# Build & Sell AI Websites: A Beginner’s Workshop - Day 1 Channel: HighLevel Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbvGgoFYAhk Duration: 1 hr 29 min Language: English Words: 20041 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/KbvGgoFYAhk --- [0:08] What's up folks? It is Monday morning here at High Level. We have the superstar that you might not have met yet if you are new to High Level, Dominic Baptist. We are excited to do a two-day workshop today. We said, you know what? Let's start the stream a little early. let people just tick [0:28] trickle in. We'll chitchat a little bit. Let the room kind of just, you know, take its course and everybody, you know, saddling up in their seats cuz there is a lot of content planned over this last several weeks to, you know, kind of bring this whole event together. So, if you're tuning in, I I want to know like tell me what city, state, region, wherever you're checking in from. I'm gonna do some call outs as you uh push those uh comments into there. Uh but I Dom, I I'm excited, man. There's a lot of stuff here that we're about to [1:04] unpack. Absolutely. I would say uh I'd say this may be the biggest thing I've ever done with you guys. I mean, just in terms of the workshop, it's my first actual workshop. If you guys didn't catch the master class from about last month, um we're going to be going over the updated version of that. So, you don't even need to go back and really watch it. You should you should always go back and watch anything, but uh you won't even need that. So, if you guys are bummed out that you missed the master class, don't worry. This is the updated version, the 2.0 of that, and it's going [1:33] to go a little bit more in depth. And we're going to talk about the new updates and everything that GHL has been doing with AI Studio. And by the end of it, no joke, whether you're a beginner, whether you're an expert, you are going to know pretty much everything that you would need to know about AI Studio, how to build really, really good websites. I mean, better than anything we've ever seen. So, I'm I'm so excited. I'm very excited. I've been prepping for this for like a month, actually. About a month we've been going through the props. So, you're going to you're going to know a [2:01] lot, guys. Yeah. And, um, I know that there's a lot of people that, you know, reached in and, you know, asked how we can, you [snorts] know, get involved and things like that. Um so let me first tell you huddle in for the content huddle in for the resources and then from there you can build your action plan um and go from there's there's a lot of lot of things that we have to unpack today. If you are brand new to the world of high level, I would love to know like tell us that you are you know tell me how long you've been with high level like how [2:35] maybe are this is the first month is this your second month have you been using highle for like a year I would love to know because one of the things Dom and I kind of planned out was to gear the workshop to be beginners friendly. If you saw the title of the event, the marketing that was around it, we really really emphasized that beginners are welcome. This that does not mean it's going to be elementary in any way. It's an advanced [snorts] it's a very advanced course that we're about to go through in a format. Um, but we wanted we wanted to simplify it so you can take a lot of action, right? And [3:10] go to market, talk to local businesses. So get excited. Don't let the titles fool you that it is, you know, be beginner content. It's beginner friendly, right? So, either way, um, for those of you tuning in, I see all the cities and states, a lot of you are, you know, typing in. Yeah, we've got some new folks in here. Don said, "I've been using for three months." Ravi says about a month. Um, Hal says about a year. Jim says about six months. So yeah, a lot of you um are pretty new and this is going to really change the way you look at business, especially when it comes to [3:46] local local go to market strategies. And uh Dom Dalton Mener, your buddy wanted me to ask you if you washed your sweats and I have to ask, I've seen the branding. You always have a it's like Carmelo Anthony, right? There's a hoodie season. You you are in your hoodie season again. [laughter] Well, we're finally getting up to fall season. So, I mean, when when I'm living in Scottsdale in July, then people can question the whole hoodie thing, but I think now we're it's starting to get a little chilly out. And Dalton me and Daltton live in the same place, so he can he can agree that it's it's it's [4:19] hoodie season. All right, we can finally get off that. But yeah, guys, Dalton is a huge he's I mean, I'm going to give him multiple shout outs in this. Uh Dalton is uh he's my partner in crime and he actually helped build a lot of the things that you guys are going to see today. A lot of the prompts, his name is on them. His name's on the snapshot. So, uh, you guys will be hearing from him. And he just started a YouTube channel. So, you guys should definitely go check out Daltton Minder on YouTube. He he already passed [4:43] 100 subs in the first like three days. You know how long it took me to pass 100 subs? Like three months. So, you know, amazing. Yeah. Well, Dom, what do you have planned for this workshop? I mean, two days of a lot of things. Um, you know, I'm I'm excited. Like, give us the agenda of what you have planned. If you think we should just go right into slides, we can do that as well. We've got we've got close to 300 people [5:07] already in the room. Oh, wow. Wow. Well, first off, don't worry because I'm going to take it step by step. And even if you join in 20 minutes later or whatnot, you'll actually still be able to understand kind of what we're talking about. Um, but first off, we're talking AI Studio. I mean, we're talking website building and we're not talking about the original website building with GHL and the site tab. We're not going to be dragging, dropping, changing the padding, none of that. Any of you guys watching this, if you can copy and you can paste, you can [5:33] do everything we talk about today. Everything. Everything I do today, if you can copy and paste, which I hope you can, then you can genuinely build every site that I talk about that we show you today. So, that's what we're going to be talking about. We're going to be talking about how to position these prompts correctly. We're going to talk about the beginning of AI Studio versus what has changed in the last, no joke, the last [5:54] three weeks. We had a massive change. So, we're going to be talking about that. What is the difference between old AI studio and new AI studio? Does everybody have to freak out? You have to migrate all your, you know, your websites, stuff like that. But more importantly, we're going to talk about how to sell websites in general because I believe they're the foundation of everything we do on GHL. I've always said from the beginning, it was when I got started in 2021, my first sale was a website. That's how I got into go high level. And I still to this day, five years later, believe that the foundation [6:23] of everything that you do on GHL, whether it's AI chat widgets or, you know, building their calendars or their CRM, I think all of it is based in a foundation of a website build. I'm not saying you have to sell websites and you have to do that to get a client, but man, is it a lot easier if you do. So, that's kind of what we're going to be talking about. And day two is going to be very very hyperfocused on uh instead of the technical side which is day one of course we're going to go over the technicals and how to build the site but [6:49] which is super important. Day one is like massively important. So don't miss today but tomorrow we're going to be going over the you know the fun stuff of how to sell it, how to know who to sell to, which niches I like the most. That's a big one. People like to know Tom. Do you like landscapers or pool companies or you know we're going to go over all that, don't worry. And how to break down a site. you know, if you're going to uh if if I'm looking at five different companies and I'm trying to decide who do I want to sell these sites to? Maybe [7:14] I want to sell to all five of them or only three of them. How do I actually break that down? What do I what are the things that I'm looking at? What are the things that are missing, I should say, or what are the things that they have that don't work? So, there's a lot of stuff like that that we're going to be going over, and it's super easy to eyeball check that, but I have a prompt for that, too. Don't worry, we have prompts for everything. We have copy and paste for everything, but um it's it's going to be it's going to be a lot, but [7:36] it's going to be done in a very simple simple manner and I'm going to try to break it down as easily as I possibly can because I know a lot of you guys are new. I know what it was like getting into GHL, you know, back in 2021, like I said, and I was scared. I was nervous. I didn't understand anything. I'd never built a website in my life. And uh to come out now, I probably built over a thousand sites and now it's like I can't wait to build another site. Now I'm so happy. Back then I was scared. So, you guys might be in that phase that I was [8:01] in. Uh, and I think you're going to come out of this two-day workshop completely different. I really do. I love it. So, Dom, as you pull up those slides and get the rocking here, uh, I'm going to ask everyone a question. So, when I do these webinars, especially the two-day workshop like in this format, it's a very interactive thing where we go back and forth. I love to understand where you all are in your journey because it's so important for us to really really help you and spend time with you. So, from a vulnerability [8:32] standpoint, there's no bad questions. There's no questions that are too too beginner-ish or whatnot. Like, so feel free to interact. Throw those comments in the in the streams wherever you're watching. Dude, I think we're even live on Twitch, right? So, like wherever you're watching, X, Twitch, LinkedIn, it doesn't matter. We are monitoring those comments. We want to get to you as quick as we can. So, let's do the first vulnerable thing if we can. I want you to tell the world how many prospects you have in your pipeline or how many especially if you're starting out or how many clients do you have if you already [9:06] [clears throat] started, right? Whether that's one, two, three, 3,000. Uh if you're like, you know, Andrew Cass watching this will be like over 5,000 or something, right? So wa walk us through let's let's practice that vulnerability when it comes to the interaction. Tell us how many customers you have and I will you will connect with people that are in your journey. Right? If Dom is watching this with me and he tells me in the comments he has he's got 10 clients and I have 10. I'm going to probably reach out to him and connect with them and figure out okay how do we land the 11th client? And that's the camaraderie [9:39] in entrepreneurship that no one talks about. And Dom could tell you it's different than hanging out with family and friends when you hang out with entrepreneurs that are in the same chapter, right? Um let's see. We looks like your slides are on. Perfect. And um let's see what are some numbers that we are seeing here. Uh three clients. Uh David, I love this. You're [10:03] saying you don't have any clients yet. Allan, you're saying you don't have any clients yet. And that's the most important thing because now you connect with others who are in that journey. Uh Melanie says two. Susie is rocking. Susie's got 58. Jeez, that's a that's a big launch. Uh we've got someone with three clients. Merlin says I'm starting out. Uh one on my own. Someone James says 55 15 months in. So this kind of [10:28] gives you an idea of where people are. Someone says 27 customers. Um, and there's a ton of you that that are saying zero, which is what I love because you must connect with everyone else in that chapter, right, Dom? Absolutely. If you're saying zero, once again, I know you guys are already here watching, but websites were my first like 10 clients. We're all selling websites and making sure that I understood how to position it because a lot of times, and we're going to talk about this a lot on day two, u, but a lot of times when you're trying to sell a website, business owners might not [10:57] understand what is act what's the purpose of a website. They really don't get it. you know, they're just going to be like, "Nah, I don't really use my website. I'm word of mouth, blah, blah, blah." And when you actually break down a website, what we'll do tomorrow, it makes them look stupid for saying no. They're just going to be like, "Oh, I never realized all that." You know, that's kind of embarrassing that my form doesn't work. That's kind of embarrassing that all these people have been going to my website and I can't contact them. Like they It's embarrassing to be a business owner and know that the main source of what people [11:23] are seeing about your business is broken. So, that's going to be a fun thing to talk about tomorrow. Absolutely. So, D, I'm going to get out the way here. So you can have [laughter] the full full screen and uh let's get the party started. Man, if you Oh yeah. Did we lose him? Where'd he go? Wait, hang on. [11:46] Let me see what happened here. I I'm I'm here. Oh, I thought we You cut off like right in the middle. All right, perfect. I was like Oh, you know what? I I forgot to keep the audio on. I was saying let's Can you hear me now? I can hear you now. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Sorry. Sorry. Yeah, a little [12:00] hideand-seek on Zoom. My bad. I was I was scared. I'm like, "Oh, no. Was it me?" All right, perfect. Yeah, your audio came out. All right. Awesome. Yeah. No, let's get into it ASAP. So, obviously, we are inside of AI Studio. If you guys are new to GHL, you have no idea what AI Studio is. Basically, this is how we're going to be building [12:17] websites from here on out. It is insane. This came out what, three or four months ago, and it absolutely changed the way that I look at GHL in general. I've never seen anything like it in my life. So, basically, when this first came out, we got to break down the history of it. When it first came out, everyone was coming into the describe what you want to build section, and they were saying, "Build me a landscaping website or whatever." And they'd press enter, and it would do it. It would build a landscaping website. And it was cool. It looked nice. I mean, it looked kind of [12:47] like the templates on GHL that you were already getting, but there was like everything was already built. Like, you didn't have to go in and kind of change the padding and the margins and all these other things. So, when this first came out, I was like, "Oh my gosh, this is going to save me so much time." And I no longer had to learn how to edit a site or how to teach people how to edit a site because you could just tell Ask AI to do it for you. Hey, I don't like the dimensions of this photo. Hey, this form, you know, should have this and [13:10] this and this on it. And you could just tell it what you wanted and it would build it for you. And that was so insane about AI Studio. But over time, we started to notice that you could have crazier prompts. Instead of build me a landscaping website, you could go to ChadByt and have it come up with like a 2,000word prompt, something, you know, something ridiculous that had every single page done that had all the SEO prompts, all these things in it. You know, it'd be a ridiculous prompt. And that's what we started to do next. And it would build more intricate sites. The sites would start to get a little bit [13:46] better. And then that evolutionized into multiple prompts. So doing one specific prompt for the homepage, one specific prompt for the footer, one specific prompt for this, this, and this, and this. And you started getting 15, 20, 30 prompt builds. And those websites started to get even more defined and even better. And it was just like, wow, we just keep going crazier and crazier and crazier. And now we have this thing right here. It says new. If you guys haven't checked this out, this changed everything. And this was three weeks ago. And I was so excited. So September 8th to be exact. This was the big change. And I'm going to try to explain [14:26] this and I'm going to summarize it in the easiest way possible because I know we're going to be using some some weird terms here, but trust me, it's simple. So this introduced full stack and serverside rendering, SSR. And I know a lot of you guys when this first came out with me, I don't know computer programming. I'm not really that technical of a guy. Fun fact, I don't know how to build a website from scratch still to this day. So, I didn't know what any of this meant. And basically, in a nutshell, obviously, I asked Chadbt, I was trying to do everything I could so I could explain it to you guys [14:54] so I could explain it to myself. And after a while, I started to realize that the old version of AI Studio, as amazing as it was, and I still love old version of AI Studio. Basically, what AI Studio was doing before was it was building you this Ferrari. I'm gonna use a car example. It was building you a Ferrari with no engine. There was no engine on the inside. So, server side rendering, having your own server, this is all the engine that's going to help you be number one on Google. It's going to help your page speed. It's going to help all these things that these businesses, [15:25] these business owners need, but have no idea how to do it. None. And so, when this came out, serverside rendering and full stack, it changed absolutely everything. You now have a beautiful Ferrari. It's great, but there's an engine in it, and it's a really, really good engine. And that allows you to go from selling websites for a couple hundred bucks to a couple thousand and they'll actually be worth it and these companies will actually make their money back times 10 because the ranking is going to be so good and because the page speed is going to be so good. So just think of it like that. Don't I don't [15:54] want to confuse anybody. We're not going to go into what server side rendering means because it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. It's already built in. So that's kind of why I built and Dalton built all of these amazing prompts that we're going to go over in a second. So all you have to do is copy and paste them. And all those technical terms that even I don't get are all built inside of there. So that's why I said if you can copy and paste, you're going to be an absolute just expert. It's going to be like you had 25 years of experience in computer programming because you kind of [16:20] do now. But let's break down a couple other things before I go into the prompts. So the first thing I want to break down is the snapshot that you guys are going to get. And the snapshot is going to be small. You're going to be like, "What? This is all I get?" It's this right here. It's the Miner Media SSR Master V1. So what exactly is this snapshot? It looks like a blank template. What is there's nothing in here. It's all just, you know, image and inspection service. What is this? So here's a couple things to break down again about the snapshot. When you're dealing with AI studio, a lot of times [16:49] we start from nothing. We start from scratch and that's totally fine and you can do that. But what we noticed is that there are AI charges. Of course, you know, if you played around with it, you might notice a 20 cent charge here for one command or a $2 charge here. And sometimes we'd have charges upwards of 30 or $40 when you're doing these crazy SEO prompts. And that's how it was a couple months ago. However, what Daltton and I realized that is if you make a template like this that kind of has the outline done, it not only makes the charges way less because AI is doing way [17:22] less work, but it also performs way faster and everything is built like perfectly. Think of it like you're building a puzzle. Is it easier to build a puzzle when you just have a bunch of scattered pieces or is it easier to build a puzzle when you see the outline of where every piece goes already? Obviously, it's a lot easier when you see the outline. You, you know, you just put them where they need to be. And that's kind of how this is. So, don't think of this as like the end all be all. You have to use it, but if you do use it, you'll probably be seeing way [17:51] faster website builds and you'll be seeing way cheaper website builds. And we're going to go over the price, too, so don't worry. But that is what the template is just in case you guys are wondering why you got a snapshot, what's in the snapshot and yada yada yada. So that's the snapshot that we started with. And just for you guys, I decided to build a website using the 20 prompt playbook. Actually, we had to re we had to rebrand it. It's not called the 20 prompt playbook anymore. It's just called the prompt playbook 2.0 now because and I'll explain that in a second when uh when we go over the [18:22] prompts. But basically, I built this entire website right here using the prompt playbook. And I'm going to share the actual website screen for you guys real quick. Let me share this tab. So this is what it looks like. I started with nothing. Literally nothing. And in in a single day, actually just a couple hours, a few hours, we built this insane [18:42] website that has absolutely everything. Every service page, every single one, boom, has its own page. Every service, every service area has its own page. Every single one. We have the contact, the FAQ. We have a ton of FAQ questions in here. Everything loads at lightning fast speeds. Design my pool right here. It has a custombuilt form with all the product project types, the budget range, all of this is in here. This site right here was all built with the prompts that we're giving you in this live. And it was all built in just a few hours. And I'm just going to give it away now. I'm [19:14] just going to tell you guys now cuz I was going to wait until the end, you know, dramatic of h, you know, how much this costs to build, but I'm just going to tell you guys right now because of how advanced AI Studio has gotten and how quick it's gotten, how much cheaper it's gotten, and it's only getting cheaper and faster. By the way, we built this entire site, every single prompt, everything. I'm talking thousands of tools were used to build this for under $14, which I it's just [sighs] if you guys know anything about the website industry and you know anything about AI or even GHL in general, to build [19:46] something like this for under $14 is just it's just unbelievable. And we could sell this for $1,000 to $3,000 easily. Easily. And it's it's just everything is in here. The page speed is phenomenal. The SEO is phenomenal. So that's what you're going to be learning. So this is what we're going to be talking about. I'm just gonna go through all the prompts and all you would have to do is copy and paste what we show you in the next hour, 30 minutes, 45, whatever it takes, and you can build this for any any type of service-based business, any type of business in general. So, let's get into it. I've [20:18] yapped long enough. Let's actually talk about these prompts. It's the first time I'm really showcasing these. I've been I've been talking about them for like a month now. So, let me share the prompt playbook and let's get into it. Here it is guys. This is the Dominic and Dalton AI Studio website builder prompt [20:36] playbook 2.0. And now what is the main difference obviously from the original there are a few things few technical things obviously SSR as you can see right here the server side rendering rendering we needed to have a playbook that worked with the new version of AI Studio. So does the old playbook still work? Yeah, of course you guys can totally use the [20:57] old playbook. But is this one better? Way better. It's awesome. So, that's kind of what we're talking about in this in this video. No need to migrate anything over. You don't need to migrate your old um your old websites over if you're using this playbook because everything will be done, you know, in a in uh the exact way it's supposed to be [21:12] done. So, let's let's break this down. I'm going to break it. I'm not going to read all this off. Obviously, that's boring. Let's talk about the number one thing that you're supposed to do with this playbook. This is one of my favorite things, and it's not even a prompt. It's one of my favorite things inside of the playbook. It is the collect information from the client questionnaire. So, this is a question that I get all the time. A lot of people when they get into GHL and when they're onboarding a client, they're like, "What am I gathering from the client? What am I actually gathering?" You know, their [21:37] name, number, email. That's not enough. I feel like I need more things, but I just don't know what to ask the client. So, not only is this amazing for building the sites, this questionnaire, it's amazing for onboarding a client in general because it asks all the questions in one go. So, if you meet up with them or you send them an email or whatever you're doing, however you're communicating back and forth with the client, if you get this information, everything that we're going to be talking about in the questionnaire, you can not only build a site, but you're going to have such an easier time onboarding. And we're going to get to [22:07] the point uh, you know, not to go off topic, but we're going to get to the point where this questionnaire is just going to build the entire account for you, not just the website. It's going to build everything. It's going to build the workflows. It's going to build the, you know, the the opportunities and pipelines. It's going to build everything. So, all you're all you're doing is going over and asking [22:22] questions. Here's the form. Fill it out. Boom. Let's get you set up by tomorrow. I mean, that's kind of where we're headed. I'll be honest, guys. Uh, so this is awesome. Let's go over the questionnaire a little bit. These are the questions that you you don't need to get, but you should. You should try to get as many as you can. If you don't get all the questions, it's it's fine. You don't have to get all of them, but a lot of them are very easy. The business basics, you probably don't even have to ask them. You can get them yourself. So that's going to be like the official [22:46] business name, the short business name, the primary city, the state, the full business address. These are all things that you guys can honestly just Google and find yourself. And then when we come down here to the services, this is where it gets very very important. So I would definitely have them give you a list of all their services. Not only their [23:03] services, but we have uh categories too. So we have primary services, main business category, all the services to include. So list all of them. We have the most important ones, the most profitable services, and then the services that they do not offer. They do not do this, this, or this. You know, if it's landscaping, they don't do irrigation. Boom, put it in there. They do not do irrigation. Because the reason that this matters, the service and the service area, and I'm going to talk [23:26] about this a good amount in this live. The reason these two matter so much when building a website is because what do people on Google, you know, customers, what do they do when they go try to find a landscaper or try to find a chiropractor or try to find a pool company? They type in the service. That's what they do. They type in, I need a retaining wall. You know, I need my lawn mower. They're typing in the service. And they're also saying,"I need [23:50] my lawn mower in Scottsdale, Arizona." Well, Scottsdale probably you're not getting your lawn mower. Let's do Springfield, Illinois. I need my lawn mower in Springfield, Illinois. So, these two right here are super, super important when you're talking about search engine optimization, when you're talking about Google ranking, when you're talking about building a website. So, don't mess those up. Make sure you get the services. Make sure you get the service area and then the prompts are going to do the rest. Next, we have branding. This is also, you know, this is somewhat important. If you can get these things, that's great. Catchd can help you. You know, find the primary [24:19] brand color, secondary brand color. If they have a logo and it's blue and green or something, obviously you just toss that in and the hex codes will be right here. And don't worry guys, I even have an example of what a finished questionnaire looks like. We're going to talk about that next. So, there's the branding. Number five is call to [24:33] actions. This is also pretty important. So, what are their call to actions? Is it request a quote? Is it schedule a demo? Is it book a call? Then they have a second if they have a secondary call to action that you know you can put that right there. This also is uh this one I just want to break down for you guys right now. So this says contact form embed code. What this means, and don't freak out, you don't have to put this in here, but what contact form embed code means is if they have a contact form already on a different site or somewhere else that they want to use for whatever [25:03] reason, this isn't super common, but if they have one that they already want to use, you would just put the embed code here. Most of the time, we're just going to build our own forms. I'll be honest, guys, we're just going to build the form inside of GHL, so this shouldn't matter too much. But if they have a review widget one or a SK like let's say they use uh Calendarly which integrates with GHL anyway but if they use like a thirdparty calendar or something you can embed that code into the site and then obviously AI studio does 99% of the heavy lifting for you and boom now you [25:30] have their actual thirdparty software connected to your website which is cool. So that's what that's what all this means. You don't have to put it all in. It's totally fine. GHL still has all of these things in there anyway. Next we have the social and online profiles. That's going to be like their Facebook [25:43] page or Instagram page, blah blah blah. That's all easy to find. You guys don't even need to ask them for that. You can go find it yourself. Uh then we have the business story and trust if they want to put that in there. Uh that's going to be what differentiates them from their competitors, if they have any licenses or certificates, things like that. And then their about us and you know their team members to feature, all the things that are in the website that let's be real, nobody ever looks at, but it still helps for for search engine optimization. And then uh content and design, that's going to be like [26:12] frequently asked questions, things like that. And then down here we have the website and SEO setup. So that's their current website URL if they have one, their approved production domain, pages that must be included, things like that. So there you go. If you can get all that information, all that information and collect that, you are genuinely 95% of the way there. That is the heavy lifting. Like everything else is just copy and pasting. So that's what I love about um this questionnaire. I think it's so good. And it it it's uh it just makes your life so much easier for everything that you're doing inside of [26:44] GHL. Not just building the website, like I said, but actually onboarding these clients. And uh so let me show you real quick what a finished one looks like. I have one done here. It should be this page right here. So this is what a finished one looks like. We've got the official business name. This isn't a real company, by the way. I just had a demo one done so that we could show you what this looks like and then of course what the website looks like when it's [27:03] finished. Uh year established services. Okay, so here's I probably should have used less services. You'll find out why in a second, but I think it's better that I just, you know, that I have one with a crazy amount so you can see the most extreme version of this. So there's a ton of services on here. A lot of times businesses might only have three or four services. Um, but this one had like 17 or something like that. So we have a ton of services right here. Um, which means every single service gets its own page. So that means this website's pretty big. Uh, and then every [27:32] service area gets its own page, too. And we have a good amount of service. I think we had like 12 service areas here. Um, so we got all the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, things like that. Then the branding. See this? This is what a hex code looks like. You can easily just ask Chad GPT to get you the hex codes. You know, upload a image and say, "Give me the hex codes." Or you can go to Canva, which is what I usually do, and you'll see the hex codes. So that's [27:52] what that means. Don't get confused. Super easy. It's just a code that shows you what that color is. And that's going to be for the branding to make sure that the website actually matches with all the branding colors. And it just makes it look a lot better. So there you go. favicon URL, all that stuff. Call to action. This is all in here. Pri primary form should collect. First name, last name, phone, email, just what do you [28:13] want that form to collect? What is it? What kind of information is this website collecting? Um, scheduling embed code. Notice how we didn't put anything here. Didn't need to. So, we didn't put the embed codes in. Didn't put any social medias in. Didn't really matter too much, but obviously you guys would for for your clients. And then the business story. And then uh and then we've got everything down here. And then that's pretty much it. So that's what a finished one looks like. What a finished questionnaire looks like. If you can get here, like I said, you are 95% of the way done. So let me share this tab [28:44] again. Now I call this prompt zero. I should have just put it as prompt zero, but it's before prompt one. I didn't want to confuse you guys. So before prompt one and this is super important and this is something that I don't see a lot of people talk about uh when it comes to AI studio or using Akai and it's something that uh shout out Daltton again Daltton Mender that he figured out really early in his uh AI studio career was operating rules rules that you just [29:14] copy and paste before you do anything. The first thing that you do is you set boundaries and you set rules with AI Studio. So, you copy all of these rules all the way down to here to the checkpoint before we get to the actual prompt one. So, what does that mean? Why are we copying and pasting rules? I'll even show you guys where to do that. So, right down here, you would copy and paste it into ASKI right here. And you'd copy the rules. And you'll notice nothing happens. Like, it doesn't actually change anything. It doesn't update anything. You might even think nothing happened at all. You'll be like, [29:45] "Wait, I'm confused. Genuinely, nothing changed on this website at all." That's correct. It wasn't supposed to. You're just setting the boundaries and setting the rules so that Ask AI and AI Studio doesn't mess up anything when it comes to going through the rest of the 20, 30, 40 prompts. And we found that out the hard way, obviously, by testing over and over and over again on all these prompts and just we just kept going back and forth. And we would notice that AI Studio and Ask AI would sometimes do something the way we wanted it to be like great. And we just assumed it would do it that way every time, but no, it [30:21] doesn't because it doesn't know the boundaries and which weren't set. So having that rule and having those boundaries is really, really important. And that's why prompt zero or before prompt one is something that you guys should all do. And we don't even have to go over the rules. I told you guys this is not a technical live. I'm not going over all this stuff. you might you don't [30:40] even have to read any of this stuff. Just just copy and paste it and the rules will be in there and you're good to go. And then we have prompt number one. So this is I would say one of the top three most important prompts that you're that you're going to have because this is the first real prompt where something starts to become, you know, built. And that prompt is going to be building the client fact brief. And inside of the client fact brief, we're going to be pasting the entire questionnaire in here. So that's where this goes right here. As you can see, you're going to want to paste both this [31:11] prompt with the questionnaire, which goes right here. And it says, "Complete this analysis and then stop. Wait for prompt number two." So, basically, it's just going through the entire analysis. It's studying everything in that client questionnaire, everything about that business. Because how do you build a website for a business for a client if [31:27] it doesn't know anything about it? Obviously, it needs to know something about that business. It needs to know the name. It needs to know the logo. It needs to know the primary services. These are all things that it needs to know. So, of course, you got to have the questionnaire in there for prompt number one. Number two is verifying the SSR architecture. So, this is what we were missing in my master class. So, if you guys made it to the master class and you made it to this one, prompt two is going to be the first time you're like, "Oh, this is different. This is an updated [31:51] version." Yes, because SSR was not around for the for the original build. So, now we have SSR. This is just making sure that everything is updated. It's making sure that it's all good to go with the new AI Studio update. And then prompt three is going to be establishing the baseline and build plan. One thing that I really want to explain to you guys and pay attention here because this even confused me in the beginning too when I was messing around with these prompts is that the first three prompts, prompt one, two, and three all the way down to here don't actually do anything that you can see. So when you're when [32:24] you're building this when you're building this website, I'm going to share the tab again. And uh if you guys didn't know, there's a view history button right here. So you can actually see when you first got started into the into the site. And so I'm going to try to load this one. Hopefully it doesn't take too long. But basically, you can see all the prompts that I used, which are just the prompts that we're going over. And boom. See, we went back to the original. For the first three, even sometimes four or five prompts. This doesn't really change much at all. It still kind of looks like this. There's [32:53] no photos in there. Sometimes it won't, you know, it doesn't change the logo or it doesn't change the color scheme. And you might think something is going wrong. It is not. It is actually doing all the behind the scenes work for the first three prompts that you have you don't even see. You genuinely don't see, but it's laying the groundwork which once again makes everything faster and it makes everything cheaper. So that's why that's what we're doing. You're not you're not doing anything wrong. You're not like why does my website not look cool on the third prompt? It's supposed to look very blank. So just letting you [33:22] guys know because I know I I know you guys will run into that problem as well. It's not a problem but you know what I mean. So that's going to be prompt three. Phase two, this is where we start seeing some fun stuff. This is where we start actually seeing our work. So phase [33:35] two is going to be prompt number four. This is called the configuration, the brand, and the navigation. So this is basically configuring the business nata. It's going over everything that we put in the questionnaire. It's making sure that all the business stuff is correct, the name, the email, the number. And then five is going to be applying the brand. So that's going to be like the [33:51] logo, the logo colors, things like that. fabicon, the uh the font, stuff like that to make sure it all looks correct. And then prompt number six is the navigation, the header, the footer. I told you guys all these prompts, the reason we don't do this all in one one go. And I talked about this a little bit in the beginning is cuz I know that's [34:10] the first question on everyone's mind. Dom, why are you waiting 20 times? You know, you're sitting there waiting for 20 different prompts. It's like, no, if you put them all in one go, it's going to break. It's it's not going to work. And I'm sure that we will get to the point where yes, you can easily put them all in one prompt and AI Studio will be able to just spew it out and it'll be amazing. But for right now, this has been the best way to do this to make sure that it's all perfect. So, that's going to be uh I just wanted to preface [34:38] that because I know everyone's like, damn, why are we do why are we waiting 20 different times to do this? Trust me, trust me, trust me. This is so much faster than building a website which is going to take you like a week. This takes an hour, hour and a half sometimes. But um that's going to be prompt six. Now prompt seven. This is phase three. This is the fun one. This is the craziest prompt that you're going to have by far. This is where your entire website goes from kind of like a blank canvas to well I've already shown you but to this. So this is where [35:11] everything starts to change and you start getting the you know photos in there. You start getting the color schemes in there. You start seeing the services in there. the service area. Like a lot of stuff starts to go in on prompt 7. This this prompt also was my biggest prompt for this website right here. It was my biggest prompt in history of of AI Studio. It built 1,250 different tools. On average, I'm used to like 20 or 30 tools. And uh it built 1250. So, it's one of them in here, but it was absolutely crazy. And uh and a [35:43] lot of people are like, "Oh, 1250 tools? That must have cost a fortune. That must have cost so much money. It cost 92 cents, which is insane. 1,250 tools cost 92 cents. So, I just want to let you guys know I'm being very transparent here. I'm going over the cost of all this. I'm not trying to blindside you, have you build a website and it cost you 800 bucks. That's not what happens at all. And GHL has some awesome AI subscriptions and a lot of really cool things coming out soon that are going to make building websites super affordable, super fast, and and way better. So, I [36:15] just wanted to bring that up, too. Uh, and Dom uh you you can't share all the good stuff uh too too too early as we are around level up. I know you know too much. Sorry. Sorry. I Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I level up if you guys aren't going. Well, number one, you should definitely get your tickets if you haven't. Um if they're not even sold out yet, but uh that's where they're going to announce some really really cool stuff that yes, I may or may not know already. But yeah, hint hint. We got some really really [36:41] cool stuff coming very very very soon. November is going to be a crazy month. Crazy month. So, so yeah, but remember for props going to break the internet. It is going to break the internet. It might b at least bend it. Oh yeah, it's it's going to do a lot of things to your guys' go high level accounts, but it's still going to be easy. I don't Sometimes people get scared when when new updates come out or something like that. Uh it's that's never the point. The point is never to make things harder. It is every time GHL updates anything is to make your life easier. Just so you guys know. Um but [37:09] yeah, prompt 7, that's going to be your big one. It's going to And I'll be honest, it might take you some time. It might take 20 25 minutes to load. This one took me about 25 minutes to load. I'm like, "What's going on? Why is this so crazy?" And then boom, you get the craziest website ever on prompt 7. And pro and then everything else is just like easy, easy, smooth sailing. Not that anything we talked about was difficult at all. But this is when it [37:30] starts doing the service overview page. That's prompt eight. So that's going to be going through all the services and make sure they're all optimized. And then prompt nine and 11 are two of the most important prompts that we're going to be doing. So I'm going to talk about prompt 911 for a second. Prompt nine is building an individual service page for every single service that you have. So remember I talked about this a little bit before services are massive. They're huge because that is what people are googling. So, for search engine optimization, if you want to be the number one landscaper in your area, if you want to be the number one [38:03] chiropractor in your area, then you better have a list of all your services and they better have individual pages on that website because you just want as much content as you possibly can have specific to that service so that you can be found on Google. It's not that difficult. It's just a lot of people don't understand how this works. And lucky for you, you've got it all right here in one Google doc. So, the one thing about prompt nine is a lot of people think they just it's just one [38:27] prompt. It's not. It's not one prompt. As you can see, you should always read any I put everything important in like blue font. So, just read the blue font, please. If you don't read any of the black font, please read the blue. And the blue says important. Repeat prompt nine for each service. I know it might take a little bit of time. Usually, these only load for like 20 seconds, 30 seconds. So, as long as you don't have 800 services, you should be able to fly through this. I had a good amount of services for the for the pool company [38:56] one. That's why I told you guys earlier. I'm like, man, I wish I didn't do 17 services because yes, I had to do se I had to do 17 props. I probably didn't think that went through when I did a demo, but a lot of companies usually have like four or five services. Super easy. Um, but even if they have a lot of services, it's just going to help the SEO. And uh, guys, it's not hard to sit there and just copy this prompt for every single one. As you can see, you put in the service name right here. You put in the service slug, which is just [39:22] like I'll give you an example what a service slug is. Uh it's if I did pool restoration, it would be pool- restoration. That's the slug. And you can use chatbt to literally create all of these for you. You can paste this in and say make me the font for or make me the prompt for all 15 of my services. That's what I did. And then I just copied one by one. Boom. And we got all of the 17 services in here. And then once again, I'll show you guys what that looks like. So that's under services right here. We have all of them. So, if I go to water feature, boom, water [39:51] feature, all right here. It goes over everything about water features. I didn't have to do any of this. I literally just copy and paste and it's all in here. Everything is in here. This entire page is dedicated to water features. And that is why it is so so important to make sure you do every single one of these. And now, speaking of doing all of them, you know, [laughter] based off each service, we're going to get to prompt 11 in a second, and I'll show you guys that we're going to be doing that again. But prompt 10 is going to be building the service area overview. So just the overview and then [40:22] boom, prompt 11, do the same thing. I need to make that blue. My bad. But we'll make that blue font. And then u build one individual service area for each one. So you're going to put in the city, state area, slug again. So if it's, you know, Scottsdale, Arizona, whatever, Scottsdale- Arizona, that's going to be the slug. And you're going to do that same thing again. It's very easy. Repeat prompt 11 just like you did for prompt nine. And that's how you're going to get once again right here all the service areas. Paradise Valley, which is a beautiful place in Arizona, [40:49] Phoenix, Arizona. They're all in here. And once again, that is for SEO. So if someone in Phoenix or let's do like someone in Tempe. Let's say someone in Tempee is looking for LED pool lighting. Boom. It's all right here. The SEO is good to go. So that's why it is so so important to do that individual prompt. Yeah, it might take 10 extra goes, 15 extra prompts, but come on, guys. We're get we're getting too lazy. We're getting way too lazy that that's that's the hardest part of our day is copying [41:19] and pasting. Um but that's prompt 11. Everything after prompt 11 is is genuinely just copying and pasting. It's it is so simple. So after that, your website should look really really good. Anything after prompt 11, your website should start to look the way that it's most likely going to end. And you'll be like, what are all these extra prompts? Like what am I doing? This is a lot of the, you know, the FAQ pages. That's prompt 12. And then we go to we go to phase four, which is the conversion and the media. So that's going to be building like the contact, the estimate, and the forms and all that stuff. But [41:53] everything is still going to look kind of the same after prompt 11. It's just going to make that website so much faster, so much better. It's going to configure all the reviews, the social links, the business profiles for 14. Prompt 15 is replacing and optimizing the media, which I want to talk about. This is really, really big. So this is something that we saw. Uh, shout out Dalton again. Daltton Mer. This is something that we saw a lot in the early stages of AI Studio. We would upload photos. We would go over here. I'm g show you guys real quick. And we would we would upload these these photos right [42:24] here. We click the plus and we'd upload an image or we go to the media library, whatever it is. And we would upload the photos in order to get, you know, their service photos or their background images or whatever. And we're like, "Okay, great. That's how it works and and it looks amazing and blah blah blah." We weren't seeing what was actually happening behind the scenes until we ran actual tests. We would take it over to like a third party and we'd run these SEO tests or we'd run these page speed test. We noticed the websites were a little slow. We're like, what's going on here? What what what are we [42:54] missing? And what we found out was that a lot of the images or the videos that you're putting in aren't formatted the right way. They're just formatted, you know, how you, you know, JPEG or whatever it is. They're not actually formatted for the website. And that's what these prompts do. So, just letting you guys know, these prompts right here [43:11] for 15 are optimizing all of those. They're lazy loading all these terms that, you know, we don't need to break down. And they're basically putting it in the background of the website so that they're just so much faster, load way better, look better, and uh it's just one of those things, like I said, it's one of those things that people just don't think about. And as soon as you have the prompt and you copy and paste it in there, it's going to make the website a lot better. So, that's that's going to be prompt 15. Then we're coming up to the end. We're rearing the end of [43:37] these prompts. We got phase five. This is going to be the SSR, SEO and cleanup. These are also extremely important prompts that people forget about all the time. So, you want to you want to complete that SSR, the server side rendering, and all of these things in and uh in prompt 16. And then we've got 17 and 18 here. You know, this is going to be the accessibility QA, blah blah blah. And then prompt nine is the functional integration QA. And then finally, prompt number 20. By the way, nothing from like 16, 17, 18, 19 will probably change at all. It'll all look the exact same. And once again, you're [44:10] going to be like, "Is this changing anything?" Yes, it is. It's making the SEO flawless. And then prompt 20 is your final SSR QA is basically going through the entire checklist, absolutely everything. It's going through all of it and it's saying, "Ask AI, AI Studio, did you do this, this, this?" It's clicking on things. It's making sure all the buttons work. So, you don't want to miss number 20. But, uh, that's basically what that is. So once again, most likely won't change anything on the site, but it's going to go through the checklist and make sure that all these 20 prompts ran perfectly and that you have an [44:39] amazing website that you can easily easily go and sell for $1 to $3,000, which is what we're going to be talking about a lot in the next uh tomorrow is going to be how to like position these websites. So that is all 20 of them. And there's still something I want to bring up for sure, something that people don't talk about again when they're building [44:58] AI Studio websites, and that is the A2P. And don't worry, I'm going to make this super super simple for you guys. I even created another prompt at the bottom. It's the bonus prompt. So, it should be right here. So, this is our bonus A2P verification prompt. This is something that I think is one of the most important aspects of AI studio. One of the most important aspects of GHL in general is A2P. It is something that no one wants to talk about that everyone always cringes when they hear A2P. They don't want to do it. It's annoying. Blah blah blah. But GHL honestly in the last [45:32] like 6 months you guys have made it so much easier to get approved for A2P. Because if you guys didn't know, if you guys don't know what A2P is, let me explain it real quick. Basically, A2P verification is how you get text messaging. If if if you you ever get a text message from like a chiropractor, you ever get text messages from like a landscape or whatever and it says, "Hey, u your appointments at this time, you have to be A2P approved in order to [45:56] legally send those text messages out." And that's why this prompt is actually really, really important too because the website that you build up here, all 20, isn't A2P approved. It's not ready to go. So, you have to use that bonus prompt, this entire bonus prompt to do a few different things to the website to make sure that you can go register it, get A2P approved within 48 hours, usually if you follow all the directions, of course, and then boom, you can just revert the site back to how it was. So, let me show you what that [46:25] let me show you what I'm talking about. So, let's go back to the original site. That's going to be this site right here. So, this is the site, and this is before the A2P approval bonus prompt. If I click design my dream pool, you'll notice there's a form right here. So, if I agree blah blah blah and I fill this [46:41] all out, will I receive a text message? The answer is no. No, I won't. It's not A2P approved. It's not an A2P approved site. So, I will not receive a text message and then this form will get lost. It's the number one selling point for any type of site build for a business owner is, hey, I filled out your form and nothing happened. You have no idea how how often this occurs. And once again, that's what we're going to be talking about tomorrow. But I don't want that to happen to my sites. I want my sites to actually work. I want when I put the project type in here with new [47:11] pool construction and budget range of 75,000 and timeline of 1 to three months, I want all that structured in my automation. I want all that in my text message back to the customer or I want it in the text message sent to the business owner. I do not want them to lose a lead ever again. That's why they're paying me. So, how do we do that? Like, how do we actually get A2P approved? Well, the first step is you can't have a form. You cannot have a form on your website. The way that we do [47:34] A2P approval, you can't have any form. You have to have only an A2P approved chat widget. And so, don't worry that we're not here to talk about A2P and go through the whole process. Maybe we can do that in another in another video. Uh because I actually really like talking about it. I've made multiple videos on YouTube you can easily go follow and watch. But number one thing is you can't have a form. So, every website has a form. I mean, what website doesn't have a form? That's why a lot of those guys are going to struggle to get approved for ATP. So, what this does, what what [48:01] this bad boy right here, this prompt does, is it deletes all the forms just for a limited time. Don't worry, but it deletes, it takes away all the forms and allows you to put that A2P approved chat widget on there so that when A2P is doing the regulation and going through your website, they're saying, "All right, there's no forms on here. There's nothing that's collecting information [48:19] except for an A2P approved chat widget." Not Not only that, I also gave you way down here the terms and conditions that you're supposed to use. These are actually from GHL directly. So I got the privacy policy and we got the terms of service both in here. So you guys don't have to worry about any of that. Copy paste still once again. And then you go get approved for A2P. We have done this so many times guys. We've done this so many times. Daltton and I have done it multiple times. I've filmed it on my YouTube channel and it works every single time. We've just been it it I [48:50] don't know what GHL did in the last six months, but you guys absolutely crushed it with how easy it is to just put a put a chat widget on a website, get approved for A2P. So, I'm loving it. I think you guys should do this with every single business that you guys set up. You should do it with every website. And then check this out. It's my favorite my favorite part about all that. So, remember when I told you that if you take all the forms off to get approved for A2P, you can just reverse it. It's this right here. It's the view history button. So, let's say we did the A2P [49:15] right on on this one. we could just reverse it and go back to this one right here and reverse everything we just did and boom, you're good to go. So, that's kind of a little cheat code, little cheat code that you guys can do to uh to get those forms off, get approved for ATP, reverse it back and still have all [49:31] the forms that you need on that website. So, I wanted to break that down. That was a little bonus thing that we didn't talk about in the master [clears throat] class and I just felt like, you know, I'm here now. Might as well break it down. It's it's huge. And that is going to be all 20 prompts plus the bonus prompt. And now I want to go and show you guys real life clients. Just, you know, we're just going to we're going to fly through this. It's not going to be too bad. And obviously I want to ask questions and or have people ask me questions and I can answer them. But I [49:57] just wanted to make sure that I show you guys what this looks like in real life, too. So, let me share real quick real quick before you start going into real life um you know, websites that you guys have built and kind of shared. I don't know if you know this guy, but he keeps uh asking these comments in the stream. Let me throw it on the slides. I mean the the this the stream here. This guy named Dalton Linder. He's like, "How many of you guys are getting value from this?" Keeps he keeps interrupting the stream here, Dalton. But uh [laughter] for those you may not know, Dalton is [50:33] the mastermind behind the scenes that works with Dom that helped put together and build the prompts that you just witnessed. Um, so can we answer Dalton like real quick for a quick pause moment just to make sure he has all you know he has a good temperature check here. Right. How many of you have found value so far? And we only just went through the prompts. [laughter] Oh yeah, right. [snorts] Give us a yes in the chat if if you feel like it was good and [51:02] let Daltton know if it wasn't good. Okay. Yeah. [laughter] Let me know. Let me let me know if I yapped too much. I'm going over a lot of intricate stuff. I'm trying to keep it smooth and simple, but sometimes I go a little off topic. I have a lot of ADHD. But yeah, you guys can see right here at the top, Dominican [51:16] Dalton. I I put his name in there. Obviously, he's a huge, you know, he was a huge founder of this prompt. So, Dominic and Dalton playbook and and I already gave him a shout out on YouTube if you guys weren't there. He just started his YouTube channel. And he is he's not like any affiliate you guys will ever see. He actually just started the affiliate program last week. He's not like any affiliate ever. He he really does like hyperfocused run an agency, a local agency, goes to all the chamber events, he does everything. So, he's one of those guys that [laughter] hasn't uh necessarily blown up like you [51:47] know me or Deck Litter, all these guys that are that are making all these update videos on GHL, which are great obviously, but he's he's really in the muck every single day. We're actually filming a job right after this. Right when this workshop's done, I'm going to meet Dalton and we're filming a job. I'm not joking [52:02] for a treat. Yep. Absolutely. Businesses that you're teaching. It's It is crazy. Perfect. Let's do this thing. I didn't know if anybody was We'll do the questions at the end most likely. Um All right. Here's the first one. We will. So, this is called uh Acasta Roofing. This is a roofing client. Uh shout out Daltton again. This is one of the first ones that he built with the original AI Studio. And you know, you might notice one thing about this. It should look somewhat similar to the template that we gave you. This is one of the OG site [52:33] builds and it's got all the services. Every single one has its own page. Every single one has its own page right here. All the service areas. It's all A2B approved. Everything Everything should be in here. This roofing company not only paid and I'm not I'm not obviously going to tell you guys how much they paid. I I will I will always say in the range of$1 to $3,000 for the build, but I'm not going to put their their business out there. But this roofing company became the number one ranked roofing company in our town because of this site, because of this website. So, it doesn't have to be super flashy. It [53:04] can just be a pretty much, you know, everything that we talked about, all the prompts that we just did. And you can be the number one ranked site for your uh for your niche, for your industry, in your hometown, which is really, really cool. And then this is our newest one. I'm going to show you guys that right now. This is JLP Concrete. We've got the [53:20] awesome little video that Dalton filmed. I'm actually I think I'm in the background on one of these videos. And uh I filmed a really really cool promo video for these guys and boom, everything is in here. Check this out. We even have a gallery page where you can see all the photos of the gallery. Go to patios and you can see all the patio photos. And by the way, these were all on their Facebook page. We just went and grabbed them. Just grabbed them off Facebook. Like we didn't really have to do much for any of this stuff. And this website was built so quickly, so easily [53:44] because of AI Studio. And they were blown away. They couldn't believe it. This is a company that didn't even have a website. They had nothing to go off of. Imagine you're 16 years old and your first car is a freaking Ferrari. That's basically what these guys got because this is their first site and it's just incredible for SEO, for everything. It's [53:59] all in here. And that's for concrete. Another reason I'm showing you guys all these is to show you that these are all completely different niches. Here's one for chiropractic. It works for everything. I actually, this is one of my favorite ones. I love the color scheme. I love that they have conditions on here. So, if we go to back pain, you know, you have everything about back pain in here, which is really cool. And then you can go to testimonials, contact us, all this stuff, all the services, about us page for new patients, areas we serve. [clears throat] It's all it's all in here, guys. All the photos that we [54:26] that we took that one day. This was all done in a single day. Everything, the photos were done in a day, all that. And and once again, you don't have to go and go above and beyond like Dalton and I do every single time. We go and we take photos and we make videos and stuff like that. I think it's more fun that way to get out of the house for, you know, a couple hours, but it does make the site look a lot better if you if you do if [54:45] you're on site. But you don't have to. You can get their photos off Facebook like I showed you in the last one. Um, here's another one for landscaping. Really cool. You don't have to do a video on the background either. I already showed you the last example didn't have a video either, so you don't have to do that, but it just looks kind of cool. Got irrigation systems, [55:00] hardscape, landscape, all the services. Check it out, guys. A2P approved chat widget. I told you. So, this is what it looks like. And it has the by submitting, you agree to receive SMS or email. So, this is a chat widget that you don't actually design. You don't do anything to it comes with the A2P [55:17] registration. You just copy and paste. So once again, you can copy and paste. You can make all this stuff. Uh let me show you one last real quick. Real quick, one thing I would love for you to clarify. There might be someone here that is so new that may not understand the like the value of SEO sites uh for a local business. Like when you say that roofer website is the number one in their town, well, what does that mean? Like what benefits do they have when they're number one? Do they get organic traffic for free? Like, do they show up on all the search engines? Like, what's the [55:48] actual benefit? I know this sounds silly asking this because I know the answer. No, it's good. I want to like make sure the the brand new person understands the benefit of something like that. Okay. So, the reason that this whole workshop matters so much, the reason that the prompts matter in AI Studio matters is because a lot of what we're talking about and a lot of the copy and pasting has to do with SEO. And SEO is search engine optimization. I told you I don't like to use big terms, but what that means is that if you go on Google and you're a customer and you're going [56:16] on Google and you're looking for a roofer, you need a roofer. Maybe you're a business owner, you're doing B2B, whatever. I need a roofer in Springfield, Illinois. I need a roofer in Scottsdale, Arizona. There's going to be a list of roofers that come up. And that list is not put there randomly. It's not randomly this person's at the top, this person's number two, this person number three. That is search engine optimization of who's number one, [56:37] who's number two, who's number three. And there's two different ways to do this. Of course, you can pay money to be number one. You can, it's a sponsored ad. They can see that you're paying money and you have to pay every time someone clicks. That's just Google ads. Everybody, you know, most people know how that works. You pay for the Google ad. It's called pay-per-click and you're number one. However, you can be number [56:55] one without paying. And it's called SEO. So, if you have everything that we talked about in this video, if you get the client, uh, the 20 prompt playbook, and you paste all those things in, you use AI Studio, just like the company we just talked about, the Aosta Roofing, you can be number one without paying anything. So, yeah, of course, that's going to help you. Of course, they're going to get way more leads. And they did. We contacted them like a month later, and they were just like, "Yeah, we we got like 25. I can't remember what it was. Dalton can confirm, but it was a [57:20] good amount of people that went on there, filled out their form for free." And a roof is like 30 grand. So, it's like if you get one out of those 25, 30 people, one, you're making your money back on GHL for like years. And it was all organic. So, yeah, of course, if you're number one, you're going to thrive. And it's not something that you can promise. We we don't go to anybody and promise they're number one. But what we can promise is that they're going to rank way higher than where their original site build was. That's all that matters. And over time, of course, it's [57:50] going to rank even better and even better. And all this stuff is brand new. Like, this is all new. So, anybody that's going, "Ah, man, everybody has access to this. Anybody can do this." True. But is everybody doing it? No. In our hometown, we have like, no offense, but in Dalton can confirm this. We don't really have much competition. Like, we we're kind of just we're we're steamrolling over everyone. And we're going in there and everyone's still building their sites on WordPress or whatever. I'm like, "Nah, man. I'll have [58:14] eight sites done by tomorrow morning." Like, nobody can beat us because AI Studio does everything. Which brings me to my my one my one request and I sent this to the Slack channel, too. AI Studio should do um scheduled prompts. I think that would be awesome. So, we could schedule everything we just went over. Schedule it out so you can go to bed and wake up and the whole site's done. I think that would be really really cool. That would be my only request. So then I can build like eight websites at the same time. I feel like I'm already going like so far advanced into what I want to do or I'm just so [58:42] lazy that I just want it all done without me lifting a finger. But I think that would be cool. That would be cool, too. But yeah, that's why SEO matters, guys. That's why that's why these rankings matter and and these guys they love us. Yeah. And the other layer of SEO that you should all know is you might from Google standpoint or a search engine standpoint, why would they put your website or a website to the top of their list? It's typically because of two things. One is speed and the other is [59:09] relevancy of what's in in that website. Right? If you have both of those things ironed out, guess what? Google will trust that website. they can send the traffic there and know there's not a drop off or the their traffic is not going to the wrong place. Right? So when you do that [snorts] times, guess what happens? Google starts re multiple times. Now you're a trustworthy site with a lot of speed and relevancy. And that's the SEO long term, right? So anyways, back to you Dom. I just wanted to clarify that especially we have said that this is a beginner friendly workshop. I want to I want to make sure [59:46] these some of the fundamentals are addressed. Yeah. And uh I still want it to be beginner friendly. I still don't want anybody reading these prompts and going, I can't do this. I don't know what to do. Uh everything that we discussed, everything we discussed was copy and paste. Everything except the questionnaire, which is just you asking [1:00:03] simple questions that are already done. And if you can do that, you can build all the five sites we just went over, plus the demo site that I made. So th those are great. And those were I will say that the five sites once again I'm not going to tell you the exact price but the five sites that were built for five real clients all in the last month and a half by the way were all charged $1 to $3,000 for the build and it didn't cost anywhere near that in time or cost with the AI cost. And you know, once again, not to go, it's not off topic, [1:00:32] but not to go onto a different um different thing here, but GHL just announced their new um AI uh seats, which means you for $20 a month, you can almost get unlimited aski and unlimited AI studio as an agency owner, and you can build it across all of your sub accounts. So, it's instead of being charged per sub account, it's charged per agency owner, which is you, most of the people watching this. So, you can go build these sites over and over and over again for 20 bucks a month. So, even if the site was $40 to build, which you know, I just showed you a a very [1:01:03] intricate site which cost $14 for us to build. Even if it was 40, it wouldn't matter because you could build 10 of those and it would still all qualify under your $20 a month subscription. So, not to throw that out there and try to, you know, upcharge anybody, but that's not even up charge. That's saving you money. Um, I thought that was really cool and that just got announced, what, last week, I think. So, that was that's an awesome addition. It's one of my favorite subscription additions that GHL has ever added and I think we're going to be seeing a lot more like it and a [1:01:28] lot more really really faster paced AI lot cheaper AI and you're going to be building 10 20 30 websites for under 20 bucks 10 bucks very very soon and yeah sell them for one to three 1 to 3,000 and once again we're going to be talking about that a lot tomorrow because that's more of the selling and going through which type of business owners need this how to break down a website that's all tomorrow so um this was more of a technical one If you guys survived this [1:01:53] one, tomorrow's going to be a breeze. Way way way easier. But, uh, this is this is one that I I really hope that everybody was able to kind of understand that it's just copying and pasting these intricate prompts and it does 99% of the heavy lifting for you so that you have the best of the best. Because a lot of people get into GHL and they think, "Oh, well, go High Leo's already done. The [1:02:16] software is done. The software is built. They've got a huge team of engineers, software engineers that are making sure this software is amazing. I'm a software guy now. I sell the the multi-billion dollar software. You know, I sell this amazing software and I don't really have to do anything. It's not necessarily true. So, you have to understand that there are people that are really really good at GHL and can offer amazing value and then there's people that are getting started that might not be as good as the next guy. And uh I always tell people that it's a skill. Go high level is a skill. Building websites is a skill. And [1:02:45] having these prompts is just going to make your skill times a thousand. It's going to make it so much so much better. So, I want you guys to keep your eyes on the prize. Still try to deliver value. This is one of the best ways you're going to be able to deliver it and it builds the foundation for everything that you're going to do next. Because once you have this done, you can do the [1:02:59] A2P prompt. Get them for text messaging. What do you do after that? Automation, of course. So, then you're going to build two or three automations for them. Then you're going to connect that to their calendar. So, whenever someone books on their calendar, you know, books for 2 p.m. on a Wednesday, boom, they get the text message and email uh automations for that, then you can start doing the pipelines and and and uh opportunity stages if you want to do that. It all is based off the foundation of having a really good site. So, that's kind of why I was very adamant on um hosting this workshop. I worked really [1:03:28] really hard. Dalton worked super super hard over the last three four months. You guys have no idea how many failed websites and failed like prompt attempts went into forming this 2.0 playbook, especially the 1.0. Even way more went into the 1.0 and then of course we were able to transition to the 2.0 because of all the failed attempts at the 1.0. So, uh, I want you guys to know just how this was built and and, um, and that it has been perfected as much as we possibly could and now you guys can just copy and paste and build unbelievable sites just because you showed up to an [1:04:01] hour and a half live. So, uh, either way, that's um, that's pretty much everything about the AI Studio U builder prompt playbook. And then we got to break down all of the real life situations in the sites and we got to break down the bonus prompt for A2P. I would say that was pretty successful. I think uh I don't know if we're doing questions and answers at the end or if you want to just talk. Um but we can we [1:04:22] can do whatever you want to do. Let's see. So, how many of you would like a Q&A real quick on items we talked about today? Um give me a one in the chat if you want us to do a Q&A or we go through tomorrow which will be around sales like how do you go talk to and get [1:04:39] this thing sold with local businesses. Uh, and uh, do you know Dom's going to bring his heat on how scripting works, how to position the offer properly, like how you get in front of them. Okay, we've got a ton of ones here. So, let's do it. Let's do let's do Q&A around the technology part, the fulfillment house, basically the assembly line, which is all we talked about today. So, uh, in the chat, [clears throat] put down your [1:05:07] question, um, and we'll go from there. Okay. So, let's see. I like I'm gonna make I'm gonna make Dan answer some of these questions, too. So, I'm gonna pick out the questions that are relevant and bring it up to uh the stream here. Uh Imran, I see that you dropped your website. We unfortunately cannot do websites of a review on a live stream, brother. That's not [laughter] That'd be a fun That'd be a fun one to do. Maybe I'll go live one day and I'll [1:05:33] do uh I'll review you guys' websites. I'm going to be brutally honest. [laughter] [clears throat] Yeah. If you It's like a hot seat moment, right? So, Ken's asking, um, can you mention that A2P hack you said earlier? The video glitched out a little bit. Um, and, uh, all these questions, we're going to take about a minute to answer [1:05:52] each one. Um, and I'm going to get out of the way so I don't double down and answer to answer it twice. [laughter] Perfect. Very, very easy, very quick um, explanation for A2P. So basically when you use the 20 prompts or 2530 whatever it is after the services when you use all the prompts your your website technically is not ready for A2P approval because there's forms on it and things like that that are collecting information that's going to block the A2P approval. So I created a bonus prompt which is at the end you're going [1:06:17] to copy and paste that bonus prompt. It's going to remove all of the things that would get you denied and it's going to make sure that it gets approved. Then when you go fill out the registration form for A2P they're going to give you a chat widget. You're going to paste the chat widget on there. Boom. you get approved and the hack is basically going back and reversing what you did uh inside of AI Studio and then once you reverse it, you're back to normal. You have everything that you built on the site uh and and you're ATP approved and you're good to go. So, I have videos on [1:06:45] this too, by the way. So, you I I highly recommend watching my ATP videos because that goes through everything, not just the hack, but everything about ATP that you need to know. So, that's something we couldn't all break down in this, but that's the hack. Super easy. Awesome. Let's see. [snorts] Going down. Going down. All right. Ethan's asking, "Hey, Ethan, thanks for the question. If the client wants an edit done on the site, how do I [1:07:12] do this without breaking the AI code?" So, so remember in the beginning when we uh we taught it how to uh follow the instructions, we gave it we gave it rules, prompt zero I call it. So, because we gave it prompt zero, it will never necessarily break anything because it'll always follow the rulebook. Um, but if something did happen, like, you know, every once in a while there could be a mistake. It could it could change the font or it could change like a photo or something. It shouldn't, but if it did, uh, just reverse it. Just reverse it. And and and ask and AI Studio is so [1:07:44] so powerful and so smart that you can be like, "Hey, keep everything the exact same way. Please don't mess up anything. Anything. just add this one little edit and it will do it the right way. Like AI Studio is really really advanced, but I have come across that problem before. Uh very rarely. And if worst case scenario, you're like, "Oh my god, I broke the whole thing." You go to that little uh the little clock icon. You just reverse everything you just did. [laughter] Then you're back to normal. So you never actually lose anything. You never lose the site. Um but you have to be pretty [1:08:10] specific in what you ask. But if you follow the the prompt zero, like I said, it should follow the rules forever. It should always follow the rules of the site. Love it. Um, Nick's asking, "Where do I add the $20 a month all I can all I can eat uh AI builder [laughter] agency?" Like, I didn't even realize it was announced. I don't know where you [1:08:28] saw it. It wasn't It was announced. It was in It was actually in beta mode. So, you had to go to labs, but that but it's not in labs anymore. It's It is active. So, that's in the AI suite. So, if you go to agency and you go to AI suite, you should see it as an option. You remember we had the $97 or a month uh AI unlimited, then we had the $50 a month AI plan. Now we have the $20 a month, but it's instead of based off of the sub account, it's based off of the agency owner. So, it's a seat. So, you would [1:08:54] want the seat for yourself. And that is my favorite subscription you guys have ever added. I actually bought it like the first day and I've been using it like crazy. Uh, it's not unlimited. I will say that, but I build sites a lot and I have not gone over the usage. And I build sites more than probably a lot of people watching this and I haven't gone over the usage. So, I don't think a lot of you guys will probably go over [1:09:13] the usage. And it resets every 5 hours. So, I mean, unless you're building 10 sites in 5 hours, I I assume you're you're fine. We should have like a PR headline. High level introduces AI buffet for $20, basically. Yeah. No, it that's what it is. And it's my Yeah, like I said, it's it's the best. You guys should definitely look into it, man. Man, we're gonna Yeah, we're going to piss off a lot of people at Level Up, [1:09:37] that's for sure. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Sorry, Level Up. [laughter] So, okay, someone's asking what was that. I said they're the ones that put it out. I mean, I just I just made a [laughter] video. Um, yeah. So, someone's asking, "Is the service page prompt applicable even outside of the initial build when scaling the website in the future?" Is it applicable even outside of the initial build? When scaling the website in the future? Oh, are you saying like if you needed to added more services later on? Are you saying like if you added like 10 services and they added another? Yes, you can. You can always go [1:10:11] back and say like, "Hey, I've got three more services. these guys are, you know, scaling their business, they're expanding, whatever. Um, that's going to happen to me in my land clearing business a lot. We're always going to have more services to add. Yeah, you can always go back. You can do like certain prompts can be done outside of 1, two, three, four, five, chronological order or whatever, you can do certain prompts outside of that order. Uh, it's not the biggest deal in the world. So, yeah, if you finish your 20 prompts, you go back, you add a few more, it's not going to it AI Studio, like I said, is so freaking [1:10:37] advanced. It's so smart. It's going to be it's going to know all the rules and regulations that we had in place and you can add as many as you want. Love it. Someone's asking in the demo you showed. I didn't see FAQ testimonials or quote form on the homepage. Does the prompt add them or are they on a different page? Uh the FAQ is on the demo. It was actually done inside of one of the other tabs. Um actually no, the FAQ is on here. FAQ is on the top. I was thinking of I was thinking of the pest control website or one of the other ones. My bad. FAQ is on [1:11:07] here. It's on the It's on the header. So, we have gallery, then FAQ. Yeah, it should be. Yeah, I saw it as well. Um, let's see. Testimonial should be built into that. Yeah. Greg's asking, can you explain how to use videos as the background instead of an image? The prompts playbook is going to have that, too. Yes, it does have that in there. We, as you guys can see from from our uh from [1:11:32] our clients, Dalton's a big fan of that. Dton's a big fan of the the videos. I've actually seen mixed results of it. So, I've had people say videos hurt SEO. Uh I don't think it's hurt our SEO too much, but I, you know, I always take any advice I get from anybody. And some people do say that it's better to put a photo. And sometimes it is. You know, videos can be a little glitchy here and there. You have to have the right [1:11:53] prompts. We do have the right prompts. They're in there. So, they're ready for both. It says media. It's it's media because it's photos and videos. It's not just photos. So, it does those prompts do work for the videos. You just have to upload them through the media library or through um you know if you have them saved to your computer or whatever just the same way that you would the uh the photos but it's media remember that yeah in the olden days um videos are like enemy of SEO typically but correct technology has changed so [laughter] you know we've came a long way but at the same time take a look at the [1:12:23] conversion level sometimes if you have a background video that distracts the traffic from being like sort of opting in from like a marketing copy copyrightiting standpoint, visualistic standpoint. So, test test the effectiveness of the images or agree. Yeah. Um, how to use SSR AI Studio? Well, we just spent the last, you know, [laughter] [1:12:47] while going over this. I can answer I can do a quick answer for that. So, SSR AI Studio is still AI studio. It's just the newest update. And obviously, we just scratched the surface of of what full stack and SSR really is. You can build any you could build the next Door Dash. You could build you can genuinely build any application that you could ever imagine. That's what's so powerful about full stack and SSR and having your own server. Um, and obviously that's not what this was about. We were just talking about website builds today. Maybe maybe in the future we'll do one on full stack, but [1:13:17] that gets it. It really is like building app like applications like true apps. But no, everything's built in AI Studio. So you don't have to do anything. You don't have to like really mess with anything. It's already built in. Um, you'll see that on the the little header that says new and they show you they they explain everything in a few sentences. So, I always recommend people read into it. Um, read the forums on that. U, but I made multiple videos breaking it all down. So, it's all built in. You don't have to do anything. I, like I said, copy and paste and you're [1:13:43] good to go. Got it. Um, this question, I read it twice. I'm trying to understand the context. Someone's asking, can you have AI studio mind make maybe make the current business site for pics using the prompt playbook to upgrade with a new build and it will optimize to pix like you were saying. You have that then make the current business site for pictures and then using the prompt playbook to upgrade with the new build and it will optimize the pics. Okay. Oh, are you saying okay wait a studio mind the current business site for pics using the prompt playbook to upgrade with a new build. I think it was uh yeah I [1:14:21] might I thought I understood it and then I read the second part. I'm like wait now I'm confusing it. Upgrade with a new build. We'll just have them re re restate the question. Daybreak if you want to go back and just recclarify for us we'll come back to you. Um, let's go to Kiwi 9 [1:14:37] LLI. Question. If we build the site and eventually they want to leave you, but also want to keep the site, can we migrate it away from us? I guess. [laughter] Well, in AI Studios regard, unless they were going with another GHL agency, um, it might be a little harder. I'm sure there are ways to like take the code, export the code, certain things like that, of course, and then they could [1:15:02] just paste all that code somewhere else. That'd be a big code. Be a lot of code, but um I think there's ways to do it like that. But ultimately, honestly, if someone's trying to leave with the site that you built, I it's it's the forms aren't going to get moved over. There's a lot of things you have to explain to them that aren't going to get built over that's going to make that site way worse now that it's not hosted on GHL. But yeah, these are things that that happen every once in a while. I haven't seen them happen yet to us on AI Studio because it's kind of new. But [1:15:34] when I cross that bridge, I'll let you know like the personal problems, you know, back and forth that we might have with them. But ultimately, like we do preface to the to the client beforehand like, hey, we're coded. This is all being coded. This is all being coded right here. And just letting you guys know, I would rather, honestly, I would rather just discount them or something like that. I just be like, "Hey, we'll give you like a massive discount if you're leaving us, but you're not going to want to change where this thing's hosted or you're basically just going to get rid of the site anyway." Um, that's [1:16:03] kind of how it is, guys. Yeah. If somebody wants to leave, I would just be like, "Hey, it's just $100 a month to keep your website and we'll just take cancel services that are maybe things that you cancel, right?" They're typically canceling lead generation or advertising or something else and website just becomes like the uh what do they call it? U you know um the automatic damage. [laughter] Yeah, that's just their subscription to [1:16:28] keep that's pretty much it. Yeah. Can we Brian's asking can we make the website look different? Well, absolutely. These are just examples and sites in certain industries that Dom shared. It's funny that he mentioned this. So, one of the things that Daltton and I are going to work on this week actually is having multiple different templates for multiple different types of sites um in case like because you know it's easy for us now because we have the base to take that base and turn it into a different base. So, that is that is really cool and um there are a lot of different techniques for that. So, I get what [1:17:01] you're saying. You're like, "Oh, all the sites kind of look the same and they're they're they're programmed the same and function the same." Um we do that for a reason. First off, it's just it's way more scalable and way easier. But, I get what you're saying. you're like, "Hey, I want the format to be different for this [1:17:13] person and different for this person." So, all my sites for all my clients don't look somewhat similar. Um, yes, you can easily do that. You can uh there's they even ask that in AI Studio a lot of times, like what type of format do you want it to look like? They they it pops up on your windows. So, you guys can do that if you want, but you have to remember where we were coming from when [1:17:31] we were building these prompts. Everything had to go perfectly with the layout of it. So, we didn't want to build eight layouts with eight different like that. That wasn't going to work for us in the beginning. But now, like I said, everything's pretty advanced that we can build um different layouts based off of the prompts and things like that. So, yes, the answer is yes. Uh we just haven't come up with all those snapshots yet. But I did talk to Dalton today and I was like, dude, we we should come up with some awesome snapshots this week to launch his YouTube channel, of course, to give give him some more uh more [1:17:58] things to promote. Yep. Love it. [snorts] This is a really interesting question. Mike's asking, can you see can you use these prompts on an existing highle AI studio website to bring it up to a certain standard? So, if they're already live, can we go back and Yeah. Yeah. So, you're basically asking about the migrate tool. Um, you could I would ultimately like when you migrate an existing AI studio website that was used maybe with the prompts that we used before or maybe you just built it yourself. I don't know. Um, there is a migrate tool and it's just a button that you press and then it migrates [1:18:31] everything over. I will preface this by saying it doesn't migrate forms over. So you definitely want to redo the or the automations I should say of the forms. So if you have any automation on the forms, you will have to redo those. Um that's just how the migration tool works right now. But you can migrate everything over to SSR and the update, but that's done within GHL. It has [1:18:48] almost nothing to do with the prompts. Uh and then also you have to remember that the prompts in a certain scenario, I've had people that had like a website and they started on prompt seven or something and they were like it still worked. That's great. That's not necessarily how we build. Obviously, Dalton and I build from scratch. We build from nothing. Um, which is my favorite way to build, but I have had a lot of people say like, "Hey, I already had a website for a client, so I didn't need the first four prompts or five prompts." And I was like, "Ah, fingers crossed to you." And they were like, "It [1:19:15] worked. It's great." So, uh, I will say, you know, I'm not going to condone that, but I will say that it's apparently been working for people to start on prompt, like I said, eight, nine, or 10. Makes sense. Um, Salazar is asking, "How do we move the code that is built by Rust to another CRM if we need to adjust the content without dealing with AI prompts?" Yeah, similar to the previous questions we saw, [snorts] how to [1:19:37] migrate if we need to. Yeah, any kind of migration would should work for that. The build by Rust. I didn't know what that one was. Maybe us. It's like it's like spelling uh or is Rust like a software that I'm not familiar with? [laughter] Yeah, I don't know. It might it might be a software that I'm not if I'm not [1:19:54] familiar with it, I apologize. I need to expand outside. Someone's asking, "I learned the hard way how to how to handhold AI Studio and set up specific rules and reporting after every prompt like six months ago. Uh AI wasn't wasn't wasn't six months ago. AI wasn't." Oh, the rule. Uh I learned the hard way how to handhold AI Studio. Oh, is she just [1:20:17] saying like is it a question? I think it's a comment, not a question. Yes, it's a comment. Yes. Yeah, the rules the rules were big and yeah, she's saying she learned the hard way as did we when we were building all these awesome sites and all these awesome prompts and AI Studio wouldn't build it wouldn't build prompt three the way that we wanted it built like prompt two and [1:20:34] it would kind of just do its own thing. You kind of you really do have to um hold AI Studio's hand sometimes or you just paste prompt zero like I said, put the rules in and then that's the handholding for the rest of the entire thing. So uh that's why we you should definitely do that first prompt. Yeah. So Sean's asking, "How do I get the prompt itself?" So we have a resource folder, the docs in there, you [1:20:55] should see the links in the streaming. [snorts] So if you go up to uh the top of the stream, wherever you're watching, there's a pinned comment in there, you should be able to see it. Now, if you are on trial and you want to interact with one of our live agents, uh they might be able to provide some cool things for you. So, jump on a call with them and they'll walk you through some help and provide some additional resources. Um, and um I don't even know if you want to talk about it. [laughter] Oh, people who are on trial right now, [1:21:26] right? Am I something we can do for the folks? Yeah, if we can we do something for the folks that are on trial, Dom, like you might be down to provide. Absolutely. If you guys are on trial right now and you signed up to register for this live workshop, number one, thank you. Congratulations. you're you're getting a great start to GHL. Uh this is and like I said, it's not meant to be advanced, but if you guys can copy and paste, you're going to be crushing it day one. Um yes, if you guys are on trial right now and you join that live um and get help from some of the [1:21:58] customer support, then you can possibly get not only the 20 prompt playbook and and everything we talked about here, but about am I allowed? I mean about $10,000 worth of value because we have a ton of awesome bonuses as well for people who are active on GHL uh and affiliates of me of course. And so you're getting a community with 5,000 people in it. It's one of the best communities in all of GHL. It's so awesome. You're getting tons of snapshots like number I can't even keep track of. We have snapshots for everything. AI prompts that go so far beyond everything. Yeah, you're [1:22:29] good. Yeah. And to be fair, like if you they may ask you to end the trial and that's that's the ask because we want you to go all in on high level and uh Dom's going to provide access to his community and courses and you know a ton of things. Um so the opportunity is on you if you are on trial. No pressure by the way if you're on trial and if you are willing to just go allin with Dom and just end your trial [snorts] and jump on to the uh access points and everything. um they'll they'll provide some cool things for you and it's something that I think [1:23:01] uh will help a lot of people. You're not just dragging your feet on a trial. It really doesn't take a long time to get everything acclimated. [laughter] No, no, it doesn't. And uh like I said, GHL and selling websites and you guys you guys heard what we're selling some of these sites for. I mean, you sell a site for two grand, you're you're pretty [1:23:20] much good to go for a while. Yeah. Couple of more questions here. dumb. Uh again, if you're on trial, jump on a call and uh you know, speed up the process and go all in and uh get started if you if you and it's it's just a just a option. You don't have to do it if if that's not you're not ready for it, but we make it easy. Um Mario is asking, "Once you design the website, how does it get deployed? Like how do you go live?" So, when you're going live on a [1:23:47] site, uh I can probably just show you. Um let me can I Oh, I have to share the screen again. I was like, I can show you. But yeah, there's a publish button. And when you click on the publish button, you will notice it's right here. Boom. You will notice it says add custom domain. So, you can obviously technically go live no matter what because you have the Vive preview and that's what I was showing you guys. But if I wanted to add an actual custom domain, I click right here. I type in the domain. Boom. It connects automatically as long as you have the the DNS. So, if I was doing like, let me [1:24:20] show you www.doms domspools.com. That obviously doesn't exist. I click add record manually. Boom. They're right here. So, you go in the DNS record, whether it's Cloudflare or GoDaddy or whatever it is that that company's using or if you're hosting it then whatever you're using. And you make sure the A record says this. CNAME record says [1:24:37] this. Verify the DNS. Boom. Done. Connected. And it goes from just a Vibe preview website to an actual website with a real domain, which by the way, it's going to make your SEO so much better. You have to do that. You can't you can't just throw by preview on there and expect to be number one ranked. That would be kind of weird. Um so you definitely want to want to publish those. So that's a good question. Got it. So why don't we end right there, Dom? Uh we've got I mean question is coming. So [snorts] we'll go through all [1:25:04] [laughter] of it. We'll go through as many as we can um to tomorrow and later today as well with uh the team. Um but this is exciting. It just tells me that people are interested and they're really loving the workshop content so far, but tomorrow is really important. What are they going to learn [1:25:21] tomorrow, man? So guys, I talked about it a little bit today, but if you missed that, tomorrow is way less technical. So way less technical building, SSR prompts, none of that stuff. Tomorrow is actually how to position websites correctly, how to talk to business owners, how to know which business owners to talk to, how to know which niches to target, if you should target niches at all. It's going to be way more going into how to actually make money with this. You know, we talked about how to make an amazing site that's worth money. How do you actually make money? So, that's going to be uh a [1:25:52] little bit more maybe more fun to to go through. And I do have a prompt, too. I have a I have a cool prompt. So, we do have one technical prompt to go over that's going to help with uh you know, how to judge if a website's good or not. So, uh I have things like that, but it's going to be more so just me auditing the sites to be like, "Hey, this site's really good. Hey, this site's really bad. This is how I know this is what I would say to this person. This is what I say to this person." And and I would [1:26:13] charge a thousand. We'll also talk about pricing, right? We'll talk about pricing and packaging and how to position in different like common practices that you've seen with a lot of your students as well. [snorts] Yeah, absolutely. Because I mean, yeah, we showed you four or five examples of real clients, but what what did we do [1:26:28] beyond that? Did we do anything else? Like, did we just build their sites or did we build their automation or do we get them A2B approved? Like, what did we charge for that? Like, there's there's definitely things that that we didn't break down. All we did was just show the sites, which is great. And you guys got to see exactly what it is that we're delivering in terms of websites, but what do we talk about before, you know, before that? How do we get them hooked is the most important part that a lot of [1:26:51] people don't talk about. I love it. Well, so tomorrow, make sure you tune in at the exact same time, all the social channels like today and tomorrow we'll probably will do a salesoriented Q&A uh and a marketing and prospecting oriented Q&A much more than technical. But again, jump if you're on trial, jump on a call, go to your, you know, account and the top right corner, it it'll give you an option to jump on [snorts] a Zoom call with um one of our agents and they can walk you through how to get access to Dom's entire community, his courses, and and the the ask is that you end your [1:27:28] trial and go allin, right? And that's not that's not required. It's just an option. Um, and the way that helps us is that we can provide so many more resources knowing that you're, you know, really serious about building the business and they're going to help you understand how to kind of get everything going. They may ask you to do a kickoff call, make sure your techn like your [1:27:50] links and everything is set up properly. Um, your just you as an agency owner, by the way, essentially the owner, the account, like all your stuff would get set up properly. Your phone numbers like so they'll it's actually quite quite a lot. they'll they'll spend some time helping you. So, and you you've met some of these team members, Dom, like you've I know you've interacted with a lot of them. Um, but uh I appreciate your time, Dom. Day one has came to an end, man. Day two and we'll [1:28:18] go from there. Hopefully, it was a a success and hopefully you guys enjoyed it and got some value from it. But yeah, I was really excited after after a while of working on those prompts with Dalton to finally show you guys finally show you guys what they look like. So, thanks. Yeah, give us a yes in the comments. Continue telling us, you know, come continue interacting with the replays as well. We are going to be keeping the replay on on all the socials. So, keep the questions coming, interactions coming, connect with each other. But either way, we'll see you tomorrow. That is 12:00 noonish Eastern New York time [1:28:50] for those of you that are across the pond. Um, and uh we'll see you then. Bye for now.
