# 7 Claude Skills So Powerful They Feel Illegal (It'll Blow Up Your Social Media) Channel: Kallaway Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gEdt3AGLWjI Duration: 24 min Language: English Words: 5737 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/gEdt3AGLWjI --- [0:00] In this video, I'm going to break down seven cloud-based workflows that will help you grow way faster on social media. And these are the opposite of AI slop. They're specifically designed to make it way faster to improve your content strategy and figure out what video to make next. For each one, I'm going to give you all the claw skills for free, a tactical example of how it works and explain why and when you'd want to use it. By the way, if you don't know me, my name is Callaway. I have 2 million followers. I've done billions of views. And I've built my personal brand in two different spaces, content [0:28] strategy and AI. So, this is the exact intersection I spend all day working on. If you're watching this and you know you should be using AI more, but you haven't quite figured out the right workflow to make it faster, I think you're going to love this video. All right. Now, I actually want to start with a little [0:41] mini bonus skill. Call it number zero. This is the niche interviewer skill. Every single person that makes content, no matter what your niche is or what platform you use, should spend 5 minutes running this skill. It's six super easy, straightforward questions that will create this positioning dock and this positioning blueprint card for you. And this really helps you establish who your target viewer is, exactly what their pain points are, and it acts as a great foundation to build from for all the rest of the advanced workflows I'm going to walk through right now. If you want to run this, I've linked the niche interviewer for free below. All right, [1:10] let's get into the first official workflow. This one's called the format finder. The main goal of the format finder is to help you figure out what formats are working best in your niche and discover new formats that aren't currently being used that could be whites space opportunities for you. Here's how it works. To start, all you have to do is run the skill file that I have linked below. Drop that in a new claw chat and just say run this. First, it'll ask you a couple questions to help qualify exactly who your target viewer is. And this is essentially building on that niche interviewer skill that I just [1:39] talked about. And the reason it's doing this is to help you find the top competitor channels in your niche that are actually talking to the same audience that you're targeting. It'll then analyze the top videos from all of those channels. And it screens out anything they made that's not related to you, like lifestyle videos or daily updates. Once those are screened out, it'll take the remaining top five to 10 videos and do a deep analysis on each channel. Now, for each video that it analyzes, it pulls out both the story structure format, how the information is laid, and the visual layout, how the visuals are laid, and it plots it on [2:10] this heat map matrix. And you can see the vertical labels on the left side, those are formats, storytelling structures. And the labels on the top horizontally, those are visual layouts. Now, the reason this is so helpful is because this makes it super easy to see exactly what format combinations are crushing and where there's white space that nobody's currently serving. For each cell in this matrix, you can click on it and it will link below the exact videos from the analysis that represent it. Also, if you want even more examples, you can always use the Sandcastles.ai collections tab. In here, if you filter by formats or editing [2:43] styles in the upper right, we have every single type of format and editing style listed. And if you click in, you'll see 5 to 10 very highquality examples that you can model off of. So, for example, if I see that the listical format and the split screen edit is open, but it recommends I should try it. If I want to see what those look like, I can go to the collections tab in Sandcastles, go to formats, find listical, watch a few of those, and do the same thing for split screen. And this just makes it so easy to get exposed to top examples that you can model. This one is a super [3:12] helpful skill to run if you want to get exposed to the best performing formats in your niche. And of course, this is a foundation that you can then fork from here. So once you run this, you could then say, "Hey, I want to build on top and add this, add this, go expand to other niches. You can have full flexibility in Claude." If you want to run this one, just like all the other workflows I'm about to go through, the [3:30] instructions are linked for free below. The skills are inside that, and I'll walk you through how to step byep do it. All right. Now, the second main workflow for today is called the audience bullseye builder. And if you've tried this one before, based on previous videos that I've talked about, this version is very much new and improved. I think every single person that is trying to make content to drive conversion to a lead magnet, an offer, a product or service would benefit a lot from running this audience bullseye builder. Now, the big question we're trying to answer with this workflow is how broad or narrow should I make my content if I'm trying [4:01] to optimize for views, for conversions, or both? And this really is the million-dollar question if you're a business owner trying to drive for conversion. Well, this skill and this workflow is exactly how you figure it out. Here's how this new and improved audience bullseye builder actually works. First, again, it's going to start with some framing questions around your avatar. And again, you can feed in the niche interviewer answers. That's why you want that doc. You can feed that in if that's easier. It'll then use those answers to build this five ring bullseye. The center of the bullseye is the exact audience segment that you're looking for specifically. And then each [4:31] ring progressively from there is getting slightly broader and broader. So, you can see for mine, the center of the bullseye is business owners using social media to grow their business. That is my ideal target audience if I could draw it up. Then one ring out from there, still pretty narrow, would be any creator, prneur, creator, entrepreneur, anyone building a personal brand. Still very close to me, but this can apply to people trying to just get views or conversions. I'm laser focused on helping people trying to turn views into dollars. So, some of this is relevant, but not all. Then the third ring is anyone growing on social media in any [5:02] way. Then the fourth ring is anyone making any video content on any platform. And then lastly, the fifth ring would be marketing or psychology concepts applicable to anyone. Now, once it maps these rings for you and you agree that that is the hierarchy, it will deep analyze all the videos you've made on your channel and it will plot them in the rings on the bullseye. And of course, if you're just starting out and you don't have your own videos, you can definitely run this on someone else's channel. But I really recommend once you get at least 25 of your own videos, this is paramount to run on your [5:30] own channel as well. I recommend taking in every video you've ever posted to do this. That's what I did with like the 130 videos that I've posted on my marketing channel. Now, what's super helpful here is not only does it plot the videos and where they fit on the rinks, but it scores the views, the conversion, and the conversion rate per video, per ring, and it also does this [5:48] on separate bullseye by topic bucket. You can see the tab at the top by bucket. If you click on that, it will break it out by topic bucket. Now, here's why this is so valuable. This reveals the sweet spot for what topic breadth you should attack if you're going for views, conversions, or both. Now, here's the really interesting thing. Most people would assume the closer you get to the center, the lower the views go and the higher the conversions. You're getting narrower and narrower for your audience. And vice versa. The broader you go, the more views you get, but the conversions go [6:17] down. But here's what really shocked me. I ran this data on my entire channel, and the data did not confirm that conclusion. It turns out for me and for the other people I ran this on, there's a very clear answer. One of these five rings drives both lots of views and lots of conversions. It outranks for both. And so, actually, that is the altitude breadth versus depthwise that you want to make your content at, at least if you're me or these other people that I ran it on. Now, this data will change [6:44] based on your channel and your niche. But it's so valuable to run this. That one insight alone that I just found here will be worth millions of dollars to me over time because it tells me not to make videos a certain way and to specifically make them a different way. Now, if you scroll lower in the report, it not only highlights which ring is best, but it tells you what that means tactically. Use these words, say these phrases, make sure this filter applies [7:08] to this audience when you make a video. That is so helpful to have. And to be honest, I do this full-time and I never would have realized that unless I ran this report on my own data. So, if you want to run this on your own channel or any competitor in your niche, again, I'll link all the instructions and the skills below. And this should be pretty obvious by now, but in order to run these types of reports, you're going to need both the skill instructions, which I'm giving you for free, and you're going to have to pipe in the performance data for each video. If you don't have [7:34] the performance data for the video, this doesn't work because it can't properly score the effectiveness. The only way to get that performance data into Claude so that it can do this magic analysis is via the Sang Castles MCP. And I'll explain all that in the instructions. All right, the third workflow is actually extremely helpful and it really surprised me as well when I ran it. This is called the CTA analysis. In every single one of my short form videos, I'm using a spoken CTA at the very end to try to drive conversion. So, this one skill is specifically designed to only look at the CTAs at the end of your [8:03] script. It then runs statistical testing to figure out, are there certain terms or phrases or lengths of the CTA or way that you tease the lead magnet that drives conversions higher? Now, I'll be honest. When I first ran this, I wasn't sure I was going to find anything significant cuz most of the time I'm just playing around and like experimenting with different ways of doing things. But it turns out there are four attributes for how I do the CTAs that when used together literally 4x the conversion from my videos. Just by following what it said, I drive 4x more leads. Without any of these four things, [8:33] I drive like 8.3 leads per,000 views. And with doing it, it's 31.3. Now, the interesting thing is there are dozens of little tweaks that I've tried over the hundred videos that I've done, and most of them have no statistical significance. These four are the only ones that show a pop consistently. So, just understanding what those four are will immediately lift the ROI on my effort because I can drive more conversion moving forward. Now, again, you're probably sensing a theme here through these first three and it will continue through the other four that I walk through. There is so much gold hidden in the data from patterns that [9:06] you can't see with your eye that AI can surface for you. And the only way to surface them is to know what to ask for and to give your LLM the data so that it can hunt for those golden nuggets. So, if you want to run this CTA analyzer, which I recommend anyone do if you've been using CTAs or to study a channel in your niche that's crushing with lead [9:23] genen, I'll link that one below as well. All right, the next one, number four, is something I am very excited about. And this one is a brand new feature in Sandcastles that ports into Clawude. This bridge is super powerful. It's called the Hook Genius Report. So, in Sand Castles, we now have this feature called reports. If you haven't tried it yet, just look at the left side and you'll see a tab dedicated to it. When you run a report, it's basically like a starter analysis that gets you aimed at whatever the question that we think is most important and you can then port that data into Claude and have a [9:51] conversation with it. Now, today, at the time of this recording, there are two core report templates out, and we're rolling a lot more out soon. There's the content strategy analysis and the Hook Genius. In this video, I want to highlight the Hook Genius, cuz I think it's crazy. Now, the Hook Genius report is basically an answer of exactly how to make winning hooks based on any channel you choose. So, if you want to run this report, you press the plus in the upper right, you click the Hook Genius type, and then you can customize the optional configs to reveal how many videos you analyze. So, for this one, I'm going to [10:19] do my own channel, although I could do any channel I want. one channel at a time. And I'm gonna actually look at my most recent 50 videos. You could also do biggest outliers. You could run this recurring, but I'm just going to do one shot 50 videos, most recent. Now, you can see once it's finished, and this is in sand castles, it will give me this visual report, which shows on the left side three to five hook strategies that are working really well, explained super clearly with other hook examples using that format, as well as the original videos linked below. It also gives me a few not to do, what the losers from that [10:48] batch of 50 had in common that I should stop doing. And this alone is an extremely helpful single point of focus around how to improve your hooks. But the real power is what you can do with this now. So if you click that little code icon in the upper right, it's the second button from the top right. It gives you a prompt that you can copy directly into a new chat in Claude. As long as you have the Sandcastle MCP set up, literally just open a new chat in [11:10] Claude, paste that in, and press go. What this does is pull in all of that data analysis, but it now allows you to talk back and forth with it. And so you can see here now we're in Claude. I built this super robust Hook Genius dashboard. And if you scroll to the bottom, I actually have a little like mini SAS app that allows you to drop in a topic and it will write 10 hooks for you based on the principles learned from this particular report. So the beauty of this is like now that I have this core data, my most recent 50 videos analyze specifically with hooks using all of the [11:39] principles that I know that's why we built this in. You can now have a conversation with it. You can build other things with it. You can build SAS apps on top of this. you have this core nucleus of data that you can build on top of. So this particular flow would be starting in the Sand Castle's report builder, running the report on your channel or any channel, and then porting it over to Claude and having that conversation. I'll link all the instructions below for this one and the skill that I ran in Claude to build that hook topic builder as well. All right, the next workflow, number five, breaks [12:06] down something that I've really never covered on this channel, but it's super important. I believe all great content channels really map back to a simple principle called content formulas. Content formulas are very simply these three things. Topic plus format plus visual layout. Those three things combined together create little containers or series housing that you can create a lot of episodic videos within. Essentially, they're kind of like the patterns that show up on someone's channel. Now, most creators are trying to get to like five to 10 of these different content formulas that all work that they can run over and over. And when you see a person's [12:38] channel and you watch a lot of their videos and you're like, I really like their style, what you're really referring to is the different content formulas they make all provide value to you in a similar visual package. Now, ultimately, if you're someone trying to grow with content and improve your personal brand, what you're really after is like three to four topic buckets, two to three different formats, and one to three different visual layouts. And when you multiply those each together, those [13:02] are all your different content formulas. The sweet spot obviously is that the content you make within those formulas needs to work. It needs to drive reach and conversions and you have to like making it. So this content formula minor skill that I'm showing on the screen now is specifically designed to look at your channel and bucket all the different content formulas by performance that have worked for you. And it also goes out to your niche and finds the different content formulas working for your competitors. So for example, on my channel, the marketing channel, I have really four hero topic buckets that I make over and over. I've got three to [13:32] four different formats and then I just have the one main visual layout, the split screen cinematic. So if you multiply that together, four times four times one, I basically have like 16 different content formulas that I can create between. You've got hooks and storytelling in listical in split screen. You've got hooks and storytelling in breakdown in split screen. You've got hooks and storytelling in tutorial in split screen and so on. Now over time at the beginning I tried many many combinations. I was spraying around formats and topics just trying to find [13:58] these different formulas that worked. And so content in the beginning, really what it is is you experimenting across those three variables, topics, formats, and visual layouts until you find these formats that consistently perform. Now, if you look at this visual that it produces, you can see it ranks the performance of your content formulas based on what you've tried so far. And I can see this performance in aggregate or I can click across the top to the different topic buckets and then see the ranking within those. As I scroll down, it also shows me a heat map of different pieces of the formula that I could swap [14:27] in that I haven't yet tried. And of course, it runs the same thing for the other top channels in my niche so that I can see what they're doing that I'm not doing where there might be opportunity. Now, just to zoom out and make sure everyone's clear, the reason why you'd want to run something like this, or really a lot of the reports I've covered, is that you're trying to figure out what content do I make next that's going to work. Content is a very simple game. It's test a bunch of these pieces until you find content formulas that work and then just hammer them over and [14:52] over until they stop working. this process of test and double down or test and kill over and over. That's what all the top channels are doing. So these skills that I'm walking through, these workflows, they help you see the answers for what to do if you don't know exactly how to interpret the data. And for example, if you find this content formula thing to be extremely valuable, you can just set up a recurring task in Claude to have this run auto once a week. You're only posting maybe seven or five new videos each week. So it'll ingest those extra ones and run this again and tell you if that ranking [15:20] changes. Now, if you're really good at seeing patterns, you may not need to run all these different workflows cuz you could just look at your page on Instagram or scrolling on sand castles and you can see, oh yeah, there's the pattern. Boom, boom. But even as someone who's extremely good at seeing patterns is one of the things I'm best at, I find it hard to remember hundreds of videos worth on my channel and other people's channels and be able to triangulate everything automatically. Having these workflows helps extend my pattern matchability. And so that's why all of these skills are very helpful, especially if you're not good at seeing [15:49] the patterns. Again, like all the rest, I will link this one below with instructions for exactly how to run it. All right, the sixth one that I built out was my attempt at creating the best go-to content strategy coach. And here's my vision with this one. I wanted to be able to take any channel I discover on social media and figure out exactly when it broke out and why it broke out. Often times, you'll see these small channels that just sputter along with like no performance and all of a sudden, boom, it just absolutely explodes. And sometimes it's choppy, but something changed at that inflection point that I [16:19] want to understand why. What did they see? What did they change? And why did it work? So, what this skill will do, and I tested it on my own channel, is it will take all the videos that they've posted, and it will map it into different eras of growth on their channel. It will then analyze each of those eras to figure out what were the topics and formats and script writing approaches that they were using and when did that change. It literally can map the growth changes. Now, what's cool is, as an example, I ran this on my own channel. So, the first era was like my [16:46] first 15- 20 videos where I was just testing and spraying all over. I was trying to use the outlier data, but I had no idea what topics would work, what formats I'd want to make. I only had that one visual layout. Luckily, I made that decision from the beginning, but I was kind of testing all around. Then it goes into season number two, which was kind of like 1 month in to 1 month ago, like a 4mon window where it calls it the two lanes found. Essentially, I stumbled across things that worked. AI content workflows as a topic and then some formats that were repeated and I just [17:14] started to slowly double down into those things. Now, the third phase which started like a month ago to now is called the consolidation where I continued to refine, kill things that weren't working and promote things that were. This idea of broad test and then narrowing in until I found the content formulas that worked. Now, what's really important is not seeing that there are three eras, but if you scroll down, you can read the exact explanation at each [17:38] era for what changed and what held true. That is the insight that you just never would see unless you were an expert at doing this. Now, one pro tip here, cuz I'm going through like all these different analyses, and you may be thinking like, "Oh, this looks like a lot of work." As long as you analyze all of your own videos one time in Sandcastles and you basically have your channel fully analyzed, you can cut this data with all these different skill reports for free over and over. It's just that base data getting that in one time and then you can just slice and dice it every way you want. You can run [18:07] the coach, you can run the channel formula thing, you can run the format finder. All of these are just different ways of slicing the data and you just need that one base analyzed set of your data. Obviously, if you do this across a lot of competitors, you have to analyze each of their video sets. But for sure at the base, you should analyze your own. And every time you post a new video, you should be automatically analyzing that in sand castles to make sure it's all ready to go. That's really the beauty of what this is. I'm showing you all these different lenses for how to cut the data. You go to the eye [18:34] doctor and they're like they're dropping all the lenses in front of you. These are all different lenses looking at the data in different cuts. And that's what really surfaces these hidden patterns in different ways. I would specifically use this workflow, the strategy coach. If I found a channel that ripped out of nowhere in my niche and I wanted to understand what exactly they changed or if my channel ripped out of nowhere and I was like, I don't know what I did differently, this is the perfect skill to run. All right, now I wanted to end this video with an absolute banger. So, if you're still here, this is probably [19:02] the best one. I buried it cuz I wanted the real OGs to find it. This is called the positioning canvas. I honestly can't believe I'm giving this for free. This is the best workflow endto- end you could run for channel strategy and positioning. So what this is is an eight claude skill pack. You dump all eight skills at once and then you answer questions as you go for like 45 minutes to 60 minutes and it will build out the entire content strategy for you. This is like a V3 evolution on a video that I posted a couple months ago where I did the plastic surgery thing. This is like [19:31] a better version of that. Now, for this example, what you're seeing here, I pretended to be this guy Marcus Reyes, and I run a home remodeling company in Charlotte, North Carolina. Specifically, we do bathroom and kitchen remodels, and we only work at this like premium price point. So, my goal is in this fictional example, how can I make content to drive in more customers. Where should I target? What format should I make? What topic should I make? And that's a really common scenario that we see in SFA. When business owners come in, they have a business, all they need is to pour gas to get leads to their business. This is [20:01] the workflow you should run on the strategy side. So this is how it works. The first step is obviously the niche interviewer flow. So if you did that already, you can just copy that in. If you haven't done it, you would do it here. If you already have a channel that's been posting, you'll be able to put that channel in and it will automatically analyze your last 30 videos just to get a sense of like what [20:17] have you been doing as a foundation. Next is the competitor scout where based on those interview answers in the niche interviewer, it'll find all the channels that are your competitors and start bringing those in so that it can analyze the niche. Again, just like before, it'll pull in their best videos. It'll screen out the ones that are not related to you. And then it will create a fingerprint on each of those videos so we can understand what's working. Then it goes through and builds your niche bullseye. And again, this is like a more simplified version of the bullseye I talked about before where it brings those five concentric rings to try to [20:45] understand the topic depth that would be best for you. In this case, it not only maps the topics, but it also maps the competitors on the bullseye. So you can figure out like, oh, this person's crushing. Which ring are they targeting in terms of topic depth? and is that actually working for conversion? Now, the next thing is something that we've never done before, which is the contrarian take vault. And this is very important. If you want to make content that resonates in your niche, typically you need to share non-conensus perspectives or contrarian takes against common beliefs. And so, what this skill will do is it will automatically mine [21:15] all the top competitor videos for the common things they all say, and it will pitch you them so that you can share if you have a contrarian take. Now, you don't have to force it and lie, but often times we find business owners have three to five like hero principles that are different from their niche. You want to document those and get those saved in a vault, and that will help you moving forward. Step five is to help you with brand association. So, I like to think of this like Google Adwords for the brain. If there was a word or phrase or series of words that you could be known [21:43] for, when they say those words and I hear them, I think of you, that that would work for your business. What you want to do is try to understand what those words and principles are and make sure they map to the content strategy we're building. So, this exercise and this skill will help you document those and guide the piece moving forward. Step six is the uniqueness mapper where it takes all those competitor channels and plots them across the five different attributes for how you could be different in your niche. Topic, substance, avatar, format, and visual layout. It maps what they're doing and then provides options for whites space [22:13] for what you might want to do. Step seven then is the formula lab where just like we said before the content formulas topic plus format plus visual layout it maps what you've done what they're doing and where there's white space as well. And then it takes all of that in step eight and builds out this singleshot positioning canvas which really is like the one document you need to understand everything about your niche exactly how you should position where there's white space and how to attack it. It's basically as if you paid a detailed strategist $10,000 to spend two weeks canvasing your page and niche and it [22:44] does it automatically for you in like 60 minutes. Now, you can probably tell as I was going through this eight-step workflow, there's a lot of those pieces that are included that I already mentioned as individual oneshot workflows. The individual oneshot workflows are much more robust and in-depth. They're basically self-containing. But if you want to run this whole exercise to get that canvas, these have like simplified versions of those run here. What I recommend you doing is go through the individual workflows first, those six that I mentioned first. Get a feel for like what the insights would be. And then if you want to run this full positioning [23:16] canvas now that you have clarity on what's going to happen for these different things like the formula finder and the bullseye, you can run through this too. I'm telling you, if you spend 45 to 60 minutes doing this, it'll give you like 5 to 10 very non-obvious insights that will for sure improve your [23:31] content moving forward. All right, guys. That is all I wanted to cover in this video. When I was writing this, I kind of had the feeling that this was going to be probably the best social media growth for Claude video, at least when it comes to workflows, ever put on YouTube. So, if you agree, let me know in the comments. I spent a lot of time trying to put this one together. If you're a business owner and you're trying to figure out how do I use content to grow my business faster, how [23:51] do I turn views into leads and sales? That is what I'm laser focused on on this channel. So, you can probably tell this will be one of the best channels you could possibly follow. Make sure to like this video, subscribe, and just tell me in the comments what you're still struggling with on the content front that you need my help with. If you want to work with me one-on-one, you want to get my content brain on your personal brand or on your content strategy to fix it and get you ripping, [24:12] I've got links below for that as well. All right, we'll see you guys in the next video. Peace. --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI (https://viewrankai.com).
