0:00Sanscar [music] has built multiple apps which have touched over $20,000 MRR monthly recurring revenue. Today you are living in a time where it's so [music] much easier now that anyone who doesn't even know how to code can get started building. So there is a product called Kelly. They grew that to millions of dollars of revenue while being under 20. That guy literally sold the company

0:21for hundreds of millions. Exact one guy was making 48 lakhs per month. 48 lakh doing what? [music] Same exact app. There is a saying that n out of 10 products fail right. So my saying is build 10 build 10 products. So we will learn from Sanscar what has he built, how did he get started and how you can do the same. So video end we will take a high earning idea which is already working well and we'll turn it into a real product [music] from scratch all with the help

0:49of AI. Sanskar welcome to the channel and today we are discussing how to start a business with AI with proof and it's pretty much the entire course. With me I have Sanscar. Sanscar has built multiple apps which have touched over $20,000 MRR monthly recurring revenue. So we will learn from Sanscar what has he built, how did he get started and how you can do the same. This video end we will take a high earning idea which is already working well and we'll turn it into a real product from scratch all with the help of AI. So you will get to take a lot of notes and let's welcome

1:33Sanscar. Kio Sanscar Via thanks for having me really excited for this. So before we start to build a tool with AI, tell me a bit about your story about how you started from working in a call center to then discovering about building different apps and selling it. So tell me a bit about what the

1:52background was. So uh to concise it basically um I am from a middle-ass kind of family. So money was the thing which I very early age I realized it's important and the way you earn money was simple that it was not being solved by my father's job. So I was like we need to do business or something right I had no ideas on what do what things I can do but as I grew further as I learned about different things on the internet I realized there's this concept of building softwares which is a business you can do for zero because that's a very important part you're

2:25coming from a middle class you cannot uh spend money so um it really interested me I learned it a lot through internet actually uh trying to self-learn as much as I can I started building I spend years trying to make money uh I faced a lot of issues then ultimately it kind of worked and I'll be sharing all exact errors which I faced and what made it work right but the point being when it finally started working I was able to launch multiple products and able to scale them to a position at one point we were even at 26 $29,000 in MR so yeah a lot has

3:02happened and it's been great and what was the first money that you made online with it. So my first tool was called group buddy. So the way it worked was um in Facebook group when you're trying to join a Facebook group um you can ask questions as a group moderator right you're a good group admin I'm trying to join your group you can ask few questions people used to use that as a lead magnet I'll collect people's email I'll offer them something that hey enter your email here and I'll send you this guide so there were companies which were charging $17 to $19 per month to help

3:40them collect that information send that to Google sheet which they can later on use to send emails right they're building a list I saw that and I was like I can build it and uh so what I did was I built the minimum viable version which was possible within few days and uh I went there and I started talking about it right and um I uh I find a group which was about growing groups right someone was teaching how to grow Facebook groups and I was like these are the guys who will like to buy this so I

4:11went in there it was Facebook, right? So, you know, they'll track if you send too many links or something. So, I recorded a video of mine. Keep in mind, I feel a lot of people are very uncomfortable with creating video. I was looking not at all fine, [laughter] you know, literally the background and everything, everything is bad. But still, I created the video and I'm like, "Hey, I made this. If you're interested,

4:31reply and I'll send you." One lady was interested. Um, I priced it $7 and lifetime, right? So I made it very good offer I feel where it was like I'm choosing a $17 to $19 per month product. This is a $7 product. If it works out even if it works for one month I I'll not be in a

4:50negative right let me give it a try. So um yeah then a lot of things happened. Uh I was able to do a lot of sales from that but that is how I got my first sale. Very good through that call. Amazing tools. I have built more than 28 products. Literally 20 of 28 of them are listed on the website. So okay, give us some names and what what

5:10they do. So the top product of mine is called magic slides.app. It's a presentation creation. So show us on the screen. Yeah, I think that'll be the best way. So this is going to be a hands-on podcast, not like those ones in which we're just yapping. So we'll actually show you the proof what he has built and then how you can

5:26do the same. Now while we're talking about building a business with Claude, there is one problem that all of us face. Most people are typing prompts into Claude. It's not wrong, but you can lose your chain of thought very easily. Many people are lazy. The context can also break and this results in a bad quality output from AI. And that's why I've been using whisper flow and you will also see Sanscar using it throughout this entire video. And let me show you with a simple example. We've enabled whisper flow and I can just start speaking. Okay. So, I want you to research the top AI tools

5:54that are useful for content creators, for solo creators specifically. Research the tools that are actually being used in 2026 to make money or to build something. It should cover different use cases like brainstorming or ideating content, making automations, video editing, designing and so on and then present it as a listical to me along with a solid business idea that can be experimented with those tools and just look at the output. It just listen to the prompt once and just see how much better it is than what I spoke. And

6:23that's the amazing part about this tool. It understands exactly what you mean the first time. So you're not reprompting or wasting credits. So check the link in the description to try out Whisper Flow. and let's get back to the video. Okay, so this is the product. It's called magic slides.app. And what it does is it will help you create presentation from a lot of different stuff. So again, um I a lot of times I preach that you need to create a minimum viable product. I didn't start it with a

6:47web application. It I was literally working on another app called CDI. Okay, it was doing $2,000 in MR. I got someone who was in my DM on Twitter. He was like, can you send me a pitch deck? being a developer kind of guy I was like I'm more interested in building right I can code so I like can I make something which can create page or something right that curiosity led me to build a very simple version and which was a Google slides add-on right which will just accept a topic and create a bulletoint presentation very basic very simple I launched it on Reddit I launched it on different

7:22platforms and I was able to get a lot of people from it I kept working on it but the reason I'm mentioning that is by looking at the platform because now it's very deep there are so many features and when you see that of a lot of companies you get worried how will I be able to create that right you never have to create that as a one person as a one person business you should not try to replicate a business which is doing 100 things right never so uh that's why I'm mentioning so this is a product it's being used by top professions quite uh big companies and

7:51we have thousands of paying customers and uh what what it does it it can take these documents and create presentation Now we have expanded it into document creation. We have created a whole suite called magic suite where you can create videos, you can uh meeting notes, you can collect. So a lot of multiple things kind of bundle into a single product. So that's the kind of way we are trying to expand. But the point being it started as a very simple product which used to take a topic create a bullet point presentation. Now as I got customer feedback what they want and more we

8:20expanded. Very cool. Can you show the back end side of things? Yeah. So first back end is in the revenue the revenue yeah traffic. So first I'll go over here this is uh trust Mr. This is a website where people can connect their stripe account and they'll be able to then you will be able to see their

8:44revenue. So I think my main product is disconnected here but just from the other products I have done more than this was actually 700,000 when I connected uh magic slides. I'll actually connect it once on this platform again and I'll give you the screenshot to show as well. But the point being uh just from the other applications I have done more than 100,000 and uh from magic slides we have done a revenue of around 695. That's

9:09what it was showing over here. Okay. Okay. So this is not my platform. Uh I removed proper portal because it gives a lot of details about your business to people who are trying to now I'm talking about it a lot. [laughter] So I wanted to be a little uh cautious about K I I'm here to

9:28teach. I want everyone to succeed. Please just But you want to show data fast. Ah data fast. Um data first have all the data by the way. So yeah. So this is all the sides that you've built. I have converted this into INR now. Previously used to be dollar but yeah um so this is magic slides. This is my

9:49personal site. Uh this is application. the slack notify magic form uh ask video blur screen blur web app uh this is in the last the third 30 days 30 days so around 18 uh little different data is there um some issues in data fast of multiple duplicacy I'll mention this to be around 14 15 that is the accurate number uh because some duplicacy happens that's why it's showing a little more than actual revenue okay but it's 14 to 15 so this is one app that you showed magic This is these are all the products of mine which okay so I have all of them listed. So

10:30these are like 28 something products I have built. I have actually built more not all of some diet and kind of domain that this was magic slides. The second one was ask video right? So what you need to do is what I do is when I see new technology come up I see what are the use cases of it. So there

10:45was something called embeddings right? You can you can take any text content you generate embedding which will help you create something like a Google platform. So what Google does Google you search something it will not search by keyword it will search by meaning right and anyone who was able to do that by embedding uh concept. So embedding was like API you just generate an embedding then anyone when gives a question you can find the nearest embedding which is related to that. So you're able to connect text to text. The point being um

11:13I created multiple products around that. The first product was magic chat. So if I scroll down a little bit, magic chat. So what magic chat was doing was magic chat creates a chatbot like this one. And all you need to do is you need to provide website urls, YouTube videos, you can have anything, right? And it'll create a chatbot which will answer queries for you. What is this product

11:33about? What what it does? And if you have any more questions, you can uh you can check all these questions how people are u asking and how your bot is answering. and you'll be able to modify and improve upon that right so this was also used by thousands of people and uh monetize wise there was little limitation I was not able to market it as such because I was focusing a lot on magic slides uh but again this was the first product then the embedding part right okay now I have a very simple theory when I build I get the technology I was like it's very replicable right for different

12:06things so I saw some u interest in video specific okay I have a lot of videos I want people to be able to chat chat with chat. So I actually created called talking PDF. This is my product. It was basically about how to second I just think some issue but the point is it was

12:27similar to ask video but just for PDFs. Okay. So you can talk to PDFs and this one is ask video. Here you can chat with videos. So you give hundreds of video, thousands of video and it will understand all of them and be able to answer from any you can literally go here in the dashboard. I have added a support for Instagram as well. So imagine you

12:47have all these res. You just enter your Instagram uh username and it will create this page where you have your reels over here and it has the text of what you have mentioned in those reels. It will get the transcript and now it will be able to answer questions from that. Right? So these these kind of things if I proceed more and you were able to build all of these

13:08tools using just clot code. The thing was these are I started five years ago right? So I started magic slides before AI AI coding came the picture. This was not started with with V coding but now to give you a perspective 6 to 8 months ago I had a team of five developers. Right now I have zero and I'm able to manage all these products

13:32all with the help of cloud code. All with the help help of cloud code with the w coding process and uh it's much faster. I'm able to get ideas much faster like and the back and forth is much easier now. You don't have to wait for hours and hours for a single task to be done. I

13:48have 10 different terminals open, right? Cloud code chats and one is doing one feature, one is working on one app, one is working on another app. My role is to go and check, hey, are you done with this? This is my feedback for you. Continue. Hey, you're done with this. This is my feedback. Continue. And they'll get things done. Not just coding

14:06part through why this plot go I run ads. I got I become a Amazon published author right through ads. I was able to generate a new business which I showed you how I started something 45 days ago. It has generated five lakh plus in. Imagine like starting a new business from scratch and uh in this kind of condition where people feel oh it's really hard and people might think hey but Sanskar you have a lot of people behind you I literally have no one that's the thing amazing so Sanscar that was a bit about your story but for the 24 year old who's watching this video and wondering how

14:41can they get started let's give them all the value let's spill the tea and let's go in depth about how do you come up with an idea for starting a business. How do you then start a business and build a product with the help of Claude code as you just said and then how do you market it and get revenue perfect and then flex on trust Mr. [laughter]

15:04That's the goal. Okay. Okay. So let's do that step by step and I want you all to take notes as much as possible. You can share everything that we are doing and how did you apply this? So when you're talking about finding ideas, you can share some examples of your own journey for how you found an idea for a app that you built

15:22that got you revenue. For someone who's already in a job and wants to probably build a app on the side which can generate some side income or for someone who's in college and wants to start earning, how can we make this the most valuable for them? First, I want both of these people who are doing job and who is doing college to understand. I started when I was doing college,

15:42right? I started when I was doing job. It might seem hey you yes I was doing both at the same time. So if you are thinking hey Isar I did that when there was no AI. So today you are living in a time where it's so much easier now that anyone who doesn't even know how to code can get started building it. It seems very odd. I I don't know sanscar code. I have people the reason they were not able to go through my content they were like I'm afraid of terminal. I I show something called terminal which looks very daunting because in movies they have

16:14showed it green and very horrifying but it's I I just do chat when I say I do chat with clot code I don't I don't try to see the code I do understand a lot of it so when I go in depth I can chat but you don't have to when you're starting out so let's start with the first an outline what are we going to do number one we need to be able to find an idea so I'll talk about how we going to find the ideas number second we'll try how we can build that ideas right taking that idea into a minimum viable product, right? How we

16:42are going to do that. The third part comes the marketing. Now this marketing segment depends on the product you're building and the product you're building depends on the idea you have. Right. Right. So let's get started. When I started there were multiple platform which used to exist which are not that active anymore. There used to be a platform called Indie

17:04Hacker. India hackers. Indie hackers. Uh it is existing but it's not that often which where you go. It was kind of purchased by stripe and kind of got inactive much product hunt is also a very good place but from my experience and experience of my friends who have done a very good product and launch it's not at all good for sales right now when it comes to ideas I feel people come there little later so I'll tell you about what's working today what is helping me to get ideas right exactly so the number one platform which is getting quite a lot of popularity is this platform called trustmr

17:37trustmr.commr com right the best part about this is people have come in the people who have built these product and they have connected their stride to show you that hey we build making this much right so it's the best way for you to know okay this app is actually making money or not because people can say but this is the connection this is the signal number of noise exactly so what do we have we have a leaderboard here yes so this is a leaderboard which shows you all the products which are generating revenue right now one thing which you need to keep in mind a lot of them are platforms so for

18:08example understand this is also good. So not always think of oh they're actually making exact that much money but yes they are generating this much revenue for sure this is a very significant to give you a perspective this product which is listed on the second you can see the MR here 863 632 I'll convert this to INR for people to understand right how much is this art per month

18:40Right. I launched with him also. Same time similar product. The magic chat I was talking about this similar that he launched somewhere little earlier than mine but very nearby 3 4 years ago. He bootstrap company and guy is under 30 for sure around 24 25 something or 26 maybe. You can see the graph here. Literally he went from 20 to overall pesa that he has made is $19

19:04million. 19 million right? Just imagine the level. So you have companies like this here. We're not talking about small stuff. You have big players here as well who are exactly revealing what they're building. So you can kind of replicate those kind of things. So there are a lot of uh products you can find here. One thing which I uh lagged here was the categorization. So I know how to build mobile application because I did that. I know how to build web application because I did that. But when people are starting they might prefer that hey I want to build mobile application though categorization I didn't find. So there's

19:36another platform which can help you do that. It's called copy amara. The whole existence of this product uh website is for this only show you the products which are making money and give you exact prompt to copy it. Right. Right. One question we will have is so like very good question. Now here's what I will say about that. There's always an angle you can play. So I'll give you an example of how that works. So there is a product called Kai. They grew that to millions of dollars of revenue. Point being under 20. That guy literally sold the company for hundreds millions. Zack right now. People might be dude gallery

20:16tracker very expanded market. Many people copy. Will you believe? There are literally two people I have found on Trust Mr. One guy was making 48 lakhs per month. 48 lakhs doing what? Same exact app. Exactly. But difference he targeted Russian. He changed the whole app store optimization to be Russian and that's what he's marketing to Russian people. Now imagine you're a Russian person right and you're going to the app store and you see two options Cali and this this is fully like in your language you feel like this is understanding me they took that angle and this has been done by two right not just one you'll be like okay now

20:55this is also done what take pick another country optimize for that you'll be like okay that is also done what else I can do right think talk to these people and you'll be able to find different areas so because I was building u this as well so I know a different angle which I thought of was that hey uh these people are showing calories what if I show them the so if you're trying to lose weight what you're trying to do is okay I want to be in a uh less like I should be burning more calories than the calories I'm eating right deficit deficit so I was like maybe I I will

21:29angle that my product not just takes the calories and shows the calories it will show you you should eat I I'll show you some suggestion right I have built that I'm actually taking it I'm just saying if I I am actually doing that. I took this idea and I was like okay what how can I I separate from being the copy Twitter pay I saw today that people are talking about how you should build apps for women and you'll end up getting a lot of traffic revenue. So they were showing example of someone made a

21:58exercise app but for women. Exactly. That was very I have it bookmarked [laughter] actually literally you'll see ni I do a lot of bookmarks on Twitter. I feel uh this is very so as I said Twitter is a very good platform. If anyone is interested in building they should come here. This is how how do I find ideas? How do you find ideas? I think number one when I was starting right now my feed is very much trained you know because I have liked those kind of things I bookmarked right but for people who are starting they'll be like how so this is how I found uh for different

22:33products number one you need to type GitHub why GitHub because when you're starting out you'll prefer if something is kind of already done you just go there take the code existing and you add your flavor to it because people are building a lot of open source stuff and they are sharing the code for that only for other people's to be able to build above that open source code when it's MIT there is no issue at all to create anyhow you can kind of recreate it with clot code but if they give you it's very helpful right so I usually used to type GitHub then I'll type the thing which I'm trying to

23:04do so for example presentation creation or maybe the scali let's see what's so you'll find repositories of people making similar apps yeah so exactly someone has open source AI header your AI programmer your own AI platform opensource coding agent someone has all these are uh kind of products. I literally made actually a real about this where I showed a GitHub uh readme file which has 100 plus projects which you can just take and build above. M so this is a very good idea and main thing is you go here and start interacting right that's what I feel will engage your feed and you can see literally once you start

23:41doing that I am just saving all these things whatever I'm finding okay claude launch this someone launching that and what other people are doing so you'll find a lot of people who are sharing what they are earning right so you can then search for maybe I made or something around those lines um the best way I think should be you just search for levels io

24:01levels IO. So, Levelvels.io is this creator is is like a builder I should say called Peter Levelvels and he basically has this idea of building and launching products and uh and just like shipping. Yes. He titled 12 products in 12 months. That's what he did himself to he's like the person [laughter] because I kind of started by taking that theory and I was like so will you believe he actually promoted blurb app once he kind of retweeted and stuff but later on I think and [laughter] but the point is yeah you can go to him or you can search for this another guy called Mar Lou why I'm suggesting these

24:46people because these people reposted other builders who are actively sharing their stuff, right? So, if you scroll down his feed, you'll find a lot of people I mean major of it his his own work. So, you can kind of learn from that also because that's what he has been doing. But you'll be able to find people who are interacting in the comments who are actually

25:05building ah this guy is doing open work. Um this guy I don't know the first one I knew this one no but you you'll just scroll down and go through the profiles and follow the right people and it will start suggesting But I'll

25:25find exact he's making this much and all but what happens is when you're copying keep in mind now many people are already doing that. So the reason the second I feel is what I prefer most after you start doing this is because on Twitter you're able to find very realtime things. Someone doesn't connect a stripe on the first day, but they share it on Twitter on the first day. So, if you're able to see that, you're imagine being able to replicate Cali when they just

25:51launch. I think we can just show a live demo of going to my Twitter feed. Let's just go. Let's do this. I will I will turn on the recording. Okay. And let's find a business idea. Let's see. Reliance Gio Grobot. Grogot is a very iPhone relay. This is some feature plot. Even this Grog bot you see now.

26:14Yeah. A big trillion dollar company is pitching a lot on building a bot. So definitely there is a big market share and whenever there is a big market share you are a very small you can just go in there capture 00001% and you open claw we actually built this agent claw. So this is basically what it is is when open claw was launched cloudbot I think it was named so I built this you deploy it and you'll be able to run agents right keep in mind this is all open source open claw how to deploy it is literally a few clicks you'll ask cloud code it

26:54will help you deploy and you set it up for other people right right because um here um grog will be limiting people to use that only you can be like I'll build it for you you can personalize it in many way I'm literally giving giving you the idea which I'm actually executing with this. You see

27:09agentcloud.in this is my own website. Yeah. Yeah. This aged well 4 million. Now if you want a pile of new customers to drop your website link. What is this exactly? XP hit $2 million AR R after launch XP. Auto GTM AI agent that find clients while you sleep. Yeah. This is a B2B solution. This is a B2B solution and a lot of businesses want this. They want customer and this is

27:38actually very easy to create. How? Literally I can give you the simple twoline answer to this. You just ask cloud code. It will do two things. It will get some API key from Reddit or something or you can get a serer API key. Serer is basically which helps you get Google results. So what it will do is it will create a keywords list. Okay, your you give the product and it will find the relative things people are searching. It will add site Reddit and it will find all the list of it and it'll be able to give you people who are

28:05responding or you can get a Twitter API. The point is I'm giving a very you can find ideas as well. Huh. You can literally create things so fast there and the point is these are still big companies. That's what I'm saying. Imagine being able to copy Kali when they just launched when he's sharing guys it has

28:23been one month I'm making 1,000 MR. That's the point when you if you can recreate that and start following you'll be able to much grow fastering. So again that's how we discussed about ideas this is more than enough I feel uh if you just go into this that is enough. Now comes the building part right. So let's let's pick an idea

28:42that we want to replicate. Yes. So if you again go to copy MR let's go there. I think if you go to AI artificial intelligence artificial intelligence let's let's rebuild resi. Yes. So resi is this rum builder right? is like a big market. Everyone wants to get a job and a resume is the most important

28:59thing for that. Exactly. So, let's rebuild a ré builder tool. So, this this tool right now is making how much every month? It's doing 272,000. Amazing. So, let's copy this and build this from scratch. Okay. So, every month this tool is making 2 and a half K rupees. So you already know that demand people are paying for this. Now it's all about how can you position yourself in the right market and then sell it. So we'll talk about all of that

29:32later but okay I want to build this. Perfect. So once you decide on the idea now what you need to understand is a lot of time you need to think of the marketing kind of little be before before building because u what will happen is there are multiple ways to go around this. As we discussed with Cali, they could have just copied the same product and it would have been hard to grow and they'll be like, "Guys, I built the same thing but I was not able to grow." You need to have an edge, right? So, what people do

29:59is number one, I'll copy this URL. Why I'm copying this URL? Because I know a platform which can tell me exactly how they're getting traffic organically. If they are getting traffic organically, there are two ways, right? Either you pay for your traffic or you get it through organic, right? This platform HFS will tell you about organic traffic, right? So, I'll go there and I'll see. You can literally

30:20see the keywords they're ranking for. It's 6,000 keywords. Right now, you just go there and you'll see. Now, you might be thinking, okay, I should just make a resume attempt. No, not done. We need to do one more step, which is you go over here at the top. You'll go the keyword difficulty. What does that mean? Keyword difficulty goes from 0 to 100. It shows you how hard it is to rank. Higher the number, harder it is to rank. So, what I usually do is I'll just set this to maximum to

30:46be 20. Okay. Guys, we're just starting our DA which means domain authority will be zero, right? It will be impossible for us to compete with 70. So you saw in the initial page when we go here, there's something called DR, right? This tells you how good their domain authority is, domain reputation. So Google sees a lot of people are suggesting. So for example, good people suggest he's good. So that's how Google algorithm works, right? So you don't have that initially. So you look for easy to rank. Now when I go there I keyword this you can now see there's how to write a resation how to write a resation you see now you

31:21are able to get exactly what's ranking for them now you can open this a new tab you go here now here you'll be able to see how many backlinks you need to rank on top and then you'll be able to see what is ranking right now so you see one thing here there's a YouTube video ranking I have been focusing a lot on this recently because Google has changed

31:43their algorithm extremely Right? Since this AI came, they know people can just regenerate uh text like this. So they are very conscious more important. They are resurfacing Instagram videos. Like literally Instagram videos, you have an option. There's a platform called Google Search Console. Again, this is very important. If you're trying to get listed, you can connect your Instagram pages here. So if I go, I'll show my Instagram page of the product is connected. And it will show you how many clicks. This is Instagram. This is recently connected and you can see you're ranking for keywords and the videos are ranking which by the way I generated with AI another thing to talk

32:20about but the point is key that's what you need to understand is the edge right you saw okay one option and you see LinkedIn is also ranking literally you are able to understand that hey it's not the best way to actually create that blog on my website it's much better to create a video about it post it on YouTube Instagram make sure to optimize the title caption so that it has a chance to rank again so that was the discussion about how and you can kind of go deep in this but now we have an understanding this product which we're trying to create the guy who

32:49scaled it got the traffic from search now we will be able to optimize what we are building resation letter want this soal so if you go over here you see global search volume this combines all these small small keywords so you can literally have a potential to get 50,000 US actually 19,000 United India we usually conversion is very less softares but 50,000 United 19,000 so it's a very huge amount for something which is saying easy to rank you don't need that much these people are interested on how to do that you can literally give them a template your app can make and done right so if I go back here

33:34resignation resignation is very popular thing happening so u yeah resignation resignation resume how to write a resignation letter. Okay, so now I got that this is how I will approach marketing and such. So but the main concept was I was able to know in Google say they got traffic because a lot of companies build on Facebook ads and if you try to be like hey I'm creating organic content but it's not working it will not literally do you know like I saw a recent tweet from a guy who was working at a company which I was thinking they doing maximum from organic content and I was able to realize no

34:09they're just running ads 7 to8 million in ads and imagine you're just going to compete with them on organic content it's very important hard so you need to know where they are Okay. Okay. So now let's talk about building part, right? The exciting part and it all starts with a quick thing. I'll just highlight. Number one, you need to have a name,

34:27right? You need to have uh icons for that. You'll create then you'll create the main domain. Uh you'll buy this naming will build the domain which we'll buy and uh we'll create the icon for that and then we will create the product. Right? Okay. These things are simple. One thing which we will keep in mind is we need to have some sort of an USB. Again uh you don't have to clear but USB basically means unique selling selling proposition. So if someone is kind of in a choice where they're looking at that platform and your platform how and why they should choose you right now whenever I talk and if you are

35:01someone who is a solo builder always sell your story what do I mean by that um a lot of people let's say imagine you start a bakery you're someone who loves cooking and stuff and you start a bakery you'll be like hey if I'm selling this these guys are building in bulk they're able to sell it for 200 mine will be building for 300 I have to sell it for 500 to make how will I compete? So then I'll tell you hey you need to sell yourself here right? So again what I'm coming back to USB you you can understand that hey how can I say I'm better you cannot be

35:34better when it comes to feature. Don't try to complete that. What you can be better at you can come up with your story of who you are and why they should choose you. You could have a story where you were able to create a resume from which you were able to apply to some company where you were able to get selected and that's why they should select you. This is very important for conversions. this will I'm telling you because before last two months I was not able to convert Indian traffic now I have for my new revenue generation I have made that my main uh revenue generation because I'm able to

36:03sell myself right so you need to have that unique proposition okay so we will so the unique proposition for this idea we discussed is you need to sell yourself you got a job from this resume you were like but sansar I didn't got a job no problem find another face to sell it right you find some creator who can be the face of it and you'll be like I don't know if creator just have some like try to discuss or something you'll figure it out. But the point is this is the USB I'll be going

36:27for. Then we'll create the product. Okay. So let's start. The way I do that is through terminal. Now I don't want people to be like I have people commentally I stopped watching when you open terminal. So I want to be very clear that this looks very daunting. The movies has confused you. Don't worry

36:44this is not horrifying. You will not see code flashing [laughter] by there's no green thing happening. I'm not doing hacking. I'm not doing anything complicated. So we will basically build a minimum viable product with the help of cloud code. Cloud code we'll do all the back and forth of discussion as well how and everything over here. So uh first thing first you might have used cloud uh desktop application and you might be worried how to get started with this. There is a single line of code which you write u to set it up cloud code. We'll give that line in the description. You can copy that and just cla install. That's

37:16all what you need to do. Here's the command for Mac OS. Here's the command for Windows. just run it in this terminal thing and you never have one thing you never have to write any you know made uh the keywords of MKDR or kind of never so please don't worry let's get started so once you create your account and once you have this thing installed then you can just say claude and then it will start working for you yeah you need to set up cloud again same single line thing you search claude CLI cloud code CLI install you have that command as well same copy paste Once you

37:51do that, now you have clawed inside your terminal. Now you might be thinking Sanskr why are you using uh in terminal we have a good looking app I like to use application. So here's my reasoning for that. Terminal was created before the UIUX which is your prof uh this button this UI of everything. So what happens is all these companies have tried to create hey we'll control your desktop by clicking things but they always have issue because there is a screenshot coming. it will always have more latency when they do that thing those things from terminal they can just execute commands they're much easier faster to do

38:28so the reason I use terminal rather than using the desktop app is because they don't have to set everything up I know you might be thinking but sa they have connected browser into there but they have they have to do one by one which by default comes here so that's why we use terminal let's go full screen okay I'm going to just click full screen I'm going to increase the font as well okay so I'm going to first describe it what I'm trying to do in this. I use whisper flow a lot. So

38:54I'll just open it up. You have a direct option but uh I prefer the whisper flow option. I just Yeah, it's okay. So now what you can do is I'll go back to their website. Sometimes you can copy but here is I'm thinking okay if I'll give the whole description there's a big chance it can get confused. Uh but I think a recent model is launched so maybe not. So I'll just paste it here first. I just copy pasted the whole text from the website and now I'm going to talk about it. So I'll be like hey there I'm trying to create a product which will be helping people to create

39:30resume. The unique selling proposition which I'll have is I have applied to jobs and I was not able to but then I was able to make few changes through which I was able to get accepted into big big companies. Now I want to help other people do that and uh that will be the edge of USB uh I want you to help me come up with name and uh the way to present that USB again right now before we started building because you'll have to have some text on your website you have to unless you're clear on this USB part this is the copy copy for your site

40:04this copyrightiting thing this is a very it might sound very simple but just text you can just no you need to be very clear because every single point when they're going through your website they have an option to scroll Instagram or do something else right you need to make sure you are like very clear that hey this will solve your problem that's when they will focus and actually even go to the payment page okay so now claude is doing a lot of research a lot of websites it's uh testing as well so I have done this a lot of time before so you can see it

40:32already started rejected to hired got in anyway fix my resume there it's kind of searching for domains by default because I have done this and it understand even if other People will try that. It will by default do that. You can just tell it okay, hey, I want to get a domain which is available. So I have trained it. Now when it comes to domain, one quick suggestion,

40:51go for com or app. I don't like because will confuse people that it's a com. They'll always type and your traffic will go here and there, right? Uh dotapp is much simpler. It is appapp magic slides. I always used to do that. Later on we purchase.com as well. The point is you either go with com or app. Don't try to confuse with other. I have tried that in the fun way but it doesn't

41:17work out best especially for SEO. So first thing which we'll kill let's give it few minutes. While this is happening [clears throat] what I usually do is I run multiple terminals because this is a employee which you can kind of start new employees start do this this. So this one while it's figuring out the name thing I'm going to go here and I'm going to say hey I am trying to create

41:40an application which is a rum builder. Uh I want you to help me create five different logos and I want you to open them on my chrome so that I can have a look. When you create a logo make sure that logo should work on the fab five fab icon as well as on a big setup of 512 and 512. Now here's I said something because this is very important. A lot of times it creates a very complicated logo which does not look in a short and you need to have one thing which I'll suggest is don't over complicate this. I'm just trying to show you that you can do that logo

42:13thing. You don't have to worry about because if you try to find online it will be but how does it make an image without having an image model HTML you have connected with HTML. Yes. It creates an SVG without having to and it's much faster to edit that and because again when you're starting you might not have the budget or there are a lot of options which are offering free but I don't like that because I feel AI image they'll create something complicated and I'm looking for simplest version sometimes it's literally a character a company which we showed was

42:41generating 8 k now their logo was C. [laughter] You're getting the point, right? You don't want to focus too much into this, right? Okay. Same thing with uh name also. Don't make it the main thing. We'll continue to the other things while this is happening. So, this is how you should execute. First of all, I feel uh this is the benefit of being able to launch so many terminals or so many executions that while your logo is generating, you can work on the next

43:06thing. So, let's do the website. Let's do the website. Now, website uh the text which I use is Nex.js. Why do I use that? there was something called ReactJS. So initially we the website is always HTML, JavaScript and CSS. HTML gives the structure, CSS is the design, right? And JavaScript is how things work when you

43:25click interactivity. Now when people were trying to create complicated website, it became very cluttered and was hard to maintain. Then Facebook created this plat u framework called ReactJS. Basically reusable components you create once and then you can just reference it. Yes. And uh what happened was this was very good but it has one downside. It was not optimized for SEO the URL way and the way of loading and stuff because Facebook was never focused on that initially. So then this company comes up vers they launched nextjs and that's kind of a standard now a lot of people

43:58prefer that and that's what we use. You don't need to worry about all of this. I think you you you can use this thing called ask question user ask user question tool exactly in cloud code and it will ask you everything what back end you want to use what front end do you want to use if you have any questions you just like ask it that I don't know anything about nextjs help me understand so it will then then do that so you can just like ask that the reason I suggested do nextjs is because there are other frameworks as well and the problem is if you get into

44:27something which is more complicated later on you'll be worried So you you don't need to know anything forget anything I said just remember nextj that's when you're building web application you can use nextj is a very good to do right why it will not only build the web app it will build the landing page it will build the marketing pages and SEO thing will be maintained for you okay so while all the other things are happening let's do that right so the way I do that hey uh create a folder inside software folder name it second I'll just quickly select one name okay we have uh what got me hired fixed

44:59and hired reject to hire resume after no okay it has kind of taken that USB and kind of tried but it's not sounding like a tool I feel right it is like um so I'll just tell that hey uh names are fine but we don't want to put too much into the name that uh it doesn't sound like a tool it sounds like a course or something while that happens you can name it anything right right now so I'll just give it as uh name of rum maker and then inside that create a folder called resumeumaker- next. So this is the way I structure uh I have a

45:36software folder right then I create a product name and inside that there will be dash next which is for the website dash flutter if I'm creating a mobile application right okay so what I want you to do is uh create that and then open that in cursor now you might be thinking that hey you can do it directly from here why you're even thinking about opening cursor what I feel is um there are multiple terminals running around now here is there's one but when you open cursor you'll be able to have a visibility on what the code size is, what is happening. There is something called git

46:08which basically helps you understand the differences of code which is happening. You don't need to understand everything but at the same time if you have a visibility that helps. So now my folder is visible at least right if not anything else my folder is visible. So it created that it created rum maker next. Now create a basic getting started nextj

46:30project here. I can just say that and it'll create that. So again we starting with the example app so that it creates then we can kind of further work on it. Right? Once it will create that you'll be able to launch that and see that in your browser. Now uh if you're doing this for the first time it might ask you to set up NodeJS it requires that the good part is it will be able to run the commands itself and set it up. So that's why I prefer to suggest people just install cloud once. It will be able to do whatever you need uh in the middle

47:01of things. So okay so the folder name has a space the so again I didn't had to know that yeah right I'm someone who is doing that for the first time and the logo is also readyh so let's see that openh I think it's open here you see check dog monogram uh there's paper stack profile card what's your feedback I think the last one looks good this one yeah let's go with

47:33Ah, it's good. Uh, I think in small it'll work actually. Yeah, perfect. Now, let's see the name. How's that going? Lower five. The name was a full screen. Yeah. Ah, here we have uh resume pass, res pass, res fix, cv fix, res lens, hire ready. It's available. That's a good domain name, huh? [laughter]

48:02Hire ready.io. So there's this website namecheep um where you can search for domains. It would be expensive. It's not available. It's not available. I know. So it doesn't check. Huh? It doesn't check this properly. I think uh hire kit. So again you can kind of have some examples here. You just go there do app it's usually a very u I think someone got that also here it can show other available options a lot of thing uh people what they are doing is they do this get thing before get high so that [laughter] also okay uh I'll just say uh we'll just pick a name here um hier is fine right we'll uh I

48:41don't think someone have one

48:48Structure interviews in minutes. I'll go here. One thing is coming to my better resume is you care. Is available. Is there better resume is a good name. Yeah. This is my builder logo. This is there. Okay. So, we can close that. We don't need this. We have the logo and the nextj project is ready. It's running on local host as well. So it says then open it now. So it's saying to run it's giving you a command. Now you're not a developer, right? So you don't want to do that. You'll be like can you open it in chrome now the reason I'm able to do that is because I have

49:34installed chrome extension of cloud. Right. Right. Uh and then I have connected that. So the way you connect that is by typing / chrome and then it will show you that option. So I'm just going to ask it can you open in chrome. I don't know how to code. I'm not going to run any commands right. Um I'll just ask it can you open it. So you can see it's saying starting the dev server in the background and opening it in Chrome. So it will just open it in a

49:56new tab here. Let's give it a second. So this is a barebone next.js project. Okay we are ready. So we have something right like now we have something to work on. Okay. So, here's how my app is going to work. I want people to be able to copy their LinkedIn profile. They'll copy all the stuff. They should be able to upload a PDF file. Uh, if they have that, we will be able to extract the text and through that information, we'll process that through AI and structure it into

50:28four different rum templates. For this, there are two things. Number one, I want a landing page. Number two, there will be something called / dashboard where all this generation thing will happen. In the dashboard, I should be able to see the réumé which I have generated and there will be create new button. When you click on that, you should be able to go into an interface where you can enter this whole input thing. And you'll go to the next page where you'll have the editable rumé where you can kind of provide this information will be prefilled. On the right hand side, I'm imagining to have uh the réumé editable, a template which

51:07is open which I selected in the previous step to be open. And on the left hand side, I should be able to edit that information manually as well if I want to then I want to be able to export that as a PDF. Amazing. So this is the user journey that you've defined. Yes. So you can just close your like previously you know literally uh four years ago I used to draw again Figma and all people are like you should do that I I didn't do that much I used to draw okay here's what I'm thinking on how I'm going to make that now I I literally can close my eyes and

51:40describe it and get the build product not design get the build product so that's literally something which if people are using AI and if they haven't done it manually they don't know how how amazing that is right right it It used to take so much time to literally do that. Now what claude is doing? It's going to find u what like how to do that. It's going to plan all

52:03these things. We'll need a AI API key right? Yes. Now so for that what do you use? There are multiple options. So initially we used to use separately Google Gemini claude uh entropic right and then open AI separately. Right. Then we tried this platform called open router. Open router. The reason was we had to

52:21add credits at different places, right? And it was very complicated to manage. Sometimes if the credits are gone, some issue will happen to the app. Open router is a single place you can use any model. A very interesting part is whenever a new model comes in, they offer some discounts and stuff. So you try that a lot of times like for example recently muse model by uh Facebook Meta has launched and they it's offering free literally in open code. Um so I'll show you one quick thing I feel that can be very helpful for people who are starting similar to cloud code there's something called open code

52:52okay this is an open source version where you can kind of uh use different models you see muse it's literally available for free on uh so I have connected so what I have done is I went to open router got an API key and you can connect that here okay u it's on connect connect provider it has uh open you can directly give their API key or you have Open router here you can search it open router you see it's gen showing right you can open open router to show to people actually so you so I basically log into this and then use open router API key

53:28and then I can just like select any model that they have access to they have a lot of models and they have rankings which is very if you go to the top ranking this really makes me very excited you see like open AAI is China China, China, China, China, China, China. This is again invaded. Literally three companies is a top 10 leader are US. All the others are this is the level uh and the best part is they offer very cheap

53:54like all and they are very good models. So you don't have to worry about hey it's going to cost me. You see open this spark and other models are here. If I open them up they'll offer very cheap pricing for these also. This is $1. This is actually coding model. Yeah. Um agentic coding and everything. So you can kind of if you're like hey cloud code is expensive for me they're literally offering this right now for free maybe later on it will be much cheaper so for things to get started so you can just get started here and you have a lot of models to choose

54:21from. I just quickly show you that but you've not told claude code what AI to use. It's going to figure it out on its own. You can set things up if you have preference. So for example I can and it's so easy to change it'll just take two minutes. Right now we have given too big of a task. Just imagine what I have given him right this if I have given him to some agency just imagine 2 years ago they'll be like yes sir it will be two lakh it will take one month something about that they'll not be like huh just give me 30 minutes

54:49right and just5 to $10 of cost and uh here you see something which is coen 3 coder right so I was also trying an local model to code again uh two things what I'm saying is if you have a good device you can try those things to kind of gemma 4 and the model coding wise now I I feel people are not able to compete with claude. I see gro able to compete though. I was able to get their monthly plan for 200 rupees when it launched which is like 3,000

55:15rupees now. Right. So I have all I literally have subscription to Codex I have to gro and that's all like um I'm just giving a lot of options for people so that you can try whatever UI experience you uh prefer. So there is grock same thing chat right don't get worried terminal is not horrifying it's just a simple place I feel a lot of people might get worried about what is this all is happening bash and commands and all don't worry about that so you've given it uh approved so it will not ask you for everything so uh I'll give you uh JSON code a prompt

55:49actually uh I'll give it to you you can add to description you guys can copy that into cloud the reason I prefer that is because I have worked with claude for a long while right And I was able to trust it more than some of the employees. So I'm like I trust you. You go there you do it. Uh worst case scenario it doesn't work

56:05something I can just ask it for fixing. But I usually don't like to just hit enter enter because you can see I do multitasking right and I don't I hate it when it just stopped and I'm like you should have been completed till now [laughter] like so uh so that's why it's literally been 5 minutes and I can have a look at code here. I'll just go if I see any changes. But you're not asking cursor to build anything. You're still using clot

56:29code. I have around $600 credits in cursor. But I use clot code. Okay. Because cursor is also offering this chat thing, not the terminal part. And I I love the terminal thing because I feel it's the most the level it can control Chrome, the level it's able to test, they also have there. By the way, I started using cursor before cloud code

56:50cursor CLI. H not CLI. Uh cursor from chat. They used to have a they have a very good browser support and everything. I used to be able to test I made a lot of videos around that. But once I started doing this the experience was much better for me. Okay. You see things are already happening. Oh

57:05wow. Already just make it look like one. Now you see four templates also right? You just see what we have done. See the one thing uh that you can help with is you know most of these websites that AI makes looks very like slop. Yes. So how do you change that? Few things are handled here. Not fully but number one what I do is I use a good font it's a very small thing I know it but it makes a very good difference I use a font called outfit right number number two I ask it specifically don't use gradient okay gradient doesn't look good number three don't use blue color

57:43okay there's also this claude skill right front end skill now the thing with skill is I feel a lot of people are adding too many things And when I ask it, so for example, this thing, this list of things I'm saying now, yeah, I asked it yesterday and it added that and next time when I I I was asking it to build some pages for me, it did

58:03exactly that. Now the reason is sometimes for some design I might not prefer that. I had a dark mode website which is my personal website and in that some things were blue and this and that. So you don't I kind of suggest people to actually read the skills properly. If you dumb everything down, don't blame the AI that is doing any

58:22random thing. I like to keep my very clean literally I know people are like a lot bullish on the skills and everything but I feel the AI model is getting so good that you just need to understand small things like we understand right by looking at a website we know what is making it look like sllo and what is not. A lot of times what you'll do is uh this blue color like for example but we don't want it for generalize. Never try to generalize because it will again become like you'll be worried then it's doing the wrong thing. So again you should use scales but make sure you understand what

58:53they're suggesting. It opened a new tab. What is it doing there? Let's check it's opened this only website. This was something which was opened by previously. You see the cursor is there. Yeah it can. So this is clawed. This is clawed clawed in chrome. Yeah landing looks good. Now the template get it's kind of scrolling. You it reached the dashboard already. Let me

59:12open it here. Right. I told it to paste an option. I think it's going to paste as well. You see the template selection is there. Upload resume as well. Let's see what it's doing. Everything renders. Now the real flow paste the text. It's doing everything. You can see I'm not touching it right now. Not just the building part. The

59:29testing part is being done. You see it clicked that button generate with a very cool I mean just like this was very magical because I was really trying this should work. You see now we have I mean kind of I was imagining this only. Yeah. Yeah. You see very good again we went and literally how long I don't think it took maybe 10 minutes only right imagine being able to go like that and you can now change here I'll make it so SC see it's working yeah it's like a live editor I asked it I was like I was like huh this is because I have tried few before

1:00:02so I like this is how I expect it to work there's an export option as well there's a uh you see one very interesting thing it did templates in toggle I didn't even ask that M H I really like these. It's kind of testing that. You see the cursor is there. Yeah, this is mine. The black one, the orange one is so it's testing that as well by toggle and such. You see it's going to test it tell it here. Everything renders now the

1:00:27real flow. It's even going to test the export, right? So you see like just how easy it was. So that's why what I feel is let's get 9 minutes showing everything renders now the past text okay that is done see the cursor I think it's huh okay it's checking I asked it to have a page where I can see all the create new exactly like how it should be now again um design wise you can modify the best way to do that is I feel uh rather than skills sometimes You should go on these

1:01:04website called dribble.com. This is a place where a lot of designers share a good designs. Pinterest is also a very good one. Uh this one um is also good. I'll just go search. Yeah, here's a search option. So you can just search for something like web app. Why am I suggesting you doing this versus skills or something? Because I feel you can see what you like, what design you prefer, right? and plot is good enough to get the idea of how it should be implemented rather than trying to copy a skill which I know you're not going to read the whole prompt and you're going to copy that and paste it

1:01:40and you don't know what it's going to start doing which you don't want right so you just take what you like from here give that to plot and it'll be able I think you should search resume builder and let's see what do they get one second it have that this one we come to template gallery. It has this

1:02:02kind of design. It has overview, my resume, AI inside, job match, AI assistant, AI experience. Literally give all these. This one is a landing page which looks quite beautiful compared to like being a AI slop and such. But rather than you having to describe, you can now give an example. Okay, hey, I want my landing page to be like this

1:02:22and it will update all of that. Um, let's see where we are here. Okay, so it's done with the product. Now we'll just give the queries. I don't like the color blue. I want to make it not look like it's AIOP kind of website. I want it to look professional. I want people to be able to trust on this. So here are a few things which you should do. Number one, get rid of any kind of gradient whether it is on text or on button. Uh number two, you should make sure we don't use blue color for button which is the main color. Number three, I don't like border radius. I'm

1:02:55trying to have a design where our button will have sharp edges. Even our rumé preview will have sharp edges. Again, a design choice I have been experimenting with which kind of makes it look little different than at least uh fully AI. Again, you can go a lot deep, right? We are not trying to build the full thing here. But this is a good enough MVP for you to actually uh start selling even now for selling you need to add payment provider. Now, in India, it's becoming a little complicated to get stripe which I have been using a lot. Uh but a good option is razor, right? Razer pay is a

1:03:25very good option which you can use. They have international payments as well. Um now if you're worried about you don't have a company or something and they are if there if there is any issue there is a lot of companies which has come up do payment kind of companies uh and phone pay also allows you to accept and so there are multiple providers now you just need to ask claude and it will help you set up. Now I have uh razor pay so I can kind of ask it to set it up for me. So, I'll just say a second. I want to be able uh I want people to be able to pay me to

1:03:57download. They will be able to create these resume for free. But when they if they want to download, if they like the resume, uh they need to uh pay. So, we will charge 99 rupees for a download and you can convert that $2 to be around $2. I want you to detect which uh country they are. If they are in India, show them the INR pricing. If they are

1:04:18outside, show them the USD pricing. By the way, just by the rid of blue color, it kind of gives a different look. Yeah. Which doesn't look fully such AI. There's some color issues here. So now we are basically asking it to connect it with Razer Pay. Razer Pay. So we'll we went from having an idea which we know is generating revenue,

1:04:42then deciding how to add the USB part. By the way, the USB will be now added. Okay, it fixed it. It was in the middle actually when we saw. But you see like better better than before. Much better than like looking like an AI slog kind of website. You I asked it four template if it's able to create that in five minutes. Imagine how much you can do if

1:05:01you actually went into it. If I were in this place of if I really want to grow this, I have a lot of templates which I have seen there is a website called gdoc and stuff. I once bought a domain also magicres.co. I built something. So I'm telling you this can be really good uh if you're someone who is starting now let's see the payment is connected but the way to approach is one the the problem with SEO is it takes time that's why what I used to do is create YouTube content right why YouTube content specifically YouTube not the other platform I said because now it's ranking Instagram but still

1:05:37what converts is YouTube video when you sit down show people your platform and you're able to explain that how you go from text copy and then generate that whole resume. It build trust it gives people this video to rank when they're searching for that keyword. I have a product which I built 3 years ago. This blur screen and all I made a video how to blur your URL,

1:05:59right? That video have made me thousands of dollars. Why? Because I made it on YouTube. I had less than 100 subscribers on YouTube because I make every channel different by the way for every product. less than 100 subscriber but it was ranking for that query right so you need to basically find these long tail keywords that people are searching on YouTube for and then start creating videos around general glue Google huh on on Google now AI is also very big when it comes to how people are finding content we rank a lot well on GPT is now allowing ads yes that that is launching just fourth

1:06:34I'll be actually in India by the way so uh yeah you can do all those things now to rank With AI what happens is you need to cater to long-term key long keywords right which you can find on HS like we went through the long keywords I find which is easy because behind the scenes they're using Google Bing type thing only right it's very costly to build your own Bing alter alternative because you have to index the whole web so no company is doing that if you think these companies are doing so uh you let's find some keywords on which you can start making videos on YouTube

1:07:07I think what I keyword research resume templates right I am quite sure people this is very so I just copy it and I'll go to something called keyword explorer keyword explorer I'll there are many free tools as well which can help you with this def they have a very cheap plan also now uh $29 I used to pay like $129 or something now they launch a cheaper plan as well I mean I feel um there are a lot of free tools as well uh what I will suggest is Google keyword plan that gives a good idea on the keywords and if you're trying to use others there's

1:07:38something called Uber answer the public answer the public same guy Uber suggest is always only answer the public will give you the keywords I'm not sure about how it will give you the amount as well so here if you go keyword explorer what I do is matching terms so I have a general idea that something related to this should be working but I don't know what so I'll go here same thing keyword difficulty 220 apply show results now it's not showing exactly so I'll just remove templates because it's a very com uh competitive Now that I can realize it's not going to be you see rum worded resume genius

1:08:13resume meaning my perfect resume this is maybe compare page you can create ATS friendly this is something which you can rank for it has 16 I told you about Cali alternative how they specialize in a country thing you see people are searching for something but this is not this is zero right keyword difficulty you get the point like even this with 200 has 16 difficulty this has zero People are not targeting

1:08:38that. This is SV search volume. Yes. So if I open this here, I can see um Egypt, Saudi Arabia. People are searching like that. Now I don't know this language. So uh I'll just search for uh Google translate. I'll just go detect language paste it there. The meaning of we don't want to rank for that [laughter] again because uh we can rank but we want to look for converting keywords first. We are going to spend our time on it. If we start ranking, we

1:09:05don't want we just get traffic only. Meaning of resume again. But if I go here, so then once you find these keywords, the next step is to start making videos on that. Yes, I suggest video because that's gives you a competitive edge where you able to take the domain authority of YouTube to rank

1:09:23versus having your new domain rank. Right. I literally did a field show magic slides YouTube channel. So basically you built the app and then you built the channel as well which so I was creating uh yeah so I was creating a lot of videos literally if I show you the oldest one I started with that only that's how the [clears throat] marketing started I was going through and showcasing how uh I created this product which goes from a topic to use [clears throat] the power of AI to generate present around seven you see how slides you'll see the presentation and you'll be like totally utilizing people were paying for that it seems

1:09:59shocking because at that And this was shocking right. One of the things which really helped us was that even now that is working this D4 theory you know when something new comes up delta 4 where is like some new change has come up which is so exciting that people will shout to get people who are not doing that to do

1:10:18that. Why I'm saying this when I launched this it was not that easy because when I launched this now uh AI was not able to respond JSON properly. Now for people who don't know JSON, JSON is basically structured data because it was not able to. You can build chat application but you cannot do something with that information like I am building a presentation here. I was able to do that because I take that text convert that into this is title put it here this is description put it here this is bullet point right this was complicated. So when I launched this was very interesting

1:10:47and people made free content for me. [laughter] There are videos with millions of views I paid zero for that. M so you see so what you need to understand is right now if there is something which is happening which is having that shocking part to it which is not done yet you should kind of try to capitalize on that because people will make free videos for you right and uh it can really help you in revenue wise again so now what I'll suggest is I saw the translation thing so what you can do is you can just copy this could be I'll just do opposite English and I'll select Arabic it was a

1:11:22So now because I don't know what uh it's not suggesting all the Arabic terms, I'm going to just directly search for that. Right. See, we're able to find something something 28 3,000. And now this is something which might be converting. I'm going to copy that and I'll convert. What was it? ATS friendly listening.

1:11:47Okay. So I'll just go here. I copy this keyword. So I want to be able to rank for this keyword. What I want you to do is create a Arabic U slug and then Arabic page which will talk about how to create rum in the Arabic language targeting this keyword. Now there's something I called slug.

1:12:10Slug is basically the URL part, right? What? So the reason I'm suggesting that because this is something which I have noticed in my own competitors. they were able to create the translated because what we usually do is we we'll have magic slides Italian kind of language JP Japanese but what they did was they were like people are not searching Japanese JP or something they are searching exactly this why not just try to have that somehow how you can write that so something that has worked so that's why I suggested to have that slug like that and then personalize the whole page for that right now did it connect the payment data

1:12:45let's Yeah, it's trying that. Uh I think it doesn't have the key. But if I give the key, everything is set up. You see the download PDF as I said. So Razer Pay developer docs you can just access. You can give it to uh claude and it will set up. You don't even have to it will find that

1:13:02it will find it out. You just give ask it. I'm using Razer Pay. I I can find that. You don't even have to give it key. You just be like I am logged in in Razer Pay. Find the key. Find the key. Paste the key. Get it done. I'll be back. I'll literally do this, you know. I'll be

1:13:17like, I'm going for lunch. Do not stop. Get this done as much as you can. Then I when I'm coming, it's kind of done. So, you see how we went from a simple idea. Now, we are even planning for marketing for keywords which have look at this opportunity like one second 3,000 zero. People might be thinking, hey, this company is doing so much. Hey, they have made it public. Everyone might be copying,

1:13:41right? This is how you do No one is focusing on resi for Arabic people. Yeah. And these people are going to pay. Not [laughter] I'm just you can even Indian people pay but the conversion will be an issue. But the point being not we don't even discuss the ideas. We discussed how to have a USB which I mentioned to be able to have people if they are comparing options they'll choose you. Then we build the whole product in literally a single prompt. M and just imagine how shocking that is like I do you think we we did any follow I just closed my eyes imagine how I want

1:14:18the product to work and it just came up in front of me right like how magical that is like it's working and like the whole part like I we didn't even do back and forth that's what people should know like even if some part we cut for kind of improving the video but the point is we didn't do any back and forth which you're missing right this is exactly what we did we told the idea we build that and now we're building marketing pages. one one step which I will also suggest you to add uh I think I'll show those videos which I made to you will be able to I'll

1:14:56this I website builder turns one sentence into a real type what you want you can literally create videos in bulk up to 200 in a single day right without any new subscription just cloud code there's something called hyperframe hybrid frames and there's something called chatter box. You set them up and you'll be able to create hundreds of videos. Why I'm suggesting this? Here's the reason. When you find hundreds of keywords, you don't know what you can rank for,

1:15:24right? You take these videos, you schedule them, right? They started getting posted. There is a multiple platforms. I have used something called post bridge. Uh it's a good there are other platforms as well foruling. But you can connect it will give you an API key. So now claude can schedule. M you're getting the whole part like how you're making claude do things right claude will make the video cloud will schedule the video then you connect your Google search console there so I think that so you connect your Google search console Google will show you exactly for what keyword your video is ranking for right and you can see which one is

1:15:59getting which keyword people are finding more interested and which one is getting the most impression and views accordingly then you create the face video you're optimizing priority Right? Rather than being watching 100 keywords and you're like sinsar how will I create 100 videos now it will take me month you just create with right you schedule them see which one works and then you double down on what's working I have a calculator which is literally single script they say the same script in every single reel right the girl will be sometimes doing the glass in every sometimes on other location every girl is also no that girl is not

1:16:38[laughter] but They are using same script right the way they found out about their script might be I don't know how they did but the point is once you find the winner you can scale it which is a lot something which I was missing two to three months ago I was very against or is I was very proud that I never ran ads literally two three months ago I never ran ads I grew to close to a million so if we combine all the revenue we have done 800,000 or appro 1 million so I was like I have done this much without ads right but I want you guys to understand like

1:17:09if you're starting it's fine but if you are someone who can invest people use ads as well there was a time when drop shipping was happening and I feel this was something which I thought of like today only where I was like the building of AI product is something related to that because what they were doing that time is they find the winning products they put them on their website and they try to sell them on ads which they already know are working for someone else yeah let's find those I think we should go to ad library on meta yes and search for rum ATS or any of those

1:17:39keywords. We can literally ask lot to do that. [laughter] We can directly find we can just find it out. FB ads library. Ads library. So essentially you can search for keywords and you can see what businesses are running ads and how long are they running those ads for. So we'll just select the ad category to be all ads.

1:18:01India. You can try United States. United States. ad category to choose. Huh? All all ads, resume, resume builder or maker or something like that. Resume builder. Let's see. And let's see what are people searching for, what are the ads people are running, what what ads are. And the best part about this is you'll be able to find how

1:18:27long it is running. Started running on 13th May. Started running 21st July. The the reason why you should see this started running was if some ad is running for months. Yeah. This is not free. This charge if someone is running an ad for months, it's converting. So you can literally go here. By the

1:18:44way, I did that. I literally asked Lord create me 10 ads similar to the ones which are working which I can run. So you can do that psychology of the way drop shippers were doing. They run the ads of products which are already winning. They know that they can recreate something similar. they can position it properly and then start selling right I was not able to do it because I was like hey ad should be but I don't want people to think like that you're spending lags on college degree I started Facebook ads with 500 rupees today I have done up to 50,000 rupees in a single day

1:19:17running ads revenue while spending 6,000 7,000 nice arrows and I'm not an ads guy right I I am I am simply just using clot and the way I run ads is clot right So if I'm able to do that I think people can I started with 500 budget I ran an ad I was like I have 500 rupees I'll spend that for 3 days if I don't get conversion stop that ad and and again you just ask cloud code to use claudin chrome access so what we can let's try one thing okay one second I think this page is created let's have a look at this

1:19:55it have all these things but it's not visual like I feel that is missing here. Uh it wrote it like a blog. Um hey um I feel the page is okay but I have two questions. Number one, will this slug work for Google because I'm not sure if this uh Arabic u writing will work for Google to rank. Number two, I don't see any visuals, the templates, the step by step. I want you to have them have screenshots on this page. And this page looks a little bit like a blog. Is that by choice or why did you do that? So a lot of times now uh if it has made it

1:20:32like blog you might be like maybe let's make it like landing page. I wouldn't suggest always do that. What you should do is you should take that keyword search it on Google. One second

1:20:48and then see what is ranking. Why is there some tweet is ranking you see? So when you create videos and post you can see this guy show original this tweet is ranking you can literally because u now take this and you can tell this tweet is ranking I want you to uh optimize our page so that it can also rank for it and also give me a tweet

1:21:15which I can post. Yeah. Why not? M because what happens when you have tweets and stuff you're taking the authority of the website you're on and Google is really focused right now trying to promote people right because what happened with a lot of website was people were bulk creating AI content posting like crazy right so now Google is prioritizing people whether it is LinkedIn Twitter Instagram everything is ranking right so you should be like present on different platforms and connect all of them using some plat B like post bridge is the one option you connect and you just

1:21:47can Ask Lord, hey, post it on Twitter. I'll show you. I'm exactly doing this. I ex everything which I'm telling you is what I'm doing to actually build this million-doll kind of business. And uh you can do so I'll just show you have connections 1 2 3 4 literally 15 something. I have connections and all I do is I'll just go here on my main page Instagram. I'm posting using plot,

1:22:16right? Why? One option uh Instagram has something called trial reads. So what I do is I'll ask clot create videos and post it on trial. Then I see which one works. I make that public rest they didn't do well. It's all right but people are thinking hey Susa you're doing so much in content. I'm like bro I just gave the URL to claude

1:22:35and it did everything for me. So we discussed all of it. We discussed ideas. We discussed building and we are literally ready to do the SEO part. We're ready to become on every platform and rank and start getting people. And if if organic taking time you start running ads and you'll have your I think we can touch a bit on on the ads

1:22:51part as well. Yeah. So we've figured out that that ad works. Mhm. Now let's let's create an ad. Okay. With that I'll go here. So I built a product called better rum. I want to be able to run ads and generate revenue from it. So what I want you to do is I have a tab open where I have rum search. You can search different queries but I want you to find ads which are running for the longest time and I want you to help me create

1:23:18ads which will convert. Now the good part is you don't need to use for example initially when you were uh talking about logos now you were like there's no AI image model and such because of HTML it can create beautiful like um yesterday or day before yesterday I created it created 10 ads and that too on the latest algorithm of like people were if you see the reels a lot of people were suggesting you should create a notes kind of ad or some other suggestions it created those how did you create that it just created through HTML it can make so many complex design just

1:23:51by HTML and you'll be shocked. Right? So you see it's loaded the page have 170 active ads. It will find the ad which is running for the longest time. It will recreate that. Crazy. What what what best you can do, right? Imagine like you didn't hire anyone. You have building, you have the ideation done, you have the marketing done and all what you spend is just a uh this claw subscription,

1:24:15right? You neither got an AI or anything. uh there the model even the open router you can add $10 credit and that will survive you for thousand customers even just reading any one time text right it's not going to cost you much right not even be few rupees 2 rupees four rupees depending on the model you use but just imagine like less than 5,000 rupees because I'm considering claude for two months I'll be like it takes time for you to figure things out right you take claude you take add few credits to open router and you have a business You have a business running which just

1:24:485,000 rupees which is 5,000 rupees and 5,000 and then [clears throat] by the domain name and then a few more hosting 1,000,000 rupees hosting when it talks about hosting I have done a lot of things I have hosted on versel I have used superbase for database what I suggest for people who are getting started is do consider trying cloudflare I got to know about it very late when I'm kind of stuck where I have all my data and everything I have 50 plus websites on versel so it's very hard for me to kind of move everything but the point is cloud cloudflare is one of those companies which has a focus on

1:25:17trying to minimize your cost. Right. Right. So I I'm recently focusing a lot on creating my databases there. Why database? Because superbase was very good. It is very good but it has a restriction of two projects in a single account and in each project if it's not active for 7 days it will pause it right. So for me who have 30 something projects live I don't have time to everyday check if everything is working and active. If for

1:25:42seven days I don't get anyone using it. It can go down. Right. That was really wake up. I was like sorry this is not good for me. That's why I went to Cloudflare which has a similar database structure and it can eliminate for the database hosting. You can use Cloudflare as well. You host

1:25:56free. It gives you a very good limit that you'll not even be worried at all right and uh cloud can figure out but there's something called open next. So it will make sure your website is also optimized. Okay. So it gave me a tweet. We asked for tweet right? It gave me tweet and it also modified that page.

1:26:15Let's see. Wow. You see the templates are there. Uh nine resum it's kind it's talking a lot about things uh we don't know but you see you see the screenshots right? I literally remember I used to ask uh my writers to create write blogs where there are screenshot they used to take the whole day to write two or three right and then because I was so frustrated that they have hard time figuring product out. I have asked my developers to do this sometime and they used to take ours. Now imagine being able to just ask cla and you have

1:26:47screenshots step by step. We were discussing this is a blog about how to use rum maker optimize for that keyword. Optimize for this. Now um again I'll just say now I want you to deploy this uh on your website using cloudflare. The reason it will be able to do that is because I have set up something called wrangler CLI. Okay, CLI might you might be hearing it a lot to just to clarify. CLI is basically using something in terminal, right? So, Wrangler is cloudflare way of using it in a terminal. So, nothing single single single line URL. Um, so MCP it has a node thing

1:27:28so it can call it has AP and everything. So, you just set it up once single line system. You create an account on Cloudflare card and you just uh do regular login. Done. You can just say I want to deploy it using Cloudflare. Now it will uh start that deployment process. Uh I think one more thing. Huh?

1:27:49I want you to add sitemap. Sidemap is very important if you're trying to get indexed on Google. That is how Google understands what pages you have. I want you to link this Arabic page from the homepage footer so that Google can know about that page. Another thing which you guys people should do I have um I created this list of 100 plus pages u 100 plus places to launch your product. I'll give you that link because that is very good for people who are starting out. You are

1:28:18worried I have zero domain authority. How can you even imagine to rank right? So you need to be able to start building that authority. So how will you do that? One thing is launching on social platform but they don't give too much domain authority because the way domain authority works is how many people are linking to you and how many people you're linking to right social media platform links to everyone they have so much content so their authority becomes much much less so you need different website where you can launch that's why I have like literally 100 plus websites which I'll give for free you can just

1:28:45mail me or something where you can launch and talk about your product exactly and you can get back links as well I have a list of 500 places where you can get back links right so um all Everything is available on sanscar devari.io. Yeah. So now if I go here uh sitemap already exists by the way. Uh it already planned that it already had that. Just to show people how it looks

1:29:07like I'll go on local host. It's slash sitemap. Every website has this and you see it did something. That's what I was worried about. Uh that English it's not. This is something you can kind of research again which kind of languages work for this slug which doesn't work and how you should go about ranking it. But you see uh because Arabic it does not work here. So that's again but the point is you have a keyword. You just need to fix the slug

1:29:31how you're going to go about that. Amazing. So all of it done. We went from idea finding an idea. We built that ready to accept payment. It's going to go live. We are creating ads. Uh one of our okay found a standout visual CV has done the same ad in India since May 22.

1:29:48Oh wow. Over 1,500 views [laughter] scraping the in. So literally literally you see you while we discussing the SEO part our ads was being figured out [laughter] that is what I like you just expand you have multiple people working literally this is like people only this is like multiple employees working they're using your device you can have a look okay what are you doing okay India data is rich three Indian competitors already 99 pay ones exact already three people doing this huh exactly it find exact people who are running this for 1500 days right 1500 is multiple years, right? You can find such an amazing ad. You copy that

1:30:25500 rupees per day ad spend. You start running those ad. You have a website ready to accept payments, right? You have a business now. Let's go. [laughter] Right. So do that like I feel just start building and uh launch and I think people should just keep shipping right this and they are just stuck with it that and then they comment six months later that oh I've been trying this for 6 months nothing is

1:30:50happening. One thing is don't try to force your idea on the world. Yeah. Understand what people already want and give it to them. That's what we discussed, right? We we did a research why we could there are a lot of people who are like what do you face? You should solve your own problems. My brother was trying to do that. He's in college. He's five, six years younger than me,

1:31:12right? He doesn't have money. So the problems he have, he'll never pay money for them. Right? He should not build things for him. I I tell I told him very clearly I was like don't build for yourself right if you are not going to pay how can you expect you'll make money from it your goal is not to get people to just use you want revenue right that's how you build a business right you see it's deployed on a URL and if you if every buyer domain it will be able to connect that as well and I feel it's looking very beautiful compared to like looking like a you know

1:31:41kind of vibe coded stuff which doesn't people will actually come and be able to we need to add authentication to this now authentication let's do that So I want to add the authentication to this product. The way we the authentication will work I want to go with the OTP login. Why? Because I want to make sure there's no complexity. The way we will set up the authentication is

1:32:01we will use something called appcript. Uh so I'll go visit script new. I'll paste the code. I want you to give me a code by which you can provide the HTML from the URL so that I just have to set up this script once and then anytime I want to change the email or anything

1:32:17that should be inside my code. So I mentioned few things here because I have faced these issue where um if you set up appcript again you're not develop what is appcript for people. Appcript is like javascript javascript like a coding language but appcript works on Google products. Why Google products? Google is very good when it comes to bulk usage of or for free. You can use Google sheet as a database. I have done that. I have scaled a product with 10,000 ping that blur web app. It was using database for

1:32:46blur uh Google sheet. No database superb cloud flare no nothing. I know nothing about them. I was like I have list of customers here license key here for which I wrote a custom function which was like uyu ID dash it create a license key everything is Google sheet. Now what we are doing here is we are creating a script by which we can send email from our own

1:33:06Gmail ID. Okay, it gives us two things. Number one, if you try to use services like resend or other which sends email from a transactional email way, they usually land on uh spam or something. It requires you a lot of warm up and this and you're a new guy, you don't have time for that, right? And anyway, you know, you're not going to send 1 million users on your website in the first day, right? So what you do is you go with Gmail. It gives you the best. It goes directly in the inbox because you

1:33:31might be using that Gmail by default. Google understands say you an email it's being sent. So you just set that up. The way you set up is visit script new and it will give you the code and you can just copy paste that code. Right. One second. I'll show you how it looks like because I have set up one.

1:33:52Everything's live and verified route. Sitemap geo detection. Geo detection. Remember I told you I have USD pricing uh sitemap canonical canonical is basically like u for SEO what happens I'll just quickly show there is this extension which I use it's called detailed SEO it's owned by u hrefs now they bought it the uh you can see but it shows you this canonical thing when you provide a URL you need to provide canonical for Google to understand what URL is this why because sometimes you'll have something like question mark hello equals to this something like that and this will not Google don't want to get confused that this is a different

1:34:28URL. That is why there is something called canonical which exists because whatever you add here doesn't matter canonical will stay the same. This is very important for your website to get indexed or else it will just get uh in a issue and Google will not index it. It handled it. Canonical is handled. Footer link I

1:34:45asked it to link to that blog. It added that sitemap is linked dashboard create resume. We'll go here. Huh. I'll reuse the share uh share bridge content adding HTML. We'll stop it here now since it knows I have done this appcript before. So it's trying to use that same appcript. I'll tell it I don't want to use the previously used appcript. I want to create a new one so that I can show from scratch. So please

1:35:06give me the code for appcript. By the way the way I stopped it just by pressing escape and you can kind of interrupt it wherever you want. Now I think we have few ads ready as well while this is happening. Screenshot is full plan is add. Can you open it in finder? It's starting. What is it? Five drops. It found a real in the plane hook built in India price for

1:35:29India.

1:35:35It took the screenshots of the ads which are working. Create CV in 2 minutes. This ad is running from 15th July 2025. Like imagine if someone is paying for more than a year, right? Definitely that ad should be converting. Uh you applied for 100 jobs. You have heard nothing back. Here's why nobody talk told you by software. You see uh if I go okay so now I like the ads

1:35:59ads plan. Yes. So this is but again why do we want to go through that we'll be like okay I saw that I like the ads I want to recreate them for my product. My product is called better resume. I want you to have some sort of a branding on the top or something. Uh but I want you to create amazing

1:36:18screenshots or something whatever works. uh recreate these ads for me. It can even recreate the videos especially I feel these videos are not um human kind of videos like these these can be created by hyper frame hyper frame. So the way hyperframe works is it creates HTML. AI is very good at HTML. Right. Right. So it creates HTML and from that

1:36:39it can make videos. It's very easy from that it can create all these if you trusted by professional. This is an image. Again this is like a character kind of video animation again can be created by if I go here writing a fresh generic script that just holds a shared secret and pulls email HTML from URL. You see this email HTML thing. So what happened was initially I wrote a appcript code for OTP but later on I was like hey I want to send a email when someone sign

1:37:12up for my course after one day. Right. Right. But for that I need to now create a new app script. I was no no I want one setup and then I can use it for sending OTP sending email updates or anything. So that's why I asked it key you should be able to provide that HTML from the URL so that once you do the setup then you don't go back and touch it again right it'll just give you that code and you can set it up a few seconds put the OTP login on the app side okay it has started the work on the app side as well simultaneously so

1:37:40it's building the UI part again keep in mind I'm not reading you these bash commands I'm just reading the text a lot of people again repeating terminal is not complicated as you have seen we have seen hey I'm teaching you what this route no right you just read what you understand amazing nothing more right just give it so I think this will happen at the background but we got an entire idea for how to how can you find an idea how can you build something how can you market it ads everything we figured out what is one last thing that you want to tell people who are still watching this

1:38:15video I think we've been shooting for 90 minutes now if you had to just give one last lesson to people who are excited to build and will now open a single line which I want you to feed in your mind. It's called put more bio buttons on the internet. The theory is simple. Anytime you're thinking why am I not making money from the internet? I want you to count how many bio buttons are there for people to pay you because money will not magically

1:38:43appear in your account. Right? Today you have watched the whole video. You have seen how things work. You have everything in your place on how to execute. The only thing which is going to stop you from making your first dollar is you. If you execute everything, maybe it will not work for the first product. Maybe it will not work for the second, but it will it is very so there is a saying that nine out of 10 products fail,

1:39:07right? So my saying is build 10 build 10 products. It's very simple, right? So that's what I'll say. Get your buy buttons live and uh let give God a place where he can make your luck happen. Expand your luck surface. Yeah. Yeah. Amazing. That was the video. Thank you so much Sanscar for the in-depth
