# Grok Bot Runs My $50M Business Channel: Noah Hunter Dorsey Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxVD-GEbR8Y Duration: 12 min Language: English Words: 2534 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/QxVD-GEbR8Y --- [0:00] Elon Musk just released GrokBot, and these agents are insane. I got a chance to set it up and test it, and within 48 hours I had a personal email agent CRM managing my sales team, ad account making ads. There are so many use cases for this, and in this video I'm going to run you through exactly how you can use GrokBot to automate your business and scale. My name's Noel Hundorf Darcy. I built and sold Australia's leading content agency, and then I co-founded Future Fulfillment, which is a network of 3PLs around the world that ship products to over 300 brands. Alongside that, I'm also actively running my own [0:32] e-commerce brands and have been over the last 8 years, and I'm basically just sharing everything that I'm doing in the trenches with you guys. So, if you're an e-commerce founder, this is definitely for you. Okay, so what is GrokBot? How does it work? Essentially, you can whip up these agents. Each agent has its own computer, and that computer is in the cloud. So, regardless of whether your computer's on or off, these agents keep working. If I could just give it one sentence, it just works. It's really as simple as that. So, you'll set up an agent, the agent will come to life, and you'll basically just give it an [1:03] outcome. What do you want this agent to do every day for you so that you don't have to do it anymore? And like I said before, if it can be done with a keyboard and a mouse, it can be done with an agent. Really think about that, because that is likely 80 or 90% of the work that you're doing. So, if you're ready to get started, the first thing to do would be to download GrokBot and think about all the tasks that take up the most time of your day. You will just literally start talking to this agent and ask it to connect with that tool [1:29] that you use. It can connect via API with a key, or it can simply just log in as you with your email address and a password. Once it's got access, let's say it was your email to help you manage your emails like an EA. Maybe it was sales, it's connecting to Stripe to track transactions and payments coming through. Whatever it might be, you just tell it exactly what it is that you do on a day-to-day, and then it will take over for you. And then however you want it to report back to, if at all, then [1:55] you just let know how you want to do it. For I want my emails cleaned and I just want at least two or three dot points with anything urgent that I need to do, and that's it. That's the whole agent loop closed. And now, I don't even need to check my inbox. My Grok bot just tells me what I need to do. So, this is Bossman. He's my chief agent and he sits on top of everyone. Think of it like a [2:15] general manager for all of my agents. He's basically collaborating with them, chatting to them, ensuring there's team collaboration between the agents, and then he reports back to me on what each of them are doing, if there's any bottlenecks, if there's any issues in our entire process and our workflow. Then there's Richie. This agent is my CFO. He's connected to Xero and every day he pulls all the data. This just ensures there's absolute clarity across the entire financial aspect of my businesses. Then we've got Virgil. He's locked in and connected with all of the content creators that I collaborate with. So, he's always coming up with new [2:47] ideas, ensuring the content team are delivering edits, and writing headlines and captions, and basically getting content ready to be launched into the ad account by Skyler, who I'll talk about next. Virgil's also connected to ads library, so he's just pulling in the best ideas from not only my businesses, but also competitors and other businesses and industries, so we're never short for ideas. Then he's collaborating with Skyler. So, Skyler actually grabs the assets once they're ready to go live in the ad account, and then posts them, and then scales or kills them. He's running my ad account on autopilot. I literally don't have an ad buyer anymore. Skyler runs the [3:23] account end-to-end and reports back with daily and weekly summaries for me. Then I've got Snoopy. So, Snoopy's hooked into my CRM and he tracks the entire sales team. He knows who we've spoken to today. He's got the call transcripts, so he knows what's been spoken about every conversation. He whips up leaderboards, so he can see who's performing the best in the sales team, and he's basically the eyes and the ears to just every single prospect and every single deal that's happening right now. And then finally we've got Easy. Easy's my email agent. He's hooked into all my email accounts and he's literally reading everything, deleting it, or drafting [3:58] replies for me to approve. And my inbox has never been this clean. I'm literally at zero every single day because Easy, or I also call him Easy Mail sometimes, handles it for me. So, it's literally gotten to a point now where in the morning I open up my phone, you can see all of my agents are there, my emails are at zero, my ad account's already optimized, I know what I'm spending, I know what I'm getting for conversions, my meetings for the day, they're all structured in here. I literally just get bullet points about what I really need to do for the day, and everything else [4:27] is just done on autopilot. And I got to say, this is the first AI tool that I've used that has reduced my stress and anxiety first thing in the morning, which is a great sign. So, I've got these agents running across my fulfillment company, they're running across my e-commerce brands, they're running across the 100K ad challenge. Um but look, no matter what industry you're in, what your business is, if it can be done with a keyboard and a mouse, then these agents can automate it. So, you'll be able to kind of just take what you need from this video, chop and change it all, and then find the perfect solution [4:56] for you. All right, so I'm going to make a new bot from scratch and show you exactly how I set these up. So, you're going to hit this plus button here, new bot. So, I'm going to create a sales trainer bot. So, my sales trainer is going to be called Arnie. So, I just [5:08] give him a name, and then I create him. Now, I've already connected my Drop Bot to a bunch of tools, and the one that he's going to be referencing is Fathom for recorded sales transcripts, and then also GoHighLevel for our CRM so we can see the whole pipeline and all the deals. Arnie's already asking, "Hey Noah, I'm Arnie. What do you want me on?" So, I'm going to tell him, "I want you to be a sales trainer. You will monitor my sales team calls and offer feedback on how they can close more [5:40] deals." And that's it. So, now I've got a response, it already knows my team structure, their names, it knows we use Fathom. It's already telling me that it's going to pull from the transcripts, see how they handled price, see what their openers were, see if they left the close on the table. It already knows. And now it's just asking me to want me to hook up Fathom so I can start pulling the transcripts. And I'm just going to click yes, connect Fathom, and then we'll just go through that process [6:05] together where I'll just log in for it. And that's it. You give these agents access once, they've got access forever. It's really that simple. And now once it's set up, I can ask it anything at any time. If I'm up late at night and I want a quick response, I'll message it. These things don't sleep, they don't eat, they don't take breaks, [6:22] and it's got context across everything. So, this is essentially like my personal agent, my personal assistant now, who's just going to be listening to every single call. You know, even if four calls are happening at once, it can listen to all four at the same time and report back to me when they're done. That's the power of GrokBot. So, I just set up one, and you saw how quick that was. The idea is that you'll just keep setting these up for different departments in your business, different job roles, and before you know it, you'll have a whole team of agents. And the crazy part is once you set up [6:53] multiple, they start talking with each other like a real team. And that is where the chief agent really comes into play. I'll give you an example of how this works. So, at Future Fulfillment, we run ads on social media to attract customers. To close those customers, we have a sales team that talks to prospects every day about our services, and if we're the right fit, they'll sign a contract. That's essentially our marketing and our sales department. Now, I have two agents, one that's running the ads, running the ad account, and it essentially sees what ads are getting leads, and that's great. My other agent is the CRM agent. He ensures that all [7:28] the sales team have full calendars, they're booked out, and they're following up all of their deals. Now, once those two agents started talking together, that's where the magic happened. Firstly, we identified that just because an ad was getting cheap leads, it didn't mean the leads were good. So, once the agents started talking, they figured out what ads in the ad account actually resulted in deals being closed. That meant the agent running the ad account had that extra bit of context and started running the ad account different. So, the result was the ad account now was being optimized for deals, not just the cheapest leads, which our ad buyer actually wasn't doing [8:00] that. It was because these agents had the context. So, the magic happened when these agents started talking together, and what we discovered was because of the sales agent was giving feedback to the ad agent on what ads were actually getting the leads that close, we were able to optimize for the ads that ended up with really, really good customers, not just the ads that gave us the [8:19] cheapest leads. Game changer for me. Another example was getting my sales agent to feed my creative agent ideas for new angles on new ads, and we did this because the sales agent could listen to every sales conversation, and it would understand all the objections that the clients would have. It would understand the reasons they actually signed the contract or didn't sign the contract. They fed it back into the creative agent, and here are a whole list of angles, new ideas, new scripts for ads next month speaking directly to our target avatar. What I found after a few days using these agents is that I had to keep talking to them to keep them [8:53] running, and I was becoming the bottleneck. If I wasn't on my phone, the agents were waiting for permission from me. So, this is when I set up Boss Man, my chief agent. I essentially prompted him and said, "I want you to get me out of the loop, so I'm no longer the bottleneck and these agents run on their own. They can come to you for questions, and only if it's serious, you come to me." So, now Boss Man sits on top of them and ensures that every day they're running their tasks, they're collaborating with each other, and any question my agents have, they just go straight to Boss Man, and 80% of the [9:22] time he handles it for me. You can see an example here. He's basically just giving me one dot point per worker agent and just said, "Inbox at sitting at zero, creative we've got some new ads coming in, ads my daily budgets, how much I'm spending, sales team, what we've closed this week, and profit for [9:38] the whole business how we're looking. So, yeah, he he's my chief agent and he gives me a snapshot of the whole workplace all at once. So, I've been on GrokBot for 2 weeks and it's changed the way I work. And I think for any business owner out there, this is your opportunity to go from using an AI like ChatGPT where you ask a question and you get an answer to an agentic AI. Where actually you set up the job and it will execute for you. The whole idea here is that these agents run without you. So, if you're using it, the number one prompt I would be giving it is how can [10:10] you do this without the need for my input and then work with it. The thing is over time these agents get so good, they get better and better. The more context they have, the more you work with them and prompt them, the more they understand. And honestly, a lot of these agents now are fully self-sufficient and that's after only 7 days of working with them. And if you're worried about giving these agents full access to your tools, you can literally put training wheels on them. You can get them to draft things before they action anything. That way you're still in control, you still have eyes over what's happening, and over [10:42] time they're just going to learn and get better and better. So, once you're confident, then you can give them the reins. So, this was just the tip of the iceberg. GrokBot goes deep and there's so much that we could talk about. But for now, as a business owner, whether you've got hundreds of employees like I do or whether it's just yourself now, I know that there is hundreds of tasks that you're doing every single week that could be automated by GrokBot. I often tell my staff, even if a task takes you just 10 minutes a day, 10 minutes a day turns into an hour a week, it turns into [11:12] 50 hours a year. And you can get those 50 hours back by setting up an agent today. So, go to GrokBot, download the desktop app, download it on your phone, there's a free trial, and you can be set up and running in just a few hours. Thanks for watching the video, guys.
