So, in this video, I'll show you everything Grok Bot can do for your business with my real Grok Bot sitting in the real world, and I'll give you the prompts to copy. Let's kick it off. So, the first bot I'd build for any

[0:34] business is a morning briefing. Connect your Google Calendar and Gmail, which takes two clicks. Then, ask it what's on today and who's waiting for you. When I did it, it read both of my calendars, told me what was on, and pointed out a meeting I'd already declined. Then, it went into my inbox and said, "Most of this week's inbox is full of entrepreneurship and sponsorship pitches, so I'm reading the few that really look like they want an answer from you." That's the job every business owner hates, right? Digging through the inbox and what matters. So, this is done for you before you've even had your coffee. Now, if you want this prompt,

[1:09] you can just say, "Every weekday at 7:00 a.m., tell me what's on my calendars today and which emails really need a reply from me. Skip newsletters and sales pitches. Suggest a short reply for each. Don't send or change anything." Number two, the faster you reply to a new inquiry, the more likely you are to win the customer. Usually, whatever answers first gets the job. Now, Grok Bot can have its own email address. You can put it on your contact form, and the moment an inquiry lands, the bot reads it, answers the question, offers times from your calendars, and asks you to approve the reply. Now, if you want this

[1:42] prompt, you can just say, "When a new inquiry arrives at your email address, draft a friendly reply that answers their question, and offer two times from my calendar this week. Ping me to approve it. Never send without my okay." You can send without approval, but if you just want to run this at first, I would recommend checking it. Once you're comfortable, then you can go and do more. Now, routines is how you can run

[2:02] 24/7. This is where it gets powerful. So, you can tell a GrowthBot to do something on a schedule and it just does it every single day with or without you. And I've got one that actually checks my competitors every Monday morning and tells me only what's changed. One sentence to set up. Um when you make a routine, you can hit test, it runs right away, so you know it works before Monday. You can copy this prompt. Every Monday at 9:00 a.m. check competitor one, two, and three websites and social pages. Tell me any new offers, new products, or changes last week. What I could actually do about it. Now, the

Now, mine actually comes back every Monday with one clear takeaway at the top. It's not a wall of numbers, it's here's what this actually means for you. Number one is templates. You can turn any GrokBot into a link. Your team gets their own copy of the same job and routines, but never your login so your chats. The other option is shared bots. So, one bot your whole team uses right inside Slack, and anyone can give it work. Now, you can also use GrokBot on your phone, too. So, it can add things to your calendar, look up your contacts, and on iPhone, set

[5:53] reminders, even turning your lights off. So, you can just talk to it with voice chat, and it can even use apps on your phone. One thing to note, keep the GrokBot app open because that's how it reaches your phone, and it works really well on X. So, you can actually tag @bot under any post, and your bot picks it up as a job, like for example, summarize this thread, or turn this into a post for my business, and the result lands in your app. Now, if you don't want this to get out of control, if you want to make sure that you have levels of approval on

[6:21] this, some ways I'd recommend this is number one, make sure that your bot asks before they do anything that matters, and they tell you when they can't do anything. Now, usually they'll do this by default. So, for example, if it loses a connection, she's going to tell you. You can also say like, put never send anything without my okay in every bot, and you're always the one who decides, and you're in control. But, once you're happy with it, you could always let the reins go, and you know, make your growth bot more autonomous. Now, if you're wondering where to start, don't put all of this on day one. Start with the one
