0:00I sold my AI business for over $10 million at age 30. Made the Forbes 30 under 30 list. My current business is thousands [music] of clients. I'm going to rank the real ways to make money with AI by one thing. How easy is it for beginners? At the end, I'll show you the one I pick and how to build it. Starting with number one, AI coaching. Very simply, AI coaching is a one-to-one experience where you sit down with one person and you teach them exactly how to install AI, how to set it up, how to

0:28personalize it for their own use cases. It's one to one. The reason why this is an easy way for beginners to make money today is because beginners binge watching AI content on YouTube, on Instagram, you guys are way far ahead than most people out there. Most people out there are still trying to figure out how to use chat GPT and make its answers less generic, less AI slop. Many people out there would happily pay, you know, $100 to $500 for a personalized one-to-one coaching session where you sit down with them, ask about their business use cases, and show them exactly how to set up ChatGpt or Claude

1:05so that they can actually be productive. Now, where do you get your first few coaching customers? The easiest place is to start with your warm network. Text 20 people you know who are drowning in busy work and tell them, "Hey, I can show you how to use AI to save 5 10 hours per week. Would you be interested?" Post on LinkedIn. Post on your social media and tell people that you've been learning AI. Now you're open to helping and teaching others how to use it, too. I rate this as S tier because it is the easiest way to make money with AI in 2026. You don't need an audience. You

1:37don't even need a website. We're talking about very highlevel beginnerfriendly AI coaching here. You can absolutely make your first dollar this week with this offer. Now, that's a couple hundred bucks per coaching session and you're trading your time for it. Everything from here in this list will scale past your hours. Starting with creating

1:56content that earns while you sleep. Number two, making [music] faceless videos. For example, there's an AI avatar monk on Instagram that grew from zero [music] to 2.5 million followers in just a few months. There's a human behind the scenes working on the overall channel strategy, the content, writing the scripts, editing the scripts, but the content itself is [music] basically an AI avatar talking directly to the camera. You want to do is pick a niche, for example, health tips. And then you want to build your AI character or your

2:28faceless theme with AI images and voice. Okay? Now, don't confuse AI here with automation. I never recommend starting with automation because content creation requires a lot of experimentation and AB testing. So, in the beginning, you're going to be heavily involved in testing different scripts, different hooks, different formats to see what works and then eventually you can automate it. But in the beginning here, we're just really using AI to generate things like the images, video of your AI character or the faceless video itself, B-roll clips, as well as your AI voice. Now, in this

3:02business model, you don't chase clients. Money comes from a couple different things. Platform rewards, but the biggest paycheck comes from driving all of that traffic to an offer. So, if you go to one of these AI avatar Instagram accounts, you'll see in their Instagram page, here's their profile photo. They will have a link in their bio that lists the products that they're selling. Could be digital products. It could be a physical product. Generally, driving that traffic to your own offer results in more money than being paid by the platforms. I rate this opportunity B tier. The reason why is you still have to make great content consistently and

3:40there's quite a learning curve in the beginning if you've never made content before. Building up faceless income generally takes a long time. There's another approach here that involves content creation. However, putting your own face on the content allows you to get sponsorship money usually faster and usually more. AI content creator, similar to what I'm doing right now. Even though I don't charge for my content, there are many other creators who do sponsorships, they do collab deals, and they make a lot of money doing so. So, what does this mean? It basically means you post about AI and as you grow in following then brands will reach out to you saying, "Hey, would you

4:18like to promote my product to your audience who is watching your content?" Many content creators when they're starting out are shocked when they first get a brand to pay them $1,000 for one post. By the way, this is not a far-fetched number at all, especially if you are a content creator in the AI space. And the cool part is you don't need any skills. You don't need any technology. Just an iPhone and a front camera. You don't need any upfront investment or money to start. Just pick an area of AI that you genuinely like that you find interesting and talk about topics in that niche. It just takes time

4:53to grow. So I rate this opportunity as a tier. Number four is an AI native marketing agency. So a typical business will have Facebook ads, Google ads, SEO for their website. This means showing up in search results as well as social media organic content. So all we're doing is applying AI to each one of these areas so that the business can save time and make more money. So to start doing this, you need to learn the basics of the area that you want to offer. So let's say you want to offer a social media marketing agency. This is also known as SMMA. Can you combine it

5:33with AI to deliver results that are faster and better? Now, I rate this opportunity as B tier. [music] The reason why is because you still have to learn these fundamental marketing skills. It would be very hard to build an AI negative marketing agency and know nothing about marketing itself. Number five is business training. It's similar to onetoone coaching except now we're doing one to many. So instead of you sitting with just one person, you are now sitting with a team of people. The beautiful thing about business training

6:04is businesses have a lot of money. You're teaching a whole team how to use AI in usually a single paid workshop or you could have a series. For this workshop, you can price per head, for example, like 150 per person in the workshop. So a single workshop can easily deliver thousands in just a day. The nice thing too about business training, you don't have to crazy

6:26customize or personalize the content. Meaning 80% of your workshop will be that same package and then maybe you'll customize 20%. Now the way to get started here is there's a ton of amazing education already online. You can take any of my YouTube videos and trainings and repurpose them into a 2hour session with a simple slide deck. But how do you get customers? You can DM CEOs on LinkedIn and Instagram. post content sharing how you're using AI, different tips and tricks, and usually people will DM you for help. I rate this opportunity as S tier because it is incredibly easy to deliver. Even with just a few

7:04customers, you can make a good amount of money per day. Now, you can take it a step further. Business training is often a really amazing entry point for AI consulting. With business training, you've helped them set up the basics of AI. You've also gotten to know the company and now you can transition this if you want into AI consulting. Usually you'd start with a formal audit which can be anywhere from free to $1,000. And in this audit you are basically trying to understand what their pain points are today, what systems they currently use today so that you can make a strategic roadmap recommendation. In terms of

7:41getting started with AI consulting, you can always apply to places like Upwork. There's lots of opportunities there. You can network with CEOs on LinkedIn and Instagram who need help figuring out how to adopt this AI thing and be more productive and stay competitive in their industry. And I've seen consulting engagements in the tens of thousands of dollars, especially when it's centered on a high ROI use case. Anything that touches lead generation, marketing automation, social media automation, Facebook ads automation, and number three, customer support. Overall, I rate this opportunity as a tier. Now, somewhat related to AI consulting but different is AI automation agency. So, what this means is you're building a

8:26done for you AI system for businesses. That could be chat bots, content creation pipelines, and all different kinds of workflows. Now, to get started as an AI automation agency, it is a bit more technical because you kind of have to learn like what is an automation? What are the right tools to use? And honestly, this is not the right path for a lot of people. If you don't like the technical work of troubleshooting and debugging automations that break all the time, you're not going to enjoy running an AI automation agency. A typical business is a dumpster fire when it comes to it and the systems and data

8:59that they have in place. So, I rate this opportunity C tier. Now, number eight is really fun because it can sell while you sleep. Digital information products. All this means is that you learn something. for example, how to build a really useful skill for social media marketing. And then you package up what you learned

9:17into, let's say, a skill.mmarkdown file. And then you can sell it as a digital product forever. You probably see this on social media all the time on Instagram. You click on somebody's link in bio. One of them could be a PDF guide. Another could be a set of prompts. The cool thing about a digital product is that you build it once and then you sell it forever for as long as the knowledge is still relevant and valuable to somebody. So to get started

9:43doing this, audit your own use of AI. What you can do is have AI interview you about the topic, the templates that you want to share and then you want to package it up into something people can download. Now, how do you get customers for digital information products? I think this is widely misunderstood. The biggest mistake I see most people make is they spend 90% of their time perfecting their digital information product, but actually they should have spent 90% of their time marketing and building an audience because the easiest way to get customers for your digital information product is to have an existing audience that you can sell

10:19[music] to. Now, let's say you do have an audience and a,000 people in that audience buy the product for $100. that is $100,000 from something you just built once and you can [music] keep selling. Overall, I rate this opportunity C tier because it really only works once you've built an audience or you have a friend or partner who has an audience. In this example where we sold an information product for $100 each to 1,000 different people, we made $100,000 one time. Next opportunity I'm going to talk about is how to convert those buyers so that it repeats every single

10:56month. Number nine is a paid community. All this is is a combination of information products with people. When you join a community, you get access to information through the classroom, different courses that they have pre-recorded, but you also get access to people who are passionate about learning the same things as you. And the math around a paid community is really, really awesome. So, let's say your paid community costs $50 per month. Let's say you get 200 people. Okay, 200. This is $10,000 per month and it's recurring, meaning it repeats every month. Yes, you'll have what's called churn, meaning people will leave your community. Eventually, you will have some churn, but you offset

11:38that by bringing some new people in every month as well. I would rate this opportunity as C in the scheme of things only because it's really tough when you don't have a pre-existing audience. Number 10 is the one I personally do, but it's honestly the hardest on the list. Vibe coding a product. All this means is that you have an app idea. Now, you're going to give it to AI and it's

12:01going to build you [music] the app. Could be a mobile app. In my case, it's a website app. But I rate this opportunity an F because it's the hardest one for beginners to start and monetize. When something goes wrong in your app, it requires like a little bit of technical knowhow. And then you run into the issues around monetization. And similar to the other ones we've talked about, it's hard to get an app off the ground if you do not have a personal brand, you don't have an existing audience, and you don't have a strong background in marketing to be able to get your app in front of people. So,

12:31here's the full tier list from your first $150 all the way to making millions at scale. But if you're starting from zero, I honestly don't recommend picking at random. The exact path I personally would take is building a personal brand first, picking a topic, posting every day, and using Blotato obviously to go viral faster and stay consistent.
