This is the full transcript of How I Make $1,024,937 In 90 Days Posting Facebook Reels (Full System), published on YouTube by E'Calm. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.

0:00I'm going to show you the exact system I used to grow my Facebook page to 2.9 million followers and made over $49,000 in a single month. But, you'll have to promise me you'll pay attention and learn because not every content gets paid on Facebook. So, you'll need to understand the actual system before anything else. Let's get started. All right, so before anything else, let me say this first. This is not a get-rich scheme. So, if you're here thinking you're going to achieve this result in 1 day, then I'm sorry. This video is not for you. But, if you can put in the work, then let me show you what's

0:33actually possible. You see, I'm on my dashboard and you can see that I made over $49,000 in April alone. And this is not a screenshot. You can see I'm showing you real data. There are days I made less than $1,000, but I still think April was huge because some days I made close to $3,000. Now, let me ask you,

0:51don't you think Facebook is underrated? Because, wait, let me show you May earnings. Let's say from 1st to 31st. All right, so you can see I made 37,000 dollars in May alone. Meaning, in just 2 months, I made around $90,000, which made me think Facebook is underrated. Now, you can see even photos alone made me more than $9,000. Wait, let's check

1:11from June 1st to June 30th. You can see the numbers yourself, $43,000. And this is only coming from content monetization, which are reels and photos only. So, imagine adding stars and subscriptions, I could make two or three times more. And this is not the only page I have. But, you know, this is the one making me the most money, that's why I chose to share this. Like this page,

1:34for instance, made me $19,000 in April. And these are raw data. I'm not being fake here. If I change to May, you can see I make over $21,000. And these are from reels and photos. The reason behind these figures is because my audience comes from top-tier countries. 95% of them are from the US. I'm going to show you how to achieve that. But, like I said, you need to pay attention because Facebook isn't like other platforms. Not every content is allowed for monetization. Now, first thing first, we need to create an optimized US Facebook page and to do that, simply create a normal Facebook profile. It's free and I

2:08know anyone can do that. Once you're done with your profile, move your mouse to the left menu and click on see more. Then, scroll down and [music] click on pages. As you can see, I already have some pages on this account which are not active. I think I should make this page active. Or what do you think? Let's create a new one by clicking on this

2:26button. You'll have two options just like this. [music] Upgrade your existing profile to a page or create a public page for that specific profile. If your aim is to have multiple pages with one profile, then the first option is the best. And that's what we'll be using, so let's select that, then click on next.

2:47Click on get started. Now, pay attention [music] here. You see, we need to choose a name for our page, but most people do this wrong. They choose random names or use their names. It's not bad to use your own name for a Facebook page, but that's only if you already have huge followers on another platform and you're redirecting them to your Facebook page. But if you're starting from scratch, then do this instead. You see, Meta just integrated the Meta AI directory into Facebook [music] search, meaning Facebook is not just a social media

3:14anymore, but an AI discovery platform. Therefore, using just your name would be difficult for the right people to reach your content. So, what you need to do is to include highly searched keywords in the name and in bio as well. That way, you'd be discovered and grow faster. And when it comes to keyword research, I use vidIQ. The link will be in the description. Once you're here, head to

3:35research. Now, what we're doing is about self-improvement, emotional intelligence, and personal development. So, for instance, I'll enter self-improvement in the search box and hit enter. You can see that this keyword has over 1.5 million searches. That's massive. And you can see it getting consistent views every single day. You know, I could just use my name like calm and add {dash} self-improvement and move on because this keyword has over 1.5 million searches, which is enough. But there's a catch. You're not the only one going to do this. So, imagine everyone adding self-improvement to the name. You see, you need to stand out. Otherwise, you just blend in and get stuck at

4:15around 100 or 200 views. So, here's what we're going to do. We're going to grab like five highly searched keywords from here, then feed it into this prompt. This [music] way, we'll get unique names with good keywords. First, let's grab the prompt from here. As usual, all the prompts will be in the video description. Just click on this exact

4:32prompt. Enter any amount you want here. If you want it for free, just enter zero. But if you want to show a bit of appreciation, then you can go ahead and enter any amount. Now, click on add to cart, put in your email here, then click this button to get the prompts. Now, grab the first prompt. Then head to Abacus AI. Paste the prompt in the chat box. Next, click on auto to choose agent. We want the tool to do a deep research and give us a better result. Now, I know some of you may ask, "ECom, why are you not using ChatGPT or

5:02Claude Code?" Let me be honest with you. You see, if you want the best result, you'd need a paid subscription with these tools. And let me use myself as an example. Before switching to Abacus AI, I was using the max plan of Claude Code and it was $100 or so. And ChatGPT plus also cost me around $20 a month, which might be a good deal for you. But with Abacus AI, you're getting the latest model of these tools plus all these tools for only $10. And you'll even get 30% off if you use the link in the description, which means you'll pay only $7, which isn't a bad deal. And I've not

5:34been paid to promote this. It's a tool I personally use. So, if you have a tool that you [music] think it's good for you, then feel free to use it. All right, let's grab the keywords from here. Make sure to pick the ones with high search volume. Go back to Abacus AI, then replace it with these texts. Now, scroll up and enter the number of

5:50ideas here. I'll enter 10 since this is a tutorial, but I recommend you generate more than 50 names, so you have more options to choose from. Next, scroll down and set your tone. I'll say inspirational. Let's hit send. All right, go through all the names and pick the best one. Now, let's say we're going with this one. I won't add the mastery. Like you always have to modify it and add something yourself. Don't depend solely on AI. Let's do a reality check. Let's copy this keyword from here, then paste it back here and search. You can see the numbers, and the competition is really low. So, I'll go to my

6:29profile, enter something like my name, then add the keyword I got from Abacus AI. Simple. Now, for the category, I entered digital creator. For the bio, it's optional, but leaving it empty is a big mistake. So, grab the next prompt from here. Head back to Abacus AI, paste the same keywords here. Scroll up and enter the number of

6:53variations, set the tone, and hit enter. Now, copy the best one, then paste it here and click on create. Next, you can fill in your contact details and click on next. For the profile picture and the cover photos, I don't want most of you to generate similar results with AI. So, find a picture you think it's good, then

7:18upload them here. Click on next. I don't want to add my WhatsApp, so I'll skip. If you have friends, you can invite them, but I don't recommend that. Just grow it naturally. Now, our page is successfully created, but let's click on settings, [music] then go to page setup. Now, click on page type and set it to

7:39creator.

7:45Congratulations, you're now a content creator on Facebook. I'm about to show you how I create the videos, but first let me tell you how the Facebook algorithm works. If you check my videos, you realize the views are crazy. I'm averaging 1 million views per post, and I post not less than five videos a day.

8:01There are times I post 10 to 15 videos. Like the last five videos were posted yesterday, and you can see they'll all hit 1 million views soon. So, the question is how exactly? Like, what exactly am I doing to achieve results like these? Well, it comes down to two things. First is how you set up your page, and I've shown you the proper way to do that. So, I think that shouldn't be a problem. And the second thing is about knowing how the Facebook algorithm works, and you won't believe how easy it is. Wait, let me explain. You see, the Facebook algorithm uses what they call

8:34the test and expand process. What this means is that when you post a reel, Facebook doesn't show it to everyone at once. It tests with few, see how those few react before deciding if it deserves a push. Just like YouTube and other platforms. But, here's the interesting part. Facebook is a bit different. And to be able to achieve results like mine, you'll need to pay attention to some key metrics. We need engagement. Facebook doesn't care if your audience watches your video to the end. What they care about are likes, comments, saves, and shares. Meaning, we need a strategy to design our content for viewers to watch

9:10it, save it, and share it as social currency. Like those content that you'll watch and even take a screenshot. If we can do that, then 95% of our job is done. So, how are we going to do this? It's simple. We need to add emotions to our videos, which means we need a script with lots of emotions. That's all. This is how I've structured my content. The hook is like a Netflix thumbnail. The first 3 seconds should be able to stop the scroll immediately, then the message. You see, immediately you stop

9:38the scrolling, you need to keep them. So, this is where you deliver the actual value. Then you move to what I call the metaphor. This is where the concept makes sticky and visual. It creates moment that makes viewers go back and rewatch. This is where most people take screenshots or make them to even download or save the video. Hope you know what I mean. Then we come to conclusion. That's where I

10:00create a loop so the video never ends. This might sound a lot in your ears, but relax, okay? I have prompts that I use for all these. It'll generate the idea, the script, and visuals [clears throat] for you by following the same structure. And you'll find the [music] link in the video description. This is it. Just click on it, enter any amount here, and click on add to cart. If you want it for free, just enter zero there. But know that it won't be free forever. Thank you. Once you get that, simply grab the ideation prompt from here. It's a very long prompt designed to give you the

10:31best ideas. All right, let's head back to Abacus AI and start a new chat. Now, click here and make sure agent is selected. Next, you can paste your prompt in the chat box. Now, before you hit on send, scroll up and enter the number of ideas you want here.

10:57All right, we got in the ideas. Now, check this idea. The friendship expiration date. That's interesting. You can see the core message, the hook line, and all the important info. So, the idea is perfect, but you know, the idea alone is not enough. Although it's the backbone, but the backbone can't stand alone until we build something around it. And that's where the structure comes in. But seriously, I can't believe I'm sharing my secret for free. Well, it's fine. But show appreciation. Even spending 5 seconds to like and subscribe shows you value what I'm sharing with you. All right, let's move on. I've I explained the structure, so there's no

11:31need to go over it again. And since most of you guys are beginners, I always love to do the heavy lifts. So, just go back to the prompts, then grab the script prompt from here.

11:46Go back to the same chat, then paste it into the chat box. Now, before you hit send, let's scroll up so I can show you something. You see, we need to do a little bit of work here. So, let's scroll up to find the topic we selected, copy it from here, and then replace it with these texts. Next, let's copy the core message,

12:11and paste it here. Let's do the same to the target emotion, which is the emotional arc. And finally, the target audience. Now, you can go through the prompt and tweak a few things if you like, but I'm okay, so I'll click send. All right, so we got the script. And if you check, you'll realize it follows the exact structure: the hook, message,

12:41metaphor, and conclusion. But we can't create the voiceover with this, because views don't just watch, they listen. So, imagine someone listening and hear something like, "Hook tubes, stop apologizing for outgrowing people. Message 11:05's, it's not loss, it's direction." [laughter] That would be funny. So, let's copy it from here. Open Google Docs and remove those texts.

13:06Make everything organized. Now, before we create the voiceover, let's do this instead. Go back to the prompts and grab the visual prompt. Head back to Abacus AI and paste it into the chat. Leave everything as default and hit send. You see, instead of generating the image prompts before generating the images, this prompt will do all the job for us. The interesting part is that it'll do the color grading

13:33and everything. All right, so you can see that it generated seven images here. And if we check the script, you'll realize it has seven lines, meaning one is to one. Now, to save all the images, we just need to click on browse all. This is the folder that contains the visuals. So, let's click on the download

13:52icon. Now, locate the file you downloaded, unzip the file, and your visuals are ready. Now, open CapCut and let me show you something. First, import all the files, the images and the voiceover. Next, [music] add the voiceover into the timeline. Now, instead of arranging the images on top, here's what I do instead. Play the voiceover and make the pacing feel natural. Like if I play the voiceover, I realize there's a pause right at this point, which doesn't make it sound natural. So, I'll pick the

14:24split tool. Then cut that off that pause. You can also see that there's a long pause here. That'll make it sound a bit robotic. So, I'll cut off that part, too. The same thing here, then here. Let's do the same. But don't just cut them. Play the voiceover first. That [music] way, you'll know where to make those changes. Now, you can go ahead and arrange all the images according to their names. You can see this is image one, then image two, image three, and so on. So, I'll

14:58add image one like this. Followed by image two, then image three, image four, then image five, image six, and lastly, image seven. Remember that each of these images has to match each line of the script, meaning the first image should match the first line. [music] Now, if we check the script, you'll realize that the first line ends with outgrowing people. Now, let's listen to

15:24the voiceover. Stop apologizing for outgrowing people. All right, the outgrowing people ends at this point. So, I'll select the first image by clicking on it, then cut off the unnecessary part. Now, the next line ends with this direction. Let's play it. It's not loss, it's direction. It ends at this point, so let's chop off the unnecessary part. Repeat this step

15:47to cover all the seven images.

15:54All right, we're going to add some effects, [music] but let's add a cool background sound. I always want the voiceover to sync with the background sound. So, I'll adjust the position. This doesn't boost views or something, it's just a personal preference. Now, I'll reduce the volume to about 80%. All right, let's go to effects and search for vignette. Add it to the timeline and reduce the texture to about 50%. Good. Let's extend the length to match the actual video. Now,

16:22let's add the black noise effect also. For the speed, I normally set it at 10%. Let's extend the length, too. You can also add any other effects, but don't add the same effects on every video you'll be creating. You can add something like the bird effects on your next video. Now, go to captions, select your language, and hit generate. For the font style, I'll use this one here. It's called

16:50freehand. I love positioning my caption at the center, but feel free to experiment to see what works for you. And I also love breaking my captions into two to four words. For the font size, I always keep it at 15. Once done, I cross-check to make sure the captions and everything sync perfectly with the voiceover. I nearly forgot one thing. So, go to effects, then add the subtle wobble effect. Now, set the speed and the amount to five and leave the rotate at the frame. We can now extend it to match the entire length of the video

17:23then export it. Now, before you click the export button, don't make this mistake. Don't leave your project name as default. That's a huge mistake. So, instead, change those letters there to a higher search keyword. But, one thing, the keyword should match the video you're creating. Let's see the result. Stop apologizing for outgrowing people. It's not loss, it's direction. It's not rejection, [music] it's selection. You didn't abandon them,

17:49you simply graduated from who you were. Some people were mirrors of your past. You're building something entirely [music] new. A tree doesn't apologize for the branches it sheds. They were necessary ones, they're just [music] not the future. That's not heartless, that's evolution, that's you becoming extraordinary. That's amazing, simple, but can change everything for you. Now, parsing is so

18:11easy, but most people still mess it up. First, let's understand how Facebook monetization actually works. If we go back to the page we created, then click on monetization, you'll realize it says invite-only. [music] You see, Facebook is not like YouTube where you need 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours or 10 million views within [music] a certain period before you can apply for monetization. No, it doesn't work that way. The Facebook monetization [music] program is

18:39currently only available by invitation. What I mean is, you need to be invited before you can make any money. [music] And per my experience as a monetized creator with seven pages, I think 5,000 followers and [music] 60,000 total minutes viewed, about 1,000 watch hours, can do the job. [music] I know these numbers sound huge, but I think hitting these numbers on Facebook shouldn't take more than a month if you're serious. And I'm saying this

19:01based on my experience. [music] Just look at the views here. These videos have a lot of audience, and the competition is also not that high. So, if you're serious, I think these shouldn't be an issue at all. Now that you understand that, let me show you how I upload my videos [music] and exactly what I did to grow faster. By the way, this is another channel that I'm

19:19currently trying to see how it works. It's been 9 days and as you can see, I have more than 800 subscribers and over 1,000 watch hours. I'll hit monetization soon. Don't forget to like and subscribe to get the update. Here, we only share what we've tried and tested. All right, let's go back to the homepage.

19:37Then click on photo video. Now, find the video you edited, then upload it here. While uploading, let's grab the title from here. Then paste it in this prompt. Remember, you won't always get good titles. So, make sure you modify if you think your title is weak. Now, the tags I use the most are poetry, quotes, deep thoughts. You can add more if you want. Now, before clicking next, check

20:03to see if your reel is safe to publish. All right, let's hit next. Put the same title and tags here. You can also add a background sound here if you want. Let's click next. Make sure the post audience is set to public. For the add AI label, although we used AI for most of the work, but we transformed [music] it into a video ourselves. So, let's leave it as it is

20:25and hit post. Congratulations, you've published your first Facebook reel. Now, if we click on the professional dashboard, then go to content, you'll see the video here. All right, this niche has audience, but if you're lazy, you can't hit your target. So, to grow faster, you'll need to post more, at least three times a day. There's no other trick than posting more after you properly set up the channel and has a structured video. Some of you may ask if you should push the post with Facebook ads. Well, that will depend on your budget, but I recommend you grow it naturally, because that's

21:01what I did to achieve these results. Facebook is simple and can change everything for you if you do it properly. On good days, I can make close to $3,000. Even on bad days, I'm averaging $1,000. But remember, it's all about patience and dedication. So, don't rush at all because Facebook is not going anywhere. So, take your time and learn as you go. If you don't understand something, just rewatch the video again until you understand everything. But instead of clicking off or jumping to another video, I recommend you watch this video instead. In this video, I broke down the actual system I used to make over $400,000

21:37in just 3 months by uploading YouTube shorts. See you in the next one.
