Which is the better AI agent? Is it Meta Muse from Mark Zuckerberg or is it Grok Bot from Mr. Elon Musk? I have already tested Meta Muse against ChatGPT dots and in my opinion Meta Muse crushed it. So in this video I'm going to show [0:22] you exactly how I did it step-by-step. I'm going to show you behind the scenes at the entire pipeline, all the tools and all the prompts that I use. And then I'm just going to show you how you can use the skill yourself. So literally all I did was I plugged in one long form video into Claude with the skill that I'm going to show you every single part of it behind the scenes and it pumped out these three videos after asking me a [0:47] couple of questions. The first thing it asks me is which style do I want? So I have dark and classed up, I have light editorial or I have midnight minimal. And so I have programmed it to give me these options and give you those options too. And you can see there are subtle differences in the colors and in the font choices and the way that things slide in and off the screen. So the good news is that it uses all of these tools and almost all of them are free except for Claude but you can get away with just the $20 a month plan. Most of the heavy lifting is done [1:21] by something called Remotion. This I'll explain what that is in just a second. But the first thing that it's going to do is going to transcribe the entire long form video so it understands which parts of the video to pick out as the most compelling and which hooks to put in the front and so it tells a complete story. So what is Remotion? Because that is the magic under the hood that actually creates a lot of the motion [1:47] graphics. So think about it like this. Claude is the brain and Remotion are the hands that move everything around. So Claude will write each graphic as code and then Remotion does this thing where it films the code frame by frame. So, it opens the code. It literally opens the code in a hidden browser and takes a picture of every frame 30 times a second, right? So, that's just how we used to make movies back in the days, 30 frames per second. And so, it does the same thing fundamentally. And the output is that you get a finished MP4 with your voice, the graphics, and the sound all [2:25] joined into one video, which means there's no editing, there's no app, there's no timeline, there's no clicking and dragging stuff. You just tell Claude what you want in a simple prompt and it does it all for you in under 3 minutes. So, the skill works like this, right? You drop in the long-form video, it finds the best hooks after using Whisper to transcribe the video, and then it pulls out the most interesting parts that are going to perform on a short, and then it gives you the scripts for you to approve first, including the hook, the body, the conclusion, and the loop that it may or may not open, and [3:04] then it goes into a planning stage, and then it builds every graphic inside of Remotion, and then it feeds you images of the stills for you to approve or not approve because it may be changed based on your brand or your preference, and then it builds the sound, and then it renders everything, and it even gives you the titles and the descriptions so you can literally just copy-paste it in your upload. And so, one thing that I've also fed into the skill is a plan template, which allows you to fill it with colors, branding, fonts, everything about your business so it creates [3:41] something custom for you. And I have gone through already dozens and dozens of variations where I have cleaned up things and done all of the hard work for you where it's like first of all, it hallucinated, it starts on a mistake, it cuts off words, um it creates very small graphics in the top part of the screen that no one can [4:02] see, it cuts stuff off in weird places. When when the video loads, I don't have any context, so now it loads with a hook uh title, and then it does sometimes weird things to my face where I'm I drift out of the out of the picture. All of that has been solved for you inside the skill. And like I said, it just takes about 3 minutes per render, and it outputs three shorts for you based on the long form that you give it. It picks out the best parts, and it creates all the motion graphics for you. It runs through a script check, a plan check, [4:37] and then a stills check, so you approve every part of it, so it's perfectly custom for you. And then this skill does everything else within Claude using Remotion, and the total cost is really just about 35 cents per short. Now, if you want to build this entire pipeline yourself, here are all of the steps that the skill goes through that I went through to build this, right? So, uh it matches your posted video to the 4K raw cut by cut, and then it word-level [5:07] transcribes everything on your computer. It creates It finds the best hooks, and it uses the story.md file to find things that are going to open loops, that give payoffs that are actually going to get people to watch the entire thing. And then it scores every line for hooks, and then it gives you the scripts to say yes or no to, and then it cuts only where the room is silent, so it cuts out the little ums and the ahs and the spaces in [5:30] between, so it keeps things punchy. And then it puts together a planning page, it shows you the style and a scene per line, and then it goes through something called the face finder to make sure that your face is actually in the frame the whole time, and you don't go out of it, and it actually will reframe you. And that's what step number 10 does. So, it frames your face in every single shot. And then it runs the rules and the visual.md files, which makes sure that everything is correct and there aren't any broken rules. And then it builds every graphic inside of code first, and then it feeds it to Remotion [6:06] to create the stills for you to approve those stills, and then it creates the sounds inside of code. And I've already loaded in a bunch of rules and the things that it should create in the sound.md file. And then it re-listens to everything, so it makes sure that it didn't cut off any words. And then it makes sure that the length, the loudness, and the black frames are all correct. And then it runs a YouTube pass, because sometimes it outputs things that are a bit darker, and when you upload it to YouTube, you want it to look crispy and saturated. And then it makes sure that the titles are under 60 [6:40] characters. And then it gives you everything in an upload.md file with the titles and descriptions. And you get the MP4s. And so, you can see that the pipeline is extremely comprehensive, and you wonder why you get terrible results when you just go edit it like this. Well, first, you haven't given it any references. You haven't given it given it any rules. And you probably have two steps. You can see I've got 20 steps here. And at the end, you're going to be left with this. Which is the better AI agent? Is it Meta Muse from Mark [7:09] Zuckerberg, or is it Grok Bot from Mr. Elon Musk? I have already tested Meta Muse against ChatGPT. And in my opinion, Meta Muse crushed it in every way possible. Grok Bot is about 20 bucks a month. I'm paying $30 to SpaceX. However, Meta Muse has not charged me a single dollar, and it's blowing my face off, cuz I don't understand how they're managing to do this.
