# These 5 FREE AI Tools Made Me $1M With Zero Employees Channel: Sabrina Ramonov 🍄 Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75tja_RxKn4 Duration: 10 min Language: English Words: 1877 Transcript page: https://viewrankai.com/tools/youtube-transcript/75tja_RxKn4 --- [0:00] I grew my business from 0 to $1 million with no team, no budget, and no ads. Everyone thinks you need expensive tools to grow and make money, but there are a lot of free tools out there that are just as good as the paid ones. So, I'm going to share five free AI tools I [music] use to actually build my business. Each one getting more and more useful. The first one is Notebook LM. I use this as my business coach. It's just like Chat GPT except I choose what it learns from. [music] I can drop in YouTube videos, websites, and files. And then I ask questions about all of these [0:34] things in one [music] place. Normally, when I'm trying to make a big business decision like what should I build or how do I get my first 10 customers, normally, right, I'll open one YouTube video, take notes. I'd watch another video, take some notes, and then 30 videos later, I have a ton of notes, but [0:53] still no idea what I should do next. Notebook LM makes this way [music] more useful. For example, I can drop in 20 Alex Hormosi videos. Then I can tell Notebook LM situation, my skills, my business ideas, and my constraints. For example, I have no employees. I don't have a huge budget. I don't want to spend months building something before getting people to pay me. I feed all of this information into Notebook LM. And then I ask, what would Hormosi do? And this is where it clicked. Notebook LM wasn't giving me a random generic AI answer. It had all 20 of Hormos's best videos in one place. So, it pulled from [1:35] his actual advice and it [music] applied it to my actual situation. So, instead of getting a generic summary like build an offer or know [music] your customer, I got a really specific answer about what I should do next based on the exact constraints I gave it. And the part I love is the mind map. Notebook LM shows how these ideas connect. So if one video talks about choosing a market and another video talks about how to test demand, I'm not trying to connect those dots [music] in my head. I see the pattern visually in front of me. It also links answers back to [music] the original sources. So if certain advice [2:10] feels off or I'm not sure, never [music] blindly trust AI. Just click the source to see the exact video where it came from. This is why I love Notebook LM. Instead of watching 30 hours of videos and still feeling stuck, instead of that, you get here are the three best ideas for my exact decision. Now, Notebook LM is free and for me, it was enough to help me decide what to do [2:34] before I spent money building anything. But knowing what to build doesn't bring in customers. So, that's where tool number two comes in. Number two is Aify. I use it to find content ideas people already watch and then turn those ideas into customers. Normally, when I need a content idea, I'd open Instagram and then proceed to doom scroll for 2 hours, searching for inspiration. And 2 hours later, I've watched a bunch of random videos, but still have zero idea what to actually post. Apy makes this process way better. I feed in my topic into Apify, and then it finds viral posts on this topic so I can see what's already [3:15] getting views. Then all I have to do is choose one of the viral posts I like and remix it into my own version. For example, I wanted to make a reel promoting my app. I knew I wanted it to be about AI and marketing. So, I used Apify to look at popular posts on that [3:31] topic. Then, I found a format I liked. Start with a problem people have, give them something useful, and then show your tool. So, I used that structure for my own reel. I used my own words and showed potato as the solution. Now, I wasn't copying someone else's video. I was starting with proven viral posts, choosing the one that makes the most sense for me, and remixing it into my [3:55] own version. This is why I love Apify. Instead of wondering what should I post with Apify, I start with which of these proven viral ideas can I remix into my own version. Apify has a free plan, and that's enough for you to start. So, now that I had content to bring people in, I needed somewhere to send them. And [4:15] that's where tool number three comes in. Number three is Astro and Verscell. I use them to build and host my website to turn visits into signups. Astro is what I use to build the website itself. Versel is what allows me to put it online. So together they give me [music] one simple place to send people after they find me. Because getting attention is only the first step. [music] If someone watches my reel, likes the idea, and clicks the link, I don't want them landing on a confusing page with [music] [4:44] 50 features and no clear next step. Normally, if I was explaining Blotato to someone in person, I'd answer three questions in [music] order. Number one, what is it? Number two, why should I trust it? And number three, what's next? So, I built my website, blot.com, to answer these three questions. and it's gotten over 1.5 million views just in 2026. At the top of the page, I explain Blueot exactly what it is in one sentence. Then I show how it works. Then I show proof and testimonials from people actually using it. And when someone's ready, there's one clear next [5:22] step, a button that says start free. The reel gets someone's attention. The website continues the conversation and this button gives them the next step. And the best part is when I want to change my messaging or show a new feature, I can just tell Claude or Chat GBT to update my site. AI does it for me. I don't have to open a website [5:44] builder and drag and drop stuff around. AI can just do all of that for me. And what I love about Astro and Verscell, Astro is free, open source, and loads fast. So, it's awesome if you have a lot of content like blogs and articles. And Versell is free to start, too. Now that I've got people finding Blot and signing up and becoming customers, I needed a way to support them. And that's where tool number four comes in. NAD. I use it as my support agent. It's answering customer questions while I'm doing other things. NAD is a free open- source tool and I even host it myself in the room [6:16] next door. It uses my Blot help site to take care of customer support. [music] For example, new users often get stuck connecting their social accounts. This is a really common question I get. Before NADN, I'd stop what I was doing, find the help page, and type [music] the same answer again and again. But if that happened while I was out or doing something else, customers would have to wait [music] hours until I got back, which is a terrible experience. But now with NAND, my support agent handles these questions for me. So the customer asks, "How do I connect my social account?" Okay, [music] NADN understands the question and then it reads my help [6:55] docs to understand the answer. Then it calls chat GPT to come up with an easy answer to the customer and [music] it sends this answer back to the customer in a matter of seconds. The customer is happy they didn't have to wait around for an answer. [music] And the important part here is that NEN is actually using my help documentation. So, it's not searching the internet or making up an answer. It's starting from the same exact instructions that I would have sent to the customer, but it can't answer everything. If the customer says, "I tried that and it still doesn't work," that's where NAN stops. Instead [7:33] of replying to the customer [music] again, it will actually escalate over to me. And when I open this conversation, I already know what the customer asked, the response that AI gave it, and what the customers tried. So, I'm not starting from zero. That's what [music] I like best about this setup. AI handles the beginner and intermediate level questions, which allows me to focus on the hard questions, the weird edge cases, and also the real bugs that sometimes users report. And the best part of all of this is it runs 24/7 while I'm asleep, while I'm doing something else. and customers get answers in [music] seconds while [8:13] protecting the customer if something if they are really stuck on a problem, it'll be escalated to me. Now, NAN itself is [music] free. I still pay for chat GPT usage, but my automation layer cost zero. So, now I had a way to help customers. [music] But if I released an update and broke everything, support would not be enough. I needed an undo button. That's where tool number five comes in. GitHub. I use it as the undo button for my whole business. GitHub saves versions of the important things I'm building. My product codebase, my help documentation, my website, and even my marketing systems. These are all stored within [8:54] GitHub. So, if I release an update and something breaks, I can go back to the last version that worked. My most recent example was 2 weeks ago. I released a new feature. I was very excited about it, but somehow it broke the login. Literally, nobody could get into my website. And the second that happened, every other tool stops mattering. My content can bring people in. My website can get people signed up. My support agent can answer questions, but none of that matters if you can't log in. My first instinct was to rush in and start trying to fix things, but I didn't [9:28] really know what caused the problem yet. So, changing more things could make it worse. So, I used GitHub [music] to bring back the last working version before I deployed this new feature. And just a few minutes later, login worked just fine. Customers could get back into their accounts and the emergency was over. That's what I love about GitHub. It let me press the undo button so that now I have time to figure out what actually broke [music] and the best way to fix it instead of rushing. So I can keep building my product, my help pages, my website, my systems [music] because I know I have a way back to a stable [10:05] working version. And you can just start on GitHub's free plan. Now, you don't need all five tools right away. Start with a part of your business that's slowing you down.
