# Claude AI + Dropshipping = $7.97M (WTF Did Claude Just Do?!) Channel: THE ECOM KING Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mYv9qkjXRRo Duration: 36 min Language: English Words: 7688 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/mYv9qkjXRRo --- [0:00] In 2022, my student Nick was a complete beginner with drop shipping. But today, in 2026, he's running a drop shipping brand that generates [music] almost $10 million in revenue with around about a 23% profit margin. And more importantly, what got him to $1 million to $10 million was Claude AI. and I'm going to be showing you in today's [music] video the key reasons of his success and how he was able to use Claude AI with drop shipping to elevate it and leverage the hell out of his store. Now, with that being said, guys, don't forget to destroy the like button so you can get access to the Myro board, the skills, [0:37] and the cheat sheet that I'm going to be using today. And it also supports the channel and I always give you guys the most value that I can. So, the first thing that I want to do is show you guys the proof that my student Nick was able to do these crazy numbers. So, you can see I'm inside of WhatsApp and Nick sent me a message the other day of his monthly revenue. And you can see here when I open up the image, he's done [0:59] 834,000. He spent 386,000 in ads and his rorowaz is around about 2.4. This screenshot shows his yearly revenue, which is 7.812 million. And you can see here, this shows the last 365 days, and he's generated around about 7.8 8 million with 75,000 orders and an average order value of around about 85. Now, that's gross sales, but the actual revenue here [1:24] is 7,42,000. Now, some of you guys are actually going to know who this is, especially if you're a longtime subscriber or you've been in the mentoring program because Nick used to be one of the mentors in the company. And I'm not even trying to promo my mentoring program, but it just shows you the caliber of mentors that we have in the program. So, with all the proof out of the way and the context behind it, I'm now inside the Myro board. And you can see this is a massive timeline that I've created for you guys to give you guys the full context of the whole journey. Now, like I said to you [1:56] guys in the intro, I'm not going to be covering the full journey, but I am going to be covering the main concepts with AI that generated him drastic success as those are the ones that I believe that you could take away today, implement in your drop shipping store, and see drastic changes in your performance. So, the first thing that I want to go over is the product that I'm going to be using in this video as a demonstration and the store. Now, this isn't Nick's store. I'm obviously not going to be giving it away because he [2:22] doesn't want people to copy his store. So, this is the product that I'm going to be using, which is called Barber's Tonic, and it's essentially a blackout trimmer, premium, affordable, and a zero gap. So, the key selling point to this is the zero gaps in the shaver head. You can see here they generate on a monthly [2:38] basis around about $400,000 to $800,000. So, it's very similar to the kind of revenue that Nick store does. And again, it's in a similar niche. So, that's why I've used it as an example. And you can see here, these are all the ads that they're running. Now, if we go over to their store, this is their actual store. Now, this is a drop shipping store, by the way. It's probably a white labelled store. Now, the reason why I know it's a white label store is because of [3:00] AliExpress reversed image searched it. This is the image off their website, and this is the image on AliExpress. You can see it's the same exact product. The only difference is theirs has their logo at the bottom, which means they're just white labeling the product, but essentially it is a drop shipping product. And you can see they're buying it for around about $4 if they were to [3:18] wholesale it as a white labeling brand. And they're selling it here for around about $50 to $60. So the markup is really, really good. So now I've shown you guys the store that I'm going to be using as the example and as the reference and the product. It's going to make complete sense. Now I want to go [3:35] over the key points about this store. Number one, the product is $64.95 and apparently it was $100. So they're giving you a 35% discount, never the dollar amount. They've got 4.8 stars from 1,200 reviews. Now, the ad that they're running claims they've got over 30,000 guys that have made the switch. They got eight products in their whole store, but only one product, which is this one here, does all the work. The first ad they ran was an 18th of April 2025. So that's a really new store. It's just over a year old and it's able to [4:07] now do around about 7.6 million a year. Again, very close to Nick's store and they sell to the US first, then Canada, then Australia. So, these are the countries that they sell to. Now, the reason why I'm bringing all of this up is because I've always taught you guys on this channel, the best way to find products and to validate your product is by using things like Winning Hunter that show you proven stores with proven ad formulas. That way you get an understanding of what's actually working. So my favorite way to do product research, I'm just going to quickly highlight it, is by using a tool [4:41] like Winning Hunter or anything else that gives you this kind of data because instead of you guessing what's making money, what isn't making money, what ads are running, what are their best performing ads, you can clearly see it here. I can clearly see what are their top performing ads cuz it shows me here, these are the best ads that they're currently running. And it also shows me what their bestselling product is. So, I'm not there to do the guesswork. I know it works. I just need to re-engineer how to sell it. So, if you've ever had issues with your product research, it's so easy to do product [5:10] research now. You're literally just taking the data and you're using it in your advantage. Now, you're not going to be copying these types of stores. You're going to be re-engineering it and rebirththing your store based on what they're not doing. But, this will all make sense a little bit later. Now, the first thing that I want to highlight and it is extremely important and a lot of beginners haven't quite yet got to it is how important the Andromeda update was for Facebook ads. Now, we all as drop shippers run ads on Facebook. That's usually our biggest ad platform. And the problem is Facebook created something called the Andromeda change. And a lot [5:46] of people still haven't understood how it works. Now, I'm not going to waste too much time going over this because I've made a separate video on it. But what I am going to do is quickly highlight the key things. So what the Andromeda update is is it's Facebook's own AI algorithm that understands basically creatives. So the Andromeda update can listen to your creative, transcribe your creative, understand who you're trying to sell to and what you're trying to sell. So basically using targeted interests are no longer important. Facebook does all the targeting because of your creative. And the other thing Facebook can do is it [6:22] can work out how good your creative is. Does it convert? Does it get people to watch? Do people click and then not buy? Facebook's Andromeda AI algorithm can figure all of this out. So essentially, if your AI creatives or your UGC creatives or whatever ad creatives you're running does not make the Andromeda AI algorithm with Facebook happy, your ads will never convert. And this is the key point of the case study that I want to highlight, which is the creative and the ads. This is the main thing that I want to cover because when I see beginners time and time again, the weakest part of their store is the [6:57] advertisements. Their store looks good, the product they've chosen is very good, but the ad creative, the ad angle, and what they're trying to sell the product for just doesn't make any sense. And this is the biggest reason why you're all failing. Your creatives are terrible. One thing that I'm going to say about Nick is he's a creative genius. He is 10 times better than me at creative strategist. He knows how to create videos that convert and he always has done since 2022. The Facebook Andromeda update actually made Nick's life easier because it instead of using stacked interests and learning from that, it learns from the creative, which [7:39] was what Nick was the best at doing. Now, I'm going to be honest, and I know this is going to upset a lot of you. 95% of you create terrible ads. And that's just unfortunately the truth because if it wasn't, your stores would be doing really well. So, now let me quickly go over this. An angle is the reason somebody should care. It's not the product. Nobody can guess the winning angle. Not us, not you, and not a $10 million media buyer. So, we stopped guessing. Now, this is really important because a lot of people just assume they can guess what a winning angle will do [8:12] or they can pay somebody or know somebody that knows what they're doing. And that's why we have to test multiple angles, variations, and marketing tactics. Now, if you don't know what an angle is, it's the way you're selling to people psychologically. The words that you use, the framework that you use, how the ad is presented, what you're saying in the ad, and the emotions you're trying to target. The simplest way to think of this is same product, different reason to want it. It saves you money is one angle. It stops your back from hurting is another. Your mom will cry [8:44] when she opens it. That's a third angle. Same box in all three. One of those angles is worth 10x the other two. You do not know which. That is not a skill problem. That's a math problem. So, we let money vote. Now, how we test this guys is one adset, one product, one landing page. Only the angle changes or the avatar. same budget and the same three days for every angle. So, it's a fair race/ test. We look at one number, cost per purchase, we ignore everything else. Anything that's a 2x worse than the best angle gets switched off. No feelings, no second chances. Whatever survive is the winning creative or [9:22] angle, then we make 10 more versions of that. Now, if you break this down simply, guys, I'm trying to tell you to detach your emotions from your creatives. You're going to have a bias to what you think will do the best, but that's not the truth. The math and the money will dictate what is going to perform. And the truth with Andromeda, guys, is you have to mass test a lot of things. And this is where beginners struggle because they're not used to mass testing different angles, different landing pages. And the way you got to look at it is if you're testing an angle with this beard trimmer, one of the [9:54] angles is men that can't afford to go to the barbers every week and get a haircut. So that is the saving money situation. Now we might create one landing page to match the ad for that. So if your ad talks about saving money, not going to the barber every week, feeling a little bit self-conscious that you can't do that and you look rough, then the actual landing page should be bespoke to that angle instead of you trying to make one landing page that covers all of your angles because then [10:23] you're going to confuse your audience. is you're not getting the same quality of haircut as you would get from a barber. And the main reason is the clipper that you're using isn't barber grade. So, you're there cutting your own hair, but it doesn't look good. So, that's a pain point because people want that desired barber look, but they can't get it at home because their clippers just can't do the job. So, then you'd make an angle telling you that you can get the barber look from home and the reason why you couldn't before is because your clipper wasn't the right design. Then you make a landing page [10:54] exclusively for that angle. So you've got to divide your landing pages by the angle. And most beginners skip this stage because they're lazy. They don't want to create multiple landing pages. And then the ad link that you put to the landing page in your ad would be for that landing page. And you can simply do this by using an app or just duplicating [11:10] your landing page and changing the URL. It's really not that difficult. And that moves me on to the next point, which is how we found our avatars. Don't get it confused with the person in the video being the AI avatar. We're talking about the person that presented the person who would buy your thing, not a group, one person with a name and a bad day. So, let's go over what an avatar actually is. For example, women that are 25 to 55 [11:36] is not an avatar. That is a phone book. A real avatar has a sentence they say out loud to their friend. You want three to five of them because people buy the same thing for different reasons. One avatar, one angle, five avatars, five things to test. Now, I hope that makes sense, but that's how we're dividing it out. Now, what I've even done for you guys is I've created a custom skill that we're going to give to Claude in a minute that's going to help you find your avatar competitor gap. So, like I was saying to you guys before, this is the store that I want to reference, not [12:06] copy, but I'm going to take the same product and sell it to a new group of people cuz it clearly makes money and they're currently running ads. But what I need to do is I need to find that new group of people that I can sell that product to because we know the product sells and makes money because it clearly shows us here. All I've got to do is find a new group of avatars to sell that product to. So this goes over what my skill does. So you can read this in your own time. I don't want to waste too much time in this video going over this [12:32] stuff, but you're going to see below this the stepby-step guide. So you can see here it says step by step. You're going to open up the step-by-step guide and you're going to see it says how we found avatars using AI. You're going to see the skill link here. You're going to download this skill. You're then going to head over to Claude. Now, you're going to want to make sure you're using the Claude desktop app because then you get access to co-work. You can see you got chat and co-work. You do need to be using co-work as it's multiple agents running one simple task. I'm using Opus [13:00] 5 as it's the most complex, but it's not as complex as Fable, but it doesn't need to be. It's more than complex. So, Opus 5. Now, if you're on one of the lower plans on Claude, Sonic 5 is also quite good, but I like to use Opus 5. Then you're going to come in the top left and go to customize. You're going to go over to where it says skills, add skill, upload your skill, and then you're going to upload that skill here. And then you can see it's uploading. And then it says uploaded avatar. So now you can see it says here avatar competitor gap has been [13:27] added. So then what I can do is I can go back to my conversation. I can click where it says skills. Avatar competitor gap. So I've added that skill inside the chat. Now step two shows pick your three avatar. So I've got my first avatar here. my second avatar here and my third avatar. Now, you might be wondering, well, how did I even come up with these avatars? Now, if we go back to the myro board, you can see here it goes over how I was able to find people. So, you can see if you go to stage one, it says find people. It reads what your customers [13:57] wrote, then make five pretend people who would buy your thing. Then it goes out to Reddit and Google on its own. Your reviews only have people who have already bought it. Then it stops and makes you pick your three. You choose not the computer. Now this is where we do not get AI to do the work. We [14:14] actually do it ourselves. Then stage two, it gets to know one person properly. One person per answer. You type in what you want. It asks nine questions about him like what is his bathroom looks like at 7:00 a.m.? What would make him close the app? And then stage three, it checks who else is talking to him. So now once we've added the skill to the Claude chat, you're actually going to want to go back to your competitor's website's landing page. So you can see it here. You're going to copy the landing page. And then what you're going to do is you're going to paste the link here. And you're also [14:45] going to go to their ads library by coming back to Winning Hunter. And I can go to where it says view details page ad library. And I can also copy their ad library and I can give it over to Claude. So then what I can do is I can put these here, which is the skill, their website, and their ad library. And then I can get Claude to figure out the rest. Now, what Claude's going to do is once you've given it this prompt, if we go back to the Myro board, it's going to do these three stages. Stage one, it finds the people. Stage two, it gets to [15:14] know who the one person probably is. And stage three, it checks who else is talking to him. So, this is a very comprehensive skill that goes over who we're trying to sell to and our five different avatars. And you can see that Claude's now saying, "I'll start by reading the skill reference files and [15:30] fetching the product page." All right. So before we move on with this crazy case study, there is one crucial thing. When you're scaling to these type of numbers, you need a drop shipping supplier that you can trust. Because when you're doing thousands and thousands of orders, there is a massive amount of risk. And that's exactly why we use USA Drop. USA Drop's been around for 11 years and it's completely free for you guys to sign up using the link in the description and in the pin comment. You can go over to where it says products, fam products. You can reverse search for your product or you [16:00] can type in the name. So I might want to type in Clipper and then you can see here it comes up with all the relevant products. Then what you can do is you can click on the product and then you can see here it says ships to you can choose the country and then you can go here to where it says check USA drop quote and then what you can also do is order a sample product and then you can connect it straight to your Shopify store. Now the amazing thing about USA Drop is they have super fast shipping lines because they have access to all [16:25] the different shipping vendors. FedEx, Union Express, so they can get your product to your customer within 5 to 15 days. They also have an amazing refund policy just in case things go wrong. And they have the best payment methods to pay them as a supplier. Once you've clicked check USA drop, you can go to sourcing and then you can see here it gives you the quotes. Once you've quoted a product, you can click view details and you can see all the information about the quote. And then if you come over to here where it says my store, you can see all of your stores that are [16:54] connected through Shopify. As you can see, there's loads here. And then you can click add another store and you can add it. And you can also add your Tik Tok store as well. Then the other thing that I really like is the private agent feature. So as long as you get five plus orders a day, you unlock a private agent. Now you don't need to pay a monthly subscription for this like most companies try and do, the barrier to entry for private agent with USA Drop is very low. And that opens up to better pricing, better shipping quotes. So you basically get the best quality drop [17:24] shipping supplier service as a beginner. If you're looking for the best partner in your drop shipping business for fulfillment, USA Drop is that. So you'll find a link in the description and in the pin comment. Now once Claude's completed that task, and it can take around about 8 minutes cuz it is a very big task for it to do. It's going to give you back a document that looks similar to this. So you can see it says here avatar deep dive and competitor gap. And you can see here it goes over stage one, the review. So it goes over all the reviews. It's the same product [17:52] bought on Amazon. So, it goes over all of those reviews. So, you can see here it says, "The moment it happens, attempted to line up my hair, not even halfway through, the blade is moving around on the right side." Then, it goes over what they tried before. Then, this is the most important thing, which is the words for the pain. It cut me. So, it goes over the blade actually cutting them. Then, the next pain point is, you lied about the zero gap. So, they're lying about the zero gap. The words for relief. Very crisp edge, nice crisp lines. What nearly stopped them from buying? Buyer, be aware. These trimmers [18:28] cut very close and do not need lineups. Then we've got the stage 1B, which is the six avatars. So you can see here, name and age. So these are my avatars now. Trey 26, Andre 34, Marcus 38, Curtis 47, and Dwayne 41. And then an extra one is Roberto 51. owns Clippers, buzzes himself, and has never once lined himself up. Andrew already bought a zero gapped out the box trim it, and it wasn't. Then it goes over the bad day that they have Sunday night buzzed down hairline still looks fuzzy. Then it goes [18:58] over the source from outside research. This is based on reviews, reviews, and outside, reviews, and outside. So those are my avatars that I've got. Then it goes into deep detail about what my avatar does. And then stage one is the 10 hooks. So, these are the hooks that we're going to be using in our ads. They told you zero gap, then you open the box. So, these are the hooks that we can [19:20] use. Then, stage two is the deep dive. Now, I'm not going to read all of this cuz it's really boring, but I think you guys get the example of what we're doing here with the avatar research. We literally got Claude to come up with some theoretical avatars based on real research and evidence on Amazon, the comments from the ads. Then, we got the competitors in stage three. These are all the other brands selling the same clip, all very similar. It goes over the hero claim, the price, the offer mechanism, and the objection they lead on. And then it goes over what every one of the five is missing. And then it goes [19:52] over the coverage matrix. Now, you can see that this research is 34 pages, so I'm not going to bore you with it, but this is the type of avatar research and hypothetical avatars that you should be making. And now, if you're watching this video and you're thinking, "Well, this is a crazy amount of research to do on hypothetical avatars." If you're not doing this, this is the reason why your ads aren't performing. These are the type of lengths and depth you have to go into to create top performing ads. And it's exactly what me and Nick do every single day. This is the exact same workflow. Now, this is all going to make [20:27] sense because what we now need to do is study our competitor's current ads. We have our five avatars in mind, but we now need to understand why their ads performed well because having the five avatars doesn't mean that's going to be the way we create the ad. We've got to understand the ad mechanism and then relay that back into our avatars. So, you can see here on the myra board, I go over zero to 100k and the five things that we did. Now, if you scroll down, it goes over our ads and where the ideas came from. Now, the free version of this is you can just type in your brand's [21:00] competitor's name in the ad library, but then you won't know which is their best performing ad. So, then technically you're guessing. So, that's why I like to use Winning Hunter. When I open up the pages ads, you can see here I can filter it now by highest reach and spend. And then what I can do is I can [21:14] see what was their best performing ads. So, now I've filtered it by highest reach and spend. This is now showing me which ads were the ones that converted the best for them. That way, you guys won't be studying the ads that didn't convert for them. You're only focusing on the ones that actually worked. So, what I can do is, guys, is I can go to where it says view details, and I can open in full screen, and I can watch the [21:36] ads. Save hundreds on barber visits. Try this zero gap trimmer. Every barber's secret to sharp lines is a zero gap trimmer. But the problem is, most trimmers come with a gap in the blades, so they're not sharp. You see this gap right here? That's why most don't hit. And trying to adjust them yourself is nearly impossible. But this blackout trimmer is different. It's perfectly set to zero by a master barber. So, it's ready to cut right out the box. I was so frustrated cuz all these normal trimmers at the store are mid, and the ones at the beauty store are crazy expensive. But [22:05] these blackout trimmers are the truth. Their best performing ad has an AI voice over, an AI avatar on the bottom looking like they're speaking, but then they're using what we call real B-roll. Now, this is the formula that has been printing for most brands. They're leveraging AI ads this exact same way. Instead of doing a full AI avatar, that [22:26] always gives it away that your ad is AI. But the way these guys are doing it with real B-roll, which is the video that you can see of them cutting the hair with an AI voice over and then an AI avatar in the corner of the screen, it stops people from thinking they're AI. You're not focusing on the small little avatar on the bottom that looks like that is AI cuz you can barely tell that they're AI [22:47] cuz they're so small in the screen. You're now watching the B-roll that is actually real and the voice is AI. So, it stops your brain from realizing that the ad's AI. Unless you're an expert, you wouldn't know. I have given you guys some extra value and I've broken down exactly why these three ads have done really, really well. I'd recommend that you read both of these as it is crucially important. Now, once you guys have read this in your spare time, which again, I'd highly recommend, you're going to come back here to where it says stepbystep guide. You're going to open up the step-by-step guide and then it's [23:19] going to show you how you can remake the ads. So, what you're going to want to do is you're going to want to get an image of the product. So, you can see this is my product image of the razor. You're then going to upload your competitor's ad in the claude chat. So, now we can download the ads. So, I can go here to [23:33] view details and I can click download. Now, if you're doing it in the ad library, you can use this Chrome extension called video downloader helper. You can click it and then you can see the videos that I can download. So, that's the free way to do it. And then once you've downloaded the top three ads that are converting, you're [23:47] going to go back to the Claude chat. You're going to go back to that same Claude chat that did the avatar research, you're going to upload the videos here. You're going to also download the skills in the sheet. So you can see here I've given you two skills, the ad tearown and the ad scripts. So you need to download both of these [24:03] skills. Add the skills to the chat here. And then you're going to add the prompt. So you're going to copy this exact prompt. And then once you've copied the prompt, you're going to send it back to Claude. So once you've done that with Claude, it should give you back a script to give to the avatar. So it shouldn't have made any videos or anything. It should just give you the script and the outline of what ads you're going to make. Then what you're going to do is you're going to come back to the Myro board and you're going to see there's a section called the ads we made with [24:30] Arcads and Gridbank. So these are the two platforms we use to make the ads. Now, just to show you how good these ads are when you use this method, I'm going to show you two examples that we made. So, this is the first one. Wasn't zeroed like they say. Then the blade moved right side before I was even halfway done. After that, I couldn't get a good line anywhere. I've been pushed back before. I'm not chasing the line again. This one came zero gaps out of the box. No adjusting. Watch the whole right side. No cutaway. No hidden second trimmer. I'm done guessing where the line should go. If you are the same, [25:07] link below. Then here's the next ad. Barber's Tonic sent me their zero gap trimmer. So, let's actually check that because the last one I bought said zero gapped out the box, too. It wasn't. This is the Blackout Trimmer X. Here's the whole test. Hold it to the light. If you can see daylight between the blades, it's not zero gapped. I couldn't, so I ran my own line. First pass, no [25:28] adjusting, no screwdriver, no tutorial. Took me about a minute. For me, that's a barber visit I didn't pay for. And unlike the last three I bought, I didn't have to fix it before I could use it. Shout out to Barber's Tonic for sending it over. Click below if you want to get one. So, those are the two stars that we made. And you can see that they don't give it away that it's an AI ad. So, the first thing that we need to do is connect the Arcads MCP to Claude. Now, Claude doesn't have any video generation models built in. So, we have to use a [25:56] third party like Arcads to be able to do it. So, what you're going to want to do is head over to Arcads. There'll be a link in the description and in the pin comment. Come to your dashboard. You're going to see your username here. And what you're going to do is you're going to click the little settings icon. Then once you've done that, you're going to see MCP and skills. You're going to see [26:14] this video that shows you how to do it. So, if you watch the video and you get to time stamp 0.28, you can see the URL that you need to use. So, we can go back over to Claude. We can come over here to the left hand side, customize. We can then go to where it says connectors, add add a custom connector. We're going to call it arcads. And then you're going to put in [26:34] the URL that we just read out and found. Then once you've done that, you're going to see arcads right here. You're going to change the permission to always allow. That way the AI agent can build without needing permission. So it's a lot quicker. And then once you've done all of that guys, we've got archads built in. So it can generate images and videos. Then once we've done that guys, we can click the plus symbol, go to connectors, and we can see Arcads just here. Then the next thing that we're going to want to do is go back to our Arcads account, and you can see here it [27:02] shows the GitHub skills. So we're going to copy this, and you're going to say get these skills. Then once Claude's done that, you're going to see it says save the skills. You're going to click save. Now, for those that don't understand what this is, Archads have already prepared a load of skills for Claude. So it understands the best practices when creating ads using the Arcads MCP. So this essentially just means that the quality of ads that we're going to get when we use this connection will be a lot better than if we weren't to download the skills. So this is really crucial because this teaches and [27:34] tells Claude how to do everything the most efficient way. So once you've got the skills downloaded on Claude for the archads, we're now going to cover grid bank. So this is the bit everyone actually wants. two tools doing two different jobs on the same ad. Gridbank gives you the real footage. Arcads gives you the person who can talk. You need them both. So, this is the exact framework that's giving advertisers the best ads. So, if you've made it this far into the video, then this is where it pays off because most people just completely forget about this strategy simply because they just don't know about it. So this is the split grid bank [28:12] library of real vertical videos you are allowed to use real hands, real kitchens and real people. Arcads make a person who does not exist hold your trimmer and says your words. Grid bank cannot say your hook. Arcads can film a real bathroom at 7 a.m. Essentially guys, what you're doing here is you're leveraging the real footage and then you're leveraging again the AI to complement the real footage to make it out like your brand is real and saying the things. So, you're going to head over to gridbank.io and you're going to create a free account. Then, once you've created a free account, you're going to see all of [28:46] this here. Then, what you can do is you can see all the niches here. So, I could go to beauty and fashion. And then, you're going to see all of these are videos that I can use. As long as it doesn't say premium, we can use them for free. So, these are all the B-roll [28:59] footage that we could use for our ads. Now, remember, the B-roll footage that we get from here is to complement the ad that we use. Now, what we can do on GridBank is we can search for keywords like male grooming or barbering and we can find relevant videos. We've seen this one come up here of somebody [29:16] getting the back of their neck shaved. So, I can open this clip up. I can see the person that created the content and you can see now I'm seeing other clips appear for similar content. So, you can see this guy's getting a fade. You can see this guy is doing his beard. Now, you want to find the most relevant footage that you can. Now, the reason why you're going to want to find the most relevant footage is because we're [29:36] going to be using this as our B-roll. So, I found another video here, and you can see I'm seeing even more videos here. So, this one's really good. This gu is from Haramman, New York. So, if we open this one up, we have now found somebody that we could use. So, we've got this video here. This is really good for my product. And we've got this video here. So, this is what we call the real footage that we can use. And then we can use the power of AI to leverage the footage. So, we're going to use some of the real footage, but then we're going [30:05] to create custom clips where our product is then in the frame. So, once you've got the Gridbank content, you're going to want to download a few of the clips. Now, you got to make sure that the person in there is the same. You've seen mine. He's the exact same. You're going to want to download between two and four videos of that avatar. Then, once you've downloaded it, you're going to go back to your Claude chat with the Arcad skills downloaded. And that same chat should also have the avatar research that was done. and you also got it to do the scripts for you cuz we downloaded [30:34] those two skills, which is the script skill and the angle skill. Now, you should already have some of your scripts ready. Then, what you're going to want to do is upload those videos you downloaded from Grid Bank, and you're going to add them to the Claude conversation. You're then going to give it a prompt that's in the cheat sheet that tells Claude to reuse that footage and then create custom AI footage, enhancing those videos. Then once you've sent that prompt, Claude's then going to use all of the resources from Archads like the GBT image 2 model to then recreate a story board of different images based on the grid bank video that [31:13] you gave it the real footage and then create custom concepts with AI and then it's going to turn it into sedans videos. So it's going to be using sedans 2.0. Now once you've done all of that you're then going to go into Cap Cut. You're gonna upload all of the footage that was made and you're gonna make sure that the sequence makes sense. You're going to chop any little bits off that [31:34] are either too long or there's pauses. You can then auto caption it and then simply that is your final ad. So that's the final ad guys. And you can see how it all came together. Now the last thing that you guys need to do is make sure you've generated between five different videos for each angle. So if you've got three angles, you need 15 different videos. So it's really important that you make all of those videos. Now, it is going to take some time. I'm not going to lie. It could take you a day. It could take you two days. It could take you three days. It could even take you a [32:02] week. But this is what separates the winners from the losers. And this is the task that me and Nick spend most of our time on inside of our stores to get success. Now, once you've done all the videos, guys, I want to cover the offers and the landing pages. Now, this is super important because this is where most beginners again fail because they have bad offers that are weak. Now, this is the make or break because when you're running paid ads, if your average order value is bad, then you're not going to afford to be able to pay for a cost per purchase. So, your cost per purchase [32:33] will be way too high and your profit margin will be way too low and then you're not profitable. So, the offer is not the product. The offer is the deal wrapped around the product. The same trimmer, two different deals. One sells twice as much. Nothing about the trimmer changed. This is a but this is the biggest lever in the whole B. This is the biggest lever in the whole board because a better offer makes every ad you're running work better at once. A better ad only helps itself. If you drop ship, it matters even more. You do not own the factory. Anyone can buy the same [33:07] product tomorrow. The offer is the one thing they cannot copy as a drop shipper. This is one of the landing pages that have an offer that's really good. So, it's called the free bird. The cheap button is the trap. So you can see here the cheap button is the $34.99. Whereas there's an option here called [33:25] the Flex Series shaving kit. That's $52. So $99 crossed out. So you can see the $99 here crossed out in big letters. And it says save 65%. Your brain does the sum before you've even read a single word. The kit on its own is $52. The kit with the blade club is $34. The cheaper button is the one that signs you up forever. Now, this is a really powerful trick, guys, because it enables MR in the business, monthly revenue subscriptions. So, most people are going to avoid the more expensive option because they're going to go for the cheaper option. But what they don't realize is the cheaper option puts them [34:04] on a subscription. Whereas, if they were to just buy it outright, it would cost them $52. So, by using this psychological bundle trick or offer trick, you're getting people on a subscription so that every month they're going to get given blades and a cleaning set. Now, the last offer that I want to show you, and again, this isn't for the product, but it can be for any of the products that you're selling, is the [34:26] save up to 60% off with four free gifts. Now, this is very aggressive. So, the big headline is that you save up to 67% and you're getting four things for free. four green boxes, each with its own priced crossed out. So, you can see here, this is one of the items, and it's meant to be $54, but you get it for free. That's free shipping. You're also going to get here the underarm wipes, which is usually $6, but you're getting it for free. Then, the next thing that you're getting is the mystery gift, which is usually $27, but you're getting it for free. Then the fourth thing is [35:00] the exfoliating wash, which is usually $27, but you're also getting it for free, which means that you're getting a massive amount of products for free. And here's the truth, guys. The reason why I've not gone over landing page design in this video is because it's not really that important. If you've got a strong offer and a strong ad and a basic landing page that covers the offer, you will convert. Making a nicel looking landing page is just a bonus. So, as long as you've got a solid ad with avatars that you're trying to sell to and an aggressive offer, you're going to have something called an ad money [35:35] machine. That's what's proven to make money. And that's the same thing that we do in our stores that give us these crazy results. Also, if you guys want to learn how to build landing pages and run Facebook ads, I'll leave the relevant links to those in the description. With that being said, guys, I hope you got loads of alpha from this, especially if you stayed around. And I'll catch you guys on the next --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI (https://viewrankai.com).
