# How to land your first PAID UGC brand deal in 24 hours (live breakdown) Channel: Gloria UGC Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zE-rNsq5fek Duration: 1 hr 11 min Language: English Words: 13397 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/zE-rNsq5fek --- [0:00] If you're just getting started with UGC and you haven't landed your first paid brand deal, or you are already a creator and you're looking to grow past that but just don't really know how yet, this is for you. What you're about to watch is a private training for my inner circle where I walk my students through exactly how to land their first paid brand deal within the next 24 hours. Yes, dead serious, 24 hours. Just so you know who I am, my name is Gloria Stohlman and I run the UGC World agency. I work directly with companies like Perplexity AI, Canva, and Ionic placing hundreds of [0:28] creators into their campaigns. And right now I'm genuinely short on trained creators to fill the demand I have coming in. So everything I'm about to show you is what I teach the creators I personally place into brand deals. And also personally, I made over $150,000 with UGC over the past year myself and I've helped hundreds of others hit their first 1K, 5K, 10K, and even $20,000 month using the strategies I'm about to show you. Here's the thing, 99% of people who failed to land their first paid brand deal are skipping five main things I'm about to break down today for you. And the wild part is it only takes [1:01] about 24 hours to put them into play and land a collab. Even if you're brand new, you don't really have much experience, or frankly, you don't really know what you're doing. So this video's absolutely going to help. So take notes, no distractions, and let's freaking land that first paid brand deal. There was a student that came up to me and this student was like, "Gloria, [1:21] Gloria, oh my gosh. I am pitching so much but I'm not landing any brand deals. Ah." And I'm like, "Okay. Okay. Tell me your business, tell me what's going on." And then I helped her map it out and I'm going to do that live today with us. I'm going to map it out and I'm going to show you exactly the bottlenecks cuz I know some people sitting in this class here might be going through the same exact thing. Maybe you're landing brand [1:46] deals but you're not landing enough. Maybe you haven't landed that first brand deal. So this is where we pay attention, we take notes, and I'm going to literally break down the way that I think about my business so you can like take notes on how I think and go from there and understand your bottlenecks. So, I'm going to break down her business live right now for you. And it's very [2:05] very very simple. I'm like, "Okay, you're sending pitches." So, first of all, how many pitches are you sending per day? Right? [snorts] And she was like, "Gloria, I am sending probably three to five pitches a day." Right? And if we do the math, five pitches a day, that's about 30 60 90 pitches a month. So, I'm like, "Okay, that's red flag number one. You're been here for 1 month and you're only sending 90 pitches [2:32] a month." What happens when you send 90 pitches a month? It decreases the chance of you actually landing a deal opposed to just sending more pitches. So, I say more is better. More is better. So, send more. We should do 90 a day, not 90 a month. Right? So, that's number one is another problem, which was [2:51] volume. She has lack of volume. So, that was number one. And she was super confident. She's like, "I'm doing five pitches a day." I'm like, "Okay, calm down. Take a step back, and reel back. Put that ego down a little bit. We need to work your way up. Are you on Bento? Are you on Side Shift?" She was like, "I'm not on Bento yet, but I am on Side Shift and I'm on Instagram DMs." I'm like, "Okay, cool. You're on Side Shift, the platform that automatically helps you like pitch brands and get land CPM deals, CPM aka like performance-based deals, which is cool. Right? But same [3:23] time, she was not on Bento, which is literally a cheat code to to sending mass pitches. All right, so she was on Side Shift, no Bento. And that's why I recommend Bento, the the platform where you use my proven pitch on this platform to actually land brand deals on autopilot. And she was like, "Yeah, I'm not using it, but I'm using the pitch sometimes to pitch [3:46] brands outside, or I'm using a pitch." She said not my pitch, a pitch to to message brands that I really want to work with just like Manny Line. I'm like, "Yeah, that's chill. Sometimes that does work." And I'm like, "Okay, share with me your pitch." And she was sharing me a pitch that looked something like this. And I want every single person to take notes because this is a pitch example that I consider a bad pitch example. And this is no hate to her at all. She didn't [4:14] know better, but I wanted to help her. I'm like, "Wow, okay, this pitch we need we need some work only for your benefit. I want you to land a paid brand deal this next week from this pitch revamp. And if your pitch looks anything like this, I want you to take notes on how you're going to actually change it [4:30] by how I roast this pitch right now." So, first of all, she's like, "This is her exact pitch, by the way. Hi Nocturnal Remedy, I came across your social media and instantly thought of some fun ideas to showcase your product. Okay, okay, we're on a okay start. I'm a UGC creator who loves showcasing a variety of products and styles including casual, on-the-go business, swim, and more. And I create content that increases visibility to brands they [4:52] can shine on so they can shine online. Your viewers will will see my authentic real-life relatable content and have them imagining themselves in their your clothing will convert them from a viewer into a new customer. I'd love to chat to share my ideas and some work as well. Can we schedule a time to chat more [5:08] about this?" And I was looking at the pitch I was looking at the pitch and I'm like, "Wow. Okay. We got some work to do. The first big problem from this pitch was that she said a a word that just made me like even as someone that's working with brands every day, I'm like, "Wow, okay. [5:31] Don't say that word. Variety. Variety. What gets pitches to work? Customization. When we mention variety, I work with a variety of brands. Oh, no, no, no, no. What that's doing to a company is they're like, "Okay, wow, she's a washed-out creator. She's working with everybody. She doesn't really understand my company to the best [5:49] cuz she understands every other company. That's why we recommend having a niche centered pitch. If you're pitching brands and you're like, "Hey, I work with tons of companies, tons of brands. I work with swim brands, I work with doggy brands, I work with uh supplement companies." What's going to happen? The brand's going to be like, "Okay, this he isn't an industry expert." Because let me ask you this question. Would you rather work with a surge Say you broke your arm. A certain bone in your like elbow, a part of your arm. And you went to a surgeon that was like, "Yeah, I'm a full body expert [6:23] surgeon. I can help you with that." Or would you go to the surgeon that's an a specialist in the exact tiny bone that you broke in your arm, but they're a little bit more expensive? Which one did you go to? Probably the surgeon that's an expert in the tiny bone in your arm only because you want the exact solution to the problem no matter how much you [6:42] pay. UGC is the same thing. It transmits to UGC. If you're saying, "Hey, I'm the go-to for business, swim, and more." Like I love the I love the authenticity and the passion in this, but it's not working. Only because there's no personalization. It's not brand centered. It is creator centered, it's not brand centered. We must pitch brands in a way where brands care about it. And I know that only because I work with brands like Perplexity, Adobe, Ionic with my my agency and I have personally [7:13] as well. Like we must have a pitch that actually appeals to a brand. So, first of all, we need a brand centered. We need to mention things that actually help a brand see how valuable our pitch and our service is. So, that's number one. And number two, never ever ever mention you're an industry expert. Mention you [7:33] are or a UGC expert or all expert. Mention you are a niche expert. Meaning, "Oh, yeah, I work with tons of swim companies. If you reach out to a swim company, you're not using that same pitch on a different company's pitch. If you're not using that on a on a supplement company, you're just using that for swim companies. So, I would say I'm a swim company expert. I know how to convert viewers into sales for swimwear. I've worked with this swimwear company, this [8:02] swimwear company, this swimwear company. I've done all of these things in swimwear. I'd mention swimwear everywhere. If I'm reaching out to swimwear companies, not that I work with this, this, and this, because this pitch, I can tell you right now the brand opened this and they almost vomited. Only because they probably get millions of pitches like this a day, and this creator did not differentiate themselves. When there's so many UGC creators out there pitching these companies and a creator sends a pitch that's not valuable, it's not brand-centered, not showing how they are differentiated in the in the market of millions of creators, what's going to happen? They're going to get ignored and [8:38] they're not going to land any brand deals. And that's the problem. So, number one rule here, use Glorious Pitch. I already do all the work. Simple. I already did all the work for you. I created a pitch that that works. Just use the pitch that works. Seriously. So, I'm literally going to write live a crazy niche. We'll We'll jump to on the swimwear niche, cuz it's a smaller crazy niche. Some people are [9:05] in it, some people are not. And I'll show you exactly how to script this out live. So, swimwear. Right here. So, I'm reaching out to swimwear companies. And remember, we must send an email to multiple swimwear companies with this. So, we're going to create a campaign on Bento or create a campaign on whatever software you use inside the program, and you're going to actually just send pitches to only these companies. You're not going to involve supplement companies in there. You're not going to involve any other kind of company. You're just going to do swimwear niche. Right? And it starts [9:36] very, very simple. It starts with this. Hey name. This is brand owner name, if possible. Like their personal name. Right? Right here. I am Let's see. I found your company on social media. Right? Boom. Answering their objection. The worst thing I guess is like, where did you find me? Tell them where they found them, right? Whenever you get a random email on the internet, do you don't you wonder like where they found you? Nod your head if you wonder where they found you. Like, how did you find me on a spam site? Where is my email leaks? Like you're wondering these things. The brands are wondering [10:22] the same exact thing. So, we want to appease that. We want to go about that. Right? So, we want to objection handle, which is number one. That's number one. Now, the second thing that we should do, one second. Sharing my screen right now. There we go. Now, the second thing that we need to do is we need to pitch them exactly what we're doing. Right? So, I came across or [10:55] I already found your company. I wanted to reach out and share some UGC examples that will help you convert more viewers into sales. Boom. This is exactly why I'm reaching out. UGC, boom, right there. Get to the point. Do not be that creator that's beating around the bush. I love your product. I love your product. Don't love bomb them. Brands don't care if you love [11:29] bomb them. Brands know immediately. They're like, you haven't you have not even used my product. What do you mean you love the product? Right, they know that. In email, unless you literally list a specific scenario on a specific product that you've used to make it believable, stop saying that. That makes brands want to puke. And I I only say that from company owners telling me that directly [11:53] over a Zoom call. Seriously. Right? And then I'm going to jump to like why UGC is important. My UGC can increase your sign-ups or let's see, increase your sales and conversions and generate more customers through the authentic and relatable non-ad-like feel I add to my videos. Simple. Boom. First sentence done. And this, what does it do? It objection handles. It shows brands that, "Hey, I'm value-centered and this is what my UGC is good for converting viewers into sales." Cuz brands spend money on your UGC and if they're not making money back [12:50] from your UGC, that's a big problem. That's a big problem. So, in some way, shape, or form, they have to make money back, which is why it's so important to to mention that point. Now, the next thing we want to do, paragraph two, we only have three paragraphs. Paragraph two, is we are going to value bomb them. We're not going to love bomb them, we're going to value bomb them. So, what we're going to do is we're going to say, [13:14] "I have a few ideas. The first one for your swimwear line for summer, I I going to your maybe the more specific the better. A A woman's swimmer line for summer. I I see a 60-second authentic lifestyle UGC video really helping you push the line out more. [clears throat] I'm thinking showcasing this swimsuit naturally at the pool in middle of a pool party with friends to really help the viewer see how it will completely transform your confidence their confidence [14:24] this summer. Right? So, we're playing Excuse my incorrect spelling, but I think you get the point here where it's about transforming the viewer's feelings. People buy through emotion and how they feel. So, we want to transform the viewer's feelings about the product. So, this is what we're going to be doing for you, right? And then tossing an idea their way. An idea is so valuable because their creative team can take it and run, and that's value where someone [14:50] can apply it into direct life right now. And you walk through the idea Okay, this is what I want to make, and by the way, ChatGPT or Claude can literally make you ideas like on the spot. I can show you in a second how easy it is to make ideas, and brands appreciate it cuz it's a valuable idea that they can run with if they like it. Right? You can also say, "I've been seeing your competitors also been running this stuff, and I see [15:13] it's proven already, you know?" And then at the end you mention you. Right? And this is valuable because you're sharing how you've done it for other people, which is what they want to know. So, the last paragraph is I have helped I specialize specialize in value-driven, conversion-driven UGC content for swimwear companies all around the world and have worked with this swimwear company, this swimwear company, and this swimwear company. I've generated XYZ results for these companies. It could be millions of views, it could be [clears throat] sales, it could be whatever you have so far, a review you got from one of the companies, something like that, and I'd [15:56] love to bring that same energy to you. Simple. If you have a ton of followers on social media, drop that. If you're brand new and you don't have any followers, you barely have experience, you don't have to mention anything. Say that you just specialize in creating content for the company. If you work you've created content for this company, this company, and this company as a gifted collab, as just like a random product. You don't have to say you're associated with the company. You can say I've created content with these companies so they can see your portfolio [16:21] that you've worked with them, right? And then at the end, you just do a signature. But before the signature, you have to ask an open-ended question. Would you like to see my media kit? Or would you like to see my portfolio? Whatever you want to say. But you have to ask an open-ended question. So, the difference between the bad pitch and the good pitch is very simple. The bad pitch here versus good. The bad pitch not brand-centered, only talking about them, they're only thinking about themselves making money, and they're a full worldwide expert, which is not true, and the brand's like, "No, I want someone that actually knows how to [17:01] generate me sales, and clearly you don't." Right? Just like the surgeon analogy I used. But the swimwear one, you reach out to a specific niche or sub-sub niche. Like this is a sub-sub niche swimwear, okay? Fashion swim niche, and then sub-sub niche is swimwear. Like women's swimwear niche. And there might be like 100 companies in the United States that's like specifically women's swimwear or specifically or like a thousand just specifically swimwear. I'm not sure that. You got to look that up. But it's even better because you can have a more personalized and tailored pitch to increase the response rate [17:34] from that pitch. Right? So instead of one out of 100 brands saying yes, send your portfolio, you get maybe 10 out of 100 cuz it's so specific and centered and brands kind of get energy and value from it where hey, he actually kind of knows his Right? Or she kind of knows what she's [17:50] doing. And that's kind of the point here. Nod your head if that makes sense so far and maybe why your pitch wasn't working in the past. Nod your head if that kind of makes sense. Awesome. So now that we've covered that, there's a huge topic that's not talked about a lot or enough inside of the UGC [18:15] industry. And it's called sub-nicheing. And you might be a little bit familiar with it if you're on my last call, but I'm going to go into more more depth in depth here today. Sub-nicheing is what no creators do and I recommend every single beginner creator to do this. Beginner or expert, no matter how long you've been a creator, you must sub-niche at least into like one sub-niche. And what this means like a lot of creators jump in and they're like, "I'm a wellness creator and I'm a [18:40] uh fashion creator and I'm whatever." Right? An app or tech creator. And I'm like, "Okay, that's that's way too broad. How are you marketing yourself as a creator like that?" So if I zoom in onto this chart here, I'll show you kind of what I mean and what the what the importance is of being a sub-nicher and how you make so much money from this opportunity of sub-nicheing. First of all, I like to [19:06] say the riches are in the sub-niches. Riches are in the niches is a popular term in the UGC industry. Um, I say riches are in the sub niches. Because a niche is like wellness. Hey, I'm a wellness creator. But a sub niche is well, supplements underneath wellness. But a sub sub niche, no one talks about the sub sub niche, is bloating supplements for women. There's probably maybe like 200 companies in America for that are under bloating supplements for women. But if you make like three UGC videos, put them on the top of your portfolio, or make a separate portfolio for bloating supplements for women, [19:42] what's going to happen? You reach out to these companies, you tag your portfolio on the second the response or even the first pitch sometimes, depending upon your strategy. And the brand, this bloating supplement company sees your bloating supplement UGC right away. Come on, that's going to increase the chances of you landing a paid brand deal like immensely, like 50%. Cuz a lot of creators, they're in a niche, and they're reaching out to all [20:05] the wellness companies in the world. That's like a a million, 100 million. Like on Bento. And then they're doing that, and they're dropping a generic pitch there. And then their whole portfolio that they send, there's barely wellness is at the bottom. Wellness is at the bottom. I'm like, huh, no wonder why, cuz there's millions of creators out there. No wonder why you're not landing it. You have to send a thousand pitches to land a deal at that point. Why don't we send 100 [20:30] pitches and land five deals? So it's less effort, you see that? It's less effort and more return by sub sub niching. And why sub sub niching is so important, very simple. The more niche you are, the more of an industry it goes back to the pitch, the more of an industry expert you are. It's going to go with your sub sub niche pitches on Bento. And then you can create a mini portfolio, it takes like what, a couple days, 48 hours to create a few UGC videos for a sub sub niche that you're super passionate about? And speaking of passion, [21:02] like you can dial in on your passion. Say you love music, like Nicole mentioned earlier. You love music, maybe some music apps you use on your phone daily. You could sub sub niche, like get really good at music UGC, spend a week just doing it, creating a portfolio, and go all in on music apps. [21:17] Right? Maybe you're super I was just talking to this creator the other day in the program. She's like, "Gloria, I love functional mushroom brands." I'm like, "Wow, that's amazing. Like, I love them, too." And I'm like, "What are you going to do about it?" She's like, "I don't know." And I'm like, "This is what you do, girl. Listen to me. You sub sub niche in [21:37] functional mushrooms, first of all." And I'm like, "I love them, too. Like, I see the benefit with them." She's like, "They changed my life. I love it." She's so passionate about them. I'm like, "If it gives you that much energy, sub sub niche in them, for by all means." There's probably 100, 200, maybe even a little bit more, I'm not quite sure, but it it's a niche, it's a sub sub niche, meaning that there's going to be a smaller pool of brands, but that's better, cuz you can make a separate UGC account on Instagram, she can make a [22:01] separate portfolio of a sub sub niche. What? Sub sub niching in mushroom companies. Right? A sub sub niche is like uh under wellness is like drinks, and then she could do mushroom drinks. Or a sub sub niche would be under wellness uh mushroom products, and then or mushroom whatever products, and then she could do like um all of the mushroom products out there, cuz mushroom products aren't crazy popular as well. They're getting more popular, but they're not crazy. There's mushroom gummies, there's mushroom supplements that you just take capsules, there's mushroom drinks like coffee drinks and different types of drinks with mushrooms. So, I told her, "Hey, you [22:42] love mushrooms, I love mushrooms." But, the point is here like that's not the point. The point here is to go all in on your UGC business with this. All you need is an extra Instagram account, drop six videos on there, multiple different styles of videos on there, and then create a separate portfolio, literally press in Canva copy or duplicate, and duplicate your portfolio, and then create a pitch on the front end marketing that's so specific to mushroom mushroom coffee brands, and say there's a hundred or two hundred in America that you want to reach out to, or in your country that you're from. Doesn't matter if you're [23:17] American or not. She has a such a hyper-personalized pitch, the chances of her landing like ten brand deals in that niche within the next like month is very high. And I say that only because she's sub sub niching, and she's showing the brand exactly what they want to see. There's so many creators missing out on deals cuz they're not showing the brand what they what they want to see. If I'm reaching out to an app company, and on top is skin care, wellness, health, and then at the bottom is app on my portfolio, of course the brand is not [23:46] going to respond. You know, one out of like one five hundred brands, or yeah, five hundred brands will respond, my guess, if not more. And with where you do you see industry going, so many people joining on a daily basis, oh, you got to separate yourself. And how you separate yourself is you become an industry expert or a sub sub niche expert. You brand yourself as the mushroom UGC girl. So every single [24:09] mushroom company flocks to you, right? Or you reach out to them, even if you don't want to brand yourself as that. Reach out to them on a sub sub niche level, where it's so specific where it's impossible for these brands to say no to you. I tell creators all the time, create an irresistible offer [24:25] for these companies. An offer so good, that's so valuable, they can't say no. So, going back to the pitch, back to your pitch, as you add the value there, the value ideas, maybe you drop your portfolio on the pitch as well, and you add things onto the pitch the ideas and value base, what if you offered them, hey, a complimentary video on the house, no matter what, if you choose to work with me or not, this is a free trial video just to help you and [24:52] your brand, is that okay? A lot of creators are shying away from gifted collabs. I'm like, what if three gifted collabs led to like a $300 collab on the front? So, that would be like $300 $100 per video if you do the math and like actually like divide it. And then after that first one, the lifetime value of that client, if you don't know what lifetime value is, I'm going to walk through it in a second, but it's kind of the whole lifetime worth a client is to you is like [25:19] $30,000 like Cloud 9 Clothing was to me. They're 50K like basically a year for me, by the way, with me and my agency combined. Imagine that. And that's how I landed Cloud 9 Clothing, not by sub-sub-niching. They or we kind of is a mutual starting point with us, but we started at 600 bucks first deal. Now I'm at $2,500 base every single month by spending two hours a month on their [25:42] collab. That's a lot of money a year. 24K a year spending what two hours a month on the collab? That's a no-brainer and it starts with you sub-sub-niching. So, many creators, like especially beginner creators, I'm like, go after the opportunity. Okay, gifted sure like everyone shits on gifted collabs and of course you want to get paid for your work. Don't stay in gifted collab loop forever, but sometimes you have to go through the gifted collab loop to gain a testimonial, a review, and gain something, a relationship so it turns into a paid one. Maybe you can turn that gifted collab into a paid one by just specifically asking and [26:19] improving and being proactive in the collab. Hey, what do you need in your business? What do you need in your brand? Hopping on brand calls for free until you earn the right to pay for them. A lot of creators are focusing on money, money, money, money, money, but I'm like, no brand. Brand, brand, brand, brand, brand, money is a byproduct cuz I know if I lead with value, oh, I'm going to I'm going to [26:38] make all the money in the world. I scaled my business as a teenager to 10K months and beyond as a creator only because I work with crazy brands and I don't say that to brag. I only say that because it's every single person here can do the same thing. Only because I I reverse engineered why brands work with [26:55] me. And it's value. It's not money. For me, it's not paying me. They don't work with me to pay me. They work with me cuz I provide value and they want to pay me. Right? Remember all you need is five clients paying you 2K a month. You need five Cloud Nine Clothings paying you 2K a month, you're good to go [27:13] for life. You know? Those clients that love you and pay you a ton of money, they'll stick with you forever. Cloud Nine Clothing, come on, we're in the game forever. Nod your head if you understand. Yeah. Cool. Let me go down here and I'm going to give you a bunch of examples. If you're thinking of sub sub nation, let me give you a few examples in in different niches. So, a niche would be health and wellness. And a sub sub or a sub niche would be supplements. And a sub sub niche would be bloating supplements or sleep supplements or hormone balance supplements or pre-workout supplements or green powder supplements and all [27:54] things like that. There's another one. Uh beauty. Makeup. Mature skin if you're 40 plus, right? Or 50 plus. Hooded eye makeup. No makeup looks, right? Like So, makeup niche is beauty. Sub niche is makeup. And a sub sub niche is mature skin. Meaning that, hey, if you're 50 plus, you can make like the amount of makeup products that are for mature skin and anti-aging is insane, right? Or it's maybe a little bit smaller, but it's good that it's smaller. So, you can build a nice brand on Instagram, maybe post one a day on makeup products that you're passionate about if you're 40, 50 [28:31] plus, whatever it might be for you. Let me scroll down. There's so many other like finance and business. Niche, finance and business. Sub niche, personal finance. You can jump to a sub sub niche in budgeting. Maybe you're all about budgeting. Build a mini brand for yourself. I'm I'm not talking about followers and getting millions and millions of views. I'm talking about 300 views from business owners or creators that are in this niche to just spread the brand awareness around. I'd take that over a million views on a video any [29:01] day. If 300 people that actually want to see, that actually could buy UGC [clears throat] from me, oh, I'd take that any day over a million views on a video. So, we're not talking about huge huge brands. I don't know. We're talking about the sub sub niches right here. The money is in the sub niches. I'm telling [29:20] you. You see how that works? And there's so many others and everybody, don't worry, you'll get access to all these materials after the call. I'll I'll make sure to drop them on the homework for today. But, drop a one in the chat if you kind of see the the the power of of sub sub [29:37] niches. Do you see them? Yeah. Exactly. Beautiful. So, now that we have the pitch there and now we that we understand sub niches, I want to go over another gap that creators are just leaving on the table and they're leaving so much so much money on the table. And the gap is very simple. [30:07] The gap is very simple. Creators are not getting referrals from their companies that they're working with. If you build such a good brand or build such a good relationship with one of your clients, they'll send you they'll automatically send you like people. Like, "Hey, I know someone. I know this." Every business owner knows [30:24] someone else. But, some brand owners are busy. And they love your content. They say, "Hey, I love it." But, they don't refer anyone your way. Because you didn't ask. The biggest mistake creators make is not asking. That's it. You want to ask. You want to ask. And this is how you ask. A lot of creators just are scared [30:45] to ask, but you're a business owner. They understand. Business owners respect business owners. Business owners do not respect beggars, and I understand that you don't want to beg. You want to ask. So, this is a great script right here. Hey, Mrs. brand owner, first name. I loved working with you on the swimwear women's swimwear UGC project. And seeing you go viral with a video or really use the video and get a [31:09] return from it, it really made my week. By the way, I'm taking on a couple more brands this month. If anyone in your network is looking for UGC, I'd be grateful for an intro, and I'll make sure to take great care of them. Even just a quick WhatsApp group chat would mean the world to me. [31:23] Thank you. Bye. You see how simple this is? This is strategically nonchalant. You see that? There's no AI dashes. It's not visibly visibly made with AI. It's an authentic natural like I would put this in all lowercase as well. So, it's like it's from the heart. They can see you, oh wow, she really wrote this. I This is how you ask. If you worked with clients in the past and they said they loved your content and they left an amazing review for you in the email, oh, you best send this over into like a reactivation campaign or a referral [31:55] script to ask for more. Do you know anyone? Speaking of reactivation campaigns, not many people do them as well here. So, a reactivation campaign, let me script out live what exactly it is and how you can implement it in your business. Very, very simple. Reactivation campaign, you worked with a client you loved a month ago. They loved you, you loved them or 3 months ago, say. Might might be too early. 3 months ago, 2 months ago, something like that. You haven't heard from them. They said they're going to reach back out, something like that. All you got to do [32:25] is this. Send over an email blast to all of your clients this exact and it might be just 10 clients, maybe. Or could be 20, depending if you're more of a advanced creator or you might not have any and this could be just a good lesson if you're a beginner creator. But essentially, a reactivation campaign, you send a text message or email that sounds like this. It looks like you [32:42] wrote it on your phone like by yourself. Hey, brand owner name. I'm starting Say that it is a holiday. It's really easy to latch on holidays or if it's your birthday or you can fake your birthday, to be honest. Uh I can say like for my birthday, for my birthday, I am looking to help a few more brands this month. And and on top of that, provide a free [33:26] b-roll package on top. Package to anyone I help as this is my month I like to spend to let's see. This is my as I want to give back for my birthday. My birthday. Let me know if you'd be interested and I'll send you deets. Or I would leave off on like a a [34:01] question. I'll send you deets if you're interested. [34:15] Um what do you think? Something like that. Like we're it's very very simple. And this is the template you can use in any niche. Hey brand owner name, very obvious why we say that's custom and personalized. For my birthday, that's a reason why you're doing this. Instead of saying, "Hey, buy my stuff." you're saying, "Hey, it's my birthday. This is my reason why I'm sending out this [34:34] text." Right? It makes it more subtle. I'm looking to help a few more brands this month. Maybe you could do like specific brand like swimwear. And add it in the template per brand that you reach out. Swimwear brands this month on top of that this month grow their brand with authentic UGC. And on top of that, provide free b-roll package to anyone I [35:07] helped uh to give back for my birthday. I'll send you deeds if you're interested. So, what we're doing, excuse my bad writing and spelling as I'm quickly doing this and putting this together, but grow their brand with authentic UGC. Who's interested? And at the same time, on top of that, provide a free b-roll package. And that's your no-brainer offer. Oh, free b-roll package. Oh, maybe free videos that she creates. A free something. A free something you can add on there. It's kind of like buy one get one free t-shirts at the store. It gets you Oh, wow. Two for one. It kind of gets you that and it gets you more [35:42] business in the door. And it's not about the first deal, by the way. It's not about the first deal. It's about them infinite deals that could happen after you provide this to the company and reopen the relationship. So, this is how you can make an extra like $1,000 a month, if not more, from your past [35:57] companies. Cuz you can toss over this reactivation campaign every month. Hey, for the end of the month, I'm doing this. Before June, I have a challenge for myself to do this to work with 15 companies. I'm only 10 companies out. Right? Or I'm I'm at 10 companies. Like you can create any excuse with like ChatGPT and do this to reactivate old clients. And there's a lot of money sitting in the reactivation. Nod your head if that [36:18] makes sense. Yeah. Reactivation. That's a huge one. That's huge. Now, I want to jump into lifetime. Sorry, Gloria. I just have a question. Um so, would you do this reactivation for brands that you've worked with already? Yeah, so the point of reactivation is to reactivate. If you look at the term reactivation campaign, and you like really like understand what it means, like the the [36:50] terms, it kind of makes sense, right? Because reactivation is you take something that's like not active, and you bring back to active. Meaning that a client, they're not active with you, and you want to bring them back to active, if that makes sense. And how we do it is we slide a nice new offer in front of them to get them to buy, to get them to [37:09] to roll with you in the future. If that makes sense. Got you. Yes. So, I want to jump to my mirror board, and I'm going to break down lifetime value for every single person here, cuz I think it's so important to understand what lifetime value means. Because, for example, Cloud 9 Clothing, I could have stopped working with them at $600 a month. $600 a month first month, I'm like, "Wow, that's a rip-off. 30 videos, 600 bucks a month, no CPM. Huh, [37:40] interesting. That's a rip-off." But I had the mentality of providing so much value where no matter who I work with, I'm going to make my money back. I had the mentality where I'm not a money-hungry teenage girl back when I was teenager doing this, and I'm going to provide value and do my very best work with everybody. And that actually paid me dividends in the future. Paid me thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars in the future, simply by having a mentality of what and [38:07] understanding what lifetime value is. So, lifetime value. Lifetime value. It's a business term that helps you see the full picture with the brand. So, for example, it's the full income or the the full money that the brand pays you through their whole entire lifetime. So, for me on the average, a client's lifetime value could be 3 months. So, when a client signs up with me in the UGC industry, they pay me on average maybe like $100 up front. They work with me for 3 months after I upsell them into a couple packages. This is a $200 [38:44] package. This is a $300 package, right? And then their lifetime value right here at the end when they leave with me is $300, 3 4 5 6 $600, right? So, $600 would be lifetime value for a singular UGC client and they would be on with me for 3 months. And why is it important to understand lifetime value is because every $100 deal that you sign, mhm, [39:09] okay. It you know you're going to make an extra $500 from them on average every 3 months if you put together a proper package. Nod your head if you kind of understand lifetime value. Lifetime value means like total money paid, total money paid over a period of time. So, when I worked with Cloud 9 Clothing, I didn't really understand lifetime value, but I knew I wanted to provide so much value. So, they paid me $600 up front. And the average creator right now, when they land a $600 deal per month and they're creating 30 videos for the the the the account and they're not getting getting compensated properly, they're [39:49] going to be mad. They're going to be sad. They're going to be angry and they're going to blame it on the brand and why is this brand this? Why is it blah blah blah blah blah blah? Brands are taking advantage of me. And I understand that. Like absolutely, set your rate. You deserve what you deserve. But I also have a mentality of sympathy for brands. Cloud 9 Clothing was a startup founder. Founder was 2 years older than myself, Gen Z founder. He was just making things work with his company. I'm like, "Wow, I see the [40:14] vision. I I passion for this company." So, instead of me frowning, mhm, I had a smile on my face. And what I did is I hopped on a brand call and I provided so much value to him. He had no other choice to pay me more. So, I provided a whole note sheet of exactly where I visualized his brand [40:32] to go. And exactly what stores and retail shops I see in the mall, like his hoodie could be in. And I visualized it for I'm like, I see this is where you can where the brand can go, but here's what's going to get it there. Here's my content strategy for you. And I pitched it. And I was a [40:47] little bit ner- like everyone's nervous. Sometimes I'm I'm nervous. So, I was a little bit nervous. I was a little bit uh will he like this? Overthinking everything. But I just did it. And you want to know what happened after that? Boom. He became a lifetime client. Imagine if your UGC clients, every single one that you signed on, they didn't leave you. They just stayed [41:09] with you. Imagine how much money and your lifetime value what it would be from a singular client. And Cloud 9 Clothing, they pay me on average I mean, just me specifically, uh not considering my agency, which is well over this, what? Probably $30,000 a year. 20 25, let me do the math. 2,500 multiplied by 12. [41:33] That's $30,000 a year. Per year. So, he skyrocketed on average my lifetime value. Skyrocketed. If I divide all my clients with their lifetime value, and I just divide and get the average, he'll probably sky- skyrocketed all the way to like 20K per year. Only because of these Imagine making an extra 20K per year [41:55] from each client. And you don't know until you try. And the only thing that he told me I asked him like, why are you working with me? Like I had a real discussion with them. I posted on my YouTube a couple months ago. I'm like, why are you working with me? Like to be honest, like why did you choose me over all of the million other creators [42:13] that you're working with right now? Like, why? Like, why? He's like, "Gloria, cuz you have something called natural passion for my product." I'm like, "Huh?" He's like, "You enter every call with a smile on your face. Every single video, I can tell you put your heart in it. Did you know that energy transfers, Gloria?" I'm like, "Huh? Energy transfers." He's like, "Yeah, energy transmits through the the videos on the screen." He's teaching me about you. Do you see mentoring me to become a better [42:43] creator? He's like, "Yes. Your videos with natural passionate energy around my product that you love, which is amazing. I'm so glad you love it. But, it transmits to the people that actually watch your videos." I'm like, "Huh? Interesting." He's like, "Yes. So, if you watch a very happy cat video on your feed, you're going to feel happy. But, if you watch a sad puppy video, you're going to be sad. Do you see how that works, Gloria? And that's why so many [43:06] people are addicted to the algorithm." And he's taught me how the algorithm works. And I understood that, and I brought it into every other collab. But, the point is, he taught me how the algorithm works, how people are addicted. Oh, if you're addicted to these sad cat sad cat videos, the algorithm's going to send you more sad [43:20] videos. And that's how the algorithm works. So, he's teaching me how the algorithm worked. He's teaching me all these in-depth principles of how this works. He's like, "It's because your natural energy transmits to people, and people feel happy, and that happiness is associated subconsciously, not even in their consciousness, subconsciously, to the videos." So, people subconsciously, every time they follow me and see all my videos, [43:46] oh, they're happy, Gloria. I'm like, "Wow. Really?" He's like, "Yes, that's why. Cuz you have natural passion. So, what if I told you your natural passion for companies will make you thrive with the company?" So, if you're not passionate about any of the companies, and you're just trying to make ends meet, trying to make some [44:06] money. Spoiler, go find a new sub sub niche that actually resonates with you. Time to restart. What does resonate with you? Cuz remember that God gives everyone it says in 1 Corinthians chapter 12 or verse 12, chapter 12 excuse me. Peter says the Holy Spirit, all right, whether you believe in God or not or whether you believe in God you verse whatever it is, I want you to have an open mind about this just to help you out. But he says Peter says the Holy Spirit is in everyone and God through the Holy Spirit gives everyone interesting individual gifts. And for me, I always had as a [44:43] young kid so much energy in me. As a young kid I could like literally like motivate people to change their lives. Like I'm a natural like leader and motivator and God blessed me with those things. Like it's just been natural. Think of your mom or your grandma. What are they naturally good at? Maybe it's nurturing. Maybe it's uh helping others. Maybe it's that teaching or pastoring or you know, like [45:04] things like that. What are you naturally good at? Because that natural gift could really really really lead you to a niche that you like. Right? Or uh what you like doing with companies. Say that you don't mind working with companies, but you love impacting brand owners and seeing their happy face every single month when you hop on a brand call with them, which is one thing for me. That's why I [45:26] could niche in so many different niches. All right? I could be nicheless even at one point after I went through the sub niches. So you got to be careful about this. Okay, what are you naturally passionate about? Think about it. Because this actually matters. Everyone's like, "Oh, work with what you're passionate about." Oh, no. You do that only because it will actually make you more money. And I wasn't naturally passionate about it cuz I had anxiety. I had depression. If you know me and my story, your girl went through a lot. And I say that only because I resonated with the company so much cuz they're raising awareness for [45:56] the girls that that were like me, for the guys that even struggled with what I did. So that's where my lifetime value became I made $30,000 from a single company in a year. Only because Come on, I have natural passion. I didn't really do much different. I provided the best videos possible. Yeah, I added some viral strategies that you learn in the program here into the [46:19] videos. I I I had a natural passion I had that natural passion in me. So, my perception changed. And naturally, I jumped on to brand calls and I hosted brand calls and I hosted the strategy sessions. And I'm like training these other creators now and boom it turned into a campaign with the UGC world team, which is crazy. 25 plus creators on a single campaign with this company, which is awesome. Some of you guys even on this call might have worked with Cloud 9 clothing. But the point is here it started with a natural passion perception cuz it opens your mind into a higher frequency to actually help these [46:51] brands better. You see that? Think of the last time you've done something you're like it was against your will. You're like, "Ugh, I don't want to go to this person's baby shower. I don't want to go to this wedding. Ugh." You know. It's like your perception is like a lowered. And you're naturally going to be at a lower frequency cuz you don't want to be there and you're like only thinking [47:10] about leaving. Think of the last collab that you've had where you had that kind of same energy. Lower perception, they're probably going to kick you out soon. Only because you don't have that natural passion, but that's a sign from God. Go find a brand that actually gets you up and moving in the morning. You're passionate about. Like I I'm dead serious when I say this. I gave my dad for his [clears throat] birthday a Cloud 9 clothing sweatshirt. He loved it. My mom has a Cloud 9 clothing sweatshirt for freaking Mother's Day. I recorded it. I put it on Cloud 9 clothing TikTok to just record her reaction and put it [47:47] there cuz she was fine with it. I have probably seven plus hoodies. I gave them to my cousins cuz they saw me. They literally were scrolling on their feet with They're like, "Gloria, oh my gosh, you're working with this company. I know this company." I'm like, "Yes, that's me." They're like, "No, this is not you." I'm like, "Yes, it's me. Do you see it?" And they're like, "Oh my gosh, like I've like I love this company and I've gotten my business partners on it. I wear them at the airport every time I go and I willingly literally film content for this company even if even if [48:13] they're not paying me, I'm probably still going to film content for this company only because I want to. Like you should have that natural passion in the brand. A brand will pay you infinite money for that energy. Everybody in the industry is so focused on oh, how can I make the most amount of [48:29] money? How can I change my life? Come on, let's start with the brand. It starts with the the brand. How can you change the brand owner's life [snorts] first? How can you serve them? Cuz when you serve them and have that mentality, you're serving yourself. God's going to serve you right back, I promise. That's going to That energy is going to come back, law of reciprocity. That energy is going to come back in an equal force. It's going to come back equally sometime in the future. I can't tell you [48:58] when, but it will. So you provide value, it'll come back in that proportion, that same proportion if not more in the future. Nod your head if that makes sense, team. Cool. Let's jump to the more technical side of this. Most creators, uh they stop at the first $300 UGC gig. They offer two videos for $300, they just stop there. Right? Most [49:26] creators just mm stop. Because they don't see what's underneath the iceberg. Right? This is just the top of the iceberg. This is all creators see. It's just the first $300 collab, but what's on bottom of the iceberg? Another possible Like for Cloud 9 Clothing, if I give up on them on $600, I wouldn't have seen anything down below. A whole creator army I could have created I created for them. Right? I created a whole creator army for this company with my agency with my business partner. Like I wouldn't have been able to impact that company so big if I didn't understand [50:02] this. And it's underneath the iceberg. The months and months and months like infinity months like on average it could be like 12 months or 6 months for you or 3 months which wouldn't make a huge impact on a UGC company. I'm not I'm not trying to like over dramatize this. Even 3 months could make a huge difference. But I wouldn't have seen this months of $2,500 payments [50:30] month after month after month. I made all my money in the lifetime value of the back after the first collab. Most creators are so focused on the first collab first collab. I'm like no, I could do the free collab as long as this company is looking for paid creator. If they say hey, let's do a gifted collab or not doing paid. Okay, no. But they're saying hey, let's do a gifted collab first. I'm going to see if this works and then move to paid. That's a great sign. You can hop on a call, create a a video for them, offer them a batch, be like hey, [50:58] if this works, let's go all in. You put so much energy and attention. Say it doesn't work for the first 3 months like I did with Cloud 9 Clothing. It didn't work for the first 3 months, but they bet on me and paid me anyway only because of that natural energy. I gave them more energy than their employees [51:11] gave them. That's why Cloud 9 Clothing that's why they call me like the founder literally calls me a partner. A partner a business partner. Seriously, cuz I basically run the marketing department now. UGC's taking over the internet. And especially for a company like this where UGC is very very clickable and very very good and applicable. [51:35] Come on. It's game over. So I made [snorts] we minus $600 from 30,000. That's 20 Let's see. 30,000 29 400 if I'm correct, if my quick math is correct. I wasn't amazing at math in high school, so you're going to have to excuse me if it's not. And the top of the iceberg was $600. [52:04] See that? $600 $29,000 and 29 40, basically. $29,400 And if I would have just stopped at the $600, I would have missed out on an extra $29,400. Do you see that? Let me know if I'm the only one who sees that. I'm only saying this because I want to push you to success and I want [52:32] you to succeed. Look at this. An extra Nod your head if you want to make an extra $29,000. And I'm giving you everything in this program, by the way, that I used. The brand call scripts, the templates, everything that I used to do this. You know? You can do it, too. What is your Cloud 9 clothing? What is your Mona Lisa collab where you can turn into a $10,000 [52:59] per month collab. That's possible. These brands are replacing their whole marketing departments with creators, by the way. And if you're stuck out like zero collabs, if you're stuck out 1K months, 2K months, and you're not at 10K months, and that's been your goal for a while, I hate to say it, and I I You know me. [53:16] I'm no BS. It is your fault. It is, and it stinks, it sucks, but it is. But here's the cool part about that. Now you know where you are, and you know there's only going up, and you know what to look for now. Mhm. Game over. What is your Cloud 9 clothing? What is that company you're so passionate about you want to reach out to right now that you you would like kill to work with because you know you can Maybe it's a small company, maybe it's a huge [53:43] company. Like, what is it? And reach out to them in like five different platforms. Reach out to them over email over the next month. Do drip campaigns to this one company. Do reach out to them on Instagram, on LinkedIn to all of their employees on LinkedIn. Like, what's stopping you from that? Because if you truly want company an extra $2,500 a month, that could change your life. But you're not trying hard enough on these companies. You're not targeted enough. Like we talked about earlier in the pitch, you're not You're [54:14] not going all in enough. You see that? It's not good enough. Millions of creators out there, how are you separating yourself? Maybe you just reach out to I'm I'm dead serious when I say this, and only with like this specific strategy, maybe reach out to 20 companies a month. But every single company you do like 10 plus touch points on them through like [54:34] each week. You know? If you're super passionate about it. Every creator's different. They all have a different intentions and style the industry. Some are more passion driven and some are more like money driven, which is totally fine. But at the end of the day, we have to put the brand first. You see that? And the best way to actually do this, I'm going to jump into this last lesson here before we jump off. This is going to be super super important for every single person here, by the way, to actually increase the lifetime value maybe from $600 collab on the front end to an extra like $30,000 in the back [55:08] end, right? And it starts with [55:18] offer creation. Clara, what is an offer? You mentioned that earlier. I don't really know what offer means. It's a package that you offer to a brand. It's like a a line or a quote you say to a brand that's irresistible, by the way, to get them to come in. Right? It's valuable. So, offer creation. [55:39] Very, very, very simple. How can you get more people into your funnel? You should ask yourself. Gloria, what is a a funnel? It's a sales funnel. [clears throat] It's basically a method to get brand from not knowing you at all, all the way down to being a paid customer. Right? So, the top is they don't really know you, and the bottom is a paid [56:00] customer. So, I'm going to map this out. I'm going to show you exactly how this is actually going to benefit your life and your UGC journey. So, at the bottom of the funnel is a paid customer. At the top of the funnel is brands that don't know you, right? There's tons of brands out here in the world that don't know you. Say that every single speck of these brand like [56:18] all of these dots are brands. Right? And what you're doing to these companies is you're reaching out to them. Okay. You send a uh Bento emails and pitches. These black circles here uh um signal outreach. You're reaching out to all of these brands, and you're reaching out to them, and maybe after a little bit, after a tiny bit, right? Boom, you get a paid or you get a brand [56:41] saying, "Yes." Right? And then they go down the funnel where they're like, "Yes, I want to see the portfolio." And then one drops off after that. Another says, "Yes." After you keep pitching, and yes, portfolio, but this one keeps going. Right? So, this one drops off. This one keeps going. And then they say, "Yes." After that, you sort out a rate, and boom, paid deal. So, that's the part of the funnel. That's the front end funnel. And what you want to understand is you want to increase the quality of pitching, right? Increase the quality percentage of pitching so your open rate and your [57:10] show rate on your brand calls is high. And your response rate is high. All of these rates are high by the quality of your pitching and the target of of your pitching. I gave you [clears throat] the secret is how individually targeting how individual how personalized I should say your targeting is to these companies. So, that's the secret to land more into your sales funnel. So, this is sales funnel, right? [clears throat] Right [57:33] here. So, okay. One out of every two that say yes to my portfolio actually hm, land a deal. It's a paid deal, whether it's $100. On average, it's about $150 per creator, right? But, most creators just stop here. But, they don't understand there's a whole entire whole entire model back here, which is lifetime value and long-term collabs. So, say on average, you land a 150 deal, [58:04] $150 deal. But, say that you land so many of them only because you gave an irresistible offer. What if you landed three $150 deals a week? Only because you gave an offer. Hey, I'm going to create three UGC videos for you, plus give you a free organic video, and then give you a story sequence on top of that for free. So, three videos for $150, right? And then, I'll give you this and this for free on top of that. And make sure it's like low effort. It's something that you can actually manage, right? In time. You can make it sound it make it very, very pretty sounding, [58:40] everything like that. Make it valuable. You want to make an impact. Cuz when you have that first touch point with a company, you want to provide as much content as possible so they can test as much as possible so they have a reason to work with you again, by the way. So, that's the one thing. And number two, create an irresistible offer package you can offer them here. So, instead of a gifted collab, say, "Hey." Right? When they say gifted collab, "No, I do an [58:59] offer this. This is what I offer. Usually, I charge 600 bucks for this, but it's just $100 just to give you a try for one first-time clients." Right? And then, boom. Say, out of every Like like we said, people that say yes to the portfolio, one out of every two one out of every two say yes to the amazing $150 deal or $100 deal that we have down here. In [59:23] this example, 150. Okay, and means that Okay, say we send 100 emails and two say yes. Meaning one closes. So, if you send 500 emails a day, you get five deals basically a day. Right? So, what about five a week? You get five deals a week. You see that? So, you do the math and you reverse engineer it to $150. But, law creators are like, "No, Gloria, $150 for all of that? No, that's a rip-off. That's [59:52] cheap. No, I'm never going to do that." I'm like, "Hold your horses. Hold your horses. I understand you're worth more, but I think you're worth more in the back end. What about an extra $30,000 like I did with Cloud 9 Clothing? What if the What if I told you this $150 deal turned into a 1K, if not more, per month brand deal in the back [1:00:13] [clears throat] end? All you need is 10 of those and they convert. So, after $150 deal, say that 50% or maybe more or less, we'll just say 50%, turn into a package, which is maybe $500 to 1K upsell. You see that? So, it's like if you reverse engineer all the way from the top, 100 emails leads to one paid trial, which is basically this is basically called a paid trial. But, out of two paid trials is a package. So, all you need to do is [1:00:49] you get you got clarity on the numbers. Okay, I sent 200 emails to get a paid package. So, now your goal is to send 200 emails a day and you're going to get more software and things and you're going to get more help from me to make sure that we can send 200 emails a day, so you get two, right? Multiple different packages and [1:01:06] it'll take a few months, absolutely. But, that's how a real business owner thinks. We always talk about be a UGC business owner. Don't be a creator because creators don't track stuff like this. This is why we need to track numbers. I tell you guys, track your numbers in the spreadsheet. Come on. It's very easy, very simple spreadsheet. Track it every single day before you go [1:01:23] to bed. Track them. Only because we can Once we track the numbers, like how many emails you send a day, we can get to inferences like this. Imagine making the inference, "Yeah, every 200 emails I send, I get a $1,000 package in the back end after the first month, but it appears on month two or month three." [1:01:42] Right? I would do that cuz I'm here for the long game. I'm not I'm not here for the short game. I'm going to become a 10K per month UGC creator, no matter how long it takes, and that should be your mentality. Right? And once you have that mentality, long game mentality, things just start [1:01:55] to turn short. You see that? So, boom. 50% turn into a 1K package only from reeling them in from the irresistible offer on the front end. Irresistible offer, "I'm going to give you a UGC video for $100, [snorts] and then on top of that, I'm going to give you B-roll footage and a free organic video to post on your Instagram [1:02:17] that's on brand, everything for you." Right? No-brainer offer, a brand will not say no to that. What is your no-brainer offer that you can do? Think about it. That's just an example. Maybe I give you five hooks and then a whole ad strategy on top of that. Maybe I give you a brand call strategy session with your marketer to collaborate with them and create some new ideas and swipe alive with them to see what's going to work with them and your marketing team moving forward on [1:02:42] top of everything. Brands buy from value. That's why we're in a rinse and repeat UGC market. Rinse and repeat UGC market. Where brands are working with a creator once, $300 deal, boom, ghost. Brands are working with another creator, $300 deal, ghost. Right? Brands don't want to work with creators. They want to work with strategists. That's why we're UGC strategists here in [1:03:10] UGC World, UGC Academy. Seriously. You have to be a strategist, and this is how a strategist thinks. So, with that being said, what is your irresistible offer? Think about it right now. What is that irresistible offer that you're thinking of that you could maybe pull off? Won't take you much time. You already got the raw footage in your phone. Just upload it to a drive folder, okay? That's number one. Number two, make a small little edit that take B-roll edit that takes 15 minutes on top of that for organic that's on brand. You look at their brand first, right? That's [1:03:39] number two. [snorts] You see that? And what if you just put that extra effort and value on the front end to get so much return in the back end? [clears throat] And that's all I did. I added mine for Cloud 9 Clothing. I added a free strategy session and ad session as well. I showed them the swipes, my strategy. I [1:03:56] did a strategy session on top of that. And also at the same time I gave them all of my B-roll for their ads, too, while I was working with them. So, I had a crazy irresistible offer. What is your irresistible offer? See that? So, this is a funnel. This is a real funnel. You have an offer. Hey, Mrs. Brand, every single new new brand I work with, I'm giving you a UGC video for $100 and I'm giving you three B-roll packages plus a free organic video on top of it just to just to help you out more and grow your brand cuz the more the better [1:04:34] to test. The more the merrier to test. If it works, it works. If it doesn't, it doesn't. If it doesn't, actually I'm going to sit here for free to help you make it work. So, you can learn why it doesn't work and you can do your due diligence to help you and your brand [1:04:46] with all of your other clients. See, that's a mentality you should have. So, that's lifetime value. And that's how you can make an extra $30,000 a year from a client or 24 like from my numbers here, 2940, right? $29,400 extra you could make if you just simply added some more and stopped being so stingy on the front [1:05:10] end, you know? So, that's lifetime value iceberg. I want to go over one more thing cuz I just want to provide so much value today to you just for hopping on on my call on Friday. Everyone that didn't hop on today, they're missing out. They're missing out on all this stuff today. I was like, "No, today I'm going to provide so much value. So much I just I'm I'm just in the mood to just like go [1:05:30] crazy today." But, I'm going to do one more thing for you and this is going to probably change your business. I'll jump over this in like 5 minutes cuz I do have to jump and I know we have to have a Q&A after this uh for you guys as well for those curious about everything that we talked about [1:05:43] today. But, this is a review workflow. If you're looking to get a review from a client, I'm going to give you this workflow. Literally just like copy it from me. I'll drop in the group later. But, a lot of creators are like, "How do I get a review and testimonial and case study from a brand?" [1:06:01] I'm like, "You're not asking properly." They're like, "No, I'm asking." I'm like, "No, you you didn't hear me properly." Right? You have to send over an email before you uh uh right as you confirm the collab, excuse me. Before you film and right as you confirm the collab. So, before they sign the contract and after you discuss rates and decided that like the rates that you discussed are okay, [1:06:26] you do this before you film. You send this and you seed it in a lot of creators are jumping in the uh after the collab. Here's my thing. Here's my form. Here's my review form. Fill it out. No, no, no, you didn't preface it, right? So, you say this before you film and after you discussed payment terms and agreed. Hey name, so excited to work together on this. I'm getting started right away on the videos. Quick note on how I work to make sure I deliver the highest quality content possible for your company within the next 48 hours or whatever timeline is. I keep things simple on my end. Something I ask for in [1:06:57] return after I send over the videos is just a quick screenshot from you or your team on how the ads performed once they're live and a short note on how you found working with me so I can improve this in the future. Let me know if that sounds good to you. They'll say, "Yep, absolutely. Sounds good." So they know it's coming. And once they say yes, they [1:07:13] can't go back on that commitment, right? And they you put it here because they say yes cuz they want the video. Same time, they'll give a review, right? So send this email after you deliver and they like the content. If they say, "Gloria, I love the content." which is like for me and how I teach content, I don't know about you guys, but I I get like yes, I get like rave reviews 90% of the time cuz we're doing content right over here. So send this email after you deliver content that they like. "Hey name, I was just It's a pleasure to creating content for your brand. I loved [1:07:42] how this one came together and I hope it's performing well for you. Do keep me in the loop on how it performs. Happy to help if anything after you may need help with after the collab. Had so much fun with your uh specific serum skin care that was anti-aging, whatever it might be, and absolutely will be using it in my foreseeable future. You blew me away with it." Hype up the product. Even if you don't like the product, add a [1:08:04] compliment about the product. Come on. We're We're We're human beings. Brand owners like they take pride in their products like chefs take pride in their food. As we mentioned at the start, if you could please fill out this quick feedback form, 2 minutes tops, as we discussed at the beginning of our collab, it would mean the world uh to drop a review, something like this. Form is here. Then no rush at all, whenever you get a moment. It generally helps me keep improving the content I make for you. Thank you again for trusting me with this. We're not doing any crazy sales tactics. It's just genuine, "Hey, [1:08:30] this would really help me out." as you specifically said before the collab that you would do. Right? And if they don't do it within the next like 48 hours, bump it. Another 48 hours, bump it. But typically they do it, especially if it's in the fine lines of the contract. To work with me, you must leave a review after. Whether you liked it or not, you must leave a review. You have the option to like not showcase some reviews, by the way, as a creator. That's a how business works if they're not dropping [1:08:54] on like Trustpilot or something. So the form is here. And then you just create This takes 5 minutes, by the way, especially with like Gemini or like Google Forms. I'm going to jump to the review because it's not or the form here cuz it's not opening, but it's a simple form. I'll show you it live right here. I'm going to go over the form right now. It literally just says, [1:09:16] "Yo, you worked with me. Drop your brand name, drop your email, contact information. And then drop who you are and who you are a part of the company. And then just drop a review. Like in three sentences, how did you enjoy working with me? And then the question is, do you know like after that one, do you know anybody else [1:09:34] who would like content like this? Drop their number or connect me in the group chat right now. Boom, two in one. A referral and a review in a single form. That's the cheat code right there. That's the cheat code. So, the form is like this. Your name, brand or company name. It's just UGC collaboration feedback and results form. Thank you for collaborating. Takes 2 minutes. We always preface, "Hey, it just takes like 30 seconds or 2 minutes." Whatever you want to say. Your name, brand or company name, upload a screenshot of how the ads or content performed. This is huge. We want them We make it mandatory, by the [1:10:05] way, with this little like mark here, required. So, they can upload screenshots of how it performed. And if they say, "Hey, I don't have results yet." Okay, yeah, no worries. Go back on the form in a couple weeks. Do you have a quick review that you can drop in the email right now just a separate from [1:10:20] that, right? Which metrics improved? That's huge cuz most creators are like, "I don't have metrics from the brand." Well, you're forcing them to fill it out right now cuz they dropped it in the contract. Worst case scenario, if the brand doesn't want to drop it for some reason, your relationship didn't end up amazing, you just drop in the fine lines, "Yo, you agreed to this fair and square right here." Highlight it in bold, write in the contract, and send it over to them or like put a red square around it. Um In a sentence sentence or two, how was your experience working with me? Do you [1:10:50] know any other brands who would be a great fit for UGC? Drop their contact, would be greatly appreciated. Like an email or something, right? And then you can say, "Hey, this brand owner referred me to you, right? So it's a better ease into the conversation. May I share your results and feedback as a case study on [1:11:06] my social media taking your brand? That'd be awesome." So you don't feel guilty tagging your UGC examples on your Instagram when you're posting them, right? You don't feel guilty and weird, "Hey, this is a UGC example, but this brand posted the same thing on their page, right?" Or their ads. You don't want to feel weird about that either. So this is a great form to use. Let me know [1:11:25] if this was helped you guys. --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI (https://viewrankai.com).
