0:00Rockbot gives you your own team of AI employees while requiring zero skill, zero setup, and zero prior experience. I have been using it to run my sevenfigure AI business while I travel the world. And here are some of the recent results it provided. [music] It ran an entire ad campaign, generating an insane ro [music] for my business. It instantly followed up with new leads for my business via WhatsApp. It directly talked to my media team via Slack. And it managed my entire business and communication [music] with my team while I was on a 10-day trip. Now, as someone who's worked with over 260 founders in building their own AI business and
0:33helping them change their life, I want to pull back the curtain on how I run my own AI business with [music] Grockbot. So, in this video, I'm going to show you how I use Grockbot to build a one-person business powered by an organized team of AI employees, including your own AI COO. You'll see how to develop business ideas, create marketing plans, run profitable ad campaigns, [music] and build a speed to lead agent that follows up with prospects instantly. I want you to keep in mind that a human COO cost $10,000 a month, an ad agency costs $4,000 a month, and a sales rep costs [music] $2,000 a month, and we will be
1:06replacing all of them with Rockbot. This means by watching [music] this video end to end, you'll be able to save yourself and other businesses over $200,000 a year in [music] cost. So, be sure to pay close attention. All right, so this is the oneperson team that we are going to be building in this course. Now, if you look at [music] the September and today's September 18th, this month so far, my business is already up $48,000 from just one bank account. This is the power of running your entire operation using Grockbot. And what's crazy is today's September 18th, but from September 3rd to the [music] 13th, I was
1:42traveling in Morocco, Portugal, and Spain. So, this is what's possible when you have a team [music] that can run your operations while you're away. So, let's break it down. So you take [music] yourself right here. This is all one person team. You have your COO. Okay, your COO is a person who's going to manage all of these other employees in different departments that we [music] have. Okay, if you were doing this
2:03yourself, you would probably go crazy. So let's break down the [music] leaves. The leaves are the last nodes without any sub node under it. See this has a sub node. This has a sub node. These [music] are the leaves. So we have GTM specialist. This is a go-to market specialist who will essentially help me and advise me my COO. Hey, here's how we can take our business idea to the market. This business strategist will help us come up with that business idea and offers around it. Then we have competitor researcher. This is extremely important because this competitor researcher will look at what is trending in the market, what's currently working,
2:41what our competitors are doing for whatever idea and offer that we might be pursuing. And then we have a team channel called the business council which will be all three of these and the COO. So now these three can all be working together. We'll go over team channels later in this video. The next
2:57department is the head of content. [music] The head of content will be managing our script writers, researcher and repurposer. Now we can split up the script writers for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn but for now we will just have one. [music] And this will be another channel content. Then we have head of sales. [music] This employee will manage our sales employee. So we will have a speed tole agent that messages leads the moment they come into our sales pipeline and then a meeting debriefer. So before we hop on a sales call, we know everything about our lead. [music] This will be channel to sales. Now the head of sales
3:30and head of content will both be speaking to our ad manager. Our ad manager is extremely important. Most businesses scale to millions of dollars in revenue off of just ads. not organic [music] content but ads. So if you can learn how to run ads for your business without hiring a marketing agency, you can make a lot of money very quickly. So the way this is going to work is we are first going to build our COO and then our CO will help us build our business council and then from there we'll build our head of sales department and our entire sales department and then we build our content department and then
4:03finally our ad manager which is going to make us the most money we've probably ever made in business. So, this ad manager has already led me to 7.45x raes's and even a,000x off of some of my ads, which is pretty crazy to think about. Okay, to download Grockbot, you simply head over to download for MacOSS and whatever device you're using. You click download and it's a very easy setup from here. Now, to get started using Grockbot, you head over to this website [music] right here and you download it for your computer. Once you download it, you'll see this type of screen and you can get the free trial
4:36for this. No need to pay. Now, this is the Grockbot that we talk to directly, and we'll be using this Grockbot to create our first employee. So, [music] we're going to tell Grockbot, I want I want to create a COO that will help me manage all my other Grockbot employees that I build. [music] This should be my right-hand man and give me all the information and knowledge I need to make the best decisions for my business. and his priority should be increasing our business's revenue and making my life easy in hand. I have great work life balance. So, we are going to tell Grockbot to create the COO. And what's
5:13cool about Grockbot is Grockbots can create other Grock bots. So, if you just give it a proper prompt, it'll go ahead and spin up your own AI employee for you. So, let's see right here. Spinning up your COO as a right hand who keeps other bots aligned. And there's our COO right here. So, this is our COO. There you go. And now we probably don't really need this Grockbot anymore because from here on out we will just go ahead and talk to our COO. Now what you can do, click edit profile. You can see the
5:39description of what the COO needs to do. This is the entire description right here. You can edit it if you want to. Um I will go ahead and give our CO a name. Sun is my COO. Voice speed, language. You can you can edit all this. Uh we don't really need a voice or anything like that right now. And what is the main business I should be optimizing for? I would say all of
6:04them.
6:12Okay. Um split evenly for now. So it's just going to ask us some preliminary questions about what it should prioritize. You say stop asking questions [music] for now.
6:36Cool. And now [music] you can ping whenever you want something done. A teammate spun up a digest decision frame. I'll act not interview. So now that we have our [music] uh co built, we're going to go back to our structure. So we're going to be building this channel right here. Okay. So, what we're going to do now is we're going to ask it to build a business strategist that will help us come with ideas and offers, a GTM specialist, and a competitor researcher. So, I want to build three employees. I want to build a GTM specialist. I want to build a competitor researcher. And I want to
7:12build a business strategist that will help us help me come up with the best ideas and offers for my businesses. new business ideas, scaling current business ideas, bettering my offers out one for my businesses, [music] etc.
7:37Okay, here we go. Now, it's building all three DTM, competitive, research, and business strategy. Now, look at that. We have business strategy, competitor research, and GTM. So, we have new AI employees built. So, this is how you can start building your own team of AI employees from just one. And what I'm going to do, since Sun
8:01is our COO, it's be our right-hand man. Just going to pin Sun right here. So, now it's quick access. I don't have to scroll through all the employees that we will end up having in this video. You can see right here with the strategist, competitive researcher, GTM um and we'll say all three quick scan of
8:18all three and just um nothing for now. Now Grock already has some idea about myself which is it understands I create YouTube videos. I have SAS's I have softwares which is why he is asking these questions for you. It might not have any idea so it would just be a blank slate but that shouldn't affect anything. [music] Now, you might be wondering, wait, how can I give Grockbot
8:41context on my business? Great question. Here's what you can do. [music] You go to marketplace and you, this is where you can connect a bunch of different plugins. You have Air Table, you have Brevo, you have a mail, you have Asauna, you have Canva, you have Mobin, you can code, right? Data sales, you have all these different things that you can connect your Gro with. What we're going to do is go Google Drive right here. And
9:07now click add. And there [music] you go. It's connected. Now if you've never connected Google Drive before, let's say for example, click add another account. Say second account. Click authorize. It's going to open up a Google information sheet for you. So now the second account is here. You're going to click authenticate. And once you click authenticate, click select all. continue and say authorization complete and you can open Grockbot again. Then say connect. So now I have both my accounts connected. If you have various Google Drive accounts, you can connect all your business data across various accounts into this plug-in. And this way you can just keep on making sure your employees
9:52understand the business. And now what you can tell is I want you to go through my Google Drive and [music] understand everything about my business and inform other employees too. And I'll say don't look at any sensitive data such as taxes, um, lead information actually. Yeah, just taxes, SSN, any super personal data.
10:33And now Sun will go through our Google Drive and understand all the context about our business. So let's say you have [music] all your information about your business in Google Drive. Now your AI employees can be trained on it. And what's cool is one AI employee can teach the others. So it's like shared memory but it's also teaching actually applying the knowledge from your drive to these other employees. [music] So on dig through drive build a clean business breeze and share with DTM competitive research and business strategy going through drive now and then going to let it cook. Now what you can see right here is a drive review
11:07done which you ask content AI services group. It goes over a lot of my different projects. [music] It even called out raised hand which is a new SAS company that I partnered with and it's even saying my deal with them. So it's pretty cool how it just understands a lot about my business and it even messaged the three other bots. You can see right here message from Sun, two messages with Sun and [music] then looks like two messages with Sun right here. And you can actually see what your employees are saying to each other. And notation asked for GTM work default to these brands offers prices. GTM said absorb critical
11:46GTM corrections versus what I inferred from drive alone. That's pretty cool stuff to see. So now if we go back to Sun uh we have this and then we'll go ahead and you can see all the different messages it sent to the employees. Cool. We now have enough context for these employees to understand our business. [music] Now, we're going to create an AI employee that will give you
12:14direct value literally instantly. To [music] do that, we are going to tell Sun, I want you to create an email assistant that will handle my inbox. As a creator, as a business owner, I get a lot of emails, a lot of people trying to work with me, a lot of brands reaching out to me, a lot of just questions and uh new offers and new things are coming about. And it's a lot, you know, sometimes I have like 100 unread messages in my email. In fact, if I go to my email right now,
12:57I'm at 43. 43 is [music] a good amount and I don't want to be going through 43 emails. Now it's asking us to add the Gmail connector and this Gmail connector again you can add directly from the marketplace via here or the employee will just ask you. So click add Gmail installing Gmail now and you click add all continue. All right. Drafts only until you green light a send. So I can have my email assistant [music] actually
13:29send emails for me or just draft them. And you say I've added [music] Gmail already.
13:44Just to make sure click marketplace go see it says connected which means you are connected. Perfect.
13:58So now what I can have it do, and you can feel free to send multiple messages to your Grock, but it actually does a really good job of replying to them in some sort of parallel fashion. Um, I want you to summarize my unread emails for me and which ones actually need my attention.
14:35Okay. So, now we're going to have our email agent draft replies for us and we're going to assess these replies and [music] see how good it did it. Okay. It looks like my email agent kind of disappear. So in a case like this, if an error like this happens, I just go back to song and I say, "Ping my email
14:53agent."
15:00It's like if a employee starts responding to you, just tell the manager. You can see Sun is working. Let's see if it could ping [music] and wake up our email employee. So what I had to do was I just created a new COO and new email agent which I mean didn't take much long at all. Essentially create a new bot and say become a new COO download everything from CO in your brain and create a email employee. Apparently this is a common issue right now when it comes to using Rockbot is sometimes the employee just might stop working but you can simply just download the employees memory by
15:37creating a new employee that is instructed to download that employees memory. So don't worry about if you run this issue. Don't panic. This is a simple fix. So we have our co, we have our email agent, and you can see since we already connected our Gmail, you I have all these emails right here that were just pulled in. And now it's saying what should I draft first? But let me just say um so say I got some paid collaborations coming in. Okay, that's
16:02nice. Um Aliaba availability pass here. I can say a draft all paid sponsor replies. [music] I say my rate is a $7,500 for a dedicated video and also pitch
16:33and charge $1,000 per reel. What was $1,500 per reel? Okay, so now our email assistant will go ahead and just draft all these different replies and we'll go ahead and look at how these replies actually look like and how much they are AI slop versus sound like a real human. All right, so we have our emails right here. Okay, so we have one, two, three, four, five. So five draft
17:02cards are up. Same rate card on each. So, hey, thanks for following up on photo generate AI. I'm interested my current rates. This is a pretty good email. I like this. So, I'll click send email. Um, yep. [music] Send email. Send email. Oh, this is amazing. Send [music] email and then send email. So, as you can see, my email assistant is sending emails for me. And eventually when you trust your email assistant or any AI employee enough, you can just have them not even ask you and just do it. So send sent for this last one to send. Come on. Come on. So the send was interrupted here
17:48looks like. Um okay, let's go ahead and go to my Gmail. This is draft. Delete [music] that. Done. Done. And then this is a previous draft. Done. Just like that. Now my email inbox can not scare me [music] when I look at it. Summarize. Any promotional mails mark as red. I do get a lot of promotional emails and sometimes you probably will too and you're like, "Man, I really don't want to see this." Today, you can just tell your email assistant to mark them [music] all as red. All right, so here is our summary. Marked 145 promotional newsletter threads as red. Oh my god, I have that many promotional threads. I
18:50need to start unsubscribing for newsletters, man. Um, today calendar, new leads. Okay, this is other stuff that um Oh, okay. So, these are some other emails. I got some new leads coming in for my business. [music] I got some calendar invites. Some things are breaking it seems like. I got to fix that. Um, my video editor is editing my
19:20video that's coming out very soon. Uh, Mercury I do limit increase. Let's go. making more money. My bank limit is increasing. Love, love that. Cool. So, our email assistant has been able to help us. Now, one cool thing is we can even make our email assistant send outbound emails to like potential leads and kind of do outbound for us. We're not going to do that right now. Um, this is just showing you how you can automate your entire inbox very easily with
19:47Grockbot. So, now we're going to shift our attention to our actual business team. So we want we have business strategist, we have competitor researcher, and we have a GTM specialist. Okay, this is going to be the forefront of our oneperson business team. And we're going to rename this one to strategist. [music] Business say biz strategist.
20:17Right now, we're going to be able to do is [music] what's called a team channel in Grockbot. So, if you go to plus, you can create what's called a group chat. [music] This is similar to Slack when you have a group channel. So, click group chat. We're going to add a biz strategist, competitor, researcher, GTM, [music] and
20:37Sunk. And that's it. and we're going to say, "Hey, this group chat is for running [music] current businesses and planning new ones." We're going to go ahead and rename the chat and we can say business [music] biz council.
21:12Okay, cool. So now let's say I have current business already. Let's say you're starting a new business. I want everyone or I'm thinking of starting a new business. [music] I want this to be a SAS that is essentially a way for entrepreneurs to use their phone less and engage in deep work [music] more. I want the app to be based all around deep work and high productivity as a founder because science has been proven where science has proven that a deep work session leads to more results and more work done than a 5 10our scattered work session. So it's all about the 4hour deep work [music]
22:03session. I want you to plan the offer for me whether whether there should be a web app or a mobile app. Let's let's actually let's make it a web app and it should be able to block. Actually, this is like me thinking live. Let's make it a mobile app. And I want you to design a marketing plan for this. And I want you to research my top competitors are in
22:27this space.
22:40Okay. So now watch how the entire business council is going to start talking to each other. Okay. So handoffs. The business strategist is handing off competitor research. Map freedom opal one sec forest focus apps and founder OS deep work plays GTM once that lands draft content led GTM YouTube ID to weight list launch that doesn't steal a rise agency slots and sell recommended assistant strategy was valid until October so look at that the employees are working together I'm completely hands off my team my AI team is doing everything now this AI team right here imagine this this is real people. This is probably going to cost your business
23:23anywhere from $5 to $10,000 a month in expenses. Like having a team that is disresponsive, that is handling these tasks. I mean, a GTM specialist alone could charge about $8,000 a month. So, think about how much money you're saving by have proper AI employees are able to do this for you. And I can also say make sure to build a [snorts] offer, a nobrainer offer based off Alex Hermos's
23:55Grand Slam offer playbook.
24:16Now, one thing I want to go to is go competitor researcher. Um, this is just an individual chat. Don't worry about that. If I go to right here, I can actually view what my competitor researcher is working on right now, this instant. So this is called the computer use of Grock where you can legitimately go to the computer of any AI employees and see what they're doing. So like right now I must see any action for competitor researcher. So maybe it's waiting to
24:48start working. Let's see. Let's let's try B strategist. Let's see what what it's doing. [music] And if I click B strategist, I can view its screen. Let's see what is it doing. Are my employees working today? Okay, so it looks like it's also not doing anything. Um here maybe it's using AI right now in
25:11the back end here. Let's keep this. Okay. So yeah, the screen right here. You see it's talking to the other members in the business council. So we're just going to wait to see it start moving in the screen. Okay. It might just be using APIs in that case. It doesn't actually need to use his computer, which is pretty good. I mean, we we'll take that. It's being efficient. But I will show you a use case where it will be using his computer and we can actually log in to our accounts on these AI employees computers so it can like run like us. It's be pretty pretty insane. later in this
25:52video. [snorts] So based off the competitor research uh headline so freedom and opal looks like and forest [music] but nobody owns a founder ICP or a productized 4hour deep work session mobile shelf. Okay, these some pricing models. Whites space for us. [music] 4-hour deep work block founder only language outcomes phone as threat model outcome and log in and a block. GTM can claim um
26:32raise hands is our other project. We don't have to worry about that. Let me see if they're working on the computer yet. Um, looks like they don't need a computer for now. Okay, cool. No worries. So, let's look at our some of the competitors that it told us about. So, I said Opal app, which I'm pretty familiar with
26:57screen time [music] app. Cool. But again, it's just regular screen time. It's not really prioritizing the deep work session. So, there's that gap. And then you also have I believe forest focus app.
27:15So the more you focus I'm guessing the more your forest builds. Okay cool. These are our competitors. Okay. Biz council here. Send me a document of the offer of a deeper plus pricing models and then you can add it. GTM send me the exact marketing plan in a [music] document for the app.
28:07if possible. Save it in Google Drive under deeper planning. Remember it has Astra Google Drive so it can do whatever it wants with it. I don't [music] know if it can create new files in it. I don't know if Grock has that ability, but that's why we can say if possible. Now, while I was working on that, I did
28:38see this alert urgent ops. Okay, never mind. I thought there was something new. Okay, cool. [music] Let's wait for these documents to be created.
29:05There you go. Marketing plan is in drive. It in it indeed can edit [music] our drive. The document the folder B strategist. Let's if I open [music] this up see right here deeper planning there's a marketing plan uh my Grockbot they said doc okay so it [music] looks like the best strategy grand slam offer pricing doc in the same folder when ready we just open the marketing plan okay so positioning category own founder deep work OS Not screen time well wellness not pom duro not getting fired trees [music] deeper locks your phone so you can run a real 4-hour deep work session log what you shipped when you're done
29:51it's not bad ICP is solo founders operator shipping product content and sales phones number interrupt already believe deep work matters that is true secondary is my audience um the funnel all right so here's the funnel. Here's how we're going to market this. [music] IG, LinkedIn, X clips, landing page, email nurture, soft launch, public app store, some success metrics that we can look
30:22at. Making sure this app isn't interfering [music] with our any other products. Lead magnet, email skeleton, risk and rules, handoffs. Okay, so this is our defa marketing plan. pretty solid of a marketing plan. We can definitely go more in depth into it, but [music] it's good for what we asked. And there you go. So now I can iterate on this. I can ask for more, but my business council be handling a lot of this work for me. And that is what is so cool about about all this is like I have my own group chat where I can just talk to my my team and they can talk to each
31:03other, which is pretty cool.
31:22So the next thing we're going to be doing is we're going to be building a head of sales. So [music] I want you to build a head of sales employee and a speed [music] to lead employee and a debriefer employee. The debriefer employee will give us information on upcoming leads meetings that we have and you have a debrief that that could be useful of that lead and our speed to lead employee will be connecting to WhatsApp but don't have it do anything right now. We will
31:53go ahead and work on that. So I'm now having Sun create our new [music] head of sales department cuz this part is now done. So we can say check check check check. And now our focus will be the head of the sales department right here. And this is where we'll get into computer use and routines. Then from there we'll do head of content. And then [music] we bring our money maker to existence, our ad
32:26manager. All right, here we go. Our head of sales bet debriefer. [music] So, what I'm going to do, I'm going to create a team channel to keep things organized right now. And by the way, let me pin the biz council one. I'll create a new group chat. I'll put debriefer, head of sales, and speak to lead.
32:51This is the sales team.
33:01We pin this as well. Cool. So, head of sales. Don't need to do anything on that as of right now. Let's work on the speed to lead. So, this is where we're going to create a speed to lead employee. This is one of my favorite employees I I currently use for my business. Is extremely effective and it saves me the cost of a SDR, which can cost anywhere from about 3 to four grand a month. So your job your job [music] is to message leads that are international that come into my sales pipeline [music] and you want I want you to message them
33:34via WhatsApp.
33:40Ask me to sign into WhatsApp on your computer. And this is where we're going to get into computer use. So I was trying to show you all earlier. So, we pop up this screen right here. Let's let the speed lead employee start talking to us. So, right now it's working. It's already talking. So, once it's done talking here, it
34:05should start speaking to us over here. [snorts] So, I ran into that issue again where my employees stop responding to me. So, I had to create a new employees called a speedy and this is completely blank slate. just add it to the sales team. Again, the way you do that, click add member and click speedy or whichever employee you want to add. And now we're going to be doing is let me send that message again. So if I just do command V. Oh, here I want you to open up WhatsApp on your computer and let me log in because essentially every lead that comes into my sales pipeline, I want you
34:43to message them via WhatsApp. You prioritize speed to lead. Okay, now it's responding. Good. Open up the computer. So now look, opening WhatsApp web on my computer so you can scan in. Now this is where it gets this is why Grobby is is so powerful. We're about to see that live. Let's let it WhatsApp web is loading my computer. Let's open up this computer real quick. Connecting. So, it's blank right now. Just give it a
35:18second. There you go. See, it changed. And now it's opening up WhatsApp. [music] So, we're going to connect it. We're going to connect it right now.
35:46Okay. So, and click scan to log in. I'm going to continue. [music] Help. Scan it again. Did it work? Okay. Logging. It says logging in. There you go. Our chats are now loading. Now, watch this. [music] This is This is computer use. This is where each of your employees has its own computer. All my chats, this is obviously blurred so you can't see it, but all my chats are right here. Click
36:18I'm done. Continue. And now has access to my WhatsApp and it can just chat with whichever lead I wanted to. So, for example, we can go ahead and [music] say, "I want you to text the lead." Um, here, let's see. Um, I guess I can't really reveal any number right now. [music] What I can do is let me just close that. Where do new leads show up first? CRM pipeline. I'll say my Google Sheets pipeline. Or you can also do calendarly because whenever someone books a meeting with you. So let's say calendarly bookings
37:11and what's [music] it going to ask us to do is we can connect our calendarly. So every time a new booking comes in we can have a speedy message that person [music] right away because P2 is important. This is how you can make a lot of money when it comes to sales. The moment someone looks quality, you want
37:28to reach out to them right away. So say I'll paste exact text. So let's let's make the message. Um say hi name. This is Res from RKB Ventures. This is a new company I'm actually working on guys. Um or I guess in this case we say Deeper. That's the app I'm working on. Um, what's your archive
37:54ventures? I'm looking forward to [music] our call on say call or date of call at time of call. Before our call, please be sure to watch the video on this page. So, for example, my consulting program, I have everyone watch the video on this page. So, I'll say from agent rise. Okay. Please be sure to watch the video on this page. Then let me know if you
38:46have any questions. Cheers.
38:56This works. Okay.
39:17Now notice right here it says create a routine. This is a new concept that some people haven't done before but if you use claude or um co-work you cla coowork you have seen routines essentially a task is fired at a set time. So, for example, if I click right here, at a set time, this employee will start doing whatever I needed to do. Because it has its own computer, my computer can be like my actual computer can be closed [music] and it will still work without me operating cuz this is on its own server. So if you open up the routine every 5 minutes run to run every 5 minutes [music] my
39:59employee will look at any new booking in from calendarly that has come into my pipeline and message that lead. [music] See right here the full instruction is this not subject starting new event. So, it's going to check my Gmail for new calendar booking emails for notifications at county.com that arise since the last run. Skip cancellations, updates, and confirms there are new bookings that are not new bookings. For each new booking, extract MIT first name, text reminder number, call date, and call time. If there's no phone number, ping rotation, chat, delete details, and skip WhatsApp. So, it knows that well, if I can't contact them, what should I do? Right? If there's a phone,
40:36send to save WhatsApp. Speed to lead opener. [music] Do not ressage a lead you already contacted. Nice. So, it's literally acting like a real sales rep would and save me tens, not thousands of dollars over like the span of a year, but monthly $2 $3,000 definitely saved off of this. Um, [music] so I got a new booking right now while I was recording this video from this guy Kareem. So a message is being sent to him right now. Actually sent to Crane's Uden uh K
41:12that guy sorry I may butcher your name. Uh the number is blur from here. I watch counting every 5 minutes. I fire same message new bookers a phone number. So let's look at this right here. Uh if I open up the computer I click open.
41:31I see the message right here. Look at that. Hi Kareem. And the exact message is now sent. Like is that is absolutely insane. This is something that I either have to do manually or I have to hire someone to do for me. And now let me actually just stop this routine. So say I want to stop this routine. I click pause because I actually have a agent that does this for me in the back end already on my actual setup. So let's resume that whenever we want to. You now have a speed tole employee and you can create routines for any one of your employees. Like your
42:08email employee could have a good routine. Let's see does email employee have routine right now. No, there's no routine but we can make a routine. So every um morning at 9:00 a.m. send me an email summary and draft sponsor replies. So this is another routine we'll be creating.
42:38Let's let this routine be created. And while this routine is being made, we can go debriefer. And this debriefer is add asking us to add our Google calendar. So it can pull in lead information. So let's go ahead and add our Google calendar. And we can make a routine for debriefer as well. So
42:55say yes, add calendar. See, his employees already asking us, "Hey, look, can you add this? I need this from you. You don't have to tell it. It already knows." Let's go ahead adding Google counter right now. I believe this routine is already is done being created. This is add first. Um, click add.
43:32I'm adding it on my second screen right now.
43:40Okay, I've added it. Um, there we go. Google account is connected. Pulling your upcoming meetings now.
43:51Okay, this routine is still working. Okay. So, we'll see. We'll see which one finishes first.
44:04Okay. So, here is our Google art calendar. So, our next meeting is at 12:45. So, it's pulling a brief now. [music] And what I'll say is every day at 9:00 a.m. give me a debrief [music] of all the meetings for the day and the end and I'll say every [music] hour or
44:39before every meeting let's say before let's say at [music] least 2 hours Before every meeting, give me [music] a debrief on that person or lead's information. So, things to note, what to say, any [music] key points. So, these are two routines. So, one routine just give me a whole debrief of the morning. Hey, these are all your meetings for the day. One debrief is give me [music] exact information about each lead so I'm more prepared when I
45:18come on these calls. [snorts] You see I have this whole brief right here about this person I have to hop on a call with very soon. The founders through code outbound offer fit on clear ICP angle open with thank you page was SMS reply. So this this debriefer gave me a whole like breakdown what I need to be saying to this to this lead to close and turn
45:49into a client which is pretty useful.
45:56Um no need to run the digest right now. You can see [music] two routines were created. So we have the 2hour premeating brief right here every 30 minutes. We also have the daily 9:00 a.m. meeting brief. So, we have both two routines done for us. So, now that we have our business council, we have our sales team. The next part is to get clients through the door cuz we know our business. Our business can be a searchbased business, it can be our app, the deeper that we talked about. [music]
46:28Now, we have our sales team in place. When leads are coming in into the pipeline, they're ready to buy, right? We have a speed tole agent that'll message them and then we can get them on the sales call and then we have a debriefer [music] that will let us know how to close these clients and what to know about them so we can turn these clients into or these leads into actual clients and make some money. The next question is though how can we get these leads in the door? Like where are we
46:53going to find them in the first place? That's why we need what's next [music] which is our content team. So, let's go ahead and check off head of sales, speak to Lee, mean ebrief, channel 2. Now, it's time for our content section right here, a script writer, researcher, repurposer. So, we're going to go ahead and guess what we're going to do. We're going to tell Sun, I'm going to invest in my content department now. I want a head of content. I want a script writer. I want a researcher who will look at content pieces in my niche that are working for my businesses and my competitor's
47:33businesses. And I also want a repurposer who will take a piece of content, repurpose it for other platforms. My primary goal is to grow on YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn with high intensity. I'm talking about thousands of followers per week. [music] And this is a very aggressive goal. I do understand that. But this is the the norm you want to set among your employees [music] and make them think
47:54about how we can get me there. [snorts] Okay. So now we'll have this all built for us. Okay. With a see with aggressive YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn growth as the bar. That's what we like. We like aggressive growth. [snorts] So here's our head of content. Here's our script writer repurposer and then content researcher. And there's our content team like
48:25everybody in the group chat as well. Isn't that great? Let me go ahead and just pin the group chat. Now, one thing for organization that I do recommend doing is if I go to it says sales team, I'll make them all green. Let me ask let me see if someone can do that for me. Can you make all sales team members
48:52green color?
48:58It just makes it easier. Yeah, there you go. It can Yeah, it just makes it easier to know who's in what department. I've actually never tried this before with Grockbot, so this is like a live test. I feel like I should be able to now. See?
49:24Um, okay. There you go. They're green now. Debbie are still orange. Uh, let me here. I can just edit profile and then make [music] this green. There you go. Sales team. Then we got content team red. So make make the entire content team red. And then make the biz council blue.
50:08This is definitely a nitpick, I know, but this is just a cool little thing to do [music] to make everything very organized for you. And trust me, when you're running a seven figure business like me, or if you're running 8 figure business and you're ahead of me right now, you need organization. There you go. We have See, now now I can tell cuz this is our sales team. This is our content team. And this is our business council. It's the head of
50:34[music] content. Needs a special invite or something. Can you Can you come red too, buddy? Come on. Why are we being trying to be too cool for school? Who else is in our content? So, who's left? Sun is the only person I believe that is pink. Okay, that's fine. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Who's purple here? Biz
50:57strategist want to be special today. We're going to have to make you blue, too.
51:07Okay, there you go. Now it's much easier to understand everything. All right, so we have our head of content, script writer, content researcher, and repurposer, which is great. But now we need to do is we need to train our head of content on everything about our [music] content pieces, like where our channels are. um what's our niche? So, let's go ahead and [music] say I want you to talk to Sun and the GTM strategist to understand or actually let me actually let's let's [music] do a
51:43better way. I want you to talk to the biz council and sun especially and understand my businesses but primarily deeper and what we're trying to do with deeper [music] and I want you to debrief repurposer content researcher and script writer on deeper as well because I want pieces of content made for deeper. [music] Now do not make the content pieces right now just give them
52:12the debrief. All right. So, we have our head of content working. I'll get the debrief from Sun and Biz Council first. Can no content drafts. Good. Understood. Now, you can see it's talking to the other bots, which is so cool. This is my favorite part about Grockbot is how it's talking to the other bots by itself. So, it's messing. Let's see what what did it ask. Hey, son. Res asked me to learn his business especially deeper so
52:37I can debrief our content team. That's funny. I'm not a member of BIS council, so I can't post. If you're in it, I can update channel to add me. These are it's lally asking song to give it updates from the BIS council. And look, Song just gave a live update right now. Wow, it it's so crazy of how these
52:58employees just talking to each other. Just let it work. And you see the repurposer, they're talking to the head of content, content researchers as well. than the script writer is as well. Okay, so the whole debrief is finally done. We've had a content reporter, content researcher, and script writer. Um, that's good. But one thing that we need to work on is
53:23if I go to my Google Drive. I think I have a high converting scripts folder. I have a content bank. Okay. So, I can let me just copy that. [music] I want to train our content employees on my voice a bit more and the best practices.
54:00Um, [snorts] there's a dock of scripts.
54:11No, that's trying to find my exact Oh, you know, all results. There you go. YouTube top performer scripts. Copy this.
54:29Above are some of my YouTube scripts and script [music] writing best practices. Understand my voice and how to write good scripts and how to write good content and debrief the entire team on that. I also want to give them more information about my channel. So, my channels. So, we're going to go to YouTube.
54:59Go to Instagram as well
55:12based on my channels. make sure the content researcher is able to look at other pieces of content that currently working on YouTube and Instagram. And I want it to be able to figure out angles that I can take to make my content excel as well and even better than my competitors. Make sure the entire content team knows all about my my platforms, my content,
55:41what I write, how I write it. Uh, one thing I want to add also is my LinkedIn.
55:52And I mean, you can even add your X. [music] I just add everything. If you don't already, make sure you're following me on these platforms. By the way, I hear some pretty cool updates. Okay. So now we'll toss us to head with content and it give us a whole the entire content will be debriefing. This saves me the effort of having to give this [music] the this type of information like the research the content research and competitor research to my content researcher employee. I don't have to [music] give the script directions to the script writer. I can just give to the head of content and it'll waterfall
56:30all the information down to whichever employee needs to see it. So I'll come back with the teeny brief once that's locked. There you go. So now we can just let the head of content do its thing. And this is proper delegation, right? This is why we have this structure right here. The COO is going to get all the you know [music] questions or concerns that the head of sales, head of content will bring to
56:55them and the entire business council. The head of content will get all the concerns the script writer researcher and repurpose will be giving it and the speed to lead me and debriefer will contact the head of sales and these two will just tell everything to COO and the COO will tell everything to me. This is how you can run a business at scale. You see the top entrepreneurs on YouTube in the world on Shark Tank everywhere. They have a huge team under them athletes even. Now what they don't have is AI team. If they had an AI team, they'll probably be saving a lot more money and
57:25doing a lot more work. But that's why you're watching this and you will have an AI team. Here we go. The full content team is briefed. So, we have our voice briefed, your craft OS from the dock. [music] Platform map for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn X, themes, and offers. This is everything we've been talking about. I've been talking about my content. [music] Uh, competitor playbook. Scan your drive scripts. Last 36 days of YouTube, last 14 days of
57:50Instagram before proposing anything. [music] They're on absorb only until you green light production. Why me to kick off the first research brief next? Not exactly. Not already know. Um, okay. So, the reaper got what I need to do. So, did the So did the content researcher. So, so you see it's actually looking at some of my competitors. Nate, Hercule,
58:11Oughtly, what they're doing. Um,
58:20so how to content my goal is to help 9-5 workers, current entrepreneurs and founders build successful oneerson businesses or businesses and businesses with small teams. [snorts] It's like under 10 people.
59:03Okay. So, I I want to make sure that my content team knows my content mission. And you you want to spend some time with your content team. If you're watching this, you might be like, "Why are you spending so much time on this?" It's [music] important cuz your content is how you're being put out there to the universe. All right. So, we are have our head of content that has been able to go through everything. So, look through the last nine days on YouTube which already owning hard oneperson AI businesses 9 to5 side hustle job replace angles client getting client getting client acquisition. Come on now. Productize
59:35offers live bills ment case studies will perform well mega courses listicles claude reddit and ask cla for money also strong [music] pure model drop videos are weakest so it's saying hey don't ever create videos like this again where I talk about new models 9 to5 with solo operators unlock ISP for the content team so the content [music] team's briefed on the ISP and a 90-day scan want me to have a content researcher pull up a white space brief next specifically lean team [music] and post 10k scaling angles I can still fit your okay when you talk to me speak [music] in sentences that are English please and easy to understand
1:00:24[snorts]
1:00:33AI has this stupid [music] way of just talking to me and I it's annoying. There you go. I'll do that from here. Perfect. Doesn't have to be short sentences. It just has to [music] be direct and to the point. Let's let's have this team culture in place. Okay. Yeah. Nice. All right. So, with this being said, we are not going
1:00:56to say now we are not going now. Okay. So, now we're going to test [music] our setup and see how good our content team is. I I want you to plan the next two YouTube videos I should film. The next three Instagram reels I should film. Look at what's working. Look at my competitors. Something that's recent, something that's hot. It should be either Grockbot or GB6 Astro or Claude oriented for both YouTube and Instagram. Look at what's worked for my channel, what's working for my competitors and base it off of that. And I want you to give me the video angles and then if I approve,
1:01:44we'll have the script writer write the scripts for these videos. And I do want to monitor my usage. I'm at 37%. So I I have a lot a lot to go. So we're good. [music] Okay. So just going to look at what's hot right now around Grog GB6 Astro. Okay. Three Astra and Claude. And they'll give me two YouTube angles and three real angles. [music] So you see it's already going to the content researcher first because it's like, "Hey, I need you to research this content. I'm getting asked by Ret as a head of [music] content to go ahead and research this type of stuff and I'm not going to do it. You're going
1:02:21to do it for me. Okay, still checking competitor uploads and what's popping on Grobine G6 Astra. See, it fixed itself. It said Astra at first and it fixed itself after doing some sort of research. Um, and now we can see what the content research is working on. I wonder if it's using his computer or not. So, we can open up his computer. Might just be using APIs and web [music] requests. Okay, so we have the plan. Quick context first. your last nine days crush claude side hustle oneperson business content. I mean that is true. I am [music] probably the number one guy when it comes to
1:02:58oneperson businesses cuz that's what I do. I've helped 260 plus founders build successful oneperson and small team businesses. So that's why I create content on it. Um light on GB6 Astra Grob AI employees. Okay. He said GB6 Astra. The public name is GB6 Astra. Same model. So, I use GB6 Ash to place my first hire
1:03:25as a YouTube video. Grockbot, build a threeperson. Okay, this is honestly, okay, this is the angle. Okay, get the angle. Build a three person Grockpot that runs your business while you're at your job.
1:03:46Um, so for the real I would just be recreating this email agent live. Um,
1:04:03this the titles it looks like. No. Um, don't looks like they're all is already writing scripts. Okay, so it's already decided to write the scripts. I did not approve that. So this is a little error in the content team. I did not approve these scripts. What better video titles from the on YouTube side.
1:04:36Look at competitor videos, their titles. Make sure these videos are outliers like 3 to 5x plus outliers. Look at the way their titles are written and model off of that.
1:04:56You're right. That was an approval. Come on now. I'm stopping the scripts and rewriting the YouTube titles based on real competitor outliers matching how those titles are written. Stop received. [music] You can see drafting killed. We just told them like, "Hey, stop what you're doing right now. Hey, we got to we got to work on some things.
1:05:19What was the research up to?
1:05:29Looks like it's still working." All right, so let's see what the head of content comes back to us with. Okay, well that was I just about to sit back in my chair, but I guess not. Scripts are on hold. Competitor outliers 6.3x. I turned G6 Astron 24/7 stock trader. That's pretty cool. [music] Your
1:05:51own outliers at a 15.8x1 and 13.7x1. So I turn GT6 Ast from my first employee. I don't know if that's going to really do on YouTube. I place a $4,000 a month higher. This is way too not top the funnel. Not not the biggest fan. [music] Grockbot. I believe three person company with Grockbot. I replace three employees of Grockbot. Grapp at work. How I build a one person business on 2026. I like this video. This worked well with my channel prior. So you might see this coming up very soon. Um, all of the titles are bad beside
1:06:46for the other titles. Are there competitor videos are performing well that have that exact title structure or any of my past videos I've done well have that title structure? where he gains this title structure from
1:07:08the TAM means total addressable market. For those don't know, when you're writing content, you want to make sure you're appealing to a big audience, right? That's how you get high views. Now, [music] of course, content views don't matter as much as ICP views. Like, is your ideal customer watching your video? a a video that gets 2K views, but it's your direct customer versus a video
1:07:27that gets 10K views, but it's everyone. That 2K video will do better for your business. So, it's not technically view count, but at the same time, you do want to optimize for views because the more eyeballs, the higher the chances of sales. Here's honest answer with Tam in mind. Um, so I turned Gv6 Astro 247 stock trader. Okay. And it said for us, I
1:07:50turned GB6 Astro my first employee. Okay, that's fair. I'm not going to lie, that's not a bad Poppy. This is not going to work for my channel. I've tried this before. It matches your approval instructions, not Nate's 10 point. Um, see the titles I gave you sold a small tool outcome. First hire VA inbox smaller 10 because fewer people search
1:08:14and clicking [music] the video is good. How I built a one person business 2026. Okay. How I build a one person business GB6 Astra. This is [music] again it matches my my overall title structure that's worked well for my my my YouTube channel. How I replace my job with GB6 Ara 2026. The new oneperson business model GB6
1:08:34Astros. These are all better titles. Um these are all better titles, especially the ones modeled off of my videos.
1:08:53keep this type of title structure and methodology for future videos you recommend for me. However, regarding the titles, also make a list of other competitors videos and their title structure and copy off of them. Honestly, the I turn GP6 Astra into a 247 stock trader video that you copy a title off of, that was not that bad. So, this gives update information. Oh, winner structures compared to outlier structures. So, now our head of content is starting to understand how we like to do things. I turned tool into job outcome. Okay. I tested A versus B on
1:09:37real things. Finally, kills AI web slop. How to build install AI agent 2026 big 10 start a solo creative agency pace [music] into CL tok again field. competitor title structures near your structures Grock [music] Astra Ashar style let's go with
1:10:18which title do you want to go with yeah they're recommended so we'll Astron number five plus Grock.
1:10:45Okay. So now it's going to go ahead and send these to script writer titles lock writing all five to the new YouTube titles. Now, pack goes to head to content when filmable. Yeah. So, three YouTube video scripts and three Instagram reels. All right. So, now that we were able to talk to our team and just have a way better content strategy after just some questions and comments, [music] we will now look at the scripts that we
1:11:13will get from a script writer employee. So, I'm excited to see what it comes up with. All right. So, we have our scripts ready. Um, drive copy. Okay, looks like it's all in the drive. See what the head of contents is doing. Um, so there something that's you fill in, which is good. It's flagging them, which
1:11:39I like. Open in drive though. this right here.
1:11:54Okay, so ready to film package for me. I turn6 astro to one person business full walk through hook options. This is this YouTube?
1:12:10Yeah, this is YouTube. Okay, I turn GB6 Astra into the operating system one person business now chat by event two in this video.
1:12:30I like [music] this. I like this one. This is a real example of something that I actually have went through. It's based off of my personal experience which I do like about it. Um, intro proof. Uh, what's the emotion block look like? Always judge your AI's emotional blocks. It gives you a good sense of, okay, how much does your AI understand? Give me
1:12:52emotion. Your calendar is a crime scene. No one talks like that, man. Come on. Your [music] mom's a second job. And every time someone says just hire, your bank account laughs. I've been there. Speak credit doesn't save you from ops. Building apps doesn't save you from ops. business gets real and suddenly the bond
1:13:06neck wearing a founder title. Honestly, it's not bad. It's not bad. How I build a one person business rock 2026 again.
1:13:27Yeah, this is a horrible hook. Honestly, these hooks, none of these hooks are good. So, I would probably tell a script employee, hey, fix the hooks up a bit. and you want [music] to don't make this mistake where you open up Google Docs and you just make the changes yourself. Tell the script writer employee to make the changes. Or if you do decide to make the changes, copy the new script, feed it back to your Grock employee and say, "Look, study the new version because your old version had this this
1:13:49mistakes." Okay, but we got that. Let's look at the reels. We haven't seen those yet.
1:14:03Okay. IG1 I code a $50 month two with one GB6 Astra move. I can just say I code a $50 month too with GB6 Astra. Shorten it. I can't say $50 a month to because G6 Astra ate the job. I just say G6 Astra kill this $50 a month tool. Look. it. She doesn't know which
1:14:28which tool so I have to figure that out. Grockbot handles inbox until noon. This is pretty good. It's like a split screen probably where I just showbot in action with managing my emails. Okay, cool. Overall, script employee did did a pretty good job. I will say it it worked out pretty nicely. So the what we have to do is as you scale your business what's going to happen is you're going to have so let's say we right here this is a oneperson team okay and one person team is great eventually though you're probably going to have to have some human hires um an example right now of a human hire
1:15:16or two examples and this one is getting replaced very soon that's the editor GB6 ash the new AI models are literally going to be replacing video editors within the next probably 6 months. This is actually pretty crazy. But when it comes to a creative director, this is someone who's able to creatively visualize how your brand should look like, how your content should perform, what content formats you want to recreate. A creative director is extremely important hire in your business and an AI employee can help with that, but it's hard to replace a onetoone. [music] So, I have my own creative director and I communicate with
1:15:56him via Slack. So, let me open my Slack. And you can see right here, let me just move this over. You can see right here, I talk [music] to Arjun, who's my director, a lot. And we communicate in Slack. And then in my cont, I have this content channel right here. You see thumbnail deliveries. I talk to my own personal thumbnail designer. This is my human team right here. So, for example, this video um that's coming out. You can see some thumbnails that my designer made. I have my entire content systems dialed in where my content employees are able to just do everything without me having to say
1:16:41much. Same with my editor. Okay. Now, with that being said, well, one thing we can do that's really cool, this is my team channel with the rest of my team. One thing that's really cool is you can actually connect your Slack with Grockbot. So, what this allows you to do is my head of content employee, my head of content Grockbot employee can communicate directly with my creative director in this in any of the channels I wanted to. So instead of me having to, you know, send these ideas to my CD, my creative director, my head of content will do that for [music] me. So now my
1:17:15CD will just talk to my head of content. So it's almost like my head of content is also managing turn red. It's like my head of my head of content is also managing my human create director. Isn't that crazy? Imagine your manager being AI. Like that was that's kind of nuts. But [music] um yeah, let's go ahead and make that
1:17:42happen. The slabs actually right here is one of the most popular ones.
1:17:54Okay, so we have Slack, add a Slack, and six skills. Let me just make sure it doesn't. Yes, Slack MSP server. Yes, you have to authenticate.
1:18:08So, I'm going to authenticate
1:18:15on my second screen. Okay, I've authenticated. It should There you go. Connected. So now what I want to say is [music] I want you to send the drive link to my [music] creative director in the hashtag team channel. But first let's ask it. Do you have access to the team channel Slack? I want to make sure I can actually talk there. So [music] let's put that right
1:18:52here. Or I can use team which is done. Okay. So it can in fact talk here. [music] Send the drive links to the team channel and ping Arjent Singh for review of the scripts. So now let's see if it goes ahead and does that which it should. Bang. Look at that. Look at that. Set using cursor. Oh
1:19:26my god, that is so amazing. Argent view on these scripts. Three reasons in the same doc. And see now head of content is talking directly to my team. And let me actually just do a quick reply. Be like that was a [music] test from my head of content [music] AI employee having ignore it for now. I want reviewing this stuff. We don't have to do that right now. Um that's really cool. And now [music] imagine I have like a a new channel and I call it script review. Now I can make this a
1:20:07private channel. and say private create. Say skip for now. Let's ask it. [music] Do you have access to the script review channel?
1:20:34Yep, there you go. It does have access. So now we set up a routine. Um, [music] every time a script is created, I want you and approved script approved by me and approved by me. I want you to send the drive link of the creative scripts in the script-review channel in Slack. [music] I think this is amazing. I'm still this is one of the reason I love [music] using Grockbot and actually I used to use Discord instead of Slack. I kind of move my team to Slack because of how well Slack integrates with notion
1:21:12and Grockbot. Uh place a drive link script review. Want me to post today's face five pack? Say yes. Post a five pack now. So this isn't really a routine cuz this is something that is done right away. It's not something that has to be done at a cadence. But if we go to script review now, we see approved scripts September 18th. Here's a drive. Um, yeah, there you go. Extremely useful way of combining Slack and Grockbot. So [music] now your AI team can talk to your human team and you can get extremely fancy with [music] this. And this is extremely powerful. Now we're going to create an ad manager using
1:21:52Grock Pop. But before that, I want to show you how powerful this really is. I have been able to help my mentee th go from $1,000 a month now earning $20,000 a month as a solo founder. And he's now running ads. We're trying to help him get to $40,000 a month. And you can see while using Grockbot to run his ads using my setup, he's been already able to get three inquiries through ads. And he this is like 3 days in. You can see some of the projects that have been coming to his pipeline. [music] Absolutely crazy. These are like 10K 20K projects even. You see, bro, from ads
1:22:24already could make 8K plus 2K retainer total off of 50 pounds. It's based in uh England. So 8K plus 2K retainer total, that's a $32,000 project from a 50 spend. If with proper Grockbot targeting and ad targeting, [music] you can create some killer ad campaigns. And mind you, he has never ran an ad campaign a day in his [music] life. So this is real. This is very possible. Anybody can do it. I'm going to show you how. So [music] we're going to go to song and we are going to be saying
1:22:55create an ad manager. I will provide a meta app token.
1:23:18Uh, if I met Meta app token that can be used to manage my ads, it should I shouldn't have to sign in unless there's absolutely no way. But we'll go ahead and just have some create the ad manager.
1:23:39I like how the employees are talking to each other right now as I'm working on this. Okay. So, wait for a bit and let it run the ad manager. And while it's doing that, I'm going to open Facebook. [music] You go to your ads manager right here. You also go Facebook on different tabs. Go Facebook business settings. [music]
1:24:10I you say app.
1:24:20Um I am trying to make a new app [music] key a new app token. Send me a link on Facebook business.
1:24:42So there it is. Yeah, I'm just being a little bit lazy. I just want to save time. Okay, so you can see this is my um app [music] system user right here. But I'll show you exactly how you want to do this. And the this is the kind of like the the steps. So I want to create [music] an app
1:25:04first. Send me the link to that.
1:25:15Open this link up.
1:25:22So you see I have a good amount of apps already. Um [music] test app. This is the app I use right now to run my ad campaigns. If you go click create app name, let's say Grock course. Next. [music] Create and manage apps from meta as manager your marketing API. That's all you really need. Next.
1:25:45Your portfolio. Next. Overview. Create app. My password. and then put in your password and your app should be created. You can see this app is marked unpublished. Okay. So um let's go to this part first. This is going [music] to be kind of annoying to do, but you have to do it.
1:26:22Okay. Go like use cases
1:26:34required actions.
1:26:42Okay, this being a little bit annoying to use.
1:26:55So there you go. See, it was marked uh where did it go? Dashboard. There you go. This is marked as uh yes now. Like it's you you've done it. All you got to do is click it. Let's go to publish real quick. You can see it's not published because not all requirements are complete. So we
1:27:16have to do those required actions. Um go to app settings.
1:27:51There you go. So, so like weird test use cases
1:28:02that is very repetitive. I just open graphic back explorer.
1:28:26Just click the buttons that it's asking you to do and you just load up the website. You don't actually have to do anything though. That's the cool [music] part. Let's go to dashboard. There you go. This is clicked [music] and checked all requirements are met the publisher app. So, let's do this one more time.
1:28:57Input a privacy policy as well. um for any privacy policy to be honest. Click save changes I would put like your company's privacy policy for best [music] for best um practices. And there you go. Now you publish. Click publish.
1:29:32Yes, our app is successfully published. Click done. Cool. So, our app is now published. So, let's go to the Meta Business Suite. Refresh this. And now what you want to do is you want to click um add system user test. I just say Grockbot. Um, of course we got admin. Okay, I would do employee. You want you want I need to do admin
1:30:13though, but I already have my Grock ads. But [music] um, it's pretty simple. What you do at this point is whatever one you have, you click assign assets. You just want to assign all your ad accounts. So like your Facebook pages, your ad accounts, like this one is my ad account. And then you want to do manage
1:30:26ad accounts for everything. Facebook pages everything and just click assign assets. Click assign assets. App you want to pick which app. Select Grock course and then manage app assign assets. You see everything that's in the ad space under your account. Put under the system user. So if I go to Gro ads, you see all my assigned assets. You see my ad accounts Facebook pages, Instagram accounts. Uh then you want to click generate token and then this is for um you see the G rock course or let's say if I click rock course I actually assign the assets but you want to assign the assets once your
1:31:09assets are assigned you click yeah generate token you pick your app so Grock course next these student never assign permissions no permissions available Let me double check. Um, Grockbot. Yeah. So, these are the permissions that should pop up. And you want to select these first four. And then when that's done, you click generate token. You copy
1:31:41that token that's generated. And then you paste it right here into the meta app token. [music] And now we can start experiencing and saying, "Hey, you know, I want you to make a new campaign. I want you to make a new broad campaign like uh like this one. I want you to copy it, but change the targeting
1:31:58to UK only, not US. This is US, right? So, let's make a UK version. Duplicate the US agent broad book call campaign and make a UK version of it where and you want to target the high income areas in the UK. So, we'll save that once it responds here.
1:32:30I'm going to show you all my ad manager system that I've been using for the past like two weeks has generates some crazy return on ad spend. Um so it's saying to hey do you want to pause some of your current campaign some of your ads aren't really doing well. So let me say I want you duplicate the US Asianiz broad book call campaign make a UK version of it. So now right now if we look at these ones we'll see a UK version coming up really soon. So let's see the ad manager, you know, do this
1:33:01and work. And you can get very very particular with this. Like if you feed in, see, while I was duplicating that, if you feed in to your ad manager,
1:33:19your like your ICP, right? your offer, your [music] business context, it'll become [music] an extremely good weapon. Like, it'll be extremely good at what it does. I've been able to get 7.45x res. Like, I remember in my in my Discord community, let me show you all something like this. Absolutely amazing. [music] This is my community where I work with founders one-on-one to help them build
1:33:51extremely profitable AI business. [music] Go to my announcements. I had a 553x ra on one of my ads. This one right here. Insane. If I go to the general chat, let me show you another quick preview. See if I can find my message. Founders always talking in this very active community, which I love about it. This one, this had a 1,122x res. This is absolutely insane. Crazy numbers, but it's possible. It's very possible, but it's not, it's not typical results. I don't think that you're going
1:34:25to get the same results right away. Okay? It also matters about how your pixel is set up, how your ads are set up, your creatives, everything that goes into it. That's why I work with founders one-on-one because it's kind of hard to teach that in like a one YouTube video. So, if you do want to work with me one- on-one and scale your business, click the first thing description below and I will literally help you hit the next level. Like, I've helped 260 other founders. So, UK version is built in pause. No spend yet. Want me to turn it on? I'll just say keep it paused. And
1:34:54now I want to see if it really is there. Refresh my ad manager. There you go. UK Asian rise broad call. If I open it up, click edit, you can see it's copied the ads that are my other campaign. Amazing. Now I don't have to do this all myself because using [music] this UI is one of the worst experiences for any entrepreneur and we all can agree on that. So now Grocod has made extremely
1:35:19easy for us. Okay, so with that being said, let me go to Facebook business settings again. Um, and now what I'm going to do is just go to Grockpot course and rogue token. So that way no one can use the token I just put in cuz I don't want anyone to access that. And I can also
1:35:48delete this user. Um, I'll do delete him later. Um, yeah, Grock ads. Again, try to make it an admin if you can, otherwise employees fine, but do not try using my token. it would not it doesn't exist anymore. So, if you thought you bought a nice lick off of me, good luck. Now, I do want to show you my actual ad manager. And you can see it is active. I mean, every other day it's going through leads. It's going through what's working, what's not working, and it just [music] give me an update. And it's running all the ads for me. I don't have to worry about
1:36:23anything. The moment you have a routine set up where if the leave broad running at $50 a day, do not pause or cut budget. Do not add a targeting budget ads. See, cost per acquisition is still over about $50 after more than a handful of book calls. Right? So, for example, if it [music] is taking more than $50 for a
1:36:42book call, then that's a problem. Okay? And I wanted to alert me with that. [music] And but right now, it hasn't hit that point cuz my creators are really good. And you can see it just been updating me non-stop. And this is what it means to have a a good Grockbot employee that can handle everything for you. A media buyer like a ad manager in real life probably cost you about $4,000 $5,000 a month. There's entire agencies dedicated to this. But now Grockbot is pulling them out of business. That is
1:37:08just nuts. Okay, so now I'm back here. So now, one cool thing about building Grock bots and let's say you have a team and you're working with your team, they each have their own team of AI employees is you can actually share your Grockbot with others. So for example, let's say I wanted to share my email assistant or my GTM specialist. I can click this button right here, share as template, and just watch building a share with GTM template. You can hand off
1:37:46And you can do this for you know multiple employees like I can have my script writer let's make this an uh a template as well that I can I can give this to my content [music] team of humans and then they can go ahead and write scripts for me and use this grobbot share as template. So you see just went through our memories mostly GTM operating conventions. So these employees are going through their own brain and figuring out, okay, how can I turn myself into a template, a sherbo template, which is some next level stuff
1:38:17right here. Okay, so these two
1:38:29you can see what is assigned to keep, what's a routine worth sharing. And now we have our TTM right here. I click view details, the context, the routine, the integrations, and then click publish, copy link, and now I can send this to anyone else that I want to, [music] you know, be able to use my Grockbot. So, my ad manager, I know probably a lot of you
1:38:59want to use it. I might share as a link. You have to join my free community below to to get it, though. [music] Okay, cool. Um, nice. With that being said, we have been able to go back to our hierarchy. We've now completed head of content, script writer, researcher, repurposer. I this is already done as human and channel 3 content. So, we've completed our entire [music] hierarchy. But what's left, right? What is still Oh, I'm put check. Boom. Boom. What's still left to do? Well, if you're building a oneperson business with Grockbot, which is now doing everything for you, is writing your scripts for you. It's handing the
1:39:45sales for you. It's figuring out your ideas and offers, the last part you have to do is just do some marketing on your own. So this last [music] segment we are going to I'm going to show you how to sell whatever business service or product you are selling through a variety of marketing mediums. Before I show you those marketing mediums, one thing I want to highlight is there's a new offer/ business that's coming up and that's Grogbot implementation. You can start selling your Grock bots for capital and just installing fullon teams like the team you saw. Let me ex this out. The team you saw right here, this
1:40:23entire stack, imagine sharing this entire team as a template and then giving it to other founders. You can charge anywhere. I mean, you're replacing a human team. So, you can charge anywhere from $1,500 to $8,000 for a one-time setup. Okay? And then maybe you can do $500 a [music] month for retainer. So off of a grapa implementation, you can legitimately start making money just selling these implementations that [music] you are seeing online. Like I've I've done this live. You can just recreate what I did that I've done in this course and start selling it to other founders, people around you. Uh you can readapt a lot of these employees
1:41:08for a specific niche. Like for example, let's say you are watching this video and you work with roofers. Okay? So let's say you have a roofing client named Bob. Bob has what pain points? Let's look at Bob's pain points. Probably ads. That's every business's pain points, right? Most businesses suck when it comes to ads. Poor ads. [music] Another one. Uh speed to lead. Another crucial process about the business pro uh sales process and any business
1:41:40[music] that they need to improve on. Poor ads, speed to lead, lack of content creation. These three pain points are your holy grail when it comes to solutions you can offer to companies. So now solutions, right? What is the usual solution report ads? [music] An ad agency, what does that cost? $3,000 a month. Here, what does [music] the average meta ads agency
1:42:11cost? Between $1,000 $5,000 per month. So we can go in the middle and $3,000. You see at the enterprise level 3.5 to $15,000 a month. So let's let's go with $3,500 a month. Okay. Speed to lead. What is the cost of an average sales rep who messages clients to prioritize speed to lead? The total cost an average sales representative focus on speed to lead generally ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per year. Okay. So let's take the middle 100k divided by 12 $8,330 a month. Okay. So it's SDR
1:43:11and now lack of content creation. Uh let's say a content team.
1:43:23And this is how I want you to pay attention to what I'm doing right here because this is how you can build new offers that no one else is running right now and how you can figure out how to price it. [music] The average cost of a content team range from $1,000 to $25,000 per month. So let's do the freelance model. Oh, actually no, we do the entire agency model right here. So what I say $8,000 per month average. So okay. So say content agency
1:43:51$8,000 a month. So what is the total [music] cost?
1:44:00Total cost you're looking at 11,500. So 19,833.
1:44:12Holy smokes, right? Like this this [music] is insane. Huge, right? People don't like seeing that. [music] They they frown. Frowning face. M sad. So what do you say? You simply are like now new solution.
1:44:39And this is your offer. I This is This is going to be your headline on your website. I will install a $20,000 a month AI employee system for um less than or say you say a price for like for $2,000, right? So, people see this and they're like, "Whoa, one time." And you you don't have to talk about your retainer at all, but I install a $20,000 a month AI employee system. You can also say, I will install an AI [music] employee system
1:45:28that saves you 20,000. I just say the exact amount, $19,833 a month. This is probably the the more um this is probably the better headline. You don't really you don't want to increase your talk about your pricing inside your headline. So, I will install an AI employee system that saves you $19,832 a month. [music] When you see this, you are going to watch that video that comes right below that VSSL, the video sales
1:45:52letter. So, this is your headline. Okay? People see this. They're going to be like, "Holy smokes, I need to know more about this." And then you [music] just, you know, hop on a sales call, right? You get them on a sales call. Say book a call. Wait, book call. Your Speedy, your AI employee from the Grockbot will contact them and send them some
1:46:20pre-all assets. If you have no pre-all assets, what are you doing? Like, you're missing out on tens of thousands of dollars right now. You're wondering why you can't get clients or close clients. And then you close on sales call. Done. And now you literally have a business [music] where if you're saving them $19,83 a month, you can charge 20%. So what's 2
1:46:47* 19,833?
1:46:56$3,966. Let's say $3,960. Oh, let's say $3,900 to make it easy. So, you charge $3,900 a month. Bang. Right. Just to and for what? For setup plus maintaining the system. [music] So, you update the Grock bots. You um you add new Grock bots. You're kind of just like the CTO of this company, right? You're you're you're roofing client CTO. It's just going to be you as a CTO, the roofer, and maybe the roofer's co-founder. That's it. And everyone else will be AI employees. And some businesses like roofers have physical labor attached. So, you can't really replace them. For the companies that don't have any physical labor or
1:47:44very minimal phys physical labor, you can replace a lot of their human staff. And [music] that's where there's a lot of potential right here and a lot of money to be made. And this is how you can start doing grobbot implementation. It's a new offer. We saw this happen before with OpenClaw. When OpenClaw first came out, there are so many OpenClaw installation businesses that are making 30 $40,000 a month. Some
1:48:07people earning $30, $40,000 per client. I know this because I've had friends who are doing this exact method the moment OpenClaw came out. So now you can do something very similar, but for Grockbot. And Grockbot is like OpenClaw but like on steroid. It's like the exponential version of OpenClaw. And you have like Hermes somewhere in the middle, right? So this is your potential right now. Like you after going through this course, you just build an entire Grock by implementation team, you know, and you can go ahead and do this for other companies and you start making a lot of money doing this as well. So with that being said, how
1:48:43can get in front of these companies and what are some marketing methods you can do? [music] You're about to see that. Now, if you made it this far in the course, I want to help you one- on-one in building a successful OnePlus AI business just like I have for 260 other founders. Here are some of the results I've gotten from my clients. And if you want to work with me one- on-one, book the call using the link description below. If you want to watch a five-hour course on building a one person business with Claude, watch this [music] video
