[0:00] If you're looking to start using GrokBot as a complete beginner, then this video is going to be a very simple step-by-step of how to use GrokBot and not make mistakes that 99% of the people make because GrokBot isn't like any other AI software. It's not a ChatGPT and it's not a Claude. There is a certain way to use GrokBot to get some insane results which I've been achieving for my marketing agency for the couple for the past couple weeks now. Also, within this video, I'm going to give you prompts that you can literally copy and paste [music] into GrokBot to create the exact same agents I'm using to scale my

[0:43] marketing agency to 50,000 pounds a month. So, with that being said, the first thing you're going to want to do is head over to GrokBot, download the software. I'm not going to show you how to do that because if you can't do that, then I'm sorry, but I just can't help you. If you don't know how to download GrokBot, I cannot help you. Once GrokBot is installed, the first thing where most people go wrong is they get trigger-happy. They They just create so many agents that they never end up using

[1:12] and you just ultimately waste your time. So, before even getting started with GrokBot, I would highly recommend you to have a vision. What are you trying to build? Why are you using GrokBot? For me, I've I've had a marketing agency for 6 years and I need help going from 10K to 50K a month and I'm a one-man army, so I I can't do that by myself. So, what AI agents can I build? Can I create that's going to help me scale my marketing agency so I can hit that number? I then worked backwards and was like, "Okay, well, I'm not doing any [music] lead

[1:49] generation, so I need a lead gen agent. I'm not doing any outreach, so I need an outreach agent. And I'm getting quite busy at the moment, so I need someone to help me monitor my Facebook ads to make sure that it's not spending too much money and the and the results are So, I need an ads manager. Those three agents are exactly where I started. And don't get me wrong, I took probably three or four days, nearly a week, in telling the bot and the agent that you're doing a job. Like, [music] it's not out of the box plug and play,

[2:23] and that's where most people go wrong. You can't just give it a prompt like you're talking to ChatGPT and it does it instantly. It's going to make mistakes and a lot of them. And unfortunately, you have to allow them to make [music] the mistakes so you can correct it and they never do it again. Put it this way, [music] Grok Bot is pretty much like a full-time employee. Let's say you've got a marketing agency and you're looking to generate more leads within your ICP,

[2:53] which is your ideal customer. You hire an employee who knows everything about marketing and lead generation, but they don't know your business. So, at first, that real human employee is going to make a load of mistakes that you have to accept because they're brand new to your business. The same rule applies to Grok Bot. Tell it where it went wrong, tell it what you like, tell it what you don't like. Tell Tell Grok Bot, "Listen, that's not how I do things. Can you do this instead?" And it would learn over time. And again, that's why I made pre-made prompts that I spent weeks building. If you're interested in

When you've got the idea, it might be a marketing agency, it might be a social media management agency. A lot of people that I jump on some of my one-on-one calls on with, they they don't really have a vision. They kind of they they do a little bit of this and then they build the agents and then they do a little bit of this and they build the agents and nothing actually comes together and they

[4:05] don't end up making any money. I was on a call with with someone today who signed up for my one-on-one coaching and he was kind of like, "I've got so many agents. I just feel overwhelmed." and I'm like, "I don't blame you." like you you have no clear path of what you want Grokbot to do. Now, when you're first starting to use Grokbot, I would go as slow as possible. I I wouldn't just jump the gun and create five agents. I would go right, "I need this agent and I need this agent." And when these two agents get me results, I will then need this this this this and

[4:42] this. But what happens is is you create these two agents and you know you need three more. So you you spend all your hours in your day building those even though these two aren't now doing their job to warrant these three. It It is hard to explain but I'm hopefully I'm making sense. For example, if I had a if I was starting a brand new marketing agency from scratch, I would have a lead

[5:07] generation agent and an outreach agent. Now, these two would do its work. The second I get a booked call and I sign a client from the booked call, I would then spend a couple of hours building an agent to cater for that client. It could be an ads manager on Facebook, it could be a Google Ads manager, it could be a social media or

[5:29] website designer or graphic designer. But there's no point worrying and spending time building those agents before the other agents have done their job. It just doesn't make sense. So in fact, before you even download Grokbot, you got to think to yourself as a complete beginner, what are you downloading GrokBot for? What is your desired outcome? Now, you might be a business owner who has a load of admin stuff that you got to take care

[5:55] of. Well, okay, you've got your plan. You know what you need. Like, what Who would you employ in real life? That's how you've got to think. You might be a marketing agency owner and you're like, "I've got too many accounts. I can't do reporting for every account every week. I need a I need a reporting agent." Okay, cool. You've got

[6:13] your plan. But, before you download it, at least have a plan because otherwise, you're just going to start using it like ChatGPT and Claude, and it's just not that kind of software. But, like I said, just diving into GrokBot, creating a load of agents with no plan of action, you're never going to get anywhere. You have to have a clear plan of action. You could be an agency [music] owner that's just started, and you need help finding a few leads and getting some booked calls in so you can sign your first five clients. Cool. Run with that one. Or, you could be someone in my situation

[6:48] where I've got an agency. I'm already doing 10 grand a month. How can I get it to 20, 30, 40, 50 grand a month? Right, work backwards. I need this person, this person, and this person. I've just kept it so simple, it's worked. And over the last few days since I've been uploading these GrokBot videos, I've had a few comments saying, "It's It doesn't work. It doesn't do this." Or, "Prove that it works." And until you teach the agent exactly what you want to do and what your expected outcome is, and you can physically see it for yourself working, getting results, I have to admit, it's hard to believe

[7:25] because we've never had a software like GrokBot perform like this for us before. We've had Claude. We've had ChatGPT. [music] We have Claude Co-Work, which can take over your screen and do things for you. But, to work 24 hours a day on your behalf growing your business [music] without making any mistakes once it's learned everything is absolutely incredible.
