This is the full transcript of How To Make $10,000 a Day With Digital Products Using Claude AI (Step by Step), published on YouTube by Tanner Chidester. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00My name is Sarah Chister and throughout my career I've generated over $141 million in sales. And recently I gave myself a challenge. I wanted to see whether I could use Cloud AI to create one digital product from scratch and turn it into a $10,000 a day money printer. Now in this video I'm going to show you exactly how I use Cloud to drive these results so you can simply copy it. With that being said, let's get right into it. So first we're simply going to type into Cloud prompts and they are the following. So I'm going to type this into my computer and I first put I want to create a digital product
0:26for high school students who want to get into Ivy League colleges. Give me the 10 biggest problems this audience currently has that their parents would realistically spend money to solve. I say parents obviously because they're the ones who are actually going to pay for it and then rank them based on urgency, purchasing power, demand, and how easily the problem could be solved through a digital product. Then after it has done that, use the next prompt. And
0:45this is the second one I loaded up. Create a complete digital product designed to help high school students achieve acceptance into Ivy League schools. Break that proc into modules, lessons, action steps, templates, checklists, and resources. The goal is to get the customer from high school to the school of their choice as efficiently as possible. And now I'll show you what to do next to maximize
1:03your results based on these prompts. Okay, so first things first, I want to go through why this offer is so effective. And this is actually one of my portfolio companies that has absolutely just blown up and gotten amazing results. Now, the first thing is to understand if you go through $100 million offers. I was doing this for years, but I didn't have a good way to explain it. And I just want to go through this very quickly. The reason that this offer does so well is first
1:25off, there's not a lot of competition. If you are a doctor, but you're the only doctor in that state, in that country, everyone's going to go to you. So, you can charge a lot. So, that's part of it is this is just an offer where there's not a lot of marketing and business acumen for some reason. Like a lot there's a lot of offers out there, but they just hope and pray that people come to them essentially and it's based on referrals. So, the first thing is determined outcome. Getting into an IV school, especially in America, that is a huge outcome, right? People want that perceived likelihood of achievement
1:51based on this. The promise, right, is, hey, I've been in college admissions for 20 years. This is the client we had. I've been in college admissions for over 20 plus years. I know the process in and out. D. So, you're going to be close to 100% getting in. Okay? So, that's really hard to do. So, a lot of people like that. Obviously, it's going to take some time and some effort, but this gets a two out of four ranking based on the $100 million offer framework. And because the outcome is so good and the likelihood that it works is so great, people are willing to spend the time and
2:15effort. Now, if you could speed those things up, make it even faster with little less effort, people would love it. But obviously like they kind of know that's not going to exist. It's like a fitness offer. Unless you get lipo suction or plastic surgery, it's just really not going to be much faster. So that's number one is understanding this is a really good offer simply because there's low competition and a lot of people want it and because you can advertise it as a very high chance
2:34you're going to get into the college. This client in particular, what I'm going to kind of be showing you today is like what we built out is they worked in college admissions for over 20 years. And so they say, "Hey, I know the ins and outs of how this works. ABC123, I know what to say on the essays, everything in between. So if you work with me, the chances you get in is going to be really high." Okay, the other thing that I really like about this offer is people can charge crazy amounts of money because if you think about a, you know, typical college admission,
2:55let's say you spend, you know, on average $250,000 per student who gets into Harvard. So if you go to them and say, "Hey, this is 25 to 50 G's to get in. These parents have money, right?" And so again, selling to rich people is always going to be better because they can pay a hell of a lot better. It just has to be an outcome that they actually want. Okay, so right out out of the gate, there's a few things about this offer that make it really sexy. Now, the next thing before we go into, you know, what's all in this offer and what Claude showed me because it's pretty
3:22impressive. I'm actually going to get that ready to rock and roll is understanding how we're going to sell this. So, in a perfect world, I always want to make the business as easy as possible to scale. And the reason I want to do that is because the easier process is of taking a lead and turning them into a client, the easier it's going to be to scale the company. So, what I'm going to do in just a second is I'm going to turn on my computer. I'm going to show you guys exactly what I typed into Claude, how it worked, and get this rocking and rolling for you. So, one
3:48second, guys. While that's getting ready, this is to understand just the simplest way to sell. So, anytime you're going to sell something, people will talk about digital products, right? And I'm a big proponent of adding in some type of one-on-one aspect to it because if you just sell a digital product, a lot of people don't have a lot of trust in that, right? So, when I say digital product, like, hey, here's how to get into the school. Do it on your own. The thing is like there's just low amounts of trust in that because people are like, "Yeah, but maybe I'll have questions or I'll get stuck." So, first
4:13understand when I talk about digital products, 99% of the time I'm talking about the product plus I want to add in a onetoone aspect. Okay? So, when I say one to one aspect, it could be calls, it could be some in-person meetups, it could be events, etc. Okay? So, what's crazy is literally just doing this, you could go from, you know, this is a pretty good product. So, you could probably push this pretty high like $9.97, maybe you could sell it for $ 199.97. But over here, when you add in
4:37one to one, you can now go to 25K, 50K. I mean, it's just raises the price so much that I just don't really understand why people don't do it because people talk about these businesses where they don't have to do anything. But unless you're selling an actual product, when I say product, I mean protein powder, ice cream, water, stuff like that. It actually is a worse off business. You're better off just adding in calls or one-on-one aspects, you can push the price much higher. And obviously, the higher the price, the more you can spend on ads, advertising, a team, more money for vacation, like whatever. Okay, so
5:03just understand that. Now, let's get into what I actually saw when I put this in the cloud. And it's actually really good. So, that's why I kind of wanted to show you guys that. Okay. So, if I bring this over here, start recording on my screen. So, we'll pull up this and we're just going to go right into what it actually pulled up for me. Okay. So, what's crazy here is as you pull this up, you just go to the very top. And I said I put in those two prompts and it spits it out and it gave me the IV blueprint. Now, the name itself is not
5:30that great. You know, it's not really that important either. You could change it however you want, but it did give you that. And then it says here's the product overview. And the goal in short if you're looking at the screen is it's going to take someone from 9th grade to 10th grade, 11th grade, and 12th grade, right? So, it's going to get them all the way through. And then it's also going to depend on where they're at. So, just so you guys understand what's great about the software as well is it adds a lot of urgency and scarcity because if you think about it, they have to hurry
5:54really quick because they're only in high school once. So, if they're running out of time, there's more urgency to actually get the parents to actually pay and do something. Number two, there's scarcity. there's only so many people who can get into IV League schools. So, if you could build that into offers naturally, it makes it a lot better. Uh some people try to do it, you know, with fake scarcity and it doesn't work quite as well, but this one has naturalbased scarcity in it as well and urgency. So, it just obviously makes the offer a lot better. So, it gives you kind of this module breakdown. Now, keep in mind when
6:18I am building out a product, I usually like to have as service base, I like to have some type of modules, right? Because people will have a lot of questions and you don't want to be answering the same questions over and over and over again. Okay? So, have modules that's like, "Hey, here's the book. go through that. Okay, so kind of like it's like the table of contents, the book, like here's the basics. Then I'll have some types of templates and worksheets. Then maybe I'll have some group calls, and then I'll have one-on-one aspects. And that could be DMs or Inerson events or one-on-one calls, whatever have you, like I said
6:44before. So, as you're going through this, it's like it gives you examples for modules. And the cool thing about this, in my personal opinion, is I don't need this necessarily to build it out, but it brings up some things that sometimes you'll forget about as a beginner because remember, you are not your customer, right? Your customer is not an expert. So sometimes as you become more skilled, especially myself, like for example at business, there's things I just take for granted that I forget that some people don't understand because they haven't been doing it. So module one is how IV mission works, right? So it's like a ba blueprint or a
7:10base of like how this whole thing works. And you guys can see here it gives you the lessons, holistic review decided, the academic bar, well-rounded versus spiky, etc., etc. And then it gives you action steps. Now, you don't have to use all of these things. I rarely do, but it's nice to kind of see what it spits out. The other thing that's nice is even if you have built something out yourself, ask it to compare against it what you could add and take away. Claude again is really good if you give it good inputs. So if you're someone who's new at business and you don't really
7:35understand it, it's not going to be quite as effective, but if you do, this stuff is very effective. Okay, so sometimes people will come to me and say, "Well, if I could just type this in cloud, why would I need you?" Well, because you don't have the same level of experience I have. But getting back to this, that's module one. Okay, so then we go to number two. It's like, okay, find your spike in positioning. It also like will say, "Hey, what a spike is and isn't." You don't have to use like some of those words. Like when I'm reading this, I'm like, "What is a spike?" So, I
7:56don't know why that is even in there. But again, it's uh going through and saying essentially like what what is your special thing that's going to get you in. This client in particular because they were in college admissions for 20 years speaks about a lot how you got to have that one thing that sets you apart. It's not having a bunch of different things. It's usually one thing, right? It's like what's that one person bring to the table. So, a lot of people will think as students like,
8:16"Hey, be more well-rounded is better." You're not really good at anything, but you're just kind of well-rounded. colleges are really looking for that one specific thing and that's what this module is about. And as you go down, you can see the different lessons that are in it. Keep in mind, short and sweet is better. Uh having a lot more lessons is not necessarily a good thing. Okay, it's uh definitely not a good thing. Okay, so that's module two. Then module three, it talks about, you know, the academic record and course strategy. Okay, so you know, figuring out how we're going to make it a rigorous course and try to get
8:44the highest GPA that we possibly can. Uh again, I think the biggest thing that I like learned from this uh client in particular because obviously as I had this client, I learned about this. The biggest thing that they said in terms of this actual offer was the essays. The essays are actually one of the top things that colleges look at GPA. Yeah, sure. But if they have really good essays, they'll get in. So, I'll come back here in a second. But again, module three is about okay, like here's the course and so forth. Then module four, SAT and ACT prep talks about that obviously. Uh number five is
9:12extracurriculars. Okay, and the signature project like that is really important. I think the essays in this alone were the two things I learned that were really really important. And then you go to module six. So summer research and competitions. Okay. So you know what are different things you should or should not be going to. So module seven is college list and then early decision strategy. So like you know who how to apply, who to apply to, best times to apply etc. Module eight is about the essays. So the essays is a really important factor. So there's going to be a whole lesson module on that alone. And
9:39then uh module 9 is recommendations, interviews, and application assembly. And you guys can see as we're going on the screen, like there's bullet points under each of these, so you can go in as depth as you want. You can pull stuff out, etc. Uh, module 10 is then like what to do after you submit. What I also like that it threw in that I would not have thought to throw in is it has a parent companion track which is like, hey, so like now that your student is the one applying, etc., like what can you do to support them through this process? Like how can you help your
10:03child get the best outcome for this process? And then underneath that, it has the template library. Again, it has templates for each section. So it's like okay so for module one there's a sheet that has a snapshot of grades courses activities awards and scores. Then it's like module two spike discovery workbook da da da and you can even ask it like after this you could even say hey can you build out all the templates. It also has you know down here below identity statement or activity description formula where it just basically shows them like what to plug in to make this super super super simple. And then it
10:32has a checklist underneath that that you could also add in. So you don't have to add in all this stuff like this pricing. I would actually disregard this completely and I wouldn't use it. But you can see like gives you actually quite a bit of stuff. And what I could actually follow up on is I could say, you know, for the templates and workbooks, can you build those all out for me? Going to be selling this over the phone for 25 to 50K, by the way. And so what was crazy about this client, too, is like this client could sell, you know, four of these a month and make
11:02$100,000. It was pretty crazy. And then uh because a lot of these people obviously were on payment plans like over time over like let's say 6 months let's say she got 10 clients a month she just had a massive amount of recurring revenue. And then here you can even see on the screen it says before I build out these 60 pieces you know what do you want? So it'll give you like recommendations. It'll say like how should I roll them out? Okay so it's like I'll do the first 15 and then I'll roll out these next 45 all 61 go module on module. Sometimes if I don't know
11:28I'll just do the recommendation. It asks for the branding for the files. Also, you guys could put in your own branding, but here I'll just pick this like Ivy Blueprint and it'll build out this whole thing. Now, again, keep in mind, I think something that is good to know is you can't just build something out that you don't have no clue about. I mean, I guess you can, then it really would have to be just a digital product without any coaching calls, whatever. But I don't think that's the best thing because you can't push the price point. This client
11:48was selling 2550K packages all day long. It was getting leads for, you know, 15 bucks, getting calls for 100. And so, it was like a joke. And this client like really wasn't even good at like high ticket sales and things of that nature. Now, something else to point out that I think Claude is not maybe as good at. It filled out how to do the actual uh program itself, but it didn't really talk about the marketing. Also, if you guys are looking at the screen, if you scroll up, it shows the number one problems. And the thing that this client actually told me, for example, is essays
12:17was number one. And then also, they don't have like a clear thing that they stand against. And then extracurriculars were up there as well. No roadmap for what to do. So, you guys can actually see like the four things that she really focused on were these four. So, it's actually pretty accurate in what it pulls out. Also, like I'll come back down here, say, "Also, you didn't uh really give me a marketing strategy to market this. Can you build a call where I can sell, you know, 25K packages?" Uh, thinking. So, then right here, I actually just asked it like, "Hey, can you help me build out something uh to
12:52market it?" Now, th this really what it gave you was a lot of the stuff for the product. And I thought it was like a lot of stuff. I don't even think you need this much stuff in a product because kind of one of the things about being an expert is like can you simplify like how hard something is and so actually having more is not necessarily good. I would actually pull out some of those things or when you're looking at some of the things here like if you look back at the screen these lessons like try to simplify the lessons like don't have so
13:14many lessons maybe have one long video. Uh I think people prefer like less is more so like they'd rather have like three long videos and 10 short videos for example. So that was all for like the offer itself. So, right now it's building out, you know, all the workbooks and strategies like that, which is crazy because that could save you a heck of a lot of time versus like trying to build it yourself. But then it's going to say, "Hey, I'm going to build a funnel for booking calls at 25K plus." So, it's building out exactly what I essentially would do if you're looking at the screen right now. You
13:41know, I I'll at this point I'll say, "Hey, do the funnel first." If you're looking at the screen, it's saying, "Hey, I could do the funnel first since it brings the revenue." Just say so. Um, so we'll say the funnel first. But probably what it's going to build out is exactly what I would do. And I only do it I'm going to actually pull this back up. I only do it because it's easier to do to start. Okay? So, if I'm trying to build out a marketing plan, the key thing is like always start with the
14:01easiest thing, go to the hardest thing. So, I always build businesses where they can run ads because at the end of the day, like when this individual came in, she had, you know, a couple thousand followers, but she was getting crazy referrals like politicians, governors, that's really the same thing, but like she get politicians like someone who'd been like the vice presidency, stuff like that. Governors like um in different like states. I'm obviously not going to say which because you would know. um she was getting crazy amounts of referrals, right? And she really knew what she was doing. And so what I then realized is like at the end of the day,
14:28the biggest thing I can bring to the table when I'm helping girl companies is like give them more uh sales, which I need leads, right? And the fastest way for me to get them leads is to pay for it because if I have to try to build a brand from scratch or get them good on camera or come up with a content strategy, yeah, it can work, but it's just way harder. Like it's just way harder. And I bet the success rate of people who like pay for those types of services is much lower typically on average. If I have an ad, okay, someone sees this on, you know, Facebook, IG,
14:52etc. And you guys can see right here. I go back to the screen. Okay, so here is the marketing plan. Yeah. So, it's actually building out all the scripts and the questions and the emails and the SMS. So, like I'm not going to like look at that right now because we could do that later. But essentially, the easiest funnel in the world is when you do add, optin, bsl, and then a call. And the reason that's the easiest is because they click the ad, they opt in with their information. Once they opt in with their information, you can now follow up via email, text, calls, and then from
15:18here, they could watch a video and book a call or you could follow up this way. Okay, so let's say they book a call from this VSSL. Great. Or they could book a call from an email or they could book a call from an X. Text said X, but I meant text or a call. And on top of that, you could do retargeting ads. Okay, so like once someone has seen this page and they haven't uh booked a call, I could send a retargeting ad. Or let's say someone has gone to the opt-in page but didn't give them their email. I can send another retargeting ad. There's a lot of
15:43different ways and then on top of that you could start doing like you know you could have hey come to an event or uh hey come to um you know hey come to my free group. So there's just a lot of ways like you can hit people and so if you count 1 2 3 4 5 six that's just six right there. And then you could even run
16:00ads like where we add in a DM component. I'm not usually a big fan of this because it's really hard to scale past a certain point. Like if you're just trying to get to $100,000 a month or something, sure. But if you're doing a million dollar a month, um there's a point in time when I was doing $2 million a month. We had like 16 to 20 setters. It was crazy and like we get so much lead flow. We were doing half a million dollars a month. You could also do DMs, right? And DMs can build more
16:19trust as well and break down objections. So this is essentially how you're going to market it. And the the benefit that this customer has had, which is crazy. You know, they're doing way more than $10,000 a day. But when you sell something for 25K, you can run a tremendous amount of ads to get that to work. Because during this funnel on average, so I'm going to take the same funnel down here. Typically, when you run this funnel, you want to get, you know, like 10 to 20% opt-in, right? 10% is like minimum. ESL, it's like 10% book a call. And then over here, it's like you get, you know, 30% to close. So,
16:48we'll say 30%. The crazy part is like what this person was running is they were spend about, let's say, 10 bucks an optin. They're getting 100 bucks a call. And then their close rate was about 30%. It actually wasn't that good. It might have been a little lower. It's like 20. So, we'll actually say it was 20%. Okay. So, let's just do the math. I'm going to
17:03delete this uh erase this top part. Okay. So, let's just do the math on this. If I do $1,000 and that means I get 100 leads and I get 10 calls. If she closes one deal, 25K for $1,000, that's a 25x. And that's what's crazy about this offer is it's not so much what makes some of my clients successful or at least some of the big dogs. It's not always the marketing stuff I do. Like, yeah, that does help 100%, but like this offer is so unique and so low competition. There's a lot of people do it, but not a lot of people know how to
17:32market that. she got outsized returns and she wasn't even like the best CEO. So, if you can learn how to bit, not not learn, but like if you can learn a skill that has a unique advantage and low competition, you can absolutely blow it out of the water. And if you guys come over here and look back at the screen, you guys can see like it kind of gives the same path, right? So, it's like add VSSL application. It's missing the opt-in page. I'd have an opt-in page there. Qualified, book a call, and then obviously it has like some other stuff, right? cuz after they book a call and
17:58stuff like that, you'd have, you know, you see here like confirmation, strategy call, enroll. Okay, so it it's not like the marketing itself is not that crazy and you can always do other things for marketing as well. Like people will say and you can see all the scripts here it gives you. I mean it's crazy guys. Like the stuff that it gives you is absolutely insane. Absolutely crazy. But the crazy part too is you don't even need the last thing I want to say as I'm teaching this is it's not that like I'm not saying that a VSSL always is going to work. Like some clients could run
18:23that and they don't get results. And so you can always do different things like you could do challenges. Okay, challenges are really good. You could do webinars. Okay, so uh you could do live or auto. You could do like a quiz. So quiz is like it gives them, you know, here's your results. Like here's the
18:38next steps like book a call type thing. There's a lot of things you could do, but the reason I say start the VSSL is like that's usually the simplest and it's the most straightforward. And so if that works, the cool part is it makes it really easy to scale your business because there's not so much you really have to do after that. So like 10 grand a day is not guaranteed. Claude is not a money printer, but it is a tool that makes you faster at the parts that used to take weeks. So whether this actually works still comes down to is the problem worth paying to solve and can you sell
19:01the fix? Sure. But someone with an audience and a budget is going to get there quicker than someone starting cold. That's just true. But the game does not change. Find a problem people pay to solve. Build the fix. Put it in front of the right people. Keep what works and kill what doesn't. If this helped, make sure you like and subscribe and tell me in the comments what you would build. And if you're running a real business and want help getting yours to seven figures a month or more, links are in the description. I'll see
19:21you in the next one.
