0:00We've spent $300,000 on AI tools to find the best ones to help you start a business, even if you've got no money in 2027. I'm joined by Sepha, an AI expert who teaches entrepreneurs how to turn their ideas into a business. Sepha, what are we going to learn today? We're going to learn four different levels of AI tools, and I honestly guarantee you, like, if you log into this video, this might be the most
0:20productive next 15 minutes of your life. And stick around for level four, because we're going to show you how to use AI that goes beyond your work to make your everyday life easier, too. In addition, if you can stay till the end and actually learn how to use these tools, we're giving up to a million US dollars away. Don't get left behind. Get ready to learn for free. So, what's the
0:37first level that people need to know? So, first we want to talk about easy-to-use AI personal assistants, because even today, we hear AI everywhere, but a large majority of the population still just isn't using it at all. Now, you might be thinking, "Why Why do I even care about personal assistants? Why should I use any of these?" And you're right, like, none of these are going to transform your business, but what it's going to do, it's going to save you time that you can
0:56then spend on your business. If you can use these tools to save you time, that time could be spent building your business. Exactly. Exactly. So, the way I would start is go ahead and look at your day and see where your time goes in your day, and start to think, like, can I have an AI take over these tasks that are taking up my time? And what I want to start off with is this tool called Instinct, and this is the easiest to use AI agent, because it's just a number that you text. So, it can do a lot of stuff for you just through text. It can
1:22book reservations for you. It can check into flights for you. It can help you with ideas. But, the downsides of Instinct is it's not the most powerful phone model, and you're limited to a text-based interface. It has access to a computer, so anything you can do on a computer, this can basically do for you. So, fun one I did today, I wanted to know what's the latest AI news, so that we can teach our audience, but I didn't want to go reading a news article, so I told it, "Can you make me a podcast of the most recent things that's happened today in AI and share it with me?" And
1:47we have that here. Hey Sepha, here's your AI news for Monday, October 5th. Big one first. OpenAI held its annual developer conference. So, Instinct will also te- you what's going on and sum it all up, sort of thing, in the day. Yeah. Exactly. It's not good as a business tool, but it's good as a personal agent that's going to help you do little
2:05things. Why wouldn't you use Muse or Grok Bot instead? And you could. Instinct's just easier, just through text. But, the next tool that we're actually going to talk about is Muse. So, the benefits of Muse is is actually a little bit stronger than Instinct. And because Muse is launched by Meta, it has integrations that no other AI tool has with Meta's apps like Instagram and WhatsApp. So, you can tell it like, "Hey, remember that Instagram post that I favorited earlier today? Can you pull it up for me?" And things like that, which no other tool out there can do right now. And another example of
2:31Muse is, are you hungry right now? Yep. Okay. Let's Let's test it out. Some chicken sound good? Or what food do you want? to use Muse to order some chicken. Let's order some chicken with Muse. I'm going to say, "Hey Muse, can you find the nearest place to my address right now and order me some chicken?" And hopefully we'll have some chicken pretty
2:45soon. Let's see what turns up. Okay. Again, Muse is free, right? So, that that's another thing. Exactly, yeah. Muse is offering a ton of free credits, and Instinct is also free, but a lot of tools going on next will be paid, like you mentioned. And then the third tool we're going to go into, also another personal AI assistant, is Grok Bot. Now, Grok Bot is a little bit more tailored towards businesses, and it's a little bit harder to set up, but it's also a stronger tool. With Muse and Instinct, it's one AI agent that you're
3:11chatting to. Grok Bot isn't like that. It's a team of AI agents. So, you can have different AI agents that are each specialized in something different, and have a one main agent that controls all of them. So, you can have a main agent CEO, and then you can have one optimizing your web page, you can have another marketing for you, another
3:26posting reels for you, things like that. This one costs money, on average 30 US dollars a month. Exactly, yeah. So, Grok Bot, the base plan is $30 a month, but honestly, even with that, you can't get much usage out of it. You're really going to need a couple hundred dollars to use Grok Bot
3:40properly. But, I I guess for the audience, like, how how how would they decide whether to use Muse, Instinct, or Grok Bot in this Yeah, in this case, I think if you haven't used any AI before, and you're just hopping into it, I would recommend checking out Instinct or Muse. If you want to go a little bit further and see how agent teams work and try to implement it in your business, that's
3:57when I would check out Grokbot. Yeah. So, what's Dot? That's the only one the other one, I think. Yeah, so Dot is great. It just launched. Most people still don't have access to it actually, but it's going to be a really great tool because out of all of these models we talked about, ChatGPT is the strongest model. And Dot is another personal AI assistant, but it uses ChatGPT's model, so that's going to be
4:14the strongest one. we spend to learn AI coming in the next few levels we're going to teach you. But, these AI assistants generally are free except Grokbot. Right, stage two. Here we're going to talk about the brains, platforms that are actually the brainpower behind most of the platforms. So, these foundational models are all a bit smarter than the previous personal AI assistants we used. So, these are the tools I would use to actually get your work done. The three that I think are most relevant to learn are ChatGPT, Claude, and Deep Seek. And you might be thinking like, I already know ChatGPT, I already know Claude. Maybe you don't
4:45know Deep Seek yet, but I want to go into which one you would use for what task. And the other thing is, I think most people are still using this on the web browser, where they pull up chat.openai.com and they type in their answers there. You want to use the desktop apps. The desktop apps are a lot more powerful because they have access to your full computer. They can take over your mouse and do things for you, and just in general it's going to be a
5:03much better experience. No one's really telling you this. You're using it on your phone, you think that's it. They're far more powerful on the desktop. Starting with Claude, Claude is the smartest model out there right now. Throughout the past year as well, Claude is typically number one, if not number two. If I had one question and my life depended on it, I'm going to Claude to ask it that question. Right. It's also extremely good at design, especially with the newest Opus 5.5 model that they launched. You can make crazy graphic animations that were not possible before. The downside of Claude is it's the most expensive one out of all of the
5:31tools, and their desktop app experience isn't as good as ChatGPT's, but it's getting better. Okay, the second one, and everybody knows this one, ChatGPT. So, ChatGPT has a really good web app, but a lot of people don't know that you can actually use ChatGPT to take over your computer, and you will literally see it pull up a mouse and go click on different things for you. So, let's say you're trying to set up like a HubSpot CRM or some new tool, and you don't know how the interface works at all. You no longer need to figure it out. I'm no longer clicking through tools ever. I
5:59just ask ChatGPT, "Hey, this is what I want to get done." And then it takes over my computer, goes and clicks through, and does what it needs. Additionally, ChatGPT has a really good image generation model. So, if you want to do any image generation, ChatGPT is great at that. Claude doesn't have image generation model. It also by far has the best voice model. And let's check it out together cuz it's gotten really in the past couple of weeks. So, I'm going to pull up ChatGPT here. Hey ChatGPT, we're making a video with Simon Squid. Do you
6:22want to say hi to our audience? Hi everyone. Excited to pop in. Huge shout-out to Simon Squid and to all of you out there building, learning, and pushing your ideas forward. So, you can see the voice model on ChatGPT is really good. The other thing is ChatGPT just released an ultra-fast mode on their $500 plan.
6:40All right. It's extremely expensive. Even if you're rich, this plan is super expensive and consumes your credits really fast. So, you can see what a standard one would take versus ultra-fast. So, they deliberately made it slower so that you want to use the expensive plan. [laughter] I don't think that's quite what they did. But, it's really impressive, the ultra-fast mode. Now, the downside of ChatGPT is that they recently doubled their prices as well. So, that's one thing you want to consider. And for the third one, we're going all the way to China, and we're talking about DeepSeek- V4.1 Flash. And this is actually the
7:09second most model used on OpenRouter. This one has shocked the world because they built it at a fraction of cost of ChatGPT. Hit the news everywhere. Not only did they build it at a fraction of the cost, it's 15 times cheaper than Claude to use for us consumers, right? So, it's 15 times cheaper than Claude and 2.4 times faster than Claude as well. But, it's about 75% the quality of what Claude would give you. What I would use DeepSeek for is if you go to make your own app, sometimes the costs can really eat at you if you have a lot of users. So, on the back end of your app,
7:40you might want to use DeepSeek as a model. Where's my chicken, by the way? The next level, supercharging AI tools. This is an area that I found probably the most fascinating. The tools I'm using, like WhisperFlow we're about to talk about in a minute, have been game-changing for my life. Yeah, this is where most of the wins come in, to be honest. We're going to take one of the AI tools that we previously talked about and put all of these supplementary tools around them to really get the most effectiveness out of it. Starting with WhisperFlow, and this is honestly the number one tip I can give anyone watching in this entire
8:07video. If you take in nothing else away, please start talking to your computer instead of typing into it. We talk about four times faster than we type. And not only that, the biggest problem people have with AI when it doesn't work is they're not giving it enough context. They don't tell the AI enough about what they want it to do, and then it fails, and then they come back saying like this AI is not good, why doesn't it work? A lot of times, that's because you go to type it and there's less going on when you type. But when you talk, you have your stream of consciousness going and
8:34you can just talk to it like it's a person, tell it exactly what you want, and your results will be a lot better. AI, if you want it to be effective for you, people need to give it context and information. Yeah. Which I know a lot of people are scared to do cuz they think maybe AI is going to then have all this information on them and be used against them, but I think you have to look at the companies behind the businesses and founders behind the businesses and see if they can be trusted. But ultimately, if you want them to be effective, these tools to be effective, you have to give it
8:58information. Yeah. Yeah, 100%. There is risks, but there's also so much reward on the other end as well, and you have to make that decision for yourself. The next one is you want to use some sort of meeting notes tool. Granola is a good one. WhisperFlow also does this. What What these allow you to do is just when you go into your meetings, it remembers everything, and then when you want to
9:14chat with it later, it has that context. Again, the theme here is going to be giving your AI more context. Following up on that, three tools that most people use, any sort of communication tool, it might be Slack for you, it might be Gmail, and wherever you store most of your data, whether it's Google Docs, whether it's Notion, these are all connectors that you can put into your AI, and you want to make sure you do
9:33that. By the way, a lot of these tools do cost money. This might be a good time for me to mention that we're giving away up to a million US dollars to people starting a business. 181 people will get 5,000 US dollars and one person will get 100,000 US dollars. But probably more important than that, we're giving four weeks free training, no catch, to you to help you start a business. And all you have to do is go and click the link down below and
9:56sign up and I'll see you there. Another really cool one is HeyGen. So this is probably the leading AI and video generation tool out there and it can do all sorts of things. What's your favorite animal? Probably a tiger. Boom, you're a tiger now. I want to be a a Dream Brew can. I'll be the other color can. [snorts] Perfect. Now I'm not generally a big fan of just putting AI slop out there, but if you have a creative direction, HeyGen can be great for helping you achieve that. With AI video generation, it can get really expensive. You might spend over $100 on one video, so you just have
10:29to be careful with that one, depending on the model that you're using. I think our chicken's here. Bring it, bring it. How are you doing? Good, thanks. Thank you so much. Oh, wow, here it is. Did Did you know, by the way, did you know this was AI that this order? AI made this order, no you don't know. Oh,
10:42okay. Thank you so much. See you, bye. See, no one knows it's AI that it was AI. All right. Go ahead. Wow, it's actually chicken. Nice. It is cheap chicken. It is cheap That That's what I asked you. Chicken. Well, look at AI AI Look at that tiny little baby one and a massive one. I I
11:05blame AI. But what Where's the quality control? How are people going to know in the future that this is not AI? You know, even what we've done here. May- Maybe it is. Is this chicken or is it beef? I think it's chicken. Okay, let's get back to teaching people about the other tools. Another little fun one is Suno and Suno can generate really good AI music for you. Some people listen to AI music now and they don't even know it and they think it's great. So I've generated a dreamer AI music video, maybe you can
11:31give it a ranking. I'll give it a ranking. Dream walking down the
11:45[music] The hook's The hook's good. I can see it. I can see it working, yeah. Also, ChatGPT and Claude can generate motion graphics for you, too. So, I've put up on screen two versions of the same prompt. You can see how much better Claude is at generating this than ChatGPT. I'd love to know what you guys think. Put A or B. Do you think Claude's better or ChatGPT's better on the animation
12:09side? And then, this next tool, I'mma be honest, this is my tool. So, OneKit is your tool? OneKit's my tool. Okay. So, I'm not a shareholder in this yet, but just to let you know. So, OneKit is a all-in-one tool for founders and small businesses. And what it does is kind of all of the tools that we talked about, it brings it into OneKit, so you can just hop into an AI
12:27tool and start building your business. And what it actually does is it creates an AI clone of you. So, I have AI me over here, AI Simon over here. And what this allows is when you're working on teams, communication sometimes becomes a big blocker. With this, I can ask your mini-me when you're out of the office, I'll ask Simon's AI clone, "Hey, what did Simon do today? Did he end up
12:45posting that video he was supposed to?" And it just makes communication and moving a lot faster. actually roll this out with my team. We've got 65 people on the team. We should all see how this works. That would be awesome. What I think is great about something like this, it and this is something for you guys to also learn. Once you understand how all these tools work, you'll see the gaps. You'll see the opportunities. And that's what you've done. You've experienced all these tools, you play around with them all, you know everything about them, and
13:06you've seen the gap, right? Exactly, exactly. It was for your audience that we talked about this, and I saw them trying to stitch up together different tools, and then costing a lot for them. So, we're like, "Let's build OneKit where they can launch." If people want to use this, how do they Yeah, we can we put a link in the bio
13:20where they can check it out? Sure. The final level, I think this one is being overlooked right now. You're probably hearing about some of these things, but I don't think people fully understand the opportunity or what they really do. So, go ahead. Physical tools. Now, it's still early on, but I think the biggest theme of AI going into this next year is going to be the physical. So, these Meta Glasses were really like the first physical AI that came out, and they're under development. It doesn't connect to Muse yet, but it will soon. I think what's really big is over this next year, we're going to see a ton more hardware
13:48products come out which integrate with these AIs and make our lives a lot easier. And if you want to stay relevant to what's going on, you can sign up to my newsletter down below, and we'll make sure you're informed before anybody else about what is happening. And folks like Sefu who come on my channel sharing knowledge, I'll make sure their knowledge is in that newsletter. The
14:03link's down below. So, the Meta Glasses, the cameras are a concern, but it's great in the way that you can chat with your AI through this. So, they don't have integration with Muse yet, but they do have some AI that you can talk to. But, it gives you the camera, it lets you talk to your AI, it even does live subtitles on the better versions of these. So, that's one. So, the second one, and this one's a little more useful is the pocket recorder, and we talked about granola being able to take meeting notes for you, but that's only when you're online. When you're in person,
14:30what you can do is you can carry this around, it snaps to the back of your phone, and you just press this button when you want to do a recording. And this is great cuz then you can take the transcript of that recording, upload it onto your computer, it that happens automatically, and now your AI can chat
14:43with the transcript. I've been at events where people are using these, and they're recording what I'm saying, and then they transcribe it into their life and make action what Simon said. Again, we're not owners in these companies, we're just sharing with you what we see that's working right now. And then the last one, and this is my favorite one. I've been wearing it this whole time is the Pebble Ring. So, what I really like about this device is it doesn't need to get charged. It lasts for 2 years, and all it is is a little button, and you can talk to it and take notes with it. So, I can say, "Hey,
15:11remind me to send a thank you to Simon after this video." And it'll save for me here, and I can send it to it later. You can also activate your agent straight through here. So, I can be like, "Hey, can you order me some more chicken?" Simon ate it all. going to Not going to let you have this
15:23ring. Let me let me talk to your agent. Yeah, go ahead. Is this a security problem because it won't Yes. Yes. Cuz it won't know it's not you. Yes. So I can tell your agents to do something if I see that on your finger. If I lose this ring, it would be very very bad for me. I think it's an interesting thing to also talk about downside a little bit for audiences. That That is a problem cuz I can steal your ring and tell your AI agents to transfer all your money to
15:43me. Yeah. This is why when you're setting up your AI as well, you can choose the level of risk you want to take on. So I can say, "Hey, if you're ever going to send money, make sure you text me first and I have to approve it." So you want to make sure you set up the permission layer so that it's only the amount of risk you want to take on. Cool. And
15:58that's all the AI tools for today.
