# How I Make $24,937/mo Posting YouTube Shorts (Using Claude AI) Channel: Kellan Henneberry Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_t51u1tBJc Duration: 13 min Language: English Words: 3142 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/V_t51u1tBJc --- [0:00] I'm going to show you how I make $20,000 a month posting faceless YouTube shorts using Claude AI to do 90% of the work for me. But before I show you how to do this, I need to show you why you should listen to what I'm going to teach you in this video. First off, I actually do this business model myself. You can see this is one of my faceless channels that just in the last 28 days here has generated $24,000 and you can see consistently makes hundreds of dollars and in the past week has been doing way [0:23] better and making thousands of dollars. We even hit a $2,000 day just a few days ago. You can also see that if I blow this up to the past 365 days, this channel has made me just shy of a quarter of a million dollars in profit. And I mean that. I have almost no expenses on this channel, so this is pretty much all profit. So all that to say that I actually know what I'm talking about and I'm really doing the business model that I'm teaching you in this video. So now let's get straight into it and I'm going to show you step-by-step how to build a faceless [0:49] YouTube shorts channel and use Claude AI to do a lot of the heavy lifting for you. First, I need to show you why just in the past month this has become one of the biggest opportunities to make money online and literally no one is talking about this. There been a huge decline in the amount of people that are starting YouTube automation. So right now there is less competition and less people to compete with when it comes to posting faceless videos on YouTube. And I'm not just saying this randomly, I have real data to back this up. You can see the Google Trend search term for people [1:15] searching up YouTube automation and trying to learn YouTube automation is at one of the lowest points since the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023. Got really popular kind of back here in 2023 and it peaked again in popularity about halfway through 2025. But ever since then it has been in a constant decline. There are less people looking to start YouTube automation and searching up YouTube automation coaching than there have been in the last four years. So don't let people tell you that YouTube automation is saturated because it is actually the lowest competition that it has been in years. And with that it is actually easier to go viral right now [1:50] because there's a lot less people posting faceless videos, niches have less competition, everything is easier. But there's also been a huge increase lately in RPMs and how much you can earn for every thousand views that your videos get. I'm going to show you an actual example of that. This is a YouTube short that I posted about 10 days ago. It's got 17 million views or [2:09] 16.8 million so far and it's made 3.8k. That is an insane amount of money for a YouTube short. You can see if I go to revenue, the qualified views, so the views that I actually earn money on is 7.9 million views and the RPM on this video is 42 cents. This is US dollars. This is not some other currency. This is a 42 cent US dollar RPM. Meaning for every thousand views that this video gets, I earn 42 cents. So, for 7.9 million views, I made 3.2k and I'm now getting shorts with RPMs like this all the time. But, here's where this opportunity gets insane. Claude AI has [2:42] made it so easy to automate the content creation process for making faceless videos. You can now fully automate researching videos, coming up with, you know, video ideas. It is now insanely easy to just have unlimited proven to go viral video ideas. And using a few other AI tools, it is now super easy to edit YouTube shorts as well. So, you can go from research to idea to fully edited posted video and this whole process can literally take you five to 10 minutes for one short. So, the combination of both those things is why this is such an insane opportunity right now. We have the lowest competition since 2023 and [3:15] it's the easiest it's actually ever been to make faceless videos. And on top of that, it's also paying better than it ever has. So, with all that being said, let me get into how to actually do this and build your first profitable faceless YouTube channel and take advantage of this insane opportunity. Now, everybody knows that the niche you do for your channel is literally the most important part. If you pick a bad niche from day one, you will never get views. If you pick a good niche, you can get hundreds of millions of views. And I'm not going to show you 20 different niches and make [3:39] you choose. I'm just going to show you the best niche that I'm seeing more new channels go viral with as fast as possible in 2026. This channel right here just started like two months ago and they are consistently getting millions of views on every single video. Like, here's a video from a week ago, 2.7 million views. 2 weeks ago, 8.7 million views. And the niche that they're doing is literally just the ranking niche. Everybody knows this niche. You basically make videos where you compile a bunch of clips that you steal from like other platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram. You compile them and then you rank them. So you provide your [4:07] kind of opinion around which ones are the funniest or whatever you choose to rank them on. Chances are you've seen videos like this. It's one of the most viral formats on all of YouTube Shorts. I've personally made hundreds of thousands of dollars with this so I'm a little bit biased but I can tell you confidently that I love this niche because again, I'm actually doing it myself and making one to two K a day with it right now. Here's another really [4:26] good channel to look at for inspiration. They've only posted 245 videos and they have almost two and a half million subscribers and they've generated 5.7 billion views. Every video they post gets millions of views. This one they posted a week ago has 12 million views already. Literally just ranking funniest parkour moments. This is the easiest content ever to make. So I'm going to show you exactly how to make these videos really quickly using AI to do 99% of the work for you. First off, you need inspiration channels to kind of take ideas from and get inspired. So I've already given you this one, super good [4:55] one. Here's another really good one. Here's another really good channel. You can look all these up. And if you just go through their videos and you like a bunch of them. So just like leave likes, comments on all these videos, your whole feed will become ranking content almost right away. And then you can literally just scroll shorts and it will just feed [5:10] you more and more new ranking channels. Once you have a bunch of good ranking channels that you want to replicate and steal their strategy, this is where we use Claude to do all the ideation and research on what videos you should actually make. to go over to Claude, but before you can actually use Claude, you need to add a little extension to it called VidIQ. And don't worry, this is completely free. Just go on Google, look up VidIQ Chrome extension. It's going to look something like this, VidIQ [5:32] extension for YouTube and Instagram. Again, this is completely free. Just install it onto your Chrome browser. Once you have VidIQ installed, just go to Claude.ai, create a free Claude account and when you refresh the screen, you'll see that VidIQ will just appear here. The Chrome extension just automatically kind of adds itself to your Claude. You do need to set it up though, so you're going to click the little VidIQ drop down and then go connect YouTube insights. It'll just take you to a page like this where you just have to click authorize. And literally just like that with one click, it's done. If I hit the little drop down [6:00] now, it shows as connected. So now this is where it gets insane. You're going to go to one of your inspiration channels that you found. I'm going to use this one as an example because they are getting hundreds of thousands of views or millions of views on every video. They're kind of a newer channel, so it's going to be a good one to copy. I'm going to click more and then this little pop will appear and I'm going to scroll to the bottom, click share channel, and then click copy channel ID right down there. Then you're going to go back to Claude, you're going to click the little [6:23] plus right here, and you're going to click connectors, and then go to add from VidIQ for Claude using the new VidIQ extension we added. And then you're going to click where it says competitor breakdown. It will ask you to paste in that channel ID, so you can just paste that channel ID that you just copied and click add prompt. It'll add this little bubble automatically for you and then you just hit send. see it's going to automatically start running and as it goes, it's just going to ask you for some permission, so you just click always allow on pretty much everything [6:51] that it asks you. So just let this run. It's going to take about 5 minutes to do a full research breakdown for you. So there you go, it's done. You can see it gave me this insane report with charts, analytics, and it shows me all the top videos from that channel. It shows me their growth over time. I got a full chart of all their metrics. And now I can actually chat with Claude about this channel. The way I use all this data is I literally just use this to give me the best video ideas that I should make ranking videos about because we all know [7:16] that ideas are what make ranking videos go viral. Channels like Rank Zilla, they get millions of views on every post. This one 3 days ago got 22 million views. It's because his video ideas are better than everybody else and they're creative and unique. So just in the same Claude chat, I will just ask it to give me a list of viral ranking video topics based on what has worked best for this channel. And just like that, it gives me the exact proven winning video topics that are the top performers from their channel that are most likely to go viral if I copy them. Ranking the most insane [7:44] near miss driving moments. These are such good high performing content ideas. So, from here just choose one of the video topics that you really like and then we're going to go over to this tool viblo.ai. This is going to automate all the editing and actually making the video for you. And the really cool thing about Viblo is there's actually a 7-day free trial so you can start using it for 7 days, start making videos and growing your channel without actually having to pay for anything yet. So, I'll leave the link to this tool in the description down below so you can go find it and get [8:09] set up. Now, once you're in Viblo, you're going to see there's a bunch of different tools in here for a lot of different niches but the one we want is this one right here, video ranking. So, you're just going to click start ranking. And then right at the top here, you just enter that video topic that you picked from Clod. For me, I'm just going [8:22] to go with ranking best parkour fails. Now, you'll notice that this looks super bad. And if you go look at big ranking channels, you'll see that their title formats always look really clean in this one specific format. It needs to be in two lines of text, not three, not one, always two lines of text and it needs to [8:37] have colors that break up the key words. So, the way I do this in Viblo is I'm just going to hit return and come down a line about halfway through my text somewhere about halfway through like that. And then you need to highlight the keywords which are the most important things in the title that make the viewer instantly understand what their video is about. For me, the keywords are probably parkour fails because, you know, ever and best, those don't add anything to help the viewer understand what the video will actually be about. Parkour fails is the keyword and the real topic of our video. So, I usually just go with [9:09] like red or like a light blue or something like like that's pretty clean. I think I actually like a teal is really good. And now when someone lands on my video, they see the full title but their brain just instantly understands what my video is about. They just see parkour fails right away. And that helps so that people don't scroll away from your video and, you know, make it perform bad. Once you have the title optimized like this, [9:28] you need to actually go rank some clips. And by far the best way to do this is to use TikTok because they have such a good video search engine. So, you're just just to look up your video topic right in the search bar. And just like that, it gave me a bunch of viral clips with millions of views that I can just use in my video. For example, this clip right here has 3.7 million views. You really only want to use viral clips. That's really important. You don't want to use a clip that has like 300 likes because why would it go viral for you if the [9:53] original clip didn't go viral on its own. So, here's a clip with 3 million views. I'm going to copy the link of that clip right here. And then I'm going to go back into Viblo and scroll down to my first ranking slot video rank one and just paste that in and hit send. And just like that, it downloads the clip into my ranking video without a watermark and formats the whole thing so it looks really good. From here, you need to add a video title for this particular clip because you need to know kind of what each clip is and where it is on the ranking. So, for example, this [10:19] clip has this like crocodile come out of the water so they just named this crocodile and they ranked it number two. So, I'm just going to give my clip a title that makes sense with it. I'm just going to call it aura lost. And from there, I can just repeat this and go find like four or five more clips and rank them and just keep adding more until I have about five ranked. This is really important. You need to rank the right number of videos to make sure that viewers actually want to stick around and watch the whole thing. If you rank too many clips, people won't watch the [10:46] whole video. And if you don't rank enough clips, then you're just not getting enough watch time and your video is too short. In my experience, what I've noticed has performed the best is ranking somewhere between five and seven clips. That's kind of usually the range. You never want to go more than seven and [11:00] you never want to rank less than five. Once you've added all the different clips that you want to rank in your video, this is the next most important step is you need to add custom playback order. You'll see for retention that a lot of ranking videos won't just rank like seven, then six, then five and rank in descending order. They'll rank randomly. They'll do like two first and then they'll do like six, you know what I mean? And then they'll they'll jump back up and then they'll save one for last. They'll just kind of like randomly [11:26] go through and rank different numbers. This is kind of a little trick to keep the viewer engaged cuz they don't really know what clip is going to be ranked next, makes it feel less repetitive. So, all you do is you go to playback order right here, and you just turn on custom playback order, and you can actually just click shuffle, and this will automatically just rearrange the order that they play. And you can reorganize them yourself and manually change them if you want to. And then from there, you just scroll down, click generate video, and you're good to go, and you have a finished ranking video. Now, from here, [11:52] what you need to do is post one to two YouTube Shorts every single day onto your channel. You have to be insanely consistent, and you cannot mess this up. If you skip days, I can promise you right now that you will not go viral, and you will not get good views. This channel right here that's made me $9,000 in the last 7 days, you can see every [12:09] single day. See that little Shorts icon? That means I've been posting every single day consistently. And you can see if I blow this up to the last 28 days, I've posted every single day except for one day. I have been insanely consistent on this channel. And that is why I can confidently say that if you do everything I showed you in this video, you use Cloud for all your research, and you're insanely consistent, you post one video every single day no matter what, and you do that for a few weeks, you [12:32] will get results, and you will go viral. It is totally possible that a few weeks from now, you have a channel that is monetized, earning money, and getting millions of views every single day. So, get out there, go lock in, go make some videos, and I will see you in the next one. --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI (https://viewrankai.com).
