0:00So, Grokba was recently dropped. And most people are still treating it like another chatbot with a new coat of paint. It's not. This is definitely not a Hermes or an open claw situation, either. I wouldn't sleep on Grok if I were you. They are shipping immensely fast. Every AI you've used so far is basically a thinking partner. Grokba is a doing partner. It has its own computer. It signs into all your tools, works across the apps the way that you would, and the output lands where work actually lives. It's not trapped in a chat window. In this video, I'm going to show you how to set it up, especially if
0:32you're a business owner. We're going to stand up a whole agent fleet for various functions of your business, so you can run your business like you should in 2026. Let's go ahead and get into it. So, this right here, you can see is a great start for everything. And the UI is just super simple. We'll get into it here in a second, but uh if you just scroll down, I mean, some of the animations that they have, which is great, it's all baked into the UI, just makes it super easy. Uh Hermes and open claw, in my opinion, are still a little bit better when it has isolated
1:01sandboxes for shared use, especially for platforms like Slack and WhatsApp and all that kind of thing. But, nonetheless, don't sleep on Grok, I'm telling you. And then, if you go to their news article right here, you have introducing Grokba. They have their good old VSL marketing, right? Uh pretty self-explanatory, but let's save that for another time. If we actually just go ahead and dive in to the actual application, we have the actual application itself. So, you can see right here, I have my fleet of agents, which I have now inside of here, about 15. And I It all started with Eve. My family and I are big Wall-E fans, or
1:37Disney and Pixar, if you know that. And I stood up Eve quite a while ago when open claw first came out, and I'm like, "Hmm, who should I use, right?" So, I stood up Eve as Chief of AI Staff, and I basically rely on her for nearly everything. We did YouTube videos, she knows exactly about intelligence around top of funnel, some of the other businesses that we run. You basically just brain up everything, right? You really want her or your AI agent, whatever you name, to really understand your business, understand you, your goals cuz this is, in my opinion, true leverage. You Your Your first agent
2:14should be an extension of literally you. And you want to have persistent context during that so that way you can apply super intelligence to these agents and to be able to actually level up and grow and things like that. And then from there, I've had all all sorts of several other agents as well in Slack. That's on
2:32another video. But I also have Roz, right? So we have our tofu outbound agent for top of funnel, which we'll dive here in a second. But you could see I have a whole another fleet of actual agents. And then what I did was I essentially asked Eve to say, "Hey, what do I need to do in order to set up a business as efficient as possible, especially, you know, if I were to run extremely lean where we have just a few of us, right?" And it said,
2:58"Oh, let's just go ahead and do this. Let's do that. Let's organize everybody here. Let's propose this, you know, all of that kind of stuff." All of the the job titles, right? And I was like, "Cool, let's do it." I was like, "Let's go Disney Pixar for the most part and let's do the avatars." So it laid out all the things. I selected all of the names. So we have Amara. So Amara is a client delivery account manager. We have Edna, no capes, right? Director of HAR, which is human and agent resources. We have Marlow, okay, which is CMO for paid and performance. So it'll run Mario will
3:34run ads for us. We have Postmaster, which I have Postmaster connected to pretty much every inbox that I monitor actively. And I'll go into how they communicate in a second, but very simply, Postmaster really monitors everything there and tells me, "What is this? Is it spam? Is this Right? So, this is kind of where it's it's already been, right? So, then we have Goat Fit Agent, which I'm going to
3:59be releasing a fitness app here soon. I've been working on it for quite a while, but it's called Goat Fit, and this is really a way for me to dog food and also really get the agent harness as good as possible. We have Talia, which is Tofu Accounting and Ledger Intelligent Agent. This is the CFO. And the CFO manages everything from like, "Hey, what subscription are you using? This is how much it is. Are you actually using it?" So, that way we can actually stay lean, knows when invoices are paid, all that kind of stuff. Then we have Scout, okay? So, competitive intelligence. We always like
4:35to have signals around what's happening in our industry and to know basically scouting out to know what we should be aware of. We have Luma, which is a content producer. So, Luma knows exactly how I talk, sees my posts, scrapes my YouTube content, all that kind of stuff, and is giving me a lot of things to talk about to where or if I if I have an
4:57idea, I'll just spit it out to Luma. I'll say, "Hey, help me organize this post." And then I'll review it, and then I'll send it off, right? Then we have Yard, which is a fleet ops and spend governor. I thought this was pretty unique because it was pretty cool that it really just makes sure that things are aligned all the time. Then we have Forge, okay? Product engineering lead. So, this is my software engineer essentially, where I can have it triage and look for PRs,
5:25look for bugs, all that kind of stuff. My senior developer here, my product engineering lead. We have Optimus, which on my other my other Optimus is basically a signals monitor on X. So, social signals monitor, except this one is monitoring across the internet. We have Baymax, big fan of that movie. And so, we're going to be releasing Top Cow here shortly and uh it's our calendar booking intelligent agent tool. And uh this is
5:54going to be doing outbound uh for that. We have Packed, which is our closer and partnerships. So uh Packed helps, you know, basically seek the opportunity for sales, um you know, get uh as sharp as possible in reviewing all of the recordings, things like that. And then we have Pulse, uh saying like, "Hey, what is like our pipeline? What do we need to do? What kind of things do we need to uh do from here, right?" So you could see right here we have all of the intros, things like that. And the really cool thing about all of these agents, number one [clears throat] is they
6:26actually communicate with each other pretty pretty well. Um if I I mean, you think of it like a company, if I'm relying on Eve, right, as Chief of AI Staff, and I say, "Hey, you know, I'm thinking about doing this. Please, you know, downstream it or uh organize it or delegate out to the proper agent." And I've set guardrails to basically say, "Nothing ever goes truly outbound uh such as no active campaigns, no post will be made, nothing leaves or gets published without human
7:00review." That is a hard blocker. Uh and then the other thing is no money will be spent, obviously, without human review. And they say, "Got it." Every one of these agents, any work that they do, they're focused on outcomes, right? So there's the goal. And then Eve actually articulates them all downstream. And then every single day they will actually send up, at the end of the day, a roll up essentially on what they did. And then all I have to do is talk to Eve to be like, "Hey, you know, what did Postmaster do?" Or what is on Luma's plate? Now I could go to the actual individual agent themselves,
7:37but if [clears throat] you're thinking like an executive or a true founder, you want to be able to, you know, trickle it down like a chain of command, right? You want to be able to say like, "Hey, I'm just going to go to Eve and I'm thinking about this based on everybody that we have." You want to literally treat it like you have an a fleet of agents or even employees to be able to to do a whole lot, right? So, that is the goal here and very clearly like they they communicate and I'll give you another for instance. So, we'll usually get say with Postmaster, Postmaster will notice
8:11something that comes in. It'll say, "Hey, you received an invoice or something was paid or you received cash, right?" Or the subscription went through. Postmaster will actually receive that because it's usually a Stripe receipt or an invoice or something like that. Anything involving money, then Postmaster will check with Talia, which is the CFO, to actually verify the bank statement and say like, "Hey, does this match? Is this fraud? Is this something that we need? And is this valid?" So, that way we [clears throat] can suppress things, right? And Talia is always checking with me and just for that I'm even like, "You know what? Am I using
8:49that tool? Like, yeah, let's go ahead and either scale that up or keep it. Or should we consider putting on the chopping block, right?" So, this allows to really make sure revenue leakage is really tight, that we're not going to, you know, waste capital and things like that. Especially the busier you get with the clients that we're working with, it's sometimes you have to sign up for a lot of subscription and it's a lot to monitor all the time, right? So, these agents have their role and it's freaking awesome. Now, diving into sales and outbound. With sales and outbound, one of the first things that I stood up was
9:22Ross and be able to effectively do outbound. And that's the biggest thing is really go to market and setting up campaigns, right? So, what I will tell you about these agents as well is if you go here, they actually have their own computer, very simple Linux box. It's not anything crazy, right? But if I were
9:42to open it up, so you have three things. You have Google Chrome, you have a file explorer, and then you have a terminal, right? So what does that mean? Well, you can pretty much go to any site and I could sit here and I can navigate it and I can go to instantly.ai if I wanted to. I can go to top of funnel, right? So I can do pretty much whatever I need to in order to go to the site and then kind of help the agent through, but the agent can actually do everything for you and be able to navigate the front end user face,
10:12user interface, [clears throat] excuse me, of just navigating anything. Now, based on that, you can also teach it a task. So if there are some unique clicks and types, things like that, you can actually record it. That way it knows each step on what to look for and to be able to do things. The other thing here is it has a file explorer. So each of these agents have their own folder, if you will. This, for right now, at least that I've seen, all of your agents share the same computer. So in an agency setting, in my opinion, there's too much to be vulnerable in terms of leakage and
10:51crossing over clients, things like that. So for agency use, I wouldn't recommend it, at least for now, until they isolate things. This is where Hermes and Open Cloud truly is like a lockdown sandbox in terms of who can talk to it, have their own container to be able [clears throat] to just really isolate everything and make sure that there's like a zero trust environment. So it does have its own computer and file system, but each agent does have persistent context on their actual job, right? And they can also see who's what, so it does have pros and cons to be able to do a whole lot of things here. And
11:27then you have your terminal. So the terminal obviously comes in clutch because we need to be able to do CLI tools, right? And be able to execute curl commands and all sorts of things, which leads me to capabilities. So, with Ross, I basically had to install CLI tools, which if you go to our website or any CLI tool, really. If you go to top of funnel.com, go to resources, we have agent tools and CLIs, and I have built quite a bit. There's a lot of CLIs nowadays, but for your core stack of go-to-market, these are the ones that we're using quite a lot, right? So, we
12:04have Ocean, we have Instantly, right? So, you can effectively do a whole lot of things with everything here. We have Lead Magic, Prospect.io, that kind of stuff for lead enrichment. So, I have basically enabled them to be able to do effective outbound right from the get-go, okay? So, from there, I have told Ross like, "Hey, I need to start an outbound campaign, right? And go ahead and use Instantly CLI." And you could see right here that we have Grock Bot campaign, and I said, "Just create a campaign. I just want to make sure it works." I did notice though, a lot of times when you're doing an an install
12:41for a CLI tool, the easy command to do is npm. So, if we were to go to Ocean, for example, the command that you typically run would be npm install and then whatever that binary is. I have noticed that it actually is bun is what currently works. And then you [clears throat] do a sim link, right? So, a sim link to that
13:03binary. So, it's a little bit different. Uh I'll have the skills in the description so you can download that and just, you know, guide your agent through, but it is a little bit of a work around, but it does in fact install the binary inside of their actual uh sandbox. So, nonetheless, you can see actually that. So, you can see right here getting quite a bit of files now, but Instantly is right there, right? We have HeyReach, that kind of thing. So,
13:28hay reach right there. Good to go. Now, I will say that it has been a true unlock because having these agents easily stood up as quickly as that was, this really changes the game when it comes to being able to really just be productive. I can take this on my iOS device, on my phone, and just know that they have a computer that they literally can just execute whatever they need to, be able to actually log into things. So, I can go on the front end and the back end to literally do whatever you want. The other cool thing, too, is if it notices something and it
14:02needs to actually just go right to cursor and start a repo and then work on something, it can do that, too. These are literally cloud agents with the sandbox that could go into cursor and will link you to cursor in the cloud structure and literally commit changes and start to get to work and build things. So, this is the other true leverage point. So, the other thing,
14:24too, is we have our connectors, okay? MCP servers or plugins, however you want to slice it. These are MCP servers. But, if you notice, like there's a quite a bit of connectors here. We have different ones here that are all connected, right? But, this is you are not limited by being able to select a
14:42specific software on any particular one. These are just MCP servers. You can install a CLI tool because it does have access to the terminal. So, in my opinion, CLI is your true unlock, right? That's the biggest thing there. The last thing I would just say is, what a time to be alive. Have fun with it. The biggest thing is naming your agents, right? Getting an avatar, actually using
15:05it for what is evolved, okay? From here. And this is just the start. I mean, it's really not the start, but this is the next step in being able to use humans and agents for true leverage tasks, right? So, and this is the biggest thing that I'm trying to articulate here is that we are at a point where LLMs like Grok 4.6, they are so good now at being able to do pretty much any task reliably
15:33and you can effectively one-shot things. And when you set up agents such as this where they have a terminal, they have a file explorer, and they have a browser, and they can basically do whatever task that you want reliably, that is true leverage. And that's where the difference here is the big question of,
15:52"Well, does this eliminate human jobs?" Well, yes and no. It just makes things easier. And I would argue that, you know, this is kind of like the automobile. If you would ask, you know, back in the days before the cars ever came out, and you ask any person to say, "Hey, what can we do to improve, you know, the horses and or make things better for you?" People would just say, "I want a faster horse." Well, they didn't actually know they wanted a car or an automobile, right? So, that changed the game, which created new jobs
16:20like mechanics and that sort of thing. And then, similar to washers and dryers, right? There's quite a lot of people that'll literally throw their clothes in the washer, and then you throw in the dryer. Very little do you see now where you'll throw clothes in like a sink, you'll wash it for however long it takes, and then you go out to your backyard and you put clothes pins to
16:41actually hang dry your clothes, right? So, we don't see that a whole lot now. They you have basically automated your process on laundry. What did that do? Well, that eliminated a lot of the maids or anything like that when it comes to that. Same goes for your dishwasher, same goes for cooking food. I don't see most people cooking up a fireplace in
17:02order to cook your chicken, right? Usually throw in the microwave or your oven or your air fryer. So, we are using a lot of these things every single day that we don't realize like what was done before then, right? This is another step, major step at that, on being able to use effective true AI um to the point where I AGI where you can literally use super intelligence, but now you're using in the context of your business, and it has full capabilities being a browser, a file explorer, and a terminal. So, I encourage you to to get really familiar with it. Go ahead and set up, you know,
17:39your company, if you will, and make sure you establish guardrails around nothing gets posted out, right? As far as published, without human review, cuz that is true. Second thing is no money, right? And make sure that each agent is communicating in such a way that only produces outcomes or is outcome driven versus just token burning and shooting the on whatever you can, right? I
18:05mean, you got to have fun with it, too. So, that's Grok Bot. Not another chatbot with a new coat of paint. It's a doing partner with its own computer. Connectors where they exist, skills and CLIs when you need to cut through all the noise, and a proper fleet of AI agents so you can actually leave them all running. So, you can run your business as efficient as possible for both humans and agents. If you're already on Cursor Ultra or Super Grok, this is included already. If you want more of the Grok and Cursor side of the stack, I already pushed a walk-through on Grok Build and how to run
18:35go-to-market work inside of that harness. Links in the description if you missed it. That said, if you've reached up to this point, I really appreciate you watching. Please like and subscribe, and I'll see you in the next video.
