0:00You've been using GrokBot, but now you want to use it like a professional, an absolute expert. That little bot right there, let's make you an expert. So, by the end of this video, we're going to go 0 to 100, that extra layer to understand how to do real-world tasks via GrokBot and what is super cool about it. So, therefore, by the end of this video,
0:13let's become an expert. Let's jump in. Welcome back, y'all. We are checking out GrokBot again. This is not the beginner guide. This is going to be the expert guide. Today's video is sponsored by Zapier, and they said, "Corbin, let's show how do we do really cool stuff with the Grok of the bot." I said, "Yes." And in this video, I want to show you a very specific workflow that is data- oriented. Naturally, what you realize with GrokBot is you get a ton of ROI when you do data-oriented tasks. E.g., here's a bunch of text, here's a bunch of numbers, analyze it, give me a summary, and give me actionable steps
0:41past that. Now, the example I'm going to give today is I'm going to take all of my past YouTube videos, past 30 days, 7 days, look at all the comments, I'm going to analyze all those comments, and then give me the top five videos that are highly requested from my audience. But, what you need to understand is fundamentally the steps you're about to learn, you can apply to anything. You work with CSVs a lot. You work with blogs a lot. Whatever it may be, you're fundamentally going to understand how to break down raw data and get actionable
1:04actions out of it. If I can speak today. All right, let's jump in. Let let let's just jump in, okay? I have a stutter right now. I'm just stuttering. Stutter stutter stutter. So, numero uno, we need to connect Zapier MCP so we have the ability to access third-party integrations, or to put simply, get YouTube's data. So, I'm going to say, "Let's first connect Zapier's MCP." And as you can see, I'm already connected, but if you don't have it yet, to simply create a Zapier account, you will go to MCP server, and boom, here it is. So, you simply would create an MCP server, say GrokBot right here, and you can see
1:33it's already attached, ready to go. In addition, whatever actions or third-party things you want to do, you simply just hit create connection here, and then you have all these different applications. Today, I'm going to be showing you YouTube. YouTube. So, I'm going to say, "Okay, perfect. Confirm. We are connected to YouTube and the
1:48channel Corbin_Brown." Cuz someone took my channel name. Someone took my handle, all right? So, I had to go with the underscore. OGs know WebCafeAI. Well, let's let's take a step back. OGs know CorbinAI. Real OGs know Webcafe AI. If you know, you know. Let me know in the comments." It's been years, y'all. It's a cuatro anos. Muy. All right, can't confirm it yet. It
2:07needs to simply refresh the connection. So, what I got to do is I got to simply click this link, and what you'll notice is that it just needs access to the tool. So, I'm going to go to YouTube here and hit YouTube, and then he has all these different options. I'm going to say select all tools. This gives it the ability to access this data. You'll be like, "Hey, this is all good." We'll
2:23go to YouTube personal and select tools. There we go. So, try again. Here we go. It worked. I went ahead and just did a first prompt of give me the top 28 videos in the last 28 days. One thing I want to note is that if you have issues connecting with it, go to connect here. Simply hit rotate token and then provide the relevant information into the chat, and you'll be good to go. But, it's connected. It's good. As you can notice here, these are my top 10 videos from the last 28 days. Things like views,
2:46watch hours, average viewed percentile. Point being is what you're noticing here is that Grok really excels, and honestly all AI really excels at taking a bunch of data, compressing it, and making it easily digestible, which already has value as you can assume. The big thing for me though, and what I want to check out if it's possible to do, is going to be the ability to summarize all the relevant comments. So, first off, what I'd like to do when you want to push an AI agent to its limits is see if it's even possible, right? Can you take the last 28 days of comments and see what
3:15video topics are requested? I'm going to hit enter. Oh, this is super cool. It actually can. I'm going through the comments now. It may take a few minutes, and I'll send you the ranked list of requested topics with real quotes when it's done. I might see some crazy stuff here cuz I I sometimes get some crazy comments. Leave more positive comments, all right? Come on. But, this is an example, y'all. What you can envision here is typically whatever your flow is. I mean, this could go Slack messages. I mean, I don't know how that works with your situation, but you go like Slack messages, you can
3:40go through Gmail data, and compress it like this, and provide it like this. In theory, this could be a cron schedule where like every Monday I take the last 7 days of comments on my YouTube videos prioritized by what's requested the most by y'all and then make a video on it. So, we're going to let this cook. So, it has finished the results here. I went through 282 comments in the last 28 days and then it made a canvas. Canvas is like a visual UI way of looking at it or just better interface. So, what you notice at a glance is that it went ahead
4:09and gave me the dates and here we go. So, AI video editor. Oh, okay. So, this this one's a no because I got a y'all know that the secret sauce I have a AI edit all these videos now which is really fun. So, there's seems to be a re-demand for how I set up that workflow. Real-world reliability test for agents. Interesting. GitHub hands-on clone. So, this makes sense. I see a lot of demand for GitHub as GitHub is a big gap that if you don't understand it, then you won't be able to execute well when it comes to AI and coding. So, yeah, this makes sense. You can see here
4:36by likes. Oh, it even goes by likes. How many likes are associated with that? A video on your production process would be cool. Wow. See, this kind of stuff really takes you off guard because of how good AI is compared to what it was 3 years ago. So, it does like this extra stuff that I wasn't originally intending it for it to do. And then yes, I got a I got I got a bunch of comments to be like, "Corbin, these AI video edits, they're cool, but chill out. Like, this is just just horrible." I know, all right? Everything takes time for it to be perfected. But, here is the idea,
5:08right? You can see that there is value in its ability to condense all this information and data, give it to me in a bite-size document, and proceed. But, here is where the layering effect can occur. So, not only can you connect to YouTube via Zapier, but you can also connect to things like ChatGPT. So, in theory, we could try this. I know this is not going to look amazing and I'm actually going to take a screenshot of myself real quick so we can have like an image for it to use, but we're going to go like this. So, I got an image here and be like, "Okay, with my face and the
5:35number one suggestion, use OpenAI via Zapier MCP to make a thumbnail for the number one suggested video and give me a title and description. So now you can see a layering effect occurring here where workflows start getting more advanced where you can analyze data, get actionable deliverables of what to do next for a video theoretically, and then also provide deliverable assets associated with that video. So I'm going to say let's do boom, and then say connect or check out Zapier MCP cuz I just added that connection. That's why it doesn't recognize it. Let me hit enter. And would you look at that? Y'all got to understand this would cost money
6:14in Fiverr back in the day, all right? This is not bad. I mean, honestly, it's extremely impressive, y'all. No code needed was the topic, and then you literally saw me screenshot my face, and we got our thumbnails. So the last thing I want to leave you with when it comes to advanced workflows with GrokBot is you need to start realizing that GrokBot right here, absolutely amazing GrokBot, it works internally within the app itself, and then obviously you just saw together we were able to connect it via Zapier's MCP, therefore accessing in a secure way the entire internet and that ecosystem, and therefore doing actions on our behalf like theoretically, this
6:49bot could get as good as that I literally give it the video, and then it uploads via Zapier MCP onto YouTube automatically with a title, description, and on top of that the thumbnail, right? The entire workflow could be done through GrokBot. But also realize, y'all, you have the ability to create custom software. And that sounds confusing, I know, but TLDR of what that is is that GrokBot is able to create and code out software from zero for very specific task. know what those are for you. I know a lot of people they do is typically they have to take a bunch of data and then make it into a nice little
7:20presentation to present to clients if you're in consulting and everything of that nature. But logically the idea here is that you go through the process in your brain of typically how you would ingest data to give you the end deliverable, for example, a software where its entire use case is to give a presentation. Like that's just like end deliverable. Presentation in Google Slides, presentation in XYZ. Point being is that this custom software layer is another expert role where you don't need to actually access third-party integrations, but alternatively, you create a local software that your computer has access to. And if you're interested more on this topic, I suggest
7:52you look at my GitHub video so you understand how to share software between your co-workers or people that you know, or friends, or your mom situation. As Grok can not only leverage the third-party MCPs, but on top of that, Grok can leverage building custom software for you. So, that does it. You know how to use Grok as an expert
8:07absolute expert W expert. leave a like. Check out the Zapier codes in the description down below. First come, first served. Follow the directions, you'll be good to go. I'll see you in the next Grok Bot is an expert way you are the expert of Grok Bot type of video.
