# 9 grok bot templates that make $5,200 per month (they’re free) Channel: Corey Ganim Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gi9KvtxdM-0 Duration: 24 min Language: English Words: 4809 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/gi9KvtxdM-0 --- [0:00] So you've heard of GrokBot, but you have no idea how to turn this amazing tool into money. So in this episode, we're going to talk about how you can take the free GrokBot templates that exist on the GrokBot marketplace and turn them into a cash-flowing business. We're going to be looking at nine different bot templates that are completely free that you can sell to business owners who have no idea how this stuff works. We're going to go into the specific offers that you can sell. I'm going to show you how to find clients, and we're going to look at the actual problems to be solved first. So [0:30] at the end of the day, business owners in the like one to ten million dollar per year range, they're their own bottleneck. They're building prospect lists by hand. Inbound leads are coming in, but those leads go cold because nobody's reaching out to them. They're not following up with their leads. Nobody is coaching their sales reps, so their sales reps are just running around with their like chickens with their head cut off, not doing any not like not getting coaching on their approach. Reporting ends up eating a lot of their day. They don't [0:57] know what their competitors are doing. They have a ton of customer testimonials and proof and case studies sitting in call transcripts and emails that they're not using as sales assets, and hiring new people takes a ton of time. So those are the problems that we're going to look to fix with these completely free GrokBot templates that we can make up to $5,200 a month in recurring revenue um from one client when I show you how to install these templates. So the old fix to these problems is hire a salesperson, hire an operations person, hire an agency, hire a recruiter, but every one of these is a salaried role that at the [1:34] end of the day is a human that takes time off and has problems. So the new fix is to offer pre-built GrokBot templates, one bot per bottleneck, that do a lot of this work on autopilot for the owner. So when we look at the actual offer that we're selling, what we're selling is a done-for-you GrokBot install. So we're going to charge a setup fee to actually install the bot in their business, train it on their business, and then we're going to charge them a monthly retainer to tune it, make sure it stays on point, and add the next bot. So, we're going to be looking at three different categories of [2:06] bots in this case. One is [snorts] pipeline bots, two is insight bots, and three is enablement bot. So, we've got four different pipeline bots that we're going to look at. And what I like to do is like package these as a bundle. So, we could go to an a business owner and say, "Hey, here's our package of pipeline bots. For this package, it's a $2,000 setup fee plus $750 per month per bot." And what that's going to do is that's going to replace part of an SDR or a sales operations hire, which is going to cost them significantly more than these four bots [2:41] combined. The second package are insight bots. Again, we'll get into what exactly these bots do here in a second, but we can charge a $1,500 setup fee plus 500 per month per bot for the insight bots, and then lastly are the enablement bot. So, that's going to be a package that we can charge a $1,000 setup fee plus 350 per [3:00] month per bot. Now, we can bundle all of these three uh packages together. So, basically for a $5,000 setup fee plus $1,750 per month, a client could get all the pipeline bots, all the insight bots, all the enablement bots, which is going to save them $1,000 on the setup fee plus 500 per month versus buying each bot individually. So, we have a lot of flexibility on how we can position this [3:29] offer, how we can price it. But at the end of the day, this is a no-brainer offer for the right particular business owner because a full-time sales hire is going to cost more than just one of these bots in the entire stack. So, the client's going to pay for their own Grok Bot plan, so we're not going to have to pay for that out of pocket. So, we're never going to have to carry their software or their usage bill. Now, if we get into the actual templates themselves, all of these templates live in the Grok Bot template marketplace. So, I'm going to show you what that looks like. So, on [4:00] XAI's website, they've got the marketplace here. These are all the Grok Bot templates that I'm about to show you already live here. And they've got some that like the Grok Bot team have created. You can filter by category, engineering, sales, marketing, design, etc. So, every one I'm going to show you lives here in this marketplace. And what I'm going to do, too, is I'm going to take the links for each of these very specific templates along with an entire Basically, turn this video into like a playbook that you can follow step-by-step. And I'm going to put that [4:28] for free in a link in the description. So, if you want this in like playbook format, plus a link to each bot, then check out the link in the description. So, each of these templates is going to ship with its own memories. So, basically, it's going to know how to do its job as well as your clients' personal [4:46] preferences once you train it on that. It's going to ship with what are called skills, which are basically just individual tasks that it does on a consistent basis. It's going to ship with routines, which are scheduled jobs, so that it does the same thing on a schedule every day just like an employee, except it doesn't deviate and it doesn't take time off. And it's also going to ship with integrations. So, it's going to ship with apps that it already knows how to use. So, the first one that we're going to look at, and this one is in the um this is in the pipeline bots package, [5:15] and you'll know we have these color-coded. So, the pipeline bots are going to be any of these boxes in orange. Inside bots are obviously going to be the ones in blue. And then enablement bots are going to be in green. So, this particular bot, the first one on our list, is our outbound prospecting bot. So, the goal of this particular bot is it's going to build an ICP list, which stands for ideal client profile, from the public web. It's going to research every name on that list, and then it's going to draft the first touch [5:42] for a human to review. So, the skills that this bot is going to ship with are build target list, research a prospect, draft first touch, follow up, handle replies, and sharpen what works. So, this one bot in and of itself can do the job of an entire SDR. The routines that it's going to ship with, meaning the scheduled task that it's going to just do on autopilot every week, are a weekday draft batch, Friday recap, and Monday list top up. So, we can add new skills and new routines to these bots anytime we want. This is just what it comes with out of the box. It's [6:19] also going to connect to Gmail, Google Sheets, Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Linear, and X out of the box as well. And of course, we can connect it to any of our other tools that we want. So, that's going to be the first one in the outbound stack. Now, the next one is going to be a go-to-market prospecting bot, and the skills that this one's going to come with is a prospecting loop. So, it's going to take that list of prospects from the outbound prospecting bot, and it's going to enrich them. It's going to skip any that have already been touched. It's going to learn the client's voice from any sent [6:52] messages or sent emails that have already gone out. It's going to have a humanizer skill, so that it doesn't sound like AI, and it's going to have an agent orchestration skill, so that it can manage the other agents in the outbound stack. Now, the routines that this one's going to come with out of the box, weekly prospecting hygiene, it's going to dedupe, it's going to remove any stale owners, and it's going to um turn off any suppression by default, meaning it's just going to skip over any leads that aren't a good fit. It's going to connect to Gmail, Google Sheets, [7:19] Notion, and Salesforce out of the box. Third one, lead pipeline desk. This one is going to score it inbound leads. It's going to merge duplicates. It's going to assign an owner, and it's going to flag what is stuck. So, the skills in this case that this one comes with are build a lead ledger, score and qualify, merge duplicates, route, and draft first reply, and offer a pipeline health report. So, the routines for this one is daily lead triage. So, basically every morning it's going to look at all the inbound leads that came in and it's going to assign them to the correct salesperson. It's going to offer a [7:53] weekly pipeline report on Mondays. And out of the box this is going to connect to Salesforce, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Notion, Linear, Hex, and Databricks. Now, call follow-ups, which in my opinion is one of the most valuable templates in the entire stack is one that essentially turns every recorded call into a already drafted follow-up email in your voice. Plus, it's going to pre-proactively update the CRM. So, the skills that this one comes with are it's going to draft recap emails, 50-word next-step notes, CRM updates, promise tracker, and voice profile. And I like the promise tracker cuz I can't tell you how often I will get a bad taste in my mouth when I'm [8:35] talking to a vendor and they promise me an answer to a question that I have and they never follow up. So, this basically prevents that from ever happening for your client. The main routine here is it's going to say new call watch every 30 minutes on weekdays. So, it's going to look at your calendar or your client's calendar and every [snorts] 30 minutes it's going to see do we have a call on the calendar? If so, it's going to prepare these skills and it already connects to all the tools that you have [8:59] out of the box. Now, getting into the inside bots. So, those are the ones that we're looking at next is the first one in the inside bots pack would be the paid media report desk. And that is going to essentially take your Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn exports and it's going to turn it into one centralized report with commentary and with insights. So, the skills that this one's going to come with are map and export, answer a reporting ask, weekly report, monthly report with [9:28] pacing what moved and why. For routines, it's going to have a reporting ask watch. Meaning, it's going to sit in your client's Slack and anytime somebody has a question about any Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn data, it's going to answer that proactively. It's going to offer a weekly report and a monthly report on the first business day of the month. And it's going to connect to Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, Hex, Databricks, Notion, and Linear out of the box. And as with all of these other templates, you can connect any of your other tools at any [9:58] time. The next one in this stack is market researcher. So, this one is one that a lot of companies just don't do this at all. They don't have a dedicated employee who does this because it's not worth paying an employee just to do this one thing. So, this is an added capability that a lot of companies like to have. They just don't have the resources to do it until you have until you make them this specific offer. So, this particular bot is going to watch competitor sites. It's going to look at their ads. It's going to look at their pricing. It's going to look at their [10:28] positioning. And it's basically going to suggest ways that you can counter your competitors. So, the skills that this one will have are ad and creative analysis, landing page and offer watch, search overlap, messaging metrics, content cadence. So, it's basically going to be spying on your competitors 24/7, giving you exactly what they're up to, and advising you on how you can one-up them in your marketing compared [10:53] to theirs. For routines, you're going to get a weekly marketing brief on Mondays at 8:00 a.m. and a monthly strategy read. And these are going to be both off by default. So, the bot could always be watching and you can basically turn on whether or not you want those reports whenever you want them. Now, the last one in this stack is talent discovery. So, this is another interesting one because for companies that are hiring a lot of head counts, recruiting takes a ton of time and effort. Obviously, there are people whose careers are dedicated to recruiting and to finding people for specific roles. This bot is not meant to [11:28] replace those people entirely. This bot is just meant to supplement them by finding qualified candidates for an open role who are not already in your database of qualified candidates. So, this particular bot is going to read the role, it's going to source a batch, it's going to be able to run a look-alike search, dedupe versus already who's already in your pipeline, it's going to be able to draft outreach to potential candidates, and it's going to be able to read the market in terms of what roles are available, looking at pay, [11:56] difficulty, and other factors like that. The routines that it comes with out of the box are daily candidate batch. So, basically every weekday you're going to get a list of all the candidates that are potentially a good fit for your role, and then a weekly sourcing recap. So, a weekly recap on, "Hey, these are [12:13] all the candidates that were a good fit. These are the ones we've already talked to." And again, out of the box it's going to connect to a lot of your HR tools, including your email, Google Sheets, etc. Getting into the last batch, uh we've got the last two here on the list, sales call coach. So, this is going to actually look at your sales call transcripts, whether for your own calls or the reps at your company, and it's going to score your calls and tell you what to fix before the next one. So, this is really important because a lot of companies that aren't quite big [12:42] enough yet to have a sales manager, this bot kind of steps in as that sales manager to help coach their reps on how they can be better on their calls. So, the skills that this one comes with, call scoreboard, objection replay, next step repair, pre-call plan, discovery question bank, filler and pacing check. And this is one that I plan to use on my own sales calls. We can all get better on sales calls, and this is basically going to give you very tailored, very specific coaching on how you can improve [13:12] as a salesperson. The routines that this one's going to come with are weekly coaching recap, and an objection drill on any morning that you pick. So, you could use voice chat to talk to this bot, and it literally get drilled on common objections that you're likely to face or that you do face on your sales calls so that you can dial in your responses to those [13:31] objections. And naturally, this is going to connect to Gong, Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, and Linear. And as always, any other tools that you want. Lastly, we've got Customer Proof Desk, and then we're going to go into how do we actually find clients and how do we pitch this and position this to a potential buyer. So, with Customer Proof Deck, that's going to turn existing call notes, call transcripts, etc. into case [13:54] studies, testimonials, and proof points. This is data that already exists inside every business that very few business owners have gone in to mine that data and turn it into marketing collateral that can get you more clients. So, the skills that come with this are Proof Bank, Mine a Batch of Calls, Write Case Studies, Pull Proof Per For a Claim, Deal Proof One-Pager, and Customer Approval. The routines in this case are weekly proof roundup and monthly proof refresh, and that is going to connect to all of your tools. So, now that we've gone over the nine templates, how do we actually set this up for clients? So, [14:30] how do we go from a signed client to actually getting a bot up and running for them in under a week? So, the first step that we're going to take with the client is we're going to get on a call with them for anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, and we're going to run an assessment. We're just going to diagnose the problems that they have. You can charge for this assessment, that's usually what I do, or you can run it as included in the build, but bottom line, [snorts] you're going to find the one to three worst bottlenecks per department, and you're going to map each of those to a template. So, of the [14:59] nine templates that we went over above, you're going to map bottlenecks to those templates. Next, you're going to have your client sign up for a Grok Bot plan with their own login and their own billing. And what I would do in this case is get on a call with them and have them screen share their setup for me, and I would coach them on how to basically download the bots and install the bots [15:20] themselves. Part of what they're going to pay you for is the coaching and is the expertise on how to manage and how to use these bots on a daily basis. So, that's how I would prefer to do it. Next, you're going to help them import the template. So, you're going to have them open up the Grog Bot Marketplace and literally just click import bot. Now, it's not [15:39] You're not done at that point, right? There's a lot of tailoring and tweaking that you need to do to make it specific to that client. So, that leads us to the next step, which is actually connecting their apps. So, you're going to have the client sign into their Gmail, their Slack, their CRM, their sheets, etc. So, that way you never touch their logins or their API keys, and they never transfer with the template. So, you get all their tools [16:00] connected. Step five is to run a getting started skill. So, this is again where you as the consultant are going to be able to provide value. What I would do first is I would build a skill and I would hand it to all their bots out of the box that is called getting started. And this should be a simple skill that simply interviews the client to determine who is their ICP, what is it they're selling, what proof do they have. Give me a sample of their voice so that I can make sure I sound like them. What time zone are they in? What are their approval rules? Right? So, this is [16:32] really what the client is paying you for. Yeah, they could just go in the marketplace and download these templates, but without having these bots tailored to them and their company, they're they're basically useless. So, when you build that getting started skill, that's going to be a big value driver for the client, and that's what [16:47] you're going to do next. After that, you're going to help them switch on their routines. So, that's where they're going to turn on the schedule jobs and actually set the times that they want those routines to run. So, for example, do they want the weekday draft batch to run at 8:00 a.m.? Do they want it at 5:00 p.m.? That's where you're going to help them turn on [17:06] those routines. Then, you're going to schedule a 2-week tune-up. So, basically every day for the next 2 weeks, you're going to help the client review the drafts, correct the bot, and tighten the preferences until the approvals are 95% of the time in a in a way that the client can just one click and approve them. And then lastly, the monthly check-in starts. So, this is where you earn your retainer. This is where you're going to recap results for the client once a month. You're going to help them tune their skills whenever they need it. And you're going to help them install the next bot from the menu [17:38] as they need additional capabilities and as they need additional bots. Now, how do we find clients? Right? So, we're going to use a tool called TREG. So, if we go to treg.to, this is a relatively new tool. They brand themselves as the open router for agent tools. So, instead of us having to go and get a subscription to these like um these tools that find company contact data like a Hunter, like a Crunchbase, etc., we can just use TREG and just pay for usage. And we can hook TREG up to Claude so that we can do all this work inside of Claude. So, we're going to go [18:13] to TREG, we're going to sign up for an account, we're going to hook it up to Claude using the MCP. And then we can use TREG to actually filter for buying signals. So, instead of just, you know, casting a wide net and trying to contact any company out there that we think needs our service, we can easily find companies that are actually in the market for exactly what we're selling. And that's a feature called TREG buyer signals. So, TREG can actually go and look for companies that are currently hiring a salesperson or a BDR or an SDR. And they can look for companies that are running Google or [18:47] Meta ads. And they can look for companies that have a specific software stack like Gong or Salesforce or HubSpot. They can look for companies that have several open roles with no in-house recruiter. So, those are all buying signals that map to the templates that we just went over. So, to give you an example, right? We can have TREG look for companies who are actively hiring a sales rep. And the template that we would pitch that company, in this case, is either the outbound prospecting bot or the go-to-market prospecting bot. So, we can match the buying signal to the template that we just covered above. Now, again, [19:21] Tre can pull lots of different data sets, but if we're talking about the um buying signal of hiring a sales rep, if we want to pitch the outbound prospecting template, then we can have Tre pull very specific job posting search data from Cross data or LinkedIn jobs, and that's going to cost us about [19:40] 1 cent per call. Right? If we want to look for companies that have a buying signal of currently running Google or Meta ads, we can have Tre pull via Google Ads Transparency or Meta Ad Library the exact companies that are running those ads. It's going to cost us 0.2 to 1 and 1/2 cents a call. So, we can use Tre to get very fine-tuned in the type of data that we're pulling and the exact buying signals that we're searching for. Now, the six-step client-finding loop that we're going to follow for this particular model is we're going to pick one template of the nine that we went [20:16] over above and its associated buying signal because we want to make sure we only have one offer per campaign. Next, we're going to build the market. So, we're going to use Tre to do a company search by industry and find companies that have 10 to 100 staff in a particular region. If you're in the States, you're going to search for the States. If you're in Canada, you're going to search for Canada, so on and so [20:37] forth. Then, you're going to layer on the buying signal. So, we're going to keep only the companies that are currently hiring or advertising or on the right stack, depending on the buying signal that we're targeting. Then, we're going to find the buyer. So, then we can have Tre go in and pull the decision-maker information, plus their verified work email. That's going to cost us a couple of cents per lead. We could even have Tre pull their phone number or their LinkedIn profile, and we can hit them from a bunch of different [21:04] angles instead of just via email. Next, we're going to open with the signal. So, we're going to reference what we saw and I've got a template below that I'm going to give you guys. I'm going to include that in the playbook that I mentioned earlier, which again is going to be a free download in [21:17] the description. So, we're basically going to lead with the actual buying signal that we saw and then we're going to offer a free 15-minute live demo. And then, we're going to run the demo on their actual business. So, we're going to show them live on the demo us importing the template, running the getting started skill to show how we onboard, and then showing them how we would uh demonstrate the actual template [21:40] that we would be using for them. So, inside of Claude, once we connect Traeg to Claude, literally copy and paste this prompt. We're going to say, "Using Traeg, find 50 US home services companies with 20 to 100 employees that posted a sales rep or SDR job in the last 30 days. Get the owner or head of sales in a verified work email, put it in a Google Sheet with the job posting [22:02] link." So, we could literally paste that prompt. 5 minutes later, we will have that exact information in a Google Sheet. And this is the exact signal-based opener that I would send to that company via cold email to get them interested in what we're selling. So, we could say something like, "Hey, saw you're hiring a sales rep. Before you do, I can install an AI prospecting bot that researches and drafts 20 first-touch emails a day for you to approve. It costs less than a month of that salary. Is it worth a 15-minute look?" So, notice how we're not just pitching some random solution. We're matching it to the exact buying signal [22:36] that we saw. They're hiring a sales rep, so we're offering an alternative. And we're also offering an outcome-based alternative. Not just, "Hey, I can install an AI agent that does sales," but "Hey, I can install an AI prospecting bot that drafts 20 first-touch emails a day for you to approve." That's vastly different than [22:54] just promising a vague outcome. So, those are the nine GrokBot templates that you can turn into cash-flowing businesses. Again, if you want this whole thing in playbook format, that's going to be at the link in the description below.
