0:00I gave Grockbot complete control over my social media. In the last 30 days, I got 1.5 [music] million views on Instagram and over 100,000 views on YouTube, gaining over 500 subscribers on YouTube with only three videos posted and over 300 new followers on Instagram. My newsletter also passed 1,000 subscribers. [music] X is my main platform, so I've been trying to grow my Instagram and my YouTube. The team behind all of this is literally just me, my human assistant Zoe, and my Grock Bot team. So, today I'm going to go through my whole setup in nine chapters, step by step from finding the ideas that will hopefully go

0:37viral, editing my videos, clipping my long form videos, answering DMs, and helping me find good hooks and scripts. We'll also talk about what it actually costs versus hiring someone to do this. So, number one, we have finding viral ideas. This is a key key key component when it comes to making good content. And this should always be mixed in with your own niche and your own ideas. I wouldn't ever fully rely on AI to find content ideas because it is still kind of obvious if you're relying too much on AI and you're removing the human component. So, I have a few different bots that help me find these ideas. And

1:15this saves me easily 10 to 20 plus [music] hours every single week because I would need to research all of this manually and now I just get pinged every day or whenever I want an idea I just ping my Grock bot and then it will provide it to me [music] and it's all data backed. So the way this works is I actually have a formula that scans outliers. So let's say I'm trying to scan outliers on Substack. [music] It's going to go to newsletters in my niche and it's going to find which articles or which notes [music] which are like posts on Substack are outperforming other

1:50articles or posts on that same newsletter. And that's the way you find winning formats and winning topics. And it's applicable to literally any social media platform, whether that's YouTube, whether it's X, [music] Instagram, Tik Tok. You can apply this formula to any platform. So, for example, if a YouTube channel usually gets a,000 views on average on their videos and then they hit a video that has 100,000 views, that's basically a 100x outlier and that

2:16piece of content has a lesson in there. There's a reason that went viral and the topic is probably being searched by people or it's just very relevant right now. So, I actually have outlier bots running for YouTube, Instagram, X, and Substack so that I'm aware of everything that's going on in my niche and I know what people really want to see because the content that was outperforming in March is not the content that's outperforming today, especially in the tech niche because things move so fast and there's always [music] new products, new ideas, new metas. So yeah, it's very very important to keep track of current trends and just have

2:54pulse on the market and these bots help me tremendously. As I mentioned, I do use most of these ideas. Although I am thinking of a lot of content ideas by myself, these really help me fill the gaps. So if for example, I'm posting two reals a day on Instagram and I'll get like a random idea for reals, I'll film them, but I still need to make sure that I'm hitting the quotota. And having

3:15these outlier scanners really helps. What's super amazing as well is that I've actually set up a workflow where my chief of staff, so my like head agent pings me in Slack and it sends me the notion link for the outline that is scanned and there it will have like a draft and then once I approve the idea, it will then push it to content calendar and it will write a full [music] brief for the post. So yeah, this has automated basically all of my planning and it's just like a really smooth process for me. So yeah, I really appreciate it. And these outlier scanners make sure that I'm on top of

3:46any topic in AI, business, and tech. So before having a good idea of what is working well, for example, on YouTube, I was kind of making random videos. I was listening to my community. I was filming vlogs. I actually posted two vlogs. [music] They did decent considering my following on YouTube, but they didn't do super well. And ultimately, my goal was to grow in the tech niche. So when I started planning for AI videos, I was like, "Okay, you know, this is what

4:11interests me." For example, Grockbot. what kind of format is an outlier right now? And then I used that format to help me create a viral video and it's worked. I had a video with around 11K views, one with 19K views, and one close to 8K views, I believe. [music] And yeah, these are my first three videos. And I will just continue to repeat this process and make sure that I'm delivering very, very good content within these viral formats. And again, because this is all databacked, it saves me so many hours. And I know for a fact that these formats will be popular because these [music] are the topics

4:45that people want to hear about. So number two, turning them into scripts. So I started to touch on this topic in the [music] previous chapter, but this is basically a way for my Grockbot to prepare scripts and I don't like to have fully written out scripts like word to word because I don't believe it's natural and I prefer to, you know, explain myself like right now with my own experiences and my own thoughts. So what I have is actually bullet [music] points and that helps me guide the direction of the video because whether it's YouTube, Instagram or even Substack articles, you do need to have a

5:16direction you're going in with your content. Like there needs to be a point to the content you're making. [music] It can't just be unstructured, right? So this Grockbot helps me make sure that I hit all the points I want to be hitting. And this is a very smooth process. I don't need to go into Grockbot and prompt the script writer or the content writer. Everything is done through my chief of staff. So once I approve an outlier idea, whether that's through Slack or through the Grock app, my chief of staff now knows to go and tell the copyriter to prepare the bullet point scripts, to prepare the media that I'm

5:48going to use in my article or in my videos. And it basically packages the entire content idea. And I can use this content idea for reals. I can use it for YouTube videos. I can also use it for Substack articles or any posts on let's say LinkedIn and X but yeah I've been using it for Instagram, YouTube and Substack the most. Like I mentioned the way this works in actuality is I get a ping in Slack and it says the name of the topic and it kind of explains it and then it gives like the [music] multiplier. So for example, if it's a 33x outlier, I know that it's a pretty

6:23powerful outlier. It's not just a 2x. it has outperformed a channel by 33x. [music] So, I should probably be looking at it a bit deeper. And then if I like the idea, I will reply to chief of staff in Slack and tell it, "Okay, this is approved. I like this idea." And then [music] it knows to go and prepare it fully. So then when I'm ready to film content, everything is there and I have everything I need for the editing, [music] too. So every time it scans outliers, it will push it to Slack. But before that, it will actually go into notion content ideas dump and it will

6:54draft a page there. And then once I've approved it in Slack, it will go back into notion and it will push the final fully packaged version of the content idea in content calendar. So it's ready to be produced and scheduled. And again, what's great about this is that I can collaborate in Slack with my Grogbot and also my assistant Zoe. So if I need any extra media or I need her to go and produce some media with AI, she has full visibility over the whole process. And chief of staff can even ping Zoe if needed. Every step of the way, there is human intervention and human approval

7:28because I do really really care about my content. I don't want it to be slopp. I don't want it to be badly written. I want it to be me. So yeah, this is pretty much like an enhancer. I'm using AI here as a co-creator. [music] I'm not using it to replace me. Number three, we have editing my short videos. This one is a complete game changer because I actually used to pay around $40 per short video, even [music] with the most simple animations ever. And I still to this day use Cap Cut a little bit, but most of it is being edited by my Grockbot. And yeah, it's an absolute

8:01game changer. It will add little animations, which I couldn't make on my own. It'll add the title, the captions, and any logos that are relevant. I used to pay my editor hundreds to thousands of dollars every single month. So yeah, this one has really really helped me reduce cost. [music] And honestly, the end result is the same, if not better, because when I add animations, that's actually usually way more expensive with an editor. Like they will charge you hundreds of dollars, even for a short form video if you have elaborate animations. And now the elaborate

8:31animations are so easily made with AI. All they need is like certain skills and references. So, what I do is I put all of my raw footage in Google Drive and then I put any media like let's say screenshots in Google Drive as well. Then my editor bot reads skill files that I've made specifically for my style

8:50of editing. So, it'll know my fonts. It'll know my branding colors. It will know the kind of animations that I like. it will know that I like, you know, when I'm talking about an app, let's say GitHub, there's the GitHub logo and it's like, you know, with the rounded corners, like it knows everything about me and the videos that I like. And to create this skill, I've given my Grockbot a lot of feedback. So, every time it gives me a video, I'll often have like a little bit of feedback every single time because I am a little bit of a perfectionist. So, yeah, it helps to

9:20refine the skill over time as well. And this skill is saved in GitHub. So what I do is [music] I connect the GitHub plugin in Grockbot and then that means that my Grockbot can always access the skill files and it can create new skill files if needed as well. So for example for a talking head I have two styles of videos. I have a split screen where there's an elaborate animation above and then me below and it has captions, a title and the animations are pretty high-end to be honest. Like again they're the kind of animations that you would pay a lot for with an editor. And then the other style is just

9:52me, the talking head, the title, the captions, and maybe some little media. [music] So these are two different types of skills because they're two different types of videos. So I use two different files for these. And the first versions it produces, especially when it comes to video editing, will probably be bad because you do need to train it. So the best recommendation I can give you is to open the voice note in Grockbot and just kind of brain dump everything you're thinking about the video and how it could be better. And also recommend that your Grock bot goes and checks GitHub and finds animation skills like using

10:26Remotion and other apps like that and then it will like install any plugins it needs and it will be able to create a lot better animations. Also an underrated way is to provide references. So if you like certain reals or YouTube videos or any other edits that you find, just send a link [music] and then your Groba will analyze it and it can even create a skill file out of what it's

10:48analyzing. so you can reuse it later. The editor Grockbot is actually the Grockbot that I talk to directly the most. All the other bots I usually go through chief of staff because it's easier. It's like everything in one place. But the editor bot I prefer to talk to directly in the Grogot app. I just feel like it's a smoother experience and that means that nothing is lost in translation either. And yeah, I think this is probably my favorite one because this is the Grogot that saves me the most money. And I think once I train it to the point of perfection where like it's really up to my standard, this is

11:18going to be an absolute machine when it [music] comes to creating and automating content. Like I'm going to be able to post so much more. And [music] you know, in this day and age, volume is everything. Like the more you can post on YouTube and Instagram, the better, the faster you'll grow, especially [music] if you still retain that high quality and you're creating high value content, which is my goal and which is why I'm growing pretty fast. [music] The only thing missing from that is volume and yeah, usually it's pretty hard because you have bottlenecks such as costs, editing costs. Um, but yeah, with AI that kind of disappears. Also,

11:53training it was way easier than expected. So even if something seems complicated, I highly encourage that you just try it out because you really don't know. It might be a lot easier than you expect. Number four is posting for me. This is a game changer when it comes to actually scheduling post. So this is when Grog posts your videos for you,

12:10whether that's on Instagram and YouTube. And this is probably very underrated just because scheduling apps are actually really expensive. I was paying about $60 per month for later.com. [music] sometimes wouldn't even upload it in 4K, which was really annoying because it's like I'm paying for a scheduling tool and it's not even putting it in full quality. So, in this case, you have kind of two choices. You can automate it fully to the point where when your editor Grockbot has finished the edit and put it in drive in 4K quality. You can then have an auto kind of scheduler where a Grock ball will go fetch that

12:43video from Google Drive, put it in Instagram, set the captions, the hashtags, any trending music if you want, and then it can post or it's can schedule [music] it or it can even go into trial reels. I actually prefer to not have that automated because I still really like to keep control over my social media. So, what I do is I'll have it post specifically some videos. So, for example, if I created a guide video, I'm like, "Okay, post this on Wednesday at 3:00 [music] p.m." And then it will go and do that process. And when it comes to captions and hashtags, you can also have your copyriter Grogbot to

13:19write it, but again, I do prefer to have that personal touch. So, I actually write all of my captions and hashtags. Sometimes I get some suggestions on like how to make it better, but to be honest, I always prefer when I write my own. I think this Grockbot is the most helpful when it comes to trial reels because trial reels are definitely an untapped way [music] to grow and I've been making use of them, but I should make use of them more. Trial reels basically show your content to everyone [music] that isn't a follower. So, it really helps you to test which formats are good and

13:48which videos could go viral. I've actually had a couple of viral videos come from trial reels. And yeah, I think [music] generally content creators, especially on Instagram, should use it more. So, this Grogbot allows you to post trial reels. So, you can give it a simple prompt like, "Let's [music] post 10 versions of this guide video that we made together, and I want you to post, you know, every time we batch content, I want you to post 10 versions of each [music] post every single day." And that

14:12way, you're getting a lot of volume. You're able to test hooks and different visuals and see which people like more. So, the key here is that Grogbot now has a feature that allows you to log any app or social media without actually revealing sensitive info in the chat. [music] So, I'm able to give Grockbot access to my Instagram. I just enter my email, my password, and then it can basically browse Instagram. [music] Again, this is a game changer because most scheduling tools function with an API. So, they don't have actually direct access [music] to your Instagram. They can't check DMs. They can't go in

14:45search. They can't post and add music. Yeah, this is a big big unlock. Like, they have limitations. But when Grockpot has full access, there are no limitations really. When it comes to captions, I do have it trained [music] on my own voice, so technically I could fully automate it, but as I said, I do prefer to keep [music] a little bit of control over this. And yeah, again, I'm saving over $60 per month. And with later.com, I still had to write all of the captions, find [music] the hashtags, and I couldn't add audios directly. So, it's like I'm paying for a service, and I'm not even getting the [music] full

15:16package. Also, if I was to hire a social media manager or a content manager, it would cost me over $3,000. I think probably even $5,000 a month. [music] So, I'm saving a lot of money just by using Grogbot. And it's just crazy to think that we live in times where we can do that. Number five, clipping the podcast. So, the podcast is kind of like a sidebar, but I still wanted you to know this. We actually film with my business partner Sanjay. We have a podcast called New Wave [music] and we have interviews and also episodes where we discuss news together. And we have a lot of content. We have like you know

15:52[music] one to two episodes every single week and these are hour-ong episodes and Grogot can go and clip that content. [music] So if you go to our Instagram, if you go to our YouTube, you can actually see all of the shorts that are produced by AI [music] and we do have a clipper as well. So he

16:09basically quality controls everything. But [music] still, like if we didn't have our clipper, we would still be able to, you know, post volume on social media and get a lot of views and get more viewers and listeners to our podcast [music] in the end. And I think the highlight here is just how easy it is. So, all you have to do is give [music] a link to the clipper. So, I give like the YouTube link to the podcast and then it'll go and [music] find, let's say, 15 to 20 clippable moments. It'll add captions and titles and it'll make sure that the clip makes [music] sense. Like again with feedback

16:40and with the right skill markdown files, it'll do a very [music] good job. You can also fully automate this. So we have our human clipper to [music] actually do this process for us, which is amazing. But again, it could definitely be automated [music] if it knows that every single Friday at 2:00 p.m. Dubai time we're posting a YouTube video. It'll know to go and scrape YouTube, take the link, and then do the [music] clips. So, you can pretty much have a hands-off approach, but as I think you've gathered [music] from this video, I actually prefer to still have a hands-on approach. So, we don't automate it

17:10[music] fully yet. As I mentioned a little bit earlier in the video, the costs on this are massive. For a very well-edited reel, it can be like [music] $100 to $300 per reel. And it doesn't matter how long it is. It could be 30 seconds. It will still be that expensive when they add like a lot of animations and like cinematic visuals and things like this. [music] And a simple edit would be around $15 to $50. So, we are saving so much money every [music] single week just by using AI. Number six, we have reading my DMs. I use this mostly for X, but Instagram is also

17:44pretty good. And I've actually made thousands of dollars like this because sometimes I receive deal requests in my [music] DMs and it's very, very hard to keep up because my DMs are very, very full. So, sometimes I miss some messages and my human assistant [music] also misses some messages. So to have this scanner and have it ping us when there's a message that you know we should reply to very fast, it's so helpful and it has literally made me money. Also, a lot of these brand deals are often sensitive because they're around launches in like

18:11tech [music] products and AI products. So if I don't reply within like 24 hours, sometimes it's even like 5 hours, I lose [music] the deal. The best part about this is that my Gropbox can actually reply for me. So if I'm like occupied, I'll be like, "Okay, draft a reply." [music] And then I just press one button and it

18:27will send the message and it will reply. And yeah, it's that easy. So, not only has this made me thousands of dollars in brand deals, it also saves me and my assistant time so we can focus on the stuff that actually moves the needle. Number seven, auto replying. [music] If you're watching this, you must have heard about Many Chat. Many chat is an automation on Instagram where you basically comment a keyword and then you'll receive an [music] automated DM from the creator and they'll use it for lead magnets for registering to an email list and literally [music] anything that you can come up with. You can get very

18:57creative with these automations. But Many Chat costs a lot of money. Many chat costs anywhere between $0 on the free plan [music] and $139 per month. So this works very similarly, but I mainly use it for X [music] actually. And if I post something, I'll basically say, "DM me the keyword send, let's say." [music] And then every time someone DMs me send, it will send back a lead magnet or a website or my newsletter. I actually mainly use these automations to [music] drive newsletter subscribers and it works really, really well. So, this is how you can turn posts into lead generators. [music] And actually, there's an app that does

19:33this called Tweet Hunter. And I was paying like over $100 per month, [music] and it did not work. it was always bugging. Whereas with Grogbot, I've actually never had an issue. And yeah, as a content creator, like the more you grow, the harder your inbox is to manage. [music] And these kind of automations you cannot do manually, especially if you want to be replying [music] to people fast and you want them to get the value fast if you're giving like, let's say, lead magnets. You don't

19:58want them to wait 48 hours for your DMs. [music] So yeah, automating these things really, really helps. Number eight, building my animations. This is one of my favorite things to do for YouTube because when it comes to explainer videos like these, you need visuals. You need to be able to see what the person is talking [music] about. And literally, all three of my AI videos so far have had AI created animations. Obviously, I gave specific [music] instructions and it's trained on the script of my video, but this is a game changer. Again, this would have cost so much money if I had to hire an editor or

20:33I asked my editor to add animations because it takes a lot of time to create without AI. So, what I do is I [music] keep a branding guide specifically for my YouTube videos in GitHub. And then every time [music] I have filmed a video or I'm about to film a video, I'll give my Grockbot the script, the name of the video, and the chapters. [music] And then it will go and connect to the GitHub skill and then it will generate animations. [music] And I usually tell it, okay, I want animations every 5 to 10 seconds to explain what I'm talking about. And then it'll generate them and

21:04my Grock editor B can then go and add them in. Super super super [music] useful as the viewer. You can follow along with what I'm saying and it actually makes [music] sense. Like it's really hard to imagine things, especially when it comes to technical stuff like AI, without seeing it visually. I'm a super visual person, so I can [music] get this and I am just so so grateful to live in a time where I can easily create [music] this and I don't have to pay hundreds if not thousands of dollars for it. And lastly, what it all costs. So, we went over the

21:33eight jobs that my Grock bots handle. And now, let's talk about how much this actually [music] costs compared to hiring people. Little disclaimer, I am not against hiring people. I think that's great, but I personally can't afford to hire someone for each of the [music] jobs that I just mentioned. So having AI really really helps me build my business to the [music] standard that I want it to be without having to spend so much money. And what I love about this is that it lowers the barrier to entry in general. Like you do not [music] have to have a lot of money to invest now if you want to create a

22:03business or start creating content. [music] You can just master AI and master these skills and it will help you get so far with so little. So I actually started building automations and workflows like this in January 2026. [music] I have tried so many different AI agents. I have tried Claude, Hermes, [music] Open Claw, Codeex. I have tried many and Grockbot so far has actually been the best. I actually find that they improve it more and more every single week [music] and it just makes more sense to me and it's easier to integrate into all of my apps. The reason I turned to AI is because I wanted to expand from [music]

22:40X to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, and I feel like I'm forgetting one, but yeah, I wanted to expand beyond my just singular [music] platform. And AI is what has allowed me to do that, which is why I'm sharing all of this with you today. [music] And again, it's just me and my assistant Zoe and and the editors that we have as independent contractors. [music] So, I'm currently paying $200 per month for Grockbot. And this may seem like a lot, but when you think about how much I'm saving compared to if I was hiring [music] actual people to do these jobs, it's pretty crazy. So, for example, social media manager, let's

23:14say $4,000 per month. [music] Then every real around $15 to $100 plus. Then scheduling apps at $60. DM automations at $100. This all adds up. Animators probably at, you [music] know, $500 per video. So yeah, all in all, it does save me a lot more than it costs me. And again, there is a human [music]

23:36layer because I do look at every detail. I never let Crockpot handle absolutely [music] everything. I give it a lot of feedback. And I think that's why I've had such good results with it is because I'm always giving feedback, like almost every [music] day. And even though you don't have to do this, it is a lesson in that, you know, the more feedback you give it, the better. And my suggestion with this is actually to lengthen [music] your prompts. So, do make sure that you're opening the voice note and that you're brain dumping when you get feedback. [music] And yeah, the best thing about this is that my Grog bots

24:07handle all the nittygritty kind of like annoying work that I wouldn't like to do anyway. [music] So, I can focus on the content strategy, on the creative direction, and [music] yeah, just like the bigger picture basically. If you like this video and it gave you a lot of insight, I would recommend the first AI video I ever posted on this channel because [music] I do go through how I increased my income from $8,000 a month to $40,000 a month by expanding [music] across different social media platforms thanks to AI. And I tell you step by step exactly how I achieved it. If you like this video,
