Headline feature this week, Grokbot now has its own email inbox. Now, if you've been using Grokbot for a while, you know that Grokbot can already send email for you. The difference here is Grokbot can now have its own inbox that you can claim by going to your bot and saying, "Hey, I hear you have some email inboxes. Can you give me an email handle?" And

0:25Grokbot will provision that for you. Now, you might be thinking, "Okay, Grokbot can send emails for me already. Why does it need its own inbox?" Well, one of the whole ideas behind agents is that we want them to be do to do anything that we can do, right? And so, giving Grokbot an inbox is the first step towards maybe treating Grokbot like

0:44an employee. Anything that you can do, Grokbot can kind of do. So, it would make sense that Grokbot could sign up for services, sign up for newsletters, summarize information uh from email newsletters, or purchases, or other things that you just don't want in your normal inbox. So, give that a shot. I would say get a email handle sooner rather than later cuz those tend to go pretty quick. You can get started by talking to your bot and saying, "Hey, I heard you have some email stuff. Grab me a handle." What else is new? Well, Grokbot can now read and monitor X. Now, we could do this before, but the big

1:19difference here is that Grokbot you actually don't need to connect your X account to use this functionality. Which means that you don't need a developer API key, you don't have to set up anything. Grokbot is just going to be able to search X, read X, tell you the latest news and happenings out of the box. Massive upgrade and it's a big quality of life improvement. Um because there's zero setup and there's

1:43actually no cost now. Wow. Previously, it would have used developer credits. Third, you can now connect your Shopify store to Grokbot. This is big for business owners, dirty word drop shippers, Anybody that uses Shopify, entrepreneurs, people that have legit businesses. The whole world runs on Shopify. Shout out Toby. Shout out to the Shopify team. Excellent, excellent product. You can now track orders, query the status of your store, understand your metrics, do all the Shopify stuff that you want to do through Grok Bot. Connect your Shopify store to get started. What else we got? Okay, I like this one. Little design polish. You might be chatting with your bots. You might have gone into

2:27a bot conversation and notice, "Hey, there's a little bit more color in this conversation." That's because every bot has its own color. The chat is now in that color. It's a little bit of a pop. It's nice. Um shout out John Byun and the design team. Always thinking about the little things and big things uh for Grok Bot. Now, in addition to having its own email inbox, we have some email polish on the way that emails are sent. So, when you draft emails, you get this nice little

2:55draft card in Grok Bot. That card um now includes formatting features. So, when you draft emails in Grok Bot, you can preview the formatting of that email. You can make sure what you're sending looks well formatted, looks professional. And there's a nice little sender drop down. So, if you have multiple email aliases, you'll be able to see in the email draft card which email it's coming from and change the email that you want to go out

3:20from Grok Bot. Now, I I'm a huge fan of this because I take a lot of screenshots for my job. Grok Bot, the actual computer. I've talked about this many times. What is Grok Bot? It's an agent with a computer. Under the hood, Grok Bot is a running a computer. We've upgraded the computer.

3:39We've upgraded it in a couple ways. First of all, it's just like faster. So, you'll notice quicker responses from the bot when it's using its computer. Second, the display size is actually larger on the bot's computer computer. And what that means is is if you say, "Hey Bot, you record a video? Can you take a screenshot? Could you look at this stuff?" It's going to have a larger

3:58resolution display. It's good for the same reasons it would be good if you had a larger resolution display. The fidelity of the outputs are higher. Um and I've been playing around with some some screenshot applications for Grokbot. I think this could make a difference. So, faster responses from the computer, higher resolution on the Grokbot computer, and you'll notice that just in the product you just looks a little bit nicer if you ask for a

4:22screenshot and that sort of thing. It's a mouthful. I feel like, you know, I'm walking, I'm talking, there's a lot of stuff going on. Smaller one, but still important. Template and marketplace search in the chat. So, you can now ask your Grokbot to search for bot templates, publicly available templates, and our marketplace, and we'll return answers for you in this nice little

4:46template card. Nice quality of life improvement. And finally, we've got a bunch of other quality of life improvements that have already shipped. So, um I talked about some engineering-specific features last week. We also have uh a little PR hover preview. Whoa. I had to jump over like a little river there. Um so, if you hover the state the on a on a PR card that the bot returns to you, you're doing some engineering work, she's showing you a PR, you can get some nice little details out of that. Um there's a right-click menu for our routines, which means that, you know, you can drill into routine actions, save

5:24yourself a click or two. And then, this is my favorite part. We have internationalization support on Grokbot. We've always had that. We added five new languages, and I wanted to save something special for y'all this end of this video uh because I'm going to attempt to pronounce the languages that we support now in settings, languages.
