0:00This image here, it shows the evolution of note takingaking apps as we know it. Before AI, you know, before AI really came into the scene, our work lived in notebooks, in apps scattered across tools and humans, which have an instinct to organize themselves um started loving using systems and tools that could help them organize better. you know, things like notion, things like Obsidian,

0:32things like Evernote, and you name it. And so, these are what we call productivity tools or note takingaking tools. And if you click this video, you've probably been using one of these. In this video, we are going to discuss the next era of these applications and how AI is really changing everything up. Traditionally we relied on humans doing work and you know reporting and logging important material into applications but right now with AI agents you know things are taking a turn and a new term has come in which is you know not second brains which is what many of these tools are and people usually love but AI

1:17second brains. So, in this video, we're going to discuss how old applications like Obsidian, Notion, or Evernote are not working anymore, and why you should get your hands on an AI second brain. You know, some people are fans of simplicity. Notes is one type of sort of note takingaking app which is maybe the most popular probably because it's built into Apple and it works whenever you have something you need to drop down and write you can simply write it down. You know once software applications start becoming very popular we see the applications like Evernote um notion like one note obsidian and more and these were independent

2:08applications for you to work and write in. Towards 2020, software became more connected and more important and everything need to be faster and data needs to transfer faster. People started to have so many different tools because more applications was created and now it was like a lot of fragmentation with the applications. So you ended up having many different apps. Then came the AIS like ChachiPT, like Claude, like Hermes. And actually now thinking and writing has become more of a conversational experience. And you're not, you know, thinking and writing anymore. You are talking to a large language model which is helping you think, which is helping you strategize,

3:02which is helping you work. And on top of that which is actually connecting to the tools and doing work for you. So now the problem is that all of that work and that thinking and those strategies get left out. they are left out and they become a part of just a chat log and you don't have anywhere to see that anywhere to store that because you know imagine you had a big strategy session with your team and now you guys landed on the best idea you don't want to just leave that the team will go ahead and write that down record a session make sure that

3:41this idea can be reused and that is the whole point of the AI second brain application that I am building because once you are chatting with the AI now you're building out strategies, documentation, material that actually can be reused and it shouldn't just be on in a folder in your computer somewhere. It should actually be in the cloud accessible, sharable, instantly usable and so that any AI agent can with one second use the new strategy you just created with your AI second brain LLM agent or you know system and just reuse that. that is orbit agent. So in this video, we're going to discuss how orbit

4:21agents is the optimal AI second brain, a one of a kind. I've not seen any other tool out there. Sure, I have thin bits and pieces of different tools trying to do something similar. But Orbit Agents is actually a real second brain for you where you can work with your favorite AI clients like Claude, Codeex, Hermes, and beyond. But on top of that, it is sort of a replacement to notion and a replacement to Obsidian because you also have the dashboard which shows you everything. You have things in nested items like projects, like notes, like um the vault for all of your knowledge, the memory graph, you have actual agents

5:01themselves. You have tracker tables so you can see everything. And the tracker table is is very nice. You can even build your own to-do lists there. and your agent can collaborate on to-do lists with you. Honestly, what I have built I'm it's sort of insane because, you know, I come from an AI automation background where I built hundreds of automations for businesses all around the world and now I don't have to build one automation. I simply tell my orbit agent or orbit chat what I want and within a few seconds it creates the agent, wires up the tools. I just copy paste it into cloud and it's literally

5:33working. It copy pasting into cloud. the MCP is live and it just checks everything, verifies and goes live. Now right now I have you know first of all I use claude mainly and there I build the strategies I talk about different things like my ICP my funnel I all the time try to improve my application and this is something you should do too whether it's your work you know you always chat and try to analyze the work you do so you get better results and produce material now that material if it's important I send it straight to the vault and I share it with any project or department

6:04so that my agents have them straight away. Secondly is that whenever I need something done, I just create it with Orbit agents. Create an agent and those agents, they do things for me like Twitter replying for me. Twitter posting, copying some of the winning Twitter accounts out there, growing my follower base, LinkedIn outreach where I'm actually getting 20 conversations daily on LinkedIn and I have like 20 to 30 meetings booked. No joke. I never seen a system as powerful as this. And you guys are thinking I'm bragging. No, I'm just sharing that I built an application that is really giving me

6:36results and it's open for anyone to use. I want users to obviously actually see that what I'm a what I'm building actually helps others. And then you know I've had many other agents things like you know strategy analysis of my YouTube channel actual real work like auditing uh leads their websites and actually sending outreach on email. You name it

6:57you can create an agent for anything. connect any tool and connect any skill and build an entire AI empire. So you know on one side we have like the part of the application which is an AI second brain on the other side it is a full agent management system because the point is that these things lie together. Every person, every company are going to have their own agents and employees and they need to use context and data because context and data is the only thing which actually makes them work. It doesn't matter about the model how good the model is. It's about the information they have in the instructions. And so

7:34the context and the data comes from your memory and your interaction with the the number one AI you're using. And that is why AI client cla codeex Hermes and then a memory system in the middle and then agents using that same memory so they can work for you. And the this is how I've built orbit agents the fullon AI second brain for you and your agents which can really do absolutely everything. Let's share the screen and go through what I'm actually talking about here guys. Here you guys can see my claw window uh claw code specifically and I have a chat window open. This chat was actually a chat to prepare me for

8:14this video which I made. I shared with you with the AI the actual thumbnail which I think is absolutely beautiful and amazing and funny and I asked it like give me a few talking points because sometimes I make the thumbnail first to understand a bit actual you know sort of the concept concepts of the video. So it gave me talking points for this video and um you know this is my actual AI YouTube content performance architect agent. It's connected to my obs uh orbit agents dashboard. And if I now go to the uh orbit agents vault then we will see that if I click uh here

8:58this one 6 minutes ago actually 48 minutes ago just updated we will see drafted chaos to clarity recording brief that's the name name of the uh thumbnail and here we will see the exact question and answer sent to my vault. So the runs the conversations which are important or which in general should be used by me get sent to my vault and here you can see the content performance architect. I can click it and I'll see the actual agent and it's runs and if I go to my agent page I see the content performance architect an agent here live. I can click it and this is

9:41another section of the same window which is the settings and the view of everything. Here you can see the results, the last things that it made. Here you can you will probably see an AI analysis report of everything. And that is the system. Now you have projects. So you can group projects based on what you're working on with your AI. You can put your agents in different projects and also your own sessions where you're chatting. Here are the trackers I mentioned where I and my AI agents are doing a lot of work together, growing my business, automating things, managing tasks together. And this is obviously what you

10:20guys saw, the vault, the place where I see my AI memory based on the projects, all of the output based on recency. And some of which I've checked, some of which I haven't checked. If I now want to update this agent, I just click instruct and I write, hey, don't write an M dash and it's going to do that every read this message every time. If I do add a task, it's just a one-off task that I wanted to do. And this is the agent which runs on my claude. My computer is always on and those agents

10:52always work. And that is how it works. The best of all of this though is that you have the chat. You can really ask anything. So let's say if I ask what have my agents done in the last 24 hours it's going to surface me anything and I can create agents have insights into my memory and create and get insights into anything. If you are working in claude Hermes codeex cursor open code you can connect it all and have one LLM brain which you can ask and work with. Here is an example of what uh my agents have done more or less based on the you know

11:29groupings. And if we go to orb memory we can see the entire knowledge graph of my entire memory working together beautifully. All of the nodes the entities we can see it grouped by departments and also the different um you know conceptual nodes that we have. I can also talk to Orbee here and I I'm seeing the exact same chat and on top of that I can literally speak to Orby with

11:56a voice. Let's try this out here. Hello, how can I help you today? Hi Orbee, can you tell me what my LinkedIn agent did yesterday? I can certainly look into that for you. When you say yesterday, are you referring to August 23rd, 2026? Correct. Your LinkedIn qualification agent worked on reviewing the LinkedIn DM inbox. They sent a welcome message and an Orbit integration offer to a medical lead named Archet Meta. They also held a reply to consultant Aszthma Igbal while waiting for readable messages and skipped one hostile

12:31prospect. Orbit Agents gives you an insight into your AI world, your AI life, and lets you build, if you want, an entire AI business based on that. On top of this, you can actually have Telegram connected. So on your phone or anywhere, you can see anything that your agents have done can track the output. And on top of all of this, when I have important strategies or information that I have made, for example, in the chat with Claude or whatever, I will simply find it here like the one we just mentioned, and I can add it to any agent I want or any department so that they

13:15can read it and stay up to date and I can manage my own departments accordingly. Overall, this video is just about reflecting about the current evolution of the note takingaking second brain tools and how they are actually going to be and how I have actually built the next evolution which is the second brains connected to your AIS where all of your life really isn't going to be staying connected. Already we see that the AI LLMs you use whether it's shad PT whether it's claude gets connected to your life and once it gets connected to your life you need better visibility better coordination better uh overview of what is happening and orbit

14:00agents enables that. If you are a second brain or AI enthusiast and love this intersection of interesting topics, join our AI operators community by actually signing up to Orbit Agents and get 100 free credits. I would love to see you map your own brain and have you guys request any features that I should be adding to Orbit Agents. Do you want something from your favorite notion tool or from Obsidian or from any tool that

14:30you would like to see in Orbit Agents? I'm just one DM away on Telegram and you can talk to me and we can add this feature or your tool. My goal is to have the best AI second brain tool in the market. I haven't seen anyone else really focusing on building the best AI second brain. And as you are going to be using more AI tools, more models because this is the future. I am going to be building the system for you which you are going to use which is giving you better visibility, better management, better understanding and actually a complete brain and memory for you so

15:06that you can manage any task agent operation moving forward. If you like this video uh and think it was an interesting topic, leave a like, comment, and subscribe to this channel.
