0:01Elon Musk says it. He's considering creating an Amazon competitor. And it's all because of a problem that if you like agents has probably been bothering you and it has been bothering me and I've got a solution for it. But first, let's look at the problem. You go to Amazon and sites like it and you get a site you get an error like this. When I saw that, I thought Amazon was down. So, I just moved on with my day. And then I kept coming back and I realized, wait a
0:24minute, it's not that Amazon is down. They are down for me. They are tricking me and my agents into thinking that they don't work because they do not want me to buy from Amazon. And on this day, what I was trying to do was return a few baby proofing products to Amazon and buy replacements. And they were blocking me from being able to do it. Now, I'm traveling through Mexico. I don't understand the Amazon Mexican website
0:45and the way that they work very well. I've been depending on my agents to buy from me from Amazon. And suddenly like that, they decided that they were going to pull one over on me. I've got a solution. If this is your problem that's been working for me and h and has been for others. Boy, I'm so fired up about this one. I'm so irritated because this is becoming a huge problem. This is not just Grockbot, which I happen to be using. It's also to Meta. And the more that Meta get becomes popular and is used more, the more sites are blocking it. In fact, you can start to see that
1:13one out of every three websites now is starting to move towards blocking agents. Now, this number to me seems a little bit exaggerated. Having said that, I'm seeing more and more companies are blocking agents. Some are making deals like you can see here that Expedia has been uh making a deal with Muse, but others are not. I'm not looking for this. If I'm trying to buy, I want to buy myself using a web browser or have my agent buy for me. I don't need them deciding whether I can use a browser or not or whether I could use an agent or not. The agent is there to do our work
1:46for us. And it bothers me that we can't do it. Again, I've got a solution I'm going to share with you, but let's just talk about how big this is. It is about more than just individual sites. Now, Cloudflare, which has always been the anti-bots company, which I admire and respect. They're now coming after the agents that are trying to do our work for us and help us out dayto-day. I think I may be ranting a little much. I need to calm it down, don't I? All right. I want to also show you this tweet. Here is a person who responded to one of my solutions to this on Twitter
2:14by saying, "Listen, I am blind. I'm trying to help my family. I'm trying to use sites, but honestly, it's really hard to do it. Agents are making it easier for people who have disabilities to be able to use sites, to be able to buy. And so, this really fired me up. And I've got to tell you that there are absolutely solutions to this. I'm going to show you three
2:34right here that I've been playing with. Um, these three have worked for me and they will work for you. I'm going to show it to you in depth each one of them. And then what I'm going to do is I'll actually there is no better or worse. You pick the one that works for you and enjoy it. So Camox is a an open um open- source project that's basically built on Firefox. It sits on your computer. I'll show it to you in a moment. Uh so you can see what it looks
3:01like. It sits on your agent's computer. Browserbased is kind of different. I'll explain it in a moment. And then you've got agent web, which basically has all these IPs that are at home on um to to basically mask that an agent is using them from some far away computer. It's interesting the way that they that they all work. All of them can be used for free. I think you should have if you're trying to buy on Amazon, no problem using them for free. And they all are very reasonable as you start to use more and more of them. I want to take a look at one at a time here. Let's start over
3:31with Kafox. It's an open- source project. It's got 12,000 stars. I don't know why it doesn't have more than that. It's just very simple. Here's what it looks like when you run it on your agent's computer. This is my um my Grobbot's computer. You can see I'm just mousing around Amazon, clicking, no problem. I click over, open another tab,
3:48I go to Google, not an issue at all. It's just another browser on your agent's computer and your agent can manipulate it and you can manipulate it. And it has done a very good job of masking the fact that it is an agent controlling it. When I've used it, I've been able to use it. I'm logged in. I'm happy with it. When I want to log in, my agent just opens up the browser, says, "Andrew, go and type in your username and password." I do, and it works. Okay, next comes browser base. I've used this for about a week, and I have to tell you that strangely, just before I recorded
4:17this, this was blocked, which is why I wanted to show you three different tools. This is um fairly reasonable. The free plan lets you do three concurrent browsers. I only need one one browser hour. I don't need that much. What hap what happens is you you just give your agent this URL and it's kind of the same
4:35thing that happened with the other one. I gave the agent the URL to the GitHub repo and I said go install it and installed it and it and it just figured out what to do with browserbase. I gave the agent the URL browserbase.com and I said go and sign me up for this it signed me up and um I didn't have to do anything except when it was time for me to log into Amazon. It said here's a link. It told me to open the link in my browser. I opened the link in my browser. I typed in the username. I typed in the password for Amazon. And I
5:02was able to then come back to my agent and say, "Go ahead and take it from there." And my agent was able to interact with it. That's the way it worked for browser base. It was working really well for about a week. And then suddenly a moment before I recorded this, when I was recording a video to show you how it worked, it uh it stopped
5:16working. Um I didn't have to pay for it. It still worked really really well until it just stopped. Um which is why I moved on to that open source uh browser that I told you about. Next is Agent Web. I was just talking to the founder of Agent Web. He's really proud of the way that it works here. Let me show you a screenshot of what it looks like on my computer. Um, it's like that. Essentially, what you're looking at is you just tell your agent to create an account. My agent has its own email address, so it created its own username and password, created the account, and
5:44everything was good. And then you pick from a set of sites that they have. Um, in this case, even though I'm traveling through Mexico, they didn't have Amazon Mexico yet, but they added it for me into this. But they've got tons of sites here. and you just type in your contact information, your username and password through this and then they log you into the site and and your agent is able to use it. So let's talk about a comparison. So number one, as you saw with Kamifox, it is its own um its own software. With both of these, you're using somebody else's software to get into your account. Um, let's talk about
6:21the risks here is you're installing a binary software from somebody else's computer, from somebody else's creation onto your computer. That's an issue with uh uh that's the one with Kafox for browserbased. The issue is that you've got a third party that can see your sessions. Um, which I think is kind of weird that somebody else could potentially see what you're what you're doing on the web. Um, I don't have a problem with it when it comes to Amazon. If you're doing other
6:46things, you might have an issue with it. Uh this one is with uh take a look taking a look at agent web. The issue is that it's a third party that holds your linked accounts. As you saw earlier, it's you typing in your contact information, your your your name and email address into a third party site. That is potentially troublesome. But as I talked to the founder, they put it in a vault. It is it is safe. Um and it is easy to get started and use. So um is there one that I recommend? Honestly, there is not. I'm now looking at all three of them. I think they're all
7:21fantastic. Pick the one that you like. For most of what you're doing on Amazon, it's going to be free. For all of what you're doing on Amazon, it's going to be free. My hunch is that until all of these companies, starting with Amazon and going all the way through the travel sites and the other sites, until they come to terms with the fact that agents are now doing work for us and start to embrace them, I until then, we're going to have to start balancing between multiple different tools to get around uh these blocks. For me, these are the three that I've tried and I like and I
7:49recommend. Um, but I'm curious, have you found another approach? Has this worked for you? What else is working for you? We have got to we have got to get these companies to let us access them using our agents. I don't want to have to go to the grocery store website and interact with their ugly site. I don't want to have to go to Amazon and interact with its website. I want my agent to know what I need and to be able to order it. And that's the way it has to be. And until then, we're going to keep using these tools and we're going
8:14to find ways around their blockades. That's the goal here. And if you're into agents, I'd love for you to subscribe to my channel because I'm going to be talking about how to build more agents, how to use more agents, and really how to get both financial freedom and space in your life by having agents do more of the work for you. And it's a fantastic time to be alive. All right, subscribe
8:31and I'll see you in in the next video. [snorts]
