0:00- You just seem like you wanna ask something or say something. No. Why not? Good. Hmm? You don't look good. Oh my God. - Thank you. - You look good, but not good. What's going on? Nothing. I don't believe you. Hey.

0:18Hey. - What's going on? - Nothing. - No. - If I ever saw a liar,

0:29you are not good at it. - No, probably not. - Oh, it's bubbling up. I see it. Oh, the emotions. Oh, you hate it. Your ego hates it. - I do. I don't like attention on me at all. Why? Because I'm good. - You are. This burden you don't want anyone to see. Yeah.

0:49- Why? I'm good. - No, you're not. - I am sorry. Don't. - Yes. I've seen so much bubble up. What is, what's your name? If you feel comfortable saying - That? Carrie. - Carrie, can I meet you? You? No, no, no, no. I'm meeting the liar. Fake front of you? Yeah. The terrible liar. Who should have practiced her

1:13lying. Much better. - I should have. Yes. I didn't. I know.

1:19- I wanna see the version of you that's screaming emotionally inside, that's trying to pierce through your eyes and you're stuffing her down. - Yeah, - I see her. I see you. How does that feel being seen? You can't hide.

1:40Wow. - Yeah. I'm good. - Nope. How do you feel about you?

1:51- I feel good mostly - Right now. - Right now. Good. Right at this moment. I'm good. - No. - Yeah.

2:02- Yes. I'm good. What's so bad about saying you're not, why do you have to hide that?

2:13- Good question. I'm, I'm, I'm good in the sense I'm, I'm alive. I'm good. I'm here. - Thriving. Sad. Sad. Why?

2:32No, none of that. Let her out. Let her up. No, no, no. You're supposed stay down - Saycause. It won't stop. So I - Don't give a fuck. - I do. - I'm running the event. There's no time. It won't stop. Great. Let's see how long it lasts. Let's stay here all night. I'll miss my flight tomorrow for you. I swear.

2:50If it doesn't stop, I will stay the entire time.

2:56And I mean it.

3:03- Why can't you let her out? Why can't you feel this? - Because it's every day for it's five years. - Have you allowed yourself to feel it or have you hated yourself feeling it? - I feel it, but I feel it every day. So - Awesome. No. Why? That's so harsh. - I know. That's my mom. - Why can't you fall in love with this? 'cause

3:28- My mom will not come back. - Well, true. And I'm sorry to hear about that. But why are you fighting these fucking feelings? - 'cause I would cry every day, all day. - So why don't you? - 'cause I can't work crying. - What do you do for work? - Run a pharmacy.

3:51- You can cry. - Yeah. But then they ask questions. - Just tell 'em.

3:58Do you cry outside of that? - Hmm? - Do you cry outside of that? Outside of - Work? Yes. Oh yeah. I do. - But do you love it when you cry outside of that? - I do, but I, it doesn't stop. I could just cry and cry. - Awesome. And that - Feels good. But then I'll just

4:11cry and cry and cry. - So do it. So this is the first subtlety, and we'll talk about this with letting go, is that you need to fall in love with what you're feeling. Part of falling in love with what you're feeling also means if this were to last forever. Yes. Say right now we're talking.

4:33Say one of my daughters came to me and was crying full. Like really sad. Okay. Should I hug her? Yes. Yes. Okay. Now say I'm hugging her and she's crying. She's like, oh, this is going on. This is going on. And what if after a minute, so I'm hugging her, right? I'm like, look, see everyone. I'm hugging her. If after a minute I look at her

4:54and I say, will question for all of you. Will this help or hurt? I look at her in the eyes and I say, are you done yet? It's been a minute. Are you done? I've hugged you for a minute. How much more do you want? Would it hurt or help? Hurt. Hurt. Hurt.

5:15If I cry, it'll keep going. It's, it's been hours. Are you done yet? It's been weeks. Are you done yet? Well, no wonder she keeps crying. You never give her the space to fully feel without that timeline like that. That deadline like done. Yeah. And it's one of those kind of catch 20 twos.

5:34You wanna let go of the thing. You gotta be okay feeling that forever. If there's any ounce of you resisting it, it'll persist. And it's really hard to do. It's not easy. But you have to fully fall in love with what you're feeling and say the universe or God came to you, said, you will feel this

5:50- Forever. - Your reaction should be like, yes, I'm here. That's your inner screaming out inside. - I do. Sometimes I think I love it. 'cause it means I loved her so much that she was amazing. - But it's, don't make it about her. It's you now with yourself. I know that's true. The one feeling, the hurt

6:10and the crying is your child inside. And you keep saying like, enough, do you have children? Okay, imagine you did. That's your kid. And your kid also lost her. And your kid is flipping out and you're telling your kid like, oh, it's been enough. It's been long enough. Stop grieving. Harsh. Well, don't

6:38feel it. If you don't fucking feel it. It'll run you. And you're allowed to feel it. There's nothing wrong with feeling it. It's healthy and good to feel it. It doesn't make you weak. It doesn't make you bad. It means nothing. It actually makes you strong, brave, and authentic. - I feel like it should be over it.

7:03- I feel like that my daughter should be over it too. She's still crying. She's fucking over it yet. - But it's only an hour. That's five years. - Well, she's been crying for, from her perspective, it's been five years too. Come on. What more do you want? I've hugged you for the past hour.

7:22She'll never feel better if I do that every single time. Same here. Every time it comes up, you're like, fuck, come on. We've already dealt with you. This poor inner kid.

7:35What about being one, loving her and being proud of her? If I showed up, say back to the example with my daughter and say, I show up on stage with her everyone, and she's bawling, crying. And I'm like, like for some other reason, some random reason. And I'm like, oh, go stand behind that whiteboard.

7:52They don't wanna see her tears. What would you say? What would you think of me? - You're not a nice person. - Okay. Ditto. Yeah. Versus my kid's. Sad. This is my kid. I love her and I'm proud of her. Take it or leave it. Yeah. The whole motion before you're like, no, no, that's like me.

8:16No, back there. Back there. Don't let 'em see your sad ass face versus This is me. I always joke with clients you've heard of, take your child to workday. Take your inner child to workday. Take your inner child with you every single second of the day. Here's my child. So good to meet you, parent and child.

8:43- Good to meet you. - Are you proud of your child? - I am. - Hmm. Do a little look around. Let them all see your child. Like stand up. Stand up and look at 'em. Are you ashamed? Get behind there. Do my back. - No, no, no, no. I just don't need to stand up. - I'm good. You're right. I need to hide my

9:00kid back there too. No, but why not? - Because I'm good. - You just stuffed her down again. You did the same motion. I'm good. I'm good. My gosh. Stop abusing her. - Why you so good at this? Me? Yeah. - Because I know what it's like. That's it. I'm, I'm good at this. 'cause I know what it's like. I get you. I see you. And that's why it's like, no,

9:27you're not going back there. 'cause I did. And still occasionally do the same. And I need people do that to me too. That's the thing. It's like, I also need people to call me out. Anytime you think you're above that, you're done. - Yeah. - So I'm calling that part of you out. I'm calling you to step up and be a good parent, which I know you

9:46are, and you've always been. And you can do it. Stand up. Oh my gosh. Oh man. I know. - Stand up now. Before things start getting intense here. 10:32here too. I'm gonna, you can hold this even so we can really capture your proud child. Yeah. That's pretty cute. Here. You can hold this up. - Okay. - Okay. Gimme a second. I just need to rest my legs. Take it away. Oh, oof. That's a lot of eyes staring right at you. What's that?

10:57- There is a lot. - You liking it? - Not really. No. - We're all getting to see you. The lights are really showing every detail about you. - I bet. Yeah. All the good stuff. Yeah. - Yeah. What's bad? - Nothing - Good. - Absolutely nothing. - Why are you acting like there is? - Because I am, don't like being up here, but

11:17- You're acting like a guilty person. - Guilty. Hey. - Like you're hiding this dirty secret that these lights will expose. - No, I don't have any dirty secrets, that's for sure. - So why You're not chilling? - I'm chilling. - Nope.

11:36- Just me and my baby. - Yep.

11:42- I am not crying. That's good. Is it? Yeah, because I just cried so I feel better. Yeah. - But - But - What do you need someone to tell you?

12:06- Just that I am probably, I am worthy. - Okay. - Yeah. - Before I do, why do you think you're not,

12:21why do you need someone to convince you you are not - That I'm not worthy or that I am worthy. - That you're not not worthy. - Oh, that I'm not, not worthy.

12:33I just know I, I don't really need someone to convince. I know I'm worthy. Deep down. I, I, of - Course, but, but gimme, no, I don't, I don't want the the right answer. Gimme the real. Why does a part of you think you're not, why do need to hear from someone else? - I would say probably because,

12:53- Yep. - Yeah. I'm overweight, probably. - Yeah. Oh my gosh. - People. That's all they see. Yeah. Ha. I know, I know. It's interesting.

13:09- Is that all that you are? - No. Deep down. No. - Are you really ashamed of - That? Why? 'cause, because it's just, you always, when you're overweight, you're bullied your whole life about it. - True. Very true. - So you don't get away from it, right? Like you just, every That's, - Well, you're away from it in this moment.

13:35I don't see anyone bullying you now. - Well, they can have their thoughts inside them though. - Okay. Lemme try everyone judge her weight right now. Don't say it, but judge it and think it and look it.

13:51Stop. Did you change? - No. I'm still. - So why are you giving us all that power? We don't have it. - I know, but it's just out there. - Oh, man. - Yeah. - What about This is me. - Yeah. I know. This is me though. - Okay. Your baby's now overweight. Should we trash this baby? It's a really obese baby.

14:17- No. - Ugh. I'm sorry. You have such a fat baby. Can we get rid of it? It's, let me take it. It it's gross. It's, it's like way too big. - Yeah. - Should we hide it back there? We don't want people to see it, right? - Well, no, because - It's cute. It's worthless.

14:31- It's baby. It's - Cute. I wish it wasn't as obese. - No. - Do you agree? - No, because he's cute. My baby's cute.

14:44- So when did you forget that about you? - I don't know. A long time ago. - Why does the baby deserve it? But not you? - 'cause I'm not a baby - Human. Human. - No, but I'm not a baby. - So it's only, okay. At what age does it change? At what age should we trash this kid?

15:02- Probably about 10. - 10? - Yeah. - Fat. Little 10-year-old. Trash it now. It just grew. - Hey, - What's up mom? I'm 10. - Yeah. No, no, we don't do that. - But you said 10. Okay. What age then? At what age can I kick this baby to the curb? - You don't kick him to the curb.

15:20- You just kicked yourself to the curb. - Well, - So why do you deserve it? Not this baby, - Baby. I don't know. I don't, - Okay. What do you have that it doesn't have? What makes it so special? - Cute. It's cute. - No, it's fat, - But it's cute still. - What about you? - Yeah.

15:38You could still be cute and fat. Of course. Of course you can. - Okay. Let's just say it's ugly and fat though. - Yeah. That's the, - Let's say it's so gross. - Like, I, I don't think I'm ugly though. - Good. - So it's different. - What do you think? - I just think I'm overweight.

15:53- Okay. Really overweight. What do you think people think of you when they see that? Or you - That I'm overweight. - What do they think? Gimme the mental dialogue project. - Yeah. That - I'm walking down the street. I see you. What am I - Thinking? That I don't look after myself. That I'm a s slob.

16:06That I just eat, eat, eat. Whew. Yeah. - Jeez. I don't, - But - Yeah. That's weird. I did not think that at all. Well, here's this slopy little baby. Just eats, eats, eats. Doesn't look after itself. Can I now trash it? - Well, no. - It's, it's a sloppy little baby. Just want, like, do you have any food? Uber eats. Uber Eats. - I'm just saying that, that, that that's

16:28what people think of me. - Yeah. That's what I think of this baby. - Yeah, but you don't kick them. - So why are you kicking you inside? You can't be hypocritical. You can't kick you and say, don't kick this baby. If you kick you, I kick this baby. Simple as that. - Fair. - Unless you stop kicking.

16:44You wouldn't tell me why you should stop kicking you. And why should not kick this baby? - Because I, I'm a good person. I'm - Baby too. - Yeah. So that's why we're not gonna kick it. We might put it down, but we - So stand in the middle. Put your arms out and say, look at

17:00- Me. Oh, no. - Okay. Well, I'll kick this baby then. Oh my God. Stop. - Don't kick him. - You can choose like, - Okay, look at me. - No, but I want you to like own like a slow look at me. No. And then like, full on body jiggle. Or I kick this baby.

17:17- Oh, wow. We're going there. Hey. - Yep. - Oh, okay. Okay. Do you think you - No. We're get us Zoom in. I wanna zoom in. Stop. Zoom in. Up close. - Okay. So what do you want me to do again? You want me to go like this? - To own you? This is me proudly and not hide.

17:37I want, have you seen the movie 300? - No. - It's like, this is Sparta. I want, this is me. Some over the top. You like this? Say that. You like this. You want some of this? That, - That's what you want me to - Do? Yeah. With the closeup? - No, - The baby's here. Three, two. You don't have to, but I can. But if you

18:00don't, I'll kick the baby up to you. Three, two. - Okay. Can I just like, - Nope. You want some of this? Yeah. - Yeah. You want, - Yeah. With the nole. You like this? You want that? Yeah. More but louder and more confident. Like free. - But I am

18:28language. - Yeah, they are. You're the center of attention. Tens of thousands are looking at you too.

18:41- Okay. - You can do it. - Just this slow motion thing. Like, okay. Look at me. - Cockier. - That was good. That was really good on my part. - It was more, it's, it's like, this is my child. Look at me.

19:11- But they are looking at me. - Yeah. Then let 'em see you. - Okay. Look at me. - 20 times louder. No. All right. No baby. We're gonna have to kick you. Come on, - Look at me. - That was two times louder. I want 20 at a zero. Where this baby is gone. - Can I just say, here I am or something. Instead of saying me

19:34- 20 times louder. And look at me. Here I am. Look at me. I've arrived. - You keep adding things. - Yeah. - Okay. - Yeah. - Here I am. Look at me. I've arrived. That was pretty good. - Was good. I'm Nope, nope, nope. No. It was good until you said, oh, that was pretty good.

20:02Stay with it. Don't like, don't diffuse and deflect it. Yes, you can. You are fucking worthy. You're acting like someone, like it's no different than if I saw a human acting like a snake on the floor. Like sl like, I'm like, what are you doing? Stand up. Stand up. You're not acting like you. I'm like, what? What are you doing? You're so cool and badass

20:23and awesome and worthy. Yet you're acting like this. Like, - Yeah. - What the fuck? - Yeah, - It's true. Wake up. Look at me.

20:36Yeah. Remember? - Okay, here I am. Look at me - Again. Here I am. Look at me. Here I - Am. Look at me - Even more. Look at this. - I've arrived. - I've arrived. - Look at this. - Say louder. I've arrived. - I've arrived. - Do you like it? - Do you like it? - Take it Or leave it.

20:59- Take it or leave it. - Yeah. Louder. One last time. Take it or leave it. Take it or leave it. Give her a hand. Everybody. Yes.

21:13No, let it land. Asking it. You can put the phone down too. Keep it personal. Yeah. Look at that. Look, we didn't have to trash this baby. - No, I don't. No, of course not. - Do you want to love yourself unconditionally? - I would love to. - You swear. You really - Do. Yes, I do. That's

21:32what my mom gave me. And that's what I want. - Do you wanna know the secret? Loving yourself unconditionally. Everybody. What does that mean? - No conditions, good and bad. - No conditions good and bad. Alright. When can you start practicing loving yourself unconditionally. Acceptance. Okay. Exactly. Loving yourself means unconditionally. Means you're gonna love yourself regardless of

21:58how you look. No. - Yeah. - Otherwise you, it will never be unconditional. - Yeah. It's true. - Okay. Well that means loving yourself. Even if you put on more weight. - Yes. - Yep. Yes. Loving yourself if you lose weight. - Yes. - Yes. That's unconditional. Yes. It doesn't matter what the scale says,

22:15you must love yourself the exact same amount. - Yes, it's true. - So fall in love with this. - Yeah. - I always joke, but there's a deep point to it. Do you play video games? Have you ever played video games? - I do. Yeah. I have. - Have you played Red Dead Redemption too?

22:33- No. - Okay. Well, you can look up a video on YouTube. Red Dead Redemption too. And search character puts on weight. - Okay. - You can do this. You can go into a saloon. It's a cowboy game. And you can order steak and drink. And if you just do like eat, eat, eat, eat, eat. You'll see the character put on tons of weight

22:52and just be an obese character. - Okay. - Do you think that's a downside to the game? - Yes. - No, it's a feature. They use this to sell the game. People buy it to experience what it's like to play a fat character. - Oh wow. - It's awesome. Are you kidding me? Are you not curious what it's

23:11like to see if you're fr like, oh yeah. Let's see what happens if I eat all the stakes. Whoa. He walks like this now. It's awesome. - Okay, sure. That's good. Yeah. - Beautiful. Same here. - Yeah. Fair. - You complaining about yourself is like me complaining about my character in that video game.

23:29Ugh. That character put on a little bit more pounds today. Hate it. Hate this game. I can't stand this game of this character. I only like this character when it lost X amount of pounds. What'd you tell me? - That's ridiculous. But - Ditto. You're playing the same game. You're playing the same experience.

23:48And what's life? It's an experience. Why are we so obsessed with the fucking character? That doesn't mean don't be healthy, obviously, by all means be healthy, but love yourself every step of the way. - But if you're overweight, doesn't mean you're not healthy. - That too. Still be healthy. But love yourself then too.

24:04- I know. - Make you the goal. You should look at yourself in the mirror. Close off. Not sucking anything in dead in the eye. I love myself. And the cringle experience. That's what you let go of. - Yeah, I do practice that. - Do you feel it though? Or you like - Yes.

24:19I practice it. I try. - Then you need to learn how to let go. - Yeah, I know. - And fall in love with you. - I know. - And you're more than your looks. And whoever too. As we talked about a bit before too, it's like whoever, like if you're, if you're looking for someone to be like, whoa, you're amazing looks,

24:39no one's gonna find that in your looks. Who here has been in a long-term relationship, let's just say over a couple years? Anyone been in a relationship longer than two years? What? About five years? 10 years. Beautiful. 10 years. Like, well, you came up before. When you think of your husband, do you think is the first thing that comes to mind?

24:59His looks? No. No. It's the person he is. You've been together so long. You know everything. Like you know so much about each other. The looks is just the initial thing. But it doesn't matter what someone looks like, how attractive they are. Spend time with them. You get used to the looks. It becomes your comfort zone.

25:16It's the same as if I get a new phone. Look everybody, it's the new iPhone. Fast forward a few months, this whole thing. - I know - That the same applies with who you're into, by the way. It's like they're so beautiful. Oh, then you start dating. You're like, okay, they're just a human like me.

25:31And then you're left with the person. And that's a true test. You love the person beyond just the looks. - Yeah. - Same here. You're just obsessed with this. The cover. Yeah. And you have an awesome cover. - Thank - You. And there are people who are gonna be all about it, but they will never be about it.

25:44If you're not about it first. - I know. - You better be the biggest fan of you. You better get so turned on by yourself. - Yeah. - That when you have sex, you're not even looking at your partner. You have a mirror in your eyeing yourself. That's self love. I'm - Above my bed.

26:01- There you go. Yeah. And be proud. This is you. There's nothing you can change in this moment. I know. So you can not, nothing I can do to change this baby in this moment. No. So you only have a simple choice. Love and embrace you or resist and reject you.

26:19Last test. You know it's coming. Predict - The scream. Yeah. - You did it. Scream as loud as you physically can. - But I already did that. I'm here rah thing. Like, I thought that was pretty good. - People aren't tolerating you don't worry. You're saying, well, they already tolerated that. You're asking them to tolerate more.

26:43You're not to be tolerated. - Yes. - I'm no. This babys meant to just be toler. No, no, no. It's meant to be tolerated. - Just a cute baby. - Yeah. The way you feel here is how I feel about you. And you just said that. I wanna grab you the same way and say don't.

26:58What are you doing?

27:02- It's there. Okay. I'm - Gonna, you can keep it

27:09- Screaming. Right?

27:13- Embrace or reject. The choice is yours. That's it. Don't overcomplicate it. That. Embrace or reject.

27:23- Yeah. It's harder when you're up here to do that. That's what she said. Yeah.

27:31- Oh, the resistance. You're rejecting, you're resisting. I know. Surrender. This is you. This is your kid. These are these aspects of you be with them. - But I don't feel like Screaming's being with them, though - Screaming will not heal you at all. Yeah. But it's a test to see how free you are. Mm. Just 'cause I say scream doesn't mean you have

27:50to scream all the time. But it means that you should easily be able to, which, the same with being loud. When you hear me talk about, say, being charismatic, being charismatic doesn't mean being loud. But it means if I wanted to, I could. It's kind of like how people talk about, say fighting. It's like if you know how to fight, you don't have to fight.

28:08But people will just sense it. That's charisma. The difference between say quiet, not charismatic and quiet. Charismatic is someone who's quiet and charismatic is choosing to be quiet. But if they want it to be loud, they could someone who's quiet but not charismatic. They're quiet. 'cause they have to be quiet. They can't be loud. So here it's a test. Hey, if we brought my daughter's up here, we're like,

28:32scream bad. They'd be all about it. Yeah. And yet as adults were like, the scream defines my identity and everything about me. It's the biggest test of all time. They're like, who cares? It's a scream. - Yeah. But - Don't make it mean something as a scream. Who cares when you stop? When did you start taking a scream?

28:49So seriously. - I feel honestly, because I'm gonna be judged on the screen. - You will. But you'll be judged regardless. Surrender. Love it. - I don't like to be judged. - Say Judge me, everybody judge me. - I don't like people judging me. - Well, I don't like that. It's not raining. Pink elephants.

29:08- Okay. - You're forever gonna be judged. - It's true. - The only way to not be judged is well, yes and no to completely isolate yourself from the world. But even then you'll be judged by you. - Yeah. - But other people, like, why are you, why can't they judge you? - I don't know. - Are they, are they not free

29:27to think good things about you and bad things about you too? Yeah. And they not criticize you. - They can, but - So give 'em the freedom. - I don't like knowing that that's happening. - Why? - I I, I don't know. I just, I don't like knowing it. - Why? You're not a fucking slave to them.

29:43- I know. I know. - And just 'cause they think that doesn't mean it's true. - I know that too. - You're not acting like you do. - I I, I know it logically - To lean into it.

29:59Or I'm gonna get them all to boo you and we'll see what comes up. - I think that'd be better - Than no, than we're doing the scream, the finale. You're done after this. You're losing people. Let 'em judge that scream. Everybody. I want you to rate it on a scale of one to 10

30:16- Can be quiet. - YouTube as well. Scale of one to 10 in the comments. - It's gonna be quiet though. - Don't talk yourself down like that. Say it's gonna be epic. Epic. And do - You epic scream. - It's gonna be authentic. Surrender. Don't force. Let go. Ah. Good. More. More. No. Really good? Yes. Ah, good.

30:41Now put your body into it. I don't, that was my body. Come on. There's so much more there. Let her out. Let this kid out. Ah. Now even more. There's so much more. I want it from the gut. You said what? No, you're doing this little pretty ballerina scream. I want the gut. I want the beast scream. Let it out.

31:04Ah. Okay. Gimme a growl. Now go. Come on. Ah. Come on. Louder. Yes. More three. Ah, no. Jump up three times. 'cause you'll love that. Yeah. Yep, yep, yep, yep. I know your ego hates it. Let's do three jumps. 1, 2, 3. Ah, better. There's a little bit more. Oh, you know, you not, are you not loving this? This is awesome. We're letting her out. It's great. I

31:31- Don't love it. - It's awesome. It's so good. Yes. All right. You ready to jump up and down some more? I love, love this. Yeah. Yeah. Say This is me. You like this. - You like it. - Yeah. 3, 2, 1. Ah. Give her a hand. Don't you dare walk off yet. Almost dead now. By the way. That scream was 10 out to 10.

31:55But there's so much more in the tank. I won't do now. Don't worry. But there's so much more. Okay. That's a representation of your greatness. You're showing up like the first little scream. Oh, well you're showing up like, first of all, like no scream. I'm the, I can't scream. Oh, that's me. There's so much more in there.

32:12- Yeah. - There's so much more in you. Stop hiding it. - Yes, you're right. I know. You're right. - Don't fucking forget it. - Okay. Thank you. - You mean it. - I do mean it. Of course. I mean it - Good. Yes. And in your vibe. Very. - I thought you were gonna, I thought you were. I.

32:31No, I'm gonna hold it the rest of the whole time then. - Good. Yeah. - You don't get it back. - Good. Any last words to the world? - Thank you. - Well give them a message. What if someone right now watching this, which I would bet my life on, resonates with you and is thinking she is me.

32:53I feel you. I understand your struggle. I struggle with it too. What? What would you tell her that's you? - That you need to love yourself. No matter what. You look on the outside. You need to - Why? - Because you'll feel better. You'll feel better. People will know the real you because you're not hiding thinking

33:18that this is all they see. - Is it something that's a negative that you must love and embrace or a positive? Is it a feature? - Yeah. You. You should love and embrace it. Of course. Yes. Yes. Love and embrace yourself no matter what's on the outside. - What about judgment?

33:44- Does it matter? If people will judge you, it's what's in here.

33:53Yeah. Good. For sure. - Well, from me to you. Yes. Massive respect. - Thank you. - From going from no to up here screaming. How badass. - Yeah. That was interesting. Good. Good. Interesting though. For me, - It was awesome. - Thank you. - And personally for me. To you. Yeah. Until you mention it. There's not a single part of me that looked at the weight or cared about the

34:20weight. And that I fucking mean. - Thank you. - If, if I did, I'd say, oh yeah. Definitely. First thing I noticed. Not at all. - Thank you. - We tend to be around our own insecurities. So obsessed with them. 'cause we know 'em. It's our insecurities. But because we're so obsessed with them, we project that into other people thinking that they're

34:38so obsessed with them too. - Yeah. - But that's the love. Yeah. No one cares except for you. Me. Now that doesn't mean some people are gonna be not okay with it. Like, oh, not for me. But that's okay too. - I know. - 'cause there are people who are, will be. So you filter through. Yeah. Delio. Delio.
