# How I Built a $200/day Business With Grok Bot (Step-by-Step)

[0:00] I just built a $200 per-day fully autonomous business with GrokBot. So, GrokBot built me an entire SaaS application and even built out this gorgeous landing page for me to sell it. It even found a way for me to start taking payments and run all of these transactions and then actually deliver the product and gate it and start taking

[0:22] payments through Stripe just like this. And then it hooked into ActiveCampaign and set up all of these emails for me. I didn't do any of this. And then it even helped me set up the domain and all of the DMARC and all that kind of garbage to deliver all of the reports to people who buy and don't buy so that they can click a button and they can get the report that they paid for like this. How crazy is this? And I didn't have to do anything. I just gave GrokBot a bunch of different prompts. It fed me ideas. I chose the best ones and after a couple

[0:57] of hours it built this entire business for me. So, I'm going to show you exactly how I did all of this step by step and give you all of the prompts so you can literally do exactly the same for yourself. So, the goal today is very simple. We are building a fully autonomous business using GrokBot and I want to make sure that it runs completely on autopilot where GrokBot builds it, sells it, and runs it without me. I don't want to have to rely on an audience. I don't want to have to code anything. I don't want to have to spend money on ads and I don't want it to

[1:30] bring me more clients. I just want to wake up every day to $200 being added to my bank account. That's it. So, we are only going to be using GrokBot for this which if you don't know is the Agentyc AI platform from SpaceX i.e. Elon Musk's company. And I have been using it recently and it's pretty darn good. So,

[1:51] we're going to run this in three steps. First, we're going to build a plan. I'm going to get GrokBot to read complaints on X and then give me six different ideas. I'm going to pick one live in front of you. I don't know what I'm going to pick just yet. And then we are going to build everything from scratch only using GrokBot, and then I'm going to let it run for a complete week, and we're going to come back a week from now, and we're going to see how much money it's made me. And so, during this process, when I build everything, I'm going to give you all of the prompts so

[2:21] that you can follow along with me. So, if you're sitting there with your screen on, make sure you open GrokBot, and you just literally copy-paste all the prompts as I go through. So, I'm going to leave every single thing that I do, including all the prompts and everything that I build inside the Dopamine Digital Free School Group linked down below. [2:43] and you can copy-paste all the prompts. Right, so first things first, we are going to set up the CEO bot inside of GrokBot, and I'm just going to copy this prompt over. Cool, so you can see that we have GrokBot open up here. So, I'm going to come up to the top to click this plus button. I'm going to say I'm going to call him the CEO and make him this guy, or maybe I will make him this

[3:07] guy. And then I'm going to click create. Now, GrokBot is going to create this new agent for me, and then we're going to basically just give him an identity, right? So, I'm just going to come here and paste in the prompt and press enter. Now, if you haven't used GrokBot before, you can come up here and click on each of these agents, and then you can see all the routines and the recurring tasks that they will build here. So, I want this to run every day at 8:30 a.m. and run my business for me. And then you can see all the pages, files, and apps that

[3:39] this bot will build over here. And then, when it does things on its online computer, you can see it uh on the screen here. So, I'm going to feed it this next prompt now, and then go back over to GrokBot and hit enter. Now, if you want to customize it, I have bracketed the sections that you can customize, but essentially I've said, "Let's find the idea. I'm into AI, AI agents, vibe coding, marketing and sales. I want you to build a real online tool in that space, a hosted app or a platform that solves one simple annoying problem people have every week. Uh your bots will market themselves through X,

[4:18] etc., etc. Give me six ideas based on that research." So, you can see it's started to do some research on X and then searching the web as well, and it's going to come back to me now with a bunch of different ideas. And then we're going to pick the best one live. I don't

[4:34] know what it's going to come back with. I'm going to pick the best one, and you guys are going to be there for the ride. So, you can see it's doing its research on X here and searching the web, and it's looking for things that it might be able to create solutions for, and I don't know what it's going to come back

[4:49] with. have no idea. We're going to go through everything live. I suggest that you actually go through it yourself step-by-step with me as you follow this video. All right, the research is in, and uh it looks like it says it wants to build something called LaunchGuard, a weekly health check for apps. Because people love to build with lovable, Bolt, Cursor, and similar tools, but it's found all of these complaints. And so, security holes in vibe coded apps, rotating every key after there's a breach, uh 200 apps scanned, almost all headed exposed key, uh 10 minutes building, 2 hours debugging. So, I actually love this idea because I vibe coded a bunch of stuff,

[5:34] and I am not a programmer. I don't know how to code for the life of me, right? Like maybe many of you. And um security is a big thing that I struggle with. And so, this seems like it solves that problem, Launch Guard. Agents fly failing silently and agent degraded from four days with zero

[5:53] alerts, cold email dying, hunting leads. Okay, so here are the six ideas. The problem is that vibe coded apps leak keys, leave their databases open, break sign up and can't be found on Google. Uh paste your URL and scans the app every week on or every deployment every deploy and then emails what changed along with a ready to paste fix prompt for lovable and cursor. So first scan is free, then $19 a month for one app and $49 a month for five. So I kind of like that. I like that. What's the second one we've got here? Intent inbox. Founders spend hours finding people who wants to buy. By the way,

[6:33] guys, if you are watching this and any of these tickle your fancy, feel free to steal them and run with whichever. All right? Talk uh so um I don't know if I really like that one. Token cap. So the problem is surprise AI API bills. I don't like that. Cited by Founders can't tell where the ChatGPT recommends them. Okay, runs 20 buyer questions a week across AI

[6:59] assistants and suggested suggests fixes. Lots of cheap competitors already, domain polls, cold email domains quietly die. I don't want cold email. Sick of that. Agent canary, AI agents get worse without anyone noticing. Launch Guard, I think it's so it's you can see that it's picked Launch Guard. It had the loudest demand in the research and people already pay $24 to $99 for scanners like Check Vibe. Those tools lean towards developers. So the gap is the non-technical founder who just wants one plain weekly email. My bots can build and run all of that with no human

[7:36] service work. Perfect. All right, that's what we're going going guys. Try not to overthink this. We're going to pick Launch Guard. So, we're going to come back to the next prompt to make sure it's building it in the perfect way. I want to copy this prompt over, and then we are going to go into Grok Bot and paste this in. All right, so I've said, "Walk me through the plan in a few short steps. Who's it for? How it makes money? How people find it? And what you need from me. Wait for my okay, and then build it. Suggest three names." It's already given me Launch Guard, which I quite like. So,

[8:10] who's it for? It's for non-technical founders and indie makers who build apps with lovable Bolt, Replit, Replit, Cursor, etc. How it makes money? The first scan is free, then Stripe subscriptions at $19 a month for one app, $49 a month for five apps with daily scans. I quite like it. You can also think about ways that you could upsell packages of credits or multiple packages of scans. So, how do people actually find it? You know, how do we distribute this amazing idea? Every free scan produces a score people can share, and the marketing bots will reply helpfully to just launch with lovable posts on X, build SEO pages for each

[8:53] builder and each common issue, and launch it and list it on launch directories, and every sign up goes into a new active campaign list with a short welcome and upgrade email series, and your YouTube mention would be a bonus. Cool. So, what it needs from me, my okay on the plan, a pick from the three names I'll send, and my okay before anything goes out publicly in your name, like the first X post, and my okay before I spend money. So, it wants to buy a custom domain, about 10 bucks. So, it's given us three names. We've got Launch Guard, we've got Ship Safe, we've got Vibe

[9:28] Check. I don't know about you, but I kind of like Vibe Check. I like the the double meaning behind it, and uh it's also VC, and so we can say VC. I don't know why I like that, but I like vibe check. So, I'm going to click vibe check. All right. So, it's setting up the ActiveCampaign list that I connected earlier, as well as the Stripe payments,

[9:48] which I set up earlier. And so, it's going to a vibe check sign-up list inside of ActiveCampaign, and it's building the $19.49 Stripe plans, and then a live Vercel link. And it's going to test everything brand everything end to end as a brand new visitor, and then it's going to tell me when it's live. So, can't wait to see what that looks like. Now, while Grockit is building that site and that app out, I want to bring your attention to

[10:17] styles.refero.design. I'll leave it linked below, as well. It's a completely free website, and it's a game-changer for building websites with beautiful design, because you are not starting from scratch. So, you can come here, and you can search for whatever you want. I typed in AI SaaS, and I found a couple of examples I really like. So, this one, for example, is really beautiful. And all of the fonts, all of the colors, and literally the .md file is here for you to just come and copy paste into your AI. And so, it doesn't need to start from scratch. It can start with all of this reference, and it makes it way, way, way

[11:00] better. So, have a look at this one. This is saleen.so. And you can see that it's like a very It's like a Google Analytics alternative, uh, awesome dashboard design. I really like this, actually. Uh, so, I think this is like could be a perfect perfect fit for vibe check. The second one that I really like here is wiza.co, which is a place for you to find verified emails and phone numbers. So, less relevant. It's a little a little more playful, and so, it might be I kind of like the colors. I like the animations. So, I'll see what GrokBot comes back with without any reference, but I will feed it these references as

[11:43] well to see. So, GrokBot has come back with a draft page, and I have to say I'm pretty darn impressed. So, this is what it looks like. You can see here ship your Vibe Coded app without the leaks. However, there is a bunch of glaringly obvious mistakes like this, and the page just feels very flat. There's no logos. There's no social

[12:07] proof. It just kind of feels very very forgettable. So, I've given it that feedback, and it's doing another iteration. All right. So, while Grok continues to cook and rebuild the site in the background, I wanted to actually take you through some of the technical stuff. Now, I am in spaceship.com here ready to purchase the domain so that we don't have a weird long ugly URL, and we have something that people can trust, and they can

[12:36] click on, and they can remember, right? So, I've typed in Vibe Check here, and I can see that somebody's trying to sell dot ink for $250. Somebody's trying to sell the dot co for almost 20 grand, and then XYZ is selling for 15 grand, but I see that vibecheck.ac is available. So, I'm going to do a quick check here. vibecheck.new is $400. vibecheck.cat is $18. vibecheck.latino, vibecheck.irish, all of these things are

[13:08] completely irrelevant. And so, I'm going to just settle on vibecheck.ac. Now, if you own vibecheck.com and you are watching this video, reach out to me. I will pay you at least $50. It's been about 2 and 1/2 hours and Grok Bot has built everything from end to end and it is blowing my mind. I have never seen anything like this. Like it's the first time I have truly experienced agentic AI. So, let me show you what it's built. It's built a website based on Vibe Check. One tiny

[13:52] mistake can expose your whole website. And so, I This actually works. Um and so, this is the web page here. You can see it's gorgeously designed. Um I gave it a little bit of feedback, but basically it did this out of the box. And so, you can see that uh it's just spectacular. It's like it's it's unbelievable and it's hooked everything up to Stripe, right? So, I can come out here and I can like it accepts orders. By the way, if you're watching this video and you actually want to use this, you can type in the code Jordan and you can get the report completely for free. So, that's

[14:33] just a little Easter egg for you. So, it is actually working end to end. So, the idea is that you paste your app in here and then it runs a bunch of checks. And so, this is a app that I have just coded really quickly and you can see that it is a 16 out of 100. So, it found nine different problems and then it breaks all of them down and if you want to unlock them, then you can and it opens up the Stripe link. So, um what we discovered actually during the process is that it didn't make any sense to have a monthly pricing because

[15:08] people are probably just going to use it once and then we can upsell them some other stuff. So, Grok told me that the best way to price it actually would be to offer a lead magnet that reveals the problem, right? The Hormozi lead magnet reveal the problem, and then sell the solution for $9 one time. And so, also, you can do this yourself and hire a developer, you can debug it yourself with AI, or you can just get it done in 10 seconds for $9. So, it's a no-brainer. And then we can sell a bunch of different fixed reports. So, it's like $2.90 per report, right? And so,

[15:46] this is what they get presented when they put their app in, and they have to sign up with an email address. So, the user pastes in their link here, and then it asks them for their email address, and then they get this, and then they also get a copy of the email a copy of the report emailed to them, and if they want to unlock it. So, here we give them all of the problems. Now, you could probably take this into Claude, or you could put it into Grok, and you could figure it out yourself, but if you just want to move fast and you'll have

[16:16] the exact prompts to solve these problems. Grok has coded all of this from the ground up and put it into a report. So, a copy of what the report looks like is that uh here is the prompt that you can copy-paste into your uh AI to fix it, right? And so, every single problem it finds, it gives you the solution. It even has set up vibe a hello@vibecheck.ac as an email address, and it's even set up a drip campaign that sends to people automatically who sign up for the free report, and you can see it sends a drip email number one, and then it's waits for a day, and then if they have paid,

[17:00] it doesn't send them the next one, but if they haven't paid, then it sends them this one to try and push them to pay, and then finally it sends them one last one uh to try and nudge them over the edge. Just crazy. And then if they do purchase, it sends them the report here nicely for them so that they can open it up, and they can go through the fixes in their own time. Just it's just blown my face clean off what Grok Bot is able to

[17:26] do. Unbelievable. So, we may have a product that is pretty impressive, but we do not have an autonomous business. Remember, that was the goal when we first started. We want to wake up and have cash in our bank accounts. So, what we need to do now is go back into Grok Bot and spin up another bunch of different Grok Bot agents to go out and actually do all of the marketing and the sales for us to sell the product. So, what we're going to do is we're going to load in this prompt here and it's going to set up a bunch of different automations inside of

[17:59] Grok Bot to do all of this and then we're going to spin up five different agents. All right, so we're going to paste this in here and we are just going to adjust it slightly. So, you are now the full-time CEO of Vibe Check. And so, I want you to run it and grow it every day without me. Remember,

[18:22] autonomously. Make money the way we picked, find users on X and through outreach, get found on Google, get recommended by ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok, grow the email list and send the daily email, read what people say about us on X, test one change a day and get more sign-ups and sales, catch and fix bugs before users see them, look after users, and manage your five worker bots and send me one

[18:46] one update every morning. And so, it's creating all these routines for us. Like this is crazy. [laughter] So, okay, all nine Vibe Check routines are live. Uh morning update, bug watch, customer care, X listening, growth test, SEO and AI, daily emails, worker bots, seven-day score cards. Uh and then some things that are uh limited. Okay, should I create the five worker bots for vibe check? And by the way, if I open up the CEO bot here, you can now see all of the routines that we've loaded into the bot, and it's going to work on these whether my computer is on or not. So, it's asking

[19:31] me should it create the five worker bots? Yes, but I will give you the specific prompts. All right, so let's come back here. Now, we know that every business is going to need these five jobs. We need to get users, we need to keep them coming back, we need to make money, we need to look after people, and we need to keep it working, right? So, we're going to spin up these five different bots, and they're all going to tie back into the CEO bot, and he is going to be the orchestrator of all of the bots. They do not speak to me, I just speak to the CEO

[20:06] bot. It's really like the the true agentic AI that we were promised from Hermes, and we were promised from Open Claw. So, this is the first prompt that I'm going to put in here, and it's got all of the names. Cool, so we're going to paste that in now. It's going to create these five worker bots, and then we're going to give them a specific task and a a soul, basically, and and a bunch of different routines from the prompts that I have already created. So, you can see up the side here, it's creating all of these bots for us. I didn't do any of

[20:38] this, I just gave it one prompt, right? And it's creating uh, keeper bot, it's creating money maker bot, it's creating newsletter bot. This is blowing my mind. This is so cool. Man, support bot, and then the CEO bot is the orchestrator. So, if I come back here, these are a bunch of prompts that I have already written out. I'm going to copy paste them all over. We have the support bot prompt and then the keeper bot prompt and I'm going to copy and paste all of those in, give it to Grok and then he's going to build it all out and assign tasks to all the workers. So we have loaded in all of these prompts now to program these bots and you can

[21:43] see that the CEO bot is actually messaging the other bots and it's telling them what to do and so it's assigning them tasks, it's assigning when it runs and which apps it has access to and then the last things that it needs from me to be able to action all of these things. So like look look at this. You can see the conversation between one bot, the CEO bot and the vibe check growth bot. So it's saying hi do one cycle of your job now. Like they are speaking to each other inside of the platform. How crazy is this? And then the vibe check growth bot is replying to

[22:23] the CEO bot and then the CEO bot will relate to me what they are saying and what they have done. So this is what we built today, right? We have the CEO agent as well as the five worker Grok bot agents that are all running their own tasks and we built a SaaS product that they go out and sell and service and then six integrations so that everything pings and happens automatically. Again, we are trying to be as autonomous as humanly possible and then we built out three different emails in a sequence where new customers are welcomed and they are delivered the product that they purchase and then and

[23:02] then 7 days from now, we are going to come back and see how close to this goal we actually are of making $200 a day. I am going to deploy all of these agents to go out and autonomously promote the product and sell the product, deliver the product, create better versions of it, debug everything, and manage it all
