# Full Guide to Starting a 1-Person Business with AI in 23 Minutes Channel: Nathan Nazareth Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mt2GP3JL7Zw Duration: 23 min Language: English Words: 5035 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/Mt2GP3JL7Zw --- [0:00] In this video, I'm going to build a complete oneperson AI business from absolute zero. Now, I started online business in college over 7 years ago, and I've made well over $20 million online. And the biggest chunk of that has actually came from digital products. So, you're going to watch me pick a niche, craft the offer, and then build the actual product live on my screen with AI so that you can copy every single step to get your first sale. Now, look, there's a lot of business models being pitched to you right now. I get it. But digital products are the only ones that have no warehouses, no [0:32] inventory, and zero cost to ship. You package something you know into a product, into a system, into a tool, a library of done for you work, and then sell it to a specific group of people who want the result that you've already gotten. It used to be so difficult to build this kind of business. You had to build software, the members area, the checkout, you needed developers. It literally took months or tens of thousands of dollars. And I know this because I paid those quotes a few years back. Today, AI generates all of it in a [1:01] single afternoon. So, here's the plan. Pick your people, craft the offer, build the product with AI, and then get traffic with organic content. So, step one, pick your people. You need to be deciding exactly who you're going to help. And I mean exactly. Start with your own life. Now, most people freeze up here because they think that they need to be some worldclass expert. You don't. You need to have solved one real problem, one step ahead of somebody else. So, just go back in time. What's something that you've actually figured out that used to wreck you? Maybe you [1:30] lost the weight without going to a gym. Maybe you landed a job without a degree. You fixed your sleep. You passed that exam. You got your first freelance client. Whatever it is, that version of you from 3 years ago, the one who is desperately Googling at 1:00 a.m., that is your customer. You're selling the transformation that you've already lived to the person who's still stuck on the other side of it. And when you've been your exact customer before, you know things about them that no other competitor can fake. You know what they've already tried. You know what [2:00] they secretly believe about themselves. And that knowledge is the actual moat in this whole business. Then get painfully specific. Look, if you try to help everyone, you'll end up helping no one. And the market pays you for your depth every single time. Let's say your thing is golf and you managed to rebuild your golf swing in your 30s and finally broke 80. Selling something like golf tips for everyone is a dead product. There are millions of YouTube channels doing that for free. Go type it in if you don't believe me. But helping guys over 50 years old add 20 yards back to their drive without swinging harder. That is a [2:34] completely different animal. That 50-year-old guy scrolls past 1,000 golf tips a week. Then he sees that and it feels like someone built it just for him. Now, you can technically go too narrow. Sure, if your audience is like nine people, then that's a group chat, not a business. But in the past few years, I've basically never seen a [2:52] beginner fail from going too narrow. They always fail by going too broad and trying to serve everyone. Once that's done, check if the niche actually works. To do this, you have four simple questions. Is the pain urgent? So, are they actually looking for a fix or are they just mildly annoyed? Do they already spend money on this? Can you reach them easily through subreddits, Tik Tok hashtags, Facebook groups? Where do they hang out on social media? And can you write three of their pains, three of their desires, and the one false belief that's keeping them stuck off the top of your head? In my example, the over 50 golfer's false belief is I'm [3:26] losing distance because I'm getting old. Now, the truth, which is, you know, the premise of your whole product, is that he's not losing distance because he's old. He's losing distance because of mobility and sequencing, which is something that's fixable at any age. So find the false belief that your customer has and just like that, you found your [3:42] marketing for the next two years. [music] Then once that's done, start studying these people like an obsession. Go read the subreddits they hang out in, the comment sections, the onestar reviews of products they've already bought but didn't work for them. What does their random Tuesday look like? What did they try that failed? And who do they blame? If you understand your audience five times better than all the competition, the results don't just improve five times. They compound way past that. Now AI massively speeds this up. Have AI interview you about your own story. Dig through what's public in your niche and organize your research doc inside of our free program that's [4:16] literally built into a system and it comes with a done for you prompt that interviews you and builds your complete niche research document. Just take the method real person, real problem you solved, painfully specific, researched until you know the intricate details of their random Tuesday. Now, part two, crafting the offer. This is literally the 9010 of the entire business. You create the offer before you create the product because the offer is the promise. What changes, how fast, and why should they believe you? The product itself that you're selling, that's just the vehicle. Most people build a product for 3 months and then try to figure out [4:49] how to sell it. We do the exact opposite. We decide what these specific people desperately want to buy and then we go out and build exactly that. You want to sell the outcome, never the deliverables. Think about it. Nobody wakes up one day and says, "I want to buy six modules and a PDF to improve my golf swing. Our golfer just wants to [5:06] outdrive his buddy Dave on a Saturday." Not a mobility program with 40 freaking videos. So, the offer leads with the outcome. In their words, add 20 yards back to your drive in 60 days without swinging harder or living in the gym. The deliverables answer what's inside of the program. The offer itself answers what happens to me if I buy it. An easy check you can do is to pass the split-second test. When your dream customer reads your offer, they should know instantly what it solves, who it's for, and why it's different. If they have to think for more than a second, you've already lost them. That means [5:39] that you need to go back and make the promise more specific and more timeboxed. Get better at golf is nothing. 20 yards in 60 days is a claim he can picture and measure. Then you need to stack certainty. People in 2026 have seen every single trick. Buyers are exhausted. They're not stupid. And the honest business owner right now wins [5:58] because certainty is the currency. Having a real money back guarantee, having proof, you know, having before and after pictures or video results of you who's gone through the transformation or somebody else or other clients that you already have. If you don't already have that, you could even offer the program for free for your first few customers in exchange for their story and testimonial. And then you need a mechanism. This is what I call the false belief flip. It's not your age, it's your sequencing. Give this damn golfer a reason that the promise you're making is actually [6:26] possible for him. Now, on to the price. The first product should land you anywhere between 27 to $97. You want to charge low enough for an easy yes from a stranger, but also high enough that the buyer actually uses it and takes it seriously. Make sure you set the price based on the value that you're delivering, not the hours that you spent. When someone says it's too expensive, nine times out of 10, the real thing that they're saying is you [6:49] haven't made the value obvious yet. Especially when you're selling at a relatively low price to begin with. Price objections are literally just clarity objections. You need to fix the offer, not the number you're charging. Write your offer as one page. A headline promise, who it's for, three mini promises, a time frame, a guarantee, and a price. That page is the blueprint that AI builds from. So, you want to pick your product. Here are four different products that work. A template vault, a micro app, a client demo app, and the one I'm building today, an AI resource app. Your method is a clean paid guide inside a members area with one embedded [7:24] AI tool that does part of the work for the customer. That is the 27 to $97 sweet spot. Now, enough yapping about it. Let's build this business together. I'll walk you through the entire step by step. Now, quick transparency. The tool I'm using to do everything, it's called Base 44, and it's a partner of ours. I've been using them for a very long time, and we recently partnered with them because so many of our students were already using it to build their digital products. We worked out a deal with them where we're now able to give [7:50] away our $4,000 course for 100% free. All you have to do is sign up for the software that you would have had to use with or without our guidance anyway. And then you're going to get 24/7 support, daily coaching calls from myself and my sevenfigure mentors and every resource imaginable that you would need to succeed. So, if you'd like to join our digital product program where you don't have to pay us a single dollar, where we hold your hands step by step through creating and selling your first digital product with one-on-one support, then go ahead and click the first link down below in the description. Now, back to [8:18] the video. All right, so this is what base 44 itself looks like. You've got two different components. On the lefth hand side, you've got the apps, and on the right hand side, you've got the agents. So, the apps is where you're going to actually build the thing. And the agents is what's going to prepare you to build the thing. So, I'm going to go over here and create a new agent right now. And the cool thing is you can talk to your agent on WhatsApp, [8:38] Telegram, messages, wherever you want. But I'm just going to use it inside of Base 44 itself. Going to go ahead and connect my stuff up later. And basically, it's going to say, "Hey, nice to meet you. I'm your super agent, your assistant. What should we take off your plate first?" Now, of course, you could just muscle your way through this yourself and build pretty much any type of product you can think of. but we had our AI engineer go ahead and put together the exact prompts that are going to get you the perfect products to start selling. All right, so this is the niche research prompt. Again, it's going [9:06] to be inside our free program which is linked down below or in case you're not joining the program for whatever reason, you can go ahead and screenshot this uh at any point in time, but basically it's going to tell you exactly what you need to put into B 44. So again, open a chat with your super agent, paste the prompt below, and answer the interview questions one question at a time. So, this is step one or prompt one out of [9:26] three to get you to a finished product. Basically, you want to copy all of this and as you can see, it says interview me based on the following questions. So, it's going to ask all these different questions. Then, it's going to go ahead and build out your niche conditions deck, which is basically just the research deck of all the information from the interview, and then it's going to actually help you determine your audience. So, how does this person label themselves? And get super specific before moving on to the next step and actually crafting the offer. So, navigating back over to our super agent tab, I'm just going to go ahead and [9:56] enter in this prompt. And just like that, he says, "Sounds like a great way to find a niche. Let's dig in. So, what's a problem in your own life that you've personally struggled with and then solved or made real progress on?" Now, this is not sponsored, but I also use a tool called Whisper Flow, which allows me to just speak into my computer rather than type because speaking is three times faster and it saves a lot of time. Pairs really well if you're someone who uses LLMs or AI tools like Bass 44 a lot. So, let me go ahead and fill this out. And I think in my [10:21] example, I'm going to use my health and fitness transformation journey. All right. So, I'm a busy guy. I'm traveling the world all the time. I'm running a business. And sometimes I don't really have much time to keep up with my responsibilities in the health and fitness realm of my life. Now, it's going to continually prompt me on these questions until it gets a lot more information. So, uh, that struggle was very difficult for me because when my time zones are always messed up and I'm getting into a new routine and I still need to figure out, you know, where the local gyms are and, you know, where I [10:55] can get healthy food, it just became a huge inconvenience for me every single time I traveled. Uh, but most importantly, I didn't really have a goal and a proper fitness plan in place. I didn't know um what, you know, the best version of myself health-wise actually looked like. So, this was me three years ago. I was a burntout business owner that was traveling the world that found it extremely hard to stay in shape because I was always going out for nice dinners and just kind of eating whatever. And I didn't really have a structured plan in place for a new city that I landed in. My worst day was when [11:29] I was traveling for over 20 hours. I ended up in a brand new country. I didn't speak the language. I didn't know where the closest gym or grocery store was. And so I immediately just went out to fast food restaurants for the next 48 hours. I felt like I couldn't work out. I couldn't perform. I was even getting a bit of brain fog. And it was hard for me to stay productive and keep progressing my business forward while being on the move. I tried everything and none of it seemed to work. What would be super beneficial for me at the time would be having somewhere that I [11:59] could go in, I could punch the city in, and it would give me recommendations on the best gyms, the best grocery stores, and it would also give me a personalized workout plan based on my goals. I tried home workouts in hotel rooms. I tried downloading meal planning apps. I tried everyday gym passes at random spots, but none of it really stuck, and I couldn't really stay in the rhythm and build a good routine while I'm on the go. Now I land in a new city. I have my health [12:25] concierge text me the closest gym to me. Uh the closest healthy grocery store uh and a personalized meal plan for my current goals. Okay. Now once it's done with the first interview and it has enough information on your original story and the niche itself, the next prompt that we have is the winning offer deck prompt. So this is where we're creating the offer first and we're using the niche conditions deck. So all the information that your super agent just got to go ahead and build out the perfect winning offer. So with this prompt, it's basically going to build it in eight different steps. So you're going to have the outcome, the three [12:58] core problems that people are facing, the many promises that you're making, the jobs that need to be done, the evidence of transformation, the time frame that it can be done within, the guarantee, and then the price. So you can see the rules here is that everything has to be in the buyer's words pulled from my niche conditions deck. No vague mission statements, no I help X do Y without Z, no deliverables as outcomes, and do not invent proof or come up with results or claims that I can't back up myself. If a claim needs proof, I don't have it yet and we need to mark it. So now I'll go ahead and [13:29] I'll take this entire prompt and I will return to my super agent and just paste it in like so. Now, in my case, I'm obviously doing this pretty fast, but if you can just sit down and spend an hour or two, the more information that you can answer after you feed base 44 each one of these prompts, ultimately the better final product that you're going to get. And just like that, it's gone [13:48] ahead and built me out the offer deck. So, you can see step one, the outcome. I land in any new city and your fitness is already handled. The closest gym, the closest healthy grocery store, and a meal plan built for your goals, all sent to you before you've even unpacked. So, a stranger will go ahead and read that and know exactly what they're going to get out of your product. No more gym hunting, no more fast food by default, no thinking. And again, it's it's used all the information that I've gave it to come up with the many promises for your exact customer, the things that need to [14:15] be done, the evidence of transformation, the time frame, the guarantee, and the price. It's gone ahead and recommended I charge $47 for this, and I give a 30-day money back guarantee. And now for the final step, we have the product prompt itself. Now, this is an interesting one because there's four different types of products that I usually recommend. So, [14:34] the first one is a gated resource app. And this is generally the default or the go-to at the moment because it's been working extremely well. And this is basically your method or your offer as a guide inside of a paid members area. So, it feels premium. It feels like a software. Your clients are going to have their own login, and there's going to be one small AI tool in there that does a lot of heavy lifting for them. So, generally, this is the go-to, especially if you're starting off at a lower price point like $47 or $97. Now, the second type of product is if you already have a [15:03] bunch of templates, scripts, or systems that you currently use for the transformation. And so, in that case, you could build a template vault. The third type of product would be a client demo app. And the last type of product is more of a paid community or a paid coaching program. I usually recommend not starting with this because, you know, this is the model that we currently run with our digital product program, our e-commerce program, and yes, we make over a million dollars a month with these digital products, but it's taken us years to get there. I would recommend if you're a complete beginner, starting with a gated resource [15:33] app instead. So, scrolling down on the prompt pack here, you can see template a gated resource app, build an app that sells and delivers my paid guide. So, basically, all you have to do is copy this whole prompt back here. Then you want to flip over to the app section of B 44, which is where you're actually going to be building, and then paste the prompt in here. Now, there's going to be a couple places in brackets that you want to change. So, for example, tool name. You should come up with the name yourself um instead of having AI generate it for you. I think it's a nice [16:02] touch to put some of your own taste and judgment into your product. You can change the price if you'd like to change it here or just go with the recommendation from your super agent. And there might be a few other small changes that you'd want to make to the prompt before you go ahead and send this through. And after a few minutes here, guys, it's gone ahead and built out the full product. And I actually think this looks really good for a V1. Now remember, if there's any changes you want to make, colors, fonts, you want to add images, I'd recommend doing them in one prompt. And all you have to do is do [16:30] them on the left hand side down below. You can type in, for example, change the color scheme to black and blue. And the reason why you want to do one prompt at a time is because usually if you add all your changes in, sometimes AI is not the best at handling so many different things at once and you might end up getting a little bit of spaghetti on your actual product itself. But if you give it one product each time, it's going to make sure that it'll go ahead and do the changes and you can verify that the changes are what you want before proceeding. So, as you can see [16:58] now, we've just changed it from that lime color to a nice black and blue theme here. So, get back to being the athlete you used to be without giving up the business you've built. So, remember this product that I've been building is geared towards the business owner who doesn't have time to focus on their health and athletics anymore because they're always traveling. They're always on the move. Now, this is what the homepage looks like or the landing page where people can actually come and purchase it for $47. And then if you click on the top part here, you can see all the different pages of the site that [17:26] it's gone ahead and built out. So remember with an AI gated app you're actually going to get login for all your clients which is really nice and it gives that high perceived value. So here's where they would create the account. Here's where they would log in and then if you click tool here you can see the actual product itself. So we have the guide which is mapping your week, choosing today's movement, building your minimum viable day so that you never have a zero day and you can always at least get something productive done towards your health goals and a bunch of other important resources that you would need. Then down below we have [17:56] today's athlete plan. So, this is really cool. You basically just tell the app where you are and what you have, and you'll get a personalized plan in less than 2 minutes. So, where are you today? I'm at a hotel. Um, I can only do body weight exercises. I have 30 minutes available. Um, I want to focus on movement and mobility, and my energy level is high. I also ate badly [18:17] yesterday, so I'm not feeling my best. And then when you go ahead and click generate plan, once you have a login and you're inside the program, it's going to generate you a beautiful custom plan for what you need to work on. Can also add bonus resources here, help and FAQ section for anybody who needs help after purchasing the product. And you can see that you're 90% of the way done having an amazing software application product in literally like 15 minutes by using Base 44. Now, obviously, I wouldn't go ahead and publish this right away because there's a bunch of small changes that I want to make. But once you hit [18:49] publish in the top right hand corner of Base 44, that's it. Your app is now live on the internet. You're going to get a link to the landing page that you can send off to your customers. You can put in the links and bios of your social and people will be able to purchase just like that because there's an automatic Stripe integration built into Base 44 that you can connect your payments with very simply and easily. The reason why I'm not doing all of these tweaks and actually publishing the app live for you in this video is because this is a short YouTube video. I have full guides and [19:19] full modules on this already inside of my free program. So, make sure you take full advantage of that. Everything you've already seen on screen, you should be able to do in the next 30 minutes or next hour on your laptop by following along. And then all of the advanced stuff is inside of our free program for you. Part four, organic marketing. So, now you have a real product and zero customers. So the good news is this is where being one person is [music] actually an advantage. You don't need to go viral and you don't need 100k followers. You need a very small number of qualified viewers, [19:50] eyeballs who are belonging to the exact person from part one who's going to buy your product. See, the algorithms in 2026 are terrifyingly good at finding your people. Your job is to just give it enough signal. You want to film one video per day, raw, shot on your iPhone like this, posted to Tik Tok and Instagram. No lighting rig, no editor, and no excuses. Add one searchable YouTube video a week because [20:13] evergreen beats viral every single time. And just like that, you have your platforms. Now, here are the three content buckets that you can rotate between. Belief shift content. So, attacking the false belief from all of your research. Proof content, your own transformation, your story, your student results, testimonials, building in public, and personal content. So, why you care, who you were 3 years ago, why you decided to build this product. See, people buy from people, especially at $47. You want to structure every single video the same. Hook, story, offer, and CTA. The first two seconds stop the scroll. The middle makes them feel understood, and the end tells them [20:48] exactly what to do. Link and bio. One link, one simple landing page, no menu. Collect emails from day one. Your email list is the only audience you ever actually own. Even every follower you have on social media is still a rented audience. And most sales happen well after the fifth touch point, but most sellers quit after just one. So you need [21:08] to stick to this for at least 3 months. 90 days, 90 videos. Most your videos will end up doing nothing. That's tuition. That's not failure. The ones who made it just didn't stop at video 11. Eventually, one of their videos popped off and it trickled down to people viewing all of their videos, which resulted in more sales. So that's the whole machine, the niche, the offer, the product, the traffic. When you have something working, just do more of what works. Double down on 20 different variations of what converts. Raise the price as your proof starts to stack up and you're starting to get clients easier and easier. Deepen the product [21:40] instead of starting a new one. You know, add new modules, add a community on, then get into paid ads. Once organic content has already made your audience warm and you're consistently making money, your ads will convert cheaper and better. So, start small and then work your way up. Just remember, you're only getting one stranger to pay you first. I've watched that singular moment change more trajectories and more lives than any amount of planning and research ever [22:04] will. So that's the full guide. Everything works exactly as I've shown it to you. I held literally nothing back on this method. But what I couldn't give you in a short video on YouTube like this is the machine that actually does it with you. So, inside of our free program, we give you the AI interview that builds your niche research doc, the eight-step offer framework, the exact build prompt templates for all four formats, the landing page, the content systems, and a 48 hour challenge to get your version one live. And it's actually free. I shut down a $3 million a year coaching business because charging thousands of dollars stopped sitting [22:37] right with me. When students build on the software that we teach, those companies like Base 44 are the ones that pay us. That's the entire business model. So, the link is in description. No paid courses, no In case you're not ready yet and you want to hang out more on YouTube, then watch this video next as you'll learn a lot [22:53] more about digital products. --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI (https://viewrankai.com).
