This is the full transcript of 14 Grok Bot Employees You Can Steal, published on YouTube by Jordan Rafealov. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00These are 14 GrokBot employees that you can just steal that will either save you or make you $208 per day. I'm going to show you as I build out all of these bots, give you all the prompts so you can do the same for yourself. So here you can see the fleet of employees that we are going to
0:20build out and their equivalent cost. Many of these employees are either going to save us a bunch of money, they're going to make us a bunch of money, or we're going to be able to replace really expensive software with our GrokBot employees. And so here is just a quick taste of some of the softwares that we are going to wipe out by building out all of these bots. So I'll be honest with you, I stole the designs for all of these GrokBot employees from the GrokBot team themselves. They were on an interview with Peter Yang talking about the 14 different GrokBot employees that they cannot live without, that they use
0:57every single day, and I just simply reverse engineered those GrokBot employees and I put them into simple prompts that you can copy and paste. Now GrokBot is hands-down the most powerful agentic AI that I have ever used thus far, and I have used OpenClaw, Hermes, and all of the other major ones, but GrokBot comes out on top every single time and I am blown away. So these employees are going to work for us while we sleep, and here is how it's going to work. We are going to build a new bot, we're going to connect its apps, we're going to sign in wherever we need to
1:32sign in, and then I'm going to give you the prompt that you can copy and paste so you can build your own fleet of GrokBot employees. And you can decide if you want to talk to your GrokBot employees within the GrokBot app, within side of Slack or Gmail, with text messages, within Telegram, and the good news is that they will talk to each other so you only have to communicate with one bot. So the first bot that we are going to build is the chief of staff bot. And so, the chief of staff bot is going to save us 5 hours a week that we would usually give to an executive
2:04assistant. So, this is going to be the most important bot that we build, and it's Ping's go-to bot who is on the Grok Bot team. He talks about this being the number one most important bot. So, we're going to build this one first because it's going to be the one bot that we speak to, and then it's going to hand the correct job to the correct bot, and then every day it's going to build out a list, and then tell everybody what to do, and then tell us any updates. And so, every day it's going to give us a list like this of everything that was
2:33accomplished yesterday, everything that is waiting for us, and everything that is due today. So, here is the prompt that we are going to paste into Grok Bot to build out the chief of staff employee first. If you want all of these prompts and follow along as you build out your own employees, then hop over into the free Dopamine Digital School group. You can see that there are 8,700 members in here, and every single day I add skills, templates, prompts, and AI systems to this group. You can see here there's a whole bunch of stuff that I
3:07added in just the last couple of days. So, if you want to follow along with all the prompts yourself, then hop in the Dopamine Digital School group. It is completely free, and I have left that linked down below. So, we're going to open up Grok Bot here, and you can see down this side here are a bunch of bots that I have already built, but we are going to build a brand new one here, and
3:26we're going to call this chief of staff. And we are going to give him a purple color like this. Also, quick side note, we can actually create a section here. So, I'm going to call this 14 employees, and then I'm just going to load all of my employees down here. And also, for any apps that you need to connect, you just come down here into the bottom left corner, and then you can find all of the apps like Gmail, like Figma, Canva, etc., and then you just go through and click add. All right, so we're going to paste this prompt in here and let the Chief of Staff bot be created. And real
4:00quick, while that is working, many of you have been asking me what plan I am on to run all of these Grok bots. And so, today actually I upgraded and I got four times the usage, but I got a 50% discount and actually I got a bunch of money refunded to me from Grok. So, for some reason Elon Musk is running a massive deal at the moment where Grok, Cursor, Grok bot, and Twitter or X have all been priced into the same subscription. So, it makes things really, really easy and you can basically get like a crazy amount of usage and access to Grok bot for just 30
4:37bucks a month. So, it's like a crazy deal. I highly recommend you check it out and you upgrade because you get, for some reason, you get 50% off right now. All right, so hopping back into Grok bot, you can see that it has created the routine where it's going to run every day at 8:00 a.m. and then it's going to run a test for us now. So, while that's working, I want to show you how it works behind the scenes. So, while that's working, I want to set up employee
5:00number two. Employee number two is Dr. Eggbot. This is actually what they call it in the Grok bot team and so I think it's one of the most powerful bots. It's very similar to the Chief of Staff except this bot is going to be able to create Grok bot employees for us. So, you can see it designs our other bots. And this is going to replace software like Zapier, which I hate paying for, by the way. And this is a bot that Lauren Tan on the Grok bot team uses every single day. So, just imagine being able to speak to Grok bot and ask it to
5:35create an employee for a specific task and then it will autonomously spin up an employee and it will go and solve that problem for you. That's what Dr. Eggbot will do. On top of that, Dr. Eggbot will check all of your employees and make sure everybody is doing their job and if they aren't, it will delegate those roles to somebody else. Or it will spin up a brand new bot designed to help your other employees. So, as an example, it might spin up something called Biscuit, the invoice chaser, where its job is going to be to find unpaid invoices and draft a friendly nudge so that you can
6:13get paid. So, here is the prompt we're going to copy over. So, we're going to create a new bot here and we're going to call him Dr. Eggbot and make him a yellow triangle boy. Then all we have to do is just paste in the prompt and we can drag him over here into the 14 employees section. And so, what we are pasting in here is basically, when I describe a job, design a new bot for it, a name, a one-line role, the apps that it needs, its first routine, show me before you create it, and then every Friday at 4:00 p.m., read all my bots and their chats, tell me
6:50which bot does too many different jobs and should be split, which routine runs too often and wastes my usage, and one new skill that would save me time, give every new bot a food name, and save the Friday check as a routine, and do one test now for me and show me. So, we'll hop over to employee number three and this one is called Matcha. And you can think of Matcha like your project
7:15manager or your project lead employee. And it's going to save us 3 hours a week and up to $7,670 per year and then wipe out something like ClickUp, saving you almost $8,000 a year. And all you have to do is give it a big project and it will plan it out and hand it off to different employees in your fleet. It will even keep track of every single to-do list item and make sure that everything is in progress and it gets completed on time. So, here is the prompt we're going to copy and paste over and we're going to call it matcha and make it green
7:55and then paste in the prompt here. Employee number four is going to be potato and this is going to be connected up to X or Twitter, which in my opinion is one of the most powerful use cases for Grok bot because all the other ones like ChatGPT, Claude, or all of your other agents cannot hook into Twitter unless they have some third-party plugin. But, because Elon Musk is the overlord of the internet, he has allowed all of Grok bot to plug directly into Twitter. So, potato is going to run every 30 minutes, it's going to read our mentions and our niche on Twitter or X, and then it's going to find what matters
8:34and it's going to build out replies to answer big posts to comment on or trends that we should be jumping on if we want to grow our business or we want to grow our X account. So, it's going to come back to us through the report like this, "Hey, you should be replying to these two posts. You should be commenting on this and these are the things that are currently trending in your niche." And
8:56we're going to copy this prompt over. And we're just going to paste in the prompt into our new potato employee. Now, remember you should always be keeping all of your Grok bot employees nice and tidy on the side here and keep them in these different categories. Otherwise, you'll have hundreds down the side and you'll get lost. Now, this is a really cool one. This is something that I would have never thought about. Grok bot employee number five is called podcast. So, the way that it works is that you're able to send it a very long report or an hour-long video or a PDF that you don't want to read or you just
9:30don't have time to go through and it's going to strip out all of the contents, boil it down to like a TLDR summary, and then give you a short audio podcast that you can listen to to understand the topic. So, if you don't have time or you're on the run and you want to just quickly understand something, let's say before a meeting or while you're in the car driving, before you get to a big presentation, you can actually ask your GrokBot employee podcast to summarize it all and give it to you in audio form
10:04just like this. Okay. So, today's one is a 45-minute interview, and we've boiled it down for you. Right. The two people who actually built GrokBot, showing the bots they use every day. So, pretty cool. And this is how we are going to build it. We're just going to copy this prompt over into GrokBot. And here we are, we have created podcast,
10:26and we're going to feed it this prompt. Now, if we hop back into Doctor Eggbot, you can already see that it's running through a bunch of the other bots that we have built out previously, and it's telling us that there are things that are running too often, and that it's suggesting new skills, a bot launch checklist. So, you pasted the same your name is X, do this test run setup nine times. And so, it's going to be able to save us hours and hours of work every single week. And you can see the X bot potato here has already started looking on X for us for things that we are
11:02either mentioned at, we should start replying to, or we should comment on that are going to get us exposure, grow our X account, or bring us new business. This is not a very sexy one, but it is very much needed, especially if you're like me and you have hundreds of gigabytes of files that are completely irrelevant. Because on the first of every month, Crum is going to scan your computer's hard drive, and it's going to list the 20 biggest space hogs, what it is, how big it is, and when you last opened it, and then it'll sort it by things that you should be deleting, things that you should be uploading to
11:40the cloud, and then things that maybe you should be keeping, and then suggest, "Hey, delete all of these things. You're going to be able to free up half a terabyte of storage." And it's going to give us a report like this, and we are going to be able to literally just click a button and delete or move things. So, let's go and spin up Chrome, and we will make Chrome this red cloud, and we just paste that prompt in
12:05like we have with everything else. Right, so this is a really powerful one. This is Sookie. And for all of my Russian viewers, this is not suka, this is Sookie. And Sookie is going to be our personal assistant for trips, lunches, and reorders. So, all you have to do is send Sookie a trip, a craving, or a reorder, and it's going to find you the best options like flights, hotels near the venue, or reorder your usual lunch through the app. And once you say yes, it'll even book it for you if you give it a credit card. So, you ask it questions like, "Hey, where is a hotel
12:41near this Miami conference from the 12th to the 14th of November? I want flights and two nights accommodation. Make sure you bring me back the best options." And then it's going to bring you back the best times and the cheapest. Or if you want to order lunch, you can literally just send it a quick iMessage and it
12:59will order a DoorDash directly to you. So, to spin that up, we're just going to copy this prompt over and paste it into Sookie here and drag her over. Grok Bot employee number eight is going to be our designer employee, which is going to completely replace a graphic designer on our team and save us $4,700 a year at least. Now, obviously, if you want to monetize this, you can. You can sell this as a service to other people on sites like Fiverr or Upwork or even if you run some kind of agency, these could always be things that you upsell to your existing clients. So, your
13:36designer employee is going to learn about your brand. It's going to make what you describe, and then it's going to take that design and then repurpose it into multiple different designs, which is perfect for ads or websites. So, if you have an ad like this for your plumbing business, but you need it for an Instagram post, for example, or you need it for a LinkedIn banner, or you need it for a display ad on Google, then you can just ask your designer employee and it will create all of this for you autonomously. So, to build this out, we're going to copy the prompt over, and just like everything else, we are going
14:11to create the bot here and paste in the prompt. Coming over to employee number nine, we have the inbox bot. So, this is going to replace an app called Superhuman and save you $200 a year, and then save you 5 hours a week of admin that you hate doing, I bet, right? Ping from the Grok
14:39bot team actually said that he no longer interfaces with his email, has completely replaced his email, and he just communicates with his Grok bot employee. So, our inbox employee is going to give us a report like this every day. You have 82 unread messages. I've cleared the junk, archived 61 newsletters, labeled nine reports, drafted four replies. Here's things that need your specific input. The client
15:05wants contract changes before Friday. I've drafted a reply. There's a Canva invoice that's $15 due today, etc., etc. So, saves you so much time. Now, here is the prompt for that. We're going to copy that over. So, we're going to spin up our inbox employee and then paste in that prompt, and it's going to set up that routine data on my hard drive that it can immediately erase. Okay, if you do any sort of deep thinking in your job or your business, then this is the
15:35employee for you. This is the idea team. So, it's an advisory board think if you were able to sit in a room with Jeff Bezos, Alex Hormozi, or Warren Buffett, and you were able to get them to debate an idea and then give you their thoughts on a specific problem and then give you some advice. And so, you spin up the bot and then drop in your idea and then you're actually going to be able to see them communicate as if they're in a group chat because that's how GrokBot works, and then you're going to be able
16:05to get a consensus hopefully at the end. So, this is what it could look like inside of GrokBot, right? You have your advisory board here, and then Hormozi is saying, "Don't sell this. You should sell the result." Buffett is saying, "Where's the moat?" Bezos is saying, "Start with the customer." And so, you're able to basically program and add in any sort of personas that you want inside your advisory board based on your business or the specific goal that you
16:33have in mind. And here is the prompt. Now, if you want other sorts of authority figures and you have a different type of business, then all you need to do is just change out the Twitter handles that we are pasting in. So, we are going to call it idea team, and then we are going to choose the bot color, and then all we're going to do is just simply paste in the prompt. And again, you just need to change these if you wish to have a different persona loaded into your idea team. Now, number 11 is going to replace one of the apps
17:07that I hate the most, which is Calendly. And regardless of how much money it costs, it's so unintuitive. I cannot wait to stop paying them. So, if you also hate Calendly, then this is going to be the employee for you. This is the calendar bot, which is going to book meetings from a single screenshot or a
17:26message. And Peng from the Grok Bot team talks about how they send a screenshot, and then their bot adds that event to their calendar, and then edits and books it, and sends all the invites to the people who need to come to the meeting. And it also helps you triage your calendar and organize your time, which if you've spoken to anybody that has succeeded in life or business, talk about how time is the most valuable resource, and I know it sounds crazy, but having control of your calendar is going to be the single biggest thing that's going to help you achieve your goals. So, this is way more
17:59important than you think it is. So, we're going to copy this prompt over into Grok Bot, and just like everyone else, we are going to spin up this employee, and then paste in our prompt. Employee number 12 is going to be the writer employee, which is going to replace Grammarly Pro and help us create human-sounding letters, long-form copy, emails, you name it. Anything we need to write, our
18:24writer employee is going to do for us. Now, Peng talks about how English is not their first language, so if you're listening to this and English is not your first language, then you definitely need this employee on your team. It can read 50 of your last sent emails and then write a style guide based on how you speak and communicate, and then it's going to rewrite every single draft from your voice, and it's going to sound just like you. So, you might go from something really stale and AI-sounding like this to something like this, which sounds like it was written by you and
19:01has a personal touch. So, we're going to copy that prompt over, and paste in our prompt. And our inbox employee has already started working, and it's found a bunch of payments that got declined that I need to go and address. So, employee number 13 is going to be our marketplace seller. Now, if you've watched my seven ways to make money with GrokBot video the other day, which I'll leave linked at the end of this video if you haven't watched it already, this is a little bit different because that bot helps you find things that are underpriced on Facebook Marketplace and eBay, but this will actually sell the
19:37product for you. I just need to send it a photo, it prices it, it writes and posts the listing for me, and it will even handle the negotiation to try and sell the product to a potential buyer. So, let's say I want to sell my DJI Mic, I just take a photo of it and then I ask my GrokBot employee here to list it for
19:59me and it does everything autonomously. Even down to negotiating the deal. How crazy is that? So, we're going to copy that prompt over and spin up that bot now, and we're going to create the marketplace seller bot and paste in that prompt. Now, the way that we are actually going to log into Facebook here is we're going to open up the computer, and then we're going to wake up the computer and then we can actually log into Facebook as our GrokBot employee and then GrokBot will move around on the screen and click things as if it's a human. And so, if you don't have this computer panel on the side here, all you
20:37need to do is click on the employee icon at the top here and then click open. And you'll see down the bottom we have access to Google Chrome and then a file manager and terminal, so we can just open up Google Chrome, go to Facebook, give it our login details, and then hand access over to our GrokBot employee and it will click all the buttons. And finally, our last employee, employee number 14, is JobProof. Now, this is something that Peng from the GrokBot team uses on a daily basis and suggests as part of a comprehensive fleet of employees. It is a way for them to text
21:15a photo of a finished job and then the GrokBot employee will post it to the site and ask a customer for a review. So, if you're a service-based business, this is going to be essential. So, let's say you've just finished a job at a customer's house and then you send a photo and then GrokBot will be able to post it to your website with a before and after and then ask the customer if they would be so kind to leave a review and it'll email them all automatically without you doing anything. So, let's copy that prompt over now and we're going to call this one job proof and
21:51paste in the prompt. And if we look at our writer employee, you can see that our style guide is done. It's looked at my last 50 emails and 50 Slack messages and then it's gone and build me a writing style which it's put into a report here for me. So, anytime I need to draft a reply, anytime I need to write a piece of copy or send a message, I can just relay it to my writer employee and it will do it all for me in my voice. So guys, if you want all the prompts that I've used here and you want to follow along with me, make sure you
22:28check out the Dopamine Digital School Group. It is completely free. I have left that linked down below. And if you want to see how all of these employees actually start building my business for me, how much money they save me, how much money they make me, then make sure you subscribe because I make one video every single day breaking down AI, AI tools like GrokBot, like Claude, everything that you need to know about how to make money online with AI and marketing principles. So, thank you for watching guys. I'll see you in the next
22:59one. Peace.
