# 9 Grok Bot Use Cases That Feel Illegal Channel: Elisa Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LR6BT1s4lFU Duration: 22 min Language: English Words: 4810 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/LR6BT1s4lFU --- [0:00] Grok Bot has changed the way I make money forever. I used to do things like taking phone calls, clipping my content, making websites all manually, and it would take me hours if not days of work. But now Grok Bot gets all of that done for me, and I don't really need to do anything once I've set it up. So today I'm going to show you nine of the most impactful ways I'm using Grok Bot so that you can use them, too. Use case number one is the landing page generator, which can build you a website for anything that you need within 45 minutes. The kind of website that you [0:28] would pay $5,000 to even $10,000 for. It's crazy to think that one to two years ago you used to need to know how to code to produce a website, and nowadays all you need to know is [music] how to prompt, which is just a game-changer. And most people don't even know about this. I was talking to one of my friends, and she's [music] absolutely killing it in sales for commercial real estate. And when I told her that you can build a website without needing to know how to code, and you literally just prompt it like you would ChatGPT or [0:57] Claude, she was absolutely mind-blown. And this is a woman that is, [music] you know, very aware of current tech trends and all of that kind of stuff. So it really says a lot about just like the amount of knowledge that's out there. So if you know how to do this, you really do have an edge for not just yourself, but also your business. I recently built a website with Grok Bot, and this was a landing page for my consultancy offer that I'm developing at the moment. And all I had to do was give it some context on my business, [music] what I wanted it to look like, the [1:28] branding. I already had an idea of the fonts and the colors I wanted to use. [music] And in literally just 30 minutes, it generated me an entire page. And I'm using this page today, by the way. It's live, and I link it on my YouTube. For the best output, for the best website, you need to be giving Grok Bot as many details as [music] you can. The name of the product that you're trying to sell, the pricing, what you want [music] the kind of sales copy to be like. Of course it can write all of that, it can do the copywriting. It can make sure that it's [1:58] SEO [music] optimized, but if you have some guidance, it will always produce a better result. Overall, you want to give it everything from product name, intended customer, problem, deliverables, price, approved claims, testimonials, and action to include. So, if you want to check out at the end of the landing page, you want to make sure you're mentioning that. If you wanted to embed your Shopify store, make sure to mention that, etc., etc. And as a result, you'll get a deployed page with [music] a headline, your branding, and [2:27] the user flow that you've described. This Grok Bot will not only save you money, it's also going to save you time because even if you commission this website to be deployed, you would have [music] to write the sales copy, you would have to do research on what makes a good product website, you would have to build it and deploy it by hand if you weren't willing to commission. This would take you at least a four working day depending on the complexity of the website. Whereas, this bot makes it for you within 45 minutes. So, you're saving roughly 7 hours, if not more, because it's building the website, [music] [2:56] writing the copy, and designing everything. Of course, the version of the website it will give you will be a fast version, so you do need to fine-tune and give revisions if you're not completely happy with the result, and get to a point where you are happy with the end result. Use case number two is probably the most fun one that we have, and it's the dial bot. Yes, you heard that right. It's a Grok Bot that can actually do phone calls for you. Not only phone calls, but it can also set appointments via text, WhatsApp, whatever you need, but we'll focus on the phone call aspect for the sake of [3:26] this video. So, I found out about this use case because I actually I'm quite disorganized, and I spend so much time booking appointments and following up with clinics, whether that's medical, beauty, self-care, and I wanted to find a way to coordinate with the staff without me having to get involved. [music] So, today I actually have a flight, and I needed to book an appointment to get my nails done before [3:48] I fly out and after I film this video. So, I asked my salon bot to call a salon [music] that could come to my house to do home service, and it found one with one of the best reviews in my city, and it called it, and it set the appointment, and I'll share the recording with you right here, so you [4:02] can actually hear my dial bot calling. Hello, are you there? The Beautique, how may I help you? I'm calling on behalf of Alyssa to book a home visit. Hi there, I'd like to schedule a home visit for today, Saturday, October 3rd at 6:30 p.m. Um, ma'am, could you please share your Google location in WhatsApp so that we can check for the best [4:22] availability? I don't have the address right now, but Alyssa can WhatsApp it to you at 558. She needs gel polish removal, a gelish pedicure, and eyebrow threading. Okay, we need to check the available slot according to the location, so if you can share your Google location and the address so that we can share for the [4:38] available slot, okay? Alyssa will send the address via WhatsApp. For now, please check for a slot at 6:30 p.m. today. Uh, just give me a moment to check, and then we'll get back to you. Thank you. This wasn't a one-click setup. I actually had to go to Bland [music] AI to set up the voice in the first place, and then I had to connect to Twilio, which is basically like a custom phone number that my AI agent could use. That took about 10 minutes, and once that was set up, I told my Go Bot instructions. I told it what I wanted. I wanted a beauty appointment, and then it went ahead and [5:09] called one of the clinics and booked the appointment, and they're coming to my house tonight. So, what I had to do to set this up was buy a phone number, which cost about $1. I also had to get credits on Bland AI. I I put $20, but you can put anywhere from one to unlimited. So, in total, this cost me about $40, but that's because I did top up a significant amount, [music] and obviously, if you're wanting to use this for, let's say, cold outreach or something else for your business, you'll definitely want to top up enough credits, but honestly, even when it was calling and like they weren't answering, [5:40] it was only costing a few cents, so it's not that expensive. And once you've set up all these tools, it's done. So, a call would normally take me about 20 minutes, and that's if they answer straight away. So, sometimes I have to redial, then [music] I have to coordinate with the staff, make sure I get the appointment, add it to my calendar. Whereas, a simple call with this bot, you know, I give an instruction to my group bot, and then it just does the task, right? And then it's in my Google calendar, and I don't need to think about [music] it. Even though the one-time setup takes about 20 to 40 [6:08] minutes, depending on, you know, how new you are to this process, I'm saving 15 [music] to 20 minutes of my time every single time I have to book an appointment or do some kind of admin work in this sense. So, as I just mentioned, I've used this to book appointments, but you can also use this as a receptionist that receives inbound calls, and also for call outreach. So, the sky is the limit, pretty much. Use case number three is the bounty hunter, which digs through your receipts and billing emails to find if you have any unopened claims or anything you can get a refund on. This includes identifying [6:39] charges that you didn't even realize were still happening. So, I have a lot of subscriptions, [music] ongoing subscriptions, and subscriptions that I might have forgotten about, I do try a lot [music] of tools and apps, and sometimes I sign up for free trials, and I just forget about it, so I get charged. Bounty Hunter has helped me find a lot of subscriptions that I don't use anymore, and also some free trials that were about to expire. So, I've effectively saved hundreds of dollars thanks to this workflow. The setup is very simple. All you have to do is go to [7:06] plugins and [music] connect your Gmail. Then you ask your group bot to find any receipts or billing emails, and allow it to identify opportunities, but do set limitations so that it can't submit claims, cancel services, or contact companies on its own. Once it's identified opportunities, you can go a step further, and you can allow it to unsubscribe and process refunds on its own. And the output is great. It's basically a list of a bunch of things [music] that you can unsubscribe to and get refunds on, if you're lucky, and it'll give you clear steps on how to proceed. If you're like me, you've got subscriptions across [7:37] [music] iCloud, Google, it's quite fragmented. So, to have it sort through emails is probably the best way to find what is needed. Do note though, refund procedures can take a little bit longer. Use case number four is speed to lead, and this is a GrokBot that will reply to any inbounds that you get. It'll identify leads that want to buy from you, write the reply, and then give it to you or send it out on its own, and you'll stop losing sales because you're taking ages to reply. Most businesses focus on marketing and on generating more leads, but they often fail in the step where you're actually trying [8:09] [music] to sort through the inbound and answer them fast. So, a company can pay for advertising, yet still lose the sale because of slow follow-up. And data actually shows that the faster you reply to a lead, the likelier you are to close it. And if you reply to a lead within two hours, you're 10 times more likely for it to finish in a sale. There are loads of logical explanations for this, but the first one is that, you know, when a lead contacts you, it's because they're ready to make a purchase. So, if you don't reply straight away, they're just going to find another business that [8:35] meets its [music] needs. So, depending on where you get your inbounds, I'm going to assume for the sake of this video that it's via email. You'll go to plugins and connect your Gmail. Then give it your basic business and offer information. Ideally, you've got all of this in GitHub, so there's just one source of truth between all of your AIs, so your contacts files. Then tell your GrokBot what identifies as a real lead, like what qualifies a lead, and keep [8:59] every response it writes in draft mode. Every time it has a draft ready, it'll ping you, and then it'll send it off. If you want to fully automate this process, you also can, and you can give it authorization to reply to [music] leads directly. I personally use this bot for a multitude of purposes, but my main one is replying to sponsorship offers in my Gmail. And the main way I qualify a lead is making sure that they have the right budget for me, and that we're aligned in terms of niche and product. So, I have my GrokBot coordinate that for me, and then when it's ready for my input, when [9:29] the once a lead is qualified, then I can start the conversation. This can also work for DMs on X, WhatsApp. [music] The apps are pretty much limitless. This is not limited just to Gmail. And this doesn't just apply to leads because the concept is the same. It's any business critical trigger. In terms of time saved, honestly, this one's pretty crazy because you can save up to 15 minutes per lead. You know, the time that it would take you to usually reply, draft a reply, qualify the lead. And the result is also pretty tangible because you're increasing the likelihood of a sale. And again, this applies to any business in [10:00] any field. [music] For example, if you have a dentist clinic, this is amazing, too. Use case number five is the Clipper. This Grok Bot can turn any long-form video into multiple shorts without you even watching the full video. We actually use this Grok Bot for the podcast, Sanjay and I, and it's an absolute game-changer. The podcast is usually a 1-hour piece of footage, and it helps us create shorts for Instagram and YouTube Shorts. It'll add captions and any animations we want, though usually we keep it pretty simple. So, very simply, you'll upload the footage. What I do is I upload to Google Drive so that it's [10:34] the full 4K format. And then I give Grok Bot access to that through plugins, and I send a link so that it knows exactly where to find the footage. Then I give a reference, so I show it a YouTube Short that we've posted in the past, and I tell it, you know, use this format. We want the same font and background for the titles, and we want [music] the same font for the captions. They need to be small, etc., etc. Give as much detail as you can. And yeah, the reference is very important. So, the output is going to be a bunch of short clips from the best [11:03] moments in the long-form video, and I'm basically ready to post them as soon as I get [music] them unless there's some little technical errors, like it's cut off some words that I'm saying. But usually it's pretty clear as long as you give it a reference, and you basically create a scale with the Grok Bot. In terms of time saved with this Grok Bot, it's pretty crazy because, yeah, if I was to watch the entire podcast episode, for example, it would take me over an hour because not only am I watching the whole thing, I'm also stopping to record timestamps every time I think there's a clippable moment, and I need to then go [11:35] in whatever my video editor is [music] and add the captions, add the title. It's a lengthy, lengthy process, and honestly, if you're posting on multiple platforms [music] and you have a business to run, you do not have time for this nitty-gritty. And pretty much, you can get an unlimited number of clips. [music] You can make five, you can make 20, you can make 50, as long as the long-form video is of high-quality and there are clippable moments, you can get a ton of content out of it, and that can last you, you know, a whole month if not longer. Use case number six is the website auditor, [12:04] which finds what is stopping your website from making more sales, and it will basically optimize it and provide fixes that you can implement. So, as I mentioned earlier in the video, I actually published a website recently for my consulting offer, and [music] mind you, I'm not really experienced with websites, so I didn't really know how to go around the back sales copy, and I really wanted to make sure that it was of the highest quality possible, even though I do trust my [music] landing page generator GrokSpark, I wanted to give it another run and making sure that it's SEO optimized [music] and that, yeah, the copy converts, which is [12:39] the most important part, right? And honestly, this is a big issue that I think a lot of marketers come across is they assume that a beautiful website with a ton of animations is what is going to drive sales because it's going to impress the viewer or the consumer, but in reality, the simpler the better, and optimization is key here. [music] So, the setup of this GrokSpark is very, very simple. All you have to do is give the URL of your website or any other websites that you want to reference, and then basically ask it to break it down and analyze it. Ask it to review SEO, [13:09] accessibility, performance, conversion, and content. Then, the output will be a prioritized report with everything that you need to change, everything that you're doing well, and maybe an overall fix if your entire website is kind of in the wrong direction, it will give you a new direction to go in. The best part about this is that it will give you supporting evidence. Like it won't just tell you oh, this would be better. It will actually give you evidence of why it's better and usually this is data backed. In terms of time saved, [music] I think you're saving both time and money for this one because because the [13:40] best way to get this kind of information would be to hire a consultant or an expert and in this case, you know, AI is doing it for you. So, you're saving potentially hours of research if you don't want to hire a consultant and potentially hundreds to thousands of dollars instead of hiring a consultant that can audit your website. Use case number seven is last 30 days, which reads [music] everything people have said in your niche and it will give you the best topics. This growth book is an absolute game-changer if you're in marketing but also if you're in sales or [music] content. I use this a lot [14:12] because this is how I basically construct viral content, especially when it comes to short-form or posts [music] like on X. Because I'm seeing which posts are getting the most traction and I'm seeing kind of where the pain points of [music] the average person in my market is and I'm able to understand my ICP better as well. So, this growth book can be scanning as regularly as you want. It can be daily, it can be weekly, it can be monthly. Personally, I have it scanning daily so that I know exactly, you know, what are the common complaints in my niche, what are the interests [music] and what are the emerging trends so I [14:44] can create content before other people. But if you have a product in a certain niche, this is [music] insanely useful because it will help you not only refine the way you're talking to your ICP but maybe also the product itself. The setup of this growth book is quite simple. All you have to do is give it a topic or a niche. Then ask it to review the previous 30 days on Reddit, on X, on YouTube, on web search and any other platforms that you want to monitor. For tech, for example, you would add a few more sources like Hacker News and GitHub. And in terms of the [15:14] output, it will provide you with a source report [music] with repeated use cases, common problems, common complaints, positive reactions, setup problems, current discussions, and notable examples. So again, whether you're business owner or you're an entrepreneur looking to start a business, this [music] will help you immensely because it will help you identify problems in the market and then bring that solution. In terms of time saved, this will eliminate hours of daily research because if you count the amount of platforms [music] and just knowing where to look on these platforms, that's at least 4 hours a day. You'd be searching every platform, opening posts, recording what you're learning, spotting repeating patterns, [15:52] compiling, saving the data. [music] You're saving a lot of time and it's also a lot more reliable. Use case number eight is [music] the Scout and it will watch your competitors' every single move. But to be honest with you, this is the one GrogBot that I haven't found to be that useful. [music] So I've connected my Scout Bot to X because X is my main platform and I've had it basically track other accounts in the AI niche and it tells me what is going viral, what is doing really well, and what I could do to optimize my own content strategy. And to be honest with you, I didn't find it that useful [16:23] because I do think that my connection with my audience is more important than like a viral format, especially on X because I already do have an established account. So using specific formats and templates that aren't really me come across as ungenuine. So [music] yeah, this GrogBot hasn't been of massive use to me, but I can definitely see how it would be very useful to other business owners. So very simply, it will research your competitors, whether that's websites, accounts, [music] and it'll tell you what they do differently, what's outperforming for them, and what you could potentially replicate [music] in your own voice or branding. In terms of the setup, so you [16:57] enter your business or channel. [music] So any information you can give us is good pretty much. Your social media handles, your website. Then you'll give the GrogBot two or more competitors. Honestly, the more the better and then it will go and find extra competitors that you haven't listed yet. [music] Give it the buyer questions that matter in your market and then tell your GrogBot what you want it to compare, or just have it track [music] progress. The more precise you are, the better, but your GrokBot can also give you recommendations on what [music] to track, so don't stress about that too much. And then the output is a source [17:28] competitor report covering positioning, offers, announcements, [music] website changes. You can be as nosy as you want with this one. Just like most of the other GrokBot cases that we've mentioned, this one is going to save you hours and hours because you don't have to do manual research anymore. If you do this every week or every month, then time saved is obviously going to start adding up. And most likely, your competitors aren't even doing this yet because the [music] average person is not actually using AI to its full capability, so I definitely think you have an edge. And lastly, use case number nine is Forge. This is a builder [18:01] that can build you any GrokBot based on what it identifies within your business or in your chats. And it can build any GrokBot in about 5 to [music] 10 minutes. So, I actually started using GrokBot on August 18th. This was about a week after the launch. And I started with like three bots. And from there, I had my Chief of Staff bot, which is the AI team manager. I had this bot identify anything that I needed within our setup [music] and my business, and then it basically created GrokBots based on my needs. And now, I have a bot specifically called Forge, whose job it is to come up with ideas of GrokBots [18:35] that we could make and use [music] because I always want to be on top of everything. Like I always want to make sure that I'm ready with anything new that needs doing. And today, I have about 20 plus GrokBots. I use about 10. My main conversations are with Chief of Staff. I actually communicate via Slack. That's like our primary platform, and my human assistant, Zoe, can also communicate with Chief of Staff. And then Chief of Staff will go and delegate to all the other agents in our team. So, for example, I have a builder agent, I have an XDM [music] scout, I have outlier scanners for every single [19:08] platform that I'm posting on to tell me what's trending, and all the bots that I mentioned in this video as well. So, to give you an example of a workflow that I use every single day, [music] it's the Grok Bot Chief of Staff, Slack, and Notion, and they all communicate. So, for example, outlier scanners will go and scan what's trending on social media or what's potential [music] to go viral, and then there will be a draft that's created within Notion by my Chief of Staff, and then [music] it'll ping me with the four content ideas for whichever platform let's say X. So, it'll say, "Here are, you know, today's [19:42] content [music] ideas for X." And then it'll give me the links to the Notion. And then I go in the Notion, there's a draft. If I approve the [music] draft, it'll push it to my content calendar, and then it's ready to be scheduled and posted. So, yeah, just to give you an idea of how far you can take this. For the Forge Bot, how you would set it up is you basically give it an outcome or job. For example, if I want a scout [music] that checks my DMs on X and tries to find potential sponsorships, I will make it very clear what I want it [20:08] to do. So, I want it to check [music] my X DMs. I don't want it to reply. I just want it to let me know when there's a new DM that seems like it could be worth it. And there you go. So, you do need to give it very clear deliverables and constraints, of course. And then the output the Forge Grok Bot will give you is [music] a complete specification with the bot's roles, tasks, workflows, tools, constraints, deliverables, approval rules, and first [music] run instructions. And within a few minutes, all of these files would have been written in the back end. Grok Bot's [music] UI is so beginner-friendly that [20:40] you don't actually see these files, but they do exist. So, if you wanted to, you could ask your Forge Bot [music] to push everything to GitHub, and you keep track in that sense. And yeah, again, this will save you hours and hours of manually [music] writing out every file or manually writing out every Grok Bot that you can imagine and kind of like auditing your business to try and [music] find which agents to create. It will help you identify those opportunities by itself. So, I'll do a [21:04] little ranking to finish off this video. I would say that the [music] most useful GrogBot out of all of those I mentioned is the Sweet to Lead, then in terms of largest time saving, I would say the landing page generator, and the most impressive is probably the landing page generator just because this would usually cost thousands of dollars. I mean, it's crazy. And then the most valuable GrogBot will depend on you and your business, and I would say it's whichever one handles a task that you do every single week repeatedly that eats [21:30] up your time and maybe stresses you out. So, one thing that GrogBot is not very good at is compact so make sure that you keep chats [music] kind of short, and if possible, try to save everything to GitHub because if you have a really, really long chat with a GrogBot, it will start to lose context. So, yeah, the context layer becomes very, very important at this point, and if you want me to make a video specifically [music] on the context layer and what it is and how to set it up because I actually talk about it quite a bit on my Instagram and [21:58] [music] on here, let me know.
