# I Launched a NEW AI Business in 60 Minutes With Lovable (Build + Marketing) Channel: Christian Peverelli Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GtTixi60fGk Duration: 20 min Language: English Words: 4082 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/GtTixi60fGk --- [0:00] Lovable just released something that could turn hundreds of non-technical people into millionaires in 2027. That's right, the leading AI app builder can now build your entire marketing campaign [music] for you. It can create the launch video, set up and run paid ads, and even do SEO like a $5,000 a month agency. So, today I'm going to use these tools to build an entire AI business from scratch [music] to show you how you can do exactly the same yourself. Let's go. Now, Lovable is calling these growth tools and the launch video shows a taco truck owner typing in one sentence. "I'm thinking [clears throat] about running ads to [0:34] bring more customers to the truck." And it shows Lovable connecting the ad accounts, spots that Friday's the big day, and makes the ads. So, on paper it looks amazing, but now let's put it to the test. The question is, what am I actually going to build? What's the big idea? Well, I don't really have a big idea, and you don't really have to. If you watch my content, you know that I love going after opportunities that already have demand. So, recently I discovered this company based out of Germany that actually creates custom songs for people to give to their loved ones. So, think of like birthdays, [1:02] weddings, anniversaries. Pretty cool concept, right? Well, you'll probably be surprised to find out that this company has verified Stripe numbers showing it's generated $196,000 since January 2025. So, I'm going to take that concept as inspiration, and I'm going to build a company called Giftbird. Get it? Birds sing. It's a gift. It's a song. Okay, Christian, we get it. It's not that great. But does it sound good at least? Okay, you might [1:26] hate the name, but here's how it works. You type in a name, you give the occasion, you give some additional details that's asked in a questionnaire, and then I generate a 30-second clip of that song. You can regenerate if you want, and if you like the song, you can actually buy it for $19. Now, this is actually something that we can build leveraging Lovable's built-in AI. And then I found a Google music model that I [1:46] think will help create a better output. So, that's the plan. I'm going to start the timer now. Let's go. Now, step one, as usual, I'm going to jump into Claude. I'm going to describe the idea in some depth. I'm going to tell it exactly what I'm planning on building. I'm going to give it a reference of the actual company that I'm getting inspiration from. I'm going to describe how I want it to actually function, give it the business model, and then I'm going to ask it to create a prompt for Lovable, [2:11] more specifically a starter prompt. Awesome, so it's now created that prompt for me. I can now come and find inspiration. I want to find the exact design system that I would like for it to use to create a beautiful app for me. And so for this, I love finding Webflow templates here. They are completely free. There are 7,000 more, and I can basically go through all of these. Now, I see under here one that I actually like right off the bat. It's called Vizuli. I'm going to go ahead and view the details of this. And now what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to [2:41] grab this reference, and I'm also going to preview this in browser and take a bunch of screenshots of this. This is going to allow AI to learn from this design system that I want it to kind of try to mimic. Of course, it might not be as beautiful as this, but I think we're [2:58] trying to get somewhere close to this. Very nice. I love these animations. And this is just so we can give it some overall direction in terms of the color palette, the design style that we're looking to go after. Once I have those screenshots, I'm ready to go over to Lovable and get cooking. Okay, so we're now in a fresh session inside of Lovable. I'm going to go ahead and grab my prompt, paste it right here. Because it's 38 lines, it's going to upload it as an attachment. I'm then going to [3:22] attach some screenshots to this. We can attach up to 10 here, so I'm just basically going to grab a handful. Excellent, they are now uploading. This is the reference for design. I'm going to go ahead and drop that here. And here we want to make sure we are on chat mode before. This is the way I like to start every one of my projects. Now, this is what's so great about chat mode. It basically is showing me the actual brief of what I'm asking for here. So, it's kind of showing me a V1 of what the app would look like. It shows me the gift creator here, So, it basically allows me [3:54] to see this entire thing. Then, [music] if people actually like this, they can go on to the paid track track generation. So, here it's basically allows you to play. And if you want to get the full song, you can get it. It's mapped out what it thinks I need. This lines up pretty clearly with what I'm looking for. And here, although I had identified a first model, it's telling me, "Hey, we can actually do some things with 11 Labs music connector." So, that [4:17] sounds like a great plan. Yes to number one. And then it's asking me purchase, do you want to create an experience that basically allows this person to share it with the person that he's offering it to. For two, let's just keep it as simple as possible. Go ahead and upload that. And now we're going to let it create a first version of the product for us. And from there, we're [4:35] going to be able to fine-tune things. So, I'm going to give it a moment to cook. And if you want the full guide on how to do this from scratch, then you can check out inside my description because I'll be breaking down the entire playbook in a cheat sheet that you can download in my free community. So, now for this project, because we are creating music, it's asking me for my API key for 11 Labs. So, we're going to [4:55] have to connect this. Click on here. And then it's asking for an API key. So, now you want to log in to 11 Labs. And you can basically, once you've logged in, you can come in to API keys right here on the left. Make sure that at the bottom you're on 11 APIs. And you can actually uh create an API from right here. Create a new API. You can name it whatever you want. Once you [5:18] create it, it's going to give you a key. You're going to come back You're going to input the key right here. And I'm not going to show you this because you're going to have my API key if I do. And once I've put that in there, we can go ahead and connect it. There we go. Now we can let it cook a little longer. And boom, just like that, we got a first version of this website. Gift a [5:34] personalized song to the ones you love. Their name in the chorus, their little quirks in every line. Watch their face the moment they realize it's about them. Awesome. So, I like this a lot. It leads with emotion. Underneath here, we can see that there's actually a trial, right? So, you can actually fill this out and generate a first song. Go a bit further down, we can see that there is details of how it actually works. And then, it shows you a song that it's [6:01] written. This is an example. Every morning [singing] in the car, you sing louder [singing] than the radio. [music] Okay, cool. So, sounds pretty cool. Let's go ahead and test out the mechanics of this and see if it works. We're going to go ahead and create one for my wife. It's going to be our anniversary. She sings [6:24] terribly. I'm exposing her. She dances every time she is eating something. She loves. She is the worst at pouring [music] things you've ever met. Always gets it everywhere. What are we going to create? A lullaby, an acoustic, R&B. Let's go ahead and make it a pop song. Let's go ahead and generate a preview. So, we can see that it is starting to generate this preview of the song. It should be a 30-second preview. Okay, so [7:02] it seems like it's now generated it. Let's go ahead and press play. [7:09] [music] [7:16] [singing] Okay, so pretty silly. I'm not a huge fan of this kind of pop music, but honestly, it does the job. And then we see the mechanics here to get full access. So, now because I haven't yet connected payments, we see that it's saying, "Hey, checkout is open soon. Do you want to save it here?" If I click on save it here, it's going to actually save the song, which is cool. Now, this is probably a local save cuz I haven't yet connected a database. Now, because I don't want to bore you with all of the steps of the actual build, I'll actually break down the step-by-step process that [7:47] I used to build end-to-end. Now, step one is going to be to attach this to payments. I'm going to be using Paddle, which is the payment service that we can get directly through Lovable. For that, you have to be on a paid plans. Then, I would go ahead and do a cybersecurity check inside of Lovable as well. And [8:02] finally, I would actually publish this. Now, you actually don't have to set up a database for this. It's already fully set up inside of Lovable Cloud. You probably are asking about authentication, creating accounts, log in, log out, sign in, sign out. For this specific service, I actually don't need this, but this is definitely something I would do with another one. I'm going to tie all of the orders to the actual emails, and that's also how they're going to receive the actual song for their loved one. And so, I'm going to do all of that, and now we're going to be ready to jump into the step you all came [8:29] for, how to actually get customers. But because this entire marketing plan is going to be created based on what we've actually built, let me show you exactly what we have so far. This right here is the website. It looks super beautiful, and basically is getting people to try to create a free preview of a song. As you can see, we have very light animation, and we have one for each [8:50] occasion. So, we basically are saying, "Hey, these are the kind of occasions that you can get people to um use this for." Then, we have the free trial that I showcased earlier on. And finally, you have an example of what that actually sounds like before you even create your own preview. At the end, we have some FAQs, and and the main goal for us is to get them to click on make their free song so that we can have them test it out, and then we have the payment link underneath that. So, that's the exact value proposition. I think it looks pretty good. And on top of that, I [9:19] did go in earlier and test out payments. So, I actually went and paid myself for this service after doing a preview. It worked inside of uh Stripe. So, basically, we are good to go now We can start making money with it. First step is going to be to maximize what we already have. Now, what do I actually mean by that? Well, if we come back up here on the right, all growth tools are going to be able to be found under analytics. We can see that there are eight visits so far. Eight of them were [9:47] me. And so, one option here is for us to get more visitors. We could literally just start with that. The first thing I'm going to do again is SEO AI. So, I want to first run a scan. So, when I click on that, it tells me things that I can fix. So, it basically opens them up. We're going to try and fix that. Add a site map. This is definitely something we want to do. So, this basically refers to how people read your website. Is it well optimized so that the web can find it, right? If someone searches inside of Google, can they find you? And so, here [10:16] I'm just basically going with the recommendations it's giving me because I want to improve this. And then I'm going to run a secondary scan again. Another thing I would do here is actually connect Google Search Console to see how my site performs. So, go ahead and connect it. And because it has to do some additional setup here, it's actually just doing it for me inside of Lovable, which is super cool. And now [10:35] it's created some verification changes. It's telling me, "Let's publish it now. Go ahead. Let's do it." Now, as this is cooking, we can also run another scan because obviously we did a first scan. We fixed everything. We're just going to double-check. And we're in great shape. Everything passes the test. And now it tells me that Google Search Console setup is complete for my app. So, now the elephant in the room, let's go ahead [10:56] and click on get more search traffic. Boom. Now, what it's doing, it's going out and finding how we're doing on search performance. Obviously not that great. It's going to also go and check out the competitor research. And it's going to find opportunities for me to grow my organic traffic. This is usually what you pay someone for. This usually already costs a lot of money. And here are its key findings, which is absolutely impressive. Search demand is solid. High-intent terms like personalized song gift drive over 700 monthly US searches. Technical setup is ready. So, the site map, metadata, Google verification. And then it's [11:28] providing a couple of great next moves. Target high-intent search copy on the homepage. So, it's telling us to weave in certain keywords like personalized song gift or custom or custom anniversary song directly inside the copy of our website. It also says that a dedicated domain would also help here. It's also recommending for the future that we can basically create these dedicated ones around birthdays, anniversaries, so specific to each one [11:53] of the occasions. Super smart stuff. Let's tell it to just do one. Go ahead and do one. If I come back into publish here, we can just add a domain. I believe I can just buy it through um provider. It's going to make it easier for us to actually connect it if we just [12:10] buy it directly from the buyer. giftbird.co I see that here it is a $29.99. Let's go for it just for you guys. giftbird.co Go ahead and click on this one. One year, excellent, auto renew. Let's turn this off. And then I can figure this and I'm going to confirm. And now I'm going to go ahead and confirm the purchase. It should [12:30] automatically attach it to this project. It's going to take a little second here to set up. We're going to go back to the project and see what it's done on the other front. And as we can see here, it's improved the copy and the keywords that it's using, which is sick. SEO step one done. Come back here though and there are more growth tools for you. So, I'm just going to come back to analytics here and I'm basically going to say inside the chat, "Could you please create a piece of content for the launch of this um actual service? I want you to create me an [12:56] engaging launch video now." I don't know why I'm being so demanding, but sometimes you got to you got to be assertive. [laughter] Let's see what it gives us here. Oh, I love this. Look at that. Motion graphics video or do you want to create uh generate scenes? Let's go ahead and go with this one. Motion graphics. But it's basically going to use a lot of the look and feel of this website to be able to create a very cool uh animated intro video, right? Now, the thing I love about this is that if you've built it out, it understands the value proposition. It understands kind of the [13:26] look and feel already, so you don't have to translate this into another tool. The real question here is how well will this actually come out? And if I click here to check out what it's actually doing, this is really cool. It's actually grabbing the assets and brand files, creating the launch video created by Giftbird, animated typography. Super cool. Now, as I was waiting right here, Lovable sends me an email, "Your domain is ready." Excellent. So, let's go into publish here and we're going to actually use this as the main domain. Boom! Check that out. It works. Okay, back to [13:56] business. And my friends, it is ready. Let's go ahead and check out what it's created. [music] [14:07] [music] [14:14] [music] [14:20] [music] Wow, well, I must say that that is very exciting. I think I would change the music, but I think it pretty much replicated the exact look and feel of my website, presented the offer in a very clear way that was easy to understand, and oftentimes in marketing, clarity is the only thing that you really need. I think that this is an excellent first step, but honestly, I'm quite happily surprised with what it's done here. And right within here, I can literally just download it. Perfect, and I'll be able [14:47] to use that for social launch later on. But now, my friends, I've been dying to check out ads. Cuz ads for me is probably one of the ways I think we could make good revenue here. Let me go ahead and connect my ad account first of all. In this case, I'm only going to focus on Google because I actually don't run ads on Meta at the moment, so I'd have to go through a whole setup process. I'm going to go ahead and select Google Ads, submit that. It now asks me to connect. It's going to pop this up. I want to show you this process, but there's a pop-up here [15:16] anyway, so you basically just connect it. I'm going to connect my existing ad account. You can also create a new one straight from within here, which is totally cool. They've been giving me access to claim free credits. That's awesome. Okay, so I'm telling it now let's create ads. Now it's going out and preparing these audiences. And here [15:32] we're looking for paid song purchases. That's the goal of the campaign. It's saying who should this ad campaign speak to? Both gift occasions, birthdays and anniversary buyers matching gift birds existing offer. Let's go ahead and select that. Where are your interested customers? USA. USA and English. Have you already completed successful purchase successfully? Yes, I have. Yes, delivery works. Should we research our competitors before recommending where these ads should go? Go ahead. Do that research. It's doing the research. These [16:00] are my competitors. Wow, impressive stuff. Now this kind of work usually would take a large amount of time and usually would require a full agency. It's telling me I have two competitors in the space right now. It's going out and inspecting the websites of my competitors. This is wild. It's comparing ours to theirs. So cool. Oh man, this report alone would be worth a lot of money. And it's telling me choose [16:23] where you want your ads to appear next. I'm guessing Google search ads would be good and I don't know. Where else do you recommend? I'm trying to spend about $50 a day for the first 72 hours. Then you can pause the ads. Ads, it now has my ad profile here. I recommend Google search only. It can't automatically pause this 50 bucks a day, which is fine. So it's telling me I need to safeguard that myself. And now it's asking me if it [16:47] should use the keywords around birthday. Let's go ahead and do that. I'm just basically following its advice. This point it's doing ads better than I do. This Now let's go ahead and prepare ad text. Oh man, look at what it's done here. [laughter] It's written out 15 options with uh maximum 30 characters. Look at that. I love it. And also four different descriptions that are going to go under [17:08] those. Approve ad text. Look at this. It's GDPR compliant. It's asking me how we should handle EU, UK, Quebec. Let's just say let's do US only for the moment. Frankly, so far this is a lot more sophisticated than I expected. It's not telling me to create conversion actions. So, what it's doing now is actually checking if the purchase is actually being tracked inside of Google Ads. This is what it needs for it to be able to just push ads and to basically say, [17:34] "Hey, we got this conversion, right?" Okay, so this is pretty impressive. It set up my conversion tracking and then it went out and did a test payment for this service to check whether or not it would actually track that payment. And it successfully did so, which is amazing, which means that now I can run ads that focus on the outcome of making sales. A process that was really frustrating in the old world looks easy right now. And it's even trying to figure out a way to stop the ads after 72 hours. Let's launch these ads. This is just crazy. Look at this. And now it [18:05] just has additional questions for me. See, recommended by Google. Perfect. Look at that. It even has the recommendation from Google. This is so crazy. So, I'm going to go for actually $14 a month because that's what Google tells me we should be doing early on. Okay, so now it seems like it has launched these ads. It's telling me all [18:22] the placements, what to expect next. Loading campaigns. Look at that. $14 a month. These ads are running. No performance to report. Okay, let's also go and double-check inside of Google Ads to see if these Google Ads have properly been running as well. They're pending and under review, but these have been fully pushed. Absolutely wild. It's targeting these specific keywords right here. It's created five different ads that it's going to be running. Now, I did take a coffee break, but if I don't count that, it took me 66 minutes to actually build this entire thing out, build, launch, and create the entire marketing campaign that I just showed in [18:59] front of your eyes. And I can now say with a lot of certainty, it is confirmed. Lovable has converted from an AI app builder to an AI business builder. Just 2 years ago, this was completely unthinkable, and I stayed on the $25 a month plan throughout this entire process. If we also add that I bought that custom domain for 29 bucks, we're at like 55 bucks. And I have to go my friends because I have five other ideas that I'm going to build, launch, and monetize right after this video. But my friends, if you'd like to learn how to edit videos just like this one, I [19:28] edited 100% with AI and I break down the entire process in this video right here. So, check it out and I'll see you in the next video. Let's go! --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI (https://viewrankai.com).
