0:49Yeah, you can ask the common problem because um if a person is not eating meat, if you don't know what you're doing, it can cause more harm. And so yeah, so so so definitely um So um I told her a little bit of something. I said, "Yeah, you should fill out my fill out my application." So she filled out the application and me and her talked and at times she wasn't supposed to pay for 4 months of coaching, she wind up, you know, ghosting me, you know, she wind up ghosting me. And then and then I ran into her uh let's see about a few weeks
1:17later again at Chipotle. I ran into her again, so I think that so that was God. And then and then I had a major revelation.
1:29You know, cuz I just finished the book and then I realized that man, ego is the main thing that holds a person back, especially with the women and the women that they're making money, you know, so so and I realized that Jenny that my coaching program is the perfect way to see if a woman is coachable and for her to see if she can get, [music] you know, see that she can follow masculine
1:49structure. So it's the perfect way, you know, to see right away. So yeah, so so she wind up uh doing just only 1 month. Okay, Solomon, I want to get my glutes fuller and and and get my stomach flatter. So so that kind of goal those goals are very difficult to do at the same time, especially in one month. I said, "Okay, since my system works so well, okay, so this is a great test." So um but she actually was a good client, but but she would only pay for one month. So in 3 weeks, you know, she followed for the most part whatever I told her to do, and
2:21she got her glutes to start to get more fuller and her stomach got more flatter in only 3 weeks. Because I was able to see in real time, you know, her steps. I was able I I dialed in so well, but I had to test Jenny as okay, I got to tell her just another give results, but not too much because she only paid me one month of coaching. So I can't tell her what I teach a person that paid me for 6 months
2:44or a year. So it was a great test though, you know, but definitely she definitely was coachable for that one month. But she but she for the most part don't respect, you know, the business. And then yeah, and then it's okay though, but it was just a great test. Oh, that's amazing. Well, the fact that she she tried on her own, but then the help that she got from AI was okay, but it was flawed. And because you because you have your um education, you know about health in the proper way to
3:14Mhm. build the body uh work with the body, which exercise is best to do first, [music] and the fact that that just one month and they already saw results at the end of 2 weeks. Ooh. Yes. Yes. Yes. Exactly. Because what it is too is if I mean I mean AI is good, but what it is if AI can't hold you accountable. It can't hold you accountable in real time. It can't make sure that that you log your meals. It It can't make sure that you do your workout. It can't make sure you hit your steps. And now I actually have Jenny I got a even advanced way. So I I actually
3:50make now I actually have a person where they can sign a habit contract. And that that's for somebody who wants to get amazing results. And then it'll be me, the woman, [music] and her husband will sign a contract and then like how if she don't go and let's say that she missed one day of logging her meal, she would have to go and pay me like $100 or she would have to go and pay her husband some money towards something that he want. But that's the extreme way. So, I got different levels where I can do it though, you know, but it come down to however how bad a person
4:21want it. But for the most part, ego is the main thing that holds a person back. Okay, that's understandable understandable. Um because feel probably a lot of women feel like if I don't feel successful, if I don't do it on my own, how am I supposed to have it set? And having someone guide us, having someone help us is like, okay, this is
4:41encouragement. This is not a put down. This is, you know, support. This is not a tear down. So, okay, this this works. This works. So, Exactly. Uh-huh. What are the couple of things that women that you work with seems to have difficulty for? Is it for example, um uh health issues? Is it for example,
5:04the time restraints? Cuz you said the the food addiction stuff like that, but I'm just health aspect there. Okay, oh yeah, Genie, that's a great question. Um um uh yeah, as speaking of what you just said too is that um another thing that I realized which is also was, you know, the the last client issue is um not being able to release
5:25control. Yes. Yeah, so so that's part of it. So, that was a part of it. But yeah, because of the average the average black American woman in America is 5'4, she's 187 lb. And also the average non-black woman in America is 5'4 and 160 lb. And also I also put that in I have the different stats. Yeah, so sorry about that. I have I have the different stats in my book showing that, you know, so um So, I got everything in there too. So, yeah, so um but when it come down to different things though, um they need somebody that can hold them accountable, for that can tell them the
6:03truth because when when woman is more fitter, she feel more better, she get more [music] things done, she have more energy. I mean, everything is better when a woman is more healthier and more fit. People give her more respect, you know, and then just that it's like your image is everything. And then, Jenny, I got something I'm going to say for your audience. Ladies, I want you all to think about this though. Now, ask
6:24yourself this. If you was to walk into a room right now, would your body sell your brand or sabotage it? Ooh. Good point. Good question. So, yes. Yeah, self-reflection, self-realization. Um [music] And also with that, I want to add is their their acceptance or their confidence with their body cuz sometimes, even though the body might be at a certain level, but if they feel, you know, not as well on the inside,
7:01Mhm. So, Yeah, I agree. I agree. So, Jenny, just like I in my book though, I tell the women that they have to forgive She has She has to forgive herself. Her forgiveness. I got a chapter in there. That's important to forgive yourself. Forgive yourself for being stubborn. Forgive yourself for letting yourself go. Forgive yourself for, you know, taking care of everybody else but not working on yourself. You have You have to forgive yourself. And it come down to just also, uh okay, um a person is
7:29trying Okay. If a person has been struggling with this for 10, 20, 30 years, it's time to look outside like, "Okay, I've been trying on my own for so long. I don't specialize in this. Let me get somebody who does. Let me get somebody that has the expertise, somebody that has the technology so that they can help me."
7:47So, it's all about uh just being honest. Being honest and being willing to just get out Get out of your own way. Yeah. Oh, definitely cuz it's that holds us back and we have to think outside of the box, outside of the norm. Can Can you put your book up so we can actually see it?
8:05Yeah, that's me. It's It's in the book. So, it's it's on Amazon. It's that. So, yeah. Yeah, cuz book is a great tool. And yeah, it just I got to help more women this way. But, it's all about people need need [music] personalized coaching. Cuz usually, Jenny, people think of online coaching, and which most trainers just just [music] just do some type of virtual training, which that's not the same. Cuz it really come down to what are you doing when
8:31you're not around the coach? So, so that's what people need help with when they're not around the coach. So, this is how I help them. So, a person can log their meals, and I get to see in real time what they ate, and I give them six different ways they can log their macros and calories. I make them personalized habits. And then, that's what people need. They need help more help outside. So, the habits a person's habits says everything about them. But, the problem is most people have more overweight habits than they actually do healthy habits. And that's why they're overweight, and that's why
9:00they're not healthy. Okay. I would like to turn this [music] um over a little bit. Now, let's You're talking to the the husband. Yes. And the the wife, she's there. She's doing her workout. But, you kind of have a couple of minutes to talk to him. [music] What's a couple of words you would to tell him either um they she just started, or either she's been doing her exercises for a little bit. What what's something you could tell him? Cuz we're [music] addressing the males, the men as well
9:30here. Sure, sure, Jenny. Yeah, um I would have to say, you know, it'd be good for him to Yeah, you know, you know, cuz you know, your wife, you know, she's serious about wanting help. And yeah, definitely, I'm going to I'm going to do whatever I can, you know, to make this easier for her. But, yeah, just you know, whatever it takes, you know, just you know, actually, I would love the husband to be an agent, you know, where the husband would also tell me, you know, you know, she ate this. She she didn't log her meal this day. So, that would be even better is if he could
9:53be an agent, and he could be a double agent. [laughter] I would love that even better. Oh, that's definitely one point. Um and [music] how about What words would you have for the husband for him to encourage or be supportive to the wife? Is there a couple things that you could say in that sense? [music] Oh, yes. Yes. I would say I would just say tell the husband, yes, so this is great cuz by her getting more fitter, she can she can be able to have more energy to be able to give you all her best. And then she'll be able to, you know, to take care of you better. And
10:26then she also will feel more confident. And then it's going to help you in every aspect of your life. You know, when your wife is more confident, she feels better, she looks better. You know, she wore an outfit she haven't worn since you all first got together. Imagine how that's going to make you feel.
10:41Nice. Nice. Okay. But that's true. That's true. When as they they said before, a happy wife, a happy life. So [laughter] Uh-huh. different levels. So tell us how can people find you? Where would they go? Yes. Yes. Yes, Jenny. They can find me on Facebook under Solomon Pratt. They can find me also on my YouTube page, which is [music] Solomon's Fitness World. They can find me on Amazon. They can find my book. You know, they can put in the anti-inflammatory fitness Bible. They can put in my name, Solomon Pratt. And yes, they can also
11:17they can also they can also text me. They can also text me, too. I can put my phone number. Text me 630 489-7051. And for ones that really really want help, they can fill out my application. I'm going to send you my application. So the application, everything is personalized. And then I can see exactly
11:35what they need and if I can help them. Oh, if you can help them. So are there certain things that [music] you see a lot of women asking you assistance with? Cuz you said Yes. Yes, because uh what it what it is about I have to still put them through a process to see exactly what the person need. I I got to see what exactly the person's triggers is, their [music] their their their why, their their motivation, what they have coming up. So that's why it's just that just that um it's not just cut and dry. Everybody has a different reason for why they want to
12:05do it. So I got to see exactly what's going on with this person, their experience, their you know, um their I got to see what's going on, you know, um, uh, with their mind and and and they just inside. So, I had to I had to do my own own assessment. I see you really get to know her and don't
12:23process her through just, uh, a routine. Yes. A better thing. Yes. Yes, so exactly. Everything is personalized. Personalized and, um, I mean, I help lots of women but just I got to put a person through a process. You know, because, uh, that's what it is. It's it's a process. Just like an apprentice to a doctor, a doctor has to put you through a process [music] to see what to see what's going on with you. So, I have to do the same. So, that's why I'm a certified glute specialist. That's the other thing, Jenny. A lot of women have, uh, knee problems, they have back problems, they
12:54got hip problems. That comes from having weak glutes most of the time. So, when you have stronger glutes, you think, you know, so, yes, you you feel better, you can, you know, you have everything is better. When you have you have less knee pain, you have more control over your knee. So, yes, it's a definitely, um, that's why definitely just getting your glutes stronger, but things have to be
13:13done the right kind of way. And that's where I specialize in helping the women. Excellent. Well, thank you very much for taking this time in to to be here and talk with us or with you. Jenny. Thank you for having me. So, is there something that, um, is special or something that you could, um, bring up as a a reminder or an encouragement for the women to come and [music] uh, contact
13:42Okay, all Jenny, I I love that though. So, yes, I will say that for ladies, ladies, stop waiting for the 1st of January. Stop waiting for the perfect time. People who are fit, they don't just wait till January to get started. They make this part of what they do right now. They they value themselves right now to get started and make changes now. And then you you could just make adjustments. So, just, um, people who are fit, they make this part of what they do. So, what are you on vacation, people still go [music] and and log their macros, log their meals, they do their workouts. So, you have to make
14:15this what you do. So, you have to want to do it, value yourself enough, and then and then and then instead of working so hard on your business or your or your job, you should be working harder on your personal development that it helps you with in in your business and your job. And and then just stop using, you know, I'm so busy as an excuse. [music] Life is going to always keep coming at you, but once again, your strength and your strength and resilience [music] going to be tested on every single level. You know, as soon as soon as you rise up, something is going to test you. So many
14:50distractions, so you have to just value yourself enough to want to put yourself first so you can give to everybody else and pour from a full cup instead of pouring from an empty cup. Wow, that's strong. That's strong. [music] So, well, everybody, thank you very much. This is Solomon Pratt, the perfect um individual [laughter]
15:12to help your health needs. All right. Thank you, Jenny. Thank you for having me. And also, one last thing anybody anybody who joins my program, I give 5% to help kids in Columbia to get to school. So, they help them be able to improve their transportation. So, anybody who joins my program, I give 5% to help the kids be able to improve
15:32their journey to school. Nice. Awesome. You [music] That's That's another beautiful incentive. Okay. Perfect. Thank you again. Thanks, Jenny. Um have a good day.
