# I Spent 50 Hours Testing Grok Bot: 8 Tricks You NEED Channel: Nuno Tavares | Automated Marketer Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUxn_kTrc1o Duration: 11 min Language: English Words: 2510 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/CUxn_kTrc1o --- [0:00] After spending over 50 hours in I want to share with you the top tricks and hacks that I've discovered inside this tool that makes it even work better and faster and some of the things you might not even know exist. So, with that being said, let's jump right to it. The first hack is that one, all of your bots can have a very specific voice where you can actually communicate it via voice on your phone or on your laptop or PC. So, the first thing you want to do is whatever bot you're on, you want to click on the bot up here which brings up the settings menu and [0:29] this is where your description, the label and the presentation is going to be. And right here you're going to notice that it has voice. In the voice, you can set it to basically have any voice and the second you give it the voice, it will automatically put the icon on the right hand side. So, if you come in here, let's just put Iris and the second we select Iris and again we [0:47] can just click this to get rid of that. We come in here. Hey Iris, do me a favor. I need you to help me create a presentation that's just basically a one-pager that's going to be how to install One-pager on installing the Leverage School site. And see, and just like that you were able to create it. I'm just using you as a demo, but you do definitely want to make sure you mute it when you're not using it. You can mute, you can set the settings of the speed, the voice. It will automatically detect the language and again you can always mute it. So, now if you're driving or you're just [1:16] trying to operate the bot and you want to use your voice, you no longer have to type. You want it to give it a voice, you just come in here, select the voice and now forever has the voice along with the language and everything else. And it also will announce the notifications as you build these out. So again, get notified when this bot finishes and needs input. All of this is where you control it again with the description of what the bot exactly does. Now, another tool that a lot of people have been [1:40] finding incredibly helpful is Compasio. Compasio is an all-in-one tool that allows you to basically go in, log in to this one tool and it gives you access to 1,500 tools. So, you go into compasio.dev, you go ahead and you log in or you create an account. It starts as free and you come in here, you log in, and instead of you having to always connect your different AI tools into a bunch of like, you know, different connectors and everything else, you can literally come in here, connect it once, and it will automatically use this with any of your AI tools. All right? And you can come in here, and basically anytime [2:13] you want to connect an app, this is all the different tools it can connect to, and lo and behold, here's Grapht Bot. So, if you come into connected apps, the way it works is, you come in here, and you find any of the tools that you want to do, and once you do that, you hit connect, and it will automatically take [2:28] you to this one screen, and that's it. Once you're connected here, all you got to do is go back into Grapht Bot, and inside of Grapht Bot, you come in, you go into your connected apps, you look for Composio, and it's right there. And then once this connects Composio, whatever you give Composio access to, this will now have access. So, it eliminates you having to find tools that one in can't connect to, because it's going to be limited on the ones it provides. You'll be able to connect to 1,580 tools. So, this is definitely a big game-changer, especially if you're working across different apps like Claude, you know, ChatGPT, whatever else [3:02] you're using, you now have one place where you can connect it all. So, instead of connecting all those things, you're connecting to one. So, another thing a lot of people don't know is that you can bring in other bots to your conversation. So, for instance, if I'm in my copywriter, and I want to bring in my presentation bot, what I can do is I can come in here and ask my presentation bot to come into the conversation that copywriter and myself are having. So, for instance, I'll say something along the lines of, "Hey, I want to create a presentation that's going to be why people need to use Grapht Bot and why [3:31] it's so simplistic versus other AI tools that are out there. What I need you to do is bring in the presentation bot to come in and do this presentation for us, because it'll know exactly which brand we need to create it in." And then all I have to do is I'm going to hit presentation by hitting the at symbol, and once I hit the at symbol, I can go ahead and hit the bot, and now look, it will automatically bring in the bots of the conversation and pass that information through. The other thing that other people don't know is that you can create a group of bots to do a bunch [4:00] of stuff for you, like a team. You can come in here at any point in time, you can create a group chat, and for instance, if I wanted to do my copywriter, my presentation, and my Grawp Bot guides, what I would do is I'm going to create a group chat, and in this, I'm going to add to the group chat the copywriter, and you see how it has this function here? I need the presentation, my Grawp Bot guides, and my marketing manager all in this conversation, and I will come in here and I'll say, "I want the team to get together and create a Grawp Bot [4:29] marketing plan. Can you get the whole team to assemble this and create something pretty nice for us?" And obviously, I want this in a presentation, and I want our best copywriters on this. All right? And I give it that, and now what the team will do is it will then create a team in here, and will automatically go back and forth, and they'll work together to actually get these things done. And this is what you typically will call a swarm, but understand that now, most of you know it if you watched my first install video that I'm using my chief of staff to do the majority of all the works, but [4:58] just know that you can also at any point in time create any of these bots to do any of this, regardless of where it's at, right? So, if I come in here for Dr. Egg Bot, or if I want my inbox manager, my ops team to look at everything, my systems QA, whatever it is, I can go in here, create a small little team, and have them actively go after whatever it is that I want to be done. So, another little hack, and this is actually a little recent. A lot of times that the bots will actually do things on your behalf, they're going to need password [5:24] for things, but a lot of people out there, if you're not using Compasio, and it's something that's not in Compasio, and you still want it to have access, what you can do is you can come over here, and in the connected apps, there is now one password. One password is a storage keeper, so if you come in here to one password, you can use a service-based token, and what it does is it's a dedicated vault that has all your passwords in here, so then you don't have to openly share your password. So, for instance, if I wanted to use my ChatGPT or my Claude and I wanted to [5:53] have full abilities to do so, I would use one password, so then I can leverage the passwords that are directly in this vault and it uses token-based security, so you will never have your passwords exposed to the AI, so it can't naturally do things unless you giving it access in the one password vault. So, again, it's a dedicated password area that's basically a vault that allows you to store all your passwords in here. And all you got to do is come in here and [6:18] learn how one password service works. Come in here, create a service token, you go into your create a service token account for your one password area, and you sign up for account. Again, it is paid, so $29, which again, you can do it from wherever you at. And then you now have a secured vault that you can keep all your passwords in that allows it to do it inside of Grok or any other tool that you have in there. And a lot of other AIs are moving to this, so it's something that's recommended that you use it for vaults whenever you don't want to share your passwords with the [6:48] AI. And it just gives you a very secure access. It won't even ask you, it will just check one password to see if there's a password available and then use it. So, the next thing is the bridge. Now, for instance, if I wanted to use something in my Claude like design and I wanted to basically use ChatGPT for images, I can create a Grok bot through my chief of staff, I can come in here and I can say something along the lines of, "Hey, I want to do two things. I want to create Facebook ad that's going to be basically telling [7:15] people to attend our Grok bot workshop. Can you please go into Claude design and design a really nice ad? I also want you to do the same thing with my ChatGPT account and I want you to log in and basically go in there and create a Facebook ad to do the same. So, go ahead and use my Claude subscription and my ChatGPT to create both of those ads up [7:38] cuz I want to see which one does better. All right? Now, I'm going to go ahead and click on that and what it will do is it will use its mini computer to basically log in to those things, and then ask me to take over and log in for on its behalf. Now, if they had one password, it wouldn't ask me for my [7:53] password, it would automatically do it. But now you're going to see this thing take over and see how it does. So, see, something you have in here, it's automatically coming in here, and you see it's building the different things, and you notice that it's in the actual computer that it has for itself, and it's creating and it's logged in to my stuff already. Now, one little other hack that I will tell you is that as soon as this is done, just say something along the lines of remember what you clicked and how you got to both Claude and ChatGPT, and going forward, please make sure you remember the clicks so you [8:25] can actually be a little bit more efficient in doing this so you don't use as much tokens. Now, we want to make sure that again, because the skills are there, and this is going for any skill or any bot that you're creating. Anytime it does something and it does something well, make sure you're telling it to effectively do that again, and more importantly, for anything that it doesn't do well, you're coming back in and you're saying, "Hey, do me a favor, don't do this, and make sure that you optimize for next time so you don't waste time." So, whenever you're working and it's taking over systems or it's [8:53] learning a task, make sure it's doing this. The other really cool feature, and I'll do the marketing here for a quick second, I'm going to go to marketing manager right in here. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to click on this little dot, and once you come over here, what I want you to do is you're going to click on settings, you're going to hit this little thing right here, and you're going to click on this right here. That opens up its computer, and you're going to notice you have [9:16] something called teach a task up here. You're going to click on teach a task, you're going to double click on, let's say you're Google Chrome, it's going to open it up. We're going to go to school.com, just as an example, all right? I'm going to hit enter. I'll log myself in. I'll come in here, and I'm going to teach it a basically how to comment on a particular thing. So, I'll come in here, I'll click on this, and I'll say, "Write a post." Okay? Then, you know, add links or something along this way or give it [9:43] like a YouTube channel link, all right? And then open up another tab, go to YouTube, come in here. Inside of here, I'll ask, you know, like automated marketer, find a video, click on this right here, pick a particular video, share, copy link, paste it in here, add, and see, and now it knows how to write a post. And then we would stop it. And I say, "I just showed you how to [10:08] post on my school community." All right? And then there you go. I just literally taught it a skill, so you could do things like that as you go through. So, again, these are all like quick little hacks that will allow you to do this. And then you would just go in, make this more efficient every single time that you're working through it, and it will automatically do this and just keep learning from itself. The other thing that I want you to do is also in your chief of staff or whichever one you're doing, and we have a conversation right here. As it's working through that, I [10:38] will see something, "Hey, do me a favor and create a routine that goes through and optimizes our skills and make sure that our connections are the most up-to-date." And this will immediately ensure that your bots are learning every single time, so they don't get stale, and more importantly, your skills are always improving. So, hopefully that helps, and we'll see you in the next [10:55] one. --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI (https://viewrankai.com).
