0:00Today, I'm going to show you how you can turn your agent into a smart social media assistant that you can use anywhere. You can create videos, images, and high-quality content without setting up a bunch of APIs. You can do that through the Zapier MCP, where you can log in to the tools that you want to use to publish content and share content, and then you can work with your agent to

0:24get it executed automatically for you. Specifically, when you're working with agents and working with a team trying to access multiple tools is Zapier. I'm going to show you today how you can create a social media assistant in your Hermes agent, in your OpenClaw agent, within Claude Code, Code X, whatever it is you use with one simple tool, and that's Zapier. One of the main problems when, you know, working with agents is having to set up a bunch of different API keys, tools, configure them, go into your virtual private server, and add your environment variables, and things like that. Let alone allowing it to be multiplayer so that you can work with a

1:08team and they can access the same tools as well. You know, you can also see how many tasks, how many tokens, things like that that are going on when you're working with a tool like Zapier. So, I'll just share my screen real quick, and I'm going to show you a quick setup, how I have a simple MCP server that lets me to create some pretty awesome content uh set up. So, I'm logged into to mcp.zapier.com, and you can see that I have a few apps here. All I have to do to add an app, which is a tool my AI can use, is click this button. And they have thousands of

1:46different tools. I've got a few key ones set up here. One, I've got Buffer. So, one of the most common questions that I get is, "Hey, how do I start growing an audience on a channel like LinkedIn or X if I'm starting from scratch. Buffer is a tool that can help you with that goal. It allows your AI agent to schedule social media posts for you, whether it's on LinkedIn, X, whatever it

2:12is. Um and it allows you to pull down data into your AI agent from those tools as well, so that you can create a feedback loop, understand what's working, what's not, and how you can adjust your strategy. So, Buffer is a tool I would highly recommend integrating with Zapier so that you can publish your content through an agent. All right. The second one is Eleven Labs. So, if you've ever heard AI voiceovers and things like

2:42that, they're probably from Eleven Labs. I went into Eleven Labs and set up a professional voice clone, and I have to tell you it sounds pretty much exactly like me. It's pretty amazing, and I can integrate Eleven Labs into Zapier so that it's part of my social media agent toolkit. All right. And I added a couple others. I added one called Music GPT. In this use case, I'm going to be showing you a video I created with this MCP server on Zapier, and I added some really cool AI background music to it to spice it up and make it super engaging for the platforms

3:25that I wanted to publish on. If you ever want to set up other custom tools, you can use webhooks. You can set up a webhook in Zapier, and you can add it to your MCP server as well. So, after you configure the tools and set them up, which is a pretty easy process. For instance, with Buffer, I clicked add apps. I authenticated in to Buffer via OAuth. I was just able to log in uh to Buffer, uh click the account that I uh was logged into Buffer or to Buffer under, and then I was able to see, "Hey, Zapier has these uh capabilities that can utilize with Buffer." And uh and

4:04that's it. I didn't have to do anything beyond uh beyond just logging in, which is a lot simpler than, you know, the process a lot of times of getting API keys and looking at the documentation and giving that to your agent and all that. This just kind of streamlines things a lot. It helps if you're working with a team. It helps if you're non-technical and you don't want to deal with uh a lot of the the coding uh type tasks. So, after you have your tool set up, you just click connect. And uh

4:36connect is going to give me uh a token. And uh that token is uh a URL, okay? And the URL has uh some private data of mine in it, so I'm not going to show it, but what I do and what you can do, too, is just share that URL uh with your agent, and it will go ahead and configure uh the MCP server for you. So, it's a secure URL. You can rotate it. Um you know, try not to keep it exposed in chat logs and things like that if you don't want people, you know, accessing it and things of that nature. So, keep it

5:14private, get your link, give your link to your agent, and you're pretty much good to go. Now, the beautiful thing is, like, I can configure these apps. I can do a test run and create some content. I can publish the content. Then, once I get it down to a repeatable format that I really like, I can ask my agent to build a skill around it. After I build that skill, I send this MCP link and the skill to a teammate, and then I can delegate and have that teammate go and run the exact same process for me to help me scale up these efforts so that I

5:48can go and grow on other social channels. So, that said, let's go ahead and have a quick look at what the content looks like that I was able to create with this MCP server. So, send me the final video that we were able to create. So, this is my my Hermes agent. I use it when I want to work with third-party tools and again the the MCPs allow me to do it quickly and easily so that I don't have to do get into the background the back end here set up 10 different things. I can just go and OAuth into them on Zapier's website. So, since I'm in Telegram here, it kind of

6:32stretches us out. So, I'm going to go ahead and download the file and then I'm going to open it on my desktop and and share it there so that you can see it. Just give me 1 second to pause it and then I'll get it in a view that we can see a little bit easier. All

6:48right, version 5.4. All right, so here's the video that I was able to create with my MCP server connections and I'm going to play it for you and then I'll walk you through the process. Most people pick a market and then figure out if they can win. The smart play is the opposite. Before you go anywhere, you scrape Google Maps, your category, your city. Every business, every rating, every review count. The whole picture in one pull. What you're reading is the competitive landscape where supply is already maxed, where demand is real, but nobody strong owns it yet. Then you hand it to Claude. Ask him one question, where does a new

7:28player win? It reads the review patterns, the density gaps, the weak incumbents. It tells you which market you walk into already ahead. The output isn't a list of opportunities, it's a conviction. You know the market, you know why you win before you spend a dollar. That's how you stop guessing and start winning. All right, so pretty impressive video for an AI agent to make. It comes down to the right tools and the right prompts. So, we're going to try to recreate something like this from scratch with my agent. Now, there is one other tool that you're going to need here and that is Replicate. That is the

8:09one API that you do have to set up with your agent so that it can access the latest video and image models to create the frames and the clips for the video here. Um, Zapier is going to handle the the voice, the music, and the social media scheduling, and all of that kind of boring work in the background without me having to set up a bunch of additional things. So, so we created a skill

8:42around this video. I want you to access it. Then use the skill to come up with a new video for how to use AI to manage Google Ads. I want you to talk about the process for connecting Claude code to a Google Ads account so that it will save you time on manual configuration

9:22and campaign strategy. All right, so let's see if Hermes can find the skill and then utilize the tools that it has access to to go and create the video. This will take a few minutes, so we'll be cutting this and we'll come back when it's ready to look at. All right, so I got a a message back from Hermes. So, it's got the skill loaded. It's going to plan this out. It's got the topic and the angle that I gave it. It came up with an

9:57initial script. I'll be sharing this skill with everyone along with this video as well so that you can figure out how to do this with your agent, set up the relevant connections, come up with good scripts, and then recreate videos in this style. I'm just going to say sounds good. Keep the same pixel art style.

10:23Make it happen. So, under the hood with my Hermes agent, I use Sonnet 4.6. It's really good at utilizing MCP's tools, things like that. I haven't had any issues with it. It's a relatively cheap model. And it it gets the job done for me. Let's see what happens and we'll be back with the result. All right, we are back. It took a little bit of time for our tools to process our request in the background, which is expected when we're working

11:04with video generation. But, I think that the result is going to be worth the wait. I haven't even watched this yet, so this is the first time we're seeing it. I didn't record the voiceover live here. It used the skill that I created. And we accessed multiple tools through the Zapier MCP. And then we used replicate along with it. And our agent is smart enough to be able to piece all this together, turn it

11:35into a video for social. Let's see how we like it. Most people manage Google Ads the same way. Log in, click around, adjust bids, repeat. The smarter play is to connect Quad code directly to your Ads account via the Google Ads API. Once it's wired in, you give it a goal. Lower cost per lead, increase ROAS, whatever you're optimizing for, and it reads your campaign data, writes the changes, and

12:01executes them. [music] No more manual bid adjustments, no more digging through conversion reports, no more copy testing one ad at a time. Tell it what you want, it figures out the campaign structure, the targeting, the ad copy variations. It runs the analysis and makes the moves. That's the difference between managing ads and having an agent manage them for you.

12:22All right. Super impressive. You could literally create an entire pipeline of social content uh with literally Zapier, Replicate, and using those in an agent like Hermes. Um again, I'm going to give you the skill so that you can do this and try it yourself. Um and it it's actually amazing. I love these videos. I

12:49love the style. Let's do something here. Uh I've got a couple tweaks that I want to make. Let me show you how easy that is. Uh remove the captions. Uh I noticed that the captions weren't perfectly aligned with the edit. So, I'm just going to go back and forth with my agent here, have it make that last final tweak, and uh we'll be right back as soon as that is completed. Okay. So, I have my final version. Uh it doesn't have

13:24captions. manage Google Ads the It's a little shrunk right here it's in Telegram. We saw the version on my desktop. smarter play is to connect Cloud Code directly to your Ads account via the Google Ads API. Once it's wired in, you give it a goal. Lower cost per lead, increase ROAS, whatever you're optimizing for. And it reads your campaign data, writes the changes So, obviously good for literally a one prompt pass. Couple tips um that we can dig into here. So, what model did we use for the video? This is really important. This is my favorite video model right now. You can access it via Replicate. I'm going to give you the

14:05sauce right here. It's in the skill. Um and it's going to let us know uh what model we used. So, we used C Dance 2.0. Um I fed it an example of me as a pixelated character. I created that with Chat GPT's latest image generation model. So, went into Chat GPT, created a little avatar of me. You can do whatever style you want. I said, "Hey,

14:31um use image to video with Replicate. Use a C Dance 2.0 model. Um It's the only tool that is external uh to the ones that I have set up in Zapier. I want to keep the number of APIs and tools consolidated. I want to keep things easy to use for a number of reasons. Uh one, it's a quicker setup. It's easier for me to go into Zapier, OAuth into the tools that I want set up, take my MCP server link, give it to my agent, give it a quick restart, and I'm ready to go. The other benefit, again, I already touched on this, but I can allow

15:13other team members to set up the same server within their agents, access the same tools, and I can keep an eye on how many runs we're doing. I have observability into the process, the token spend, whatever it is, uh things like that. Now, the final piece here, and I find this really, really interesting is, you know, I'm using uh Claude uh for the agent behind my Hermes instance here. Let's say I was using Claude uh desktop. And uh what if Claude went down for the day or was having issues or whatever? We've seen that happen with Claude code a few times,

15:51especially around like model releases. Um in particular, before Opus 4.8 came out, a lot of people online were complaining against about like performance degradation for Opus 4.6. So, in that case, it might make sense to go and switch over to another model. Now, I can do that super fast and uh in a really easy way uh because my tools are already set up in Zapier again. So, I'm going to take that URL, and uh I'm going to show you um another tool that I have set up. And I've got uh Kimmy right here. So, Kimmy is a super low-cost smart model uh from Moonshot. Uh it's

16:39out of uh China, and uh it's very good at coding. It's comparable to a lot of the US-based frontier models. If you want to save time, money, have a backup, this is a good one. I'm going to edit this link out uh because I don't want to share it, but I'm going to paste it here. And uh you know, I'm going to allow Kimmy access to set up this MCP server. Um it's going to take a a few moments for it to work, but I'm going to show you how quickly it is for me to get access to the same tools um from uh from another model. Okay, so

17:15quick security best practice. I usually don't paste an MCP server link that has a token into a chat window and I don't recommend that you do that either whether it is within Hermes on Telegram or coding agent. So, um you know, I'm just doing this for demonstration purposes. You can ask your agent, "Hey, I have a URL from Zapier uh for my MCP

17:41server. I want to set it up securely." What'll happen is it'll probably open up a file on your local computer. You can paste it there. You can save it. It's not in the chat history and then you can tell Kimmi or your coding agent where that file lives. If you ask it to open up, it probably created the file and opened it for you so it knows where to reference it. And you just save it after you paste your token there. I'm going to rotate the token uh after this. I just wanted to demonstrate how quickly and easily I can give another model access to the same tools I used to create the

18:14videos with Hermes and Claude. So, test the connection. Generate a quick uh voice over with 11 Labs um about Kimmi coding. Cool. Uh our voice over has been generated. I'm going to go ahead and uh open up this link so we can give it a quick listen just to make sure it worked. Okay, scratch that. All right, it looks like the voice over has been generated uh from Kimmi uh through the Zapier MCP via 11 Labs. Um I'm going to ask Kimmi to open the file for me and we'll give it a quick listen. Kimmi coding is

19:02revolutionizing software development. With intelligent AI assistants, you write better code faster. Experience the future of coding with Kimmi. [snorts] Super cool. Just uh a quick little ad there that Kimmy did for itself. Um but yeah, just wanted to show you how fast you can get those tools working in whatever agent you're in, no matter what's happening with the other one that might be failing. You never know what can happen

19:31these days. All right. So, last step here, I'm just going to quickly show you how we're going to bring this full circle. And I'm going to go back to Hermes where we created that awesome video, and I'm going to see if we can go ahead and publish this. And you know, I've never really even left Telegram. So, I just said, "Hey, let's publish it

19:57via Buffer on LinkedIn." So, you know, Hermes has access to Buffer via Zapier. Again, Buffer is awesome for scheduling AI-assisted or AI-created social media content. Um you know, right through your agent. And again, you can you can set that up within within Zapier just by logging in with your credentials. Okay, we are back. The video and the post is loaded into Buffer, which you can see here. I can go ahead and publish that now to LinkedIn or I can review it. You can see we've

20:41got the video here. My agent was able to create some text. I've got my LinkedIn connected. There is some nuance for getting this set up. Um to publish a video or an image with Buffer, you have to have a public URL with the file. My Hermes agent has access to Google Drive and things like that, so was able to get that onto a public Google Drive link, Uh use the Zapier MCP to get that into Buffer. So, I have a text post with a video uh that Buffer went ahead and pushed onto my LinkedIn. And you can see the final result. So, you can work uh

21:23with your agent to get this done, build a full pipeline of content ready to go, ready to publish on the social media channels of your choice. Starting from scratch on social can be easier than ever uh with tools like Zapier, Buffer, Replicate, ElevenLabs, you can create high-quality differentiated content just like this. Through conversion reports,

21:47no more copy testing one ad at a time. You tell it what you want, it figures out the campaign structure, the targeting, the ad copy variation. And again, I'm going to update my skill uh with some of the learnings that I've actually had going through this process here live during the recording. Creating high-quality content like this with AI is such a huge unlock for marketers, for founders. It allows you to experiment with new formats and new ideas quickly. Even as someone who creates a lot of content, sometimes I run out of ideas. So, the answer to that is throwing things against the wall, seeing what sticks, and getting a gauge

22:27on what your audience really resonates with. So, I'll go and dive deep into the channels that I spend time on like X or LinkedIn. I'll see something, then I can come up with my own version, my own creative angle and spin on different types of content formats, and I can use my agent to create them quickly. The speed of learning and iteration is absolutely key to growing on social media channels these days, and using tools like the Zapier MCP, ElevenLabs, Buffer, Hermes, whatever it is, allows you to ship

23:03things faster than ever before. So, give this workflow a try. I'm going to share a video skill with you so that you can use it alongside replicate with the best video models in your Zapier MCP server so that you can start shipping uh high-quality viral content as well. And uh you know, you'll never run out of ideas. You'll be able to experiment and

23:27learn faster than ever. Give it a try. It's been a huge unlock for me, and I think you're going to love it. And uh you can get this skill uh in the link uh that we have with the video. Hope you enjoy it. Uh hope it helps you start to use Zapier and get the efficiencies that I've gotten from it and uh create some high-quality

23:49content for your brand.
