This is the full transcript of These 7 AI Hacks Make Me So Productive (it feels illegal), published on YouTube by Jack Delosa. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00These seven AI hacks have made me so productive it honestly feels illegal. If you're still new to AI or you're stuck doing everything the slow way, this is going to feel like a superpower. I've spent my career building 8 figure companies. I've helped three and a half thousand founders to do the same. Today I have a team of 80 people and we help founders use AI like a genius without needing to be one. None of this needs
0:24code. None of it needs expensive tools. [music] And the last one took some real guts for me to put on camera. Starting with number one. Your favorite creator who is an expert on a topic probably has hundreds of videos they've put online. Years of their best thinking spread across countless hours of videos that would take you forever to watch. And it's not easy to search for exactly what you want. So I cloned my favorite experts brain in 5 minutes. I loaded their entire catalog of video into an AI and now I ask it anything I want so I can essentially chat with that expert anytime. The tool is called Notebook LN
1:07made by Google and it's completely free. But here's the mistake almost everyone [music] makes. If you paste the channel link straight into Notebook LM, it only reads the channel page. It won't actually pull the videos in. But there's a free extension that [music] fixes that. It pulls every video in and will then answer your questions from the database of videos citing the exact video and the exact moment that it came from. You can even turn the whole channel into a podcast for your next walk or your next gym session if you
1:40[music] want to. So, here are the steps. Number one, go to the Chrome web store and add the YouTube to Notebook LM extension. Two, go to your favorite YouTube channel and open the channel's video tab. Three, you're going to want to scroll down to ensure that every single video is loaded. If every video
2:00isn't loaded, it won't import them all. Number four, [music] scroll back to the top. All you do is click the notebook LM button in the top right hand corner of the page. Give it a name and then number five, you can start asking it anything in Notebook LM. So now you have immediate searchable access to any content on the planet. But hack two is going to show you how to get ahead with your own content. Your best content will come from your lived experience and what you're actually working on. Meaning your best ideas should come to you while you're working, but they don't because
2:38you're focused on doing the thing. You're not thinking about making content. There's a hidden setting that turns every AI chat into a content machine. This is the exact prompt that I use to do this. I run insert your type of business and [music] I create content for insert your audience in every conversation. Watch for contentw worthy moments from either of us. And so this is important because you're saying to Claude, you don't want it to just use
3:04the content that comes from you. Occasionally Claude might say something insightful that may make brilliant content for your audience. So we're asking it to watch for contentw worthy moments from either of us. A question my audience would ask, an analogy that lands, a contrarian take, a lesson from a problem we solve, or [music] a story mentioned in passing. When you spot one, finish the task first, then flag it at the end with content idea as the heading, plus a oneline hook and the platform that it suits. Never interrupt the work to do this. [music] One of the
3:36keys here is the timing rule inside it. Finish the task first, [music] flag the idea second. Without that line, Claude's going to get overeager and it's going to derail your work. With that line, you get a quiet tap on the shoulder. And this isn't just for full-time creators. If you post anywhere, a newsletter, LinkedIn, even just to your team, your best thinking is already happening in these chats. [music] So, this hack gives you double the
4:02output for the same amount of input. [music] Those first two hacks are the novelty ones, the ones very few people are aware of. Hacks [music] three, four, and five are the workh horses, the ones that actually move dollars in your [music] business. So, let's jump into hack three. The best marketing copy comes from your customers. The exact words that make people buy things are already written down. You just haven't been reading them. Your customers already wrote your best marketing, your reviews, your testimonials, your sales call transcripts. [music] They're full of the exact language that makes people buy in your own customers words. So instead of trying to invent
4:46copy, [music] you can mine it. Gather up all the words that you have from real people using your product or service. [music] Paste it all into Claude and run this one prompt. This is real language from my customers. Give me the five pains they mention most in their exact words, the five outcomes they value the most in their exact words, and the before and
5:09after transformation that they describe. Then write [music] 10 ad hooks, five email subject lines, and three short ads that use only their language, not marketing speak. Give the output to me [music] as a table so I can easily review it. You're asking it to find the patterns in the words real buyers already said and reflect them back in your marketing copy. Trying to invent copy from scratch is where marketing goes bad. It's especially where AI goes bad. When you use real words from real people that actually [music] care about what you're selling, the ads and the marketing now feel like you're reading your prospect's mind. So, that's three
5:52AI hacks handled. [music] And if you don't have any customers yet, you can just look at your competitors, see what their customers are saying, see what their pain points are, [music] and run the exact same process. Hack four is the one people find hardest to believe until they see it. Every visual in your content, in your marketing, or your business in general, used to be a bottleneck. It might take hiring a designer and then a week of waiting or even worse, a template that you fought with for hours trying to get the visual to look right. Now I describe a page in plain English and watch it build itself
6:29on my screen. With Claude Design, you describe what you want and a real working page builds itself [music] in front of you. It lives inside Cord so there's nothing else to install. Paste in any website link once and it can copy the brand, the colors, the fonts, everything. The key is to brief it like you'd brief a human designer with
6:52audience pain, outcome, and structure. But if you give it a sharp brief in, the output is better than what most owners were shipping before this existed. What [music] used to take a week and thousands of dollars now takes 20 minutes and a monthly $20 subscription. If you're struggling to figure out what direction to give Claude Design, just ask it. You can ask it plainly in the chat box. What does it need? It will then give you multiplechoice questions that you can just answer. And because it now takes minutes, you can keep reworking a page until it's perfectly right instead of settling for your best attempt or the best attempt that you're
7:30being sent. Still, no code, no designer, nobody extra on payroll. The fifth hack is quieter, but it might save you the most amount of time of any of these. If you're like me, you have a million things going on in your head most of the time, and everything stuck in there can't be easily delegated or organized. You know, you should have an operations manual, but writing how we onboard a client, step 12 out of 40, feels like
7:59homework, so it never actually happens. The fix to this takes one recording. Open any voice recorder on your phone or on your computer or use Loom to walk through the task or process once and narrate it like you're training a new hire or somebody with zero context on the thing that you're doing. Then take the recording, drop it right into Claude and use this one prompt. This is a recording of me performing task or process while explaining it. turn it into a stepbystep SOP a brand new team member could follow without asking me any questions. If there is anything unclear or confusing, ask me to clarify
8:40it now so that you can include it in the final SOP. Number every step, flag any step where a mistake could be costly. Add a checklist at the end and list the tools and login they'll need. Here's the magic thing. You never wrote anything. You did the task you were already going to do anyway and just talked while you did it. AI in Claude does the boring part, writes it out with structures, with numbers, with checklists. One recording, maybe 10 minutes of talking replaces a job that used to eat a full afternoon of writing. Document one process a week and in 90 days, you'll have a full operations manual. Better
9:21yet, upload that manual as you're building it into AI and you now have a digital business brain that you and your team can ask questions directly to. That's the difference between owning a business and being trapped inside of one. Those first five hacks made your work more productive. These last two upgrade the person doing the work. When I'm under the weather, I let AI read my vitals in the morning and tell me whether I'm ready to train or whether I should rest. Generally speaking, if I'm healthy, I train regardless of how I feel that day. But the moment something's actually off and I'm sick or
9:59run down, I don't trust my own feelings. I let AI make that decision for me instead. I paste in my health metrics. So, my sleep, my heart rate, my recovery. I give it everything. And then I ask it one simple question. Should I train, walk, or rest today? And why? Most of these AI hacks save you time, but this one protects the one asset with no replacement. Your output, your energy, and everything else in your week runs on you and your health. But the seventh hack I didn't really want to share. If I'm being honest, you've been inside your own head for so long that sometimes excuses can just sound like
10:39facts. This is the one that takes guts. I let my AI read my journal. I've been journaling for about 20 years, but journaling has always been a one-way conversation. You pour a problem onto the page, you feel a bit lighter, but the page never really answers. So, next month, you journal about the same problem wearing a different outfit. With Claude, that journal entry becomes a coaching session with a high performance coach. And the coach has read every word, not just of this journal, but of every journal without judgment. So journal exactly how you already do right now. Don't clean it up. Don't try and
11:17make it sound better than what it is. The mess is the data that you and the AI need. Then paste all of that into chord using this one prompt. You're a world-class peak performance coach and psychologist. This is a raw journal entry of mine. reflect my blind spots back to me. What I'm not seeing about this or myself, my limiters, any beliefs or stories holding me back, the opportunities I'm not acting [music] on, and any distinctions that would upgrade my thinking. Then give me the single most important thing I can do. Be direct
11:54and challenge me. Don't flatter me. Don't just validate what I wrote. The key is those last two lines. Challenge me. Don't flatter me. By default, AI wants to be agreeable cuz it just wants to make you happy. But an agreeable coach is a useless coach. That one instruction turns a mirror into a coach. Open your last journal entry right now
12:18and paste in the prompt on the screen. See what Claude says back. The best performers in the world pay serious money for someone to reflect their thinking back at them. You get that for the price of 10 quiet minutes each morning. And over time, you start catching your own blind spot mid-sentence because you've seen the pattern named back to you too many times to ignore it. If you only try one of these AI hacks, make it the journal prompt. Most people will save this video and never do anything with it. But the people who do are exactly who this
12:54channel is for.
No line in this video contains that word.
