# ChatGPT Codex Side Hustles That Can Pay a Full Time Income Channel: Patrick Dang Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fcae2kekuLc Duration: 33 min Language: English Words: 7993 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/Fcae2kekuLc --- [0:00] If you're working a full-time 9 toive job, it might feel like all these people online are making money with these AI side hustles. And as someone who creates AI content on YouTube, I can tell you that most of these side hustles that people are talking about online are just a waste of time and are totally unrealistic. You see, most of these creators are spending so many hours teaching you how to build with AI, but they don't teach you the most important thing, which is how to actually get clients. At the end of the day, the goal is to keep your full-time job, but at the same time build this little side [0:32] hustle until one day it becomes your main hustle. And yes, I know there is this AI boom right now, but you need to be thinking about how to actually build a real sustainable business, not something that will be here today, but gone tomorrow. Now, for me, I used to be a six-figure tech sales rep working in Silicon Valley, but I left it all, moved to Vietnam to build my online business, and now I'm at over 400,000 YouTube subscribers, and I make over $100,000 per month. And I've even replicated this process to my clients who all started out with a 9 toive job and were able to [1:02] make money on the side while keeping that 9 toive job. Brandon, for example, got you $10,000 per month after 30 days of working with me with his LinkedIn content agency. And Sandy, she started out as an insurance sales manager with zero knowledge of AI and now she has over 70,000 YouTube subscribers and makes over $50,000 per month. And yes, these are individual outcomes and as we know, success is never guaranteed. And now the biggest opportunity I'm seeing is using tools like Codeex, which really only came into the scene the last couple of months. The majority of the population, whether it's everyday regular people and successful businesses, they all haven't figured out [1:37] how to implement AI into their lives. So, this is really your chance to break into the scene even if you're a complete beginner and you're just getting started. And you want to do this especially before the competition starts heating up. So, in this video, I want to share with you some of the best AI side hustles you can get started with using ChatGBT and Codeex. We're going to use a special criteria to rate each of these side hustles so you can see which one's going to be the best fit for you. And I'm also going to give you a real listed strategy for each one on how you can get [2:04] your first client. Now, before we go down the list, we first need to understand what makes a good AI side hustle. Anyway, all right. To get things started, we're going to first come up with a criteria on how we're going to score each of these side hustles. It's very simple, right? The first one we're going to use is ease. How easy is it to get started even as a total beginner with no experience? The next thing is demand. Are there real businesses and real people actually paying for this side hustle? Because if there's no demand, you will not be able to make any money. Now, the third thing is [2:34] repeatability. One-off gigs versus money that keeps coming back every single month, right? If you're going to do the work to get a client, you might as well keep them as long as possible. And the fourth thing is going to be human judgment. So, how much of this needs your taste and thinking? Because we don't want to be doing things like creating AI slop or mass generating blog post that no one's going to read. We want to combine all the innovations of AI with the human mind. And the way I think about it is AI is kind of like what the bicycle is for walking. Sure, you can walk from one point to another, [3:04] but if you're in a bike, you're going to get there so much faster. And that's how we're going to use AI in these side hustles. Now, the first AI side hustle I have for you is going to be the AI LinkedIn ghost rider combined with DM setting. So, it's going to be a combination of two different services. So, let me share with you what the opportunity is. Basically, right now, everybody wants to build a personal brand. A lot of founders want to build on LinkedIn, but the problem is they don't have much time. So what you can do for these successful founders who have money and want to build a personal brand [3:31] so they can get more clients, hire more people, all the benefits of having a personal brand is you basically use AI to do the research. You write the content in their voice using codecs or like chatbt and um the bonus points if you want to upsell them is you handle their DMs on LinkedIn as well, not just creating the content. Okay? And so you would basically just make content for them like this. You can help them with videos. You can do static posts, infographics, carousels, and you write the copy uh for each post. So, typically people will do five posts a week. So, that's 20 posts a month. And then anyone [4:03] that engages with the content or anyone that views your profile or follows you, you can send them a DM and try to get them to book a call. Now, how does AI actually do the work? Essentially, you want to use Codeex. And just real quick, if you didn't know, ChatGpt and Codeex, they're basically within the same product on ChatGBT. So if you download it, you have access to this for chat GBT. The way I think about it is it's used for quick chats, quick questions like, "Hey, you know, what's the weather in Vietnam today?" Right? It'll answer that really fast. So for codeex, the way I use it is whenever I'm working, [4:33] whether it's writing a YouTube script, building a website, doing anything creative, I typically just use codeex because it's just more suited for getting tasks done. Now, one thing to understand about codecs and chatbt is you can use skills. Skills are essentially kind of like a power up, right? The way I think about a skill when you're using codeex is let's say you have Mario and Mario is like a normal guy but when he gets the firepower he becomes super power Mario right he has like this buff now for codeex essentially you have the regular codeex you combine it with some skills and then you're going to have the super [5:04] codeex so essentially I would use a skill that I created to do LinkedIn copywriting and then I'm going to say hey help me write a LinkedIn script based on my trip to Bangkok and then what I'm able to do is just purely using codecs it's going to create me like this whole nice ht HTML almost like a website looking thing of a mockup of what that copyrightiting is going to look like. I even programmed it so that it looks like a LinkedIn post. Okay. And then I included a picture as well and then it has like all this kind of stuff. So I made a couple of them to give you an [5:32] example of like okay this is my trip in Bangkok. This is the copyrightiting of me going, you know, I'm talking about how AI agents are working for me while I'm eating omic acid to help founders like me or other people. Even for me, like I'm actively looking for a LinkedIn ghost writer right now, basically all you have to do is you would look at their content or anything they have and then you would write some content that sounds like it's in their voice. And you could use AI for a lot of this stuff like codecs. And then if you built a nice HTML like this and it looked like you like did a lot of [6:03] work, which is really easy to do using codec to make it feel like I really care about this job. I want to help uh you grow your personal brand and everything like that. If you make a Loom video, for example, and you send it to a founder and you said, "Hey, I built all this for you. I wrote some example post." Of course, they're going to book a call with you, assuming your content is actually good, right? Like most people just beg for a job or beg for opportunity. But if you're putting this stuff together and reaching out to founders, they're going to be like, "Dude, this guy really got it." And then [6:29] on top of that, if you're saying that, hey, once we get people to view the content, I'm going to also send them DMs and help you book calls so you actually make money. Clearly, like if they're selling something that's $10,000, for example, if they literally get one client from your work, they're going to make $10,000, right? So, but if they get two, three, four clients, that's like multiple tens of thousands of dollars potentially if you do it right. So, what can you charge for ghostwriting and DM setting? For ghostriting itself, typically people charge a,000 to $3,000 [6:56] per month for 20 to 30 posts per month. Sometimes they do percentage of profit. Really depends on what you negotiate. DM setting, people typically get paid $1,000 as a base fee and then they'll take uh 5 to 10% commission. Sometimes there's no base. Again, it's all about negotiation. So, you put it all together. Each client might be worth $5,000 to you if you play your cards right. So, if we were to score uh LinkedIn ghost writing and DM setting combined as a service, ease to start [7:23] with AI nowadays. I give it a three. It's not like rocket science, right? It's just like copyrightiting essentially and sales. Demand for this, five out of five, dude. Like, I'm looking for one myself and I'm willing to pay a lot of money for it and I know my friends are willing to pay as well. And you know, there's not actually that much competition, right? There's not [7:39] that many good ghostriters. Repeatability meaning like can you get paid for this every month? Absolutely. Because if you are getting results for a client, you're making the money, they will keep paying you, you know, 3 to 5K or whatever you're charging because it it's like return on investment is there, right? Human judgment involved in doing this is 5 out of five. Meaning you can't just get replaced by AI, you know, like just using purely AI to write the, you know, copyrightiting, it's just not [8:02] going to work right now, right? Otherwise, it would be so easy for me to just like throw a bunch of stuff into Chad GBT and they'll write it, right? But it can't. So human judgment is very important in copyrightiting because nobody wants to sound like AI slot. pretty good opportunity. Now, real quick, I'm going to go through all the other side hustles in this video, but before we do, I want to let you know that I have a free gift for you. It's going to be the business idea generator chat GBT skill. So, how it works is you go to the link in description, you download it, you install it into chatgbt [8:28] and codeex, and then you just answer the questions that I asked you. It's going to ask you for your skills, knowledge, and experience, what you like to do, and all that kind of stuff. And it will help you find a business idea. This is the exact process I took my clients through. Like Brandon for example, I helped him start a LinkedIn content agency essentially going through this process [8:46] and he got to 10K per month in 30 days. And just because Brandon was able to achieve this so quickly, it doesn't mean that everybody will. As being an entrepreneur, there are no guarantees of success. But Brandon was able to get this individual result by following the plan and putting in the work. Once you install it and you do it, you answer the questions, it's going to give you a really nice report like this to see if that business idea is going to be a good fit for you. It's going to do a lot of the research as well to like explain what the opportunity is, help you figure [9:13] out your offer, your pricing, shows you the competition of people doing it. So, you see their website and you can like see what they're doing, the competitors, the 30-day launch plan on what to do for the next 30 days if you're trying to get your first client and all the risk associated doing this model as well because there's no such thing as a perfect model. So, if you want this for yourself, again, check the link in description to get that business idea generator. Now, side hustle number two is going to be the webinar sales partner. All right, so what's the opportunity here? Basically, obviously, everybody wants to build a personal [9:45] brand, right? So, you're going to have all these people who have large followings, but they don't know how to properly monetize that following. And one of the best ways to monetize right now is actually through webinars. And for me, we do webinars as well. And it's, you know, one of our main drivers of revenue, right? So essentially, if you're helping a creator do this, you're doing the back-end systems, the websites, the funnels, lead magnets, webinar, the webinar slides, the checkout page, right? All the pieces it takes to actually run a successful webinar. And a webinar, if you didn't know, is basically like kind of like a [10:14] training sales presentation. Uh you teach them stuff for like, you know, an hour or two and then at the end if they want to work with you, you take them to the next step, whether it's to book a call or they buy on the webinar itself. Now, how does AI do the work for these kind of webinars, right? Basically, you can use the webinar to build a website, landing page, the slides itself, you know, all the creative copywriting, all of that. As an example, I use codeex to basically build this uh webinar landing page in one prompt. Essentially, it took me like, you know, 5 minutes, right? I [10:40] basically said, "Hey, build me u a webinar with like this blue kind of style." And then it did it in 5 minutes. You know, all a webinar landing page is, you know, is really just like headline and why you should join and you know, put your name in the picture, right? It's actually really that simple. You know, we do this all the time and the simple webinar website landing pages are the ones I cover really well. And even for the slides itself, you know, we're pretty much generating all our slides using AI. Now, we do have to look at it to make sure that the slides make sense [11:06] and they're good and they're aesthetically pleasing, but we're not the ones like clicking around and doing the gradients on the colors. It's AI doing all the work. Now, let's talk about how to actually get started with this, right? So, basically what you want to do is you want to use my list builder codec skill and you want to find creators who have a large following, but they don't run a webinar yet. This is another free gift for you which you can get using the link in description. It's called the list builder skill. You basically install it into codeex and then you would just say, "Hey, uh, use [11:31] this skill to help me find potential customers for my webinar sales partner offer." Once it's complete, it's going to give you a report like this. So, in this example, I said, "Hey, find me 13 different prospects." So, I show you as an example. And out of those 13 it found, 11 of them are considered hot. So, what does that mean? Essentially, when you're building a list, you want to find signals, right? Signals are just pieces of data you can find online essentially for free using codeex to see whether or not someone would be likely to buy your offer. So the signals would be like hey they have a lot of followers [12:00] on Instagram but they only do a book a call funnel and they don't run a webinar. So you can just reach out to the creator and say hey I saw that you have a following. I saw that you do sales calls and DM setting. That's amazing. I was just curious to know how come you're not doing webinars cuz that's obviously one of the best ways creators are monetizing right now. and then they're going to be like, "Wow, [12:20] this guy did a lot of research on me. Maybe I'll just respond." So, if you use the skill, it's going to sort each person by how hot they are, how likely they are to buy your thing or even like respond. And then it gives the reason for why. So, it's like, you know, going on the internet and finding all this information and it's putting all the lists together. Uh you can also export it as a Excel file, Google sheet, whatever you want. And then it explains [12:39] exactly all the talking points, right? So, you basically when you send the messages, you would have this open and then you would just write the message based on what you're seeing here. if you just target their pain points, the chance of them responding is going to be so much higher. So, if you want to give that skill a try out yourself, link is in the description. Now, what do you [12:56] charge for this kind of service? Essentially, if you're helping people with their webinar from start to finish, a lot of people are charging a,000 to $5,000 as a fixed fee just to start and then they're going to take 10% to 50% of the profit share depending on the creator. So, the more work you do, like [13:11] you're running literally everything 50%. I've seen that happen. But if you're just doing some parts of it, like maybe the slides, landing page, whatever, maybe it's going to be like 10 15%. Right? So, it really just depends on what you're doing and who the creator is. So, let's give it a score. Ease to start, I would give it a two. Although this is a good long-term opportunity and [13:29] people do make a lot of money with it. There's a learning curve cuz you have to understand sales, marketing, copywriting, creating slides, and a little bit of technology, right? But it is a good career path once you get over the learning curve. Demand for this very high. even some of creators that my friends right like they don't know how to do webinars you know and they need help so demand is high repeatability yeah if you get a webinar working you're just running webinars like every week or every month and uh human judgment five out of five like it requires even though we're using AI to build the websites [13:56] write the copy and all that this kind of business requires a lot of human judgment like AI cannot do your slides 100% like someone actually has to look at it so because of all this I would give this opportunity a 17 out of 20 however there is a learning curve so just keep that in mind all right real quick if you're watching watching this and you're thinking, "Wow, this sounds good, but I need a little more help on finding my business idea, getting clients, building a personal brand, and learning how to sell." I invite you to my upcoming 3-day live training where I'm going to show you everything from A [14:23] to Z on how to start your AI business from scratch. I'm even going to do a live sales roleplay where I'll show you exactly what to say, exactly what to do, exactly what to price in order to sell your AI services, even if you're starting from zero. So, if you want to sign up for that free training, we had over a thousand people sign up last time. Check the link in description and sign up before spots run out. Next idea that we have for you is going to be the [14:48] AI GEO and AEO. So, we're just going to call it AEO for this example. Now, AEO is basically like think about SEO. You know how people rank on Google when you type in like my back hurts. What do I do? Right? And then you get all these businesses that pop up and then they make money because you know they're visible. Same thing's happening for AI, right? So, if you're on ChatGBT and you type in, "My back hurts. I live in Los Angeles. I'm looking for a chiropractor." Then it's like, "Okay, which chiropractor is going to pop up?" So, if you help a business rank on ChatGBT and Codeex and they're [15:19] getting traffic from these searches and they're making money, clearly they're going to pay you for that, right? So, this is a really big opportunity because not a lot of people know how to do it. Most businesses haven't even touched this idea. You know, most of the world haven't even used AI before. So, if you're in early now and you establish yourself, then you know once the demand continues to pick up, which it will, [15:39] then you're going to be in a good spot. So, how does AI do all the work? Basically, if you use codecs to audit their website and the brand, find different ways to rank them on, you know, different AI platforms. Um, and it's writing a lot of the content for you, right? So, I would say AI in general is really good at copyrightiting right now. It cannot fully replace a human, but you know, it would definitely like do like maybe 60 to 90% of the work. So, how would you start? I personally, if I was selling this, I would find companies that are already doing some kind of SEO because they [16:05] understand the value of ranking on Google and stuff and then I would just pitch them AEO, right? So, hey man, I saw you already did SEO, you're getting a lot of traffic, but have you ever considered ranking on CHBT? And that's a conversation they're willing to have a lot of times, right? Or you can find companies who are actively looking for a AEO role on their job listings. So, if you reach out to anyone who has a job listing for a specific role, you get on a call with whoever's hiring and then you say, "Hey, look, I'm not really looking for a full-time job. We're actually an agency and we help [16:33] businesses like you achieve this result." So, you know, they have the problem. You just have to convince them that uh, you know, you can solve it in a better way rather than hiring a full-time employee, which may be expensive and sometimes not worth it if the person's not good. So, what do you charge for this? It really depends. You know, you can charge $1,000, $8,000 plus per month. I would basically think about how do you charge based on how much money you're bringing in for the company? Because let's say a company's [16:58] making $100,000 a month from your work. If you charge them $15,000 and then making 100, still a good deal for them, right? So pricing in B2B, even though I'm giving you some ranges, it's all relative to what someone's willing to pay. Now, ease to get started, I would say it's a four out of five. I think there's a lot of tutorials and, you know, guides on how to do this. You can even ask Jad GBT how to do it as well, [17:18] and it's going to give you the answer. Uh, demand for this very high. It's a new thing. High demand, low supply, not a lot of people doing it. Repeatability, five out of five. Like, if you're making it work, they're going to want more of this. Human judgment, I would say it's four out of five cuz sometimes, you know, when you're creating a lot of um blogs and stuff, sometimes you just kind of go by the book and check all the boxes without looking at it. I would say it still takes a human finesse and human touch, but it's not going to require as much human touch compared to like doing [17:43] a webinar, for example, right? Or making a YouTube video. So overall, I give this one an 18 out of 20. Still a very good hot opportunity. Next side hustle we have for you is going to be the AI community manager. Now I know this one intimately well because I just hired one. Okay, so what's the opportunity? Basically for paid communities, like for example, I run a community called Founder X where I help, you know, 95 employees build their business with AI, right? And so it's it's a paid community. So you have to pay to be in it. It's not free. Now the challenge is like, okay, we got a pay community, but [18:13] we have to make the community good. make sure people are having fun, they're getting uh results and all that kind of stuff, right? And it really pays to have a dedicated person managing all the members, knowing who's who, who what what's going on, who's being successful, who needs help, right? It's it's basically like uh it takes a lot of effort. The opportunity is if you can create a good experience for the members and you find creative ways to use AI to make that experience better, you can get paid for that, right? So, how would you use AI? For example, you can use codeex to monitor all the chats in the [18:43] community, all the call recordings from the coaching, and basically just any communication. And what we're doing is we're taking all of that, let's say like all the transcripts from the coaching calls, then we're saving it in a place using AI, and then we're using AI to create these reports on how well we're doing, uh, how satisfied the community is, and what we can do to do better. And a lot of times the information and the coaching that we do inside the community ends up being inside the YouTube content itself, right? because I know that if a lot of people are having problem with this particular thing like getting [19:13] clients on LinkedIn, then I can talk about that on YouTube cuz I know a lot of people want it. Now, if you want to get started with like community management, all you got to do is, you know, just join the free communities that the creators have or just join the paid one, build a relationship with the founder, see where the gaps are, make suggestions, and say, "Hey, I might be [19:29] able to help you with this." Right? Because if you're just asking for $1,000 a month to start just to build some trust, it's pretty low commitment on them, and they'll probably give you a shot. So, for example, if you were to go to a business and say, "Hey, I'm going to take all your transcripts and then I'm going to create a really nice report like this to see how well your coaches are coaching the community." And then it's going to have an overview of what happened on the call. It's going to have um a detailed analysis on the members, like what are their biggest problems, uh [19:55] what do they want, what's blocking them from achieving their goals, and then then we can break it down to okay, like based on the problems, this is how the coach solved it. I also added something interesting here where sometimes like you say some really cool stuff on a coaching call but no one ever sees it. So why not take the transcript find the parts where like for this example on a call I think I said um nobody cares about your AI automation they just care [20:16] about the results right which is true. So maybe I can take that piece of content and that gem of a thing I said and turn it into maybe uh you know a section in my YouTube videos. And those kind of reports are generated with codecs by the way using these skills that I showed you earlier. Right? So, what can you charge for this? You know, basically a community manager, you can get paid like $1,000 to $5,000 per month. And if you're really good and you're really efficient, you could probably handle multiple clients at the same time and make like 10 to 20k per month handling maybe 3 to five [20:44] communities. So, let's give it a scorecard. I would say this is one of the easier opportunities to start because, you know, even the person I hired, he had no skills in community management, but it's like you kind of just need to understand people to do this. You know, it's not that technical. demand for this. I give it a three out of five mainly because it's not as obvious that people want it. Everybody needs it, but it's not like a thing that instantly makes money like let's say LinkedIn ghost writing would, right? So, I would give it a three because you have to, you know, that person has to have [21:11] that gap in their current business, right? But repeatability, if you're doing a good job, it's five out of five. Human judgment is still five out of five. We're using AI to like get all the data and analyze it, but at the end of the day, it's a people focused side hustle where you're actually talking with people and understanding them, right? So, even with all that said, I'd still give this one a 18 out of 20. Next side hustle for you is going to be one of the big ones, and it's going to be the YouTube agency. All right, so the opportunity is a lot of founders now, [21:38] they want to do YouTube. I can tell you from personal experience, every founder who's on Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Instagram, they all want to do YouTube now, right? Cuz they know it's the holy grail. How does AI do the work? If you use codec, you can use it to come up with the strategies, ideas, write the scripts, the thumbnails. I mean, this is how I personally do it, okay? like my entire workflow from idea to posting a video AI all the way right for example I would just use a codec skill is just like um a skill where it helps me find YouTube ideas and I would say hey uh help me [22:06] find ideas on chat GBT and codeex to build websites right and basically it would search the entire internet you know YouTube Reddit X Instagram everything to see like what does supply and demand look like do people want this video so it looks at the topic uh whether or not I'm going to have a [22:23] unique angle and all that kind of stuff. So let's say I use HTBT design a website then codeex to build it. Uh I don't think that's the best title, you know, but they're definitely better titles, but you know, this is just an example, right? So it's just going to give like different titles I can choose from, different ideas I can choose from, proof that whatever ideas that I chose, there are other people who have successfully used ideas like that or variations of the idea, you know. So, this is like pretty highle YouTube strategy that businesses will pay for because they're [22:52] so in the dark on what ideas to even do. I used to work with uh B2B helping people build their personal brands on YouTube, right, for businesses. And I would just run these skills and create these reports and then give it to them and they would pay me thousands of dollars for this, right? So, don't underestimate that just because it's easy to do with codeex if you have the right skills. A lot of people still highly value it because they have no idea how to do this themselves. And you might be thinking, okay, well, if it's so easy, why don't they do it themselves? Because number one, they [23:17] don't have YouTube knowledge, which is difficult in itself. Number two, they don't know how to use codeex the right way and to use all these skills. So, they would rather pay someone thousands of dollars to do it for them. Because a business owner, a couple thousand to them is just like an employee, right? It's nothing. So, they have a business to run. And so, you're just benefiting from that arbitrage. Now, how would you get started? You would use the list builder skill that I gave you, for example. And then you could just say, "Hey, help me find all these successful founders who have started a YouTube [23:45] channel, have less than 1,000 subscribers, and uh failed." So then when I reach out to them on LinkedIn, I could be like, "Hey man, congratulations on the success for your business. I actually noticed your uh YouTube channel wasn't doing too well." And actually, you stopped posting 4 months ago. I was just curious to know like why you stopped because like I feel like you really have a powerful message and um I think if you really continue like you can really like make a big impact. I actually help founders like you achieve this desira outcome. You see what I'm saying? So that's essentially how you would get the meeting. You just kind of [24:12] like pull at their pains, know what they want, and then they will book a call. So what do you charge for this? Depends on if you're doing the script writing, editing, and you know, there's so many different services baked into YouTube, but you can charge anywhere between like 2K to 15K. I've seen people do like 15K for four videos, you know, from like, you know, end to end. So it really depends on your negotiation skills and who you're working with. If you're working with a small real estate agent, they're not going to pay you much. But if you're working with uh you know VC backed AI company they're going to pay a [24:40] lot right so it depends what you can get into now scorecard ease to get started YouTube there's a steep learning curve I would say I would give it a two out of five but if you really love YouTube and you want to be in this space don't let that difficulty stop you because it is learnable like I learned YouTube by myself I took an online course like seven years ago and I figured it out so I don't see why you can't either demand for this is very very high you know like a lot of people want to do YouTube right now repeatability very high if you and [25:06] do a good job, they will keep paying you for more videos. Human judgment, five out of five. Like AI is not going to replace these like YouTube strategists anytime soon. You can replace some work the editor does using AI. That is true. But the strategy and thinking about what videos to make, yeah, you know, we're using AI to make a list of ideas, but like we just saw, some ideas just don't come out that good. That's why it requires the human touch. So, putting it all together, I would give this one a 17 out of 20. But, you know, if you're really passionate about YouTube, then [25:37] don't let the difficulty stop you. Just go for it. Now, the next side hustle app for you is going to be the AI website builder. So, you're going to see on YouTube a lot of people are saying like, "Oh, build a website, $10,000, right?" Truthfully, it's going to be very tough for you to sell a $10,000 website that you made with AI, right? Like, who's paying for this? How are they going to get return on investment? Doesn't make any sense. Um, so these really fancy websites with like the animations and it scrolls and it's all crazy. I actually had a friend who paid 100K for one of [26:04] these websites. So, I kind of understand the process of how it works. And they actually won like one of those like website design awards. So, the only reason they would pay that much is when they can make a lot of money back. So, they made like multiple seven figures back from this website selling some kind of product, right? Majority of people are not in that realm of business. If you're thinking about the regular everyday business, it's probably more like a e-commerce company that needs to build like multiple landing pages. So, let me let me get into this. So one-off websites very hard to sell. I would not [26:32] recommend it unless like you had connections or something like that. So what's actually more realistic is you look for brands that need to build new landing pages and new websites on a weekly basis. For example, if a e-commerce company was running hundreds or even thousands of ads, they're going to need different landing pages that matches the different ads that they have. They can't have a thousand ads all going to one landing page, right? Cuz [26:55] the conversion is not going to be good. But if each landing page is specific to the ad that's being ran, then the conversion is going to be higher. So this is like the new playbook, right? You need a bunch of ads and you need a bunch of websites. So if you're the person making the website, you're just going to use codecs and some other AI tools to do make the website essentially, right? You know, this is just my example for the webinar, but this whole thing was made with codecs, right? So, and I only spent 5 minutes on it. if you actually tried pretty hard to [27:20] make a good website and you had a really good template for e-commerce. Then you can just crank out these websites every week at a high quality. So, how do you get started? If I was selling this, I would actually go on Facebook ad library and then I'll look for companies who are spending money on ads. Then I would see how many creatives they have and then see if those creatives are all taking the person clicking the ad to the same landing page. If I find that, hey, this company's running literally a hundred ads and they're all going to like just three different landing pages, I would [27:47] just reach out to the founder and be like, hey, I was noticing that, you know, you guys are running ads and you guys are doing pretty good, but um I was just curious like how come you run it all to the same landing page. Like this landing page doesn't even connect with the ad. So, I would guess your cost to get a customer is going to increase because of that. I mean, if it matched and this ad matched this landing page and you could do that at scale, I think you would make more money. So, that's something where it's interesting for the founder for them to want to take a [28:11] meeting with you, right? So, how much would you charge for this? You can charge a couple hundred to $2,000 per page. It really depends on the complexity of the page and how much money they're making and their profit margin, right? But if you're really good at this and you're cranking out websites for multiple companies, then yeah, you're going to be printing. So, easy to get started websites, I don't think it's that difficult because there's so many examples that exist you can take inspiration from and you can use AI to um take inspiration from them. But, uh, ease, I would give it a four. Demand, I give it a four as well. Uh, [28:39] repeatability, I would also give it a four. Four or five, right? Like if you're doing good, they would keep using you, right? Human judgment, I also give it a four as well, just because like once you get the machine going, sometimes you're making the same website with a couple different tweaks, right? Um, so overall, I give this one a 16 out of 20. Now, Chad GBT is a partner for this video, and if you want to give them a try, go ahead and check the link in the description. Now the seventh side hustle that we have for you is going to be one related to sales and that is [29:07] Instagram DM setting. So what's the opportunity? Have you ever seen on Instagram where you see content from a creator and they're like comment coach or comment this and I'll give you this free thing, right? And they're using like mini chat and all that for the automations. So it's a thing especially on Instagram, right? So there's a whole DM coach on Instagram. Now there are a lot of founders that sell something high ticket. So we're going to categorize high ticket as something as $2,000 and above. And to sell this thing, they have to get on a sales call with the person and sell them over the phone. So, a lot [29:37] of founders, you know, they have trouble finding a good DM setter. A DM setter is just someone that pretends to be the founder. You're on their Instagram account and you're just messaging everyone that follows you, everyone that got the, you know, free thing and you're trying to convince them to book a call with the salesperson so you can sell them. So, you can do this for them using [29:54] your time as a human and also AI, right? So, how does AI work? Well, once you get a library of how the founder speaks, whether it's like podcasts or interviews or their content, and also you see what successful DMs they had in the past, you basically save it all into these folders and then you connect it with codecs and then from there you can use AI to write the responses so you don't always have to write every single one. The way to do it is you have AI write the first draft of the response and if it looks good, you press send. If it doesn't look good, [30:22] you change a couple words, then you press send. Right? So instead of just you manually doing it, you get AI to do some of the work for you. And there's other automations you can do within DM setting, not just writing the the copy, you could be following up and all those kinds of things. Now, how do you start? All you would need to do is find creators who sell something high ticket but have a horrible or non-existent DM process. So there actually like as a creator myself, I've realized a lot of [30:45] creators don't have good DM setters. It's just like kind of hard to find for whatever reason, right? Some creators, they're just like, you know, forget it. I'm not even going to have a DM setter. I'm just going to sell in a different way. So, you know, after you get the free lead magnet or the free whatever, nobody talks to you. That's a missed opportunity, right? So, what do you charge for something like this? You're basically just like getting meetings for people. I see people do like a 1K base retainer just like do the work and then they'll get like a 5 to 10% commission, whatever is closed from the lead that [31:11] you got from the DM setting, right? So, you don't have to do the sales call itself. They usually have a closer to do that. Your job would just be to um do the DMs. Now, if you're on a really good offer, you could be making like 10K a month, you know, just doing DMs for people. And if you really scale it out, you can, you know, there are people that start DM agencies where they just handle DMs for multiple creators. Right now, the ease to get started, it's really, it's not that hard, but it takes a skill set to learn DM setting cuz even for me, [31:38] I've trained DM setters before and sometimes they just don't get it right. So, I give it a three out of five cuz it's easy for some people, not easy for everyone. Demand for this very high. Like even with AI, most people still want a human plus AI uh working together, right? Repeatability, if you're doing a good job, it's sales. You will get paid every single month. Human judgment, it's a sales thing. Market changes, you have to, you know, understand how to talk to people. Five out of five. Like AI, just like throwing this at AI is not going to solve your problem. A human has to always look at [32:06] this stuff. So overall, I give this opportunity a 18 out of 20. All right. So now I give you the entire blueprint to some of the best AI side hustles you could get started with this weekend. But even with the blueprint that I gave you today, you might feel like you have some challenges. For example, how do you know if your business idea makes sense for [32:23] you? How do you get your first client? How do you create content so that people come to you? So at this point, you really have two options. Number one, you can sign up for the free 3-day live training I have coming up where I'm going to go into all these topics in depth. We're even going to bring on my clients live to share their experience working with me and how they were able to get their first clients as total beginners. And number two, you can actually book a call with me and my team where we're going to come up with a custom strategy for you on how to get [32:47] started building your AI powered business. So, I put the links in the description for both options.
