# How i book 3-5 meetings a day Cold Calling ($319,000/month web design agency - full script) Channel: Kai Stone Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tU52nLIUz8Y Duration: 14 min Language: English Words: 3336 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/tU52nLIUz8Y --- [0:00] Okay, I run a $319,000 a month website design agency and in this video I'm going to show you exactly how I got my first 20 to 25 clients cold calling. I booked about three to five meetings per day cold calling anywhere from six to eight hours a day. Um I will refresh the stripe as always. Um it's getting pretty repetitive at [0:16] this point but I think it's important. Um 319k of MRR. Now um all the entire script is in here. I'm going to and I will link this I'll link this in the in the description below. Um again, I only have one example today. Um just to be completely honest, cold calling absolutely sucks and I did not feel like sitting down for another eight hours to get three to five examples for you guys. I just want to show you the exact script that I use. Um there's also plenty of other videos on my YouTube of me cold calling using the same exact script. Um I'll also open up this for [0:45] you guys as well. Um so you can also check this out. You can type this into your browser. The full uh script is here and then these are also live examples of me just doing cold calls as well. Uh shameless plug, this is inside my school community so if you use my affiliate link, you get all the stuff for free. Um now you're going to see me cold call um just here in a second. Uh real live example. I just want to quickly show you what I'm selling. Obviously we sell websites and automations and Go High Level but on this cold call you'll hear me say, "Hey, [1:12] I basically built you a whole website completely for free." But I want to show you how easy that actually is, okay? So inside the software here inside Go High Level, um this guy was a plumber that I cold called. So all I would literally do is come here I would click website what I just showed [1:25] you from templates. Um and again, they have a bunch of really good templates in here. Uh if we just click home services. So let's go up here, move that over. Um so again, this could work for plumbers, this could work for remodelers, uh what is this? Climate control, um expert service cleaning. This can work for any like any business at all that they have templates for but this is all I all I would do, right? Um I would literally just come here and [1:48] type plumber. Um I would probably use this one, this one looks the best. Preview. Um and then I would literally um from the cold call you guys are about to see, I would just change out their business name, uh their phone number, and then I would probably ask for the guy's email address, and I would change out their location, and I would literally leave everything else pretty much the exact same, and that's it. I would just choose template, and that is literally it. And that is a complete copy paste version, and maybe you could customize a little bit if you wanted, but the point is is [2:14] like the product is already done for you, right? The cold call you're about to watch me make, I already have the product in place, and I'm going to use the same template for literally every single person, right? So, here we go. Look how easy this is. Again, I would you could literally just change the phone number to uh 808 dibba babba [2:29] babba, right? And then change the email. Uh you could change the photos if you want. And that's pretty much it, guys. So, this is again exactly how I how I would book three to five meetings every single day. And the result of this is $319,000 of revenue, right? Every single month. Now, this didn't happen overnight. Obviously, once I got to that first three $4,000 a month of recurring revenue from cold calls, we started running paid ads, but I also built out a whole cold calling team, and I know that [2:54] this script really, really works well. There's obviously a lot of cold calling scripts that work, but I think this is the best one. But anyway, let's get into the cold call. If you have any other questions, let me know. [3:10] Hello. Hello. Uh is this Magic Plumbing in uh Austin? Yeah, Magic Plumbing. You got the right place. Hey. Yeah, what what's up, man? Um yeah, so my friend Julie Becker actually uh my mom's friend kind of gave me your number. She said you guys do like really good work, but you guys don't have like a website or anything [3:28] like that. Is that Is that true? We have a We have a Google page. Yeah. Yeah, that's where I found you. I just saw that you don't like I mean, unless I'm missing it, it's Magic Plumbing. Do you guys have a a website or no? No, no, we don't do that. We don't know [3:42] how to do that stuff. Is there I mean, dude, what's Why not, man? Why don't you have a website? What is there any specific reason? What do I need it for? To get more business. I mean, unless you're already, you know, a millionaire. If if that's the case, then maybe I'm maybe I'm tripping, but [laughter] um it seems like we're not there just [3:57] yet. Well, we advertise in the local newspapers and a little bit on the radio and stuff like that. Got you. Uh basically, man, I mean I mean again, Julie Julie just sent me you guys' number, um but I basically kind of graduated college and I'm starting like a web design agency. Uh actually, pretty much built you a whole website for free if you want to check it out. But, I mean essentially, in short, a website would basically just get you more business through Google and uh basically, you can kind of put your work and your services on there and do you have like I mean, do you have like [4:25] photos and stuff of your work that you'd want to put on the internet? Yeah, we could I I've got that kind of stuff, yeah. Yeah, so that I mean, that's basically what it is. Um again, because obviously, I'm I'm just like a web design student, um I'm basically building the entire website for free. Uh it's kind of like part of like a school thing. And then, you know, I'm [4:42] I'm hoping to like kind of expand it. So, you'll be working directly with me. Um and again, the website build is free. We'd probably just charge you uh anywhere from 97 to 200 bucks a month for hosting, kind of depending if you want to on anything like want anything else. Oh. So, the website's going to give me more business, you think? Yeah, so I mean, obviously, like I found you. I I I had to scroll down a while to find you on Google cuz you didn't really pop up originally. But, essentially, like I see you already have three Google reviews, that's great. But, if you have a website [5:10] and then we help you get Google reviews as well, um obviously, that's like a little bit of a separate service. But, basically, the more Google reviews you have and the better your website, the higher you rank on Google, um if that makes [clears throat] sense. Yeah, I mean, I don't mess with In other words, who's going to look on the computer for a [5:27] plumber? Me. I just did it. [laughter] That's you, you're a kid, you know? Yeah. People with houses that own property look on the computer for plumbers or they look on I don't know. We used to look at the Yellow Pages. I guess we don't have those anymore. Yeah, different generation, man. Different generation. Um Yeah, I guess Yeah, I guess you're right. I mean, I used to We used to put ads in the yellow pages, newspapers, and stuff. So, you're saying all the people that want a plumber actually go to their phone and search for one or their computer? Uh either I mean, I just did it I did it from my [6:01] computer, but um but I I I know you [laughter] cuz you're a college kid, right? Yeah, but but essentially like let's say, you know, let's just say your electricity breaks or your HVAC breaks or something. Like, the first thing you're going to do is go on Google and type in like air condition repair near me or uh you know, [6:16] you need like a haircut or something. You type in like hair hair barber or barber near me, right? So, it'll be the same thing for plumbing services. People might put might might type in uh plumber near me, right? And if you don't pop up, then you don't get the business, right? What about Angie's service? Don't they do that one? Yeah, Angie's is a little different. Uh I I know, you know, [6:36] Angie's List is more like pay per lead. I'm assuming you probably had an experience with them that is not great because that's pretty much what everyone says. Um but the website's basically organic. They basically come directly to you. So, it'd be my own website, then? Yeah, and again, like there's no pressure. I already have it built out for you. It's I mean, again, it's totally free. Uh I have all your information on there. If maybe I could would you open to like getting on a Zoom call later today or tomorrow and I could just maybe show it to you? And if you like it, you can keep it. If not, you [7:02] can tell me to uh to go play in trains. Go play with trains. No, yeah, I just kind of catching up my thinking about the whole process. But yeah, I'd be interested to take a look at it, for sure. Okay, cool. Yeah, and there's no pressure or anything. Um would uh let's see. Today is uh today is [7:18] Saturday. Uh what I mean, do you have time this afternoon? Yeah, I could do this afternoon. What time? Uh let's see. Uh I guess anywhere anywhere past 3:00 p.m. Would that work? I have 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. 3:00 my time in California? Uh no, in Austin, Texas. Oh, are you in California right now? Cuz it shows it shows your [7:38] business is in Austin. Oh, I see. Yeah, I was I just in California on vacation, but yeah, I'll I'll be back I'll be I can look while I'm in California. Okay, but you're in California Okay, so but you're in California. So, you guys are like uh 4 hours behind or no, you're 3 hours behind us. So, it would be it'd be 12:00 [7:57] for you then. 12:00 p.m. 12:00 p.m. California time. Okay, that'll work. Okay. I'm sure that'd be interesting to see that. Okay, and then what is a What's a good email or do you want me to just I could just text you the Zoom link as well cuz it's in like a couple hours anyway, so. [8:12] Okay. Do you want me to just text it to you or do you want me to shoot you an email? Uh text is easier for me. Okay, cool. Um and I could just text the same number I just called from? Uh-huh. Okay, awesome, dude. Well, I appreciate you, man. And then sorry, what was your name one more time? Bill Williams. Bill Williams, [laughter] got you. Okay, I'm Kai. I appreciate you taking the time, dude. And yeah, I'll go get everything set up and um I will show you the website on Zoom in a couple [8:38] hours. So, you have a beta up for Magic Plumbing, really? We had I I'm fancy, man. I I I'm I'm fast with it. I also use AI for a lot of it as well. And you know, I don't want to like get too complex with it. Um but yeah, I do a lot of like prompting and stuff with AI. And I know like that's a whole I mean, again, [8:54] that's a whole different conversation. We'll talk about it on Zoom when I can actually share my screen and kind of show you what I got for you. Okay, sounds good. All right, boss. Have a good one, man. Thank you. All right, bye-bye. Bye-bye. [9:16] Hello, this is Joseph. Hey, what's up, man? Is this uh Active Austin Handyman, right? Uh yes, sir, it is. How can I help you? Um hey, man. Yeah, so my friend family friend actually Julie Becker kind of gave me your number. She said you guys do like super awesome work, but you guys don't have like a website or anything like that. Uh uh who? Uh Julie Becker It's like my mom's friend. I don't really know her [9:39] personally, to be honest with you. All right. Well, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah, well, yeah, of course we do good work. But, what what you got going on, boss? What do you need? Um, so yeah, man. I mean, kind of random, but I actually, uh, like again, my my mom's friend gave me the number. Um, she just said you guys do awesome work, but yeah, dude. Basically, I built you guys a website if you want to check it out. Um, it's completely free. You probably just Well, see, I don't know if I need one. Like you said, you done heard about my good work just through word of mouth. I don't know if I [10:07] need a website. So, you guys all called me, and it's a freaking Sunday. [laughter] I get it. I get it. I get it. The thing is, bro, like I I a lot of these guys are just some nerd in their mom's basement who like are trying to scam you. I get it. Um, if I'm being 100% honest, I'm kind of like a web design student, and I'm just trying to like get this business off the ground, which is kind of like why I built it for you for free. Um, you don't have to like buy it or anything. You could just Free? Yeah, you you don't have to buy [10:31] it. Um, you could just kind of check it out on Zoom later if you want. [snorts] I mean, I don't know. Free ain't nothing free in this world, brothers. [laughter] I get it. So, I will I will say there's a catch. So, if if I show it to you and you do like it and everything, um, again, like the whole website build is free, but we obviously would still have [10:49] to charge you like hosting and stuff. But, that being said, like again, I know you said that you don't need more business or, you know, you already people hear about you through word of mouth. Well, I'm in I'm in They can always get more business. You know what I mean? It's Yeah. Yeah. But, yeah, man. I mean, dude, there's there's really no pressure. I mean, it's already built for you. I already have your name. I built [11:08] you a logo. Um, obviously, I put your phone number on there. It's kind of like a rough draft. Obviously, like we could kind of use some more of your photos. But, I mean, dude, if you'd be down, I could maybe book you in for a Zoom call later today or tomorrow and just kind of have [11:19] you take a look at it. I I'm going to just look at it, right? And you're trying no [laughter] No funny business, man. I pro- I promise you. I'm not trying I'm not trying to pull anything sketchy. I am off today. But, how how long is it going to take? Uh 15 minutes tops maybe, [11:36] probably 10. All right. Well, it'd be uh what about like maybe 4:00 4:00 p.m. Central Time? Uh yeah, let's do it. Um I'll just send you So, what I do is I'll just send you a quick Zoom link to your email. Um and then I'll text you as well. And we'll just hop on. Um I'll even go What I'll do is I'll actually go find some more photos of your business uh cuz I have your Google page here. Um and then I'll put those on the website for you as well just so you get a better idea of what it [12:00] uh what it might look like. All right. All right. I guess I got All right. I guess put me in for a I'll put a little alarm on my phone, I guess. Yeah, sounds good. What's actually What's actually a good email that I could just send you the link to? Um or I can I guess I could just I could probably just text it to this number as well. You could just join on your phone [12:17] if you want. Yeah, man, that'd be best, all right? So, good with the computers. I [laughter] get it, dude. No worries. I'm I'm I'm pretty good at them, so it's all good. We'll uh we'll make a good team, bro. I appreciate you. All right. All right. Bye. I'll I'll I'll see you. All right. See you for man. Have a good one. Bye-bye. All [12:33] right. So, these are essentially how these calls go, right? Obviously, they don't go perfectly every single time, but once you if you can get the same exact script down, it's essentially just a giant flow sheet of doing the exact same call, and people will kind of hit you with a couple different questions. But for the most part, it's going to be the same three or four different objection or different questions that you get every single time. The entire point, and I cannot emphasize this enough, the entire point of that cold call is not to try to sell them the website or anything like that. The only thing you are trying to [13:00] do with that cold call is to get them on the Zoom appointment, and that's where you can pitch them. That's where you can send them a little bit of a video beforehand about what you do and your services X, Y, Z. But the point is is you're not trying to sell anything. All you're trying to do is sell the Zoom call. You're not trying to sell the product yet. You are selling the Zoom call to try to get them on Zoom. That's where you try to sell them. Okay? So, that's literally it. Again, it's pretty much the same script. There's a bunch of other videos on my YouTube channel. Um [13:24] pretty much the same exact script every single time. I've just found that using that Julie Becker is a pattern interrupt and then they have to think to them to themselves, "Huh, do I know a Julie Becker?" You can argue if it's ethical or not, but the other thing you could do is just go look at their reviews on Google and just say, "Hey, this person sent me your number, said you do really good work." And you could use the exact [13:41] same script, right? But that's pretty much it, guys. It's the same script every time. Try one or two different scripts and just get good at that script. Again, there's so many videos online. You can use any kind of script. Just get good with one script and just spam that. Get your first 10 to 15 20 clients or until you have enough [13:56] money and then run paid ads. --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI (https://viewrankai.com).
