# Do THIS To Blow Up Your Brand in 2025 (SuperUGC Strategy) Channel: Kallaway Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aca1lAe0Mgo Duration: 13 min Language: English Words: 2880 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/Aca1lAe0Mgo --- [0:00] in this video I'm going to walk through the most important content growth strategy that I've seen in the last 12 months now my prediction is that this framework will become the nucleus for all short form brand strategy in the next 2 to 3 years it's that powerful The Playbook has been validated with e-commmerce Brands doing over 10 million a year in sales but it's widely unknown outside of e-commerce it's also the content flywheel behind many of the fastest growing products on Tik Tok shop doing over 1 million a month in sales I call it super ugc and it's all based around this concept that I coined called [0:33] the internet Echo so in this video I'm going to explain exactly what the framework is how it works how people are using it to drive millions in sales and the tweaks that I would make if I was going to apply it to other Industries first off what is super ugc super ugc creates a tital wave of content about a brand from dozens of ugc creators at the same time this process drives an echo on the internet and makes it feel like your brand is everywhere this framework increases the ROI on your content spend it helps you figure out exactly which creative to use for your paid ads and it [1:04] virtually guarantees success let me break down how it works and why it differs from traditional content strategy most brands split their content strategy into three buckets organic influencer and ugc organic is fairly obvious this is the highly visual content that's designed to create that aesthetic from the brand account we're going to set this aside for now because that content is not really designed to drive sales now influencer content works like this a brand finds an influencer that makes content in their Niche they pay that influ influencer to create a post on their channel the main value the brand is paying for is the temporary rental of that influencer's audience [1:37] these are typically one to2 video deals and they rely a lot on the influencer being able to story telland to drive conversion now this model used to work really well when social media was based on followers smaller creators couldn't get in front of new people so Brands had to pay large influencers to get in front of their large audiences the problem with this as most brands found out is that these influencer deals are kind of like spinning a roulette wheel they're a complete gamble if the influencer's followers were not real or had surface level trust then the conversion was not going to be there if they were real then [2:08] the influencer could drive a ton of traffic so these deals were super volatile and here's a secret most of these massively followed influencers actually don't have real depth in their following so the brand ends up wasting a bunch of money and the conversion just isn't there the other model Brands tried was ugc which stands for user generated content Brands eventually realized that paying an influencer 50k for one video was a gamble that just wasn't a good Roi on their money so I thought hm what if we just pay normal people that are good on camera to create videos about us and then we'll post them on our own brand [2:39] account and this makes sense in theory because it allows the brand to get a much better return on their money higher volume content it humanizes them and then they can leverage their own following which is full of people they already know likes their brand and this works really well for product reviews and endorsements but it's not really good for acquiring new customers why not because people don't like buying from Brands they like buying from other people and even though the content showcased normal people because it was coming from the brand account it still felt like an ad so that was the traditional content strategy for Brands [3:08] you had organic which wasn't really designed to drive conversion you had influencer which was usually not a great Roi on your money and then you had ugc which was great but coming from the brand account kind of felt like an ad so that's the setup now enter super ugc now it's important to note super ugc could not have existed in the traditional follower based social media so it's not as though the heads of marketing or heads of content were missing something obvious this new strategy has emerged as a result of a macro Market shift and by the way when there are macro Market shifts and you're early to adopt that's [3:39] where all the gold is so what happened as soon as Tik Tok pioneered the interest-based algorithm all the other social channels had to follow suit and a new social Paradigm was formed all of a sudden you didn't need to have a huge following to reach millions of people you could have no following at all and your first video could drive millions in sales this is a revolutionary idea so forward thinking marketers got really smart they thought hm why don't we take the ugc Playbook that works but instead of taking those videos and posting them on our own brand accounts why don't we have our creators spin up fresh Tik Tok [4:08] and Instagram accounts and post them themselves this would give us more shots on goal and it would get rid of that feeling like the videos were ads because they're not coming from the main account anymore so that's exactly what they did if you search tabs chocolate on Tik Tok for example you'll see dozens of accounts that look like a tabs brand account @ chocolate us @ tabs chocolate @ tabs chocolate 22 but these are not official tabs brand accounts what's happening under the hood is that tabs found a bunch of smaller no-name creators and is paying them like 300 bucks a month to post 30 videos under [4:38] this derivative tabs account and all the links in BIO and in the video track back to tabs affiliate links for that Creator now for every 40 videos that are duds tabs will have one that goes mega viral and drives hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales and because they have 20 to 50 creators doing this at the same time it creates that Echo effect now what happens is potential buyers will see tabs come up many times their for you page from different creators and maybe it's the third or fourth time they see it but eventually if they have that paino they'll convert and buy so it's a [5:07] volume game to create that echo on these content platforms this is the exact same strategy that Andrew Tate used to create a massive personal brand super quickly in his case he created a paid community of a bunch of male creators dropped them a Dropbox link full of different podcast clips and video clips of his appearances and then encourage them to make content about him he knew that Tik Tok and YouTube were paying a fee per thousand views he was also giving them affiliate fee when they would convert people to his paid Community all the while it's growing this huge personal brand for him in this case he created a marketing Army [5:39] on his behalf and as all those posts came from all those different accounts it created an echo again this works because you don't need a huge following to go viral any fresh account can go viral on any video and that's the key here that's what's changed oh yeah and by the way that one of 40 that goes viral all you have to do is take that video and run your paid ads on it and it crushes all right so one tactical example I want to show you this so this is nzt48 now nzt48 is a neut Tropic supplement that my friend MO created and it was named after formulated after the [6:11] Limitless movie so in Limitless Bradley Cooper takes the pill and he can automatically access 100% of his brain he becomes super smart they actually trademarked nzt48 and named it after this movie now they're deploying this super ugc technique so I want to show you exactly what that looks like so in Tik Tok you can see I searched for nzt48 you can see all these different accounts try official nct48 Limitless nct48 NCT Limitless these are all derivative accounts that were created specifically to run this strategy so let's just click on I clicked on nzt Limitless we're going to click on this third one and you can see in this account this has 25,000 [6:46] followers but it's not really about the followers what you're trying to figure out is what story frame and narrative you can tell to go viral with this concept so that you can inform other creators and other videos what's going to work now if you look at this second video that was pinned from this Creator here this has 4.2 million views 247,000 likes this is a very viral video now she talks about Limitless in the movie she shows the formulation shows the product this script this format is a viral format you can take the hook she used you can take the way she framed it you can take the format story frame and you [7:21] can then share that with other creators that are running this super ugc strategy so this is a perfect tactical example of how this is being run run I'll show you guys the tabs one as well so we're going to go tabs chocolate and you're going to go to accounts and when you go to accounts you can see exactly what I was talking about get tabs chocolate tabs chocolate us the special CH these are all the same strategy where you've got a super ugc Creator that's running this account trying to drive sales back to tabs so you can see you've got the tabs chocolate.com discount code 15% off this [7:52] is all acre to the Creator and you can see this pinned video has 1 million views so this is a successful story frame either the hook the graphics the way they told the story worked so if you go through Tik Tok if you look for it you can find brands that are using this strategy like I said it's not everywhere it's only on select e-commerce brands with forward-thinking content focused Founders and so that's why I think this can be deployed across other disciplines okay so I can hear the Skeptics in the video what are the drawbacks with super ugc as a strategy for the brand the only [8:24] really drawback is that if you have creators run derivatively named brand accounts like tab chocolate us or at tab store it can create this feeling like there's a lot of phony knockoffs around your brand but there's an easy solve you don't need to have those accounts created as brand derivatives you can just have the creators make a fake name or even make content under their real name and that solves that problem other than that I don't really see a downside sales are sales and if you want to create a filter to control for who can be a ugc Creator you just put an application in and filter that way so [8:53] here's the big takeaway right now this strategy is only being applied for a few snake oil personal Brands like Tate or e-commerce brands on Tik Tok shop but I think this could work super well for every industry so here's exactly how I'd execute this playbook for someone like HubSpot first you need to find 5 to 10 B2B Focus creators that would be willing to try this for HubSpot now the best place to find those would be look on Tik Tok or Instagram people that are already making business focused content could be for automation Marketing sales customer service you're looking for something tangential to HubSpot already and they [9:28] have anywhere from 1,000 to 10,000 followers so these are established creators that have made videos you like the way they show up on camera but they haven't popped yet and they may be looking for an opportunity like this I'd pay them 1,000 for the month with the expectation they make at least two videos per week so at the minimum you're getting eight videos per person now this is 150 bucks per video this is a lot higher than what you can get from the B to C style of this super ugc as I mentioned they're getting it for like 10 bucks a video but for someone like [9:57] HubSpot with a higher customer acquisition cost they might be willing to pay this there's also a smaller pool of business creators so you're going to have to pay up to get somebody who will make this type of content I may even potentially pair them up with an overseas video editor which might cost you another $150 per video so Allin someone like hubspot's looking at $300 per video scaled for five creators eight videos a month that's 40 videos at $300 per video that's a $112,000 experiment for all intents of purposes for HubSpot that's a rounding error for their marketing budget so they can try this out super lean I then have the five to [10:29] 10 creators that you chose take some sort of short form storytelling course or you know work with someone like me who could help from a Consulting perspective train and upskill these people to try to get their videos from a 1,000 follower quality to something much better and then I'd have each of them follow this exact same Playbook so I'd make a HubSpot derivative account it could be specific with HubSpot in the name or if you want to sanitize that it could be more industry specific so CRM experts CRM tools customer service reviews something like that right business focused for hub spot's Niche but not exactly calling out hubspot's [11:01] name it's likely that if you ran this with five creators doing eight videos a month 40 videos for the month it's likely you see one to two videos that would pop and have in the hundreds of thousands of views and that's going to give you a signal to what the ROI on this strategy would be now for something like HubSpot where the average sales price is $1,000 $12,000 deals you're probably not going to have people convert right off of Tik Tok so your kpi is probably going to be something like clicking the link in BIO and booking a sales call now a company like HubSpot would have data on the amount they'd be [11:29] willing to pay to acquire a qualified lead that would book a sales call and so they can easily do the math is the $300 or $150 per video worth the amount of leads they're getting after the first month I would then take the best creators the best performing and the ones who are eager to do it again I would increase their comp and I would also add on affiliate commissions and bonuses based on views and I would run that same process again the goal being you have 5 to 10 highly qualified active creators for the month creating at least eight videos I then run that place [11:59] Playbook over and over again month after month getting new creators fresh creators making content for HubSpot trying this approach in this case for B2B it's super important to identify what that activation metric looks like it could be call bookings it could be email subscribers it could even be converts to a $555,000 a year product but it's important to Define that once that's defined you can run this Playbook as many times as you want for now the real Gap is finding a pool of ugc creators that are willing to be upskilled and create content in this way and there's a huge Market opportunity to create niche Focus communities of these [12:30] ugc creators someone doing this super well is Jimmy Farley of creators Corner as far as I know he's the only one that's built an actual infrastructure around this but I think there could be many many more all right we're going to wrap it there that's it for this video again if you're a Creator entrepreneur you work for a brand and you're trying to find cheat codes untap potential to use content to grow your business that's all I talk about in these videos and my goal is to both use these strategies for myself on my own Brands but then also make these videos to kind of share back [12:57] what's working so drop a comment on what you thought of this video and any ideas for what else I should cover we'll see you guys on the next one peace --- About this transcript Read from YouTube's own caption track and laid out by ViewRank AI
