This is the full transcript of I Built a Claude Skill That Creates Your First Offer For You (27 Questions), published on YouTube by Jordan Rafealov. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00The number one question that I get from people who are just starting out trying to make money online is what can I sell? What's my offer? Right? So, if you have no idea what you want to sell, who you're going to sell it to, or how you're going to sell it, then this is the video for you because I took Alex Hormozi's principles that he calls the three P's and I have put them into a Claude skill that interviews you and asks you about your whole life to try and figure out what you can sell, who you can sell it to, and then packages it into your own irresistible offer that
0:32you can go out into the market and print cash with. And so, I'm going to walk you through all the principles and then I'm going to show you over the shoulder of me actually going through the Claude skill and then I'm going to leave this Claude skill linked for you below in the description. So, first of all, Hormozi calls this the
0:49three P's and why are they called that? Well, you've got pain, profession, and passion. And so, Hormozi suggests that what you want to do if you're just starting out to try and figure out your offer that you're going to sell people is what is a pain, like a problem that you have fixed, or a profession, so a job that you were paid to do in the past. So, if you used to be an accountant, for example, why do you want to start selling AI services when you can take 20 years of accounting experience and you can put it into an offer? And then, what is something that
1:19you are passionate about? So, you don't want to wake up every day and do something you absolutely despise, even if you've solved that problem and you used to work in that job and you've just created a brand new job that now you hate, right? We're trying to escape the matrix. We're trying to get free. We're trying to make magic internet Wi-Fi
1:35money. And then, you go after the market. So, you look at who you know, what is their headache or their bleeding neck problem as Russell Brunson calls it. And then, by Friday, what would they pay for? So, what can you get out the door really quickly and what would people actually pay for? And then, this intersection, this overlap of this Venn diagram is your first offer. And so, the Claude skill will walk you through exactly how to do this so you don't need to know
2:02anything. And so, this is just a quick breakdown. There are 24 questions and there are three different kinds of questions. And so, it'll walk you through your life, a pain that you solve, your profession, the passion that you might have, and then the market, and then it'll put together a verdict, right? And so, at the end of 20 minutes, you will have crystal clear clarity on exactly who you're selling to, what you're selling them, and how to sell it, how even even how much to charge for it, right? So,
2:31that's the power of this Claude skill. So, you'll say stuff like I'm good with people, and then it'll even push back and it'll say, "No, that's a label. I want a story." A And like, who was it? What did you do? And what changed? Okay? So, it will not accept these sorts of things. So, I have built it in a way to be like you're sitting across from
2:50Homozzi and he's grilling you. And so, there are there are three checks and then there are three different rounds. It'll ask you for five real people with this problem. It'll ask you if you've got any proof. Can you deliver something like that in 14 days? It'll ask what sort of edge you have. It'll build the simplest model and then it'll start you on the niche that makes the most sense. So, this is by far the biggest problem that I find people
3:13experience inside my school group. Now, if you didn't know, I run the AI systems society where I teach people how to go from absolute zero to $10,000 a month or acquire their client in 100 days. And so, I do that by giving you all the systems that I have used multiple times to go from zero to $16,000 a month in 80 days. I have used uh the same systems to go from absolute zero to 10 grand a month in 100 days. I have also used the same content systems, launch systems, paid ad systems to get uh generate more than $7 million in revenue. And so, I would highly
3:51recommend you check check that out because little fun fact, it is my birthday currently, and if you are seeing this on the 7th of October, then you're in luck cuz we are having a 24-hour flash sale in celebration of my birthday. So, if you want to get that, I'm going to leave that linked below. For everybody that just wants the free stuff, uh you can find it in the free Dopamine Digital School Group. I'm going to leave that linked below as well. You can see that every single day I create a piece of content, and I put a bunch of Claude skills, and I drop the source in
4:20here. The other day I gave away my motion graphic skills that you can just whack into Opus 5.5, all of my mods that I use in Claude code to get my Claude code looking absolutely wicked, and a plus a bunch of other really cool stuff. So, that is all for free, and everything that you are seeing in this video where I break down how to actually build this offer, that skill is going to be inside this free school group. So, I'm going to leave that linked as well below. Check
4:44it out. All right. So, I can hear you saying, "Jordan, I don't have any skills." Cool. All right. Well, we still need to put together a plan, right? So, it'll ask around like it'll build something around the best niche based on what's the best opportunity right now, even if you don't have a specific set of skills.
5:05Insert Liam Neeson meme. Uh and then if you're good with technology, it'll suggest some AI stuff. If you have absolutely no skills, and all you want to do is bumble your way through to $10,000 a month as quickly as possible, and you're willing to do whatever it takes, then it'll likely fall back to something like lead generation because people always need leads, and this is very easy for a
5:28beginner to get started. So, you will leave with one sentence, which is I help and insert avatar achieve dream outcome using the thing that you're good at. Or you will be able to leave with I help niche with let's say lead generation or AI because those two things are so easy to sell. And I'm interviewing niche to find out what they need most. So, I think the thing that most people get wrong is that what you need is a fully finished irresistible offer from day zero before you start and that's just simply not true. The amount of people, even me included, inside of my school group who
6:09have no idea what to do. They're 18, 19 and all they want to do is make money, but they don't know how to do it. I suggest that they follow something called either the podcast or the interview method in which you find a niche and you reach out to them and you interview them and you ask them what their problems are and then you go out and you build a solution for those problems. I know it's insane,
6:30right? So, actually sell people what they want instead of cramming something that you think they want down their throats. So, you cannot escape being able to get an offer that gets you started or at least you can reach out to the audience uh you can reach out to the niche and you can do some market research. And so, if you have been procrastinating and you don't know what to do, you don't know what to sell, you don't know who to sell
6:56it to, then this removes all of that. So, the podcast method is uh is listed here and as well as the white paper method. So, these are for people who are in this second tier where they have no skills, they've got no idea. And then the the the cold skill, there's basically Alex Hormozi interviewing you, will tell you, "Okay, cool. Go towards the podcast method." Or, "Cool. Go towards the white paper method so that
7:24you can gather intel." So, uh it's going to ask you these six questions and I'm going to run through them right now. I'm going to open up Claude and all you need to do is type {slash} find your offer after you download the zip file inside the free Dopamine Digital School Group. So, I'm
7:40going to do that now. Right, magic. So, we have loaded up the skill already and I'm just going to walk through the questions and I'm going to answer them so you can sort of see it step-by-step. And if you have downloaded it, just follow along with me. So, if you can see all of this cool sexy stuff around my Cloud Code instance, it's because I have installed the mods, which I have left in the free school group as
8:03well. So, just as an aside. Um Also, if you're watching this far into the video and you want to wish me a happy birthday, then uh subscribe. Or comment down below happy birthday. I'm literally steeled away to my hotel room while all my friends are planning a dinner or something downstairs and so I am uh I am bringing the content to you guys. I'm not leaving a single day in this 100-day sprint. So, if you appreciate that, make sure you subscribe. All right. So,
8:34it's asking me, "What is my first name?" Now, I'm just going to be using WhisperFlow for this whole thing. My name is Jordan. Cool. So, Jordan. Now, the part the part most people lie about. Where are you starting from? Jordan, be honest, nobody is watching. [laughter] [snorts] Okay, so um I am going to go through this in a way that a beginner may go through it that may have some experience, but they don't really have a bunch of skills. Because if I feed it the things that I'm actually good at, it's going to take me down a path that is not going to be applicable for most
9:06people watching this video. So, I'm going to say I have dabbled in some online marketing stuff, but I've never really made it work. I'm basically starting from zero. So, also, it'll give you multiple choice questions, you can see, so you can literally just answer A B C. So, for this, I've said, "I have dabbled in some stuff, but I haven't really made
9:29anything work." Okay, so online marketing stuff, never really made it work. So, you've dabbled. That's not zero. That's tried and not stuck it. Give me your life in 60 seconds. Where you grew up, what you've done for work. All right. [snorts] Uh grew up in New Zealand. I was a high-level athlete and always unafraid to put in the work. I worked multiple jobs. Most of them were blue-collar things where I was like doing physical
9:57labor. Uh I also worked in an ad agency at one point in time doing creative advertising and my degree is in communications. I'm also pretty good with a camera. So, here we go. Grew up in New Zealand, high-level athlete, did some physical labor stuff, degree in communications, pretty good with a with a with a camera. Laborer ad agency. What is the hardest
10:24thing you've ever done? The one that nearly broke you and did not. The day of our massive presentation in our advertising class, um everything broke and so at the last minute we pivoted and displayed everything on a television screen instead of presenting everything in slides printed out and everyone was super impressed. I also backpacked through Europe
10:53um without Google Maps. I guess that's a hard thing. So, some of this stuff is true, some of it's not. I'm just trying to give you like a flavor for what what can be done um if you've got like you've done some stuff, but you haven't done the thing that you can sell. Like you didn't used to work as an accountant. You didn't used to um you know, work in a marketing agency or
11:18something. What have you done that you're proud of and most people around you have not? Taught yourself a skill. Um I used to flip Nike tennis shoes, sneakers uh on eBay. So, giving it like a pretty standard side hustle here to see what it finds. You skipped past that fast. Go back. Buying low and selling high to strangers
11:44is a real skill. What happened? How did you find the shoes? How did you get them to sell? How long did you keep it going? I would go to flea markets, and I would go to physical locations. I would also find some things on Facebook Marketplace, and then I would clean them up, present them nicely, and then put them on eBay and sell them for
12:0750 to 100% more. So, a group has a problem and everybody is stuck. Which one are you? You only get one. The one who talks to people and gets things moving, the one who runs the numbers, the one who builds the thing, the one who writes it so it makes sense, the one who finds what is broken and fixes it. So, for this one, I'm going to
12:26say I'm the man who builds the thing. So, I'm going to just say C. So, you can see it's getting like it's not just asking you, "Hey, what are your interests? What have you done before?" It's like, "What type of person are you?" I'm a builder. That fits the sneakers and TV screen noted. What's a hard problem that you had in your own life or work that you fixed yourself? Tell me,
12:48what's it like before? What have you tried that did not work, and what is it like now? I can't think of anything really compelling. Okay, so I was just pushing back on it um to see if it would if it would let me skip it. Think smaller. Money, weight, a job hunt, a messy business, a house move, broken process at work. Okay, I
13:10got myself out of debt. And I worked uh three jobs through high school to ensure that I had a car, and I was always able to provide for myself and my friends. Who do you know by name who still has that problem today? Not fixed it and debt or short on money and still stuck.
13:31Couple of my friends from back home. Okay, this is interesting. I don't see where this may or may not be going, but everything has a purpose. Every job you have been paid to do and how long for each include the ones you think do not count. I worked in a supermarket stocking the shelves in the freezer section. I used
13:52to clean toilets at a old folks home. [clears throat] I worked at um a Turkish restaurant waiting tables. I worked in a Thai restaurant behind the counter. Uh greeting guests and seating people. I worked as a chef in the back kitchen. I have uh worked on a factory line packing beetroot into cans and I worked as a translator traveling through Europe
14:19translating documents into English. So, a bunch of Some of these things are real, some of them are not. Just to give you a flavor. Take the one you did the longest. What do people come to you for instead of the person next to you? When I worked in uh in the front of house in a restaurant, I was always the most friendly. I was always the one who was able to calculate everything correctly and split the bill
14:46correctly. And therefore get the highest tips and uh handle handle being under a lot of pressure. If there was a table of 10 people and they were drunk and they're trying to get out the door and pay the bill, I was always able to settle them down and uh make them laugh and make them feel
15:05comfortable. So, again, this is not just asking you a bunch of bulleted questions where it's like uh do you like AI, lead generation, graphic design? And then okay, do you prefer to do it on LinkedIn or Upwork and blah blah blah? It's actually like asking me about me as a person. One result from that job, you could show me a real number if you have one at
15:29before and after if you did not. I was able to take the time of people waiting to get a table down by 25% and I was able to increase the amount of uh revenue that the business made by getting more people out the door and garnering more tips for everybody including me um by 10 to 15%. If your old boss could keep only one thing you did and had to drop the rest,
15:59what would they keep? You only get one. My ability to work the front desk system like lightning and keep everything audited and under control. All right, so it's telling me you said build it earlier. Your boss would say the one thing is the systems. Both are about making a messy thing run clean. What do you read, watch, or do for hours with nobody paying you and what have you
16:28got good at because of it? I can spend hours editing a video. I can uh deep dive into a Hormozi video and or a podcast and listen to him talk for hours. I enjoy [snorts] building systems and uh working with AI. So at this point we're kind of like 75% of the way through and it's asking me a free Saturday, no phone, no plans, which one do you pick? You only get one. Learn a new tool or bit of tech until it works, talk to people, make something with your hands, sort out a mess, dig into money business. I think it would be
17:07learn a new tool or bit of tech. So I'm going to type A. I really, really love the questions. Again, I've tried to build this off of all of Hormozi's principles. I have studied all of his books. I've attended all of his workshops. I have paid for his $16,000 upsells. I have been in his private communities, and I have gone through all of his content to put
17:28together these three P interview skill. All right, so you have to teach an hour class tomorrow with no time to prepare. What is it on? How to edit a video with AI tools. And how to make beautiful design with Claude code. You said starting from zero. A person at zero cannot teach an hour or an AI video editing with no prep. So, drop that story. So, it's even challenging my internal belief system to be like, "Hey, you are worth more than what you think, Jordan." Now, I flip it. I do not care
18:03what you like. I care who would pay. Who do you already know or could reach with one message who runs a business or controls a budget? So, it's like even giving me ideas about not only the offer, but who can I sell it to? Trades and home services, builders, plumbers, clinics, professional services, agencies and recruiters, coaches,
18:23somebody else, nobody. My father is a lawyer, and my mother is uh an accountant in a firm. Um and so, I guess I could leverage their warm network. Also, I used to work in an ad agency, so I still have some connections there. So, it's getting It's just like getting the juices flowing. I would have never have thought of some of these questions or some of these answers, right? I would never would have put this down on paper if it wasn't prompted like this. You can see the power of being asked the right
18:55questions. Take the group you know the best out of those, lawyers, accountants, or ad agency people. What do they complain about? What costs them time or money every single week? So, I really don't know. I haven't spent a ton of time with a lawyer or an accountant. However, I have spent some time with ad people and I know that coming up with ad creative is really
19:16difficult for them. And I know that it's not that difficult using tools like Nano Banana, for example. Has anybody ever asked you to do something for them, offered to pay you, or paid you outside a job even once? What was it? Yeah, a friend paid me to edit a video for them. And also, I have created some graphics for people before AI because
19:42I'm pretty good in Photoshop. How are you with tech and AI? Straight answer. Already built things with AI tools or code. I use ChatGPT most days and I'm quick with new tools. I would say B because I think most people who are kind of watching this are probably a B. Or you can follow a tutorial if you
20:00really have to. Daily user, quick with new tools, enough to be one step ahead of an agency owner. That's all you need to be. One of those people has to pay you by Friday to fix one thing. Your old agency contacts or someone in your parents' network. What do they pick? You only get one. An ad agency would pay me to make their
20:18ad creative. One second, guys. The hotel is calling me. I think they want to deliver me a birthday cake. Okay, I was right. They want to send me a birthday cake. So, you're going to see me take a break and eat my birthday cake in a second. All right. So, here is part six, the verdict. Dad is a lawyer, mom's an accountant,
20:40old agency, blah blah blah. Your edge. You worked in creative at an ad agency and now you can make the thing they find hard with AI tools. You have been paid for craft already, video edits. You make a messy thing run clean under pressure. What you could sell. Ad agency. So, ad creative is really difficult to come up with. You make it
20:59with AI tools. And people who need a video edited, a video that needs cutting, you edit it with AI tools. So, quick check AI ad creative for ad agencies. Answer all three yes or no and then then the detail. Name five real people or businesses with this problem. Have you done this once for you or anyone with somebody with something similar to show? Could you deliver it in the next 14 days with what you know today? Right, so here are my
21:27answers. I know, you know, these people. Proof, haven't done this before, but yes, I haven't been paid. Could I deliver it in the next 14 days? Absolutely. Okay. Answer all three yes or no and then give detail. Quick check AI video editing. Okay, so this one was about um AI ad creative. Okay, so here are my answers that I know only a couple of people that make
21:55YouTube content. Have I done it before? Yes, I have. I've done it for myself and I've used AI tools for my own content. Could I deliver in the next 14 days? Absolutely. How do I feel about being on camera? So, I'm going to say fine, put me on camera. I know a lot of you are going to say nervous, but I'll do it. But honestly, if you're not on camera, like, what are we talking about here? Here you are watching a piece of content that I'm making and you like and trust me and you are likely going to download the skill and run through it. You are maybe a
22:28uh subscriber, maybe you are somebody that's in the Dopamine Digital School group and maybe you're even inside the AI systems society. And so, you can see the power of content. Here I am on my birthday making a piece of content for you. Here you are watching 15-20 minutes into a video about me ramble into my
22:45webcam. Can you see the power of content, guys? Like, what are we doing? What are we talking about here? Like, there's no excuse not to be on camera. This is your sentence built from your answers. Okay. I help ad agencies get their ad creative made using AI tools like Nano Banana. Keep it. Perfect. Send it. Ship it. Let's go. And so I think maybe we have one more question and then it is going to put together a a bit of a report for me
23:13breaking everything down. So I'm on the road. I don't have my fancy setup, but I've got the mic here. So again, if you appreciate me thinking ahead and bringing the things that are portable, then make sure you like, subscribe. All right. So this is really cool. It's put together a custom report for me. So here is route number A where I have an edge. I help ad agencies get their ad creative made using AI tools like Nano
23:40Banana. And so it's even given me reasons why. Here's my unique talents. Like look how cool this is. Skills that I already have. So if I don't want to leverage this one, here is a bunch of schools skills that I already have that maybe I wasn't even aware of until I said them out loud. Oftentimes you will find that the things that you are good at, you don't know that that you're you're good
24:01at them because they're so easy for you. So having this actually spelled out for you is really powerful. The gap that you can fill. So who is ad agencies? The problem is coming up with ad creative is really difficult. I worked in a creative space. Uh my research. And so it's even given me a script. Hi first name, I'm starting
24:19a short interview show for ad agencies. I would love to have you on for 20 minutes to talk about how you come up with ad creative. I'll cut it into short clips you can post. Are you open to it? So here it is talking about the podcast method that I can reach out to. It's even giving me the script that I can use. And here are the questions that I can ask them on the call. And then here
24:41are the people that I start with. And then here are the four action steps that I go through. Send the invites to the first five names today. Warm first. Do the calls. After each call, write down their biggest problems. And when the same problem keeps showing up, that's your offer. Build it. You do not need to have it all worked out. You just need to go and talk to
25:01people. So, that's it for me, guys. Wish me a happy birthday by liking and subscribing and leaving me a comment down below. I really appreciate it. Thank you very much. And if you want this free Claude skill, I'm going to leave it here inside the Dopamine Digital Free School Group where there are 8,300 other business owners just like you who are crushing it every day with AI, with marketing principles and frameworks, with Claude skills, and all this other juicy stuff that I'm dropping. I'm making a piece of content like this
25:31every single day for the next 100 days. So, make sure you subscribe. I'll see you in the next one. Peace.
