# 7 Proven Ways to Make Money With AI (No Experience) Channel: Mark Tilbury Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hriu0irRcpE Duration: 26 min Language: English (United States) Words: 4975 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/hriu0irRcpE --- [0:00] Believe it or not, everyone trying to make money with AI right now is making the exact same mistake. You see, most people think they have to build their own tool or some kind of AI startup, but 99% of them will get demolished by the huge companies with millions in funding. E-Man here is an investor and advisor to a multi-billion dollar AI company, so I asked him to film this video with me to share his unique insight into where the industry is heading over From what you're seeing, how are the people making serious [0:29] money with AI doing it? Well, every business knows that they need to be using AI, but almost none of them know how to, which means that the real money goes to whoever can take these AI tools and put them to work for a business. And that's why today, E-Man and I are breaking down the proven ways to do just that, and we're going to be ranking them on [0:48] this tier list. And as he's my guest, I'll let E-Man take the first one. [0:55] So this is all about getting paid to make property listings look incredible, and you can use AI to do all the work for you. You see, every real estate agent and property owner knows that their photos are one of the first things that a buyer or a guest sees, and most of them are these rushed phone pictures with bad lighting [1:14] and even worse angles. And most of them know that it's costing them inquiries, but they don't have the time or budget to hire a professional photographer to fix it. And that's where you come in, because a few dollars in AI credits can turn these dodgy photos into something that looks like a professional shoot, and that's worth a lot more to them [1:32] than what you charge. But that's enough theory. How do you actually do this? So you're going to start off by going to any property listing website. I'm here on Airbnb, but you can use Zillow, Property24, or even Booking.com. Look, it doesn't really matter. So take some time to go look through all the listings and photos, and I can immediately see there are [1:51] some pretty bad ones here. So your job, or in fact, I should say AI's job, is to fix that. So the next step is you're going to take the photos here on the listing, and then you're actually going to feed them into an AI image generation platform such as Hixfield. And then it's just a case of typing in a simple prompt like this in order to [2:09] improve them. And there we go. Look at how much better these are already. But it doesn't stop there, because the real opportunity is going one step further and creating a cinematic walkthrough video generated from those same photos. Let me show you what I actually mean. So I'm going to paste this prompt in here and see what it generates. [2:34] This is nuts that you can do this from your laptop. And look, I get it. From your perspective, you're sat here and you're going, okay, well, why would a real estate agent or Airbnb host pay for Well, it's quite simple. There are two main reasons. The first is rather obvious. Better photos and videos gets more inquiries, and more inquiries means [2:51] more bookings and more sales. But the second reason is the one that most people never think of. Time. I mean, a walkthrough video actually does the first viewing for them, because the buyers who don't like the layout, they filter themselves out at home. Okay, so the agent only spends their weekend with people who actually want [3:09] the place. So if I wanted to offer this, how would I actually Well, believe it or not, finding a list of potential clients is as easy as their names, emails and phone numbers that are already sat here on online property listings. So I'd pick a couple with terrible photos. I would improve them and I would actually send them the before [3:27] and afters as a free sample. This is pretty cheap and fast, so you can do lots of them for different agents. And then I would produce one walkthrough video that you can use as an example of your work. Now, these are a little bit more expensive to generate, so I wouldn't waste money doing this [3:43] for free. Then when an agent bites on the photos, I would actually show them that example and offer the walkthrough as the upsell. But how much money can you make? Look, I'm going to be honest. You're not going to be charging thousands per video here. A walkthrough and some improved images can be priced about $100 USD. But it only costs you a few dollars in credits to make, so the profit margins [4:03] are great. And as you land more clients with more listings, you can actually start charging monthly retainers. At that point, this can make you anywhere from $5,000 USD to $10,000 USD a month. Look, it's not going to make you a millionaire overnight, but it's a pretty solid start. So, how quickly can you get started? Well, all you need is a laptop and a subscription to a platform like [4:23] Higgsfield. You can land your first client this week, and your first paid job can pay for the tool 10 times over. So, how competitive is it? I'd say this is low, well, at least for now. Most people haven't realized how good AI photo and video generation has become, but that window will close as [4:40] the word gets out. So being early here counts for a lot. The only thing holding it back is that it's a service, which means your time is the product. The more money you make, the more time it takes to fulfill the work. So for that reason, I'm actually going to go ahead and put this in B tier. But let's see if Mark's next one can [4:59] beat it. Every creator has a goldmine sitting in their back catalog, and most of them don't even realize. This idea is all about getting paid to dig it out. You see, loads of creators, podcasters, and business owners are already putting out long-form content, such as a weekly podcast or a YouTube video. And they know they should be turning that into newsletters, short clips, ex-posts, and LinkedIn posts, because that's how you get in front of [5:27] new audiences. Now, you might be wondering, why wouldn't they just paste it into ChatGPT themselves? The thing is, there's a bit more to it than that. You see, if you don't tell the AI how the creator actually talks, you just get a generic robotic post that nobody wants to read. And busy people don't have time to set [5:45] that up properly. That's what they're paying you for. So here's exactly how I do it. Step one, pick a creator or business that already makes long-form content. Now, for this demo, I'm going to use one of my videos from my new economics channel. This one here will do nicely, but you can use YouTube, [6:06] Spotify, or any podcast. Step two, get the transcript. So you can easily get this by heading over to an AI transcripting platform, such as this one. It's pretty cheap to get the full transcript. Step three is where the magic happens. You need to set up a dedicated AI workspace for your client. Now, to do this, I'm going to sign [6:28] into Claude and then New Projects. I'm going to name it after the client, something like Marks Economics. Then comes the important bit. Click here to add files and drop in everything you can find on them. Then I'll click Set Project Instructions. And this is where you tell Claude exactly what you want. Now, as you can see, [6:57] I've been really specific here. So it sounds like the client and not some generic robot. Step four, paste the transcript and let Claude get to work. There we go. And then I'll press Enter. Look at that. From one video, we've got a newsletter, short form scripts, ex-post and LinkedIn post, all in the client's voice [7:21] and all in a couple of minutes. So how would I get my first client? Well, as I said, there are thousands of creators and podcasters posting long form content every week, and you can see exactly who's active. So I'd pick a few who post a lot on one platform, but nowhere else. Someone with a great podcast, [7:40] but no newsletter, for example. Then I'll take one of their recent episodes, repurpose it and send them the finished content as a free sample. But before I send it off, I'd make sure to give everything a proper read-through, tweak anything that doesn't sound right and check that it's accurate. After all, this quality control is [7:59] what they'll end up paying me. If they're impressed, you can then offer to do it on a paid basis, but how much can you make? This one is great as most clients pay monthly based on how many pieces of content you produce each month, which means you can make a few hundred to a couple of $1,000 USD a month per client depending on the volume [8:16] and quality. That means you only need to land a handful of clients and this can become a proper income. Your main costs are a Claude subscription and a transcription tool, but you'll easily pay for that with just one client. So how quickly can you start? If you can read and can tell good writing from boring writing, [8:35] you can be up and running within a few days. So how competitive is it? I'd say there's a decent amount of competition as there are already agencies and freelancers doing this and more people are catching on because the tools are so accessible. But saying this, most of them just paste a transcript into an AI [8:51] and send back whatever comes out. The ones who set it up properly and match the client's voice stand out. The only downside, just like E-man's first idea, is it's a service so your time is still the product. But as it's so simple, I've got to put it in the A tier. Actually quickly, before I hand back to E-man, before we started filming, we both agreed on one idea that we believe is the biggest opportunity right now, but it's so big that we couldn't do it [9:19] justice in just one video. I mean, we can tell you the idea itself, but that's pretty useless without a plan on how to actually do it. So we're doing something completely different. On November the 7th, we're hosting a free five-day event called the AI Income Challenge, where we won't just reveal this idea, we'll show you exactly how to build it [9:39] step-by-step from scratch. I'll drop the link in the description, so go and save your spot right now because the people who move first on an opportunity like this are the ones who win and the ones who wait until everyone else knows about it are the ones that get left behind. Right, over to you for the next one, E-man. [9:57] Every business has a list of people who once said, I'm interested, and were never followed up with. So this idea is all about getting paid to go back and turn them into customers. You see, every time someone fills out a form or sends a message or calls a business asking about prices, they become something called a lead, [10:16] but most of them never buy. So all these leads just sit there in a spreadsheet, a dentist, a gym, a roofer, a med spa, they've all got hundreds, sometimes even thousands of them just sat there gathering dust. And that's crazy because these are people who already showed interest. So the hardest and most expensive part, which is actually getting them interested in the first place, [10:37] has already happened. So these dead leads are money just laying on the floor. Your job, well I guess in this case the AI's job, is just to go ahead and pick it up. And do you remember how both of mine and Mark's last ideas were services? So the more you earn, the more time it takes. Well, this one solves that [10:54] because the AI does the heavy lifting. The first step is rather easy. You're going to take that list of old leads and load it into an AI tool that can actually text them. Now for this case, I'm actually using a platform called High Level. For the purpose of this video, I've made a fake list of old leads for [11:09] a dental clinic. So let's go ahead and import it. All you're going to do is click contacts and then import and upload the list. And there we go. There are all of our old leads ready to go. Now in real life, this would be the list that the business already has sitting in their CRM or a spreadsheet. Step two is just to get the AI to [11:27] write some natural sounding messages. Now, I was just going ahead and playing around with Claude for a bit and it spat this out. Hey Sarah, it's Bright Smiles Dental. We came across your details from a while back. Are you still interested to get that checkup sorted? Step three, when Sarah replies, we're going to use AI to actually [11:44] handle the conversation. And there are lots of apps that have an AI bought for this. High Level's version is called the Conversation AI. Just set one up and tell it what business it works for, what the services are, what the prices are, and its goals, which in this case will be booking an appointment. [12:00] But why would a business pay you for this? Well, if you think about it, why wouldn't they? You're not asking them to spend any more money as you only get paid when an old lead turns into a customer. So think about that from the owner's side. They're not paying for another piece of software that they might never use. [12:16] They only pay when they also get paid. So it's a win-win. Now, there's one rule that you need to stick to with this one, and that is only messaging people who have previously opted in to hear from that business, which means their own old leads. You never run a list that you bought online. Also, you have to remember the rules [12:34] on texting vary by country. So just check what applies wherever you're operating and always give people an easy way to opt out. So how much can you make? Well, because you're charging based on results, you can charge very handsomely. Anywhere from $50 USD to a couple $100 USD for each appointment that gets booked and shows up, depending on what the business [12:54] actually sells. If you land a handful of clients, you could get to around $10,000 USD a month. And because the AI handles the conversations, taking on more clients doesn't automatically mean that you spend every hour of your day working. But how quickly can you start? Look, I'm going to be honest. There's a bit more setup than my first idea because you have to learn the [13:12] tool and how the conversations work. But you can have this up and running within a week or so. As for competition, this is better known than the real estate idea, and there are already people offering a lead reactivation. But there are far more local businesses sitting on neglected leads than there are people willing to go in [13:30] and do it properly. So the demand is still bigger than the supply. And the only downsides is a bit more setup and a bit more competition, which is why it was close to A tier. But for those two reasons, I'm actually going to put this in B tier. Let's see what Mark's got for us next. [13:49] This is all about getting paid to turn a business's terrible website into one that actually brings in customers. You see, most local businesses know their website is bad. It's slow. It looks like it was built in 2003, and it's impossible to use on a phone. But redesigning it means finding a designer, waiting weeks, and paying thousands so they just [14:10] leave it. Luckily for you, AI can now build a modern website in minutes, so you can offer a makeover for a fraction of what an agency charges and still make a healthy profit. So here's exactly how I do it. Step one, find a local business with a bad website, and there's loads out there. I'm going to head over to Google Maps and search for something like [14:32] gardeners in Kent. And as you can see, a lot of these have websites that are outdated, slow, or don't work properly on mobile. So just click through a few and you will find plenty. Let's use this one for a quick demo. Now, apologies if this is your business, but you could really do with [14:53] a makeover. Step two, use an AI website builder to make them a new one. So let's go to my dashboard. It asked me to describe the website. So I'm going to type in something like modern, mobile-friendly website for a gardening business in Kent, England. Right. I'll then just have a look at their services, opening hours, and reviews, then list all [15:24] that stuff in this prompt. Now, the more detail you give it, the better the results. And then press enter. And look at that. It's built a full website, layout, text, images, everything. Now, if I want to change something, I can actually drag things around myself, or I could just tell AI what I want it to do for me. [15:48] Look, it won't be perfect. So you'd always have to check the details. But as a starting point, that is insane. Here's the old website next to the new one. It's a night and day difference, in my opinion. And let's just check it on mobile. There you go, how about that? That is pretty perfect, [16:06] to be honest. Step three, send it to the business as a free sample. Now, I'm gonna email them. Hi, I noticed your website wasn't working well on mobile, so I put together a quick redesign. Here's what it could look like. Happy to make changes. Step four, if they like it, charge them to finish it and put it [16:29] live, then offer to look after it monthly. So how much can you make? Well, most local businesses will pay a few hundred to a couple of $1,000 USD for a new website, which is far less than an agency would charge. Then you can add a monthly fee for hosting, updates and small changes, which turns a one-off job into [16:48] reoccurring income. Your costs are an AI website builder and a bit of your time. So how quickly can you start? Honestly, straight away. There's not much to learn because the AI does the design. What you're really learning is what makes a website work for a local business, such as clear services, easy contact details and a good mobile layout. You can have your first sample done [17:12] this week. What about the competition? Well, there are already lots of people building websites and AI has made it easier for everyone, but most of them just make something that looks nice. If you focus on sites that get customers to call or book, you'll stand out. The downside is that it's crowded and like the other service ideas, it's mostly one-off jobs, unless you build them up into a [17:34] monthly client. For that reason, I'm gonna put this one in the B... C... Do you know what? It's a hard one. I'm gonna break the rules a little bit. I'm gonna put it between the two. Right, back over to you, E-Man. [17:52] ♪♪♪ This next one is all about getting paid to make the ads that brands run on TikTok and Instagram without needing a camera or being an influencer. You see, before any of this, I actually ran a marketing agency and back then, if a client wanted new ads, it was this whole operation. You needed designers, [18:09] copywriters, and video editors. And for UGC ads, which are the ones where someone unboxes and uses a product, you had to ship products to creators, you had to wait for them to film, and only then could you turn that footage into ads. It was slow, it was expensive, and every new ad costed you time and money before you even knew whether [18:30] it would work. But you probably didn't realize that today, you can create more than 10 variations in one afternoon from your laptop for a fraction of the cost. So, here's exactly how you do it. Step one is you're gonna pick an AI ad creation tool. There are loads of them out there. Now, for this demo, I'm gonna use Hixfield, but to be honest, the same steps apply [18:48] for most of the other tools. Step two is just upload all the data that it needs. I need to upload an image of an avatar, then some images of the products. We have this lip plumper I found earlier, so let's use that. Step three is just describe what we want her to do. The woman sits on her bed, holds the product to the camera, [19:06] and looks a bit excited. She opens it, applies it while talking, and then gives it a thumbs up. And then for the actual words, something like, so everyone kept asking me what I was wearing on my lips, so here it is. This is the one, it's my everyday go-to now. Super easy to put on, [19:22] and I've had so many compliments. Link below if you wanna try it. Now, let's click generate. Everyone kept asking what I'm wearing on my lips, so here it is. It's this little plumper I literally carry everywhere now, so easy to just click and swipe on. It's my everyday go-to, super easy, and I've had so many [19:43] compliments, it's kind of funny. Links below if you wanna try it. Look, there we have it. I would say that this has turned out pretty nicely. Now, if I was doing this for real, I would then take this video, I would send it to the brand, and see if they wanna pay me to make more. And you wouldn't post the first [19:58] version without checking it. Of course, you look. the product, the claims, and the branding, and really make sure that it all makes sense. It's the same value-first approach as Mark's website revamp idea. So, how much can you make? Well, this is where it gets serious, because brands pay real UGC creators somewhere between $100 USD to $600 USD or more for a single video, [20:18] depending on the creator and the usage rights. Package that as a monthly retainer for a set number of ads, and you could charge a few $1,000 USD a month per client. But how quickly can you start? Look, as you've seen, making a nice-looking ad is fast and easy, but making an ad that sells is a different skill, because you have to learn hooks, [20:38] angles, and what makes people stop scrolling. So, how competitive is it? Well, this is actually the most crowded idea that I've brought to the table today. AI ads are getting a lot of attention, and more people are offering them. The market is huge, so there's still room, but you're walking into a busy room. [20:55] Now, that doesn't make it a bad idea. Out of everything on this board, it has the biggest earning potential. The demand never stops because brands always need new ads every week, and it pays monthly. But it's only A-tier if you're willing to learn how ads actually work. If you just want to start this week with no experience, [21:13] it's a tougher road. So, I'm going to go ahead and put it into A-tier for potential, with that big warning attached next to it. Okay, let's see what Mark has for us now. [21:27] This is all about getting paid to use AI to answer a business's customers' questions for them. So, nobody on their team has to type the same reply for the hundredth time. You see, most businesses get the same questions over and over again. Where's my order? What's your returns policy? Are you open on Sunday? And someone has to answer every single one, usually while trying to run the [21:50] rest of the business. Now, you might be thinking, why wouldn't they just add an AI chatbot themselves? Well, I know from experience that a chatbot dumped on a website with no training gives the wrong answers, which is worse than having no chatbot at all. Setting it up properly with the right information, the right tone, and knowing when to pass a customer to a human is what businesses will pay [22:13] you for. So, here's exactly how I do it. Step one, pick an AI support tool. Now, there are loads of them out there, such as TDO or Chatbase. They all work in a similar way. So, try a few and see which one suits the type of business you want to work with. For this demo, I'll use Chatbase, [22:30] but the same steps apply to the others. Step two is to feed it everything you know about the business. Let's use this one for a quick demo. Now, I'm going to paste their website in here so that it can read the pages. Of course, the more information you give it, the better the answers. So, feel free to download their frequently asked questions [22:51] and returns policy. I'm just doing the website address for the sake of speed. Step three, set the rules and test it. I'm just going to type something like, you are a customer support assistant. Keep the answers short and friendly. Only answer using the information provided. Now, that's important. And if you don't know, say so and offer to pass the customer [23:23] to a human. Now, for the most important part, the testing. That's the bit most people skip. So, I'm going to ask, what's your return policy? Okay, nice. Well, that lines up exactly with the business's actual policy. Of course, you should take some time asking as many questions as you can and double checking the answers. Because if the bot makes up an answer, [23:50] that's how businesses end up in trouble. So, how much can you make? Well, most people charge a one-off setup fee plus a monthly fee to keep it updated. How quickly can you start? Well most of these tools set up in an afternoon and there's no coding involved, so what you're really mastering is how to write good [24:10] instructions and test the bot properly. Now for the competition, I'd say this is medium to high. Chatbots are everywhere now and businesses can sign up to these tools themselves, but a lot of the ones you see are set up badly to be honest. If you focus on getting the answers right, adding guardrails and keeping [24:28] it updated, you'll definitely stand out. The downside is that the tools are easy for businesses to buy themselves and if the bot gets something wrong, the blame lands on you. For that reason, I'm going to put this in the B tier. Right E-man, come on in, let's talk about the last one together. [24:49] This idea is the one E-man and I both agreed is the biggest opportunity right now and it's exactly what we've been saving the S tier spot for. That's right, we both asked ourselves if we had to start again from zero today with everything that we know about AI, what's the single best way that we would choose to make money? And we actually landed on the exact same answer and as Mark said, [25:13] it beats everything else on this board. So you're probably thinking, why haven't we told you what it is? I'll be completely honest with you, cramming it into five minutes at the idea, get excited, try it half-heartedly for a weekend, do it wrong and quit. Exactly like most people do with every idea we've talked about today. This one deserves better than that and quite frankly, [25:37] so do you. That's why we've decided to show you how to do it properly. Exactly, so November 7th we are hosting a completely free five-day event called the AI Income Challenge and we're not just going to reveal this idea, we're going to build it out with you one day at a time.
