Why You Are Wasting Time Building Grok Bots From Scratch

Meaning these are bots that have already been proven that are pretty useful. Now, I'm going to go over the top five bots that I automatically downloaded and I recommend you do too. That's going to make a smoother, better bot experience for you when it comes to dropout in general. So, let's just jump right in. Now, the first one I'm going

0:22to recommend is going to be Dr. Eggbot. This one automatically helps you create the skills that allows you to create other bots. Now, if you come into the marketplace, which is the marketplace that has everything listed, it's x.ai/bot/marketplace. Now, when you click on any of these bots, and we're going to go to Eggbot, right? So, if we come in here and we go

0:43to from the dropbot team and we see Dr. Eggbot by Lauren Tan, and we click in here, and basically what it does is it automatically will download Dr. Eggbot into your system. And once you do that, it comes with a set of skills, routines, and integrations that it can use in order to basically build better bots for you. So, let's go ahead back into the marketplace here. And if you click in here, and all you have to do is literally hit add. When you hit add, you'll get a prompt inside of your Grobbot. When you do, you'll all of a

1:13sudden be in here, and you'll see Dr. Eggbot right here. And again, as you can see, it's helped me create different bots all over the different places, right? So, what's great about this is that not only will it help you create individual skills for whatever you're trying to do. So, let's give it an example, right? If I wanted to create a bot that basically just checks all my emails and I don't have an inbox manager, I would come to Dr. Abbot and literally just say something out of this. Hey, can you create me an inbox

1:41manager that will manage all my inboxes? Now, if you guys don't know about the inbox manager, I'm going to give you a quick little secret on the connected apps, which is again very different from a lot of the ones that are out there. If you click on your Gmail, not only can you add one inbox, you can add several. So, if you want to create basically a very skill-riven bot that will answer emails, know what business it's talking about, right in your voice and in your brand, you would use Dr. Abbot to go ahead and create that. So this is probably the first one you're going to

2:09need because this will help you create other skills that not might not be listed that will automatically just help you do this al together. Right? So that's the basically the first one and it is literally as simple as you going in there and hitting that. But the first one Dr. Abbot helps you install all of it and that makes it incredibly good for you to do. Now a lot of you in my previous video saw that I installed a chief of staff. The chief of staff has an executive team that manages the

2:35inbox, that manage the other operations. But believe it or not, there's also an executive assistant one. So for anybody running a business or even if you're just trying to keep up with your regular work and maybe you got a little side hustle going or something along that lines, having an executive assistant that can manage a few things for you is definitely not bad. The next one I recommend you doing is if you look up executive, this executive assistant, it comes in automatically with the memory of whatever it is. So for instance, it's already coming in here with the memories that this user on specific time zone I'd

3:06be on Eastern. So this is definitely some that I would want to go in there and I would want to check. Now remember when you add it brings in the memories and it brings in the routines and it also brings in the integrations of the things you're going to want like Google calendar, Gmail, Slack, notion, Google Sheets routines like executive interview prep reminder. See, I might not need that. So I would want to go in here and modify this. And then exact same day conference room checks, weekly leadership outreach checks. These are all things that in the routines I would want to make them my own. So the second

3:39you download any bot, the first thing you want to do is okay, I want to change your memories. I want to change your facts and I want you to ask me some questions based on my particular like kind of style and the way that I operate in order for us to just have a really good working relationship. And I say that because you definitely want to have these kind of like conversations with them because this is what's going to

3:59customize, you know, everything to you. Now, while Dr. Abbot was basically a skill- driven bot because the executive assistant is going to be more personalized, the second you hit add and it creates a bot. Now, understand when you create a bot, it will come automatically in here. And here's your bots, right? They're always listed on the same lefth hand side. So, executive

4:18assistant is definitely the second, Dr. Craig bot first, executive assistant second, and then the outbound prospecting. Now, for anybody running a business or if you're doing any kind of a side hustle, we all need leads and sales. The next one that I recommend that you install and modify because again, every business is going to be different. So, when I come back in here and let's go to our sales area. Now, there is tons in here. just to cover a few of the ones that I would tell you that if you are a side hustle business and you don't really have any kind of like go high levels or CRM setup and you

4:52just want to do a quick little, you know, idea of everything that's going on, there are a couple in here that are really going to be valuable. The first one for me is the outbound prospecting. Now, again, when you come in here and you're reading it, I build out outbound prospect lists on the public web and write first message to each name. I work through inbound leads, run your CRM and manage and everything else. like it has

5:12a bunch of stuff in here right now. Skills, getting started, build a target list, research. So, it automatically asks you a question immediately upon startup. Draft the first touch, draft a follow-up, handle a reply, weekly prospect recap, sharpen, what is working, and then routines. Weekly draft batch, again, pulling in all the routines for whatever you need to do. Friday prospecting recap, Monday list topup, and then integrations, Slack, notion, Gmail, Google Sheets, X, and Salesforce. you would replace the Salesforce part and the linear part to basically be whatever you wanted to be for your particular CRM. So, it would work with any CRM that has MCP connection to it or better yet, it has a

5:54connection directly to whatever CRM that you have or through an API. Either way, you can connect it. And again, if you don't know what any of that means, watch the previous video on the install and it'll kind of walk you through. But that's kind of where you want to be with that. Now, skills, same thing. You see how everything is affected? These are the things you want to make sure you're correcting once the bot is downloaded and not just grabbing the bot, you know, blindly and starting to work with it because it doesn't know you. So, every bot that you download, you're going to want to make sure that you take the time

6:26and you go through it. But again, some of these ones out here for signals are really good. Now, this one also is pretty cool. And again, it will work with some CRM, not all, but it's the single prospector. It never sends, never enrolls anyone in a sequence. What it does is it looks for different hooks of people that are interested in signals and then it drafts response and creates routines around the signal that people are giving you that they're interested to buy. So the heavier the signal, the more it will do based on that. So this one is a pretty cool one. Another one that I think is really good turns each

7:02recorded call into a follow-up. So, if you're a person that's constantly doing calls and you want to create like a follow-up email based on the call, it has the skill where it follows up automatically in here and it creates a routine. Now, again, the skills are CRM, updates, proposal, getting started, which again, it starts a conversation with the new owner and builds it up, which again, a lot of the new bots that are coming out have this in there. Next steps, promise tracker, recap, email, voice profile, routines, and integrations. all the different integrations that you're going to do based again on your interactions on here. Now you have granola, you have

7:36gong, these are different things. Again, Salesforce, you would choose Salesforce for whatever CRM that you have and you would base it based on that. Now again, not all of these tools are going to apply to your business specifically. But when you go through it, you're going to want to make sure you optimize it, right? And the other thing is you can also take one of these skills, give it to Eggbot and have it modified based on yours before you even install it and just make your own skill in that whole entire purpose, right? Just to make it a little bit easier. And another one that I really like whether or not you guys

8:05like do partnerships or you're doing any kind of pitches, but this pitch deck right here is really solid. Also following by the partnerships call, which is you deliver pitching coaching for partnerships, sponsorships, and everything else. Being a YouTube provider, this is something that obviously would be a really good skill to have because I'm always looking for sponsorship deals or whatever else, but this is something for you guys to also consider in there. And again, another way to do it is if you click on it, you can literally give this address to Eggbot and say, "Hey, can we create one to help me find YouTube deals?" And I

8:38would just come to Dr. Eggbot, come in here, erase this, and say, "Hey, I want to create a sponsorship and a deal manager that would automatically come to me." And this is what you would do, right? So just a different thought of how you want to do it. But look at the library. Again, this is why probably one of the coolest factors of having you know X do this is the fact that they are now having a marketplace and people can actually come in here and contact them and getting your bot published. So if you have a really good bot that you designed that you're really in love

9:06with, you can actually submit your bot directly through here and it will automatically happen. And again, you won't have to do it. You ask Grockbot to say, "Hey, I think this bot will really be a big hit. How do we apply to have our bot listed on the Grockbot site?" And now you have a couple bots that are in here that are pretty awesome and the way that you do it. Now, a couple of

9:26other ones that I would really consider. The personal ones are really, really cool. There is one in here that I think would be really helpful for anybody out here, and that is your chief health officer. So, if you come in here now, it does daily train check. All seven days, ask if training happened. Sending health review. Obviously a little lowkey, but what's great about it is it gets you kind of thinking of like, okay, well, what if I have a bot that's checking on my health daily, right? Like it checks on my status if I have apps like my Apple Watch or, you know, Apple Fitness,

9:58you know, can I get that information to automatically come in here and do all of that? And this is something that I would really build into and get it going. Another one that I really like is I'm a heavy credit card user, right? And for the personal side, there's this credit card max. Now, the user wants credit card max, a credit card perk on points advisor, not a budgeting or personal finance. And what it does is it recommends a monthly card rollup of the different plans and the things that are giving you more points inside your cards. Now, you can go into the credit

10:26card sites and give it that information. It will automatically pull all that info. So, if you're a Maran Express person, credit card, Chase, or any of those great credit cards that are out there and you're trying to max your points and your discounts, what a great little tool in order to make that happen, right? So, just something for you to keep in mind there. And then

10:42there's just a bunch of other things. Deal hunting, cost shopping prices across whatever you have. Again, I would totally customize this bot to be all about you. And again, run the routines where you're watching something and have the bot basically go in and watch the things for you. Now again lot of really crazy things that are happening in here. Now the other one that I use on the marketing side is the competitor watch for anybody in the game of you know business of any sort and you want to

11:10know what your competitors are doing. This competitor bot is one that I tend to use quite often. Now you come in here you set again you always want to come in here download the bot. When you hit the import bot button it automatically comes in. And when you do is you want to automatically customize it with the memories, the root skills, the routines, and the integrations. And the way you do it is you literally tell the bot, hey, these are my competitors. This is who I want you to watch. And here are the different things. It's got a really good skill set start. And then you come in

11:39here and you tell it where to go. And now it'll visit their sites. It'll monitor their YouTubes, their ex accounts, their LinkedIn, whatever it is that you want to watch. And then you can create a routine that's a weekly routine that checks in and all in your competitors. And again, integrations, notions, linear, slack, but again, anything else that you might need in order to integrate will automatically create that. That one is a really good one that I tend to watch. And if you go into marketing, there is one called the

12:04last 30 days. This I use religiously. This is basically a research tool that operates out of your PC. And what it does is it does really heavy research on X, on Reddit, on Kora, on some of the core frames of like where you got to do research in and its quality. And then what it does is it automatically will pull the ones with the best upvotes and the quality of the content. So the research you're pulling back in are reading it from all these different places. And what's great about it is is it does a due diligence check of ensuring that it's quality and not AI

12:38slop. So it automatically has this grounded in. Now, the skills are all here and you can download this. But this one is one that I've already added into my skill set and I use pretty much on a consistent basis. The reason being is because it adds so much value on the research of polls because it's pulling from like credible sources that have a lot of up votes. So, those are some of the ones, but again, so many here. And if you want to use my hack, what I do is again, I go to Dr. Abbot. I tell it to look at the skill and tell me the things

13:06that you like or don't like about it. And let's make it more personalized to me. ask me some questions and let's build a skill together that will make this even better. And then I just do it. I make it really easy and it automatically goes in creates that skill set. So, not only have I shown you some of the ones that I would automatically come in here and do, but there's other ones that you literally can copy and paste come in here, check out the entire marketplace, and then use Dr. Eggbot to again reformat it and make it yours.
