0:00What if you could land your first client or your next one without ever getting on a sales call? Because for a lot of people, the thought of getting on a sales call is what stops them from ever reaching out at all. Well, here's some good news. You can skip all of that completely. The entire sale can happen in writing, from the first message to the payment link. And here's something

0:17that took me way too long to figure out. The clients who need an hour-ong call just to make a 297 decision usually turn out to be some of your worst clients anyway. The good ones just want to see the solution, see the price, and then say yes and get started right there in writing. So, in this video, I'm going to hand you the exact messages I use to sign clients without sales calls. And I'll give you everything word for word from the first email to a business owner all the way to, "Here's the payment link." Including exactly what to say when they push back with things like,

0:47"That sounds like a lot of money," or "I'll just do it myself." Now, I know skipping the sales call entirely might sound too good to be true because I used to believe the same thing that the call, the meeting, whatever you want to call it, was just the price that you had to pay in order to get clients. Years ago, I drove 3 hours to meet a guy about doing his marketing. Sat there for 2 hours while he told me about the agency that burned him and everything wrong with his website and how bad the economy was. And then, right at the end, he mentioned that he didn't actually have a

1:15budget. So, I got back in my car and I drove three hours home. It didn't work and it wasn't fun. Turns out driving six hours to make zero dollars is not a very effective client acquisition strategy. Now these days, nobody's driving anywhere. It's a Zoom link. But it's the exact same thing. An hour of your day and an hour of his to find out something that a two-line email would have told you both in like 30 seconds. And that's the part that took me way too long to figure out. That the call was never what got me the client. What got me the client was showing them a problem,

1:45telling them how I'd fix it, and telling them what it would cost. And you can do all three of those in writing. Since then, I've built three seven-figure agencies, worked with over 1500 small businesses, and run thousands of campaigns. And today, I do it all as a oneperson agency with zero employees. So, this isn't something that I just read about somewhere. This is what I actually do every single day. Now, here's where I want to pause for a second because maybe you're not running an agency and you don't plan on starting one. Maybe you're just looking for a real way to build income online and you've watched a hundred videos that

2:14never actually panned out. So, if that's you, you're exactly who this is for because all you need is one problem to solve and one simple system that solves it. No tech skills, no audience required. And that's what I'm going to show you today. So, here's the whole plan in three easy to follow steps. Step one, you find a local business with a neglected Google listing. And don't worry, I'm going to show you exactly

2:35what to look for and where to find them. Step two, you send them a short report that does the selling for you over email. There's no calls anywhere in this. And step three, you get paid. And this is where I'm going to give you the word forword replies for every push back or objection that they might send you right here on the screen. Now, an important note here is that you're not a closer here. You're more of an order taker. I mean, think about the kid working at McDonald's. He's not running a 12step closing framework on you. You either want fries or you don't. That's what the report does for you here. It

3:05shows the business owner a problem that he can see with his own eyes on his own listing. So, you never have to be the guy who's trying to convince him that he's got a problem. You'll still get questions, but I'm going to hand you the answer to every single one of them in a few minutes here. So, let me walk you through everything now, starting with step one, finding the business. And I'm going to keep this part quick because finding businesses isn't usually where people get stuck. Where they get stuck is after one of them replies and they don't know what to say next. So, that's

3:30where I want to spend most of our time today. So, here's the short version of step one. Pick one type of business. And to keep this simple, I'll pick for you. Today, we're going with roofers. And I'll use Charlotte, North Carolina. But you can run this exact same search in your own city or any city as this is a completely remote location independent business model that you can run from your laptop. So, open up Google Maps here and search Roofers Charlotte. Now,

3:53the companies at the top look great. Hundreds of reviews, recent photos, owners replying to people. So, we keep scrolling because a little further down, this is where you're going to find what you're looking for. Now, you're looking for three things in particular. Number one is a profile that looks like nobody's touched it in a while. So, we're talking old photos, not that many

4:12details, maybe no websites linked up. Number two is you're looking for a low review count compared to the companies around them. So, nine reviews sitting next to a business with a couple hundred. And then the third thing you're looking for is that nobody from the business is replying to any of those reviews. If a business is making any two of those three, then they become a potential client. The one I'm using today, well, they hit all three. Nine reviews, three of them bad, not a single reply from the owner, and no website at all. At this point, doing absolutely nothing appears to be their marketing strategy. Now, from the outside, you

4:43can't tell whether or not this guy already has somebody helping him with his marketing. I mean, if he does, then yikes. But what you can tell is that there's definitely nobody handling his reviews. Because if somebody was, then they'd have replied to them, which means this is wide open for you. So that's your prospect. Grab their name and their email off their listing or their website if they have one, and you're done with step one. Takes 10 minutes, maybe less, and you'll have a list of 10 to 20

5:08potential businesses to reach out to. Step two, the message. And this first message has one job and one job only. And it's not to try to sell them something. What that job is is to offer them something useful for free and ask them permission in order to send it. So, here's the exact message, and you might want to screenshot this one or write it down because you're going to use this over and over again. Hi, Dave. I was looking at roofers in Charlotte on

5:30Google and came across your listing. You've clearly got some happy customers on there, but I noticed nobody's responded to your recent reviews, and the profile doesn't look like it's been updated in a while. That can make it harder for people to find and choose you when they search for a roofer in Charlotte. I put together a short report showing a few simple changes that could help. Would it be all right if I sent it

5:51over? No charge. It's yours either way. Send this message by email. And if there's no email listed, then the contact form on their website works fine. It's the same words either way. For the subject line, just write quick question, all lowercase, with their first name in front of it if you can find it. The lower case is on purpose, by the way, because this way it reads more like a note from a real person and not a campaign from a company. Now, there's an important detail here, which

6:13is that you don't build the report yet. You build it the second he says, "Sure, send it over." That way, you're never cranking out reports for businesses that just don't reply. Now, before we get to what happens when he replies, first let's talk about what happens if he doesn't. First off, don't take it personally. People are busy and whatever they got going on right now has nothing to do with you. I mean, he's not your soulmate. He's a roofer who didn't answer an email. So, follow up once or twice over the next week. Keep it short and friendly and then move on. There are more neglected Google listings out there

6:42than you could ever get through. But, let's say he does reply. Well, now the report gets made. This is the part that does almost all of the selling for you. I use a prospecting tool that does this in about 2 minutes. You type in the business, click add, and it generates a full marketing report on them with a score right at the top. And that score

6:59isn't just about his Google listing. This grades his entire online presence, his reviews, his profile, his website, how visible he is when somebody searches, which is exactly what makes this such a valuable resource to give someone. Now, real quick here. If you want to pull these exact same reports for any business you want anywhere, here's the fastest way to do it. I've got a link in the description below this video where you can grab an extended 30-day free trial of HighLevel, which is the exact software I use to run my entire oneperson agency. And when you start through my link, you're also going to unlock my complete agency OS, which

7:30has over $15,000 in pre-built funnels and follow-up automations and client outreach scripts and sales scripts and a 90-day launch road map, all installed into your account with one click. There's private community access as well and a whole lot more. Links in the description below. Okay, so now the report's made. So here's the second

7:47message, the one that goes alongside it. And feel free to screenshot this one, too. Hi Dave, here's the report. Your online presence scored 13%. The biggest gaps are the unanswered reviews, the outdated profile, and how far behind you are on review count compared to your competitors. I can update the profile, take care of the unanswered reviews, and install a system that automatically asks new customers for reviews. Then I keep it current each month, responding to new reviews and making sure the profile

8:12stays up to date. It's $297 a month. There's no contract and you can cancel any time. Take a look through the report and if you'd like me to take care of it, just reply here. Now look at what that message just did. It showed him the problem with a number attached. It told him exactly what you'll do about it and it named the price. Well, that's basically an entire sales call in just a few sentences. the pitch, the presentation, the pricing conversation, all done in one message he can read in like 30 seconds. Now, if you want to seriously raise your odds of success here, there is one optional upgrade that

8:43you can do, which is to record a quick video of yourself scrolling through his report and talking him through what you found. You can use free screen sharing software like Loom to do this. Keep the video to 2 to 3 minutes tops. There's no script needed, just you pointing at the screen. Then add one line to the message, which is this. I also recorded

9:01a short video walking you through it. Here's the link. Like I said, that extra little video is totally optional and the email works on its own, but a report that he can hear you explain just lands a lot harder than one he has to read himself. Which brings us to step three, getting paid. And this is where I want to spend some real time because this is the exact moment where most people fall

9:19apart. So, here's what I want you to do. I'm going to give you the exact replies for the push backs you're actually going to get word for word. And I'd honestly screenshot every single one of these because together they're basically a cheat sheet for this entire conversation. So here goes push back number one. I'll just do it myself. Here's your reply. Totally can. Most business owners could. The hard part is remembering to do it after every single

9:42job forever. That's the part this fixes. It happens automatically so you never have to try to remember. Push back number two. $297 feels like a lot. And your reply is one extra roofing job is worth what? Five grand. This runs all month for a fraction of one job. You'd be paying me 297 bucks to go get you $5,000 jobs. Obviously, you're going to want to adapt the math to whatever industry you're working with, but the reason this works is that you're comparing it to what one job is worth to him and letting him do that comparison himself. Push back number three, I don't really have a customer list. Your reply

10:15is, "No problem. Every job you do from here on out feeds it automatically. So, we start bringing in new reviews right away. and whatever's sitting in your booking or invoicing software as of right now, we can pull that into. Now, one real quick thing here so you don't overpromise on that last part. Some booking and invoicing tools are going to allow you to just plug straight into your system and pull his customer list across automatically. Some won't. When one doesn't, the fallback is fortunately dead simple. He just sends a text when a job is done, or even easier, you can just check in once a week and then send

10:45the request yourself. And if you do go back to his old customers, only message people he's actually done work for in the past year and make sure that every message goes out with a way for them to opt out. Okay, push back number four. Let me think about it, which historically has involved very little actual thinking about it. That said, I want to show you how I've turned this one objection into more money than almost anything else, as there's a pretty powerful strategy that you can

11:08use here. So, here's your reply to that. Of course, while you're thinking it over, want me to just fix the profile stuff, the photos, the hours, the missing details? Takes me about 20 minutes, and there's no charge for it. Then you can see what it's like working with me before you decide anything. Now, watch what that actually does. To let you fix his profile, he's got to add you as a manager on his Google business profile. And people don't do that for somebody that they're not already half sold on. So, the second he sends that invite, he's not really thinking about it anymore. He's actually already

11:37working with you. And even if he does end up saying no in the end, well, you just fixed a real business's Google profile, which means you've now got a before and after of results that you've delivered, which is the first thing that you can show the next guy you email. Okay, push back number five. Have you done this before? And listen, if you're brand new, do not bluff this one. Here's the honest answer, and it works better than just making something up ever would. Honestly, not for a paying client yet. This is the one problem I've chosen to focus on, and I've spent my time learning how to spot it and fix it. But

12:07you don't have to take my word for any of it. Let me fix the profile first, free, and you can judge me on that instead. Push back number six. Can you guarantee results? Here's your reply to that. Yes and no. What I can promise is the work. Your profile gets finished, every review gets a reply, and every customer gets asked when nobody can promise you is rankings because that's Google's call. Or that a particular customer leaves a review because that's theirs. So instead of promising you something I don't control, here's what

12:34I'll do. No contract, cancel anytime. Okay, push back number seven. I'll only pay after the work is done. And your reply is this. The reason I can't do it all after the fact is that the first month is the heaviest. The profile fix, the review replies, getting the system built and connected to your customers. That's the bulk of the whole job, and

12:52it's paid for out of that first month. What I can do, though, is take the risk off you. No contract, cancel anytime, and if you don't have more reviews than you've got today within 60 days, that last month's on me. And push back number eight, the one you're probably waiting for. Can we hop on a quick call? The final boss of a video about not doing sales calls. So, here's how you reply to that. Happy to. Although, I can probably save you the time and just answer it right here. What's the question? Now, nine times out of 10, he types the question, you answer it, and you're

13:22right back in writing. And if he still wants to talk after that, then it's up to you. Honestly, you can keep this entire thing in writing and just accept that a few people just aren't going to be a good fit for you. that's a completely valid way to run this. Or he can take the call. And if you do, understand what it actually is at that point. He's read the report. He's seen

13:40the price. He knows there's no contract. He's not sitting through a sales pitch. He's just a guy with one last question before he says yes. And that's not really a sales call. It's kind of just a chat. Okay. So, you've answered any questions he has, and now he says yes. So, here's the final message. Great. I'm

13:55looking forward to working with you. I'll send over a payment link and the two-minute instructions to add me as a manager on your Google profile. Once that's done, I'll start the fixes and send you the before and after. And real quick on that payment link, because this is the part that nobody explains, that payment link is just a recurring subscription link. Super easy to set up inside High Level. Takes a couple minutes at most, and it charges the same 297 on the same day every month, so you

14:18never have to ask him for money again. I'm a big supporter of this particular feature. Okay, so he said yes, he paid. Congratulations, you've now got a client. So now the question becomes, how do you actually deliver the service and get results? Well, good news because the service is pretty small and simple and almost completely automated. So here's what it looks like. This is the system I

14:38built that I call the review engine. Every time he finishes a job, it sends that customer a friendly check-in, then the review request with his Google link, and if they haven't clicked after a few days, one gentle reminder, and then it stops, so nobody gets bothered twice. I've already written all of the messages for you, but you can customize them if you'd like. One thing here, though, is not optional, which is that every single customer must get the same message and the same Google review link. You never send it only to the customers you think are happy, and you never offer anybody

15:06anything in exchange for a good review. Both of those break Google's rules, and both of them can get a business's reviews completely wiped. Anyway, the system does it the right way by default. So, as long as you don't go changing it, you're fine. Now, most months the work's going to take you between 15 to 20 minutes per client. I usually just say 30 minutes, though, cuz I'd rather overestimate the time than make it sound easier than it is. But what I really want you to see is how this business grows. Because one client, $297 a month, is just the starting point. 10 clients on this exact same system is nearly

15:36$3,000 a month run from your laptop in like 15 to 20 minutes per month. But where things get really interesting is that once a client trusts you with their reviews, you can add more services to that same client one at a time. And that's how one small 297 service grows into a real oneperson agency. One that pays you every month and gives you control over your own schedule. But don't worry about selling any of that today. Today is about one business and one offer. Now the nice thing is the

16:00numbers here are pretty simple. Everything I've shown you runs inside Highle. And the plan I'd recommend is the 297 a month unlimited plan which gives you unlimited client accounts. That means your very first client covers your entire software cost. And every client after that is nearly pure profit. texts, calls, and AI usage at small costs as you grow. So, you build those into your price. And you don't have to build any of this. The whole review system is already sitting in my agency OS, the same one that you're going to get access to with a free trial. So, you can just copy it into each new client

16:29account and change a few small things for their business. Now, I've got two quick warnings that I need to share with you before you go do this. Warning number one, when he does reply, don't get excited and start adding things. The temptation is to prove that you're worth it. So you offer him a strategy call or a monthly report he never asked for or three services instead of one. But that's how a 20inut per month client turns into a 2hour per month client and pays you exactly the same. So answer his question, send the link. Let the work be small. And warning number two, and this

16:58one's the biggest. Don't think you need a whole bunch of clients before this counts as a real business. You don't need 10 clients on day one. You don't even need two. All you need is one local business willing to let you try this. even if it's your dentist or your barber or a shop you walk into every week. Then fix their listing, turn on the review engine, and screenshot how their profile looked before versus a month after because that one before and after becomes the proof that you show to the

17:21next business and the one after that. So, here's exactly what I do right now. Grab the extended 30-day free trial of High Level through the link in the description below. Load in my agency OS and send that first message tonight. Takes about 10 minutes to find a few businesses and about 2 minutes to send

17:36the message. But here's the thing. Everything I showed you today is just one piece of how a oneperson agency actually works. If you want the full picture, how to pick your niche, how to price your services, and how to put every system together, I've put together a completely free master class that I've got linked up right here that's going to walk you through the entire system step by step. So, feel free to tap or click that now. I'll see you in there in just a
