This is the full transcript of how i onboard clients for my $486,000/mo GoHighLevel SAAS, published on YouTube by Kai Stone. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.

0:00All right, so here's exactly how we onboard clients for our $486,000 a month website designs company. For those of you that don't know, we charge contractors $297 a month and then we set them up with GoHigh Level SAS. I'm going to just go over a live launch call here today. Uh just refresh this right real quick so you can see as always 486K and then about 1300 subs, about 4 million made, and then two beautiful disputes that I can't wait to go deal with. Um we get new disputes every day. We have

0:25chargebacks. We lose a bunch of money. We make a bunch of money. Running a big business is a [ __ ] [ __ ] show. Just so you guys know, I have no promises. You might not make [ __ ] You might be a [ __ ] idiot. I have no idea. So, no promises in this video, but if you want to actually run a GoHigh Level SAS, um, this is just how we did it and how we actually onboard clients. Now, what we do is we basically give them a website, we give them Google reviews, we give them the gohigh level mobile app, and then we'll hook up some basic AI

0:47automations. Now, back in the time of this video, this is two uh 2024, so like 2-ish years ago. So, the only difference now is we just offer a couple extra features, but the onboarding process is essentially the same thing. We have to get them to download the mobile app. We show them the website that we built for them and then we show them how the system works. So, I'm just going to jump right into it. Um, and again, this is pretty much how we still onboard clients now. The only difference is we added a couple more features. All right, let's

1:11get into it. Hey, how you doing, man? Hey, how you doing? Good, man. Good, good, good. Um, sweet, dude. So, let me just walk you through everything. Did you get a chance to download the uh the mobile app yet or no? Um, no. No. I seen some of your video uh this like a little an hour ago. Um no worries. Here, just go to the app store for me real quick and type in lead

1:35connector. It should look like this. Oops, I just can't spell. So lead connector is the official of the high level app. It's completely free. Um shameless plug. There is a summer promotion running right now. So if you use any of my [ __ ] in the description, there's like a huge discount. Um you get a bunch of [ __ ] for free. You save thousands of dollars. So do that if you want. But uh lead connector is essentially the the white label version of the gohigh level app. So we have all of our people uh download this. This basically it's basically your app. You can customize it however you like and

2:01then you can actually get your clients to get the app for free. Right? It comes with go high level. They can manage all their payments, their calendars, their automations, uh their messages, everything is in that one app. So with that app, we create a very sticky product because we create that app and we we modify that app in a way that basically has them run their entire business through our application, which is why they pay us $297 a month every month, which is why we built almost a half a million dollar company because we we try to create a sticky recurring service where people pay us every single

2:30month like this little orange bar right there. So Apple store. Yep. And then just type in lead connector. And I'll get your username and password for you. One sec. lead connecting. Okay, sir. Uh, okay. It's a little orange box update. Oh, I think I think I think I do have it already. Oh, yeah. I did download. I'm sorry. I

2:53did. I see. I see. Yeah. Looks It looks like you already got a review from one of our Looks like you already sent the review request to someone as well. Yeah, I used one of those cards that you sent through the mail. Oh, okay. Dang, this is a long time ago. This is when we were still sending out Google review cards. So again, the one thing we used to send our clients Google review cards and they would link to their website and their Google page. We don't do that anymore because people were just like always asking us for revisions on the cards. You can do it if you want. We

3:17just stopped doing that. Uh we just found it was more headache than it was worth. Customers and then uh I said, "Hey, please if you give me a review and I think that's what happened." I gota see one, two, three, four, five. Okay. So your username for this is going to be uh this right here. And then so yeah, so it's gonna be yahoo.com and then the username is gonna or sorry the password one two

3:46oh that's the password. Yeah, that's the password. Correct. Let me know when you log into that. Cool. So for the sake of the video, I'm going to save us some time. This is essentially me logging him into the app. That's the first thing we do. And then we'll see what the next thing we do is. It's going to take him some time to actually lo, but it's just running very

3:59slow. So we finally got him into the app and now we're just going through the onboarding presentation. um and showing him what's up. He finally just got in the app. We are now showing him the messages tab inside the app where he's going to spend most of his time as a contractor. Um I remember see seeing that before, but for some reason you think I should just log out because I think that's what

4:18probably what it is. No, I mean if it looks like this, you see my screen right here? Yeah. Um just go to the go to the messages icon in the bottom. Okay. Uh estimates invoice. No, I'm not there. Um no data. No no data found. Okay. Yeah. Yeah, that might be it. No data

4:34found. Mhm. Here, let me let me try to message you through that here. Okay. So, look at look at my screen. I'm going to message you through the website. Okay. Just give you guys reference. It's been like 10 15 what has it been? 10 minutes already. Like, bro, onboarding clients is not smooth ever. I mean, sometimes it is, but like this is real [ __ ] Like, I'm obviously I'm skipping parts for for the sake of the YouTube video, but it's like I've had onboarding calls that are 60 minutes, an hour and a half. I'm sure everyone else has too. Clay Lawrence, Pavle, uh Jasper, all these guys who

4:59have actually onboarded real customers. like onboarding calls don't always just go smoothly, right? It it's great if it does, but a lot of the time there's a lot of [ __ ] Hey, there's testing. So, you should see this. You're going to get this through your personal phone, but also through the through the app as well. So, does

5:12that pop up on the app or no? Uh uh I just got a message from you, but that's just a message, not not from the app. Yeah, you should get a you should see something inside the app if you're logged in. Okay. Uh no, just log in. Yeah, I'm going to do that. I think it's

5:29better idea. Okay, let me log in. My password up there. Okay, your reviewer already. There you go. Name and he still hasn't logged in the app. You see what I just what just got sent to me? It says, "Hey Kai, I just got your comes through the uh the chat widget." You see, so now now we're finally got Now we finally got him logged in the app, which is step one. Now we're going to show him the website, which is step two, and show

5:53him how it functions. But I just what just got sent to me. It says, "Hey, Kai, I just got your text on my chat my web chat. Thanks for reaching out. I'll be in touch as soon as I'm free. You see how see how it misspells the word thanks. Okay. You see in the messages and then I like try to text with me. Text me back. Like I just I just text you. Hey. Hey. So text me. You can literally text through

6:08the app as well. Oh, okay. Okay. I see. Just send me a message. Yes. Yeah. Send me a message here. So open up the app and say say something to me so you can get used to it. So now I'm texting him back and forth with my personal cell phone to show him how the actual mobile app works and how

6:25the texting feature works. Okay. Send me a Yeah, I I send you a message. I put Kai. Yeah, Kai. There we go. Yep. Got it. Awesome, man. So, that's how it works. You just text back and forth. This is anyone anyone that comes to the website. This new phone number as well is super important. This is going to be where the auto call text backs attached to. And I'll show you that in just one sec. Um

6:42Okay. So, yeah, I'll text I'll text you everything after the call as well. As far as the website goes, I'll let you look at it later, but just a super brief overview. A different page for one of your services, a different page for your service area, blog post for SEO. Um you also have all your reviews automatically populating from Google right here. And then if somebody wants to leave you review, they totally can. You would just come here and you click four stars or five stars, that would take you directly to your profile. Again, you probably remember this, but if they click anything less than five stars, see how

7:07it's going to get diverted to leave private feedback. Okay. So, yeah. So, that's really important because it negates bad reviews. Does that make sense? Okay. Yeah. Yeah. So, if it's a a fourstar is considered a bad review. So, we're literally just showing him all the features right now. The review feature, the auto call text back. This is everything we sold to hundreds of thousands of dollars a month. Like three

7:27or four very simple features. No, it'll still go through if it's four star, but most of the time it's either five stars or one stars. Most of the time it's kind of what we see. Um your location, everything else is here. I'll let you look through the website later if you want some changes. Not a problem at all. You can just text

7:39us. That's weird. Um so perfect. Let me go through this really quick. So I'm going to send you this form. I'm going to send you everything right now. Okay. Okay. So let me send you this. Send everything to you. So this is the only thing you I know you already saw this but this you need to always do this. This is for every all your past customers everyone like need to go on this form. Okay you just put just like you did with Virginia whatever I think your name is Virginia put in your customer's name and number and click submit. It's super important you

8:04use this. Okay. Okay. So so even if these people don't leave well obviously you got to leave a review and then I put my their information on there right? No you you you do this you do this right away. You do this to request the review. This is your new Okay. I see. I see. I see. Even even if this is to request, that's why she said, "Hey, hey, I

8:24already send you a review." Okay. Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. Okay. Yeah. But make sure you put them in there. It's super super super super super important. Correct. Correct. Website URL here. And let me So again, as as we're showing him the showing them the features, we have to reexlain why Google reviews are important, why the website's important. Like you want to reexlain, you're basically reselling them on what they're

8:44paying for every single month here. Email this stuff to as well. Major phone number. So, you might be wondering why there's a different phone number on the website. That's because that has auto call text back attached to it. So, if you ever do miss a phone call, our system will automatically text them back and say, "Hey, sorry, miss you. Just in

8:57the middle of a call, blah blah blah." Um, and then but anyone that actually calls that number, it'll still forward directly to you. Correct. Correct. So, this number will go on your Google page on your business cards and all that, but it's super important to use this number because that's that's kind of number one, you can track calls, but number two, uh anyone anytime you miss a call, the uh the automation will fire and try to get them to leave a quote or

9:14get a quote on your website. Okay? So, I just texted you all that information. So, that's your new website URL, uh, your new phone number, and then literally the most important thing, the the thing that like is already done for you, completely built. All you have to do is put in your customer's name and number, and click send. That's literally

9:29it. That's it. So, this is how we help our customers get Google reviews. If they don't already have a CRM that we can tie into, they're going to have to trigger the review request manually. And the way we do that is we give them a simple form. We say, "Hey, dude, put in your customer's name and number and click send review request." This is tied to a bunch of different automations on the back end. Shameless plug. You can get all that [ __ ] in my community um for 50% off. But all this all this stuff is tied to automations on the back end. If they

9:51do have a CRM already, we can tie directly into their CRM, customer rel what is it? Customer relationship management system and we can have this whole process automated. But not every client is using a CRM. So this is the manual way that we have to do it in order to get them more fivestar Google

10:03reviews. But this form is the most important. It's a completely done for you marketing system, meaning um to get reviews. And the second thing, I don't know if you remember from our original call, but also it's going to follow up with all your past customers as well over two to six months or something like that or

10:19two. Yeah, every a couple months or so. Yeah, it's going to follow up with them. And then just to confirm, let me make sure for a past customer or referral, what kind of a discount would you give them? Like 5% or so? Yeah. Perfect. Okay. Go here. System. Uh, where do I find it? I know I've seen it on your text message, but

10:36do I have to keep going? You don't ever need to find it. know you anytime you need that just let us know because I don't want you have to go go around mess the software because I don't it just it's just easier that way. No no no not that I'm talking about where I put their name and phone number

10:48and submit it. Yep. You never need to you never need to find but you're saying like where do you find the form? Yeah. Like what where where like soon as I get done the job and then I want to submit their information, where do I look for it? Save it on your phone. So that that link I just I just sent you a link. So save that link on your phone. Super super

11:03important. Okay. I see. And if you ever lose that link, just let us know. We'll get it. We'll get it for you again. It's not the end of the world. Okay. But if you lose that link, like if you lose that link, it happens all the time. And just text us and say, "Hey, I lost my like review and referral link or whatever. Just can you send it back to me and we'll just send it to you and

11:15then you have it." Super simple. Okay. So, and we'll always get that to you within 24 hours so you're not just like lost. Okay. Your marketing will most important. Okay. I see. Yep. U let me email it to you as well. And also do go through the website, you know, if you want changes, let us know. Um as far as like the photos and stuff go. Um usually people want some kind of photos change or something like that. So

11:34just just let us know. Perfect. Perfect. Let me email this to you as well. Now, this 805 number 80. Who's that? Is that you? That's me. Yep. Oh, okay. So, I can always look it up from there. Okay. Yeah, exactly. You can always look it up there. Um or you can just like text us or something like Yeah. Whenever you want. Just like, hey, like I But I would take that link. I would copy it and put

11:56it in your notes somewhere. Oh, okay. I see. I see. Yeah. Like take it off. Like you need you need to put this link somewhere you're going to have it. Super important that you use it. Okay. Perfect. And from there, dude, you're pretty much good to go. Um, you can always email us uh here. So, again, tell them the next steps. If you need anything changed, blah blah blah, you can always email us. Again, notice how nowhere here did I really

12:17talk about like lead flow that much. Again, because what we're selling is a system, right? We're not selling a lead generation machine. Leads will come, but again, I'm not making the whole call about let's get you ranking on Google, let's get you more leads, XYZ. I'm showing him a system. The outcome of this system is to get him more business.

12:31So, email change request ismail.com. Mhm. Um, and then dude, from there, like you're pretty much good. Just let whatever you need, we got you. Uh, I'll put all this information on Google for you. Um, you know, I would I would put that phone number on like if you if you have I know you have business cards from us, but if you have like a branded car sticker, a yard sign, I put that phone number on there. So, we want everything

12:48going into that app. Correct. Correct. So, right here, I'm mentioning we want everything running into that app. So, we want all the everything going to that app, funneling that app to make it more and more sticky so he keeps using our service, right? cuz we own the app. And if he has all his all of his phone numbers and all of his business funneling to that one app, that's going to make him want to pay us more and more and more every single month. Not not more, but like pay us every month because now his whole business is

13:09running off our automated machine. Right. Perfect, dude. Perfect. Any any questions I can answer for you? Um, not at the moment. It's pretty hectic week and I was busy. That's why I didn't uh sign up that one a week that you called me. I was trying to do catchup. But uh hopefully, you know, it works out. like I'm going to be leaving on

13:28Saturday for a couple days. Cool. Then we just talk story here a little bit. But that's exactly how we onboard clients.
