0:00Most people you have spent years in college, years working 9 to5, working eight hours a day to just make the salary that you're making at your job. And for a business, people expect that in in one hour a day they can start a business and they can make more than their salary. It rarely happens like this. I literally wrote I had like a white board and I wrote down this question. How can I make it impossible for myself to fail? Let's say someone
0:21who's watching is where you were before. he's stuck in a job that he it's not like he hates but he doesn't find a purpose and uh wants to start uh a business an AI agency what would you tell him so I would say the main thing is you need to set the time the business cannot work when you are in a 9 to5 the main constraint you have is you have low time and the business is going to always be the bottom priority of the list because if you have a job you have a family kids a lot of things going from the business
0:54can never be the priority, right? Because you have to pay the bills, you have to do your job, your family needs you, etc. So the main bottleneck that most people have and the main issue that we see is people they just give up. They try for a little bit. It's kind of like when you want to lose weight, right? You keep postponing it. You maybe you work for a month or so and then you're like, "Okay, things come up and then you you quit and then you restart again. You try
1:16a new diet." Same thing with a business. People postpone this goal for like 5 10 years more. It's better actually to to make a deal with yourself. Set minimum two hours per day should be your your your minimum and try to go all in and give yourself like probably like a 6 month to 12 month um like run and try to make it happen and accept that if you do less than that most likely again you're just going to just going to waste your time essentially. It's not going to bring you anything because if you do less you essentially rely on luck. You hope to be
1:51lucky. M right so consciously what you're saying is I know I I'm not going to do enough work to succeed but I hope I'm going to be lucky imagine the comparison right most people you have spent years in college years working 9 to5 working 8 hours a day to just make the salary that you make at your job and for a business people expect that in in one hour a day or something like this 30 minutes here and there they can start a business and they can make more than their salary. It rarely happens like this unless you're
2:19lucky. And so the main thing I would say for most people because people usually they have the especially people watching this, they have the motivation, they have the drive, they want to make it happen. Maybe now they they see that this business model can work. The problem they have is they just they give up after some time. They don't have the consistency. That's the main thing that we see in in it. So you need to find the time. The best time that works for us, for the hundreds of people who have coached, this is what I did as well at
2:45the beginning was when I had my job. Work after fud in the morning, two hours before going to your day job. Cuz if you do in the evening, in the evening, you're going to give your worst hours. After a full day of work, you're tired. Then you give your worst hours to your business, which is the thing you want to
3:00store the most. The leftovers. Yeah. You give the leftovers, right? You have to give your best hours. It's like um I was hearing his others in Imam who was saying this about about the religion right like which are the hours that you give to Allah do you give him the best hours which is the morning actually or do you give him the wor the leftovers right when you're tired at night you don't care yeah exactly and so if you start the day with fudger you pray have like one hour you do you do what you have to do in the morning to wake up as well read some Quran like start the day
3:35optimized And then spend from like let's say you wake up ideally 5:00 a.m. Right? Like around this time, most places of the world is around the time like for for fra or at least before like the sun rises. So so you catch up on it and from 6:00 to 8 you can try to work on your business and then at 8 like you go to your job and you start from there but at least those two hours are guaranteed. Usually in the morning nothing is really happening. So you have two hours guaranteed on your business and then after that in the evening you can relax. But if you don't
4:04do it in the morning the nice thing about setting it in the morning is if you don't do it in the morning you're going to think about this. Let's say you woke up later or or you didn't work for some reason. Then the whole day you're going to think, man, like I missed on my two hours. I'm late. Now you need to catch up in the evening. So you still have a chance to catch up. If you only work in the evening, by the time you get to evening, you're going to be tired and and you might very easily miss. And most
4:27brothers, this is what's happening. Usually they're tired. They don't want to work. Things come up as well. Sometimes it's all not even your fault. Like something is going to come up in the evening and then now you cannot work. That's how it is. And if you don't put the time, it's literally impossible. Right. So it's you have to think how can
4:42I make it impossible for myself to fail. I want to start this business. This is what I was thinking when I I started is I literally wrote I had like a white board and I wrote down this question. How can I make it impossible for myself to fail? And I started listing a few things and for me I had to create an environment where literally it would not be possible for me to not put in the hours to progress on the business. and like things like removing distractions, removing my phone, uh waking up early, fixing the sleep schedule, etc. All doing all those little things that would allow me to
5:14open the calendar to give myself a chance to succeed. It's not guaranteed that I would succeed, right? But I would believe that if I do the work for a business that is very doable. I thought I would succeed. I was very realistic that I would succeed. But my main issue is spending the time. most people watching is imagine if you had spent the next the past like six months working two hours a day on a business probably you would be much better off today right if you had spent six months consistently two hours a day working on a business and most people they know it deep down so they're really the issue
5:48that they have is just opening the calendar spending the time that's what I would focus on ask yourself the question how can I make it impossible to fail how can I make it impossible to have those two hours a day list out all the things you can do and start working on If you want me and my team to be in the corner while you're doing this, helping you, guiding you through every step, go on the link in the description, um
