0:00I just used Claude code in Shopify to take a new business from zero to $424 in sales on day one. And in this video, I'm going to break down the entire blueprint so you can do this for yourself. There's three steps to this process, and we're going to be using Claude to do [music] pretty much all of it. We need to find a product, we need to do market research, and [music] we need to launch our store. So, let's get
0:22started by finding a product to sell. I'm sure some of you guys have seen my videos before about drop shipping, so I won't spend too much time talking about this, but it's very important to understand what to look for when trying to find a product to sell. I can summarize this into four simple things. One, you need to find something that is recently trending and selling well in the market today. You don't want to be the first person to sell a product. You want to make sure there's actually demand and people are buying this thing right now. Second, you want to find products that are not easily available
0:52to be bought in stores. If they can go buy it at Target or Walmart, they're not going to stop and buy it from your drop shipping store. Third, we need to find something with really solid profit margins. Ideally, we need to make over 25 or $30 in profit per order. And last, we need to find something that is unique and has a bit of wow factor. Because we're going to be selling these products to people that have never heard of us before, we need to find products that stop them in their tracks and catch their attention. Let me show you the product that I sold to get these results
1:21so you can get a real picture of what this actually looks like. This is the product that I sold to get those results. It is an Alaskan clay mask stick, and you might be seeing this thinking that it's super simple, but the reason why this was successful is because it's using a new ingredient. It's using this Alaskan volcanic clay, which has been super trendy in the market as of lately. And the way I was able to capitalize on this product is I saw it trending on this tool that I'm about to show you guys. I built the store for it with AI, I launched it, and
1:53we were able to get results from day number one. Instead of selling them individually, I was selling them in a two-pack or a four-pack. And these were only costing me $2 per unit. So, on the two-pack, we were making like $35 in profit, and on the four-pack, we were making almost $40 in profit. So, yeah, this was a great product. We hit it out the gate from day one with this one. And now, I want to show you guys exactly how I found it. And if you guys want to see me launch a store like this live, so you can follow along, I just created a free
2:22course that breaks down the entire process. Inside of this free course, you guys are going to see every single step, click-by-click, from finding the products to building your store, to getting a supplier, to creating ads and getting your first sales, all within the first 24 hours. This is my most transparent and valuable piece of content [music] to date. And I just
2:44decided to give it all away for free. And if you get access to it in the next couple of days, we're even giving away a free Shopify store to everybody who signs up. So, you're going to get my best training and a custom-built AI store, 100% for free. The reason why I'm able to do this is because I partnered with Shopify and a billion-dollar company called Base 44, and they are paying us for every single person we get to sign up to their platform. So, we give you a free store, we give you the training, and all you have to do is sign up to these tools. So, yeah, if you guys
3:16want to get access to this, the link is right below this video. But now, let's go find a product. This is the tool that I like to use to find all of my products. It's called Trend Track. I'm going to put the link in the description for you guys. There's a free trial, so you can follow along with me in this video. But pretty much every product that I've had success with over the last year, I found through this tool. For the first step of the process, we're actually going to manually find a product. But then, we're going to be able to connect this tool directly to
3:44Claude and do deep research to validate that product and make sure that it's worth selling. So, the way I find products here is by going into the ads tab and then filtering it based on the criteria that I look for in a winner. So, what I look for is ads that are currently active. I look for ads that have been created in the last 30 days. I like to look for stores. The way that you can tell if it's a store is if they're using the shop now button or the order now button. Obviously, I narrow it down by English. And then we want to sort by brands that have 10 to 50 live
4:19ads. The reason for this is that if they have less than 10 ads, they're not doing anything at all. And if they have more than 50 ads, they're typically a bigger brand and they're going to be much harder for you to compete with. We're trying to find stores that are just starting to take off so we can enter the market and compete with them. We don't want to go and try to compete with the guys that have 10,000 ads that have been running for years. It's impossible as a beginner. So, once we've got our filters put in, now we're just looking for products that hit the criteria that I
4:47talked about earlier. Okay, so the first product here, it looks a little crazy, but it actually might be a good candidate. It seems to be like a shaver for girls, you know, for their private parts for the summer. Now, while that might make you a little uncomfortable to see the thumbnail and stuff, that's the exact type of products that we want to sell because it's going to get people's attention when they're scrolling on social media. It's going to stop them from scrolling. And for the girls, this
5:12is actually a very uncomfortable thing. They have razors that give them bumps. This product is solving a problem for hundreds of millions of people. So, let's dig a little deeper into this. We can click on their brand right here and then we can go on follow in brand tracker. And this is going to show us all of their information. So, you guys can see that right now they have around 20 active ads. Their ads have been running for around 1 month, which is a great sign. That means that they haven't turned it off. That means that they're successful and they're launching new ads every single day. So, for me, this is a
5:50good enough product for us to use for this example store today. It's selling well, we're in the summer season right now, so this is a problem that girls are actually having, and yeah, I think this product could really work. So, now that we have a product, we need to connect Trend Track directly to Claude. So, what we're going to do here is click inside of our dashboard on connect. It's going to take us to their documentation, and
6:13we need to get right here this MCPURL. So, we're going to go ahead and copy that. So, once you got that copied, we're going to come into the Claude app on our desktop. I much prefer this one than the one in the browser because inside of here, you can use co-work and code, which are far superior. And also, co-work is going to memorize every single thing that you tell it in perpetuity, whereas on the web version, it tends to forget stuff over time. This saves it locally on your computer, so it keeps a permanent memory base. Those are just some of the reasons why I like it,
6:45but the next thing we need to do is connect it directly to Trend Track. So, we can go down here into our settings, and then we want to go down into connectors, and then we can click on add add custom connector. We can paste that right there. We can put the name as Trend Track, and then we can click on add. And then we click on connect. It's going to make us log in to our account, and then this is going to be now directly connected to our Claude account. And then we're going to change this to always allow, so that do whatever it needs to do without us
7:17having to approve it. And now this is officially connected. So, we can use the entire Trend Track tool suite inside of Claude, which is going to be extremely helpful for us. So, in the description of this video, I'm going to give you guys a couple prompts for free that are going to help us execute on this entire process. So, the first prompt is going to be validating the product that we found together. Essentially, what this is going to do is is going to scan all of Trend Track's data, and help us come to a conclusion on if this product is worth selling. So, we're going to go
7:46ahead and copy this right here. We're going to bring this back over into Claude. Make sure you're on the Co-work feature. We're going to click paste, and then we're going to go and we're going to put the name of our product. You can say women's bikini trimmer two in one. And then we're also going to give it the competitor's page, so it can get a real idea of what it's looking like. So,
8:07we'll go back. We'll paste that there. And now it's going to scan Trend Track and do an analysis of our product. So, I'm going to let this cook and we'll look at the results together. All right, so after 10 minutes it gave us this insane document that breaks down everything we need to know about validating this product. First and most importantly, it tells us that the product is scaling, which for us is a green light to go ahead and try to sell this. It shows you exactly how fast the competitors are growing. It compares all of them to each other. This document, if you wanted to create this, it probably
8:41would have taken you a week to do this research, but we got it in 10 minutes. And it continues to explain all the reasons why the product is good and why it might be bad. This is just an extremely valuable breakdown for us to understand about this product. Now, I'm not going to read all this on this
8:58video. It's not really worth it for us. The main thing that we need to determine from this is is it worth selling this product? And as you can see at the top, it says yes, this product is scaling right now. So, that means that we should move ahead with this one. What's really cool is that once we build our store, we're going to be able to feed this document into Claude and it's going to help us craft some unique angles and copywriting so that our store stands out from the competition and gives us a little bit of an edge. That's the value of having AI to do this super deep
9:31research is you can find gaps in the market that you normally wouldn't be able to find, especially as a beginner. The next thing we're going to do is clone our competitor's store with Claude and then feed it that information that we just got from our research and find ways to improve upon what our competitors did. Now, the tool that we're going to be using to do this is called Clone Store. I'll put the link for it in the description and I'm just going to log into my account and we'll do this together live. First things first, we have to connect this to Claude just like we did with Trend Track. So,
10:02we want to copy that code right there. Go into here, go into the settings and then go down to connectors and then we want to add custom connector, paste and then we name it Clone Store. Click add, click connect and then we're going to have to log into our account and we'll be all good to go. This is one of my favorite features about Claude is that you can connect it to thousands of tools and then instantly get access to their database. This is such a game-changer. A lot of you guys are using Claude at the base level because you're not connecting it to these other tools. So, again,
10:34we're going to always allow everything and then we're going to be good to go on making our store. Okay, so the next thing that we need to do is connect this tool to our Shopify store. If you don't have a store already, I'm going to put a link in the description where you guys can sign up to Shopify for just $1 a month. And I already have a store, so we're not going to do this, but for those of you that don't have one, this is the best deal that you're going to find and it supports the channel when you guys use this link. So, we'll click
10:59on add your store and then we want to copy the URL of our store directly from Shopify. Want to hit connect store and then we need to install their app into our store so that it can do the changes necessary. It's not going to charge us or anything like that. We just have to click on install and then we need to install their app on our store. So, let me do that real quick. All right, and now after doing that, we are all set up and all good to go. Our store is connected. So, now all we have to do is paste the link from our competitor into
11:29this dashboard, click on clone product, click on add to current store. We don't have the theme yet for this, so we click add Blockify theme. And now it's going to get all the information from our competitor, all the images, everything, and it's going to clone it over into our store. So, I'll come back when it's finished. Okay, so as you can see, it pulled all the images from our competitor. So, we want to take the best ones. I'm going to take this one, this one, this one, this one. I'd honestly rather just take as many as possible. We can always get rid of some later. So,
11:57I'll take these three as well. Hit continue. It's asking us for a theme. Let's go for this like pinkish theme. We'll skip for the logo. We'll use one of their templates. Because it's like a beauty brand, let's use the beauty template. And then we click here on create store. We'll say use store images. And now it's going to cook up this store for us. This is a tool that I just discovered recently, but if you're trying to move quickly and you want to clone a store, there's nothing better than I've seen than this one. So, once this is done, I'll show you guys the finished result. We'll plug this into
12:26Kloud and we will have a ready-to-launch store. Okay, so this is the store that it created. It's pretty good. For only a couple minutes of work, I'm super happy with this, and this store would be able to get sales. You can see this is the home page. It basically took the copy from the competitor and changed it up a little bit. And then we also have a fully functional product page, which is the most important part. You can see that it imported all the best images from the competition. It gave us some good copy. It put the product with an offer and a discount. It did everything,
12:58basically. This would have normally taken you hours to do, but we were able to cook up this super clean store in like five minutes. Now, if I was going to really launch this today, I would plug this back into Kloud and use all the research that we pulled [music] to make this fully custom and unique. But to save time for this video, we're not going to do that. I just wanted to give you guys a brief overview of the strategy that we used to use Kloud and Shopify to get a store to a couple hundred dollars a day in sales. As I said before, if you want to see me go
13:32much more in-depth on this, I break all this down in my free course. You're going to see every single step of the process click by click, even to the point of me getting my first sale. So, if you guys are serious about giving this a try, I'm going to put the link to that in the description down below. And if you made it this far in the video, thank you so much for watching. I'll see
13:53you in the next one.
