0:00Kevin, welcome to the channel, man. Um, you are making a bunch of money with GoHighLevel, and you did it in like a really fast time frame. So, really quick, just for anyone watching, who are you? What do you sell? How much money are you making? And then kind of like, uh, I guess like what does your business

0:14look like? Yeah, man. So, uh, my name's Kevin Burgos. I just hit 10K. It took me 3 and 1/2 months, and I'm selling the the exact same thing that you're teaching on your YouTube channel and your school community. Fire, fire, dude. And And so, you said 4 months. So, you went from 0 to $10,000 a

0:33month in recurring revenue in 4 months? 3 and 1/2. It's actually going to be 4 months tomorrow, bro. So, yeah. That's sick. It It's It's been crazy, man. It's been crazy, but yeah. That's sick. That's I mean, I'm sure it hasn't been easy. The last thing I want anyone to think is see you and be like, oh, this guy must have been easy for him. Like, it's a very challenging thing

0:50to hit 10K a month, you know? Bro, it's And And like, huge shout-out to you because now that I just hit 10K, I feel like everything is actually becoming even more of a disaster, but but it's Yeah, it is. It's a great journey, man. Yeah. Yeah, it's it's it's it's so funny, bro, cuz everyone has this I remember like having this idealized goal of $10,000 a month, and again, this is something you only realize once you hit it. Once you hit 10K a month, you're like, oh, now the [ __ ] show really starts, but it's way more fun because now you have proof of concept, you have some money, like,

1:21you know, you know a little bit more what you're doing, you know? Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's It's a lot easier with the resources, you know? Like, now I can spend a lot easier on ads. I'm like, hiring people and stuff, but Yeah. I love it. Yeah, man. That [ __ ] show for for for

1:33for real. It's for real. I love it. I love it. So, basically, what we're going to do today is we're going to break down your whole business, how you get customers, how you scale, like what it looks like. Because for any beginners watching, like, I want you guys to understand, like, I do a lot of interviews: anywhere from people at 10K a month up 50 to 100. It's It's really cool to see different people at different levels of their journey. So, I guess my first question is, what's your main way right now to actually acquire car. you know what? Let's go with exactly what you sell. So, what exactly

1:58do you sell to small businesses first? It's an AI website, man. That's the main offer, and then the Google optimization. That's that's basically Got it. And you also mentioned that you sell social media. That's something I haven't heard before. So, you also do you also sell you do their social media posting as well, is that right? Yeah, yeah, we're doing that. We just

2:15added that as kind of like an upsell. Um but I'm looking to really stay lean on like team and delivery. How much do you charge? 299. And how many clients do you have? We have right now 43 active subs. Okay. And then what's what's your main way of actually getting customers to like say yes and buy your stuff? Facebook ad to a funnel

2:39and then sales call. Got it. Okay, cool. And then roughly like did you did you jump straight out of the gate spending money on ads or did you do cold calling first or anything like that? Straight out of the gate spending money on ads. I dropped 2K um and uh I just knew I had to make it

2:56work. 100%. So, just to be clear though, you had cuz what I don't want again, if if someone's watching this, most people watching this are probably under 10 or 20,000 dollars a month. You did have a background in e-com, right? So, you kind of were familiar with running a business and sales and marketing a little bit first. So, just for anyone watching like you're you're rare in the case you had prior experience. If you were going back and you had zero experience, do you think you'd still run ads or would you do cold

3:20calling first? I think I'd probably do do cold calling first just to understand that avatar and really understand how to speak to them, but you got to start doing ads as quickly as possible. And you got to look at ads as like that education. That's the university money that you're just going to spend and you got to be willing to lose it, but you're going to learn a very valuable skill that then you can implement in this business or any any

3:46other business. Yeah, that's so freaking true, dude. It's I always think about that, man. When I when I was first starting Facebook Ads, I'm just like, "Damn, dude, I really dropped like 50 or I don't Thank god I I got a loan or whatever, but like 50 to 100k on college. I'm like, I'm scared to waste $5,000 on Facebook Ads for a skill that's actually going to teach me

4:02something." Yeah. Yeah [laughter]. Exactly. Wild. How How did you find GoHighLevel, and then how did you decide like this was the business model you wanted to do? Yeah, so like like I mentioned, I come from an e-com background, and uh e-commerce was is for me it's kind of on the downhill, and me and my business partner, we were always like, "Hey, what new ideas, what ways to make money online are possible?" Uh we ran across your app your YouTube video, and I was like, "Bro, this is it, and I should have made so much more money in e-com. I didn't go all out." And when I saw your

4:36video, at the beginning I was a bit like, "This is too good to be true." But the moment we started like running ads, and like people were paying, I was like, "Bro, I got to go all out in this like at least 18 to 24 months, and like this could be life-changing." Yeah, no, I love it. That's what I always tell people. I I just hate I just want to be so clear in saying this. Like what you did is super impressive. You did it in 4 months. I know it wasn't easy. And we can sit here all day and be like, "Dude, Kevin got to 10k a month in

5:063 and 1/2 months." And people will look at that and be like, "Oh, it it must be easy." It's like you have to have the right expectations. Like it's [ __ ] hard. It's very very challenging to do this. So that's That's super cool, dude. And it definitely it definitely helps you had e-com experience, too. So you you knew how like Yeah, you knew running a business was hard. You knew how much work was required, yada yada yada. So that's awesome. So essentially you just watched my videos, joined my community, and then you just basically took everything you saw, and you're just like, "All right, I'm just going to copy

5:31paste this [ __ ] Bro, there one of my mentors has a saying that's the teachability index. How teachable are you? How willing are you to change, and how willing are you to learn new stuff? And I would say my teachability index is extremely high. When I joined your community, it literally said, "Take you from zero to 10K. Do this." And I was just like, "Just do that and I'll get there." And I literally got there. So, huge shout-out

5:56to you, man. I appreciate that, man. Thank you. So, you said you have Sorry, you said you have 80 customers. Is that right? Or how many customers? No, we have 43 active subs. 43 active subs. Okay. So, I know we kind of talked about like exactly what you're selling them. Why did you like what what niche did you choose and then why did

6:14you choose that niche? Home home service businesses cuz that's what you were doing. Yeah, yeah. And it's also huge. Like there's there's millions and millions of them in the in the in the US. And my ad the first ad I did was the the free website ad. Yeah. And that kind of like got the ball rolling and now we're like actually having like creative meetings to see like what offers are working and things like that. So, but yeah, man. It literally started like, bro, copy and paste what you were kind of doing, you know, with my spin on

6:48it. Yeah. What So, where does GoHighLevel kind of fit into all of this? Like as far as like what do you use it for? Do you just use GoHighLevel? And then I guess like if somebody else is watching this and they were using Go Like what would you tell them to sell? Would you say, "Hey, websites, voice

7:02AI"? I guess yeah, that's the main question. Websites. Websites. Start with yeah, bro. Like don't complicate life. Websites. Yeah. Yeah, like bro, it's all it's literally all in your school community. Like literally just follow that. I think that's the thing. Like that's where I'm at. Get to 10K. That's what I told myself. Get to 10K and when I'm at 10K, now I'm going to be able to like start doing things differently. But I just literally

7:30followed your script and got here, man. So. Yeah, yeah. I mean it 10K, dude. That first even getting to 5K is like the first It's the hardest part, dude. Once you're at 5 10K, then it's like you can start being creative and stuff. But it is it is nice to be able to kind of follow someone's someone's guidance to that point. But so, do you use GoHighLevel for everything? So, you you you build the websites with GoHighLevel, you do the social media management, you do the reviews, you do the auto call

7:51text back, right? Everything GoHighLevel, yeah. Okay. So, just just to break down exactly what you sell. So, you sell the AI website, and then you sell the Google reviews, the and you sell auto call text back, which is all on GHL, GoHighLevel. And then you sell the you sell Google My Business optimizations to help your

8:07customers rank on Google. Yeah. As an upsell, you basically sell social media management, correct? Yeah. So, we post three times a uh uh a week for them. Gotcha. Okay, cool. And then uh roughly how many clients do you sign a month? In the pa-the past 5 weeks, we've added a thousand over a thousand MRR. So, it's be-it's been like three or four per

8:27week, about 16 per month. I love it. And what is like I understand you run ads to get customers. What does your actual like sales process look like? So, you run the ad, they click on the ad, walk me through exactly what happens after after they click the ad. Click on the ad, they go to our landing page. Our landing page gathers their information, and then it takes them to a

8:47booking page. And then it has a VSL. That's like the What's a what's a VSL for people who don't know what that is? Uh that video sales sa-sales letter. So, it just explains what we're doing, right? So, that's what that's the first way. The second way is they leave their information, they don't book, we have an AI agent built inside GoHighLevel message them and try to get them to book. And then we also have a setter who will call them and try to get them to

9:14book. So, those are the three ways. Nice. I love it. I know, dude, like every single time I I always I always think AI setters and uh voice agents, like that's another really interesting offer. Like if I if I was I'm about to ask you this question, but if I was starting from zero again, websites is fantastic. I think websites is a great foot in the door offer. I see such a big opportunity with voice AI agents as well, and then also texting bots. Like I I love that. So, I guess I'll ask you the question. If you were a total beginner who's never made a dollar

9:41online, what exactly would you sell using GoHighLevel? Websites, bro. The website? Website. Yeah, I I think when I get to like 20, 25k, I'll look at that offer or maybe 50k. But man, there like the space is so big. Like why would I try to complicate things when like this is working, you know? 100%. What do you think obviously you did 10k in 4 months like recurring, which is absolutely crazy. What do you think the the simplest path to $10,000 a month? I know you said copy paste my stuff, but

10:14again, that that's that's very broad. Would you just take one product and get it to 10k a month or do you try to do the entire system that I teach? Cuz for me a lot of the time I say, "Hey man, like choose one or two things." Because as someone who's never made money online or like never done a sales call, it can be very overwhelming to be like, "Oh, Kevin's selling a website, Google reviews, AI agents, Google optimization, social media management." Would you suggest someone builds out that whole system and sells it or just kind of sell one or two things at the start and then

10:40slowly kind of ramp up the things that they sell? Bro, one offer, one way to get leads at the beginning. You got to keep it simple. One of the things that really worked for me, man, is my business partner. Mhm. Right? Like I'm very into sales and he was the GoHighLevel guy. So, that really helped me a lot because man, it's really stressful. It's like

11:06overwhelming. I have a quote here. Um where is this quote, bro? Here it is. Look. Chaos is to entrepreneurship as dangerous waves are to surfing. It comes with the territory and if you don't know how to handle it effectively, you're in trouble. And like, I bro, I read that so much because it's that, like, it's very chaotic, and if you don't have a business partner, at least have have partner to help you through those stages because bro, when you lose two, three clients in a row or like payments aren't going through [laughter]

11:40Yeah. Yeah. It does. It does, man. It's such an interesting thing. It's just very It can be It's such high highs and such low lows, dude. Like I remember like before I I did it I did this all the way to like probably 100k a month, but I would just refresh my Stripe like 25 times a day to like I would either like be like, "Oh my god, a payment went through." or I'd be like, "God damn it, a payment declined." You know? And it's like this

12:01It's like It's like a drug, you know? We have a Slack channel when a payment declined that it'll post in the Slack channel. And every time I get that notification You're just like, "God damn it." Yeah, dude. Every single time. It's It's such a shitty cuz you're like Did their credit card just decline? Did they actually churn? Like you don't know. You

12:18have to call and follow up with them. Yada yada yada. It's a whole process. Um what do you think people who are just starting out, what do you think the majority of them overcomplicate? And yeah, I guess like what what what what is the biggest What's the biggest hurdle you think most beginners face when they try to make

12:34money online? Bro, that's super easy. It's taking action. I think everybody overcomplicate Like they build their own website and like they have this pretty website and this all this like bro, that doesn't matter. Get on the phone and make 20 calls today. That's all that matters. Get 20 no's. You get 20 no's, that's a win. Don't focus on on like the first thing shouldn't be to get sales. It

12:58should be to get 20 no's. Yeah. get 20 no's every day, bro, you're you're making progress. I love This is so true. And And it's just so funny cuz I asked that question. I I always know the answer cuz everyone has the same answer. It's It's just like you have to just take like blind

13:12autistic action. That's it, bro. Yeah. Like [laughter] literally. Like It's It's so funny cuz I genuinely think the smarter you are, the harder you have the harder time you have scaling an online company cuz you overanalyze, you overthink. You build a whole system like before anything's even like It's crazy, right? Yeah. Like no, no, that's not the way to do

13:29this for sure. Yeah. Yeah. With with where you're at now, right? Hitting $10,000 a month, which is just like that's like the first big big milestone. What is like the hardest part? What's what's the biggest struggle, biggest roadblock you guys are facing right now? Building the team and getting like the systems in place cuz we're getting to the point where

13:48like this is becoming a real business. It can't be all on me. So we just hired a sales guy. He's not closing at the same rate I'm closing. CSM like making sure that they're following through. So it's really that like building the team, building the systems. What does your team actually look like right now? So just just so I'm clear cuz I I love just everyone's a little bit different, but it's pretty similar. So

14:09you have you and your business partner. Yeah. I'm just I'm just guessing. You have you and your business partner, you have a customer success manager. Yeah. Somebody who handles fulfillment? One person that handles fulfillment, yeah. And then a setter that's turning into a closer. So that's three employees? Uh three Yeah. And then when that setter, for anyone who doesn't know that a setter is someone who just calls dead leads all

14:30the time and tries to book appointments. A setter is a fantastic hire. I actually had no I like I didn't hire a setter till like 20k. Such a big mistake. I just I genuinely just didn't know. I had no idea. Yeah. Setter Setter's huge. So I live here in Colombia. We pay him $350 a month plus $5 for every show and an additional five bucks

14:52if he sets them. He's making good money. Yep. And like he he's changed the business because our lead to booking rate was 42%. It's over 60%now. So that And the setter. Yeah. Yeah, from the setter, bro. Yeah. Yeah, it's it's crazy. And you just pay him commission. That's so beautiful. That's I was just going to ask you like if you could if you could do one thing differently from the start and like I'll just answer first. It was And this is just because I just didn't have I just I didn't have the information. I just didn't know. It was probably run ads

15:21earlier and then hire a setter faster. Uh for you, what was it you think if you could restart? Um to get to where you are quicker. I mean, you did it in [ __ ] 4 months, which is really impressive, but I think Yeah, I would probably just spend more money, bro. Cuz I think I think since I had the blueprint, it was so much easier like

15:38we hired the CSM at 5. Um the setter at like 3 and 1/2, like right away when I knew this is starting to take off. Like, yeah, let's let's let's do this, man. Yeah, you're very that that's very unique. Um I would I mean, it took me way longer just because that that that right there is very clear that you had previous business knowledge because most people take way too long to hire out roles like that, and they do it all themselves for

16:03too long. And that's totally okay, dude. That's what a beginner does, right? That's like it's one of those things you kind of have to figure it out to to go through it. Um so that's I mean, your numbers and the speed you're moving is way faster than me. So that that's really freaking cool. Like it took me Yeah, I I didn't have a CSM till 20,000. I don't think I had a setter till 20,000. I think it was just me and one VA to like literally 20k a

16:23month. So it's it's pretty crazy, dude. Yeah. That's insane. Insane. Like And we didn't even have an AI back then, dude. We didn't even have like good AI systems, bro. It was brutal, man. I I wouldn't I I probably would I would have I would probably quit, bro. It would have been way too much. Brutal, man. Brutal. But But yeah, that kind of segues next uh into this whole online guru space of like people being like like there's just a lot of people online who make this [ __ ] seem easy. So for you and your partner, and you can talk about the e-com business as well,

16:49what what have you kind of given up? Like really like don't hold back. Like genuinely like how hard was it? And like I'm I'm not going to think you're dumb for just saying it was hard cuz I know this shit's hard. But how much freedom have you given up to like make this work?

17:01A lot, bro. A lot. Like this this this thing is hard, bro. Like we got an office, and we're putting in at least 12-hour days almost every day. Um bro, it's hard. Like I'm not going to sit here and say like, "Oh, this has been easy." Yeah. It But But it But it's also so worth it, you know? Like, the person that I'm becoming in the process is also huge. Um I got my second baby on the way February 19th, so that's also giving me some extra motivation cuz I have basically the rest of this quarter and then 1 month in in 2027 to take this to that next level. Um and

17:43yeah, man. It's It's You You give up a lot, but it's for a period. And then you reap the benefits. Like, I'm sure you're not doing as much as I'm doing today and you're making a lot more, you know? But But you You've already put in the work, so that's what I'd say. Yeah, that's that's so cool cuz it's it's so true. And I And I think uh Yeah, man. I just, I, I love, I love talking about this stuff cuz it's, it's such a It's such like a a little bit of a mind [ __ ] cuz you just sit there and you see this ginormous mountain that you

18:13have to climb. And you see guys like you who are already at 10K a month, or me and Mike who are doing 500K a month and, you It just looks so impossible and so hard. And such a key thing to remember is me and you like me and you were both in the same spot at one point. You know, it's like there's nothing that you have or I have that like if you're watching this that you don't have. It's genuinely just like a burning desire to to have freedom and to show up every day and have endurance. And I think a big part of it, I don't know if you would agree,

18:37is just being like really good at rejection and just [ __ ] just not working and then just continue to take action anyway, you know? That's it, bro. That's the That's the number one skill you got to have. Just persistence, bro. Like, show up every day. That's it. Like, you show up every day, you will eventually crack the code. It It might take you 3 months, it might take you a year, but once you crack the code and you have the certain skills,

19:00bro, the sky's the limit, you know? Yeah, 100%. So, I do have to ask you this question because people A lot of people who are selling GoHighLevel, specifically this whole low-ticket SaaS mode like thing that I've I've been teaching a lot of people are teaching now, which is, you know, $100, $200, $300 a month. The question they all struggle with is when a small business owner asks you, Kevin, when am I going to get leads? How

19:23do you answer that question? Yeah, so one of the things that we tell them is I I'm not I'm not going to sit here and lie to you and guarantee I'm going to get you leads. I'll tell you exactly what I'm going to do and how that's going to help your business. So, I don't promise any leads, and two things that have changed the game for us, man, is: number one, before I close them, like once I know they're ready, I tell them, "Hey, before you give me your card, now I'm going to tell you the two things that are going to make you successful with

19:56this." Number one is you got to call the leads right away. If you wait 2 3 days, this is not going to work, right? And number two is you got to get reviews. If you don't get reviews, you're not going to rank and this isn't going to work. So, if you're not going to do those two things, don't don't sign up because you're going to waste your money. And that's worked a lot, like people are like, "Oh, no, yeah, I'm willing to do that." And then uh it also helps the CSM, that onboarding process, it makes it a lot easier for

20:25them, too. I love that. Yeah, and and that's the thing. Is so many, so many people who are doing this model, they're complaining about churn, and it's like churn is a thing, no doubt. But if I hop on sales calls, I could have a 100%close rate if I'm selling something for $300 a month and I'm over here being like, "Yeah, Kevin, give me $300 a month

20:42and I'll get you I guarantee you leads." It's like that's not what we're selling here, right? Yeah, no, no, no. And and that's such a big issue and I mean, we're running into that now. We have a sales team of like eight or nine people and it's like these sales guys are very incentivized to sell. So, it's like, of course they're going to sit there and promise leads. But when you sit and promise a small business leads for 200, 300 bucks a month, like, and you're just doing their website, Google reviews, yada yada yada, their business will grow, but you can't guarantee them leads for that. And then,

21:07what happens is they come in with these mismat-mismatch expectations, and then in 2 weeks, they don't have leads or a week they don't have leads, they're just going to churn, right? Have Have you seen that similar experience? Yeah, for sure, man. That's why we always put the ball back on like on on on their court.

21:22Genius. Now, you got to get review We've done everything we promised. Yeah. Now, you got to get reviews, and we're going to check in on you and see if you're getting reviews. 100%. And And this is the This is the hardest the hardest piece of this low-ticket model, because back in the day I mean I mean people still do it, but the general agency model is, "Hey, pay me $1,500 to $3,000. I'm going to run your social media ads. We guarantee you 20 to 30 qualified leads every month. You're going to spend this much on ad spend." So, that offer is very, very straightforward. It's you give me your

21:52number, I'm going to get you this many leads, which should turn into this much revenue. And that's awesome, right? Obviously, there's I won't go into it now, but there's a reason that nobody does that. I mean, it's There's just so many problems with that model, right? High churn, uh low margin, uh just just headache after headache. You got to

22:07refunds, disputes, yada yada yada. There's a whole thing. But, with this model, the the hardest thing to do by far is to bridge the gap between website, Google reviews, auto call, tax back, everything that you give them, and how that's going to grow their business and how that's going to make them more money without being able to say, "Uh, you're going to pay me this much

22:25and you're going to get this much back." That is the hardest thing uh by far I I would I would think um for not just beginners, but even for you right now, I would say it's probably the hardest thing, right? Yeah, for sure, man. But you got to set the expectations, and it starts on the sales call. Because if I'm promising you If I promise you right now I'm going to get you all these leads, you're going to close, but like it...it...You got to set the expectations, and then one of the things that we've already changed is the onboarding process. The first like we do a presentation, and like, "Hey, this is

22:53what you bought. This is how it's going to help you." And we show them a video we created that we got from you, like the foundation video. This is how you build a house, you don't start from the roof, you start from here, which is your reviews, which is your website, and then after that, we're going to try to upsell

23:11you to ads, but we got to do this first. Yeah, so I know exactly I was I'm just laughing cuz I was just so baked from making that video. I got I remember thinking I'm like I I remember just getting so high and I'm like, how can I explain this so a contractor would understand? I'm like, all right, I'm just like baked out of my mind sitting here on a Miro board. I'm like, I'm going to use an analogy of a house, and then I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to make that like the system so funny, dude. So, I know exactly what video you're talking about,

23:34but that's so genius, man, because you're right, like if you set the expe- expectations properly, you're still going to get churn, but way less. Me and Michael were just looking back at all of our uh customers that have been paying us the longest, every single one of them was onboarded by me and him, and the reason for that is because we did such a good job explaining exactly how it was going to work and setting proper expectations. As soon as we hired a sales team and we had other people start selling, churn went through the roof, because we're not the ones on the sales call, and we're not the ones doing the

24:02customer onboarding. So, if you can set the proper expectations, like that is going to be such a game changer. Uh it's such a game changer. I think so many people I don't know if you would agree, but so many...And this is fine if you don't have a client and you just need to get reps. But as you get past 10, 15, 20 clients, and you start bringing on bad clients with the wrong expectations, you're just going to have a complete churn machine, and you're just going to...you're literally just going to

24:23like...it's going to be like a... uh...what is it like when you...um... when you're trying to surf or trying to paddle like wet water? There's a name for it. Bubbles or something. You can't possibly swim. Yeah. Yeah, for sure. Um you're just going to have a business that's a churn machine. I'll I'll push back a little bit on that, which is like at the beginning, bro, just just get the clients. Just start getting the yes. And then, when you get to like 5, 10-ish, it's like,

24:46"Okay, now let's get a little bit more." But at the beginning, man, like you got to get that first card, you know? Get the first 20 no's, and then get the first card, and then like that's it, you know? I Yeah, that's why didn't I completely agree with that a a thousand percent. Like if if you're never made money

25:01online, dude, and just just get a yes. Say whatever you have to and that's that's going to sound sketchy. Like say whatever you have to do to get the card, but but really what you're doing is you're learning. And I say this all the time, so many beginners have such a fear of like being a scammer or taking money or [ __ ] someone over XYZ. It's like you're not going to be good at the beginning. You're probably going to mess up. You might mess some

25:20things up with this person's business. And if that happens, A, you can refund them. B, you can work for free. C, you can you can you can just say, "Hey, I will work for free until I fix this and then you can start paying me." So, it's not like one of those things where you take their money and like you just you just scammed them, right? Like you have just just don't be a don't be a don't be

25:38a piece of [ __ ] you know? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And one of the things I I see a lot is like people doing trials. I do not recommend that. Like bro, just get the money or do it for free, but don't try because that just makes the process Mhm. like you're complicating the process, bro. Like just get the money or just say you're going to do it for free for a

25:58month. That's it, you know? Um make that process as simple as possible and just learn like "Hey, Ty, are you going to do it with Visa or MasterCard?" Yeah. I love that. That's one of my favorite lines. Yeah. Is it going to be debit or credit? [laughter] And you just stay quiet. Like learn to

26:14love [clears throat] silence. Yeah. I love it. The The only time I ever recommend trials is just so you can actually have their credit card locked down and it's only if it's within your first one to two to three to four or five clients. Just a just to have them actually put a card in. You don't have to charge it, but just so you actually have a physical card on file. That's the only time I like it. Um I guess I probably should have asked this question earlier. Can you walk me through the entire I should have definitely asked this earlier, but walk me through the entire process of uh ad,

26:42they see it, they sign up, they go through the sales call, the onboarding. Walk me through the whole cuz it's probably about 10 to 14 days. Is that right? The whole onboarding and and payment process, all that [ __ ] 10 days. You got 10 days to onboard them. Can I share my screen? You want me

26:54to share my screen to show you? No, don't share screen cuz the editor's going to the editor's going to mess that up. Just just verbally walk me through exactly what happens. They pay, blah blah blah blah blah, and then yeah. They pay, we build it out in 3 days. They do the onboarding call within that

27:103 days, which is set on the sales call. Okay. CSM does the onboarding call. That onboarding call is to explain what they got, set expectations again, show them the website, and then 2 days later, we'll do uh we'll do the second onboarding call. On that call, we're going to start getting reviews. Perfect. And then and then to get the reviews, do they give you a customer list so you can text blast all their people, all their customers to get

27:37reviews? So, we were doing that, but what we're doing now is like we're giving them QR codes. We tell them like, "Hey, we'll give you this free QR code." So, we're trying to put the ball really on their court. Like, "You got to go do this." Cuz we've seen if we build that habit in them, it's going to be a better client than like relying on us. So, what we'll do with that list is try to reactivate them to get them leads. And that way they're like, "Oh, I got one or two leads from this already. Let me like start the ball, you know, with a review

28:08as well." I like that. I like that cuz cuz you're you're you're going for massive value first, which is like money in the bank, not just reviews. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Got you. Cool, dude. Cool. So, last question for you. I mean, what's what's the goal with this company for you guys? Like, where do you want to take this? How fast you expect to get there? Like, are you are you going to keep selling websites? Like, walk me through the

28:25thought process. Uh bro, goal is May 2027, 100K. Fire. Um and then we'll see we'll see from there because I've heard you mention it a lot like if you were to do this again, I think you mentioned you would get to like 80, 100K. Yeah. And then do do things differently. So, I want to get to that point and then see if I'm able to build a really solid

28:53team. I don't see why I wouldn't continue growing it, but I can't see that far right now, right? So, when I get there, we'll we'll kind of see what we do. I love it, dude. I mean, that's such a such a good mindset, too. It goes back to why you're already successful. It's just like one step at a time, and it's just, dude, so many people I can't even I it's it's probably the most common thing is people will sit here on step one and they'll be like, "I need to know

29:15all 50 steps before I get to step two." It's like, bro, if you're on step one, the only step you need to know is step two. And you step at step two, if you only step you need to know is step three and and on and on and on, right? That's it, bro. And step one to me is

29:29get the 20 nodes. Yes, I love that, dude. I love that. Well, if you could if you could just tell beginners, this will be the last question. If you could just tell people starting who A have less than five clients, or they've never made money online, or they're scared, or they're insecure, they think they can't do it, or any of the [ __ ] that goes through your head as someone who's thinking about making a big change in their lives, what what's the one or two pieces of advice that you

29:50might might give them? Oh, man, I had the opportunity to make a lot of money when when e-commerce Amazon FBA was a big thing. I didn't take enough action. You have that opportunity today. Like, put your head down. Just make it happen for the next 18, 24 months, go all out. And like the, not only like the business like, yeah, that's really cool and the money obviously, but the person you will become, that, that's what it's all about, man, because then you can do so many other

30:24stuff. Um, so, yeah, just take action. 18, 24 months, put your head down and like make it happen, create it. I love it, dude. It's, it's so funny whenever I ask that. There's just so many questions I ask on these interviews, and I just know I know what you're going to say, because everyone says the same thing. And it's just, the reason that everyone says the same thing is not because they're caught; it's just, it's just, it's right. It's 100% correct. You know? I just I just had a I just had an interview with another successful student like right before this and he almost answered that

30:51question like very much like word for which is hilarious cuz it's just it's so true. And it's I I I love that. I I would be concerned if I kept getting different answers, but it's like always the same across the board, right? I love it. It's it's so important, man. And and for anyone watching like the amount of goddamn change you can make in 1 year, even 2 years like you said is like dude, you can become unrecognizable. It's

31:11crazy. It's it's wild. And then I would add to that, man, like change your relationship to failure. I think we've grown up living that like failure is a bad thing, but especially in business like failure is the path to success. So, you got to start celebrating all these failures because it's just getting you one step closer, right? So, like every client that churns, like I got to eventually get to the mindset where I'm celebrating that because that's now removing one bad client and now I'm going to have a bunch of good clients, right? So, same thing with sales calls, Facebook ads, all that,

31:52man, like learn to love failure. I love it, man. Yeah, fai-failure is literally uh it's a feature not a bug. That's that's the best way I can explain it, man. 100%. Well, Kevin, thank you so much for for coming on, man. I really appreciate you. Anything else you want to add or we can

32:05we want to wrap it up there? Hey, man, thank you. Thank you. Really like what you've put together. It the like these are the results. So, really, man, like from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. Hell yeah, man. And thank you for the time, bro. This is going to be an awesome an awesome clip. So, I I

32:19appreciate it. Thank you. All right. Peace.
