0:00People are quietly making thousands of dollars per month on top of their full-time 9 toive jobs. And they're using Claude and other AI tools to create AI avatars, AI meta ads, and even AI content. And the best part is you can actually do this at night after work on the weekends. And you don't even have to show your face. And a lot of creators are actually calling this the easiest or the laziest side hustle ever. And some of them are saying you could do this all
0:23for less than $100. But think about it. If anybody can do this with less than $100, there has to be some kind of catch, right? And the truth is, it's actually pretty hard to make random videos on TikTok and put an affiliate link in your bio and hoping someone actually buys a product. From my experience, the real money is actually selling these services and skill sets to
0:42businesses that desperately need them. So, in this video, I want to share the entire playbook on how to start these creative AI side hustles and sell these kind of services to land highpaying clients. And I know this works because I've been teaching everyday regular people on how to build a second income while working a full-time job for the last two years. Brandon, for example, went from practically zero to making $10,000 per month helping other businesses create content. And Teresa here, she's been closing thousands of dollars of clients helping real estate agents create content on Instagram. So, if they can do it, why not you? So, I'm
1:14going to share with you exactly what exactly you should be selling, how to create sample work that wows businesses, and how to land your first highpaying client. even if you're starting from zero. So, let's get into the easiest business model. You should be starting with AI. Now, when I think about different AI business models, there's many options. There could be Shopify with AI, PDS with AI, selling cheap courses with AI, building some kind of app with AI, right? And if you're someone that has a 9 toive job, there are actually a couple criteria that will help you determine what's going to make the most sense for you. So, when I look
1:46at the easiest business model, you should start with AI, there's four criteria, right? Number one needs to be easy for a beginner. Meaning if you don't have any experience with AI, you don't have any audience, no personal brand, you don't have any technical skills. Number two is you need to be able to do this side hustle on the nights and the weekends, right? So even if you have a full-time job, you can actually make this happen. Number three, you're going to need to have AI do most of the work. So ideally, you start working with your brain and not with your hands. And you have AI do like 70
2:1580% of the work, which I'm going to show you in this video. And number four, you need to be able to realistically get a client within the next 30 days. Sometimes it does take longer. Sometimes it's quicker, right? But you don't want to be building for months and months and not make any money. You should be focused on getting people to give you money. And I will show you exactly how to do that later in this video. Now, with those four criteria, my conclusion is that the easiest beginnerfriendly business model to start if you want to break into the AI space is going to be the AI powered service. And all that
2:46really means is you take a service that a business is already paying for and then you have AI do the work instead of a human doing it. So you're essentially finding this overlap between the two. And in some ways you're kind of arbitrageing the opportunity because you're taking advantage of businesses not knowing anything about AI cuz realistically only a tiny fraction of businesses even implement AI into what they're doing on a day-to-day basis. So
3:12what exactly is an AI powered service? Like I was saying before, you just take a service a human used to do whether it's writing, design, ads, research, and then you get AI to do most of the work. And the cool part is nowadays you can use Claude, you can use Higsfield and other AI tools in order to generate results like for example creating images, creating ads, right? You don't have to be a designer yourself. And I'm going to show you a demonstration on how I do this and hopefully you get inspired by it. And the third part about an AI powered service is that you need to have
3:40that human touch. Just because we're saying AI powered, it doesn't mean AI does everything. Yes, AI is going to do all the heavy lifting and the grindy work. So, you don't have to do it, but you still need to think. You still need to have strategy and you still need to have a sales ability to get people to pay you money. So, an example of an AI power service is let's say I was creating some meta ads and I was working
4:00for a company called Work Louder, right? So, they do these uh nice keyboards and stuff like that. And with Claude and Higsfield, I'm essentially able to just take the website link, drop it into Claude, and say, "Hey, take the website, take the design, and make me some Facebook ads." And it literally made the ads like right there, you know, with one prompt, one shot without even having to edit anything. I'm using Claude and Higfield together in order to generate these images. Now, I've also done this for other companies like there's another one I like called Analog and they do these like retro game boys and essentially I just gave it the link on
4:32the top, put it into Claude uh using Hakesfield NPC and saying, "Hey, this is the website I'm working with. Help me create some cool ads." And then it makes the ads just like that. And this is not even me editing anything, right? This is just one shot. Boom. It's done like this, right? Don't worry, I kind of went really quick, but I'm going to show you step by step on how to do this for yourself if you want to do, let's say, meta ads as a AI power service and sell it to other businesses for some real money. Now, before I get into that, the thing you have to understand is the old
4:58way of doing these kind of service-based businesses is let's say a business owner wanted to do meta ads, they would have to hire a designer, which is maybe $5,000 a month if you're in the US, right? Maybe you have to hire a copywriter for 6K and maybe an ad strategist to come up with all the ideas for 8K. So total just to even play in the game and not even including the ad spend, a business might be spending like $19,000 a month just on the salaries alone. But nowadays, this is the new model of the oneperson business where you can just work for yourself and you
5:30can have an army of AI agents using Claude and Higsfield and you have your designer, you have your AI copywriter, your ad strategist, all these pieces together with just a couple of subscriptions to these AI services. And so this is the opportunity. You don't need to be a big agency to get big results anymore. So in this particular video, what I want to do is I want to show you the road map to let's say if you chose creating meta ads as a service, what are the steps to actually get a client? And you could still apply the same mindset and philosophy into
6:00selling any kind of AI power service. But I want to be very tangible for this video and show you step by step what exactly I'm doing in AI to produce a result. So it's we're going to start from picking your AI power service which we just did which is Meta Ad Studios using AI. Then we're going to get into researching your competitors, creating the ads with AI using Claude and Higsfield. Uh knowing what to charge for this. Okay. And uh cuz a lot a lot of you guys are afraid of asking for money and uh most importantly how to actually pitch and close clients so that you land
6:28your first paying client. Right now could you do this in the next 30 days? It's possible. It's not guaranteed. Um, but if you really put in the steps, I don't see why not. And by the way, if you need help finding your business idea, maybe it might be meta ads, maybe it's going to be LinkedIn ghostwriting or building some kind of automations for businesses. I actually have a free gift for you and it's the oneperson business blueprint. It's a free cloud skill that you can download using the link in description. You just drag and drop it into your cloud and it's going to ask you a series of questions to understand
6:57your skills, knowledge, and experience. and it will help you find the perfect AI powered business idea that you can get started with this weekend. And this is the exact process I help my clients go from zero to making a full-time living selling AI powered services. So, I'm giving it to you absolutely for free. So, if you want that, check the link in description to download the skill and I can't wait to see what kind of business idea you come up with. So, now that we understand the entire road map for this video, let's get into the next chapter,
7:21which is researching your competitors. Now for this video, let's say I am a meta ad studio and I want to work with this brand called ultra human and essentially they are a ring you put on and it tracks your heart rate, your sleep rate and so you know like health is really big right and their competitors are the whoop band we have or ring we have you know Apple watch I suppose right so there's a lot of people in the space right and let's say I particularly want to work with this brand and I want to help them make some meta ads so they make some more money
7:51all right so Aura ring if you look on the website pretty sleek design. Okay. And if we look at the meta ads library, we see that they're running 690 ads on this ad account. And they're also running this in different languages like Korean, English, and there's a couple other languages as well. Now, the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to go to Claude and I'm going to say, "Hey, find me the best meta ads for Aura Ring um that they're running. Help me figure out which signals would indicate which ad is performing the best." could be things like how long they've been running the ad, whether there's a lot of
8:20variations of this ad, and put the research together in a nice HTML of the top 10 ads. Now, what's important is the signal, okay? So, whether you're selling meta ads or anything else, you need to find these signals that are free online that would indicate this thing is successful. So, as you can see, um the signals that it's going to use is how long the ad has been running, how many variations of that ad exist. So, for example, they take the same image, they create another ad with just maybe a different copywriting, right? So that would mean that they had a winning hit and then they're making more of the
8:47winning hits to see if they can find more, right? Uh if duplicates were launched recently, whether they place it on Facebook, Instagram, uh Messenger, and then the country as well. So if they had a winning ad in the US and they're applying it to Japan, you know that is a winning ad otherwise they would not spend money behind it. All right. So as you can see, it produced the um HTML, which I asked for, and it basically scanned all these ads. It find all these 143 different concepts. 4 months is the oldest one, different languages. And so all the criteria that I mentioned before, that's how it's going to be
9:16ranking. Uh how good, right? You see all these uh different variations here. How good each ad is going to map it on a I guess a plane here. And then they're going to score each ad and rank which one is the best. So you see this one is the best because you know it's like uh put it on, forget it's there. For some whatever reason it is, this one seems to be hitting the market pretty well and
9:37they're creating a lot of variations. And so you can check the Facebook ad library there. Um, and then you go down further and you see all the different type of ads, right? So now if you don't know anything about ads and you want to sell the service, well, if you just research, which you don't have to pay anyone to do, you can use the cloud skill to do it. It will put it all together and it will tell you why this ad is performing. So if you understand those variables, you now can move to the next step, which is taking the winning ads, replicating it, and and being
10:04inspired by the design and the copy, and then apply it to another brand. And let's do that by getting into the next chapter, which is creating with AI. So, the steps in order to replicate another person's ad is pretty simple. Number one, research the top ads, which we just done. Number two, recreate the ads in the client style. Okay? And number three, refine your outputs until your ad that you created is just as good or better than the original. So, there's a lot of people who may want to sell this service, too. um but they're creating generations that look like AI slop. And in my opinion, AI slop is
10:44essentially when the end result of the ad looks bad. So, as long as the ad at the end of everything that you do looks just as good or better than the reference that you took, I wouldn't call it AI slot because you can say it's better than the original. It doesn't matter if it was done by hand. It doesn't matter if it was done by Claude and Higsfield. as long as the end result is good, it's going to perform. So then I'm going to go back to my cloud and I'm going to say, "Hey, here are the top ads that I found for my competitors. I want
11:14you to create some more ads using Higsfield for my client's brand, Ultra Human." What I want to do and my goal is I want to take the branding of their website, right, which they've already put a lot of effort into, and then I just want to take the top performing ads of another person, take the formatting of it, which cuz nobody owns the format, right? You're not using their copyright or anything. And then I'm gonna put my project in there and then make it better than the original. Okay, key is better than the original because in this world nothing is original anyways, right? I'm using Higsfield. As you can see, it's
11:46making the ads within Claude. I don't even have to leave Claude and it's going to work until I get the ads. So, I actually made a few ads as an example, right? And for the most part, I pretty much just one shot or twoot of these. Um, meaning just one prompt, one link, and just be like, "Hey, like here's the ad I want to copy. Go crazy, right?" And it's actually making me some pretty good stuff. So, I like to actually export the ads in the HTML format. So, I can see what it looks like as an ad. I can see the copy and then we can see the ad is
12:11right there, right? And why these ads would be considered good is because we're not guessing what works. We're literally analyzing a competitor's top ads, reverse engineering the elements that make it good, and using the data that's available online to replicate these ads so that when the client runs them, they have a significantly higher chance of succeeding. And of course, if you wanted to, you know, change the product or the color of the ring, reformat the ad into a square or rectangle or whatever, you can do that right with Higsfield right there. And so, you see, like it's so easy to like produce these ads at scale if you know
12:44what you're doing, right? And a lot of businesses, they don't even know this is possible. So, this is the opportunity. And the key thing I would say if you're trying to sell the service is you want to target businesses that already run ads, their competitors are way better than them, and they don't know how to use AI, right? So, obviously, would you want to specifically sell to a
13:02technology company on making these ads? Probably not. Probably a direct to consumer uh physical product kind of business. I just don't know anything about AI. Those are going to be way easier to uh break into because they're not spending hours learning about this stuff. And by the way guys, if you want a full in-depth training on exactly how to find your unique business idea, how to build your personal brand and get meetings with clients, and most importantly, how to close clients, you want to make sure you sign up for my free upcoming training using the link in the description. I'm going to walk you through the entire process from A to Z
13:33and also give you some exclusive Claude skills only available on that training. And the best part is I'm actually going to be doing live sales role plays where people just give me a random product or service in the AI space and I will show you firsthand my sales ability on how I'm able to do this. So it's always a good time. Last time we had over a thousand people show up live. So if you want to join this one, make sure you secure your spot before they run out. So now that we covered how to actually create the ads, let's talk about what
14:00you should even be charging. Now in my teaching style, I don't like to just give you the fish. I like to teach you how to fish. So, no matter what it is you're selling in AI, this is what I would do. I would go into Claude and I would say, "Hey, can you research um what the going market rate is for creating static ads for brands? Find real examples of agencies doing this and find their price points and what they deliver. So, could you swap out static ads to LinkedIn ghostwriting or Instagram content services?" Right? It doesn't matter what the niche is. It's the same process. So, what will happen
14:34next is cloud will all do all the work. find all these different agencies to see what people are charging. So, all you do is click on that, then you press this button, and then you'll see from here. Now, what companies charge for static ads, right? Most people charge a monthly retainer with a set amount of ads. So, basically, they're paying $150 to $1,000 per ad and variations. So, I think it depends like if you're just changing the color of something, I don't think they're going to pay like an extra $1,000 for one more ad. You know what I mean? So, but it all depends on your
15:02conversation with the client, right? So, what do they charge? uh 150 to 1,000 per ad. Variations are usually part of the price. So four copy versions per static or iterations. Okay? So if you make one ad, it comes with four variations. Zero retainer, 700 to 50k a month. So that's a pretty big range, right? So I can imagine if you're a really good agency helping a really hot brand, they're making ads every single day. If you're working with a smaller company, maybe they're not producing as many ads, right? So here it's going to give me uh a bunch of different companies that I found that does this kind of work and it
15:31shows them all the different price points of what they're charging per month. And then it even gives you the link as well. So if you want to check out the company, you definitely can. And as simple as that. So if you're doing this, you would just have to find the company that fits the most closely
15:45exactly what outputs they're creating. So like these kind of static ads, what quality is it at? And also who has the closest ideal customer to you. If you're going after like um nutrition brands, people that sell like creatine gummies, right? Then you would need to find the company that focuses on those kind of companies and see what they charge because all this information is publicly available online. It's on Reddit. It's everywhere. And Claude can actually dig through all of this just by using the prompts I showed you to get that information and synthesize it and put it all together for you. So now, if you look at all these brands, you could be
16:15like, "Okay, I'm starting out. Maybe I want to charge $2,000 a month for X amount of ads, right? and that's pretty much all it is. And if they ever question it, you could say, "Yeah, that's pretty much what everyone else charges, so why not, right?" And as long as the client makes more money off of you, they have no problem paying you, right? So let's say you're, you know, charging 2K a month and you're doing all this work for them, right, at a high level from the strategy, the creation,
16:38the variations, the research, all that. There's no way they would be able to hire a full-time employee, right, at a college or something for $2,000 a month. There's no way. That's only 24K a year. So, even if they were to hire an intern to do it, you're technically cheaper. But if you're doing this all with AI, then you don't mind the price because you're going to have like multiple
16:58clients to get to that 10K per month. And if you're actually good, you can scale and get paid more per ad. Like some of these companies making 50K a month off of one client, right? So, it's all about your ability to execute. All right, so now let's get into everybody's most feared part, and that is how to actually close clients. So, the first thing I want to cover is overcoming your fear of selling. So for me, we work with a lot of beginners, actually people who have 9 toive jobs and they're learning how to sell AI services for the first time. And I work with a lot of these
17:26guys and girls, and they always have these doubts. First one is nobody will buy from a beginner, right? It's actually not true. Uh, one of my clients actually, Kim, I showed her this exact method that I'm sharing with you now. And she is selling meta ads and she's never created a meta ad before. And she just followed this process that I'm going to show you uh in a second. And she was able to get people to respond like who real business owners who have real revenue and they even take a chance on a beginner. So, you cannot say factually that nobody will buy from a beginner because we already made it
17:56happen, right? And don't worry, I will show you step by step in a sec. Number two, nobody will respond to me. Not true. Because if you think about it, a lot of businesses, they need to create these ads. So, they're even willing to hire beginners and train them full-time as a full-time employee to do this job. So, if you come in as an agency, they will respond if they think you can solve their problem. But, you have to have a certain sales ability to convince them,
18:17right? And I'll show you that in a bit. And number three, I'm not good at selling. The reality is a lot of people don't start good at sales. I was not good. I used to be a nerd playing Dota and video games. If you know Dota, shout out to you. But like video games all the time in high school, quiet kid, girls
18:32didn't like me, like all that, right? And I learned all these sales skills because I was actually tired of my life sucking because of my inability to communicate. And I turned my ability to communicate into an entire career, which is, you know, me doing YouTube now and, you know, helping people with sales. So, as someone who is not good at sales naturally, I'm telling you, it can be learned. Now, let's get into how do you actually sell? So, sales 101, right? So you have to understand when you're selling to a business no matter the size of the business whether it's a small business or enterprise company because I
19:03I've used to sell to both. I used to work at Oracle selling to hospitals and you know I sold to everyday regular people as well right and everyone in between. Everybody has a problem okay everybody experiences pain and pain is the strongest emotion to get someone to take an action. So, if someone's trying to scale and they're maybe making a million dollars a month and they want to get to 2 million, 3 million, 4 million, but they just cannot scale their ads, right? They just don't have the team, then that's a big problem because all their dreams and aspirations of becoming a really successful entrepreneur will
19:32die because of this problem. Now, after you understand pain, which is the strongest emotion to get someone to take an action, you need to then understand their dreams. So, what is their goal? Why do they want to make this money? How much money is it do they want to make? Right? And um everybody has a dream, right? Every like especially business people, they they're very ambitious and whenever they hit a goal, they're going to shoot for the next one. And even if somebody has a dream, the next problem they have is they have all these challenges that are preventing them from achieving the results. So this guy wants
19:59to get to the other side and the challenge is he can't swim. There's a bunch of sharks in the water, right? And so from a ads perspective, it's hey, I want to make these ads. I want to make more money, but I just don't have the team. We're at full capacity. We're maxed out. I just cannot find anyone to do the actual work and nobody understands what they're doing. All our team doesn't know anything about AI, so we're stuck. Okay, that's the pain. So when you sell your services and you reach out to people in a LinkedIn DM, a cold email, or even Upwork, all you're
20:26really doing is understanding their pain, understanding their dreams, understanding the challenges of why they can't get to the other side, and showing them you are a very simple and easy and coste effective path to get them from where they are to where they want to go. It's not being salesy or overly pushy. It's just correct positioning assuming you understand these three elements. So now that you understand the highle
20:52strategy, let's make it more practical. So in order to get a meeting with these successful business owners, even though you're just starting out, the key is to send them a cold outreach. I would highly recommend LinkedIn right now. It's been the most effective channel for my clients at least to uh reach out to successful business owners and get meetings and close deals. So basically you want to do the research for your potential client. You want to do the competitor research and then you want to take all the ads that you made as a sample and put it together in a nice looking HTML document using claude. From
21:24there you want to reach out to the business owner or decision maker at the company. It could be director level, VP level, CMO level and and above, right? So director and above, nobody under. So no managers, no individual contributors, director and above. And once you send them a message, you can actually include a Loom video which will showcase your competency and expertise, which I just kind of taught you in this video. And I'll show you how to do this in video in a sec. And then at the end of the Loom video, just make sure you have a clear next step, which is typically to get
21:53them to respond in the DMs or get them to book a call. And once you get them on a call, then you can follow my sales process like I just showed you in order to close them. So, let me go ahead and demonstrate what these Loom videos actually look like and how you can copy it and do it for yourself. In this context, let's just assume that Ultra Human has a job listing on their website where they're actually looking for someone to create these Facebook static ads, right? And you can find this information for free using Cloud. Um, there's many companies that have these job listings, right? So, it's pretty
22:23realistic. And then I'm going to come in. I'm going to use that and I'm going to use their ads that they're currently running to get the meeting. So, let's do this. Hey, John. What's going on? It's Patrick here. Now, I actually just saw your job posting for the meta ads creator and I actually took a look at your ads and it seems like you're actually running 100 different ads and these are actually pretty cool. Now, I was doing more research into this and I noticed that, you know, one of your competitors, Aura Ring, they're actually running like six or seven times the amount of ads. You are different
22:48countries as well, more variations. And I was curious, you know, a company at your size and scale, I'm surprised you guys aren't running more ads than this. Now, I actually took the liberty to take a deeper look at Orura Ring to figure out what exactly is so good about their ads and why it's working. And I made an in-depth analysis on their top 10 ads based on the signals that we can find online, which is how long the ads been running, how many variations do they have, uh whether the variations are in different languages. So, a lot of these different variables, right? And I basically broke down each one of these
23:18ads. And based on this information here, I actually took the liberty to create some high performing ads from the copy and the static images using what I've learned from observing Aura Ring and did it for your brand. And it's all backed by data. And the cool part is I'm able to generate these highquality ads using certain methods. So I can actually produce this level of quality at scale if you actually need that and you want to really test out variations. So if you're open to it, would love to chat more about helping you guys out with the ads and the DMs. But if you want, we can
23:46actually jump on a call and I can walk you through my entire process and see if there's an opportunity to work together. So that's it for me. I'll catch you soon, John. And so with that, if I sent that to John and I gave a whole in-depth analysis on his competitors, made some ads for him, and they also have a job opening for that specific role, chances are they're probably going to want to take a meeting with me. Number one, maybe they want to hire me, but I'll say, "Hey, I'm not looking for a full-time job, but I can make the ads for you as an agency, right?" And
24:11obviously if I did all this work for him and he's not really savvy about AI, he's going to want to know what I know as well. Especially if you go for companies that are super not savvy in AI, they're going to feel like you're like this AI wizard, right? Um even though you're just getting started. And so the entire process I showed you step by step. I show you all the prompts and you can literally copy my prompts, put it in, use the same tools like Claude and Hicksfield. That's all you really need to produce this level of quality. So, I'm telling you, if you're thinking
24:37about starting a oneperson business, now is the best time ever in history. All right. So, now you have the entire system on how to use AI to generate creatives and sell it to businesses for thousands of dollars. And by the way, if you are someone that is trying to figure out their business idea, trying to figure out how to get meetings and close clients, you want to make sure you sign up for my free training I have coming up where I'm going to show you everything from A to Z. And we're going to go much more in depth than I can in a quick YouTube video. Now, if you want to watch
25:04another YouTube video, check out this one here, where I show you some of the best side hustles to start at
