.m., we give Claude a little buffer time to finish that task. All these new ads from the week have been added to your board. Now we say, can you generate ads with this ad pull once a week, Sunday at 8:00 p.m. with all net new ads that are added to my ad library board that's titled ads to test. Done. So every Sunday it's going to go back into ad library and look at new ads that are saved to your ads to test board. Let's say it's these four right here. And it's going to
25:49generate you ones with that polo at Sunday at 8:00 p.m. every single week. If you want to go into more detail and you've got multiple products that you want to do multiple ads for, all you have to do is go into your chat library and upload your product images and label them like the iced tea polo, the dandelion polo, whatever your products are titled. And then now you just update this prompt and say, "Hey, on Sunday, can you do it for the dandelion polo this time?" Or do it for the dandelion, the iced tea, [music] and the bulldog polo. And then it'll pull all those ads
26:20and generate a version for each of those polos. You'll see I've got like 40 ads to test this following week. This automation and this connection between ad library and chat with analysis and generation is pretty insane. And so every single week, you're going to have unlimited essentially ads to test based on winning ads from other companies. Now, there's another step you can automate, but I kind of like to do it myself, which is like I would download these ads and I would put it into Canva and put my own headlines on them with my own angles. But you can also have Claude match angles for you to tell you what to
26:49put on those. But it is important to take it a step further and download the ads and export on a different software like Canva or Photoshop because it's going to erase that metadata information and now Facebook's not going to be able to identify that it's AI generated content. It's going to show that it came from Canva or Photoshop. That way your ads don't get flagged. Now we've got our website, our product, our suppliers, our ads automated for us. Now there's another thing that we're going to automate and it's going to be our order fulfillment and actually managing our store. And we can do this all again
27:17through cloud or chat. All right. So now I'm going to show you exactly how to upload that product that you got customized or find ones that you just want to drop ship, then automate the entire process. So in the store that we have now, we'll just click on our apps and go into Zenrop and it's going to take you to your homepage here. So this is the back end of Zenrop where they do all the fulfillment. You can add products on your store, everything like that. If you're just wanting to drop ship products and you don't need a custom one, then you can just look up
27:42the product that you want to sell in the find my product section. You can see where it ships from, whether it's China or US based on how fast you want it to get to the customer. They've got tons of different products in here that you can just add directly onto your store. So, if I type in golf, let's say I want to sell this swing mat right here, you can click into it and we can actually add this to my products. And then you can upload this directly onto your store with the description, the variance, and
28:04the images all done right here for you. You just click publish to my store and it's going to show up right on your website. Now, if you want to use that custom product of yours that you just got from your supplier that you found through your competitor, all you have to do is go into the request my product section, add the request, add the express link that the supplier gave you, and then they can also get that fulfillment done for you as well. And now, when you start testing out these ads that you just created through the AI image generation cycle and schedule that we've got going on, all of your orders
28:29will show up in the order section. And what you can do is autofill these orders. So, when they come in, you can click auto fulfill. So every single day, the very next day, they're going to be shipped out for you. So you don't have to touch it. All you have to think about is marketing and managing your business. Now, another really cool thing that you can do is manage all this again through Claude. So adding new products or you can have Claude do the product research on ad library, find them on Zenrop and upload them to your store every single week with new products to test and then
28:55generate images. You can create this whole loop of mass testing products and images. So Zendrop has an MTP as well. And to get into it, you just click on the top right where you can see your account. Click on API access tokens. Then you're going to click create a new token. These are all the scopes that you allow it to do. So write your products, your orders, issues, uh store, write, read. You can actually update things on your store as well. And then you can say Zenrop MCP, whatever expiration date
29:20that you want. You can put it forever. And then you click create. And then then you'll take that token and plug it back in the exact same way that we did with other MTPs. So just add it into your settings, your connectors, plug it in there, and then you're good to go. And then once you connect it, you can do a ton of other things through Zenrop's database as well, like find 10 trending products on Zendrop right now through the MTP, and it's going to give you all those. It's going to give you recommendations. It's going to also learn based on what you're building, what kind of brand that you're running,
29:47and what to actually look for. You can also have it fulfill products, add products under your store, make it with links. So, I wanted these with all links, the cost of the products, or how much it cost to ship, and then how many days it's going to get or arrive at the customer's uh house. And then a recommended selling price. And you can just ask it a ton of different things and manage your store for you essentially like change the description, change the product title, all that stuff can just be done on Claude. So now you've got a fully automated setup store ready to roll today if you followed
30:16along in this video. That's going to do everything essentially for you using AI and all these connectors that work in tandem together. It has never been an easier time to start and actually succeed with e-commerce [music] and drop shipping thanks to all these tools. Now, the one thing I didn't cover was running meta ads, but I have a ton of full guides. I update them all the time based on when Meta is updating their algorithms and things like that,
30:37but they're all on my channel right now. So, if you want to watch those videos on how to actually run ads and what strategy I'm currently using, make sure to check those out after this video. All right, guys. So, that's it. Your store should be up and running. You've got scheduled [clears throat] tasks to go. You're ready to basically roll and start selling today and have all these ads ready for you and generated every single week or however often that you want them to be generated. If you guys have any questions about this at all, just leave them down below in the comments. I'll try to answer all of them. I hope this
31:02was easy for you guys. And if I went a little fast, and I know I kind of go fast through all these things, just make sure to watch the video again and follow along because this is actually very, very, very helpful. Again, thank you guys so much for watching. I appreciate all of you guys and I'll see you guys next
