And I see ads all the time on Instagram being in this industry, like, "Oh, set up this bot and it'll do this for you, or do this, or do this, or sign up to my course and I'll teach you how to make 10 grand a month with AI." Like, I'm

[0:23] I'm not really into that sort of stuff. I've kind of got a traditional agency that runs social media pages and Facebook [music] and Instagram ads for the restaurant industry and restaurant clients that I have, [music] and I'm doing well. I'm making 100,000 pounds a year in profit. But now that I've got this in front of [music] me, like, I don't even want to call it Grokbot. I just want to call it like, when I've got my army in front of me, I can now scale

[0:50] my business to 50,000 pounds a month. And if I don't, I'm an idiot. Like, the way that you can have multiple agents in a group chat talking to each other. One does cold outreach, another one writes all your emails and sends all your emails, replies, booked calls, and reaches out to restaurants and go, "Hey, look, I've noticed you're running ads, but you're not tracking any data because another agent has proven that to me when she's actually got all the information and sent it to the person who sends the emails." [music] Uh listen, like, let's jump on a 15-minute call. And I'm getting booked calls in my

[1:26] calendar. And I'm I'm not I'm [ __ ] doing anything. Like, I just wake up in the morning and I've got booked calls from leads that I haven't even done myself in my calendar. On top of that, you can have an onboarding agent that onboards the client via WhatsApp. So, the API gets connected, it speaks to the client for you. You You literally don't have to do anything. Once the client is onboarded or your clients that have already been on board for a few months or a few years, whatever you do, you have someone who runs the accounts for you. Like, I've currently got someone I've named him Mark. He's going

[2:00] through and he's creating all my Facebook ads. He's making sure that the budget isn't going over. He's making sure the creatives aren't fatigued. He's giving me daily reporting evening and night. Like these are like full-time employees that work 24 hours a day who doesn't go for a cigarette break, who just cracks on with their job. And at the moment I've got one, two, three full-time employees for less than a hundred dollars a month. Like this isn't even a sponsored video. I know everybody's talking about Grok at the moment and there is no affiliation link that I'm going to even share with you, but I'm just saying for a hundred

[2:37] dollars a month, you can create a team that works 24 hours a day to grow your business. What? I've only started with these three agents at the moment because what I don't want to do is I don't want to build a whole load of things and then just never end up using it. So I've got basically in in this structure, I've got a bot that I've called Lucy who will find leads for me, see if they fit within my ideal client or ICP. They'll

[3:06] figure out if they're running ads. They'll tell me if they've got a picture on their website and they'll tell me if it fits within the category that I'm looking for. Lucy will then send that to a guy called What did I name him? Jack. Jack will then draft the email to that person based on the information that Lucy's given him and send the cold emails out on a daily basis to hundreds of different restaurants in Dubai, America, and London cuz they're the three locations that I'm targeting. So those two are working hand in hand. Like they're in a group chat. And Jack messages Lucy and says, "Hey Lucy, I'm

[3:42] running out of leads. Can you get some more for Joel?" And Lucy goes, "Yep, I'm on that right now." And she'll automatically top up my account like fifty dollars to find more leads using Apollo or some sort of lead generation website. And it's automatic. I don't have to approve the payments. The money's in the bank. It automatically comes out. Like it it's crazy. And then for the clients that already are signed up, which is where I'm making most of the money, I've then got Mark to go in, who is the ad specialist. I told this AI agent, "Listen, you are the best person

[4:13] in the world at restaurant marketing. You know what's best. So, don't come to me and ask me for ideas. You know what's best." [music] For example, one of my restaurants was getting a booking for like £16.44. It's been I think like 72 hours now, and the booking conversion value has dropped by £4, which means my client is over the moon cuz the booking cost has come down, which means we have more budget to to to

[4:38] run ads. And I I I haven't even I haven't [ __ ] done it. It wasn't me. Like, it's crazy. So, the idea is is to now build this infrastructure because there was only a certain amount of ad accounts I can personally manage until I have to hire a real person to do the do the job, which I'll be honest, it'll probably going to be someone in um Philippines, like a VA to run 15, 20 accounts. But, that's still going to cost me like a thousand or fifteen hundred dollars a month plus bonuses and

[5:06] commission. But, now I can just get I can get GrokBot to do this for me. I can have multiple ad managers. I can have a social media girl that posts everything for me, drafts all the captions, checks in, gives me reporting. I can have an email outreach team. You can set up the agents to give you reporting when and however you want. Uh you can ask the agents to talk to each other freely within a a group chat. Uh you can you can the agent you can go on to GrokBot and have a look at the agent working on his computer. So, the struggle I had with my

[5:44] agency is that, all right, I'm already at £100,000 a year, £10,000 a month. I've only got room for like five or 10 more clients. Let's say that would take me up to £200,000 a year, £20,000 a month. I can't really scale anymore unless I hire externally. But, now with GrokBot, I've put in this system in this place. And by the way, I'm not an AI wizard. I

[6:08] I don't really like Claude and ChatGPT. Like, don't get me wrong, I'll take a picture of ChatGPT and be like, "Hey, my dishwasher's broke. How do I fix it?" I use it like that. I don't I've never used Claude or these AI features to try and make money because, realistically, it's not really going to work. But, GrokBot, to set up GrokBot as a beginner that has nothing really to do with AI, it was so simple. Like, give it my passwords, access to my email, give it access to the ad accounts. Once all that hard work's done and the domain names and once all that's done and your

[6:39] payment is sorted, it just runs. Like, I woke up this morning and there was $25 came out of my account because Lucy, the person who finds the leads for me, needed to top up the account. But, because I've given her permission to do that, she's done it. And don't get me wrong, I've set up a new bank account. I set up a Revolut account and I put like £500 in there and I say to the team, "Look, this is the marketing budget for

[7:00] this month. If If it's gone, it's gone." Like, I haven't linked it to my main bank account, not because of safety, but because they're bots at the end of the day. They're AI agents and I I don't want to wake up one morning and they've taken a [ __ ] house deposit out of my bank. 20 grand and they've spent it or they put a

[7:17] wrong figure. Do you know what I mean? So, that's what I would advise. But, GrokBot, as it stands, I've got three agents running for me. I'm literally paying $100 a month and I'm super excited because now I'm able to scale my agency from 10 grand to 50 grand a month by not doing much. The only thing I'll have to do if I want to do it is pick up the phone and start cold calling clients. Even when I do that, it's linked to my system that GrokBot made me, by the way. I've got a whole CRM system where the leads go in. Lucy and all my team members have access to

[7:54] that CRM system so they can keep track of like the reply, the open rates, the booked calls. Mark is going to run my ads for the agency targeting business owners cuz remember, I've told Mark he is an expert. So, he's going to do it in the best way possible. I've also told Mark, "Listen, find other agencies that are absolutely smashing it with ads right now. Copy their creative, copy the way they're doing it, and tell me which content I need to make." So, he comes back and goes, "Joe, you need to do five iPhone videos. Send them to me by the

[8:23] end of today." If it gets to 6:00 p.m. and I still haven't sent it to him, he'll send me a text message, "Joe, I'm still waiting for those" "Ah, [ __ ] Sorry, Mark." And I quickly go and film it. Like, it's it's crazy what Grockit can do. So, if you are someone who's starting an agency, if you are uh starting a business, it can be any business, I usually would say learn how to do Facebook Ads and Google Ads to start an agency, but you don't even have to do that anymore because you got Mark. Or you got what whoever you want to call it, call it

[8:54] [ __ ] Nani if you want to, but the fact is is you don't have to have any skills. You got to have a laptop and a keyboard and learn English to ask the bot what to do. You are an expert in this. "Build this for me. Build a landing page. Build the" And it it will go and do everything for you. So, if you're there going, "Ah, I want to leave my 9-to-5 job that I'm making £2,000 a month in," you can start a marketing agency now for a dental clinic and set up three or four bots, create a system, create flows, create all these things that kind of you

[9:29] get confused about cuz I get confused as well talking about ICPs and SOPs and this and this and this. Just let the new team work do the work. Let the new team work do the work. Let the new team members do the work. Um I'm going to get carried away with this. I'm going to end up spending I'll be real like probably like three, four, five hundred dollars a month on credits, but I'll have like 15 different agents working around the clock making me £50,000 a month. And I'll be honest, if I can't go with with this in front of me and what I know now the capabilities

[10:02] are, if I can't go from 10,000 to 50,000 pounds a month within the next 6 months with all that automations and the outreach and the DMs and this and that then I'm a [ __ ] idiot. I don't deserve to own an agency. Before, I had a little bit of limited belief and I I was hitting a ceiling all the time, especially when I was like, "Oh, I can only sign another five before I become too busy." Now, I don't even have to talk to my client. It's the API is linked to my WhatsApp. If a client messages me going, "Hey Joel, we've got

[10:33] a brunch on Halloween. Um here's the offer. It's 60 pounds per head, unlimited cocktails, unlimited food, whatever." Then they did here's the timings, here's the picture of the girl who's singing. You can take that information, send it to a graphic designer, designer will send it to your social media girl, your social media girl will post it, and Mark will run the ads. You don't You [ __ ] don't have to do anything. You You just sat there like this, like my life for the last 2 weeks, I I I'm not even joking, is has been talking to

[11:01] bots. I've barely spoken to my missus. I've just been like talking to these AI agents that don't even exist. And it's [ __ ] brilliant because they just do it. They They don't ask for more money. They don't go and have a [ __ ] halfway through the day. They don't take lunch breaks. And they don't call in sick. And they don't work 8 hours a day. They They They They just work. So, GrokBot is absolutely insane and I'm excited I'm really [ __ ] excited actually to grow my marketing agency where I always wanted

Start with one agent that you think like If you could sit in your business If you've got a business right now, if you sit back and go, "Right, if I could employ someone for 40 hours a week, 5 days a week, and I don't have to pay them a single penny, who would it be?" It might be a videographer or something where obviously GrokBot can't help you, but it

If you've got a 15-person team already, you could hire a manager to speak to your team members to make sure they're doing what they're supposed to do. Like I I feel for people's jobs. I do.
